Was excited to hear that they had come out with a giant junior bacon cheeseburger because I love the original one... But when I received my "Giant" it was pathetically small. It was only the regular one with an extra piece of meat. Very disappointing. I thought it was going to be the Dave's double with bacon. That would have been acceptable.

12/28/18 Visited Wendy's in Riverhead, New York. I ordered a salad for my son and a grilled chicken sandwich with fries for me. The sandwich was cold and sinewy or gummy and the fries were cold. I asked for a replacement sandwich of fried chicken sandwich. That sandwich was ok but very cold. I’ve never had a problem at the Riverhead Wendy’s before. I will, however, give them another chance. I was quite disappointed as it was a cold rainy day and I wanted a warm meal. Maybe I should have waited until I got home for the meal.

We were at the Wendy's on Possum Run Road in Mansfield Ohio. #00010920. It was very dirty. While we were waiting to place our order you could see behind the counter and there were buns, french fries and plastic bags on the floor. They kept stepping over everything. They were not very busy but you still had to wait while they laughed and carried on conversations with each other. The tables in the lobby were not washed. We were beginning to wonder if we were going to get sick after eating there. I will never eat at that Wendy's again. And I will be sure to tell all our friends not to go there either.

I sent my husband to McDonald’s for the kid’s orders and asked for a salad. He called me and said they don’t carry salads at this location. So I asked him to go across the street to Wendy’s (8055 S IH 35). I called and spoke to ** and he said they do carry salads and so I told him which one I wanted and my husband was coming over there. He arrived at Wendy’s and ordered my salad. ** took the order and was more than happy to help him. My husband realized that McDonald’s did not give a fry that he purchased so ** gave him one. Awesome customer service and going above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

I used to enjoy Wendy's chili frequently, but the last several times I've bought it, there was virtually *less than 1 teaspoon* of meat in a large serving. It's filled with beans, water, cumin, chili powder - but no beef or onion. I don't know whether all Wendy's are skimping on the beef, or just the one in Forest Acres, SC. Regardless, I'll have to look elsewhere for chili. They need to advertise it as vegetarian chili. I'm personally not going to pay a lot for water, spice & canned beans.

The Wendy's in Sun City gave me a senior discount. I went to the Wendy's in Hemet and then to San Jacinto & both of them refused to give me the senior discount. All Wendy's need to be consistent. In Hemet they made us wait in line for 10-15 minute (about 5-6 people, then 9-10 people). The guy in front of me left because we had to wait so long. The Wendy's people were rude. I won't go here again. I will tell everyone not to go the Hemet or San Jacinto Wendy's.

I am very disappointed after my experience with the Wendy’s located in Jacksonville AR. I ordered the Son of the Baconator with only onion, no condiments. I do not like condiments i.e. mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. The person who took my order verified that what’s I requested no condiments and only wanted onion. Once I got home and went to eat my burger I noticed that my burger had mayonnaise and ketchup on it. I am completely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, especially after verifying my order. I understand that I should have verified my order prior to leaving the drive thru. Since I did not do that, I have to accept the mistake.

Atlanta airport terminal b. Their menu board clearly says additional nutritional info available upon request. I asked the employees and manager to see the ingredient list of a particular menu item and he shrugged his shoulders. Said they never received the ingredient list book from Wendy’s and that he does not know the ingredients of any of the items - very disturbing. Suggested I look it up on their website and those are the instructions they are given to share with customers. I stepped aside and looked up the website to see that the ingredients are not listed there either. Called customer service and the woman wrote up an entire report but STILL couldn’t give me the ingredients. Unbelievable!

I paid but puzzle about the total amount. I realized I had been overcharged as a cashier charged me for a cup of water as for a large Coke. I complained to the manager on duty. She showed apologized but did not seek to resolve the problem with me. She just made a full refund. This incident was not mistake but intention to charge me improperly. Visit to Wendy's, 6021 Argyle Forest Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida. Site location 00011399. Location phone number (904) 265-0823. Men's restroom had no toilet paper nor any paper towels. Fountain Service area with two soda dispensers only 1 worked. There were no straws, one ketchup dispenser was inoperable, the counter top was wet and sticky and when our order was ready we were told the establishment had no croutons for the side salad. Side salad consisted of lettuce only. The salad had no tomatoes, cabbage, or other ingredients usual to a Wendy's side salad.
While eating our meal we were constantly interrupted by a woman with a child looking for a handout as she claimed she had no money to feed her child. She would not leave us alone until I gave her $10.00. We will never return to this location ever again. The money we spent on our lunch was wasted as we threw half of our meals away. We were so uncomfortable with the entire experience we decided to count our losses and leave. This Wendy's is a disgrace to Dave and the fast food industry in general. Yuck. No, that's inaccurate. I should say yuck, yuck, yuck. If an inspection by the Health Department had been scheduled for today I'm sure the doors would have been locked and the key thrown away.

MY VERY FIRST TIME FILLING OUT A WENDY'S SURVEY! Appears Wendy's is presenting a fraud survey on the back of their Customer Receipts. # 1) It SAYS... you will talk to a live person. Oh no... Not true. No live person. # 2) They refer you to a website next. Oh no... Does not work. # 3) Once you get there and put in: the date, the time, and the store number it tells you, "We cannot do this survey based on the information you have placed on the survey." All information was verified to be correct, true, and accurate.
I called Wendy's Corporate Office and filed a complaint. They have NO ANSWERS. Once again, as customers we believe Wendy's surveys TO BE FRAUD! I told their Rep I would not be back to a Wendy's until I knew the customer survey was TRUTH AND FACT. There are other Fast Food Companies who treat the customer with BETTER RESPECT who offer a REAL SURVEY.

I can see clearly through their window and I see my food and drinks on the counter. I see the girl at the window is having some issues. These goes on for a lil bit. Did not one of the 5 employees I seen standing around there said anything to me like "Sorry about the wait. We're having technical issues". They didn't ask if I had been helped or nothing. Then after waiting they give my food. When I asked why I took so long to get my food when it was sitting right there, all they said was, "We was trying to figure it out." Then when I check my food it was wrong. I'm big on customer services. Wendy's in Janesville Wisconsin will no longer get my service.

The guy at the register counted the money and said that it wasn’t enough and gave me 27 quarters back so basically I was robbed by a Wendy’s employee and when I ask for the manager. He went and got another employee to act as such. This is the most absurd experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant in my entire life. Yea it was only 3 or 4 dollars but it was mine. I usually prefer to go to Wendy's when on the road and in need of a fast meal. Not anymore! Up until last week, I really didn't have any issues with Wendy's in general, and specifically the store in the Clarksville, MD area restaurant. You could say I was a loyal customer. On 4/24/18 I stopped by drive thru for lunch. I got a plain baked potato instead of fries. After I started eating the potato, I noticed something unusual. Much to my surprise, there were two (2) 1 1/2"-long insects (appeared to be cockroaches) on the potatoes skin I was eating. Yuck! I was in shock. I felt nauseous and then vomited in my car. Since I was still parked, I called number on the receipt. The store manager was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was genuine. She came and met me in the parking lot near my parked car. She immediately refunded my money and offered to provide a replacement. I declined.
Coincidentally, the area manager, Sharon **, was already visiting the restaurant. I showed both the store manager (who appeared disgusted as well) and the area manager (Sharon **) the bugs. While showing them, I became nauseous again. I went back into the store to vomited again. I was unable to take any pictures myself due to the nausea/vomiting. Sharon ** (area mgr.) stated she took pictures of the bugs and stated that they'd be identifying them. She provided me with her business card. I asked her to forward me the pictures and follow up on the identification, etc.
Since then, have vomited several more times and have been having GI issues. I reached out to the area manager and then her supervisor (D'Sandra?). They indicated that I was not going to get copies of pictures taken of the food. They also indicated that I couldn't get a copy of the incident report (sent to corporate) or the name of the restaurant owner. Both the the district and regional managers knew I had been feeling ill. I then asked D'Sandra who they reported to. He would not provide with the franchise owner's name. He did not seem to be concerned about the situation. I've since attempted to reach out to corporate several times regarding this issue.
I've since had continued nausea, vomiting when I think about the incident in addition to other symptoms. I have not heard any updates. Thus far, I'm extremely disappointed with Wendy's franchise managers, the district area managers, and corporate. Chick-fil-A which is about to open in a couple weeks on Rt 108 which is great timing. Wendy's upper manager and their franchise owners need to look at how they handle incidents like this.

I have gone to Wendy's a numerous amount of times. This visit has been one of the worst. They not only botched my order 3 times but when they finally got it right, the meal itself was sub-par to standards. The "sandwich" I bought was a spicy chicken sandwich, and let me tell you I use the term sandwich lightly. Not only was the entire thing way too greasy, It was apparent that they microwaved the whole thing. Mayonnaise and all. The lettuce was soggy, and the tomatoes were stringy, meaning that they were both stuck between my teeth after consuming. The bun itself was soggy with grease, and that is very unlike a usual spicy chicken sandwich. I mentioned that the mayonnaise was microwaved earlier; let me tell you that this was the worst mistake so far. When mayonnaise is heated it becomes less of a spread and more of a disgusting dripping off the side of the sandwich. This furthered the sogginess of the buns and it was dripping everywhere.
Let me stress; you are not supposed to microwave tomatoes, lettuce, or mayonnaise for good reason. It is also important to note that the fries that came with the meal were only filling up a quarter of the container. I have come to already expect the cheapness of fast food restaurants, but it is only usual for the fries to at least 50% or more of the container. The drink was also filled passed the standard point for ice to be filled, and the soda tasted as if they didn't change the soda syrup box for ages.
The overall experience was so subpar that I scoured the internet to find a place to write a petty review of a restaurant that I would usually cut some slack for the bad service. Honestly the service was bad, but I could get over that, but you would think they would at least make up for the bad experience with serving standard food, but no; they did not even think to give me standard food that is common for a Wendy's after the bad experience that they knew they gave their consumer. I feel cheated for my money.

It has happened many times through Wendy's in Nesconset HWY, Port Jefferson, NY, that I was either given the wrong food items or I was missing meals through drive through and I was realizing that when I was getting home. It is very inconvenient and annoying as you want to pick up the food after a long tiring day at work, get home and rest. Most the time store managers are reasonable, understanding and apologetic, until tonight (4/2/18) when I made a call to the store manager as 2 of my orders were missing (drive through). Store manager was so defensive, so unprofessional, and tried to devalue the issue (looks like nothing happened). When I explained that this has been happening, and store needs to root analyze the issue, she stated "this is human error and cannot be prevent or controlled." You would have thought that somehow they just accidentally switch the drive-thru with the counter orders. But that was not the case. They just had gotten every single order wrong complete incompetence.
Meanwhile five other people for at least 20 minutes had waited in line without anybody even taking our order or say, “Excuse us. Please bear with us. We're having a bit of a problem.” Nobody even acknowledged that we were there. Three of those five people got upset and left. Me wanting a Frosty which nobody makes better than Wendy's so I was not going anywhere LOL till I had gotten my Frosty. The frosty was excellent as usual but from when I walked in until I walked out the door it took me 40 minutes. Any other Wendy's it would have been a five minute Exchange.

I have misplaced my debit card. I know it is around somewhere. I just don't know where. This has caused me to only use pay by mobile. I saw online that Wendy's allows pay by phone. I go to walk inside and there was a “pay with mobile” badge on upper right side of door. There was a bit of a line (it was just after 1p.m.). I decided to wait since I knew (so I thought) they accepted pay mobile. It took the better part of 10 min. to get up to the lady. I gave her my order, then I went to pull my phone out. She looks at me and says, "We only accept cards and cash." I replied, "Ma'am, it says online and on the door to walk in." I think I bothered her when I said that, because she just looked at me then looked at the line behind me (it's a full line) and yells back, "Hey ****" (I don't remember the name).
The lady looks our way and says, “They don’t have it setup”. The cashier turns back to me to inform me they don't. This whole experience bothered me, because I was on a time crunch. Wendy's has it all over they accept it. The fact that no one was willing to check and see for sure even after I told them everything says they have it. I called the 1-877 number after the lady the answered was real polite. She informed me they do have it, and said she would have a manager contact me so I sat in the car for 15 min hoping I would get a call saying I could go in and use my mobile pay (once I decide I was getting Wendy's I was kinda craving it). Well nobody called me and I didn't get to eat lunch. Didn't have time to find somewhere Waldron or drive somewhere else.

First of all I called immediately after my experience today and got NO callback or message. Went thru the drive thru, which is NEVER ever timely nor is the order ever right. I only ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives and a medium Diet Coke. I got the window and the person at the window gave me zero attention and was messing around with another worker (at the time this did not bother me). I received my order and left as I had to be back at work. I opened my potato BOX to find a potato with nothing but chives. I immediately drove back thru the drive thru and talked to the girl thru the ordering system and told her there was nothing on my potato... She told me to drive around (never one time did anyone apologize).
I drove and a man opened the first window and asked me what I needed... As he realized I had NO order at the time. I said, "I just need my condiments for my potato." HE then makes me drive and WAIT at the last window where someone OTHER than the first girl, opens the window and SAYS, "UM yeah... What was it that you wanted???" I was like, "LOOK I'm on my break. I got a potato with nothing on it." He asks me again what I needed. I told him sour cream and butter and/or salt and pepper. He then gives me 3 packets of sour cream. BY now my potato is COLD.
I take the sour cream and park my car. My time on my 1/2 hr break is now down to 10 minutes. I take a sip of my soda and it's FLAT. I'm talking FLAT... AND WITH NO apologies... From 3 different people. I work for Carter's. I cannot imagine not apologizing. I apologize if people are waiting in line for one minute. YOUR employees at this Wendy's are horrible. I've been going to Wendy's for their salads for some time now because of the huge quality of ingredients that they use. I've started to notice that the grilled chicken breast that they use in the salads has been getting firmer and firmer. It's gotten to the point of being inedible. It's truly disappointing because I actually do like the fact that Wendy's proudly boasts their use of only fresh ingredients. Not sure if the Hammonton NJ location has been microwaving the chicken or if they've just been sourcing chicken breasts from larger chickens, which can be firmer.
I actually read one report that Wendy's was going to spend $30M on higher quality chicken as so many customers have been complaining about rubbery chicken. That was back in February and it is now October. Looks like that didn't happen. I'll give one of the other 3 fast food restaurants in my town my business now. Also, sea salt has a much more concentrate of sodium than regular salt... The customers can always add more salt, to taste, if they simply must overkill their taste buds with salt. Wendy's charges $1.99 plus tax for a large unsweet tea in my area of Florida. McDonald's charges .99 plus tax. McDonald's always has Splenda or some sort of artificial sweetener available. I recently requested artificial sweetener at a local Wendy's in my area and was informed that this is not provided. Also, I questioned this and texted Wendy's Customer service. I was informed that artificial sweetener may not be provided based on the ownership. How greedy can some of the fast food chains be. They are making more than 100% profit on unsweet tea and cannot provide sweetener.

The employee kept getting the order wrong. Eventually we went to the window to order there. The employee took our order and my sister requested he repeat the order which he did correctly. We got the order and went straight home. My sister was not feeling well. Once we sat down to eat we found out our order was wrong. The only thing about the order which was right were the 2 Frosty's. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. We will never be back. Oh. And the quality of the food was not as good as it used to be either.

I had the worst experience with this Wendy's on Spencer street, so much so that I have reported them to Corporate and will be submitting a further complaint to the BBB, Yelp, Consumer Affairs and everywhere else I can. Today 08/01/2017 at approximately 11:54am I went to Wendy's Store #00005270 to order a root beer float, a junior bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty and a strawberry lemonade. It took the host Carolyn over 10 minutes to figure out how to add an extra patty to my order. When I got to the window, I asked the host by the name of Ricklin to double check my order and he read back to me root beer float, strawberry lemonade and the junior bacon cheeseburger. I told him to make sure they put an extra patty and the host Carolyn was still trying to figure out to put it on my order.
I then told Ricklin to make sure that there is ROOT BEER and NOT COKE, because sometimes they mess up and give me a coke float, instead of a root beer float. He confirmed with that it was a Root beer float, when I get to the window... Carolyn hands me a medium coke! I told her this isn't what I ordered, and she was extremely rude and nasty! Snatched back the receipt and coke and got the manager! The manager spent an additional 10 minutes figuring out what happened with the order and I heard them yelling in the background that they were confused! After waiting now 20 minutes for my small order, the manager comes back and says "Oh, we don't sell that no more, so you good?" Those were the BRANCH MANAGERS EXACT WORDS... "So, you good!" I said, "no we're not good I still don't have my drink."
After my drink was brought to the back and passed around by multiple workers, I had no idea what happened to it, Carolyn comes back to the window and says " you can have your coke back." The manager didn't apologize, none of the staff apologized and after I had already spent the time speaking to Ricklin about making sure my order was right, this was just completely disheartening. They have zero sense of customer service, and now I will have to be traveling at least 30 minutes out of my way to Glastonbury, Ct just to get QUALITY customer service... And that's IF I ever order from Wendy's again.
This was a terrible experience, and it's not the first time! The food is always cold, and the workers are very rude and nasty! I'd like an explanation as to why the manager nor the workers Carolyn, or Ricklin told me the root beer float was discontinued from this location, why they made me wait so long for my order, and why they were so rude and acted as though it was my fault?

I asked for 2 burgers with just cheese-ended up with all the sauce, toms, lettuce, onions. Manager said I should have said burger plain. I wrote Wendy's months ago, yet no response. About 6 months ago, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. After driving a few miles, I opened the sandwich and noticed twice as much breading. A thinned out chicken sandwich. Supposedly the new sandwich was supposed to reduce the chicken rubberiness. In my opinion the rubberiness is still there. Those who didn't like it evidently were not long time fans. The change tells me either Wendy's doesn't know either their demographic or they are trying to reach new demographics and therefore alienated the old. There hardly appeared to be chicken on the bun. I didn't drive there to eat a fried bread flour sandwich with a side of thinned out chicken.
My wife recently went back to Wendy's and she ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. She says now the sandwich she ate there was much larger. I hope so, because they had a good thing going with the original spicy chicken. If not, I will move on to someone else. Even their competitors are making bigger sandwiches. Tired of feeling like I'm being fleeced. Who wants to pay the same price for less chicken? Store location was Gilbert AZ, San Tan Village.

Then once I ordered, I had to wait another 8-10 minutes for my food. I asked the girl at the drive-through why it had taken so long and she said they were short of help. The tomatoes and lettuce were withered and the fries so limpy. We called in and talk to management to get the corporate number to file a complaint and (Carrie) who is the manager at the store was so combative. She stated, "you might as well talk to us because you're just going to get a free meal" and I explained that this is happening too many times now and that I believed that this was a management issue or internal with the employees. I stated that; "this is not about a free meal, it's about getting good food and good customer service from our hard-earned dollars that are being spent at this location"!!! I left my number for her general manager to call. She stated in 20 minutes. That call never happened.
I called back the next day and Carrie stated again that, "She's going to call you shortly" and that never happened. I'm asking that every customer stop going to this location because they have a lot of issues going on at the store. If you look online you will see hundreds of complaints against Wendy's. It's very frustrating when you go through the drive-thru and you wait 20 minutes and asked if your food is fresh and are told that it is and you leave to find out it had to be sitting in the window for hours and there's no receipt in your bag, no condiments or napkins. Again all customers think about this review before you go to this location and if you do make sure before you pull off that you have everything you requested; how you requested it. God bless!!!

So, I'm thinking that's the same thing that Wendy's is doing so I ask for my order and the person ask me for my coupon code which I provided. When I got to the window she wanted me to give her the coupon. I usually rarely go to Wendy's because of the HIGH prices. The coupons is the reason why I would go more often. I was asked if I wanted the ranch ones I said "no", explained I just wanted the normal cheese and bacon ones and still ended up with ranch and bacon fries. I went out of my way and drove 10 minutes back to the location to get my fries fixed. As I tried explaining to the manager she was very rude and cut me off, told me to keep what I had and said she would correct it. I explained that I did not want the ranch ones as I do not like ranch. She grabs them from the counter and tosses them in the garbage. She immediately comes back with the correct ones and when I look in the bag it had fries with sprinkled cheese (not melted) and bacon. I set the bag on the counter, stated that I did not want them and walked out.
From the parking lot I called into the store and asked for a supervisor. The woman said she was. I explained the situation. She stated that she was the one I dealt with inside and that the cheese was melted on there and that I WAS BEING RUDE and said that I can talk to another manager and she will tell me that the cheese was melted too. As she tried to put the other manager on the phone all I hear is "UGHHH" in the background, never spoke with another person, and the same woman responds "she said it was melted too and you can call the store manager tomorrow if you want". I told her I will definitely be doing that and that she was VERY RUDE. She once again stated that I THE CUSTOMER WAS BEING RUDE which yes I was upset but I was nowhere near rude. If anyone had to leave from their home to go get an order corrected they would be upset.
It is the job of the employee (especially in a managerial position) to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied. Instead she stated "if you didn't like the shredded cheese on there you should have just said that". Instead of saying "I am so sorry I would be happy to correct that for you" that is the response I get. If my order would have been right not only the first time but the second time as well I might not have been upset. Then to be treated like I was the one in the wrong and pointing the finger at me when all I wanted was my order correct. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! Never have I ever been so outraged about an experience!! Also might I add I am NEVER one to complain. Upon visiting my local Wendy's this evening (7th st in Altoona PA) I went to the ladies' room and found the single stall to be clogged with feces. I went to the counter and informed staff and they sent a man to clean it. When ordering our food I noticed that the woman was wearing plastic gloves, handling money and credit cards, and then proceeding to handle food in the same gloves. As I also work in food service (and have some common sense) I know this is a huge food safety violation. But that was nothing compared to what else occurred this evening. It wasn't the kitchen being absolutely disgusting...dirty counters, fryer bins that would turn anyone's stomach, food all over the floor and clearly kicked into piles under the fryer unit. It wasn't the fact that there were no clean tables. It wasn't the fact that someone finally came to clean the tables around us while we were eating...spraying a nauseating cleaner which made it difficult to eat.
What really scarred me for life was when the same man who had been asked to unclog the toilet filled with feces just minutes earlier came to our table and rather than inform us of the survey on the back of our receipt, reached his hands onto our tray where our food was lying unwrapped as we were eating to grab the receipt and show us the survey! That was it. I couldn't eat another bite. You better believe I completed their survey! This location should be shut down! I will NEVER enter this restaurant again...let alone eat there. At the very least management needs to be replaced, and food safety needs to be enforced. If this restaurant is allowed to continue operating as is, I can guarantee they'll be facing several lawsuits. It's only a matter of time.
I honestly have no idea how these people haven't been shut down or fined! Food safety is a very serious issue and can be fatal. Dave Thomas would be ashamed to have his name associated with such a vile disgusting restaurant. On Monday November 14th 2016 I visited Wendy's fast-food restaurant on Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West. Myself and my girlfriend ordered a burger each and then we went back and ordered another one. We spent about $16. We decided to go to Wendy's because we were going to watch a movie that did not start for an hour later. When we finished our meal my girlfriend said she wanted to go looking at clothes in a store close to Wendy's so I said I would just catch up on my emails and wait in Wendy's until she returned. What guy likes to go clothes shopping right?
The restaurant was almost empty and I was just using my cell phone when the manager Mike came over and told me I needed to leave as I had stayed more than 15 minutes after finishing my meal. I could not believe my ears. I am a 50 year old company CEO and I could not believe that I was being treated like some homeless person. I understand that it's not my house and they don't want people staying there if they are busy but I was in there less than 45 minutes total. Surely they should be using some initiative when applying policies. I will never step foot in another Wendy's restaurant ever again.

I would just like to know why the hamburgers are always cold. This is the second I have ordered a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe and when I receive it, it's completely cold. Cheese isn't melted, one measly tomato, one piece of onion and one pickle. I have gave it another try and this is just pathetic. They need stronger warmers or something. This is just sad.

We did order something not like customers behind us whom left store without buying. What's going on at this store. We've been eating here for years. Location: 1636 Seminole Trail Charlottesville, VA 22901. (434) 973-6226. Should we try eating there again??? Oh! Also, no chili.

I used to love their Chili. But now, it's nothing but a bowlful of beans and they're mostly old and overcooked. I barely get a teaspoon of 'meat' and there is absolutely zero gravy added to the bowl. What has happened? Does the manager of the Cedar Hill TX Wendy's dump cans of old navy beans into the chili when nobody is looking? Or does this crap come pre-mixed in gigantic plastic bags and then dumped into a pot? How cheap can you get? Their chili, as presented to customers, is no longer edible. It was bad enough they eliminated the light red kidney beans and chose navy beans instead. Now you might as well ground it up and make hummus with it and even that will taste awful. TERRIBLE CHILI.

When you are treated rudely at a restaurant, it doesn't matter if the food is good or bad. The Wendy's at 7009 Veterans Blvd in Metairie, LA has the same problem many fast food restaurants face... employees with horrid attitudes who treat customers rudely. While going through the drive-thru on Tuesday evening 10/11/2016 at approx 7 pm. I had the displeasure of being serviced by a young ** lady who refused to speak or even look at me. Her hand extended out of the window holding my bag of food with not a word or gesture acknowledging my presence. I said thank you, but she slammed the window. Many fast food restaurants have pleasant employees who appreciate the business customers give them. Chick-fil-A is always a pleasure to visit. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Wendy's, Millville NJ. I have had it with this location because of the chronic shortchanging that takes place whenever I buy coffee. They often leave it at least an inch, sometimes an inch and a half, too low from the top. I could see if it was maybe a half inch, but when I went to complain, the manager gave me a lame excuse "We don't want you to burn yourself" and that they're actually instructed to do that. All that room is enough for 50 creamers!!! It's a very bad reflection on Wendy's because you don't find other places like McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin' Donuts, etc pulling this kind of crap!!!

Then the guy I ordered to, said, "Sir, it's FREE to upsize," so I go "Okay, I'll upsize my drink (iced tea)," when the teller tells me, "It's 190 pesos Sir." I said, "What? I thought it just 175," teller said, "You just upsize your drink." The guy confront me and said, "Sir, when I mean it's free, it means the iced tea is free to upsize," I said, "So, why charge me?" Guy said, "It's hard to explain Sir." Well, here's an advice to Wendy's at Makati, Philippines... Don't give a product which is hard to understand.

This is a new Wendy's that open in Missouri City off of Hwy 6 and their employees has the rudest attitude. I am in the drive thru lane and the greeter is not professional and doesn't greet me like they should. I placed my order and I felt like I was being rushed to place my order. By the time I get to the window, the young lady just blurts out my total. Not saying "hello ma'am, you ordered a blah blah blah, your total is blah blah." I am handed my order and the window closes. No "thank you or have a nice evening." This has happen on multiple occasion. I think they need to train their employees the true meaning of great customer service.

So I come to the Wendy's in Washington and the cashier was rude by not listening to what I said. Had to repeat myself. And then I asked for a large drink. She gave me a small. Once she corrected herself she only gave me one large cup. I ordered 2 large. Food was **, fries were nasty, no flare, tasted stale. I came here a week ago and my burger wasn't even done. It was mostly pink and they still sold it to me.

The Wendy's located at 3630 Riverside Dr. Macon, Ga. 30120 is a very bad place to enjoy a good, hot fast food meal. I have visited this location every week for the last 3 weeks and everything I ordered was not freshly cooked, hot or tasted good, from the burgers, fries, loaded baked potatoes. Each and every time I visited. I had to wait in line 10-15 mins. for my orders and still received cold, unfresh foods. I have spent about $60.00 on cold, half cooked, bad tasting food!

Waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru line, no one was interacting with customers. When I finally did get waited on, the person I spoke with told me they wouldn't have baked potatoes for an hour. Then she asked me to hold on, when she finally came back to me she said they had potatoes. I gave my order, then she asked me to hold on again. Eventually someone else came on and asked for my order, I stated that I did order, she found it and repeated it to me, then gave me the total cost. She asked me to hold on again. I waited.
Then someone else came to the window and asked for my order. I told that person I already ordered. I was asked to hold on again. Eventually she came back and said to pull up to the second window. At the window I was immediately asked to pay another $1 and change, I didn't understand but wanted to get out of there and paid. Then they told me to park out front and my food would be brought to me. I asked if I was supposed to get my drink while there by the soft drinks, then was given my drink.
I waited another good 10 minutes out front for my order, and it never came. So I went inside to wait for it, still took forever. All this procrastinating wasn't for any apparent reason, there weren't any customers inside who were keeping the place busy. Also it struck me that the kitchen floor was really dirty. While waiting for my drink in the drive thru line, the woman who gave me my drink was sweeping the floor while talking to me.
Honestly, I found it odd to do that while telling me my order would cost more and while waiting on me. When inside, it also struck me that her sweeping lacked any accuracy. There were fries and ripped pieces of paper on the floor, right by where she had been sweeping. Still was slow to get my order, everyone just seemed to be in slow mo. The place just seemed chaotically run for no good reason. Plus, when I got my order, it was awful. Hardly ANY cheese whiz on the potatoes I ordered. I had left before I discovered this, and I was not going back. Nothing was going right.

My daughter applied online. Somehow was told the wrong location and that manager ask our hometown Wendy's if they would like to interview her so one young man did but was not management but would pass it them and come back for a 2nd interview which she did. Regina called her a week ahead. She went in and was so rude and nasty, said she had no prior work experience so can't ask about that! No application so can't ask about that either so nothing to say all this time. She could of simply ask questions from a app or have her fill one out prior or there!!! She has no common sense questions?!? She knew all this prior. Why even ask her to come back?! Who does that? I am disgusted and will never come here again.

I was giving my order based in the menu listed. In the list there were 2 columns in the value menu. I ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I did not get it right. When I asked the cashier, her name is Francesca, if she can still change it. She got upset and went to the Manager and they all laugh like the I was so stupid to get the wrong order. I told the cashier named Francesca to just leave it because she got upset. The people in the kitchen once again laughed at me. I was so embarrassed. There are people behind me in the line. I wish for a good customer service in this location.

If it isn't the cold food slung at you from the window, it is exceptionally bad service. As if "There you go" is somewhat similar to "Thank you". I try to get over my preconceived notions but honestly every time I go is just as bad as the last and then I wait another year to try it.

My husband and I were waiting to order and a previous customer came to area to show that his burger was single and not double as he ordered. The person at register threw it away and ordered another for the person. The manager was angry that he threw it away. "Should have just put another burger on it." I stated to the customer "did you bite into it." He hadn't. So I said to the register person "of course you did the right thing. Anything taken away from that counter can not be fixed with that same food. It's contaminated whether he bit into it or not. You should challenge your manager on this" and secondly he should not have disciplined him in front of other customers.
My husband and myself have been in the food service area for years and we think you need to address this with that manager. It's the Wendy's on Commerce Way in Plymouth, Mass. Thank you. Only hope this manager does not treat all his employees and customers like this. He was tall and young and heavy set. Dressed all in black. Unfortunately we did not get his name.

I recently went to Wendy's near our office to have dinner. As I entered the store, the crew opened the door and greeted me. I appreciated that a lot. Not all food chains are like that. Some show no concerns for their customers. I have been to this food chain where I sat on a table where the plates and leftover food of the previous customer were still on the table. It took me at least 15 minutes for the crew to even notice me and clean my table. It was so irritating. But with Wendy's I have never experienced that. Their crew is polite, friendly, always smiling, helpful, attentive, and fast. They make sure that their customers are satisfied. And I was satisfied with the service they have given me. Kudos to all of them. I will never think twice going back. My experience has been good.
Also the food tastes great. I love their Frosty. I use it as a dip for my fries. So good! Heavenly! They are a perfect combination. Hot and cold. I always have them whenever I watch a movie. I just have one question though... Who is Wendy?? I asked one of the crews but he did know. Hmm. I think that should be part of their training. Learning the history of their business...

The burgers at Wendy's are INSANELY OVERPRICED. Look, I get that their burgers are really really good, but the expensive prices are too high for me to enjoy eating there. All I can think of as I chew on their burgers is the fact that I just spent a lot of money on something that probably won't even satisfy me. Yeah it's delicious, but I'll still feel hungry afterwards and I won't have enough money to buy anything else there or anywhere. It's just not worth it. I'd rather eat at a moderately priced burger joint and eat a mildly satisfying burger/s to my heart's content than to settle for something delicious but so expensive. You're a fast food joint Wendy's, not a gourmet restaurant! Lower your prices a bit so that more people will appreciate what you have to offer.

The chili is the new ripoff. A large one is just a tad over the original and quite higher in price. So, now they fill the large chili halfway (supposedly there is an imaginary line) and get you for more money. Geez, it would be terrible for Wendy's if they fill the chili up to the top. It may cause them to go bankrupt... lol. The food is cold the burgers are tasteless and the fries are greasy.
