I went into Wendy's No one ever greeted me the staff was very rude and the manager had a bad attitude the place had a sewage problem one of the rude employees said that out loud the manager told the employee to be quiet for the customers hear you and the manager just laughed about it and said that’s why you never see me eat here i go get my food elsewhere and bring it back here. To top that off I ordered a #5 Med it cost me $7.12 in which money isn't the issue but when I pay that much for fast food at a low level place the food should be good for that price well it wasn’t!

The meat was raw not all the way cooked the fries which they are suppose to be new in better tasted badly burnt. The lemonade tasted watered down I told them about this in the rude worker just said oh we forgot to change it gave me a coke instead in that was no better it was flat they rolled their eyes when I complained. I just left and thought I could take this up with corporate what a joke the number was long distance. They didn't give a care person who answered the phone just placed me on hold and never came back now I see why the Employees have very bad attitudes they know nothing is going to happen to them they get away with serving nasty food and giving bad attitudes I was all chocked up with the little nasty bite that I ate of the fries I soon felt very sick! I hate Wendy’s I will never ever eat there again they will soon go bankrupt please no don't eat at Wendy’s it is so not worth it!

My husband and I went to Wendy's on 10/30/2010. When we got there, no one greeted us and the cashier rang up the wrong order. The manager came over and told us they already made the meal, like she was trying to make us buy it. When the cashier finally got the right order, the manager shoved the food in my hands. I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money in a place where you can't even get good service from the manager.

They overcharged for meal. The sandwich was not made right (no tomato or lettuce). The nuggets were stale. I got no receipt. They were not busy.

Employee was chewing on a necklace she was wearing and rubbing her fingers over the part she chewed on. Then, she would handle food without washing her hands. That’s disgusting.

So, I'm standing in line for about 10 minutes, alone (meaning I wasn't there with any lunch companions) and realized that in the 10 minutes that I had been standing there. 1st off the line hadn't moved but 1 person, 2nd the girl who was standing at the station putting the burgers together had made 3 burgers, changed 2 napkin dispensers, made 2 more burgers, opened an oven of sorts-pushed various buttons on the oven, wiped her forehead with the top of her hand, and proceeded to make more burgers. All whilst wearing a pair of rubber gloves that looked like she had been wearing them all day long. Needless to say, I was completely grossed out and left and went to subway where I enjoyed a lovely lunch.

My girlfriend and I purchased food through the drive-thru at Wendy’s on 02-18-10 at 4:44 p.m. As I took a bite out of my crispy chicken sandwich, I noticed a weird taste in my mouth. I immediately spit the remainder of the food out of my mouth and told my girlfriend that I thought something was wrong with my sandwich. As soon I made that statement, my girlfriend stated that my breath smelled like I consumed bleach. I immediately checked the sandwich and discovered that the whole bun smelled as if it were dipped in some kind of cleaning solution. I began to experience a slight burning sensation so I rushed to the bathroom and flushed my mouth with water. My girlfriend and I immediately went to the emergency room where we were both examined by a nurse. We both experienced nausea and my mouth had a burning sensation.

Wendy's has a Crispy Chicken sandwich for $.99. The sandwich comes with lettuce and mayonnaise. Every Wendy's I go to, I order the sandwich with cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onions. I am charged accordingly. The Wendy's in Green Acres Mall wanted to charge me an additional $1.49 to add only pickles and onions. If I wanted cheese, it would be an additional cost ($.40 I believe she said). Now, they have just changed a $.99 sandwich into a $3.00 sandwich. If I am going to pay this price, I may as well get one of their specialty chicken sandwiches, which is what they want you to do. This is a ripoff to consumers. If you advertise a smaller sandwich for $.99, and try and force consumers to pay the price for a specialty sandwich, then you have falsely advertised your product.

I went to the drive through at Wendy's in Leonardtown, Maryland today at 4:21pm. The lady came over the speaker and asked if I wanted a combo. I told her no, that I wanted a Double Stack Value Meal with ketchup and onions only with a Coke. The lady asked what size and I told her small. I pulled around to the window and gave the lady my money and she handed me my change, a soda, and a bag. When I looked in the bag, I saw there were no fries. I counted my change and there was too much. I waited for the lady to open the window and told her that my order was wrong. She told me that it was not wrong. I told her that I ordered a Double Stack Value Meal. She told me that I did not say value meal. I told her again yes I did. She raised her voice and told me again that I did not say that and she does not need this and slams the window.

I put my car in park and waited a couple of minutes for a manager to come to the window. The manager said, “Are you missing a fry???” I told her my issue was I ordered a value meal and was only charged/given a sandwich and coke. She then started to get loud and tell me that she heard me order my food and I did not say value meal. I told the lady that I was not going to argue with her and that I will give back my sandwich, soda, and change, and for her to give me back my five dollar bill. She said that was just fine and she took my change, soda, and sandwich, and she gave me back my five dollar bill. I left Wendy's and called the store to get the manager and woman's name at the window. A woman answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she told me that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me. She told me to look on the receipt. So I did and it said **.

Finally, she told me her name was not ** and it was **. I told her that I was the lady that was just at the store and wanted her name and the woman at the window's name and that I was going to call and make a complaint. She then asked me what my problem was with the lady at the window. I told her that the lady at the window was a nasty ** to me. Then she told me that the lady was not nasty and in a roundabout way that I am the problem. She also told me that she called her boss already about me. I told her that was fine and that I was still going to make my complaint. She then hung up on me.

I called her back and asked for her boss’s phone number and she hung up on me. I tried to get someone from Wendy's corporate office on the phone, but no one was in the office to take my call, so I was told. I finally left a complaint with customer service and told them that I would like a call back. I was told that if I don't receive a call back within a couple days, to call back. This whole problem could have been resolved if the lady would have just said I did not hear you, let me correct the order. I was willing to pay the difference, but was never given the opportunity.

A fast food restaurant should never have a person handling the window who has no customer service skills. I also can believe that Wendy's has this lady ** as a manager. She has no customer service skills like her employee and no management skills. If she had management skills, this issue would have been solved at the store and I would not be making this complaint right now. I was embarrassed by the whole situation, in front of customers that were in the store ordering, customers behind me in line that heard the whole thing, and by other employees that were listening.

I ordered two Meals #1 (one burger with cheese, one without), one regular cola and one diet cola. Upon arriving home, family members complained the cola was too sweet - indicating this was not diet. I walked up to the counter as it was hard to tell which label was correct, as it was not punched in the area that could tell which soda was cola. Also, my soda cup was not filled as recommended once.

I went to the drive through and the man that took my credit card kept it and refused to give it back to me, I believe he may have wrote my card number down. And when I told the Managers they tried to blame me for not getting it before I left. The employee did not follow Protocal and give my card back to me.
The Manager's started to Laugh, do you think this is funny, what if it was you, they treated me as if I was stupid, I was humiliated, not to mention, they would not give me back my Credit Card. My Number is 818-941-9036
