On my way home, at 5:09 pm on 03-27-12, I bought an 8pc. mixed original/crap for dinner. After getting home, making plates, and sitting to eat. I ate one piece of chicken when my dad said his piece smelt rotten. It was rotten to the touch and most assuredly to the smell.

I'm am a bus operator, and I spend my break every Saturday around the area of North Avenue and St. Paul Street. I no longer go to KFC on my breaks. They never have anything I want. The place is very dirty, and the bathrooms are a mess. The last time I did go there, I made it my last time. The chicken was so greasy that I had to use a napkin to drain the grease out. By the end of the day, I was sick. Someone needs to really go past that place and clean it up.

I have been a big fan of your pot pies since they began. Sadly, the last 6 we have purchased were more vegetable pot pies than chicken. I'm talking about less than two ounces, which was more like pulled pork than chicken. I hate to return to another product such as Swanson's, but they do seem to have more chicken. Thank you for listening.

We visited the KFC outlet at Larkana on 6th March with KFC deal voucher received by Abbott Laboratories Ltd. Very bad smell was found in small chicken piece. It seems spoiled. The freshness of other food was also not up to the mark. The next day, I and members of my family suffered from diarrhea and vomiting. The quality of food and services must be improved, especially at the Larkana KFC outlet. Regards.

I came to the restaurant on the 9th of March, 2012. It was my third visit, and the workers treated me nicely before. But on that night, the woman supervisor disappointed me. I'm just an old generation, not really familiar with the menu. She treated me badly, asking me with bad voice. I heard her say a rude word that brings me to this complaint. What is KFC's qualification to be a supervisor?

I am so mad at KFC store # j625037 on 5240 Spring Valley Road, Dallas, 972-322-9611. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with 3 different reps/cashiers. One of them is ** who served me wrong food/order. I have spoken to the manager ** 2 twice already about the stupid customer services. The first 2 times, I didn’t take it as serious as today, 03/05/2012. After driving 4 miles from the store, I came back mad. I spoke to the same manager Frank. I left the food on the counter and went away. I didn’t even bother to ask for my money back. As black as I am, I was so red. I couldn’t believe they drop the ball 3 times.
Where are these reps’ minds/brains when they pack customer food? That’s so wrong with KFC. I am going to spread the word as best as I can to lower KFC’s ratings. I have a lot of time and energy to spread the word, wait and see and watch this space. I will take this to any websites that I know and I am calling Better Business Bureau (BBB). I will write this to all the newspapers, blogs and tabloids, to the rest of the USA and abroad wherever there is KFC.

We saw your commercial for pot pies and they looked so good that we decided we'd try them. So I drove 10 minutes to the KFC store on Four Seasons Blvd in Hendersonville, NC. I think the store number is E320016. The clerk was not at the counter. When he showed up after about a 2 or 3-minute wait, he said brusquely: "We outta them." No "sorry sir" no apology at all. Just that "we outta them.” Frankly, I'm surprised that you would spend so much on advertising and not anticipate the demand. I was also disappointed with the discourteous response by the counter clerk. Just thought you should know.

I love KFC and hate complaining about anything. Nevertheless being so angry and always being in the business, I felt the way I was treated was wrong. I went to the KFC in Passaic, N.J, since it was the closest location to my house. When I walked in, the lady behind the counter was too busy to take my order to start off with because she was talking to her male friend. After about ten minutes of waiting for my order to be taken, I received an attitude to the point where I felt I should have not been there. After my order was taken, I left frustrated only to get to my house to find out that I did not get what I had paid for.
I called KFC and told them that I did not get what I had paid for, and I was disrespected by an employee that rudely hung up the phone on me. Meanwhile, right before I left KFC, my boyfriend looked in the bag and noticed that we did not get what we ordered. Not only did we go back inside and ask for the right order, the same employee with an even a bigger attitude, messed up our order again. Therefore, being a really loyal but now a frustrated costumer, I am disappointed on how KFC runs their company. I felt like I had no where to turn, so I am writing this. Thank you for listening.

I just contacted KFC's customer comment website to suggest they formulate a less salty recipe for their chicken and sides. My tongue burns if I don't water it down with something while I eat. And this appears to be true in all their restaurants. After submitting my suggestion, I took a look at the KFC nutrition pages and discovered that salt is mentioned several times in a singular food item. It may have been the 5th most prominent ingredient, and the 13th, and the 21st, for a single item. This was true for many items on the list.
See for yourselves. Go to the KFC site, and look at the ingredients, but don't stop reading when you see the word "salt". Read on, and you will see that word again, and again, depending on the item. That's a ton of salt. It's got to be a danger to public health. Please look into it, and thank you for your time.

Every time there is a commercial on TV about KFC, I go to our local KFC and they have an excuse to not offer the special. Yesterday, I asked them if they had the bacon bowls and their excuse was they did not have the smaller bowls. So instead of getting the special for $3.99 I could have the normal size for $6.99. I told them, "not interested". They have never had the specials. They don't have the boxes either. The guy is so cheap and it now is the only KFC around. The others have gone out of business.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. We have visited this KFC a lot of times, usually on Fridays which was tonight about 5:30 PM. We were about the only ones in there. Yet, would you believe a lot of people started coming in, and we ended up being the last ones to leave. They had screwed up several people’s orders, and everyone was getting upset with the store. When we finally got our order about 45 minutes later, we went home. Would you believe we had ordered ten (10) pieces of original fried chicken (in a bucket), and my receipt said what pieces I should have. It said 3-three (3) legs. There were no legs in the bucket. Just thighs and wings and that was all. It even tasted funny. Everyone in my family threw their fried chicken away. It was terrible. I wasted almost $35.00 for nothing.

This afternoon, I experienced a horrific and pathetic service from KFC Durban North branch. I work in the Durban North area and since today, being an eve of a public holiday, I decided that my fiancee would take a break of cooking and that I would get some takeaways. Now, this is not something that I usually do as I believe that takeaway services are pathetic and you get robbed--yes, robbed. Just like how I got robbed today, this evening at the Durban North KFC branch.
I drove past Broadway and had a variety of restaurants and takeaways to choose from. From my past experiences with takeaways and breach of 'trust,' I decided to go for KFC. KFC, being a huge food chain, I was sure that they would have a strong sense of trust between consumer and them--seeing that they are opening new stores and that they can afford to have more then one branch in each town.
In the parking lot, I phoned my fiancee and let her know that we will be having KFC for supper. She had told me that her parents were coming over for supper and that I had to buy extra. I went in and was met by a long line. I am not frustrated by that because I also work in a retail environment and understand that it is peak time for all retailers. I waited in line and finally, it was my turn to place my order. I ordered 2x fully loaded meals, 3x zinger wings 4pk, 1 large mash and gravy, 1x family chips, 2x streetwise burgers.
I thought to myself that this would be sufficient to feed a family of four. The lady who served me was extremely rude, untrained, inefficient and unhelpful. Does KFC not train their staff that it is the customer who pays their salaries and not the other way around? Or is KFC not interested? As I waited for my meal, another male customer started screaming at the very same cashier who served me stating that she is unfriendly and not trained. I heard him say that he is fed up with that branch. My meal was ready. I stood there as she quickly packed my food and rushed through my order making it seem as if she was checking my food according to my order.
I asked her again if everything that I had ordered was in the bag, and she bluntly replied yes as though she had being doing me a favor. I got into my vehicle and drove home. When I arrived home, my future in-laws were already there so I left the food in my kitchen. As my fiancee unpacked the bag, she noticed that the burgers that I had ordered were missing. I immediately tried phoning KFC but there was no answer. I tried phoning for almost an hour. The mash and gravy, together with the chips tasted awful. I eventually got hold of KFC and the lady told me that I could come in for a refund or another meal. That is not the point. I have to drive all the way back to Durban North for something that is KFC's fault. Will KFC subsidized my fuel?
I do not have the time to phone and to be put on hold by their Care line. KFC put me in an uncomfortable situation and embarrassing one. But I guess KFC will not do much about this and would rather give me a refund than to sort this problem and ensure that it does not happen to anyone else. Can KFC answer where the 2 burgers that I paid for are or is this just a scam or plot to steal our money? I would like answers to my questions from the senior management of KFC.

I had supper there today with my family. To start with, the counters which our food was put on were really nasty dirty, something a hot washcloth with cleaner on it could take care of it in a moment. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in over a week, considering the traffic that comes in and out of there throughout the week, it was bad.
When I asked for the district manager's number, they gave me one that is no longer in service, plus the number to their store. If I'd have complained to them, I doubt anything would have resulted from it. They were all young and didn't seem to care about much. Someone needs to contact the district manager to further this to a positive result. I am getting no where online in trying to find a phone number, it all leads back to the store I was at.

Me and my family ordered a meal and took it home. We all sat down to eat. While eating my meal in the coleslaw, I choked on a piece of plastic in it. My wife ran over and hit me on my back. I finally got the piece to the inside of my cheek where I removed it. I still have the plastic and the date it happened. I called the manager Justin and told him what took place. He was rude and said there was people out there doing this type of stuff. I asked, "what are you implying? That I was like those who had done this to them?". He said, "what do you want me to do?". I told him had I choked on a chicken bone, it would be my fault. But I didn't, it was your product. Did you go to the hospital? I said, "if i had, you wouldn't be talking to me but my attorney". I told him I want to take you to your district manager and he told me that it would not go that far. So I waited a week, nothing. No call.
I went to their website to make a complaint and did, nothing. So I got the phone number and made a complaint. She said that she did see it. I told her what happened, which she said it would go higher up and I would hear. Nothing, nothing at all which is upsetting. I will not deal with KFC ever again or even eat from there. This is fast food for you nowadays. It's sickening. Word of mouth hurts and I will pass it on.

While we were filling the form, a KFC executive named Suman came to us and said to make a fast move in a very rude way like "Hello, you two. The food is finished. Now make a fast move from here." I didn't expect this misbehavior from KFC, though I am a weekly visitor there. After that, I asked for the duty officer for complaining about him, and he said, "Tell me whatever you want to say. I took a night off from cooking and decided to treat my family to KFC. It’s pouring rain. I went to the drive-thru. There is an advertisement for: 10 Piece Grilled Chicken, 4 Biscuits, 2 Large Sides and a Mega gallon of Lemonade for $19.99. Instead, I see a meal exactly the same for $17.99. I asked the cashier what was the difference between this one and the promotion. Per the cashier, only difference is you get a drink. I got the meal for $17.99. In total, I spent $32 at KFC. I got home cleaned up for dinner, relaxed opened up my items only to notice I had no biscuits and only legs and thighs were in the bucket.
I immediately got dressed and went back out into the rain and used more gas to return this meal. I got back in the drive-thru, explained my frustration to the cashier that served me and requested a manager. She had me drive up to the window where I met a foreign man who stated his name was ** **. I explained to him that I was missing my biscuits and his sign at the drive-thru is unclear as it does not state this meal is strictly legs and thighs. ** was unprofessional and unsatisfactory in his customer service as he stated, "All the customers know this meal is leg and thigh only" and said he could only give me the biscuits. I explained to him that his statement is an assumption and again it is not advertised in that manner. Therefore, this is false advertisement. The more he refused to listen to my complaint, the more disappointed I became with the company and his service.
I then requested a full refund for this meal. He stated, "I cannot do that." He then offered to give me a breast and a wing. I was not appreciative of this offer at this time as I had already been falsely accused by this manager and wanted nothing more to do with him or this restaurant. Again, I demanded my money for this meal and again he refused stating, "That is how the meal comes. It is not me, it's the company." I explained to him that he represents the company, he is the manager and he should be the one to please the customer. He then went over to the bin where the food is kept came back to the window and stated he could not give me any grilled breast or wings as he had none but could give me breast/wing substitution. I did not want this.
Again, I stated, "That's not what I want." He gave me crispy breast/wing substitutes and a box of biscuits closed the drive-thru window and said, "Good bye". I left because I was now furious and did not want to have any further negative results that I knew could end up with negative consequences. In addition, he accused the cashier for not telling me that it only consisted of leg and thigh. True, but she is not only at fault, the promotion or the meal on the drive-thru board is clear. I feel I was mislead, not given an option and received poor customer care upon my return. I am out of $20.00 hard earned dollars and this could have been resolved had the promotion been clearly advertised and if the manager listened and provided the customer with what a substitute of equal or lesser value.

So we had to wait, even though it was dinner time, they had no chicken ready. The second time I went was at about 5:10 pm and went through the drive thru. I asked for a 21-piece crispy and original mixed bucket and was told that they did not have enough chicken unless they used the new grilled chicken to complete the order. So I said yes but then I got to the window and was told that they didn't have any breasts and it would be at least 10 minutes because they didn't have any chicken ready. I just cancelled my order. I just don't understand how a fastfood chicken franchise doesn't have chicken! It's like going to McDonald's and them not having burgers! Although, I believe KFC has the best chicken, I have to find a new franchise. So, I had a co-worker call to the KFC restaurant to retrieve her name because I did not ask for it the 1st time I called. I believe that this restaurant is trying to make more money by giving less of what they are supposed to give, so that way they could sell more and earn more out of the expense of the consumers. It has been too many times that this has been done to us when I send my daughters to them up the block. I went to them to complain and the man in charge did not even respond back to me. He ignored me. The cashier denied the accusations, but they are doing that to us seriously, even when that particular cashier is not serving the food. The man who ignored me prepares and serves the foods the majority of the times.

I waited 45 minutes for an order, with an empty store and no one on the drive thru line. I waited 15 at the drive through window when I was told to pull up because the chicken strips had to be cooked fresh because they had no more. I asked how long this would be. The boy at the drive thru said about 5 minutes. I said okay and pulled up. Ten minutes later, I went into the store to find out what was taking so long. I was told they were still cooking and after an additional 20 minutes, my order will be ready. I asked to speak to a manager and she acted like it was a big joke. To make a long story short, she offered me two kids' meals whenever I wanted them for my troubles. Today, I tried to get the kid's meals and got a big runaround. Needless to say, I could not get them. I called the GM, Mike **. I am awaiting his call but I think this is a real turn off for me to ever go back to KFC.

My wife and I ordered popcorn chicken through the drive up window. My wife handed me, the driver, $20 to pay for it and it cost just under $10. When she gave us the change, it was just the quarters, nickels, dimes, pennies. We weren't thinking and when we drove off, my wife said, "Where is the $10?" and I told her, "I don't know." We couldn't find it and found out the lady didn't give it to us. So, I drove back and talked to the same lady. She said she didn't remember and then said, "Oh yeah, you gave me a $10." I told her no, it was a $20. She took my name and phone number, and said she would call me. We are still waiting.

I went in to Kentucky Fried Chicken here in Chico, CA on Mangrove Avenue and really left shocked and disgusted! I was ordering in one line and my friend was ordering his food in the next line. I was immediately distracted and so were the other customers inside by the employee who was waiting on my friend. I noticed that he basically tossed a plate of food to him with his french fries tossed all over the place and a rude look on his face. This employee's name is Ryan! My friend asked Ryan, "What did you do, drop this on the floor?" Ryan replied with a rude glare in his eyes, "Yes! That is exactly what I did, dropped it on the floor!" (loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear.)
We were all expecting a laugh or an "I'm just kidding" from Ryan but he just continued to glare at my friend with a really rude look and terrible attitude! Then he continues to shout, "I have been trained much better than that! I don't drop people's food on the floor!" He really seemed like a psycho. Ryan continued to give me dirty looks as I received my food, as well as while we were all seated! We all walked out of there furious but I made sure to get Ryan's name before we left. I tell you, if I talked to my customers the way Ryan did, I would no longer have a job! Terrible, terrible customer service. None of us has been back since.

I ordered a nine-piece chicken meal along with a large potato salad and large fries. I specified that I wanted both spicy and original chicken pieces; however, while ordering the meal, a cameraman was telling us to move out of his way so that he could take the cashier's (in question) picture. To our surprise, when we reached home, we only received spicy chicken. On realizing this, we called to complain to the manager. We told her that we needed original chicken for the children who could not eat spicy. She then told us to come back and exchange the meal. Unfortunately, we had no access to a motor vehicle and had no money to take the public transportation. However, the manager still persisted on us coming there for the food and gave no alternative in helping us.
