    Wendy’s over the years has lost more and more of my respect from being a #1 fast food joint, to around a 6 - 7. The service of employees has gotten worse and worse (at least in my area). They also discontinue popular items that people like or have certain locations offering specific things. Not sure why this would be but as of recent. I have been very disappointed. Please bring back 444 and Ghost Pepper Ranch. Only reason I bother to go.

    I went to Wendy's after a long day at the airport with my flight being cancelled and being on 3 different planes. I eventually got back at 11pm after not eating the whole entire day. I went to my Wendys right by my house and we ordered food, we got back to my house the food was ice cold and they forgot almost half the order and still charged us for the whole thing. I ate nothing and went to sleep never going back to stupid Wendy's again.

    I ordered the new brownie frosty. It was absolutely terrible. The chocolate was so tasteless and it was like eating sand. Never will order that again. My husband got the Caramel frosty and he said it was tasteless as well. There should be people tasting these before you put them on menu to sell ...

    Just spoke with the manager at this location and ordered unsweetened tea… It was horrible!!!! Wendy’s has always had great tea!!! But now I understand they are changing over to instant tea! This is a huge mistake for the company as I can tell you know, I for one will not ever walk into another Wendy’s if this is the tea that will be served. It is not worth what you will make on taking short cuts when making the tea! Suck it up corporate and make better decisions. This will not create a brighter future for anyone! And you’ll also lose customers. Old school is the best school! Concerned patron

    Saturday I went to Wendy’s for lunch. Only a few people inside the restaurant, few minutes before the lunch rush. The cashier took my order. Single classic with cheese meal with a large chili added to the meal. When I received my meal I started with my French fries then I opened my burger and took a bite. I took the top bun off and seen two burgers and bacon as well. I looked at my receipt and it said what I received but not what I ordered. I told the manager and they said nothing. I waited a few minutes the I put everything back on the tray and gave it back to the cashier and walked out. This is not the first time this same person messed up my order. I will not return to the Wendy’s near the UE high school. The receipt was on the tray. It was approximately 11:00am.

    The Wendy's in Rock Springs Wyo website is never working and no one cares so I go to McDonald's or Sonic or Burger King. No one in town likes wendy's website. They go somewhere else like me so don't even waste your time trying

    I went to this place today because it hasn't been open for long. My coworkers and I used online ordering which was easy. The service was slow. I used up all of my 30 minutes of lunch in the drive thru line. We ordered 2 double big bacon classic meals, one single big bacon classic meal, and a chicken sandwich. They almost forgot one of our burgers that we caught. Then when we go to work we noticed they were all singles and maybe even the junior size. Do not order here!

    Never again will we eat here for a medium combo triple cheese and fries and drink $ 12.89. And a baconator fries and drink $13.19 = $27.51. Every thing was cold and the fries looked like they were made 2 hrs before. Not to say the place had flies all over the place. Even talked to manager. You just lost a customer. This was in Green Bay Wisconsin on Webster St.

    Wish I could give the Wendy's at 5639 W Cortaro Farms Road, Tucson, zero stars. Stopped by there on 9/5/2025 and ordered three biggie bags. The hamburgers in two of the bags were burnt to a crisp. When I called to speak to the manager about the incompetence of her workers and tell her that they wrapped up the hamburgers even though they were charcoal, she offered for me to come back in and have them remade. It is a twenty-five minute drive from my house back to Wendy's. Is she going to reimburse me for my gas? The only way that these hamburgers should have left Wendy's was in the trash!! She needs to accept responsibility for her worker's poor employee training and her lack of managerial skills.

    I ordered kids meal with spicy chicken combo. When I got home the kids meal was cheese under with bacon and my spicy chicken combo was hamburger and fries were cold and it looked like it was heated. I called the location on Keele and Hwy 7, she was more concern looking for excuses than apologizing and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and after she said she is looking for my order they did not give me a receipt when I was there. Service was horrible and both orders were completely wrong and no help to exchange it. I had to hang up the phone before I lose it

    I watch every penny I spend since the loss of my husband and hadn't ordered a BACONATOR in a while. We'd gotten some coupons in the mail and thought why not. I added lettuce and tomatoes at home and that's how I saw to my shock the bacon that barely fit on the meat. Even with the coupons feel so cheated and scammed. You be the judge. Does what I bought look anywhere near what Wendy's claims to be a baconator, or is it the BACON-notthere.

    So freaking slow. Dirty as shit - drink station was covered with soda rings, and gnats were everywhere only 1 fly this time just a ton of gnats.     I love eating at Wendy's but I was given a chicken BLT but the chicken patty was burned so I went in without it and told the manager and she told me to bring it back in. I bought it back in and she looked through it and tossed it in the trash. Why would I waste my time lying about a chicken sandwich all in while my french fries are in the car getting cold? After getting my food, I like to go straight home but as usual it was a manager with unruly eyelashes and an attitude. The employee that remade my chicken sandwich weren't any better, she put too much mayo on my sandwich and I had to wipe it off when I got home. That was being nice/nasty. I will NOT go to 1524 Sams Circle Chesapeake, Va 23320 again.

    Went to the drive through last Friday morning around 7 am and sat for nearly 15 minutes and 3 cars behind me left so I left and one employee waving at us as we was leaving. Been a solid customer for nearly 5 years. This was the last straw as services went downhill, manager donating come in till about 8:00 or 9:00. Might as well shut it down in my opinion as no one even responded. Ivan was blowing the horn. Nobody responded.

    I have been getting the Apple Pecan Salad for as long as I remember. I moved from WV to SC a couple months ago. My husband has gone through the Wendy’s drive-thru in Spartanburg, SC at least 6 times now. They have been consistently been unfriendly displaying a non-caring attitude. The employees are rude and obviously do not care about their jobs. At least 3 times they didn’t put Blue Cheese crumbles, dressing, pecans, napkins or utensils in with the order. One time they failed to put the French Fries in his order. Today he comes home with an Apple Pecan Salad that was literally half the size than it usually is. Since Wendy’s has obviously downsized the salad I will no longer be a loyal customer. On top of that the price didn’t change. What a rip off! They just lost 2 customers. A receipt was not given.

    So Wendy’s just raised the price of the Biggie Bag from $5 to 6$. Ok I get it but I just ordered a Biggie Bag, the burger is smaller, the nuggets are smaller and the order of fries is smaller, I was ok with the 20% price increase but the smaller portions make this more like a 40% increase. I don’t think tariffs have anything to do with the price of their food.

    Ashland Oregon location... The manager should be fired for having an overall disgusting location. The floors had food everywhere crusted in booth corners, tables not cleaned, Walls, floors dirty, and the staff argues, and swears at each other.. Tossed bag of food on the counter, no thank you.     Today I went to Wendy's restaurant #00007635 in clemmons nc 27012. We order 2 for 7 dollar spicy sandwich and free medium fries with 10 pc spicy nuggets. I am very disappointed first time this type of food they sold sandwich half cook and raw sandwich both not only one sandwich and fries is too cold.     Wendy’s in Bolingbrook on Weber just sold me four double stacks, two chicken sandwiches. The best cheeseburgers double stacks I ever had. So juicy and fresh buns and everything and the two chicken sandwiches went to my son. It’s 25 years old. He’s a trucker. He said the first bite he said awesome and when he finished it, he said they’re on fire so they’re putting out some good products there. It was a ** lady on the window. I don’t know her name, but whatever they’re doing there it looks like they’re doing it the way they’re supposed to cause it tastes really good. No joke. I’ll be getting more from them.

    I tried the sausage egg cheese biscuit for the first time today. It was like a home-cooked sandwich. The biscuit was soft and buttery with a real fried egg. You can't beat this for a buck.     I just visit a Wendy's branch store here in scenic drive thru this evening at 6:30. It's busy and long vehicles line up. I was expecting expecting it will take me long wait to have my order but luckily I just took 5 minutes to reach the speaker box and got my order fast and when I've checked it, it's complete.     My daughter and I placed an online order at the Spring Cypress location in Spring, TX. The fries were not fresh and the burgers were warm not hot. We requested that we receive freshly cooked fries before we left. The female at the drive-thru window seemed annoyed at our request. We waited for them to come out with our order. When we got home, the food was still "just warm" and the fries were still a little warmer than the original time we were given our order. Very disappointed to say the least.

    I stopped for just a quick lunch thru the drive thru in Waynesboro Ga. on June 1, 2025. I told the clerk on the drive thru speaker I wanted the 5.00 meal with a Coke and she asked me what type of sauce I wanted for the nuggets, and I responded, "Ranch dressing". Once I got to the pay window the clerk said the total was over 7.00. I reminded her I ordered the 5.00 meal and she became immediately angry and said, "I can’t fix it because you got a med. drink," and she then yelled out to another clerk, "Hey this lady doesn’t want to pay for her meal 'cause it's over 7.00." I said, "I will gladly pay for the meal but that’s not what I ordered."

    Another clerk came over and slammed open the drive thru window and said, "You got a hamburger with bacon so that’s why it’s more." Again, I reminded her I did not order that. She then stated, "Well it's over 6.00," and yelled “go park over there and we will bring it to you when it's ready.” As I started to park where directed the First Lady opened the drive thru window and yelled “Hey. Hey. Do you want this food or not?” I could not believe her anger and had to try and back up in front of the customer behind me to retrieve my order.

    After I got my food it was obvious someone had smashed the burger and the pickles were put on the outside of the sandwich. I immediately threw it away as I was afraid to eat the food due to the extreme anger of the clerks. If management really cares about Wendy’s please send these employees to training at Chick-fil-A. This was a horrible experience and I’m certain they treat other customers the same way. Lastly, I did not get the ranch dressing or a receipt.

    No napkins (‘I’ll put them on the counter and people can get them’). Messy bathroom and condiment area. Receipts wouldn’t print. No one would figure it out. Person running counter and orders said, ‘I’m not going to stress’. Clearly they need more people. Big line never went away. People complaining in line. Saw a man working pull up his pants with his gloves on. Are they still clean? No. Earned a family of 7 not to eat here because the back end can’t communicate & get orders out and keep the restaurant functioning in front.

    Wichita Kansas north ridge road location. Waited at the counter for almost five minutes to order my food. No other customers in the store, employees and manager was visible from the counter as I was to them. They was just talking in between the kitchen and drive thru. Finally an employee came to take my order acting as if I was such an inconvenience. Did not get a receipt 'cause it was not offered. Dude threw it away just as fast as it was printed. Food was good, fries was fresh, chicken nuggets were a bit old but could have been worse. Restaurant was filthy, was out of condiments in lobby. Had to ask three employees for ketchup. Finally the manager come over to get me some. This location was brand new a few years ago and was busy and on point. I now know why business has dwindled to a crawl.

    I ordered an Fuego chicken sandwich and it was raw, nothing about that chicken was cooked all the way through. I also ordered a Dave’s single which was cold. Now I’m not the type to go through drive-throughs asking for my food to be hot and fresh but that Dave’s single was cold all over. I would’ve been ok if it was warm just a little. However, the raw chicken sandwich is what got me. I almost threw up. Also, I ask the boy at the window whose name I did not get a question. He did give me an answer but proceeded to roll his eyes and slam the window. He handed me my food and then slammed it again. Also was not given a receipt.

    I ordered 2 Cobb salads 19.03. They changed the packaging. They are extremely smaller. I requested for my money back as soon as I saw how small they were. The customer service is horrible at 127th and Halsted. They made the salads smaller but same price. Please everyone just go to Chick-fil-A. Their salad are nice size. A bit cheaper. Taste better and their customer is is excellent. Wendy's should go out of business.

    So sorry, I had a terrible experience. The burger was soggy, the patty was cold as if it's never been on the grill. And the fries were cold, not good at all. The washroom definitely need to be cleaned properly. I leave this criticism to hopefully encourage you to do better, especially when the Wendy's sign says "quality is our recipe".

    After a three hour drive into NMB, we stopped into Wendy’s at 12:58p to grab what was supposed to be a quick bite; however, our order for 2 adults took 30 minutes. That’s longer than it takes at a casual dining or even a fine dining establishment and it’s supposed to be FAST food! We literally didn’t get our food until 1:30p. Only one person was at the register and she was also the person handling the bagging, so it was obvious they didn’t have enough staff. But she was unfazed and wasn’t in any hurry to do either job. One of our orders was ready but it sat on the back counter for 10 minutes while the second order was being prepared. Finally, I asked if that was my order and if they would go ahead and give me what was ready before it got cold, but TOO LATE, the food was cold. Very frustrating experience that has turned me off to Wendy’s, in general and I will never be back to that location.

    Just purchased a biggie bag and sized up. Besides the staff being extremely rude the food was disgusting right down to the soda. First they were out of 75% of the drinks they offer and since they didn’t even have Sprite I opted for ginger ale which was just about flat and nasty. I asked how much to bump it up to medium bag and instead of replying she just charged me without replying. I can’t eat onions and you would think they would have to make a fresh burger. However while there was no onions the burger was ice cold along with the fries and chicken nuggets. While the drive through was busy the inside had 2 customers. All I can say is that while I am not a frequent junk food eater was hoping for at least something edible. Not my first time at this particular Wendy’s because I can walk there it is also my last. And definitely not the first time I’ve experienced nasty rude employees. Stay away, maybe they’ll close and put a better place in that location.

    I usually like Wendy's in Beaver Dam Wi. Very poor customer service today, 5/25/25. I ordered the new infused Frosty. The caramel was all on the bottom of the cup, barely mixed at all. She didn`t give me the coke I ordered. Was not pleasant at all. I ordered a plain cheeseburger. I got it with tomatoes, lettuce and onion on it. I did not get a receipt.

    Delivery failed to include the medium vanilla strawberry crunch swirl frosty, and the app glitched, so I couldn't report it to their delivery customer service. I filled in a general customer service complaint, which took a week to get a reply with the correct phone #. The employee on the phone informed me that the 3 day window had passed and a refund could not be issued. I find it incredibly dishonest that a glitch and a delayed response from customer service cost me an honest resolution to my issue.

    Placed Uber Eats order to Wendy's @ 570 Brawley School Road Mooresville today. I paid for added products, which was not placed on my order. I called the store and the conversation was not pleasant. Too many workers in these fast food restaurants are not people friendly and are very rude. As the employee, make sure people order is correct, because the work I had to put in with Uber Eats to get my money back is not something I care to do because of Wendy's' mess up. The receipt which Wendy's clearly put on the bag has my added purchases and my order wasn't even checked, and I had to do all the work to fix it. Not professional at all. Yes the order was placed through Uber Eats-which is only the delivery service, however Wendy's is the place that makes and prepare the food orders. Maybe Corporate can implement some Soft Skills Training along with checking orders before you send them out!

    I doubt anyone in WendyLand will read, care or do anything about my experience...But anyway, I tried to order from the website which directed me to my email, then phone, then app. The app directed me to my phone, then email, then I had to go and log into my rewards. All the items I put in my cart on the website did not map over to the app, so I had to rebuild my order. Trying to find a way to pay with a gift card was impossible -- It was like digging for gold. I finally located the gift card option which was labeled and buried under a different pay type. I was run around in circles for an hour. When I was finally in a position to submit my order, the app bypassed my gift card and took 100% of the expense from my MasterCard. At the end of the day, I still remain in possession of a worthless gift card.

    This new store has 2 evening workers. Very rude and I've lived in this neighborhood for 40 years. Gable and his associate did not honor their advertisement in the windows. I had to throw away my baconator out afraid of getting sick. My wife was very upset about the service. She will not be returning to this store or others. One store refects all your stores. I will be posting this on Facebook and all Social media. Venues rude conduct. 15 minutes to receive orders when I'm the only one in line at 11:30 pm in the evening.     I had the worst experience at the Wendy’s at 4200 Patterson Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland today. I tried to order at the drive through and the employee was extremely rude. I decided not to continue my order because of the horrible experience and went in to get her name. Come to find out she was the manager and she would not give me her name. She was not professional nor accommodating. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this particular Wendy’s ever. Her staff, though reluctant to speak up for obvious reasons, gave me clear gestures that their manager was overwhelmingly unprofessional. I did not continue my order here nor will I ever return.

    If I could put ZERO stars I would. ** was the manager at 4600 S SR-7 Ft. Lauderdale FL 33314. I went through the drive through. She was rude and kept rushing me. She kept asking me if I was done talking or not. Then when I get to the window she charged me for a baked potato and I did not receive it in the bag. So I went back around. Then she told me it will take 3 minutes to cook. After that I waited 15 MINUTES. Then my boyfriend went inside to retrieve the order. Then waited another 10 MINUTES until I went inside and demanded to speak to the manager. This is ridiculous. A drive through is a DRIVE THROUGH for 1-5 minute wait. But for me to wait 25 MINUTES FOR A BAKED POTATO!!!

    My experience at the Wendy’s on Greenfield Rd. and 12 Mile Rd in Southfield, MI at 6:15 pm. The restaurant didn’t have any customers in lobby and drive thru had 3 cars (not busy).     I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled this time because the taco salad is nothing but left over salad scraps. The old dehydrated lettuce contains nothing but the hearts. The tomato is the skin pieces with very little tomato (I’ve never seen this deception before). There is cheese. No, not even a little bit of hamburger. No salsa except for the creamy salsa dressing, which I didn’t use because of all the fat in it. The cup of chili bean soup was the only good thing. Almost $10 for this poor excuse for a taco salad! I was so disappointed! So, if you don’t want to pay $10 for a cup of chili with salad scraps, just get the cup of chili! Wish I’d known, I can’t afford to waste money on such crap! I don’t have the receipt because I threw away every hint of having been made a fool for buying it!

    I visited the Wendy’s on Derry Rd near Hwy 427 Etobicoke, Friday night March 14, 2025 at 9:15 pm. I had not left the parking lot, my chicken nuggets were not fresh, barely warm. I went back to the drive-thru window to get a replaced order of chicken nuggets. The cashier asked me to drive around back through the line to allow 3-4 minutes to drop a fresh batch. I drove around back into the line, it appeared that she forgot, as she saw me she said Oh. I heard her say hot hot to the person preparing as if it was a joke. I asked the cashier, "Isn’t there a time check when food could no longer be served?" She answered the food is fresh.

    I received the replaced chicken nuggets, before leaving the parking lot I checked and found that they may have just re-fried the nuggets as these were so greasy, the nuggets were so hot, too hot to hold and the box was oily. Clearly not upholding the we serve FRESH. Oh and I did not receive a receipt for my order. This location needs to have an inspection done immediately!

    I visited the Wendy's Restaurant on Summer Ave Memphis I. Last evening. I made my order online through the app. Once I got there the I told the employee I had a mobile order. When she gave me the my order the bag had grease stones all on it. I knew from the looks of it. It was old and stale. When I opened it I saw old stale withered fries that was cold. I then told the employee that I would like hot fries, the employee then looked at me as if I was lying and she thought I was a Uber driver that opened the food up and was stealing the food from the make believe Customer. She asked me was my name Angela? And the attitude that she had once she looked at me was so evil. Her body language was super unprofessional.

    Me and my wife decided today on lunch. We'd go to Wendy's, not knowing? We'd set in pick up line for 30 minutes and we were so excited. Because then we thought our food would be absolutely wonderful. But no, it is a rainy day, and it did not go that way. The fries look like they have been sitting in there for a month. The burgers were cold. The chicken nuggets were cold, and I'm being honest yet. Seriously, looks like they just set it in there. For a month and then try to feed it to somebody.

    This is the worst place I've ever been. If you are a business person and you own this restaurant on Lexton Avenue. In Mansfield, Ohio, please do something about it. Because these people are disgusting, it sucks. I have to pay that much money and then end up throwing my food away. Because it is too disgusting to eat.     Order a lot of food. I have 3 children and my husband and myself. Ordered and was super excited to come home and eat my baked potato. Found a long hair lying on top of my potato. It's been 3 hours (I ordered ahead so I had something to eat besides where I work) that's DISGUSTING!!! I didn't even need to open the container to see it. How much longer is corporate going to ignore the drug use by the employees on their night shift, that downright rude way they talk to their customers, the multiple times they lock the door while employee children run their lobby and refusing to allow customers to order.

    The night shift employees have ruin this location and are ruining the name Wendy's.     I went in to pick up a DoorDash order, I went up and asked but it was not ready yet, the lady that was there was shorter with dark hair, she had an attitude and I could tell right away, but I am very easy going so I waited and notified the customer what was going on, as I’m standing and waiting, this lady was putting other people bags of food down on the counter very roughly and like she didn’t care. So I went up again 5 mins later and looked at a bag to make sure it wasn’t mine, then she snapped at me and said “this is not your YOUR, it’s for the customer”. I didn’t even touch the bag. Then she tried to give me order which was completely wrong and the other dasher waiting behind me, I gave it to her because it was her order, it looked like the order was not even started yet and I been there for 10 mins already.

    So I wrote a very detailed paragraph to the customer and ended up unassigning the order because she was the rudest person and it was not even that busy, I meant there were a couple but it was ridiculous. I’m not one to complain like this, but I have never had this bad of service while doordashing ever! I will never go back or accept an order there again for the customer's sake. Totally unprofessional.

    I just wrote a review for my local Wendy's store and I must say that the store is going downhill. Newark, Delaware location... The drive thru was busy, no one inside so of course I parked to go in...Well no one was in line and everyone was at the drive working the order. No one helped me for ten minutes and the one that did could barely speak ENGLISH!! Ordered 2 chicken wraps. They were thrown together, dry, dry DRY!!! While I'm still at the counter waiting for my Chili someone comes back in to get their cookies that were missing in the bag, the cashier didn't understand her...and pointed to her receipt, while the cashier look confused. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries. The sandwiches were poorly put together.. The meat was cold and the fries were hard as a brick..     Every single time we mobile order during the evening, from Wendy's on Euclid in Bay City, they mess up my order. I am fairly certain that at this point, it is being done deliberately. EVERY TIME, they leave out my sauces, and sour creams. About a third of the time, they leave out something major, or give us an entirely wrong order. I call to let them know, they hang up on me at least once EVERY TIME-they know my phone number as my orders are mobile. I am concerned that they are going to use my phone number to harm myself or my family-and I'm not kidding one bit.

    I should not say they, it is the manager. The same manager over and over. We reported it to corporate the last time and they apologized and sent me a $10 coupon to my app account. We gave them additional chances, but used the coupon on the day shift instead of night. Tonight, I really wanted some nuggets, so we tried again. NOPE. They only gave me one of my drinks, no onions in my chili, no sour cream, no sauce for my nuggets. I called the store. IT'S ON CAMERA... LOOK AT IT HAPPEN AND STOP LETTING IT GO.

    They hung up the first time. When they did answer, I was very kind and friendly. She was VERY snarky and disrespectful. As soon as I told her who I was and that they left out my second drink, she says, "If you had a second drink, maybe the person you sent to pick it up forgot it." I paused, and said, "Sure, the one my husband forgot to pick up." She tells me, "Well, it's not OUR fault he can't remember to pick up your drink. We'll replace it, anyway." She said bye, before I could say anything, I asked, "So, did you guys throw away a drink?" She tried saying bye again, so I repeated myself. She admitted they threw it away and reiterated that it was the fault of my husband because he did not ASK them for the second drink. She hung up on me before I could tell her about the onion, sauces and sour cream.

    Here's the kicker... I was on speaker phone with him when he picked it up and I heard a female voice say, "have a nice night". That means the order should have been all handed out-as in completed order. Not as in, oh, I need to ask to make sure they did not leave anything out. He had no idea what I ordered, Had three teeth pulled today, and why do I have to tell the person I send to pick up my food what I have ordered? He is already doing something kind for me, why should HE be responsible for doing a job that a Wendy's employee is PAID to do?

    So Wendy's, when did it become cool to allow your employees to fully disrespect your customers to this degree. I would not doubt if that manager did something to my food with the attitude that she has. When did it become not the store's responsibility to hand out ALL of an order, but the customer's job? Do we get paid to do that for you? And even if her argument is acceptable. Even if he SHOULD have known and made sure it was in there, where were my onions, sauces and sour cream? Should he have held up the drive thru while he fumbled through the bags taking everything out, opening every container to see if anything was left out--opening my chili so it gets cold in 10 degree weather? Identifying every item on a burger? What would that do to their times? Is that what you want? Long wait times? People being upset?

    I'm done being upset about this. And this message is going EVERYWHERE I can post it. Because my dollars will talk. I used to order from Wendy's all the time--often twice daily, for multiple people. Not anymore. Maybe never again. Incidentally, ALL of the other staff at that store are kind, thoughtful folks. Including the other managers. But you allow this ONE PERSON to act like this? To be so rude and aggressive with a customer that she KNOWS has reported her for it in the past on MULTIPLE occasions (I let at least 25 incidents pass and only called to get the correct order before I ever reported it to anyone), that this customer is actually fearful that this person may have my personal information via my mobile number? And you are permitting this, because YOU KNOW WENDY'S... YOU KNOW who she is, and what she is doing.

A male said hello and started my order only to be stopped (male said: "Please hold"). 1 min later the man said they were unable to take orders at this time. To come back later.     Arrived at 5pm on Monday Feb 3, 2025. ALL lights inside and OUTSIDE of establishment were ON. After being asked what is like to order…a ** woman with an accent overtook mid order and instructed me that they were closed!! When I asked for the reason she stumbled across her words before saying “polit…oh uhm technical difficulties”. A restaurant near a hotel and a children’s center to choose to close due to political reasoning is disgusting and ignorant to the community of children!

    I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience I had Store #3162 located at 5001 N Big Hollow on 2/02/2025. On 2/02/2025, I TRIED to place an order at the store. Upon arrival I was asked what I would like to order. I was explaining my order, and the lady on the intercom, YELLED at me and told me that I had to order a specific way. I said that was fine and to please calm down. I then proceeded to order my food and when I got to the window. I asked what was going on and why was I being yelled at. I explained to the lady with the red dyed hair and tattoos what just happened and she proceeded to yell at me as well, saying she didn’t take my order. I just wanted to know why I was being yelled at in the first place.

    Neither employee maintained a polite and respectful tone throughout the whole ordeal. If my daughter wasn’t so hungry, I would’ve just drove off. I attempted to contact the store directly on 309-692-2359 to resolve the issue, but the response I received was NOT pleasant. Basically, I got called a liar and that I didn’t get yelled at. I will never go back to this location. What a joke.

    On January 3, 2025, I placed my usual order from Wendy’s through the Uber app: a Large Chili with cheese and onions (with a request for hot sauce and crackers), spicy nuggets with Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce, and Bacon Fries for a colleague. When the order arrived, it was missing the chili sauce, crackers, nugget sauce, and even napkins. After multiple emails with Wendy’s corporate office, they claimed they couldn’t find my order. Today, January 31, 2025, at 2:52 PM, I ordered again through the Uber app. This time, they gave me only one hot sauce and one cracker with my large chili. My Uber driver even requested another hot sauce for me, but they said they didn’t have many packets. (What is going on with this store?) On top of that, the nuggets were cold.

    There’s no point in reaching out to corporate again—they simply don’t care. Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food place, but I might have to start looking at other options. I worked for Wendy’s in the early ‘90s, and I know Dave Thomas would be ashamed of how the company is failing to uphold the training standards he put in place to ensure quality and service.

    Wendy's in Nitro WV. Ordered through the app. When I get to the drive through window I am told they are out of Chili and offered more fries. I said no, just a refund. I was told I would have to do that through the app. I took my order and pulled over to adjust my order for the food I did not get. App said order could not be adjusted as it was processed. I went into the store to ask for guidance. Was told they do not help with the app, and was offered cold chili. I said no just a refund. They said I had to do it through the app but they don't help with that. I asked for a manager or regional manager card or contact information to follow up, they refused to give me any information. I said thank you and listened to the apparent manager and staff mock my request for a refund as I left the store. I then had to spend 40 min. on the phone to get a 3$ refund, it shouldn't have been this hard, I was not treated politely or fairly.

    I just came into the Wendy’s off Elizabeth right after work and I was counting up a few dollars in change. There was a women who was helping me. Come to find out she was the general manager. As I was counting up a few dollars she made a comment saying “McDonald’s is cheaper" just because I had to count a few dollars up in change. Extremely rude to say. I then proceeded to ask her name and she refused to give it to me. I’m very disappointed. This is the type of management Wendy’s is hiring. :(

    This morning was the first time I have been to this location and actually had great customer service! Whoever was working this morning did an amazing job! Because any other time I come here especially at night I get treated like I’m a burden for buying food and it’s obvious they don’t want to be here and always treated disrespectfully. But this morning I am giving 5 stars because the person running drive through was so customer service friendly. I hope you guys hire more people who treat customers like he did!     Got two large orders of Chile at the new Wendy's in Oneida Tenn. today 1/23/2025. Didn't open till got home. I live 25miles away or I would have taken back, neither one had a single bean it nothing but soup, little meat and tomatoes.     I went to Wendys off Perimeter Loop in Dublin Oh. It was one lie after another, They didn't have any potatoes, I can pay and then wait for 15 mins in the parking lot until it is finished and someone will bring it out, I then asked for fries no salt instead, I also asked for #4 with no ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Once I got to the window and took my bag, I told them there was salt on the fries, then it took two people to come to the window and blow their breath and roll their eyes in my face. The girl with long hair and glasses grab my fries out of my hands and says you can go park in the parking lot, they're hell bent in that Wendy's on having you go sit in the parking lot while they waste your time, I told her, "No I am sitting in the parking lot, just give me my money back now." She did and I left. This place is ridiculous

    Walked in to place an order to go at a Wendy's location in Bogalusa Louisiana. There was no one at the counter to take my order. An employee on my side of the counter was having a conversation with another employee on the other side of the counter. After at least five full minutes an employee appeared and took my order. The order was both filled and charged correctly. As soon as I got the order to my vehicle, I took out the french fries and found that they were lukewarm. When I tasted a nugget it was greasy as if it had not been cooked at the right temperature. The machine that made the soft drink blended it with too much seltzer water.

    They are not very nice to people. They talk about about people and threaten Door Dashers. I will not eat there ever again. It is not ok to do what they did. The manager allowed it and I told them they shouldn't do that and they kicked me out of the store for sticking up for my friend.

    Ordered a Wendy's value meal in the Donna, TX location. It was in the late afternoon and the store was not very busy. Being a to go order I noticed the food was all cold. I warmed up in the microwave to at least consume most of it. I contacted the main corporate office which informed me that this particular store would contact me to no avail. I haven't heard a word since this bad experience.

    This is a bit late but on 11/2/24 we were traveling and stopped at Wendy's Petro Ocala 7401 W Hwy 318 Reddick, FL 32686. The person who waited on us was Martin, didn't make eye contact, told us we could not order a special on the board. Another person behind the counter said yes they could make our order, Martin was flip with a I don't really care attitude. Not a person who should be in front of customers.     I have been repeatedly disappointed in the quality and consistent decline in service of all locations I have experienced. Wendy’s is no longer the best fast food restaurant it once was!     I recommend not placing online order the 6225 W Capitol Milwaukee, WI 53216. The night crew don’t want to work and they cancel online orders after 11 pm and only take DoorDash. I never received my food, was told to pull around to replace my order then was told they were closed. If that’s not ** most ** customer service. I was told I owed a balance on an order they never took info on. How do I owe a balance if you don’t have my order information? If you don’t want to work in the food industry find what works for you. Most people take pride in the work they do, times have changed and this isn’t 1991-1999 anymore. These new age managers act like the students they work with and the students act like the managers are their parents, want to be spoiled and not work hard.

    I worked at Wendy's while in high school and always thought they were the "best" fast food BUT no more. The location in Wentzville, MO serves old food. The salad (that's not cheat) that I just got is dumpster fare. I picked the bad lettuce that I could see out, was going to eat it... I paid good money for it but it's old, brown and they didn't even take the head from the lettuce out. Truly pitiful! Please see the image, would you eat it? Another time, on their lovely "Fry Day" deal, they have me french fries that had been cooked a second time. They were filled will grease, disgusting. I'm done.

    There was clearly a rush with multiple cars in line but it was less than a minute per car. Very satisfied. I got my food quickly and came inside to eat. Clean restaurant. The chili was a little spicy but that may be because I’m sensitive. The strawberry lemonade was delicious and overall my visit was spectacular.     The krabby patty meal was small and sad. I was charged for each saucy nugget set instead of a 10-piece. The pineapple frosty was small and I prefer the syrup blended. They explained the nugget, but I have shoppers remorse. What's more the paramount+ wanted me to add my credit card# and came with a $7.99 charge even though I made the deadline date to start my 1 month subscription.

    Went to the drive thru to order lunch. We had two people in the car that wanted to pay separately. Employee refused to take the second order. Thanks for messing up my lunch break.     The SpongeBob meal is alright, but come on for 12.99 the milkshake itself could have been larger ... It was the size of a small kid's frosty ... You can bet I will never fall for that one again ... The Boo bag was a way better bargain for 10.99 and you got more food and an adult toy if you chose it or a kids ... I do like Wendy's over the other fast food places but was way, way disappointed in the SpongeBob meal for my granddaughter... Thank you Wendy's for actually coming up with the idea but really improve on the size of the shake ....     I don't eat fast food very often but every time I have gone to Wendy's in Pueblo, Colorado (like 2-4 times a year since moving here about 5 years ago) they have either messed up my order or they have been out of whatever it is I came for in the first place. This is especially frustrating when I order online and then show up to be forced to substitute on my order which I have already paid for. If I ordered it, that's what I wanted, not anything else, but they can't stay stocked for some reason?

    Also this location in particular is basically a McDonald's since they are always cleaning their frosty machine during business hours... I just have not had a single good experience with Wendy's since moving down here and I really loved their breakfast when they first came out, but the quality has just dropped off and again, every time I have ordered, they have messed up my order. Apparently extra sauce means enough to cover 1/4 of the sandwich only and it is just baffling to me since I recall when they first launched their breakfast and the ratio was fantastic...

    Just not anymore for some reason. If the prices in this state are going to be higher than 90% of the country, then maybe they could focus on getting it right. Also, the big frustration with my most recent order is that I ordered online, screenshot my order before and after submitting and they charged me the full amount based on the original order but dropped 2 sandwiches off the order when they emailed the confirmation. Still had the same price listed though and it clearly doesn't add up to the full amount. I'm sick of being disappointed by this craphole.

    I stopped by yesterday evening on the way home from the lumberyard. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers but didn't speak clearly so when I got to the window they handed me two junior burgers, I said no, I was wanting the larger ones. Ok so this is what sells me when I buy food. I grabbed my food, put it on the passenger seat and immediately the light on the dash starts flashing! Put on your seat belt!     Something has gone wrong with Wendy's, 3 meals at 2 different locations, the hamburger meat tasted and smelled very bad, completely unlike what it was before. I've had Wendy's on and off for near 25 years now, sometimes quite often, and quality has declined over that time but has mostly at least been good. That is no longer the case. The hamburgers, nuggets, fries, all have become either small and tasteless or disgusting. There are less veggies in the sandwiches and everything is much lower quality. Even the meat smells funny. Prices have spiked up which is understandable, but the extreme decline in quality and sizes is not. Wendy's no longer has an actual brand. You are better off getting 7-11 food at this point.

    The Wendy’s Restaurant on Williamson Blvd in Ormond Beach Fl is terrible for customer service. I ordered their apple pecan salad and got a salad with no pecans or dressing or fork, no napkin. I tried to get employee's attention. It was raining. I honked a horn. No response. Finally got hold of someone. I asked for a receipt. They said they had no receipt paper. Asked me to wait in the rain. I asked for a manager. They said they were the manager, so I waited for receipt and no one came out. The employees at this restaurant Do not know their job or does the manager if that was a manager that waited on me. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. ☹️

    My wife and I on 9/17/2024 around 5:00pm. Pulled up to the drive through on Haines Ave. Rapid City South Dakota, to order and the guy taking our order was pretty rude, we order two number #1 and I told him both large, and he said, "I didn't ask you what size yet!" Then he says, "Starting with your first order what size?" And then he went on and said, "Now you can give me your second order size!" We were not done ordering when he told us to pull around, and my leans over me and asked for two of their frosty and the guy asked, "What size?" and she asked him, "What flavors do you have?" and answer sarcastically, "Same flavors we always have. What size!!" And he repeated himself again, "What size?" And said, "So tell me what's is it going to be." I don't know if they are under staff, or he just had a bad day! Or maybe he is not trained right, But I told my wife, "I think he doesn't want our business" so we just left.

    I went through the drive through and after I got home they did not put my sandwich in the bag just my fries. I called the store and the manager Anastasia was very rude and spoke to me very inappropriately. They did not give me a receipt so I could give her the order # but I repeated my complete order several times. She pretty much called me a liar several times but then finally just said to come get my sandwich whenever. After I get my sandwich since I freaking paid for it I will never go back to Wendy's again.     I'm a Door Dasher to make ends meet for my family and had just gotten two orders Door Dash wanted me to pick up at the same time to deliver to two customers. When I arrived to pick up my orders to the drive through, the woman working the drive through told me they're tired of Door Dashers and that even though they had a long line I would only be allowed to pick up one order and then I would have to drive back around to pick up the second order! I told her that's a lie and not the way it works but said okay and drove to the window to pick up the first order anyways so that I could at least get my food to the customer while it was warm. The woman and manager slammed the window laughing and refused to give me either order! Wendy's adoption foundation is not on the up and up either!

    I was just there 9/5/24 at 2 pm. Nobody was in front of me at the drive up, so they can't say they were busy. I ordered a small chili. Cashier asked if I wanted a cookie for 99 cents. I said yes. I paid for my order & left. Ten minutes later I get to where I'm going & no cookie & no receipt. I call the 1-888-624-8140 number to file a complaint. I don't have a lot of faith in anyone's ability to do their job, so I'm complaining here. This is by far the worst Wendy's location in the corporation. All I hear from friends, family & coworkers is how bad this location is. Unfortunately, it's the closest location to North Riverside, so we are stuck with terrible service & usuot employees that don't care. I didn't even get a receipt!

    Today is September 4th, I placed an order August 16th. Wendy’s had canceled my order due to an error by their employees. I was promised a full refund in 10-12 business days. Which is insane due to the quickness they took the money. They are now telling me there is nothing they can do but let their research team look into the issue. Which would require 3 days then another 10-12 business days. I will no longer buy from this company due to hiring obviously criminals not only in the establishment but obviously in corporate. I’m glad my bank was able to label it as theft.

    Went to Wendy's. Ordered a chili for my mother, a hamburger and a french fry. Go through the drive-thru. I pull away. They forgot my French fries. I go in there and I said, "Look it the reason why I go through the drive-thru is because I really don't want to come in here and you guys forgot my French fries." I said, "You know this is getting you know ridiculous. Every time I come here there's always something wrong. Either there's no mustard on my hamburger." He tells me, "Well why do you come here?" I said, "Because my 81-year-old mother likes the chili," and I said, "Now you know what? I don't want this food anymore." I'm just my nerves are all shooken and I don't want to hear. Here's my receipt. Here's the chili. I didn't even open it. Everything was in the bag. I am in the bag.

    It tells me, "I can't give you your money back." I said, "What do you mean you can't give me my money back? I just was in the Drive-Thru. I pulled out of the drive-thru and came right in here. Here's my receipt. Here's my hamburger and my chili. You guys didn't give me my French fry. I don't want it anymore." "Well our policy is that we don't refund anything." I said, "So if I don't want my food you can't refund it? I didn't even eat it. Nope a matter of fact I said, "I don't know what you're talking about sir but you apparently you don't know what you're doing because I'm 52 years old and I go to a lot of places and if you don't like the food you either get a discount or or they give you your money back."

    It was a $9 order. I just wanted my French fries. He tells me, "Oh I don't know what I'm doing? Get the hell out of my store," so I get out of a store. I had to call the cops. Four cops come. They did nothing. I didn't get my French fries and the manager stole my $3 because I never got my $3 and because the french fries were $2.99 so the Webster please did nothing and that guy stole my money the manager. So is that okay for them to just steal your money like that.

    Why would a store Manager put a new employee at the cash register by themselves when they are new and have not learned how to take orders yet? Wendys in Hahira Georgia 6:00 pm on August 10th. 2024. Waited at counter ready to order for 5 minutes while the worker tried to straighten out errors with customer going through his bags and replacing items. I ordered 2 of the #1 single burgers (only) with 2 frosties and asked the employee if they were training because of what iI observed with the other customer. They replied yes.

    On the register screen, I saw the order list the incorrect item and I corrected the employee. Then while they were still going back and forth with the order on the other customer, I notice they keyed in the #1 combo for my order. I asked the employee why it showed combo and they said, "I thought you wanted the #1." I said, "Yes but just the burger on #1." I thought it would be best just to cancel the order and leave without eating at Wendy's.

    Went to Wendy's in Pace Fl today at 4:41 to order the two for 6 off my app and the the cashier couldn't get it to work so he called the manager over to help and she couldn't get it to work so she says and I quote "Oh well, it's not working so you will have to pay full price.     We live in Nashville, Tn and go to McDonald’s many times a week so just to see how Wendy’s was we decided to have breakfast there today. They advertised a lot on the Olympics and everything looked so good. They also advertised to buy one biscuit then get another for one dollar. Wasn’t at our Wendy’s. We ordered a variety of things just to try. Everything we ordered was inferior to McDonald’s. The biscuits they advertise on the Olympics look nothing like the ones we were given.     I use to absolutely love Wendy's Restaurant. I remember a long time ago my favorite desert was a frosty with the apple dumpling. Man I wish that would come back. Anyway getting to my point, I took a few ball players to Wendy's one day after a baseball game playing in this 100 degree weather, I ordered four medium chocolate Frosties. When this young lady at the drive through window, never spoke, didn't ever crack a half smile, handed me a cup that looked like a step up from that of a kids meal size! My goodness, I know nowadays, some companies have had to cut back on size but good gracious!! Be fair with people! I'm not asking for it to be free.     Went to buy today a 99 cent frosty as advertised here in Canada for all summer long (on TV all the time). Very hot here in western canada. The guy at the till tells my Wendy's just dropped this deal for the rest of the summer (we are in the middle of it). They are now $2.39. Really? Why? Well read on. There's more.... So in addition, I was subscribed recently to Wendy's for special offers and coupons in my email. But I noticed the deals I am getting for example the most recent one - the Wendy's big box deal for 5 bucks- a good deal for sure. Yeah if are American!

    When I read the fine print it was US residents only! I live in Canada! So Wendy's is sending me US deals here in Canada rubbing these deals in my face?     It has been years since I visited Wendy’s and had what was once a wonderful classic chicken sandwich. Well I thought I would go get one and when I first bit into it … well it was like eating card board. Zero condiments or dressing- just a piece of tasteless chicken and a bun.     I picked up a to go order about 4:30pm today in the drive thru for two plain baked potatoes. Simple easy side dish to go with what I had already prepared at home. I get home with my two potatoes and proceed to remove them from the bag. Seriously, they look like they had been sitting in a warmer all day. Shriveled up and dried out. They were lukewarm if that. The butter wouldn't even melt on it. It was far from appetizing. The price of take out is going up while the quality is failing.

    I’ve been wanting to write a review for quite some time. My son and I used to go to Wendy’s at least once a week. We have not been back in the last six months and will not go anymore ever! We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at least four or five times. Every single one of those times the food was absolutely horrible, the order was wrong, and the fries are just little sticks. Ever since Wendy’s has been advertising that they have the best fries of anybody they have become the absolute worst fries of any restaurant that you could go to. Every single time that we ordered them, they were cold, none of them were long fries that were full of potato. They were just little dried up Crunchy sticks.

    The drive-through was always at least 45 minutes and the workers were always very rude. The line used to be hanging out into the road because so many people went there. Now there is no one ever in the drive-through and they have basically no business. They can only blame themselves Because of the poor service and the absolute most disgusting food ever! This is the Wendy’s in Bardstown, Kentucky. Corporate can clearly look at the decline in the number of customers that come there now. Either make changes or close the place down! I’m hoping close the place down and put in a Chick-fil-A.

    I ordered takeout at Wendy's 3700 W Touhy in Skokie. I arrived and the manager quickly approached me and said that the baked potatoes were overcooked. She offered a replacement which I agreed on. I chose the Chile. I got home, burgers were red inside, not fully cooked, chili was watery, I could have drank it with a straw, horrible.     I went to Wendy's in Dumont and Fort Lee, NJ and the lettuce they are using now looks more like cabbage, it's green and hard. I have no idea if it's lettuce or cabbage.     I have been going to Wendy's for as long as I can remember. Usually get a Double stack with fries. The last place that I could eat and not actually have a allergic reaction to the filler foods like cottonseed, soy lecithin or peanut oil. The last two times that I've been there I've completely blown up wife a allergic reaction. Sorry to say I will not be able to enjoy Wendy's anymore. FYI probably either the bread buns, mayonnaise or cooking oil has changed recently. It is almost in everything we eat now.

    We went through the drive-thru tonight 5/7/24, at Wendy's Crossroads (Hiram Acworth) in Dallas, GA. I believe the fellow working the drive-through name was James, based on our receipt. He was great! We went through the drive-through last night, and Sunday night. Three times in 3 days! Each evening this fellow was working the drive-through. Each time he was polite, pleasant, and wait for it... he got our orders right EVERY TIME! This is huge, considering we usually opt to bypass this Wendy's because they typically get something wrong with our order. But not James (fella working the drive-through window)!     At the site in Ionia Michigan, first I had to wait a while for them to take my order and when they did I had to repeatedly correct them when they kept putting the wrong things on my order, and they were missing several items when they gave me my food.     On Saturday 4/27/24 my daughter and I went to Wendy's in Maplewood MN for lunch. We ordered in the drive thru a Son of Baconator, the order was repeated back for clarification but we ended up receiving a single cheeseburger instead. I brought it back to inform the cashier of the mistake and assumed that they would correct the issue. The manager came over and explained to us that the reason why we received the cheeseburger was because that was what was printed on the receipt. I said yes I see that, however that's not what we ordered. She took the receipt and repeated herself, "the receipt says cheeseburger, see", I said again I do see that but I ordered a Son of Baconator and I'd like what I ordered, this clearly was a mistake. The manager again told me because of the receipt saying it was a cheeseburger, that was why I didn't get my actual order!

    Yes, that's obvious, they made a mistake and all I wanted was my original order that was paid for but for some reason, she wasn't willing to work with me. I have no idea how this person ended up as a manager but she was certainly not acting professionally or capable of her job. I again said I understand the receipt says cheeseburger but this is not what I ordered and paid for, I just want my order. She ripped the bag off of the counter, threw the receipt into the garbage and glared at my kid and I while she shouted out to the cook in the back to make our sandwich. Her behavior made absolutely no sense and she really shouldn't be in a managerial position if she can't understand something as simple as correcting a mixed up order without being rude.

    Once the burger was done she handed the bag to a cashier to give to us, who then seemed to take her lead from the rude manager and tossed it at us onto the counter. I will never waste my time or money at that location again and God help anyone else who makes the mistake of trying to have their order properly fulfilled. I have no receipt to submit because she took it and threw it in the trash!

    I’m writing this review in concern for other consumers. I purchased this food on 03/28/24. As I ate it I realized that it was beginning to taste as well as chew differently. I began to examine my sandwich and realized it was raw. I called the Wendy’s to report the matter and call was suddenly disconnected so I drove back to location, showed it to a manager, he agreed the food was uncooked, I asked for my money back but manager stated he had just came on duty and would not refund me.

    I left, called their customer service team and was told someone would contact me in 24 hours, it is now 4/27/24 and I haven’t received not one call from Wendy’s customer service team, I also emailed the headquarters on at least four times with pic of food as well as receipt which I still have but I still have no response. This concerns me, I was sick for four days and still can’t stand looking at raw meat. I’m just saying watch out for your health when eating at Wendy’s location on Hwy 138 location. This was a very bad experience for me and left a very negative impression about eating at any Wendy’s even though this can happen anywhere but what bothered me the most was that Wendy’s showed no concern for a human being health.

    Wendy's 19 mile Rd & Garfield, Clinton Township, Mi, 48038. First of all, I ordered one medium sized meal, a jr bacon cheeseburger, and a SMALL frosty. My total was $17! That aside, I was handed my frosty right away, so it could sit and start to melt while I waited for my food. I forgot to ask for sauce when I ordered, so when my food finally came, I asked for sauce. I was told, "we charge 50 cents per packet". I said, "well I just paid $17 for ONE meal, so maybe make an exception...? "All I got was a "sorry".     Last night we had delivered a Wendy's meal for two. We always get a desert. Last night we ordered two desserts. I got the Cinnabon pull apart and paid extra for extra frosting which never came. The dessert came, was hard as a rock, very dry and had less then a thimble size of frosting on it. Today I saw the commercial for this dessert and my blood boiled at the fact they cared so little about the food they pushed out the door. And so little care about customer satisfaction.

    We had an issue back on 3/30 with their app malfunctioning with processing orders, etc - no knowledge from store. Two other customers were there when we were explaining and experienced/noticed immediately multiple charges. My credit card was charged 2 times for reload that did not occur. Fiancé's debit card was charged when he pressed place order 4 times. Our companies told us to get it resolved faster through Wendy’s - not thinking this would occur. Emailed 4 times - no response.     Got a bad burger at a local store, tried to file a complaint, address and number of store did not exist on the website, form could not be submitted. Burger was burned on one side and burnt crust was hard to chew. Store was understaffed and full of customers making it difficult to request another piece of meat. Too bad, I used to prefer Wendy’s burgers. Several attempts to file a complaint on the website failed because the store address and store number were not valid. That tells you they really don’t care.     I was at the Wendy's in Laplace, Louisiana on airline Highway at 6:30 pm Friday 5th of April 2024. I walked in the Dining room. Before I could get to the counter the lady by the register said, "We only accept cash," so I said, "Do you have change because I was going to use my card cause I didn't have small bills" so I asked if she could break a hundred dollars. She spoke to me in such a rude way stating, "I just opened my drawer and I don't have any money for that". I only wanted a salad because every time I go to Wendy's they have a problem, they don't have this or they don't have that.     I have been buying the grilled chicken caesar salad for quite a few years. It was super yummy and I was able to control my calorie intake with a salad that filled me up and tasted great. Fast forward and Wendy’s has decided to replace the grilled chicken that wax was prepared freshly with precooked frozen diced chicken that is warmed up in a microwave. Absolutely vile stuff. Wendy’s has lost me as a customer now and my opinion of the company has sunk. What used to set Wendy’s apart from other fast food restaurants has disappeared and sadly Wendy’s has now become like all the rest of them.. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

    I bought a Baconator from my local Wendy's and ate half of my burger then took a bite and found a large chunk of plastic. With my appetite ruined my wife took the meal back and showed the employee the massive piece of plastic. The employee apologized and refunded our money. My wife came back and informed me that the employee informed her that the manufacturer must have messed up and was very apologetic to her. I've eaten at Wendy's hundreds of times but the piece of plastic in my food was so large its inexcusable I or anyone eating the product could have choked and possibly died if swallowed. Wendy's please check your manufacturers cause health code violations like this are inexcusable!

    The Baconator used to be a really big burger. You guys are screwing your customers…. The Burger King Bacon King is so much bigger than the burger you guys used to offer…. You are ripping the public off, and I will not order you on DoorDash anymore! Very disappointed in what you have to offer….

    Ordered (based on Wendy’s lovely pictures) baked potato with sour cream and chives. Got baked potato sliced or pressed open, with chives sprinkles. Did receive butter on side. Order was ready when picked up. When pick up by us, we didn’t slow line by checking order. Recommend you check your order.

    Wendy’s is horrible! I went there on a Saturday at 10:30am. I went to the drive thru to order and a female told me to come back in 5 mins because they wasn’t ready to take orders. I then asked if I could order breakfast and they said they wasn’t serving breakfast. With the exception of a few people, this Wendy’s has always been sloppy. Closing earlier than normal. If they keep this up they will probably be out of business. I called the corporate number and they were very nonchalant. They don’t really care about the customer either. They didn’t compensate for anything. So many businesses have gotten away from taking pride in their jobs! 7807 Parallel Parkway KCKS 66112.

    Stood at register to order 6 min, 4 employees behind counter talking. They saw me but never asked to take my order, others had been served and was waiting for food. I walked out not to return. It's obvious this store doesn't want or need my $$.

    HELLO don't buy Wendy's sweet iced tea! I was poisoned and my stomach hurt for 4 weeks. It tasted cinnamon and lemon, not sweet tea.. It was disgusting, and I wish I never had it! McDonald IS BETTER! DO NOT GET IT

    I have never had a bad experience before today at Wendy's. I went to wendy's this morning only because my son wanted fries and went ahead and got us both meals. I bought both #2 meals. When I went to eat the sandwich I took a bite and didn't taste any cheese on it and it was the smallest price of egg I have ever seen and a bunch of mayo. So I bought it back in and asked the lady wasn't my sandwich supposed to come with cheese. She pointed and the piece of egg and said that is the cheese. I was completely upset. When I pay for my food, I expect to get what I ordered. I will not be getting breakfast here any longer.

    No option within the app to choose the one cent burger. Scam behavior. You go through the entire app and NO options are given. I’m tired of these companies wasting our time just for a few cents in their pockets for downloading the app.

    I went in to order the pretzel double bacon burger and didn't know what to expect. When I opened it up, I had to take a picture of it. It was the most gorgeous Burger and it was so delicious. I'm going back. I don't know how many times but I'm going back. Five star.

    This was one of the first times that we ate breakfast at Wendy’s and we were very impressed. Breakfast was so awesome. Affordable. Better than McDonald’s. That’s where we usually go but Wendy’s is way way better. Thank you for your good service and good food.
