    I’ll never go to Wendy’s again. Staff is rude and abrupt when greeting customers. Not like a natural greeting when greeting someone. I found 2 hairs in my chicken tenders. Staff does not have hairnets on or using gloves. So now I know why I found hairs. Yuck.

    On 3 March 2026 at 11:22 a.m. I went to Wendys at 518 E Central Avenue, Petal MS. Ordered 4 medium fries and 6 regular Daves Burgers without mayonnaise. Traveled 15 miles home and found that all 6 burgers had mayonnaise. They were horrible; also the lettuce was soggy and when I tried to remove the lettuce; it was bits and pieces.

    On 4 March 2026 I called Wendys and spoke to Dawn, the manager. I explained what happened and told her I had the receipt for $50.71. I told the manager that that was not what I ordered, that I had "washed" the burgers to get all of the gunk off of them, that the lettuce was soggy and pieces were stuck in the cheese, and that I was totally unhappy with the order. I told her the lady who answered at the drive-thru window was very nice. She told me to come in the next day with the receipt and she would replace the burgers; she said she would be there until 3:00 p.m.

    I visited the same Wendys at about 1:00 p.m. and asked for Dawn. Dawn appeared and I told her who I am. Very loudly, after I handed her the receipt, she said "I am not doing this again. What do you want on the burgers?" To be safe, I said "ketchup, pickles and onions." She took the receipt from me and walked away. About 10 minutes later Dawn appeared with a bag of burgers. Again, loudly, she said "check them and make sure they are what you want because I am not doing this again."

    I must say I am 75 years old and hard of hearing but had no problem hearing everything she said. I took one of the burgers to check it and she said again, "I am not doing this again." I said, "Look, you are the one that offered to replace the burgers; I didn't ask for it." The manager then grabbed the bag in front of me and the burger in my hand, threw the burger in the bag, then threw the burger on a counter that was near the drive-thru window which was about 12 feet away. The manager then said "I will just give you a refund." I said, "That is fine. I would rather have the refund."

    The manager then walked over to where she threw the bag, picked up the bag, and shoved the bag into my hands, and said "Don't ever come here again." I was a court stenographer for 35 years and never observed a so-called professional act in the manner that this manager acted. The cost of food is too high to put up with her kind of verbal abuse. I think this manager should attend a stress management course.

    Visited the Wendy’s in Belleville, IL for breakfast. Customer service was awful. Ordered two poorly made breakfast sandwiches. I mean half an egg, no bacon, and maybe a pinch of cheese. These were $5-$6 sandwiches. I returned the sandwiches on my lunch hour. I swear the manager acted as if she was personally offended. I will stick with Burger King.

    Worst kid's meal hamburger. What a joke. Barely even a hamburger patty on the bun. And they were the one with the "where's the beef ad". Shame on you Wendy's. Definitely doesn't look like the picture. Do better!!

    My son and I went to Wendy's in Uhrichsville and I always get some attitude there especially in drive thru, today we went inside and the cashier was really RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Overall it was somewhat okay. Then I bought a key tag and "he goes what do want now". THAT'S ** RUDE! I plainly asked do I get a frosty 'cause we bought 2 meals so he gave one, then he threw my tag at me. So overall every staff was nice and our sandwiches were decent, fries suck. FEBRUARY 27-26.

    Dear Wendy’s Team, I am beyond disappointed with my recent order. I truly enjoy Wendy’s, which is exactly why this experience is so frustrating. When someone spends $72.62 on food — plus an additional $18 tip through DoorDash — accuracy should not be optional. This was not a small oversight. This was a complete failure in basic order verification.

    Let’s start with the Large Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty I ordered. I received vanilla. That is not a subtle mix-up — that is the entirely wrong item. I ordered a 10-piece nugget with Ranch. No sauce. Classic Asiago Club. I received a crispy chicken sandwich instead. Single Big Bacon Classic. No sauce — though it was paid for. Triple Big Bacon Classic. No sauce — though it was paid for. Three Kids Meals. Not one of them included the chocolate milk that was ordered and paid for. Six meals. Nearly $90 spent. And multiple items either incorrect or completely missing.

    This was supposed to be a convenient late-night meal for my family after work. Instead, it became an exercise in frustration. I do not mind spending money for quality food. I do mind spending money for items I never receive. Mistakes happen. This was not a mistake — this was a lack of attention and care. At this price point, customers should not have to wonder whether their order will be assembled correctly. I expect this to be addressed promptly. I would also strongly encourage a review of order accuracy procedures at this location, because this level of carelessness reflects poorly on your brand. Extremely disappointed.

    A couple yrs ago, stopped at drive thru, got my usual (baked potato w/chili and cheese). Almost ate all. Then discovered large rotted area at bottom of potato. Later I phoned, no answer. I've not been back since.

    I guess common courtesy is gone in the fast food industry. I pulled into Wendy’s in Madisonville, Kentucky today to get a couple of hamburgers and french fries and the woman at the window to take my money didn’t say a word to me when I handed her my card or thanked me when I made my payment. I didn’t expect her to fall all over me, but a nice thank you would’ve been in order.

    My Husband went to the new Wendy’s that was opened recently on Route 49 in Central Square NY, He ordered two Baconators, one Dave’s single and a jr. Cheese burger, when he got home the order was wrong, charged him for two Baconators he didn’t receive, instead they gave him two burgers with mayo and two pieces of bacon on them and the other two burgers were wrong also. The person at the register was rude to my Husband. He was very dissatisfied with the service he got, he will never go back there again. Wendy’s has gone downhill over the years, so sad.

    Absolutely the worst Wendy for customer service. Used app to order a staple of their menu since 1970's and when I went to pickup, they were out. When asked for my refund, was told all app purchases and refunds run through their main office. After reaching out to them, they passed the buck back to this franchise owner who would not respond. Wendy’s at one time was the gold standard, but their quality and attention to customer service has dropped off significantly the past year. There are too many options available to spend my money and I caution against spending your money here too. They just don’t give a damn anymore.

    They are always rude. Tonight I order food and went to pick it up (I live 5 to 7 mins away, depending on traffic). I got home and my order was wrong. When I called, she was very rude. Told me she made the order herself, so I was lying. I loaded all the food up and went back up there. They remade the food and still gave me the wrong order. I asked for a refund and they could keep the food. She said no, told me to leave and not come back. I was not rude, I said, "Please and thank you" but that lady behind the counter was testing me.

    Always an amazing place to stop for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Staff are always friendly and never make me wait. Getting our food is so fast and fresh!! The zero street location is always my favorite one to stop at.

    No more UNSWEETENED TEA!! TERRIBLE !! No healthy drink options. SMH. Get Rid of grilled chicken and unsweetened tea.. guess I’m done with Wendy’s!! Just another fast food place with very little healthy options now! 👎👎👎👎

    The prices for Biggie Bags have increased substantially in the last year. The French Fries are just pieces now and not strips. There are No Frosty tags yet for 2026. Mushy nuggets now. Sorry. Back to M or BK.

    WORST SERVICE. We had a mobile order (should be super easy). Pull up to window and they took 5 mins to even come say anything. Keep in mind no one is in front of us or behind us. There were 2 tables inside and no one was at the counter. They finally come and ask us to pull forward so we asked for drink and pull forward. They said waiting on fries (thought was weird being they take no time but was like ok). Another 5 mins go by and I go in and say, "How much longer on the fries", I then get told, "I don't know what you're talking about." I said, "We were told you pull forward because of fries," I said they shouldn't take this long.

    Marco shift manager keeps saying, "I don't know what you're talking about," so I am now mad and I said, "I am waiting on my order. How much longer?" Then he says, "Oh it was Chicken we are waiting on." So I said, "Ok that makes more sense." I now ask how much longer and he just keeps yelling its chicken, so I yell and say. "I know. How much longer." He goes, "Oh now." The girl Ashley then walks around counter, pushes them into my chest and says, "Here.. wth." There are now like 5 workers saying things like, "You want my signature", and talking smack, so if I were you I would go to a different one or just not go.

    I had a very unpleasant experience at the Wendy’s at 107 North Main St., Malden, SC on January 2, 2026, during the night shift. The employee taking our order, **, and the night shift manager were both sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. My bag was handed to me abruptly, and repeated sarcasm made the experience very uncomfortable. This level of behavior is unacceptable, especially from management. I urge Wendy’s corporate to investigate this incident (restaurant #00003208, phone: 864-288-0344) and take appropriate action.

    Came here tonight and I wasn’t sure what new frostys they had and wasn’t sure which one I wanted and the woman at the drive through was more than happy to tell me all flavors through the speaker without me asking. She was so kind and patient with me going back and forth with my husband to decide what we wanted. I didn’t get her name but wish I would have. Big shout out to her and she definitely deserves recognition and a raise for sure!!!!

    I just left Wendy's on 28th Street SE in Grand Rapids Michigan and what terrible food. The fries were cold, not even warm. The burger hadn't even a lot of condiments slithered on it to hide that it's been sitting there forever and the nuggets were terribly cold and if that wasn't enough I was shorted a quarter. This is not the first time but it will be the last. NO MORE WENDY'S FOR ME. I'M DONE. FINISHED THROUGH WITH WENDY'S.

    Don't go to this Wendy's unless:
    You want cold food.
    You want to be waited on by weed smoking zombies.
    You want to be disrespected by the manager because you had to wait on your food.
    You want to watch the staff make careless mistakes that could've been avoided.
    You want to watch staff slide around on the floor because they dropped food containers in the cooking oil; while removing the cooked containers, dripped oil all over the floor.
    You want to watch staff walking around like they don't know what to do.
    You are dissatisfied with service and request a refund, then the manager calls the cops on you.
    You have to argue with the manager about the lack of prompt service.

    You have to write a scathing review about a restaurant you've been coming to since being a part of the community for over 25 yrs.

    Need I go any further?

    Often visit my local Wendy's in the Columbus, Ohio area. The food is generally good, but the employees at the restaurant are rude and are not friendly in greeting customers. I will never go back to this location as their employees need to be retrained in customer service. Maybe they are having a bad day but not every visit!

    I'm going to go with a three star. Been a fan but the new A.I. drive through ordering is terrible. If you don't order what it is presenting to you it freezes. We waited almost five minutes for a real person to eventually come on. Ticket times I would see as just as important as quality food. Bring back real people.

    Went there around 12 in the Morning with my friend. We ordered a couple meals. As we were driving away we eat some of the fries. They were cold and salty like they were left over from the day so they re-dripped the fries. When I returned the fries the girl went to tell the person cooking. She said she didn't care. Then the burger frigging gross. The corners were hard. The burger was cold and old. I chose Wendy's over the king and the clown. What a disappointment. You need to fix this. Nothing like old nasty food. This was the Coventry location. 21 bucks for garbage.

    I use to use Wendy's app everyday. I told friends and actively promoted the Wendy's app. Now it's became a space waster in my phone. The deals have gone away. How disappointing. Went from eating at Wendy's several times a week to rarely eating there at Wendy's. Sad I miss it.

    I wish I could give this place a ZERO negative!!!! Went through the drive through and the order was wrong. Ordered two triple cheese, one double and one biggie bag at the Merchant's location in Knoxville. They shorted me a triple. When we called, they repeatedly hung up. FINALLY someone picked up and I nicely asked to speak to the manager and the woman who answered nastily SAID NO and hung up. My husband called from his phone also repeatedly and when someone picked up, they cursed at him!!!!

    The rudest and most arrogant employees ever. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They will incorrectly give you an order if you do drive through. (I'm thinking because they are cashing in on your money without giving you what you ordered. If you try to call, they will not answer and finally, if someone does, they will curse at you and hang up. I have even used different cell numbers and politely asked to speak to a manager and the person who answers tells me NO in an authoritative voice and hangs up. The workers are rude to the customers whom have paid full price for their meal and curse at the customers. Obviously, there is no manager around because they can act this way to paying customers.

    Food was fine. Price is fine. Service is poor. Not customer service oriented. The young man taking orders seems to have an attitude of he is doing the customer a favor. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. Didn't say a word when I pulled up to pay. Didn't confirm my order. The boy at the pick up window seemed disinterested with his job. Also didn't seem too concerned about customer service.

    My boyfriend had Wendy's DoorDashed to me and the order was completely wrong, he called to get it fixed and they refused to do anything about it because it “wasn’t their fault”. They extremely were rude and unhelpful. I would have given them a zero if that were an option.

    I was at Wendy's in East Rochester commercial and Washington. It was horrible dirty. Took almost 40 minutes to get food. Messed up my order then another 20 minutes to get my cold brew ice coffee Caramel that was terrible. Tad to throw out. Their excuse was they were short staffed. I wouldn't eat there again if you paid me.
