We have a new KFC in Locust, NC and it is the worse. It was good really good the first day open and now it is the worse. I have wasted more money because they can’t cook. The DM needs to come back and make sure they know what they are doing. The food is not good and the orders are always wrong.

I'm sure I will never order again. My order took 1 full hour and the worst part was the delivery guy who’s been rude and insisting for his tip even though he didn’t deserve it at all and he ended it saying that he wish we will never order again. Well I assure you that we will never so don’t worry. Such a very bad service.

I have been a loyal KFC client in many countries but this takes the cake. I lived in Winnipeg for 20 years and knew the 2 Owners of the Champs Food System. Then KFC was very good.. It is not the same Colonels recipe.
I contacted KFC Canada 1 866 364 0862 back on 13th August 2019. I was promised a $10 voucher. It will take 7 to 14 days to arrive. I have called back on numerous occasions and all they say is sorry, they will send another. They have sent 4 vouchers, but I have not received even one. I spoke to John one of the Supervisors last week and said they must deliver me a bucket of chicken to make up for all the trouble. He said he will see what he can do and will get someone to call me, latest Wednesday 16th October,2019. Well nobody called. I called again and spoke to John. He promised before 5 pm today I will have a call. At 5.30 I called again and they tell me John does not work there. I said I am going to the media.. I am stressed and frustrated and don't know if it will ever be sorted out. They don't deserve to be in business with this kind of shoddy service. A total lack of customer Satisfaction. They have lost a loyal customer of 35 years.

My husband and I have been eating KFC hot wings for about 20 years now. We decided to go get our usually 20 piece hot wings. We got these wings and sat down to eat them and what just happened here? Did we get a bad order? These were terrible. They taste like old cooking oil and the crust on the wings were hard and so thick. The crust keep falling off the wings we could not finish them. We had to throw them away. “KFC GO BACK TO ORIGINAL HOT WINGS PLEASE!”

I must say that I visit this establishment on average 4 times a week and I have never experienced such a deplorable level of customer! So this evening myself and a friend went in to the KFC down by Springs Plaza in Half Way Tree to have a meal and standing in that awfully slow line for nearly half an hour, when I finally got to the cashier and went ahead and ordered a Zinger big box and I made sure to specify that I wanted a barbecue zinger and a spicy tight as I cannot stomach the spicy zinger, the cashier asked if that was all and I said yes and stepped aside to allow my friend to order and apparently the woman cancelled my order!
My friend ordered a barbecue zinger and she said that they only have spicy so I quickly interjected as that was not what I bargained for, she proceeded to cash my friend but apparently negated to include mine which was made evident after receiving the receipt. So I asked 'what's this about' and she went on to say that I have no manners and she will not cash my order and I was so shocked by that response as at no point did I say anything disrespectful to this child, but it was already clear that she had her own personal issue which was displayed in her outward appearance along with the posture and facial expression which made me so turned off.
We requested a refund which she was happy to give (I must say that I have never seen this in my life). She went and got the superior to void the transaction that was made to the card and they were both so unbothered and unwilling to resolve this issue. In all honesty I am truly disappointed in the service that I received this evening as I have always been a loyal customer to this establishment, I only wish Colonel Sanders knew the repugnant set of individuals that were being employed into his organization and as much as I love myself a fresh zinger I won't be putting myself thru that level of disrespect again so I guess it's time I go get myself a Wendy's rewards card as at least their cashiers know how behave in a respectable manner which is expected from someone who works within customer service environment!

I always go to KFC on University Ave, in Rochester on my lunch. Like 2\3xs week for long time now. Had taken couple coworkers out the Friday before Labor Day. Had the worst woman wait on us. Was like we were bothering her. Got the order wrong of my coworker. And my mac and cheese bowl was not hot. And like 3 pieces of chicken bites in it. Had we had time we sure would of went back. Sorry KFC but my experience this time Xs out all my good experiences.

Great job Niceville KFC! I ordered a$20 fill-up. 8 pieces of chicken plus sides should be perfect for a family of four. First, I watch a taxi driver pass a Cefco (gas station) cup through the window. Worker takes it, removes the lid, then I get to watch the lid and straw roll around on the counter while the cup is filled and passed back through the window (thank goodness we weren't getting drinks- I hope nothing of mine touches that counter, it wasn't wiped down at all after). Roll up to pay, my card is left in the credit card machine as the worker shuts the window and walks out of sight (um...excuse me?). Get home, only 6 pieces of chicken and two are so small that they look tiny beside a standard #2 pencil (I have pictures). Second try at this KFC, 2nd time we've been short chicken. I do not recommend unless you like being short-changed and running risks with your method of payment and sanitation practices.

My family and I visited our KFC in Nevada, Missouri. We have been trying to eat healthier, so all four of us ordered salads, We waited quite a long time before we were finally told they had no forks...or spoons. We were told they did have knives, though. I went back to our table and told my family what the employee had just told me. We agreed that we didn’t want to eat our salads with our hands. (FYI: There is a dollar store across the street from this KFC that sells plastic forks). As we were getting ready to cancel our order and ask for a refund, an individual from the kitchen staff came out with four salads and asked, “Well, do you want these salads or not?!?” He was very rude. We asked him if they found some forks. He told us “No...So do you want these salads or not?!?” We told him we did not. We got our refund and left.

The bottom of the box was not even folded and put together and the food fell out in the plastic bag. Awful! Horrible! Don't waste your money going here! Sadly for a big well know chicken company that they don't know how important it is to make sure that chicken are cooked before you served them to customers. We bought hot and spicy chicken last night and shortly after I had one piece I felt ill with sore stomach and never thought it could be the chicken because the rest of the family had some but the smaller pieces. In the morning I thought to check what's left because my stomach is still sore and to my surprise the chicken is still raw inside so my daughter took it back and the manager said, "Oh I'm sorry. Here is your money back.." I wonder how many customers who got sick from KFC raw chicken but never reported it so KFC must have a process to ensure they don't serve raw chicken..

Visited a local KFC to purchase a chicken strips in a bucket 'family' meal. According to KFC, that bucket package deal is called a "Tenders Meal" and consists of 12 Tenders, 2 Large Sides, 4 Biscuits, 6 sauces. When I looked up at the menu sign over the register after placing the order for the 12-strip "Tenders Meal" I noticed the advertising at the top of the menu that said, "Free Cinnabon biscuits with ANY 10-piece or more MEAL." (Capital letters typed here for emphasis.) So, given that the "meal" we ordered included was more than ten pieces, I asked about the free Cinnabon biscuits.
The cashier told me that the free biscuits offer is only good for bone-in chicken and not on the chicken tenders meal. Say What??? They call their Tenders-in-a-bucket a MEAL. I didn't want to argue over the meaning of the word 'Any' and the fact there there was no small print anywhere on any of the several ads displayed in the restaurant for the Free Cinnabon Biscuits promotion. I thought maybe it was just a local franchisee who had misinterpreted the terms of the promotion just to be stingy. So, I left the restaurant with the idea that I would just call corporate to report the situation.
That's just what I did the next morning. To my surprise, being denied free biscuits wasn't a deviation from policy, but how KFC corporate had intended it to be all along! The agent I spoke with said that the promotion is winding down in parts of the country and that there have been several calls about this issue. I pointed out that if there was an exception to the offer, that needed to be put there in writing. He said that the exception was there was on the internet. So how many people go to their website before they just decide to make a quick visit to a local KFC? Shouldn't the signage be clear? He went on to say that what they were doing was legal. I counter-argued that just because something is 'legal' doesn't make it right or ethical. That's when he LAUGHED at me! Yes, laughed! Maybe they think that they'll be laughing all the way to the bank. It's the former customers who choose to stay away who will have the better laugh!

We have not visited Aircraft for a number of years. We used to enjoy it as a treat. We went to the local drive through, ordered the meal, drove to the pay counter, paid for the meal and were told to go and wait in the car park where the order would be brought out to us. We parked up and waited and waited. Nothing came out. After about 20 minutes we drove round again.
I asked why we had not had our food brought out pointing out this was supposed to be a drive through where you should get your order on paying and driving through. We got an apology from the only 2 staff members that seemed to be running everything and they said they would give us extra (baked beans and gravy). When we got home we found the chicken very dry and chewy and the chips were liked they were cooked over and over again. I was charged £8.96 for this rubbish. No receipt was issued so no feedback could be left on their survey. How convenient! I would not recommend anybody visit this venue. Both the food and customer service were disgusting. We will never bother with KFC ever again!

AVOID KFC AT ALL COSTS. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I brought a meal from KFC and as usual by the time I got home it had items missing and the discount I was meant to get was not applied so after contacting KFC the sent me a goodwill gesture of £3 after spending £19 I thought this was a complete joke and an insult. I also want to say it’s not a goodwill gesture when they have breached their contract with you when you paid for a product and didn’t receive that product so it is insulting when they call the compensation a goodwill gesture like they don’t have to do that.
People should definitely take this company to court for failure to provide the product you paid for. I would say take them to court for £200 for time, effort, distress and the fact your meal was ruined plus the time and petrol it took to get the meal and the embarrassment caused when your friends and family have to go without the missing goods. What is a joke when I pointed all this out saying, "I would be satisfied with a voucher for the £19 I paid or I will take you to court." They ignored me and tried fobbing me off with "well we apologize and we will train our staff better.” At my cost by the look of things.

I go there every week for 19 years but I will never ever go back there again. I always go to KFC since I was a kid but I am never going back again. The last time I went there me and my girlfriend ordered the food and she asked them to do the tenders and the guy at the cash didn’t know how to do it so a woman worker came and showed him how to do it. When I asked him to do my that way he said he can’t, so I asked him if he could give me more popcorn chicken to make up for the boned chicken and he said that he can’t do it and that he didn’t understand me.
So I got really pissed off and I took him to cancel the order because I will never be back in. So the next day I called the manager and told her what happened and she said that she will talk to the worker who took our order and she never said sorry and she seemed that I was wasting her time. I am very disappointed with how KFC chicken pieces have shrunk in size. The only whole pieces of chicken supplied are the wings and drumsticks. All other pieces are basically unrecognizable. Breasts and thighs are cut what seems to be in half. You no longer get a full thigh, rib breast or centre breast. In the past, when I ordered 8 pieces, I'd get 8 full pieces basically representing a whole chicken. Now, you get 2 wings, 2 drumsticks and 4 tiny pieces of randomly cut pieces of chicken which no longer represents a whole chicken. It cost me over $17. Bye bye KFC, hello Popeye's and Mary Brown's. I go to drive through order the 16 piece family meal and a famous bowl. I am told they are out of corn, so I opt for two mash potatoes and two coleslaw. I get to the window and am asked what I ordered, I repeated my 16 piece family meal with a famous bowl and 2 potatoes and 2 coleslaw. The lady at the window said, "We have here a 12 piece meal for you so do you want to add a few extra pieces?" I said, "No I do not want to pay extra for adding pieces, I ordered the 16 piece and I want the 16 piece." She takes the register receipt to a large guy and tells him I want the 16 not the 12 with adding extra, he said charge her for the 16 piece. I paid for it and waited.
Then my food came to the window and I asked the Window lady if this is the 12 or 16 piece meal? She said the 16. I look in my bag and there are zero biscuits, so I asked if they were out of biscuits too? She sighed loudly and went and got the biscuits. I drive off and as I’m at the red light I see there is Zero Coleslaw. I turn around go back to KFC.
Before leaving my car to go inside I count my chicken pieces, it was only 12 pieces! I take my food inside and at the counter no one acknowledged I was standing there, so I said I need the manager and no one said anything, thinking they had not heard me I said it again louder. The cook at the chicken said what? I repeated I need the manager. He goes into the office on the right and comes back and says it will be a few minutes. I waited then a short lady walks towards me and I asked if she was the manager and she shakes her head no and walks away. Then the same man cooking chicken asked what can he help me with? I explained the chicken shortage, and lack of coleslaw, so he said he would give me the rest so he brought the 4 missing pieces of chicken and two coleslaws. The manager NEVER came to speak to me!
I paid almost $48.00 for my family’s meal and I would appreciate getting everything I paid for without the hassle of having to go back because the window person and the person putting in the food Didn’t bother to check it resulting in an expensive meal that was only half delivered and a person at the window lying instead of checking the food! Wasted time, wasted gas and a hassle to even get it! I used to love KFC, but obviously the service has declined so poorly that my family will take our money and service elsewhere. I will not spend our hard earned money In an establishment who does not care about their customers or service anymore!

I started to notice some things that were odd when I came here for the third time in one week. The first two times were okay, but the third time I could see that they’re probably going out of business. I ordered 3 combos of chicken. One of which was coated in sauce. The other two were plain crispy. My previous two trips they had given me two sauces when I bought only one chicken combo. This time I got 3 chicken combos, but still could only get two sauces added. My boyfriend also got a lemonade with his order which was an added 30¢, but then noticed he had 80% ice and finished the drink in a matter of minutes. (No exaggeration). The straws are cheap, I’m guessing they give sporks to lessen the cost of getting different utensils, and the chicken is small. Nothing like I remembered it being.

I grew up eating KFC, always enjoyed the Wing Ding dinner, you get 4 pieces of wings, wedge potatoes, biscuit, mash with gravy. I live now in Thailand last 14 years. Twice a year I return for a visit to San Francisco. Maybe it is the new minimum wage of $15.00 per hour but went into the store on Taraval in the Sunset district and ask for a Wing Ding dinner total cost with tax was $10.78. In the past, when I get home the small box they give you with everything inside one can barely keep the lid closed.
When I got back to the motel, I pull out the box and noticed the lid sagging. When I opened it I said to myself "Where is the chicken?" I got 4 wings alright push to one corner of the box. Each wing was no larger than 2 inches in diameter. I thought they were selling chicken wings not baby chics' wings. I never have seen wings anywhere in the world this small! Not only was the wings small they forgot to provide the biscuit! This was recent Feb 10th 2019.
This same store combines with Taco Bell, which I also like. On my September visit ordered two Taco Supreme $2.15 each and an Enchirito. When I got back to the motel opened the Taco. There was 5 rolled up pieces of beef with all the trimming. It barely filled half the taco shell. Not sure if this is happening in this store only but I'm not going to spend another dollar on KFC to find out.

If I could give the rating a 0 I totally would. The girl who took my order was impatient but that was the least of my worries. I get in my car and drive home and get excited to eat the chicken I was craving. The first bite was awful, felt like I was chewing on a chunky fruit roll up. Gave it another chance and almost puked it up. Next I tried the biscuit. It was okay.
Next I started to eat the mash potatoes. A couple bites in, I chewed down on something hard. I quickly spit it in the garbage and threw the whole thing away. I’ve had a weird taste in my mouth the past 20 minutes and I’m very nervous to know what it was. I took a drink out of my iced tea because... it seems hard to mess up iced tea. I've only purchased the bucket of chicken in the past and have never been disappointed so my kids wanted chicken "with no bones" tonight. I wish I would have taken a picture for you. Half of it ended up in the garbage. The tenders, if you can call them that were various sizes, over fried, dried out and basically inedible. About 4 of the 12 pieces were just a long, skinny piece of fried chicken skin. Seriously.
There was no chicken on these long, skinny fried "things"...they looked like a long misshapen index finger. Turns out it was skin and breading... How am I suppose to give that to my children? Only about 4 of these tenders where actually tenders. And even then the chicken part of these dried up globs were hard and dry. Honestly the most awful fast food dinner I have ever purchased. I had the most worst experience ever tonight at this location and will not return and will make sure to let my friends know also. Me and my girlfriend didn’t do anything wrong. Went got to the drive thru and was told there was a 25 minute wait on chicken and if we would want to wait. We said yes and then proceeded with our order which my girlfriend ordered a number ten with potato wedges and coleslaw and a Pepsi. I ordered a number 8 with a Pepsi. We was told the amount was 14.23 and then we was told to pull forward which we did. We waited and waited and while we was waiting all the other cars behind us was getting their orders and passing by and the time was just ticking so I got out to find out why we had not got our order yet and they locked up the doors since we was the only vehicle left waiting so I walked back to the drive thru window and the four women inside the store was just laughing and playing and joking in there.
Finally they realize I am at the window and she comes to the window and I was like, "Did you forget about us? It’s been 25 minutes and we still waiting" and she was like, "It’s still cooking and it ain’t been 25 minutes yet" sounds was like. "Well don’t forget about us." A couple minutes later another woman comes out and tells me their flyer messed up and that they not gone be able to give us our order so we gone have to choose to order something else or get a refund. This really upset me because we had plans on wanting our food but I was so upset I told her to just give me a refund and I will go somewhere else or just order from Uber Eats instead so she took my receipt and went and got my amount. She came back and gave me my 14.23 and then walked off and kept my receipt.
She did not want to give me the receipt back because she figured I was going to call about what happened but I have my girlfriend here as my witness to everything that was done and I will make sure that this is not the end of this. I wish that store would just close down for good. I hate will people treat people this way and you ain’t did anything to them. They made it seem like it’s our fault. They ain’t wanna be there late or whatever.
All we was trying to do is get something to eat and go home but now we had to go home with this negativity because of some lazy workers who wanted to overlook us because of whatever reason they had and to be honest nothing can change this experience. I don’t need any coupons or nothing. I am done with this store. Period. I don’t want a sorry or anything of that nature because it will not fix the fact that we was treated so poorly and I go to this KFC a lot and never have I been treated like this but after tonight I will find a different location to go to.

On November 15, a Thursday night, I went to KFC on Manchester Road which is close to the Cecil Charlton Park to buy what I usually buy which is the famous bowl. It was 8:30 when I entered and joined the line. I know KFC is most times crowded because a lot of schools are in the area hence a lot of students plus non students go there to purchase, but I did not expect it to be crowded at 8:30 in the night. One person was cashing, and at the serving area, there was also one person.
After I waited in the line for 15 minutes, and finally reached the cashier, I was told that they were out of famous bowls so it got me wondering, should I have asked before joining the line or should they have something to show when a certain item isn't available? Either way both could work so I think it should be considered. I was disappointed, but I ordered krispers instead. The cashier dealt with me quickly, but when I reached the serving area, I got upset after a while because they were taking so long to give me what I ordered. I kept being told that it's coming up shortly, and when they got tired of me asking, I was mostly ignored. Maybe I had this experience because it was that time of the day, and few persons were off, so I could sympathize with them, but at the end of the day I still wasn't pleased.
Overall, my experience was not so good at the time because I ended up leaving 9:40 after getting what I needed, and that was late for me. I was satisfied with what I ordered, but I didn't like that I had to wait so long to get it. If you are buying Krispers at KFC, I have no complaints about it, and I know that if I had gotten my regular order which is the famous bowl, I would not have any complaints about that either. The only problem for me is the customer service. Message me if you want to comment on my experience or share the experience you had with them.

KFC: 720 NW 37th Avenue Miami, FL 33135. I have to give this KFC a number 1 in reviews because I went there this afternoon and I was totally disappointed. I had been to this location once before and found it to be more welcoming than this afternoon. The place was completely filthy and dirty. On top of this I asked a worker there at this location to please assist me in cleaning a table. There were more than 4 tables empty and completely dirty and she simply told me very calmly if I wanted napkins to clean the table. I completely stayed stunned at the response. The only other place for me to sit was the floor and that too was completely filthy. I asked her again and she then again said the same response and then I guess the young lady Ms. ** that assisted me with my order sent a young man to clean the table.
I stayed completely surprised at the lack of customer service that are at some of these locations. On top of this for it to be an eatery and not maintained periodically during the day and not have your locations filthy this is unacceptable. I think that Management and Leadership should be more conscious to the fact that this is a restaurant that is suppose to produce but also be aware of the fact that at the same token be clean and not unsanitary where it can become a health hazard to the customers. And this is a point for all the locations to maybe practice a little more cleanliness throughout your locations. I was totally disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and I usually purchase the $5.00 fill-up, just wanted to try this new item but won't ever get it again, don't see it lasting very long because the waffles are way too sweet like they took a cake mix and added more sugar and poured it in a waffle maker. Upon arriving at the intercom waiting for an employee to take my order the restaurant was shut down while I'm waiting at the intercom to place my order. The proper thing to do is to have cones placed in the drive-thru at a reasonable time prior to scheduled closing so as to inform potential customers that the drive-thru is closed. Or at the very least, close the drive-thru after the last vehicle that is in line prior to 12-midnight closing. Then honor the orders of the customers in-line. It was very rude, inconsiderate, and discourteous of "**" and the store's management to not honor customers waiting in-line and then close as if they weren't waiting to patronize the business. On Monday March 12, 2018 at approximately 2:15 pm I went through the drive-thru at the KFC at 7304 E. Admiral Pl. in Tulsa OK 74115 for just an order of their new BBQ chicken strips. My roommate had been wanting to try it so I thought I could get an order of just the strips so we could just try a taste of it to see if we liked it. I asked the person on the speaker if they sold just the chicken. She said it's listed at the top of the menu board. I looked again and did not see it so I asked again with the exact same response to a simple yes/no answer. A third time I asked and received the same response. At this time, I was getting no response from her at all (who turned out to be the manager of the store) with no answers to my question if she was there. I said "since it seems I have to I suppose I will have to order the meal". I also ordered 4 apple pies. Still no response.
After an extremely long wait for a response she came back on and said "I'm sorry, my battery died". She then said "I SUPPOSE your total is $8.00" which indicates she had lied about her batteries dying. I said "Fine, but I think the attitude is unnecessary, please have your manager waiting for me at the window" to which she replied "I AM the manager". I drove around to the window and took out a $10 bill ready to pay for my food. She came to the window, took my money and stepped away before I could say anything. She came back with my change and I said "Maybe if you would just answer a simple yes/ no answer with a yes or no instead of being vague then maybe she wouldn't lose customers or get complaints".
I would also like to point out that I did not raise my voice to her during this interchange. She responded with "Maybe if you wouldn't ask the same question 3 times expecting a different answer I wouldn't have that issue" at which point she literally slammed the drive-through window shut before I could respond. When she finally came back with my food, I said to her without raising my voice (although by this time I was more than a little irritated) "I hope for the sake of your business that you're not a ** to all of your customers". (I realize I could have phrased it better) to which she responded by literally leaning out on the windowsill with her arms crossed trying to get in my face screaming "You know what? You're a ** and can go to hell". At this point there was no sense in speaking to someone who was obviously out of their depth any longer so I just drove away while she continued her hateful rant.
I'm not a big fan of KFC's original recipe but I do like the extra crispy and since the BBQ strips were battered with the extra crispy coating I thought the BBQ might be good and it was fine but not so good that I need to tolerate that kind of treatment from the manager of the store to go back again. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt but will add it if I find it (if that is possible).

No one answered the phone. We arrived at the drive through and there was one car exiting the drive thru. But when I asked why they were not answering their phone I was told their phone never rang. But it is the same number I always use to place my order. Then I am told it will 9 minutes to cook. When asked if there was anything else, I said yes a discount for having to wait because they did not answer their phone. I was then told it would take 18 minutes for the wings.
When I asked for corporate's number she said she did not have it and that it was on the receipt. So I asked to buy a small coleslaw so I could get their number. The teller continued to talk about how it would not do any good to call. I then told her to shut up and sell me the coleslaw. She then told me she refused to serve us. I pulled up to the takeout window and that person told me if he had a line of cars he would not answer the phone. Not that it did not ring! I said we wanted to order a small coleslaw and then was told that the manager told him not to serve us. I then turned off the ignition and said that no one would get thru the drive thru until they served us. They threatened to call the cops and I said go ahead. Then I decided I had overreacted and we drove away.
We took our business to Eegee's and a male from KFC followed us over there, said he was the manager, and wanted to get our license number so the cops would come to our house. He actually pulled up his shirt to show his chest and said my husband was messing with the wrong boy. My husband is over 67 and disabled. Now who is overacting! The male manager? Created such a scene at Eegee's that the cashier stopped taking my order so they could observer what was happening in the parking lot.
I have been a loyal customer of KFC for almost 30 years and have put up with bad service and broken equipment from this KFC. I visited the KFC in West Henrietta Rd. in Rochester, NY. and ordered 3 individual orders. I found out the prices almost doubled but customer service almost gone with the wind. When I asked if there was a senior discount, I was met with a sarcastic look from the cashier who pointed to her supervisor to come and deal with me. He had an attitude and talked to me in a very rude way to say there wasn't such senior discount ever. I left the store without my order and swore I'll never go back again.

I've lived in this area for 5 years and I constantly have to look at my order to see if they got it right. Tonight, I saw that I did get mashed potatoes but when I got home and lifted the lid and no gravy. I saw the chicken was extra crispy like I ordered but I ordered 2 thighs and received a breast and a wing. This location has the most horrible customer service ever. They absolutely do not care about the product that is ordered and the product received. I blame that squarely on management which sucks.

Let me start with once would be forgivable, however this has happened to me twice now and doing prime dinner rush on the way home from work between the hours of 5 and 6 p.m. Both starts with there is no chicken cooked. It'll be 30 to 40 minutes. Okay I'll gladly wait 30 40 minutes for some fresh chicken but let's go ahead and pay for it now to get it out of the way. Advice for those who live paycheck-to-paycheck don't do this because if this is last few dollars you have in your account you're going to be very hungry for a long time waiting for the reimbursement if they cannot sell you a dinner and if you want drumsticks or breasts you can pretty much guarantee they're not going to be available. Why they wait to take your money and make you sit there for 30 to 40 minutes before they tell you they can't sell you breasts or drumsticks, if you got any kids you understand how important those drumsticks are, I am really not understanding but aggravated about it.

Pieces of the neck attached to portions and other pieces had been cut in half to make two pieces. So we were paying twice for the usual one piece. Have you wonder if they will start growing in the feet of the birds. You gave more money. No flavor whatsoever in the coating. We will never go back there again. Extremely disappointed!!! Me and my partner frequent this Store #5077 Fayetteville N.C. maybe once or twice a month and the last time was the LAST TIME... I am not a meat eater per se, so when I love the biscuits and Mac and cheese, it is perfect... But the last time we went to this particular establishment, all of the tables were filthy. There were ants crawling on the counter, there was a stain on the window where I sat down like someone had thrown a drink there and no one EVER cleaned it up. The drink area was sticky, and filthy... There were so many people behind the counter, and no one came out into the lobby to clean it. I had to clean my own table... This is ridiculous. If a general manager or a member of corporate or THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT had walked into this restaurant at the time I was there they would have shut this store down immediately... And adding to this, three people came in from drive thru because their orders were wrong.

I purchased 16 pieces of original chicken with sides of corn, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits at the KFC located in North Port, FL. My purchase was made on or about 9-21-17 in the mid-afternoon. I am NOT a regular customer of KFC! I was astounded to learn that they did not have any chicken breasts left and replaced them with two chicken legs. I learned that their coleslaw is practically tasteless. I learned that their corn is canned corn as opposed to fresh corn. The corn was so hard that it was barely edible. If the biscuits were buttered, I could not taste the butter. The mashed potatoes were not freshly made mashed potatoes.
As to the original chicken, it was greasy and had way too much batter on it. The breasts should have been cut into two pieces as well as the thighs. If I had prepared fried chicken, corn, coleslaw, biscuits, and mashed potatoes, my preparations would far exceed how KFC prepares their foods. I was very disappointed! I wonder if all KFC stores prepare their foods in the same manner.

Believe me, I've had some bad fast food experiences before, but this place, by far, was the worst! Came in last Sunday afternoon with my family to eat in. I could barely get inside because of customers waiting for their orders. I should have left then, but the order taker had no line. He took our order promptly and we went to be seated, but not before joining the other customers cleaning off a table to eat. We waited a solid 15 min before I went to inquire about my order, finding some of the same people that were there when I arrived. There was so much confusion about who's order belonged to who because the receipt device was down.
After another 10 min., I asked the order taker for a refund. He took it upon himself to ask to fill the order himself. I agreeded. Here's where the real problem started! While waiting, I hear loud shouting and cursing, from the drive thru area. Suddenly, some of the staff began holding back another staff from going outside to fight a customer. Turns out to be the Manager! Last straw! When the Manager calmed himself down, I asked for my money back and went directly across the street to Bojangol's! Never Again! The 1 star was for the order taker!

On 9/3 1:15pm in Bristol, CT I ordered the 6 piece bucket for $10, a favorite I purchase about once a week. It was a simple question when I was handed a box instead of a bucket, that the appearance was not what I expected and perhaps it wasn't my order. The cashier laughed and mockingly said it doesn't have to come in a bucket. It's six pieces of chicken. Fine, that is easily understood, if you don't enrage the customer by mocking the question. I didn't expect it and the fool-hardy, attitude that I was stupid, because I questioned if it was my order, based solely on packaging was a slow burn.
GOOD customer service is to simply say, no buckets and we packed it in a box. Apologies for the surprise. No problem I thought it was the wrong order. But the howling grin and mocking words are rebuked and unwelcome. Perhaps the great genius cashing my $20 dollar bill might have understood that pissing off a customer is a retail-sin and punishable by boycotting a business that hires low character mockers for help. You don't mock a customer because you handed them something that appeared to belong to another order.

As I was returning home today I called my wife and asked her if she wanted me to pick up something for dinner. My wife suggested picking up chicken and 2 pot pie meals. I arrived and placed my order at 7:55 pm. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of original chicken and 2 pot pie meals. The girl taking the order said they did not have any chicken ready and it would take 13 minutes to fulfill the order and they only had 1 pot pie. She asked if I wanted her to put the pie in while the chicken was cooking, I told her to do that. When I paid the cashier said I should wait outside and she would bring the order to me. After waiting 30 minutes another employee came out and said it would be another 3 minutes.
After 5 minutes I went in with the intent of canceling the order but saw that they were packing the order. The girl handed me the bag, I asked where was the cups for the soda that comes with the meal. She handed me 1 cup and I said I ordered 2 pot pie meals, she gave me a second cup. I then asked if the cookies were in the bag and she said, "Do you want cookies?" I said I did and she put 2 in the bag, I left the location at 8:30 pm. I arrived home and unpacked the order. Rather than the 8 piece bucket I was charged for and received an 8 piece meal. Rather than 2 pot pies I only received one. This is exactly why I have avoided this location and KFC in general. I haven't been to KFC in over a year so of course the menu has completely changed. Every meal is now thrown in a box. Plates I guess are too expensive. As I was very hungry I ordered a 3 piece box with an extra side order. After sitting and looking in box I saw the smallest drumstick ever, maybe 3 inches long. The two thighs weren't much larger and as I picked one up the skin completely slid off. KFC's parent company must own a miniature chicken farm and stock in a grease company. My 2 inch wide biscuit was on the bottom, sopping up the grease. Macaroni was actually pretty good. Salt and pepper couldn't rescue the mashed potatoes. Coleslaw at one time was the best. Now so so. Had original chicken, no taste. I should have known as I arrived at 2PM on a Sunday afternoon there were only a family of 4 and a mother with 3 kids dining and 2 takeout orders.
If I had to rate the food it'd be hard to give it a 1 out of 10. I ate what little was on the drumstick, macaroni and coleslaw; the grease went in the trash. Over $11 wasted. We mostly stay on the ranch and this after talking to the rest of the family it looked like everyone was on board with KFC. Mind you I have not had KFC nor has anyone on the ranch had it for years if ever so BIG TREAT! So after getting the supplies that I needed off to KFC Show Low AZ. My question for that and much more would soon be answered.
I have a hot & cold box in the semi so all was good to go, 90 mins. & I was home to happy people and bouncing kids. Everybody dug in, great time and conversations to the kids of when the The Old Man started it and that we would eat KFC in the 60's all the time. The night went along. Did a few chores that were left and started into the main ranch house and realized I did not feel so hot and my gut was boiling, get into the house and come to find EVERYONE is scrambling for bathrooms running to other houses. And then it hit me and out to the corral I went. It took 2 days for most of us to get straight again, the kids took 3. After telling our nightmare to people and even your own people at the KFC said it's not the same and they all said NEVER EAT KFC. Because they DO NOT use peanut oil anymore and they use CANOLA OIL and it does nothing but cause ANAL EXPLOSION and that it truly did.
So KFC. The reason there were no wipes are the same reason some PINHEADS in corp. headquarters have taken it upon themselves to change the original tried and true ways and go to something that does this to my family. You in one night have managed to trash 3 generations thoughts of EVER going to KFC. We waited in line for over 25 mins and a further 15 minutes at the Ordering booth only to be told that the Drive Through was closed. I informed the attendant that I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes. To my surprise the person responded that it was not her fault, I should have known better when I saw no one was attending to me. I requested to see the Manager, I was told that she was busy and needed to come inside to see her. That I did.
Inside, I requested to speak to the Manager, only to be referred to a person who identified herself as the Asst Manager, who was actually the person I spoke to at the Ordering Booth. I explained that I was in the line for over 30 mins only to be told that the line was never opened, in other words all of the other vehicles who were in front of me actually did not get any service either. I inquired why wasn't a rope or sign placed at the entrance. In the rudest of manner I was told that she (the Asst Manager) could not focus on outside (the drive through) and inside at the same time. I explained that it would not take anything for her to have someone just a sign or rope etc so persons do not waste their time going in the line.
I have visited KFC outlets all over Trinidad together with Florida and parts of Europe and it is the first time I have ever encountered such blatant disrespect to a customer especially on Xmas Eve. KFC should take this seriously look into this since this would no doubt lead to decrease sales, as a matter of fact a person in the line who identified herself as the vehicle behind me, on observing the manner in which the Asst Manager handled the situation on her own decided to leave also without making a purchase.

When we got our food, my and my daughter's chicken tenders looked as if they had been sitting under heat lamps for several hours and when I took a bite, it was like rubber. I went and spoke with the manager and he immediately told me he would fix me fresh ones. Well, when I went back to the table, my boyfriend's chicken breast was not cooked all the way.
At that point, my boyfriend went up there. The manager was very apologetic and called the cook over to look at it. The cook just kind of grunted and shrugged his shoulders. I asked the manager if there was any way we could get a refund, to which he obliged and profusely apologized for the problem. He even asked for my name and phone number for the district manager to call me. My dissatisfaction is not at all with the manager but with the fact the food was horrid and when called on it, the cook acted as if he could care less.

The KFC I visit is located on Lantana Road just east of the i95 interchange in Lantana, Florida. It's basically a drive thru, but you can also walk in to order, although there's only space for one or two cars to park. What makes this KFC special and worthy of a review is the fast and courteous service, the superior quality of the food, and accuracy of the orders. I've been ordering food from this KFC for once a month over the past year and my orders have been 100% accurate. There's not many drive thru's with a record like that. In addition, the food is always hot and fresh and I've never once felt like my food has been sitting around.
Finally, the service is exemplary. All of the employees are super nice and professional and very personable. They even seem like they actually like their jobs. My favorite thing is they say "you're welcome" or "my pleasure" in response to "thank you", rather than the "no problem" I get at many other restaurants, drive thru's, and businesses. This KFC is definitely doing something right.

I went to KFC at 3298 State Highway 7 North, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319, this evening and it's the nastiest food I ever ate. The biscuit was as hard as cardboard, the mash potato and gravy nasty as heck, the gravy dry and black with no taste. Don't let me start on the chicken - it was dry and tasteless like something been sitting on the rock all day, and the Pepsi taste like it needs changing because it tasted like adulterated water. This one restaurant I will not be eating at again...

Myself and two other family members suffered food poisoning at the Portage la Prairie KFC! It was the most heinous experience we had ever felt, further complicated by the runaround that KFC gave us by not returning calls or even acknowledging that the incident even happened!! We had a lab test done on all the leftover food and it was found that the potato salad was the culprit! Along with that we had documentation from our doctor to support the presence of bacteria in the salad! KFC along with their hired advisor would also not surface when my lawyer attempted to contact them! KFC is the lowest of the low in my opinion and we will never return! My mom almost died as a result of the irresponsible and inhumane actions of KFC! No apology, no acknowledgement, no conscience! The absolute worst of the worst!!! Horrible food, horrible company in general. Dry, greasy what I'm told is "chicken", chips not the best, dirty restaurant, rubbish strewn on the floor, front counter areas look dirty, so would hate to think what the kitchen is like. I was 1 of only 2 people in the place and think I can see why. On reporting my findings to Yum! (Own KFC) I'm given what sounds like some automated "Thanks for letting us know. We are sorry. We did not get things right on this occasion bla bla." The thing is I thought I would go to another KFC - it was busier and I could see the food on other people's trays, upon seeing this I walked out. So my guess would be it's the standard you can expect from KFC. How people can eat this muck puzzles me.

Last week my wife & I stopped at the KFC on US 1 in Stuart for dinner. My wife ordered the fish & shrimp combo but received the fish & chicken strips instead. When I asked when some fresh chicken would be put on the buffet the girl working the counter just laughed at me. It was 5 o'clock so I would think that should be a reasonable request. The chicken out there was not appetizing at all. I then asked to speak with the manager but he did not really care about the fact I complained about his so-called lack of customer service and that I was laughed at. Other customers sitting next to us were unhappy as well. The woman said they had laughed at her as well when she requested something.
Needless to say we won't return there for any meals and I am pretty sure the couple next to us won't be back as well. Just want to make you aware that you are losing customers on a daily basis as the employees lack the basic customer service skills. Being nice to people isn't all that difficult no matter what your wages are. I have worked many jobs in my younger years that didn't pay that well but I did my very best to do the job well regardless.

The manager should care a little more about the actions of the employees especially the managers. A manager should never threaten to hit an employee. I believe that the management should be reevaluated.

My husband and ate at KFC today in Spanish Fork. We first checked the buffet to see if it looked good, but found many food containers were empty or nearly so. The mashed potatoes had a small teaspoon size lump left, all tried out. I told the worker at the desk that we would eat there if they would soon replenish the empty bins, replace the dried up corn, etc. We got our plates and headed to the buffet. Nothing was being taken care of; chicken cold and dried. Display buffet not clean. Tables were fifty. NONE wiped off.
Finally, a dirty employee started bringing out some of the buffet food. She had no gloves and handled food, trash, and garbage bags. Finally the front desk guy wiped off some of the tables after a customer complained. He used a handiwork, no gloves, did a quick poor job sweeping food onto floor. He dropped the cloth on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to use same dirty floor cloth on tables. Did a lousy job. We hurried to get out, hoped for no food poisoning, and vowed to never ever return, and we have eaten there several times. Thought you should know. Hope it gets cleaned up.

We ordered extra crispy, however, they did not even have original recipe. The clerk said 16 minutes. No problem. Two people behind us also ordered additional boxes. We sat down to have a break. The drive thru had an order and told them 16 minutes when a cook yelled and said it was ready. They packed the drive-thru order and we waited patiently for our chicken. The clerk covered her mouth and told the other clerk that she just gave our chicken away. Unreal. The clerk said it would be another 16 minutes.
Do they cook to order? What about the two people behind us? Asked for the manager and she said she was sorry. There was 3 people in the back cooking, one up front and one at the drive-thru and the manager yet there is NO CHICKEN! Asked for our money back and got rolled eyes. I cannot wait for Popeye's to open up the street. How does a restaurant who specializes in chicken run out?

I have always found the food at our local Gonubie KFC to be fantastic - for a fast-food chain. The chicken and chips are always crispy and hot, likes they're fresh out of the oven, and the drinks are always cold and taste just as they should - no icky chemicals and poisons in there. Most important of all, the service is subliminal - the assistants and tellers are helpful, polite and well-mannered, and are always willing to lend a hand to their client.
I recently went to the KFC with my grandmother. We joked and laughed with the teller, and when we got our food, we found the order to be nearly completely correct. We always check our food before we go home, and so I discovered lettuce and mayonnaise on my burger (I'm extremely fussy, I know...). Anyways, we went back in to exchange my burger, and to buy a small portion of chicken strips. When we received our order, and my grandmother got ready to pay for the chicken strips, the teller refused to take her money, taking responsibility for her mistake, and very kindly offered to pay for it. Well done to KFC and to Ruby.

But I kind of understood why other countries (especially Singapore) don't have gravy in the menus. Maybe because it's how KFC makes it (which is maybe unhealthy). The Ministry of Health here in Malaysia tried to inform people about it so they use ketchup and chili as an alternative. But they have gravy here -- with a twist -- they put lime on it. It's a good taste, and you may still get it for your chicken (but you have to pay for it). Well KFC chicken is not good without gravy so I still buy it. It's satisfying to my taste.

I only eat at KFC 2-3 times a year. I ordered the 8-piece bucket meal with two sides of Mash Potatoes & Gravy to-go (walk-in). First I noticed it was $2 higher than last time but did not say anything, ordered anyway. When I received it I saw it only had one gravy, last time it was 2, so I ask (nicely) is there suppose to be 2 gravies and got a very slow response "no it does not come with 2 gravies". The way she said it was at the edge of rude, so I said "we always got 2 gravies with our Mash Potatoes & Gravy". She said very rude "it does not come with two". I said "it use to but you do not understand I want to buy another." Still talking nicely the whole time, she said "you can look at the receipt" and pointed at the bag on the counter still and I looked inside it and did not see the receipt and looked back up and she looked over at the register at my receipt she did not give me and walked that direction.
And I thought she was going to give it to me and take my order for another side of gravy and she just walked outside the main door, lit up a cigarette. Since there was no one else working the counter I walked outside, put the order in the car, and debated on whether to go back for the side of gravy and my receipt. I decided to go back in and she still smoking by the main entrance. I had to walk by her, whole time I got the feeling I was being treated rude, unfairly, as I had no rude words or attitude toward anyone. When I got inside no one came to the counter for 5 minutes then someone did and said she will be back in a minute then said "I will help you" and I ask for the receipt first then the side of gravy. Then she came in looking at me all mad. I left without any altercation, but was very disappointed with the rude employee.
I checked online for what my order was suppose to have and it has changed from two gravies to one but is suppose to be a large not the little one she gave me and I had to order another which was the same size as before, which both are smaller than the one large it now comes with. I felt as though I was being discriminated against by that employee as while waiting for my order someone else came in and she was very nice and helpful but to me she was horrible & nasty to me. Then I looked around and all but me was the same race and it hit me she did not like me because I am ** and wanted to treat me badly.
With or without the 2nd side of gravy she had no excuse to be mean to me as I am not racist or I would have never went in. KFC should be ashamed for allowing such actions by their employees. This may be acceptable at KFC headquarters, sad that they are so rude. At this time I would not recommend the KFC at Forestdale AL on 78 hwy.

The last time we went there I was initially thrilled that they gave us larger portions of the chicken bits they call "flavor shots." However, when we ate it it was very starchy... All that starch made it bigger and it could really use more flavor, by then it should have been called unflavored shots.
There was even one time when they served us rice that has already gone bad. They just made a half-hearted apology and gave a new serving of rice. Lucky for them we do not have the time to report them to the City Health office. Anyway, if it wasn't for my nephew we really wouldn't be going to any KFC branches any mooore... I already bought from several branches and I noticed that the servings are different and inconsistent. Here we are 4/12/16 and I still have not had a follow-up call in regards to this matter. My life was threatened by an employee and instead of doing what society wants us all to do I took the appropriate measures to getting this addressed and no response. On top of that, my daughter asked why we can no longer go to KFC and when I told her she said "mommy, please don't go back there, I don't want you to get hurt". SO in a sense now you're playing with my kid's mental state. BAD BUSINESS. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I MEET, KFC IS NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Note to KFC - my dates are exact; review your logs for my call Friday 3/4/2016 at roughly 4:40pm. If you wish to follow-up my contact information is in the complaint.

Staff was horrific when we did place the order we were told it would be 5-7 min for the strips to be done. While waiting we experience joking and horsing around, utensils being dropped, laughing about how the customers can hear them. They could have been cleaning the front area, cleaning off the areas. The customers see where they prepare OUR food, interacting with the customers. Instead we were ignored while we ALL heard (there were a family of 3, 2 individuals, a couple and me and my husband). So all of us heard this joking at our expense, someone stating how funny it was that we could hear them, things being dropped (cleaned before using - no), totally ignored.
The only two people who were even working were the girl who took our order but even she went in the back after the order was placed and joined the others "us and them", the other person who was actually working was the gentleman who brought the cooked strips from the back. At least they had some semblance of work, not much though. We will not be returning to this KFC - EVER. We live in North Royalton and will be sharing our experience with our friends. As long time residents, we know a lot of your neighbors.

In the last 6 months this KFC has gone downhill. I always get "To go" and at home find food items missing. This has happened time and again. Being a senior what I order has always run $10.10. The last straw was yesterday I noticed the senior discount was reduced and my order cost $13.13. That is an increase of just short of $3.00. The last few times I have stopped the person taking my order had no idea of what they were doing. KFC has lost my business.

My wife went to KFC on Saratoga in Corpus Christi today around 2 pm. We ordered chicken dinners. This was old nasty chicken and biscuits that have been sitting around since lunch. We tried to eat it and couldn't. It was that old. I went up to the counter and told the girl that waited on us and told her who just looked at me and said nothing. I told her I was going to take it home and feed it to my dogs. I have been one of the the top wedding caterers in central and south Texas as well as an executive chef. I would fire anybody working for me serving food of this caliber.

Will never eat at any KFC again. Ordered the 3 piece chix tenders. Overcooked, over salted, tiny little things for $5.00+. Are you kidding me. I can go to Carl Jr's or anyplace else, and get chix fingers (5) for $5.00 or less and they are huge and cooked properly. Not sure what has happened to KFC... Used to love them on occasion. I think that they are in trouble, increasing prices while decreasing quantity and quality. And if you look at who they employ and who's cooking for you... no wonder. They will be history soon. Too late for them to make a comeback.

I rarely to my local KFC (Connellsville, Pa) because of the dropping quality of the food and the store itself. The other night we picked up a dinner. I NEVER SAW SUCH SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN IN MY LIFE!! It was creepy to even think about what kind of animal those TINY wings and legs came off of. Chicken in one of the most affordable meats you can buy. How can KFC manage to make it the most unaffordable and COMPLETELY UNDESIRABLE meals I have had in recent memory.

Hi, I happened to visit KFC in Bangalore at 2 locations with my family. It was a real treat where I felt the quality of the chicken and the product called cheesaa seems to be a waste and fact is that the KFC team seems to be cheating people and customers... Reasons: there was a name once upon a time and the chicken was juicy and delicious. These days there seems to be some local products used in KFC making which has definitely spoiled the name and imagine. We had ordered these cheesaa and a bucket of chickens. They were pathetic, no value for money, non-juicy, definitely the company is cheating on Col. Sanders efforts though.. The quality was devastating and the advertisements on the screen are just eye catching and not real.
I have tasted KFC Middle East, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the ones I had here is something very different, no trademark, no feedback... People are just being cheated. Especially the units in Fraser Town and Garuda Mall, MG road are just cheats and I will strongly recommend for KFC vendor auditing team to have a check on the quality of chicken. Frankly, this will be my last visit to KFC India as it's pathetic and waste of money. People here are taken for granted. Great treat once has become worst than anything.

A neighbor and I eat at KFC in Stuart Fl once a week at noon. Store #G13566. We each order the Chicken Pot Pie $5 fill up with cookie and drink. Last year we experienced no chicken in the pie, complained three or four times and the problem seemed to have been corrected. Last week it happened again, lots of gravy, potato and peas, no chicken. I complained again and the manager called and replaced the meal today at no expense to me. Again, no chicken in the pot pie. I do not know who makes the pies for KFC or if they make them in house. I used my neighbors receipt to complain today. The problem is quality control no matter who makes the pies. They are not consistent. If you don't put chicken in the chicken pot pie you need to call it something else! Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I'm sitting in KFC with my sister eating lunch. One of the employees came out to clean the dining area. I couldn't believe it when I saw the employee pick a fountain drink lid off the floor and place it in the holder with the clean lids. I immediately asked for the manager. In addition, I told the manager that we ate here the previous day and the same large and small pieces of chicken skin was on the floor under the side tables. There was so much dirt under there. If I go back tomorrow, will that trash still be there? The manager (Austin) said "Sorry about that." Don't think I'll be eating here again. It's a shame I have to give them at least one star to submit this report.

We go to KFC at least 3 times a month & every time we are there I always have to ask for chicken gizzards. Never have none made up so I wait which is ok 'cause we dine in. Then the last time we were there I was told they don't serve them no more because "The truck that brings them are always out so we're not serving chicken gizzards no more." I don't believe that. I think they just don't want to take time to clean them. I was told by a friend that worked there that's what he told people that they were out of chicken gizzards because he didn't want to clean them. He was a supervisor.
The man that told us is a manager. The store is in Terre Haute, Indiana on the north side. I used to go to the one on US 41. They quit serving chicken gizzards also so that's when we started going to the north one. How can they make a call like that??? And I have told them quit letting food sit under the lights so long. They need to stop being so lazy & clean chicken gizzards & serve them. I'm not the only one. There was 3 people behind me that was wanting chicken gizzards too. Please don't stop serving them at my KFC... Thank you.

Stockton, CA KFC W. Hammer Ln. Filthy store inside and out. Poor service, short all sides in 7 of meal deal. Went back next day and was treated rudely by Manager. So called KFC Corporate. They seemed very nice and was told I'd get a callback. 1 week goes by nothing. Call KFC customer care told same thing, and still nothing... Another week I demand someone get to the bottom of the communication breakdown they agree, still nothing. Call back after one whole month not one call from anyone. So I call back one last time. This time was told by KFC 1800- cust. service that that is a franchise store and there's nothing they can do. That's their store and they can run it how they want... I could not believe my ears! Could this be true? I can hardly believe that KFC would and could let a franchisee run wild disparaging their name.
I told the customer service rep. I didn't believe there was nothing KFC corporate could do and asked if I could speak with her manager? She said there was no one else I could speak to and she had to get off the phone now. I said "There is a problem here." Gathering what she was telling me I said to her "You must have so many fires (complaints). You couldn't possibly put them out." It had to be! I told her I've never had a customer complaint anywhere fast food, fine dining or even department store that wasn't taken care of immediately... So I told her to forget it. I would no longer be a KFC customer...
So my one last hoorah I'll go to KFC.com and write a complaint. All I found was a site where I could tell them of my service. No way to write it out just drop down tabs. So then I started looking for bad reviews about KFC and then I got my answer... Yelp at my KFC location Stockton, CA nothing but bad reviews. Same complaints I had poor service, missing items, RUDE MANAGER!!! Filthy store with pictures posted on the site of a dirty store! Then I come across this site horrible reviews... Now I know I'm not alone. It wasn't just an isolated case. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who received no or poor customer service/satisfaction at the corporate level... What happened to KFC? I'm a little disappointed with losing my old favorite chicken restaurant but it's just not worth supporting a restaurant that cares so little about its customers. I BET THE COLONEL SANDERS IS TURNING OVER IN HIS GRAVE...

After many times of going there I finally got the baked beans and sorry to say I was very disappointed. The beans were hard, like it needed more time to cook. For instance, if there is a male cashier, I would ask him for the deal like 10 pieces of chicken for $10 or $12 and he would always give in that price. However when this one particular cashier is around she would give me same amount of chicken for $18 or more which I don't get it. I always get the same price from the male cashier. When asked the female about the deal, she would always denies it. Last night I went and got a combo instead of my regular order. Most of the time they run out of chicken and the customer service is so terrible I didn't know if man behind the counter was a cashier or if a random person who had never worked in their life jumped behind the counter. The workers are rude and don't care about satisfying the customer. It's set up where you can see what's going on behind the counter and the workers are dirty and half of them don't wear gloves. The food is dry and the advertisements are fake. They advertise the 5 dollar fill up box but you actually get a cookie the size of a half a dollar, chicken that scrawny and old and a bowl of 90% gravy and 5% mashed potatoes. All of the food is falsely advertised and you end up getting a bucket of **. You would be better off going to Popeye's or buying chicken and cooking it yourself from a Food Network recipe.

I was kind of jonesing for extra crispy chicken today so as soon as lunch break started, I drove halfway across town to KFC and ordered a 2 piece meal. This was $7.30 with no drink, which annoyed me to be honest. But whatever, I had my chicken. So, I open the box and my heart sunk that there was no drumstick, and instead it was a wing (a small one) and a breast (expected), but again whatever, until I tried to eat them, and realized that these had been burning under the heating lamp for hours and the flavor was pretty much gone... This was once my favorite place to get lunch, but now it seems that affirmative action is tearing them down because they are staffed completely by minorities who are known to be the laziest people in the world, and they do the bare minimum to stay open. The monumental increases in price should come with an increase in quality, but it does not appear this is the case... It is a shame really!!!
