I don't go to KFC anymore because of the small sizes of chicken you get. The last time got a three piece meal it was more like a appetizer. When I order chicken I want chicken not pigeon. They are building a new KFC in Mountain Home, AR. and I definitely will never walk thru their door. To bad I can't give a 0 star review.

Aug 22, 2025. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. I walked in and a female employee yelled at me, "YOU MUST USE THE KIOSK!" We only have two workers here, but I needed her help. I tried using the online service, but the link was broken (an ongoing issue). So, I came here to honor my $5.00 2-piece chicken and showed her my phone. She refused, so I asked for a manager. I explained the problem, but he said no and told me to leave and go eat a Taco Bell. The rudest people I've ever encountered! Both employees should be fired immediately. We decide to have a picnic type dinner with our children Wednesday August 13th 2025. Total family vote for KFC. We arrived and ordered a 14 pc bucket with all the fixing fries, gravy, Mac salad as well as a coleslaw. We order an additional popcorn and onion ring, let me tell you the onion rings were absolutely divine. Our other food was taken quickly and accurately, it was also prepared very quickly. The food was very delicious and hot. We had a great dinner making precious memories with our children…. Thanks KFC Tilbury. You are the best!!!

False advertising on the app. I purchased 30$ on food so I can get a free coupon of bucket of chicken as they said on the advertisement (redeemed on my checkout), but my surprise was that when I got to the store they told that is a error on the system that I can get my free bucket free. The store mgr advised me to call customer service and talk to them to see if they can help me. My point to this case is that store mgr told that I'm not the only customer with the same issue about error in the system. As a customer we expecting to receive what advertising said. Customer service will refund my money. Was 40$ but they only returned 15.99$. Still missing money. Company is not serious.

If you need to speak with a real human forget it. Called twice today and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The bot, as are all bots, is worthless. Asked if I wanted to speak with a live agent and when I said yes said all agents are busy!!!! Then asked again if I wanted to speak with a live agent and the merry go round continued!!! Filled out KFC's form yesterday and today. Have not heard back from anyone yet!!!

Store # G135110, I have been a frequent customer of this store since 1995. In 2019, I moved out of the area, but I will walk in if I'm working in the field in the area, possibly once or twice a year. on 7-14-25 I walked into KFC notice they had a kiosk to place orders it was one customer at the counter and no cars in the drive through. The kiosk was slow and I went to the counter to place the order instead. At 6:17 pm, I was told that I had not yet received my food, so I requested a refund at 6:28 pm. This child looked straight at me and said they don't give refunds. I said, "That's not corporate policy. I'm very familiar with KFC policy for more reasons than you know".
After bantering back and forth, she then said the other lie: she has to wait on the manager because she does not know how to give cash refunds. I was so tired and frustrated that by the time she angrily gave me the food, the chicken was hard, as if it had been double-fried from the previous day, and the biscuits were hard. BTW, the cashier that I had an issue with was not Cheyenne.

They didn't have anything we ordered online, not willing to make substitutions. We left with nothing and they completed our order so I had to call customer service to get a refund that will take 3-5 business days.

My husband and I dined at KFC in Tuscaloosa Alabama. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Restroom was clean. The cashier was so friendly and professional. I watched her as we ate and observed that she smiled the whole time she was waiting on each customer. She even helped one customer with her online app. And she didn’t rush. This customer was an older lady who didn’t seem to understand what she needed to do to get a discount (I’m assuming). This cashier’s name was Shawndel. She made our dining experience a very pleasant one.

It's a place to go if you want to starve, because you're not going to get the chicken that they have advertised in the ventures, not even close the $7 fill up is not filling? They are serving the smallest chicken parts they can find.

Be nice if they would cook it never done at the bone, never eat there anymore for that reason. Like the spices but would like it done. Lots of people tell me that why they don't eat there, don't matter what state or restaurant they are all the same.

They were out of several items. The app does not take coupons and no way to scan the app in the store. All other food businesses scan in store. Tables were dirty and we were the only ones there. I only saw 2 employees. The food was over cooked and the biscuit have no flavor. They were out of honey and ran out of white meat according to the manager. Worst visit ever and will never return. I have been to the south point Ohio location and it wasn't good. Gave them another try and spent 30.00 and had to throw it away. It was so greasy and the biscuits were so hard. Emailed and complained and they credited me 7.62. Seriously?? I will not go back. Did not want to give any stars but had to so my review would take.

Today at 7:50 pm I placed an order for three pieces of chicken (only) for Quick Pick up using the app. I received an email confirmation showing 7:55. I arrived at 8:08. There was no order in the Quick Pick Up window. There were no customers in line. I waited about 10 min and someone finally asked if I needed help (8:18). I told them that I had a Quick Pick Up. He asked my name. I told him and he said that he would go get it. While waiting several people came in, placed orders, and received them. At 8:42 he said he had my order ready. It consisted of three large bags and a lot of drinks. He asked if I would like a holder for my drinks.
I informed him that was not my order. He asked my name again. I told him. He then said that they had no order in the system under my name and asked to see my order receipt. I showed it to him. He looked embarrassed and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter right "NEXT" to and "BEHIND" the Quick Pick Up window the whole time. He said "I'm sorry" with a big cheesy grin and walked away. I was too hungry and tired to make a deal out of it. So, I just went out to my car to eat it. Instead of being crispy the breading was moist and soggy and slid off in chunks when I picked the chicken up. It was kind of slimy and doughy when eating. Not a remotely satisfying experience. Plus, I left out all the really frustrating app issues.

Amazing how with all other prices rising, so has KFC. But even more disappointing, is their chicken just doesn’t taste like real chicken anymore, but probably like other fast food chains, only breaded with real chicken meat, but not 100 percent chicken anymore. Chicken doesn’t taste real, but more fillers than real chicken. Mashed potatoes thin quality & more like instant than real potatoes. To pay this much & experience such poor food quality, means surely it will be a long time, before I buy KFC again. Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he knew what his restaurant & chicken had become.

Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! He wouldn't do anything for me. I said "but I did what you told me to do!" Crickets. I asked for the manager. She seemed really mad that she was pulled from the back. I repeated the situation. Crickets again! I ordered the food anyway and politely asked for contact info to the KFC regional office. She said, "If you're asking me for a phone number, I'm not giving it to you" (email would have been fine). When I noticed she was slurring her words and her eyes rolled around I decided the best thing to do was walk out.
Mind you, I was polite the whole time. I realize that these are franchises, but they are still controlled by contract with the KFC brand. My advice would be to have a professional outfit do your interviews when you hire your managers. If the market is so tight that you have to take what you get, close your doors.

I recently stopped at the KFC I Cobleskill NY. My experience was the best ever. My order was accurate, my food was hot, cooked perfectly, the best was the staff. They did you proud by being delightful. They made my evening, thank you all.

KFC. Wow how far you have come and lost all your values. I am 60 years old. I remember when Kentucky was good. Along with Pioneer Chicken in So Cal. Time has change. You know why all the fast food gone to crap. Because all that fake food you put in and hiring people who just don't care anymore. Don't take pride in job. Sad how everything has gone to crap. I recently visited the neighborhood KFC and was met by a surly employee who got my order wrong. I called to report the mistake and was told to bring the food back. I guess that's reasonable but it's very very inconvenient. The food wasn't even tasty. Overcooked Scrappy sizes of meat. I was not given a receipt. I shall never go to KFC again.

When I ordered my meals, I ordered all white meat. When the meals came out they were boxed to go, but, we were eating in. We opened our boxes to dark meat. I paid for white. I feel like they knew they were out , because they were telling other customers that, as we were waiting on our order. I believe that they knew they were giving us dark meat in hopes that we would get down the road only to find out we didn't get our white pieces we paid for. Integrity is lacking. I feel sorry for all those drive thru people who paid for white meat and got dark! Come on do better.

I wouldn't mind if this place vanished for good, their prices are just too high. It's good food and fast service, but I have a problem when they want to sell you a meal without the drink such as the $5 meal. When you're no longer allowed to fill your own container at the fountain, I have problems with that and I won't shop there. I took my business elsewhere and with a smile, I gave them a loud BYE! Selling a meal without the drink and not letting you use your own container at the fountain is **, especially for the prices they charge for a little bit of food.

The chicken I received looked like it had been sitting out for hours — definitely not fresh. It wasn’t even warm enough to eat, and I had to heat it up myself. The taste was bland and unappetizing, far from what I expect from KFC. I was completely unsatisfied with the food, but what made it worse was the customer service.
The staff was not friendly at all. There was no sense of hospitality or care. It felt like they just wanted to get through their shift rather than provide good service. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to speak up about. The combination of poor food quality and unfriendly service left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this location to anyone. KFC is supposed to be known for hot, tasty chicken and good service, but Windsor Spring Rd missed the mark on both. DO NOT BUY KFC GIFT CARDS!!!! Their store bought gift cards are made of paper and easily disintegrate in the wash. At best this not in the customer’s best interest. At worst KFC is intentionally swindling customers. I contacted KFC’s customer service hotlines about the issue and they would not right the situation, despite my efforts to send the card back for them to see the damage. I will never buy another gift card or piece of chicken from KFC again. The entire situation was entirely avoidable. What a terrible way to lose a whole family of customers.

KFC is a well liked place to eat. This time the order was wrong. Instead of receiving a 3-pc meal, I received a 2-pc. Was not noticed until arrived at home. The 7-Up from the fountain machine did not taste as should. Called the restaurant to let them know. They hung the phone up. Not what I expected.

We went to KFC on wonderland in London not. We had to use the kiosk and we ordered a wrap and chicken sandwich the sandwich only. When our order came it had fries and nuggets that we did not order. The girl said, "That’s what you ordered and paid for." We told her no we just wanted the sandwiches so we asked for our money back and then reorder. She said she could not do it because we ordered with the kiosk. We took our order but will never return to kfc. There are lots of places to get chicken with customers relations just not kfc.

How hard is it to be accurate? I ordered a 3-piece combo with a side of slaw. What I got was about a 2.5 piece with fries. Fries are not even an option on the "sides" menu. The chicken was dried out and barely warm.

I have gone to KFC multiple times and didn't have any issues. My experience was always a good one...until now. I've gone to KFC 3 different times within the past two months and they were either closing early, told me it takes 30 minutes to cook the chicken or they were out of everything. It's the only location in Lafayette, La. I won't be going back.

Buyer Beware for this KFC Location, 6081 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110. They give you burnt (Dry rotted) food that was not edible plus we had also ordered extra food that was missing, then they told us after we paid that they don't give refunds when we went inside the restaurant to return the burnt, inedible food back. We purchased a family meal plus extra food at the drive thru window and paid $72.24 cash during a period of bereavement, we were grieving from the loss of a loved one. ** took the food back after pretending that she was going to give us a full cash refund and stole our money (**).
We never received a refund. ** who claimed she was the acting manager was so rude and disrespectful and her side kick ** who wasn't even in uniform and was wearing an orange hat on his head. The restaurant was very dirty, but we didn't know that until we went inside the restaurant to get a refund. We ordered through the drive thru window, which nowhere at the restaurant is it posted No Refunds. Needless to say, we called the Corporate Number twice while there and got nowhere with that. We even called the Sheriff's Office, but they said it was a civil dispute, and they don't come out, but 20 minutes later they showed up because ** called them because we asked for our $72.24 cash refund. God knows what lie she told to get them to come.
We believe we were discriminated against because of our ethnicity. Even the Regional General Manager ** lied about going to contact us to give us our refund. We have our receipt and pictures of the experience including the pictures of the digital refund on their computer that they assured that corporate would process for our full cash refund. This KFC restaurant should be boycotted because business should be earned instead of stolen. Because of this appalling and horrible experience with this KFC location, we have lost confidence to purchase any more meals at any KFC Locations.
It should also be noted that a complaint was filed with BBB and Ohio Attorney General Office, in which the KFC Corporate Office failed to supply Regional General Manager ** contact information which they ignored BBB and Ohio Attorney General Office Request. KFC would not even participate and acknowledge the experience that we their customer received no matter what proof was provided with receipt and pictures to verify and collaborate our experience, which is an indelible memory to never trust KFC with our business again! I was at the KFC on 5444 n lovers lane ticket #**. It was 748. I tried the drive thru. They said it don't work so come inside. I had 8 piece chicken. They gave me all drum sticks. Biscuits were dry and I ordered chicken sandwich but they had no buns. I asked for 3 chicken strips meal instead. When we got home there were no chicken strips. I tried to call. They will not answer the phone. I tried 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 5pm then I tried the next day. Still nothing. I just want my food. You should not steal from us.

** at KFC, 243 Cedar Ridge in Duncanville is rude each and every time I go there. I decided to drive 10 additional miles to another KFC. I can't accept that verbal abuse anymore. Something needs to be done about this. I was a frequent customer and he's very RUDE and Nasty towards the customers. His appearance is very sloppy as well.

I live in Mankato MN. I quit going to KFC years ago, crap food, high prices. I decided to try it again, the 16 piece meal. The potato containers were only 1/2 full, three small scoops in each of the two. Also more wings and drums than anything else. Totally wasted my money. Haven't had KFC in a while. Passing by tonight really hungry it sounded like a great idea. Service was quick and polite but when I got home the chicken was dry and tasted like dirty oil. Horrible. Where is the KFC I grew up on. Mashed potatoes had barely a teaspoon of a different type of gravy that I remember. Cole slaw was as good as I remember. 2 bites of the drumstick and into the trash it all went. 20 bucks and a lesson learned.

I'm not one to complain a lot, especially when it comes to fast food. However, the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Central Avenue in Orange, New Jersey, serves the worst-tasting chicken I've ever had. I went there once before and thought it might have just been a bad day. I just went back because I was craving some chicken, and I don't know if it's the oil they're using to fry it, but the chicken tastes nothing like Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's simply horrible. I don't know if anyone else has had this experience. The staff there seems to be nice, but something should be done about the way the chicken tastes. It's truly terrible.

We went inside to eat in the diner and they did not give us everything we ordered and when we asked for our missing items, they went to our table to check as if we were lying to them and we’ve always had problems with this location only. The coleslaw was bad and seemed rushed. The CRISPY chicken was soggy and seemed like it was sitting there for hours. And the employees were rude.

KFC Mount Vernon been there several times and it gets worse every time, it need a new staff with manners professionalism and courtesy towards customers. The food is very old and dreary as the oil needs to be changed as needed. With staff like these with no etiquette and empathy the business will be running down the drain

On a seldom occasion anymore, we try KFC on NW Blvd., Spokane, WA, and today again are disappointed. KFC doesn't even bother that the food they serve is desirable for the enormous cost. Thank goodness we have grocery store delis who serve up great fried chicken and even better side dishes. What happened KFC?

ZERO STARS!!!! KFC Holland, MI. There is only 1 and it needs to go! Rude, rude, aggressive employees. We don’t eat fried chicken, but my hubs had a little craving. With Chick-fil-A closed on Sunday we stopped at KFC. Employee swore and threatened us. Never again. Bad reviews is the norm for this location and I guarantee the few positive reviews are employees friends and family.

I order a 16 piece bucket, it supposed to be 4 breast, 4 wings, 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks. I had 8 drumsticks, 7 thighs and 1 breast, no wings. The chicken was hard and dried out. I went back today and they did not replace the chicken. Don't go to 3277 lawrenceville suwanee.

KFC was once a staple for my family on special occasions and even more rarely our family Sunday dinner when I was growing up. I always loved getting an original recipe breast with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mom's sweet tea. Well fast forward 50 years and here I am taking the time to finally use the only way that I know exists to communicate to headquarters and in general to the John Q public types. Issues here locally to me in Hampton Virginia may not be typical elsewhere, but it's VERY typical here nowadays.
Restaurant #G135135 8:50 pm 11/29/2024 = Today marks my last visit to KFC until or unless I'm somehow aware that customer service and QUALITY food has been clearly elevated - RESTORED to what should be the number one requirement when servicing a customer that is spending their hard-earned money in good faith for an excellent meal. This evening? 4 pc original recipe tender combo $12.36. Not one person in the door or in the drive through. Hmmm - warning perhaps?
Took several minutes to complete this simple order because the young man taking the order spoke so poorly, I just simply couldn't understand him. He took my card for payment and when returned to me, I said very clearly to him "Thank you sir" with zero response from him. Subsequently followed by stuffing the bag (my order) out of the drive through window and as I took my order, I again said as clearly as I could AGAIN "Thank you sir" and yet again no response. Get home to find a meal hardly fit for my dogs. VERY old and hardly warm tenders, fries and a horrible biscuit - All just old and yuck. I was really looking forward to the OG tenders, because when done right, KFC original recipe chicken I feel is the best chicken out there PERIOD.
It has been years since I've had KFC OG chicken even close to as good as back in the day, but nowadays it's especially far from standards. I used this location as my complaint, but sadly, all the location for me are terrible. Just FYI so please be aware that this is my only review for KFC ever so understand that I'm not an axe grinder. I have had enough and I'm done with KFC, but hope these type reviews find the right person to fix this so KFC doesn't become just another legacy chicken franchise to go belly up and blame it on the economy or something other than the truth. The simple truth is that KFC should be closed today because their product is hardly fit for dogs. But that is exactly where my meal went this evening. I had a bologna sandwich. While not my first choice by far, it was far and away better than KFC.

Have loved KFC for our go to meals on a day I didn't feel like cooking. I move to MA. From CA. Went to their drive thru in west springfield Ma. and had the worse customer experience ever. Made me wait over an hour and girl in "charge" was extremely rude. This was the weekend of Father's Day 2024. I called their customer service (headquarters) multiple times and I've gotten nowhere. Same answer every time. "We have submitted your complaint to the proper people" (the higher ups). Well here we are in the end of November and no email, no calls, no answers and no refund. They lost a good loyal customer. I will not be going to their Riverdale KFC while that "manager" works there. Very rude, unprofessional and does not know how to communicate.

I ordered food online on the site not the app as I normally and to no avail every time I do and pick up my food there's something missing or wrong with it. This store in Indianola Mississippi is the absolute worse. Their workers are always playing or talking and not paying attention to what they are doing, I've even witnessed flirting among the managers and workers even verbal altercations between employees that would get a bit loud. Drive-thru is always slow with someone having an attitude or being snappy on the intercom when you order. Maybe a fresh crew of serious workers or something. Having food that you actually order and if not at least be able to substitute, which you can never. Wait time on the inside is ridiculous especially if there isn't anyone in there to serve. Crazy. I guess good customer service is few and far in between. Hoping for better days from this restaurant...

Spent $70 at Bennington Vermont KFC. Absolutely disgusting. Their chicken was dry. Potatoes were gross. Biscuits were drier than normal. I will never visit another KFC. Not worth the 1 hour drive nor the money.

Horrible service, had to wait all together about an hr for an 8 piece family meal, only to get the wrong order, went back and had to wait more time, I’m very disappointed and will never go back and will let friends and family not to go as well, there needs to be a change or people are going to stop going there.

I went to KFC yesterday evening I live in Lake Village Arkansas, I ask for a 8 piece meal with sides being coleslaw and mashed potatoes when I placed my order she said it would be 15 minutes I told her I would wait. So after waiting like 20 minutes the young lady bought our food. When she bought it she told she made an adjustments to the order and she gave us some extra biscuits. I thought it was due to our wait time. I drove home and got ready to eat and all I had was 1 wing and the rest was legs and thighs. If I didn't live 28 miles from Greenville Ms I would have taken it back but I didn't feel like making the drive back, I have never had a problem until yesterday. I was very disappointed.

The chicken pieces were so small and dried out I couldn't eat. My dog and cats also wouldn't eat. KFC was number 1 at one time but know they are they are the bottom of chicken providers. I will continue to purchase chicken from other providers but NOT KFC.

I just picked up food at the drive thru at the KFC on Old Preston Hwy in Hillview, KY. The food was good but the person at the window (** man in his 30’s) had sagging pants well below his rear end and unfortunately at the height of the window, all I could see is his underwear. Kind of killed my appetite! I didn’t mention it to him but thought someone should be aware so it doesn’t turn other customers away!

While I absolutely adore KFC chicken, the company is terrible. I ordered some food and they used DoorDash. The Dasher ended up giving my food to someone at another address and I've been trying to get a refund ever since. This was on October 26, 2024. I call KFC, they say call DoorDash. I call DoorDash and they say contact KFC. They've been giving me the runaround. NEVER have I had such problems with an order. Most of the time if other fast food mess up my order, they just refund it, and they sometimes send me an apology coupon. But KFC just doesn't care.

SMARTEN UP MANAGEMENTS .STOP HAVING KIDS DO AN ADULT JOB! MY 6 YR OLD NIECE IS SMARTER THAN THIS MANAGER I DEALT WITH TONIGHT!! I placed an order for myself and a co-worker online order paid for it but when I went to pick it up they said "We are gonna have to refund you". I asked why, they said "there is no food left". I said, "You have no food left?" he said the "the cook left at 11pm." it was 11:13pm. They close art 12am, I was appalled the whole time being very rude.
I said "so why would you let an order be placed an online if you let your cook leave an hour before closing with no food? So you're just turning customers away as they come thru and sit around doing nothing?" He said "I don't know". LOL SMH, I asked to speak with a Manager and he said "I am a manager". He looked all of 15-16 yrs old. He says "well I don't have any food left but I can give you the nuggets we have left". I said I do not want any nuggets. Chances are they probably been sitting there since 10 pm and are probably hard as a rock!
How do you let a cook leave an hour before closing and leave you with no food? I am blown away by the ignorance of this place. It never used to be this way. NEVER. The problem is Management let young kids in there taking on an adult position they know nothing about! Still no refund and no food but the order went thru just fine of course. They have no problem taking the money. When you get there's always some issue or excuse with your order and this is not the first time I have had an issue with this place and same "manager".
Last time it was so rude. He says to me very ignorant and cocky that I would have to come into the store to pick up my order if I place an order online. I said "well how can I go in and pick it up if the store lobby is closed and the door is locked?" the response I got was "oh yeah well just knock on the window or call first before pulling in the parking lot" as he's smiling and kind of chuckling about it. I honestly thought he was joking, who does that? I am so blown away and upset with this store so I had to return to work with no food and no refund for my co worker, I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow morning.
I have never heard of a cook leaving with no food being made before closing is just stupid, I was brought up being told you do not leave until your shift is done and the job is completed.. Leaving an hour early is crazy and ridiculously stupid. They lack respect, professionalism and the dress code is awful upper management needs to just stop throwing just anybody into a position so they do not have to work the extra hours pawn it on someone who does not know their ass from their elbow and can barely count.
I hope they change this around because if they keep this up it'll be closed down. I will never refer anyone I gave 1 star that I really did not want to even give that but I had no choice in order to submit this review I give it 10+ thumbs down and that is being nice... That just really pissed me off tonight .. Smarten up management. Find someone who can work the position just so you can take the burden off of you. Stop wasting payroll and tax dollars on idiots!!!! Ordered two pot pies. One had slithers of chicken and the second had no chicken. This is terrible. They cost too much to not have meat in them. The company needs to do better. I will not order pot pies again.

I think KFC should bring back the popcorn chicken. It has not been the same since you got rid of it. I loved the mash potatoes bowls and now it is ruined with those nasty chicken nuggets you thought would be better to replace the popcorn chicken with. Well it's not so please do away with the nuggets or keep them if you wish to. I don't really care but please bring back the popcorn chicken. That's all. Other than that KFC is the best!

Veronica is the best employee I've ever came across. Not only did she go outta her way to make our visit the best ever. She should be running that KFC in fort worth on Jacksboro hwy. She knows her stuff and she makes sure customers are satisfied. I love love love her. Keep her as your employee and give her advancements to keep such a valuable employer. She's the best out there.

I walked in to eat in the 700 N 14th st Leesburg Fl KFC, I understand that if the employees are really busy I have to use the kiosk, there were two ladies chatting with no customers, not even drive thru, and they just was passing by my husband and I, so after a while that I felt invisible I asked if I can order, and one of them told me that I have to use the kiosk that I didn’t see at first, to start with.
That was rude, no customer service at all, because at least they could point and say that they are there for decoration only not to work, so customers don’t have to go there and instead go to were I can get help, because food there is not cheap plus rudeness and attitude, come on, and then after that we ordered three piece meal they gave us two piece meal and when I ask to a guy that came from inside he gave us the rest of the chicken, then when we left the guy said kind of sarcastic “have a great day“ and they laughed, I didn’t say anything offensive and didn’t ask for the rest of our paid missing food with rudeness or attitude, so I don’t understand how this people can work and get away with all this disrespect to customers who comes to consume and pay their salaries with the consumption, they should be trained better, I don’t think I’ll come back to kfc at all because I don’t know what I’ll get.

Every single KFC around me no longer accepts the app for making orders nor can you order online through the actual website you have to go in person nor can you get any of the deals that you can get on the App online when you order in person. I have sent email after email asking about this. I have spent time on hold never getting through to an actual person. Only for them to say, "Well we're just really busy and we'll get back to you" to never have anyone get back to me. This is no way to run a business and if you keep running it this way I hope you lose your business. This is no way to treat your customers

I am giving 1 star because I do not have an option for negative stars. I will say the food tasted fine, my issue was with the staff and the KFC ordering process. I attempted to place an order using the KFC App from my phone. The app showed that the location was not currently accepting orders through the app. I went into the store to place my order and let the clerk know what the app said. her response was "You have to order online". I told her I was using the app and she rudely said "well that don't work". I placed my order and asked her if she needed to scan something from my app etc to apply the points. She replied "We don't got no scanner, we don't do that".
By this time I was getting pissed just because the tone and how rude she was to me. I got my order and left. I do not plan to go back to this location. I submitted a comment on the KFC website, and sent a message to their Facebook chat. I have not heard from anyone. I do not know how a business stays in business treating customers this poorly.

The Upper Marlboro Store 5785 is so nasty. The bathroom looks like outside gas station bathroom. The entire Store looks nasty.. The food especially the chicken didn't look cooked. Spoke with the manager, he didn't seem concerned. I will visit that store again.

Feel taken advantage of and will never order again! Been stranded in Hurricane 8 Daz..Church gave us $ on a gift card for a hot meal. St Petersburg, Fla. I'm 70 years old...I made a mistake and ordered as pick up. Immediately, like 2 min, tried to cancel and do delivery..KFC said could not be canceled and took the money w no way for me to go 6 miles and get food. Even when I get back to Indiana, will never, ever order KFC.

I was in Nepean (Ottawa) area on Sunday and decided to try my luck with KFC on 2015 Robertson. While waiting for them to open up, I noticed they were advertising sign up on the KFC app and get 6 chicken fingers free on your first order of $15.00 or more. Well I did. However when I placed my first order their payable would not load up .. I waited 30 plus mins and it just wouldn't load!! I went into the shop. Now it had been open .. Showed them behind the counter that there was something wrong with their system yet was told .. NOTHING they could do about it!!! What a waste of my time ... I'm wondering if they just decided it was not worth gaining a customer comeback since it was a small order?? Anyone else have this problem?? False advertising??

I went to KFC in Riviera Beach (Blue Heron) and the service was horrible. It's like the pieces of chicken were already bitten. When I complained about this situation, the manager just give me the silence treatment and didn't take the food back. She left me at the counter for more than 5 minutes. I called her several times, with no answer. A lady came and took the food back and gave me fresh ones. My advice to this manager, if she doesn't like her job, just quit, don't make customer felt bad for spending their money at this store.

My husband and I stopped at KFC in Cedar Hill on Tuesday, 9/10, we wanted wings. The manager was nice enough to help me with my order even though they didn’t sell wings and a meal. The service and food was great! On Sunday, 9/15, we returned to this location to order more wings! Courtney waited on me and was very pleasant. The manager was sitting at a table doing paperwork. As I was leaving, both Courtney and the manager thanked me for coming in. I live near a KFC, but chose to return to the Cedar Hill location for the their food, but also their great customer service!

On 9/06/24 I placed an online order to KFC through Uber Eats. When I received my food I began to eat my potpie and about 5 bites in noticed something hard in my mouth. When I spit out my bite I nearly vomited when I realized what I was chewing. It was the tip of a finger nail! I contacted KFC via their website chat and was basically disconnected after they offered no resolution and pawned it off as an Uber Eats issue. Contacted Uber Eats again with no resolution, not even a refund for my purchase. I'm frustrated and appalled that this is being brushed off. I'm currently dealing with major health issues and this has done nothing but exasperate them. Something needs to be done! This is a major health and safety violation!

I ordered a Door Dash from the KFC in Weirton, WV. First issue came when the Dasher sent me a message saying the food would be done sooner, except most of the staff was outside smoking. They then proceeded to only give me 2 out of 4 of my items. I called the store to tell them, manager was rude and said there was nothing they could do, and I should contact Door Dash. I'm now sitting here with nothing to eat because they forgot my food. I also called the KFC corporate and they were not much more help than the store, they were however pleasant. I guess that might count for something, but not to a guy sitting here hungry.

The KFC in Kennett Mo is horrible. The food is always old and they can get a order right at all. It's as if they don't care one bit, they always have you too pull up and wait and sometimes 15-20 minutes and then the food is still cold. Never fresh.

Food at New Castle, DE 19720 was very bad order 08/14/2024. Coleslaw was sower I told the guy at the counter who was wearing a mask, he looks at me and did not say anything about the bad food. Chicken was cold and greasy. I manage to peel off about 1/2 pound sink from 06 pieces. No ice in the soda machine. The place was not clean. I will NEVER eat at Kentucky fried chicken again in this life.

I ordered from Middletown Ohio on N. Verity. The fries were exceedingly salty. I ordered four extra crispy wing. Threw away too. One, they also were too salty. Two, these were so small that there was hardly any meat. Mostly the crispy coating. I also tried your new honey b-b-q nuggets. They were tasteless and hardly any honey bbq flavor plus there was a strong pepper taste. I will not be ordering KFC again.

Your Online App ordering sucks. It needs to have more options for the bucket meals. Sometimes I need to feed Adults and they would like to have breast. Yes, I know there is a up charge for this option! I cannot order this online, nor can I call an order in as I have been told multiple times when trying to order this. So, I politely called around 2:00pm to the Sterling Illinois Store to give them a heads up about an order I would be going through the drive thru to order. Just so they could have 8 breasts made up and 5 orders of mashed potatoes ready. I needed to have this order by 4:15 to drive home 15 minutes to feed people before they left for work at 5:00pm. The girl was very nice on the phone for giving a heads up and said they would make sure they had enough. I do not like to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked or do I want to take all the chicken for others.
I pull up at exactly 4:15pm after I ordered thru the drive through and told them I had been the one who called in earlier for a heads up I was coming. They said they remembered me and knew about it. So, I pulled around and paid for my food. They said it would be right out. 10 minutes later I was told to pull around and park. I said this was supposed to be ready at 4:15. He said they got busy and are packaging everything up. I pull around and park to wait. I waited another 20 minutes and watched 3 cars go through after me with their food they ordered after me. It was now 4:40pm and I still had 15 min drive home. No, I am sorry for the delay, no we gave you a dessert or coupon for the trouble. Nothing just pushed the food into my car window and said bye.
I believe if I could have ordered online I still would not of had my food at 4:15 pickup time. I would have gladly paid for my order when I called in at 2:00pm for a heads up but they would not take the order. Please take a look at your app for ordering options or let phone orders happen. Btw they did not get supper before they worked a 12-hr. 3rd shift!!!

I went to the local KFC after ordering online. When I got to the order mic and told them I had an online order I was told to pull up to the second door not pickup window. I did as advised then waited there for 10 minutes wondering where my order was. There was also a pickup in front of me apparently waiting for his order. I actually watched another car pull up to the mic order come to the window pay and drive off with their order. At that point I decided to go in and investigate.
Upon entering I was greeted by "What do you want?" from a lady wearing a headset. When I advised her I was waiting on my online order I was told it takes time to cook fish. I responded "I didn't order fish I ordered tenders and mashed potatoes". She then reached up and grabbed a sack informing me there it was but she was busy. I asked where my nuggets which came with any order on their current special. She complained about it not being on order but said even though she wasn't supposed to give it to me she would accusing me of having an attitude.
I guess wanting an order you have paid for is an attitude at KFS I don't know. When I got home I then found my order was incomplete. Rather then go back and argue I called in a complaint. When talking to the rep to complain I was transferred to the refund department. I must admit that confused me. I didn't call in for a refund I called in to report my treatment and the discourtesy of the lady in their store. I was than informed I would be refunded for the missing items from my order within 3 days. No apology no concern for the treatment or attitude of the service in their store. In the future we will be going to Churches or Popeyes where we hopefully will get at least courteous service!

My complaint is in regards to the KFC on GAR highway in Somerset MA.. I placed an online order with the app which is garbage. I made a mistake on my order because we decided on an 8 pc tenders instead of a 12 pc but I forgot to take the 12 piece off the order. I realized it right after put the order in. I was trying to find a way to change my mistake on the app but could not find a way. I called that store and asked them to change the order when I was informed with an attitude that I needed to call 1-800-CALL KFC.
When I called that number I got someone that I was having trouble understanding because of her accent. She looked up the order and informed me it was too late because the order was already being made and she could not change it or cancel it. When I picked up the order and mentioned I wasn't happy the guy at the window gave me an attitude and then slammed the window in my face. So I paid 26 $ for something I did not want and plenty of attitude to go with it. If that was a Chick-fil-A they would have bent over backwards to make me happy. A new Chick-fil-A is being built nearby and I hope they take take all their business.

The chicken, extra Crispy, was tasteless. More than $20 of the chicken went into the garbage. KFC used be be very good. Obviously, they've changed and/or stopped even trying. The gravy on the potatoes is tasteless as well. Again, used to be fantastic. Even the coleslaw has suffered. I don't know what they have done, but they're losing customers. I gave them 2 opportunities in the last year, but I won't be back at all. The Colonel Harland David Sanders would be truly ashamed.

KFC has gone downhill as far as service to their customers. Their online app is a joke. Didn’t receive my order until 25 minutes after promised time, even though the app said it was ready. Tried another KFC and had the same issue. Made my comments known on the survey that was sent to me via email. Was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours. As of 5 days later haven’t heard anything. KFC has lost my business.

My experience with ordering a 3 piece crispy meal with 2 sides Monday 5/13/2024 was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my 67 years of life! I ordered thru the drive through speaker and the lady stopped me in the middle of telling her what I wanted with “hold on!”… so I waited several minutes till she came back and started all over again to tell her my order at her request. When I got to the pay window, the lady says “So your order is the chicken nuggets meal?”.. I kindly told her “No mam, I ordered a 3pc crispy chicken meal with cole slaw & Mac n cheese as my 2 sides and MTN dew as my drink." She then takes my charge card and rings up my meal informing me that I would have to wait 12 minutes at the front parking lot for the crispy chicken that just got put in the fryer. I said okay and proceeded to move my SUV to the front waiting area… noting the time was 5:24PM.
I waited patiently while watching other cars who ordered move on with their orders without delays.…. I Waited 15 minutes…. Then 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes and was about to go inside when a worker comes out the door and approaches my window with a food bag and says “You ordered the chicken fingers meal right?”... To which I replied “No sir, I ordered a 3 pc crispy chicken and 2 sides meal which I have been waiting 40 minutes now for and was told it would only be a 12 minute wait?” He didn’t apologize or say anything…. Just turned away and went back inside.
I waited yet another 10 minutes till 6:15PM now & no one ever came back out with my order. So I finally went inside to ask for a Refund with intent to take my business elsewhere. The guy was behind the counter and he slings a bag across the counter to me without a word of explanation or apology! I get to my vehicle and upon looking in my bag I discover my sides were wrong and the chicken is cold, and definitely not even freshly fried! I’m too upset by now to deal with them any more so I just take my cold dinner on home and eat it anyway. Then to top off this awful experience, I ended up with extreme vomiting and diarrhea all night long…. I have FOOD POISONING!!!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but in this case I made an exception…. Because nobody should ever have to encounter such unprofessional and disrespectful and careless behavior from any “fast food” (FAST is not really appropriate here at all!)..provider such as I had! I registered my complaint with KFC Corporate office today.

844 Shurling Drive Macon, GA 31211. Ordered a 8 piece all dark meat extra crispy, sides of mashed potato and coleslaw at drive through. It was horrible, the meat was so greasy, the but was saturated by the time I got home. The crust was rock hard and unedible. The meat was dried out and over cooked. As well as it had 3 white meat pieces. The mashed potatoes was clumps of powder. This was not my first time of getting a bad outcome of food here. But it will be the last.

Paid the premium for all white meat in a 8 pc bucket at the drive thru. After driving home, we discovered there were 4 pieces of white meat on top and 2 wings and 2 drumsticks in the bottom. This restaurant was a 20 mile round trip. Called the restaurant and was told employee probably got confused. They have employees that don't know the difference between white and dark pieces? They did offer 4 pieces of chicken to compensate, not worth the 20 mile trip. They can train their employees to up-charge, but not how to tell a piece of white meat from a wing? Check your order at the window.

Ate at the Lexington Avenue restaurant in Mansfield Ohio. I got charged for food I neither ordered or received. I contacted the manager to get this corrected. She was very, very rude. Said there was nothing she could do. They have lied about trying to call me back, about seeing me on video.

Today, Tuesday, May 7th, 2004, placed an order with KFC app for two pot pies. Order was confirmed and said it would be ready for pickup at 1:20 pm. My wife and I arrived at store and we were told the store was out of chicken pot pies. When I showed my confirmed mobile app order to the employee, she turned around and walked off. When I asked further about the order, two female came to counter (identified only as managers/supervisors) and offered no apologies, only that the store was out. I again showed my confirmed order and payment charged to my credit card. I stated this was ridiculous. One manager said I could get an online refund and ordered me to leave the store.

KFC promoted its 4.99 meal and when you go to the restaurant they charge you for the entire price and they argue that you didn’t asked for the special! Like don’t they work there? I ordered a 2 piece meal. It was supposed to be two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. When I got it, all that was in the container was 2 rewarmed pieces of chicken. You can tell that the chicken had been left over so they just threw it back in the fryer. It was absolutely disgusting. No mashed potatoes, no gravy, and no biscuit.

Chicken was slimy, greasy and nasty. I use to love KFC. I had it two times recently. The first time it was nasty, poor quality, greasy, was old then I tried a different location and the same outcome. Chicken was horrible. KFC definitely fell off.

Well I ordered two of the boxes there not cheap. THE GIRL that took the order said oh yeah they have enough to fill your tummy. We got home those boxes that we paid 32 bucks and change..were enough to feed two children, what a mistake I will not...be going back after this order today 4-13-2024 & no ketchup for the fries. She gave us hot sauce for what??? I UNDERSTAND THE COST OF LIVING AND WAGE INCREASES WE GET A LOT LESS food now. I will be cooking at home for 32 bucks. I can make papas and chorizo, some fried eggs and some salsa for about 10 bucks..

Pretty simple: a Famous Bowl and 5 piece Tenders Box with 2 sauces listed. When I picked it up, it shows on the sticker on the bag "Your meal was packed and double-checked for accuracy by:" There were no sauces in the bag. The "promo" item was not in the bag either. I went back and instead of just at the least giving me a few sauces, the manager went through the bag to prove me wrong. It was kind of a shock. When I asked about the "promo" item which was CLEARLY on the order when it was placed on the phone, the manager said, "well, I don't see it on our end so I can't give you anything free".
Hmmm. I have been in the restaurant business, hotel business and customer service business for most of my life. A simple thing to remedy, but she chose the tough approach. So, after spending thousand and thousand of dollars at KFC over the years (I am 60 years old), this was the last time I will go into any KFC. They had a chance to fix something quite simple and they blew it. I would not spend a dime I found in one of their operations now.

I just have to say I was very impressed at the KFC Port St John location on March 31, 2024. I went there for lunch and for dinner, and the employees had a smile on their face, very friendly and quick to assist me. It was very clean and I definitely wouldn’t choose anywhere else but this restaurant.

We live in Roberta but came to Macon to get some chicken. The guy at the drive thru window was very rude! He cut my husband off while he was ordering, then while handing us our order, we said thank you and he basically slammed the drive thru window shut!! We won't be back. Why does KFC change the 20$ family meal deal? Please work on bringing it back. It was a great deal even if you have to take the wings off who cares, besides I think you and many other chicken restaurants restaurants are very over priced and way too many issues going on, try and get a good group or team and run a smoother ship, chicken is really cheap! KFC's cannot get the orders right. They do not give you what you asked for, pay overcharge on what they give you. I went to three different KFC's and had the same problems with all three of them. Let alone most of the time it's like the chicken sat most of the day. They have just Fallen apart from what they used to be. I will start going to the other chicken places now

Ordered chicken strip meal for take-home supper. Got it home and it was burnt (couldn’t crunch some of it, too hard) and dry. The Mac and cheese was burnt and nasty and the Cole slaw was dry. It was so discouraging because we live 45 minutes away. I do not know what happened to the Ellsworth, Maine KFC but it’s been going downhill for so long now. Please please get people in there that can cook and care about their damn job!

On January 31, 2024 I went thru the KFC on 2407 E Main Street in Springfield, Ohio 45503. My order of chicken strips along with other items I ordered were going to have a 5 minute wait time so, I pulled into the area as directed to wait for my order. After 25 minutes I call into the restaurant to ask about the status of my order and the manager giggling like it was funny asked which order was mine, and as I named the items she tells me that "she will have it ready in minutes?" I waited out as I was a 30 minute drive from home and still had a family to provide a dinner for. When the person that took my order appeared at my car window his explanation was that "The order got handed to someone and they just didn't do anything?"
Once home a (30 minute drive) I find the order is not as I ordered it and lacked even the basic care. The mashed potato bowl did not even reach the half of the bowl with 4 very salty small pieces of chicken, and I had requested extra of the ingredients. The chicken in the chicken strips meals maybe measured 2 1/2" in length. I ordered two chicken littles less the pickles but, I got pickles. My bill was $35, and some change. I rounded up on my bill spending $36.00 to help a needy organization?
I called the store, spoke again with the manager (would not give me her name) and I explained my dissatisfaction with the food and the service. Explained that they spent roughly 30+ to mess up my order. Why should or would anyone have to go through this? She offered to remake the order, and I explained that I am at least a 30 minute drive, and I could not afford to use fuel so that they could correct their mistake. I felt with the 2nd issue it merited reimbursement. Even if I could afford the gas and had the time why would or should I? I waited and waited for that order because, no one working there found it important enough to do their job or to do their work correctly. I've called the corporate office for KFC 3 times, and each time I've connected to call center in another country.
Each have secured me that management would be in touch. I just want my money back because, those working have lied, cheated and disrespected as a consumer with human decency! Don't eat there because, god only knows how they're handling the food!. I can honestly say that "this was/is the worst dining experience of my life." The corporate office does not care how that location is doing their business. Will my donation even go to the people it is intended to?

DO NOT EAT AT THIS KFC!!!! I placed an order on the mobile app. I realized I forgot an item so I ordered it when I arrived inside the restaurant. After I ordered, I grabbed my mobile order off the pick up shelf and stood aside waiting for my other order. The idiot woman behind the counter came up and asked to see my email confirmation for the pick up order I was holding; insinuating I had taken someone’s order. I did not say a word to this idiot and chose to post my experience and to report this to their corporate. I spend quite a bit of money here and am appalled at how I was treated. I ordered a $30 meal online at 6 o’clock and when I got there in 10 minutes they said they had no more food for me. They would give me a sandwich. I said, I just wanted my food or money back. We went through the drive thru at the S Battlefield location in Chesapeake VA on Sunday, 21st of January 2024 at about 1:00pm. While paying for food we were told that our debit card did not go through on their side so they needed to swipe our debit card again. We didn't ask any questions and we left after getting our food. After getting home and checking our bank statement KFC processed that same payment twice. My husband went back to the restaurant to fix the issue and was told that one of the charges would go away once the payment processed through our bank.
On Tuesday we were checking our bank statement again and both transactions were paid. I called the restaurant and informed them that they needed to refund us one of those payments, they remembered speaking to me on the previous Sunday and I was transferred to the manager. The manager (Banning) was very rude and told me that they was not giving me a refund and that it was my bank's fault. I told him that I would never come back to their restaurant and that I was going to leave a review about the situation and he told me, "You do what you have to do lady." Everyone be aware before you hand somebody your card because this just is not right and is not good not good business or customer service. Watch your bank accounts!!!!

I bought 12 pc Chicken from KFC in Willingboro, Rt 130 and the chicken pieces were small for very high price of $29.75. The worst of all is find small piece of hair on the food. That’s disgusting. They can’t even count that I received 11 pieces instead of 12 pc. I don’t know who manages this location now but the last female manager was horrible and unprofessional. Well 1st off you may pay extra to upsize your side but don’t have high expectations. Instant mashed potatoes and gravy are inexpensive but they refuse to give you bigger. Expect many small amounts to feed a family with a hefty price tag. Always enjoyed the food but it’s a delicacy to try and eat there.

When October 17 of 2023 my wife and my son went to a KFC on E. Washington St. and purchased a two piece chicken dinner. Upon my son eating the dinner here found a chicken brain in his dinner. My wife I took all the pictures and we had confirm what it was. We also had called the Kfc. Only to be told that they do not check the chicken when it comes in. We were offered another meal, but at that time I’m thinking to myself who will win another meal after finding a chicken brain in your meal, and then being told by an employee that has a chicken comes in it is not being properly checked. My wife had left several reviews on Kfc about her experience.
I took it a Step for in call corporate office, wanting to be to be told by two different representatives, that I will receive a call back from upper management. I have never received a call still to this day. It was very disturbing to grow up eating this chicken as a child, and to know that I cannot even get a call back. Based off the experience that my family had they’re not a KFC, we also took documentation and we also have pictures and receipts to prove its existence still to this date.
It was definitely overwhelming to know that I had a similar situation with a complaint with Jiffy Lube but I was promised that they would call me a week later, only to receive a phone call back the same day from the district manager. He was such a polite gentleman. Nt only did he listen to all my concerns, but he addressed the issue that very same day.
I also received a phone call from the Jiffy lube manager from the location in which I had my problem. It was very disturbing to me how one company will call me the exact same day within another company. I called two different occasions. Never return my phone call as if I did not matter or what happened to my family do not even exist. I am very disappointed that Kfc has lowered his standards, and its reputation. This may fall on deaf ears, and that’s OK, but I prayed hope this gets in the right hand of someone in Corporate that they take care of this issue, because this was not right and this is not fair to spend our hard earned money on food only to find something in that which was so disgusting and then not only that it was very disheartening to not receive a phone call.

10/29/23. KFC, Grand Blanc, Michigan. I used the drive thru to obtain 2 small items for my elderly mother. I was told to proceed to the window where I waited for my order 1/2 minutes. The problem came when I gave her my $20, she gave me my food at window, but never my change of $13.03. She closed the window and left. I realized she had to get change from the manager. I waited AND waited. I finally got her attention after 3 minutes. She stated she was waiting for the manager. The food was getting cold. I'm staring through the window attempting to someone's attention. By this time there were 3 cars behind me. The clerk FINALLY gave me my change at 4:19pm. This is absolutely unacceptable!

*** On Sunday 08/06/2023: KFC 770 34th St N, St. Petersburg, FL. Ticket # **, at 1:34PM, went through the drive through and spent $10.69 receipt is attached to documents. Returned inside of the building and asked the Manager for a fresh meal because my fries were cold. He stated it will take 6 minutes. He left the chicken on the counter and brought fresh fries back, after he cooked them.
I then informed him my chicken has been sitting out and I asked for a fresh meal. He snatched the bag and said, "You only said your fries were cold." I then I said, "Would like a refund because I don't want anything from a company that is disrespectful like this." He said, "Do you have a receipt?" I said, "Yes. Then went to my truck to retrieve the receipt and my card." I gave them to him and asked, "What is your name?" He ignored me. I then took a picture of him and stated, "I'm sending this to Corporate so they can see who you are." He threw my receipt and card over the countertop and told me to get out of his store, I have my food. I have a video and picture.

Per: DJ took my complaint and stated someone will give me a call back to refund me my $10.69 and to let me know how this will be handled. *** I called Capital One 877-383-4802 at 2:00PM. Per: Dave stated it's pending, and I would need to wait until it processes and then call back.
*** I called Capital One back on Wednesday 08/09/2023 at 5:13PM to filed a dispute for my refund. Case #, Per Kris ($10.69 KFC on 8/6.) *** I then Called KFC at 5:57PM and spoke with Anthony. He stated the 1st complaint went to the "Leadership Team". He is now sending this one to "Corporate." Case #**. NO ONE HAS EVER REACHED OUT TO ME FROM KFC. I'VE REQUESTED A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK.

My son and I went into KFC. Got a twister and fries. I did request a receipt but the employee did not provide it. My son ate half the twister, got stomach pains and threw up 3 times immediately after eating. I complained to their customer service. They called it a priority saying they would call me to resolve the issue but when no one called I called a second time. Despite that Nothing has been resolved and no one has called me. If this is how they resolve issues then it's not a good idea to eat their food. After 40 years of being a loyal customer I feel I can no longer Trust KFC's food. It's not worth risking our health.

This KFC is very inconsistent every time I order, there is wrong food, old food, short, on 4/4/42023 ordered 4 original thighs, three pieces were huge, no flavor, just salty, the fries were old and wimpy even though I requested fresh fries, I filed a claim with kfc. Cm # **, automatic reply says someone will be contacting me soon. No one has contacted me. The phone number 800-2255532 is a Joke. No one picks up the call. On the other occasions, short of Biscuit, old chicken, was experienced.

I made an order online with diet restrictions. When My UBER went to get my food at the pick up he was told that what I ordered was not available and had been discontinued By the person running the drive-thru who asked the driver (Who was supposed to ask me if this was ok) Who didn't They decided to change my order. My ticket has my request for grilled Chicken. The only communication with UBER was to wish me "Happy New Year" But Drive thru said change was authorized.
Bag was sealed so I couldn't open it. When delivered I thought was for safety. Now sure it was to hide fact order had been changed. Sticker on the bag was correct food was NOT. I tried reporting this to KFC locally and corporate. There isn't an easy way if any to contact them to report this. I could see my order was wrong once I cut bag open. By then my card had been billed for the order and a tip and no way to contact KFC or UBER. A Scam. I couldn't eat the food. One of my children could. But what if this was Something I couldn't see (No one asked or told me my order was changed). My son has had to go to the hospital in the past for cross-contamination and both my sons have EPI Pens And when I tried to report it their automated system sent me to Computer repair. This is a Public Health issue.

The employees and management at this restaurant are incredibly unprofessional, after filling out an unfavourable customer review following a horrendous experience at the restaurant (that I won't even get into), I was called by the "manager" of the restaurant who's sounded all of about 17, who illegally took my contact information from my mobile order and proceeded to blame me for the poor interaction! I followed up by calling corporate to express my outrage at the misuse of my information, to which I received a call from the same creepy manager to say I lied about him to corporate!!! I will be escalating this issue to Better Business Bureau as this is an astounding misuse of the required information to place an order and borders on harassment! So unprofessional.

Worse fast food place for seldom getting order correct. Today I ordered the 2 pc special - leg, thigh, mashed potatoes, cookie and drink. I said I want 2 of them w bottled water. They are $6 apiece. First he tried to charge me almost $20. Then when I said WHAT? He said $12. First no water or receipt. I wouldn’t leave the window and asked for my receipt. He said here’s a bottle of water. I want my receipt. He leaves, returns hands me another water (they were sitting at the window the entire time). He leaves, returns, I said I want my receipt. He said he had a line of people to wait on. I want my receipt - I had used a card and wanted to make sure he didn’t overcharge. He said pull up and I’ll bring it out. Waited 5 minutes- no receipt so I go inside and ask for a manager- she wouldn’t come.
I did get a receipt but when I got home - instead of mashed potatoes- I got fries and no cookies!! This is the way the KFCs are run in Delaware - McDonald’s and Hardee’s are almost as bad. All bad customer service. I’ve gotten tacos when I’ve ordered chicken, I’ve gotten chicken when I order tacos. Once I got a box of 6 biscuits instead of wings! I’m absolutely SICK of bad service! The receipt says fries but I ordered mashed potatoes!

The store hours for the Clinton Highway, Knoxville location are a lie, the location knows they are incorrect, KFC corporate knows they are incorrect, but they will steal money from you and hold on to it for weeks if you place an order at that time, yet they cannot be bothered to fix it. I went to KFC today after not having gone in probably 15 years due to dietary issues. Thought I would splurge today and get some of the best chicken on the planet or at least that's how I remembered it. I don't know what happened to KFC but everything was awful. Is definitely not the chicken that I remember. The seasoning was off, the breading was off, the meat itself was mushy and awful.. The only thing good about the meal was the Kohl sloth, still very good coleslaw but the rest of the meal definitely not worth the $40 I paid. However I can say the staff was exceptionally attentive, generous, With great service and attitudes.

On September 12 2022 my family and I went to KFC for a carry out dinner at the Layton Utah restaurant off of Hillfield RD. I purchased the 16 piece meal. I got it home and started serving. First the chicken was original and extra crispy. The crispy was soggy and the org was a sponge. The biscuits was very hard like they sat all day and just crumbled. I never had this before. I went through the drive thru on Union Rd today in West Seneca NY. I asked to place two separate orders and told them I had disabled people in the van. They told me they could not do separate orders and to come in. I just drove away and went elsewhere. They always do separate orders at McDonald’s and Arby's. Horrible service. I placed my order online. Order stated pick up at 9:40. I gave 5 mins. extra so that I wouldn't have to wait...WELL WAS I EVER WRONG!!! I waited 25 mins...So I ask the lady if my gravy is in the bag? She takes the bag back from me and says she's going to check. Fine, so I follow her back into the restaurant, she looks in the bag then she turns around and tosses my $25 bag of food on the GARBAGE where customers put trays that they've finished with and the bag isn't even closed. I WAS SHOCKED>> I am still in shock. So, I recover and I ask her politely to fold and close the bag properly for me and hand it to me nicely because I am in fact a human being. I let her know that it was a $25 bag and she was wrong to treat it that way as I had waited a very long time to get it.
I was angry but while I was waiting and huffing and puffing I went outside to get air so I wouldn't make THEM feel bad. The ingrate started yelling at me, so I told her she was rude and that she was wrong and strong and that is very wrong! I left the store and decided to do this review. I hope it helps others. KFC LOCATED RIVERDALE AND SHELBY DR. I had to stop and enter this review. I can’t wait another day. It’s 1pm on Monday, 4/11/2022. I pulled up to place my order. The young lady’s voice was rude and it wasn’t any better as I pulled around to pay for my order. I had stopped going to this location because of the horrible customer service. Today was the last straw. Whoever owns this location should do something about the customer service.

They have a lot of mistakes with the order always and very bad services. My order deliver part and after 2:30 hours they say your food will deliver after 15 minutes. I will never deal with them as they unrespected restaurant

My husband went to pick up dinner for us tonight at the KFC in Arnold, MO. Just tried to order chicken from this same location last weekend and we were told it would be 30 minutes before they had any chicken. This time we ordered hot wings and were told by a girl working the drive thru it would be a 20 minute wait. My husband kind of laughed and said, "Do you ever have chicken done to just order," and and all of a sudden a male voice came on YELLING how no one ever orders hot wings so they have to cook them. Of course my husband told him not to be copping an attitude with him and yelling and then of course cursing ensued. I was on the phone in the truck and I don't think the person working knew this. This was uncalled for behavior and I do not appreciate it. If this employee has a problem with his job maybe he should go get a new one. Very unprofessional. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Donna **

I paid 50 dollars for a 12 piece tender meal and a 5 piece Nashville meal, the tenders were the size of long sliced pickles some of them the size of nuggets they were dry and hard. What happened? KFC has gone so far downhill. I'm never going there again. Whoever it is that took over ruined it. This will be the next chain to go out of business.

It's been 1 1/2 weeks now. I just videoed the chicken I had kept for proof as I threw it out today. I had ordered a bucket of original and box of wings original plus sides. Spent over $32 on the meals. It was freezing cold so when I got home and saw they gave me extra crispy which we hate and wrong sides, I called. I was told I could come back on another day. So I went in the next day. Stood at front counter for at least 5 min before anybody approached me. I was only customer there. I explained the situation. Lady had to get manager. I repeated again. She brought me back a box of chicken. I explained again I had a bucket of original chic and box of wings. She grumbled and said something I couldn't hear. She went to other side and threw box down hard on table saying I never said able and was still mumbling. She came back around with bucket in bag.
I asked if the correct sides were there and sorry for confusion about wanting original. She BLEW up at me saying I never told her Orignal!!! She was very, very hateful. She kept going off as she threw the bag down..So I said sorry for wanting what I paid for, but she could keep it with that attitude. I called corporate which was shown online and filled out a complaint online. I have not heard from KFC to fix this. I was a regular there at least every other week. Needless to say I am not returning nor is my family.

Very terrible experience. Waited in line in drive thru for 30 minutes and when I got to the window and asked why not just move the person with the 15 minute big order to pull to the side and for corporates number, one of the workers came and swung on me and was acting like they wanted my receipt. The worst thing about is the General Manager was there and banned me for it. I had to call the police about the attack. I even contacted KFC and no response. The whole ordeal is on cam. I will be going to the courthouse about this and that worker.

So disappointed. KFC on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville Tn., I normally have great service from them but today I decided to order from the app, thinking that "how convenient and quick." MY Mistake. I ordered two (2) $30.00 each meals that included an 8 piece bucket of chicken and 8 piece tenders, 1 large mash potatoes and gravy,1 large coleslaw and large fries. Again I ordered two of these meals, 1 Xtra crispy and the other in original. And added a half gallon of lemonade and a redeemed a free chicken sandwich with no pickles. They had over an hour to get this ready. My spouse and grandson picked up the order on their way home and it was missing 1 of the entire $30 meals and the one we did get was cold. Then the chicken sandwich not only had pickles on it but it had extra pickles on it. I also asked for barbecue sauce for the tenders and got everything but the barbecue sauce.
My spouse and grandson left home, went back to them and said we were missing the second chicken meal on the order. They gave my grandson a bucket of chicken and biscuits only. So I get on cell phone speaker phone to speak with the manager because they never pick up the phone and it rings/busy like it is off the line. I explained what was missing and the issues. The Manager or lady said she couldn't remake all of that food without having the food back. I asked how was I suppose to bring back the items I didn't even get. She said she gave us more chicken and biscuits and that was all she would do. So I pay over $70.00 for only have my food order. No way! I want something done about this and I still have a whole house to feed dinner.
I am calling corporate on them. Got a super nice customer service representative and she took my info and I held for refund department just to get disconnected and it entered their personal voice-mail boxes. So I am calling back again. I use to work in customer service and now do analytic reporting for the same company so we can avoid customer dissatisfaction like these. I am more than happy to point out why the revenue suffers for the company as a whole on treating customers like this and where the failures are. Second person to answer was super nice and got me over to that department. If this is how the store treats the customers from online/app order and try to short them food/items and serve the old cold food and get stuff wrong then no wonder people do not use it more often.
This is the poorest service I have had with a restaurant in a very long time. So I send out the warning... Watch Out! I called corporate # and they refunded the items and all is good. But I would warn you to not take this type of service from what you are paying large sums of money for. If we make them aware of the issues then corporate will make steps to correct this type of behavior and lack of service issues. Corp did fix my issues. Thank you so much KFC corporate and your customer care reps did a wonderful job making me feel like I was being heard!!!

I ordered food through kfc.com for a "quick pick up". I was charged 33.09. upon arriving to pick up my food and receiving a confirmation email I am told they do not have my order. I said I'm not going to argue. I'll get the refund later. Let me place another order. ** says, "Would you like chicken?" Well it is Kentucky fried CHICKEN! She then states, "We just ran out of chicken." So you took my money and didn't give me anything but an attitude. I'm sure they are doing this to a lot of people at 8036 Pacific Ave Tacoma, WA 98408. Ordered $19 worth of food through the KFC app for pickup. Wasn't given any time or date option. Order went through and I drove 10 minutes to the KFC to find they are closed. Double checked and it was the right location for pickup. Now KFC won't refund or give me the food. Keep saying the same thing...."We will escalate your case and someone will call you back."

I asked for 6 pieces of chicken only. I was told I would have to pay for the sides anyway. I said, "I don't want sides, just chicken. Will I get a better price without the sides." He said no. So I paid in total $24.28 with tax for 6 pieces of chicken, big box of fries, and a package of corn, both sides I did not want. The location was at KFC 6555 Lundy's Lane Niagara Falls Ontario. Very disappointing as I travelled from Fonthill to get the chicken as I had had it before 4 pieces no sides for a good price. And it was delicious and I told others how good the chicken was. Today however the chicken was dry.

Ordered the "#1 Combo". Drove all the way home in traffic. Relaxed on the table. Prepared the napkins. Opened the box. And could not believe my eyes. A freaking COOKIE. Where the ** is the ** coleslaw? Who controls this? A "#1 combo" needs to come with: CHICKEN, SLAW, AND MASHED TATOS. NO FREAKING COOKIE. Who thought to do that?? I just threw away my whole meal. Hello! Today my husband and I tried your new chicken sandwich. While it was very good, I noticed that the breading did not contain the 11 herbs and spices as your regular chicken. When I think of KFC I think of 11 herbs and spices. I've eaten KFC since the mid-60s. I really expected the herbs and spices to be there. So disappointed in that. Any way to make a change? Ordered 8 pc. chicken, 12 pc. tenders and large fries. $40 worth. Fries was the only "tasty" item, but for $4.39, I would have expected a lot more than the handful I got. Chicken was bland, tasteless, greasy and the smallest pieces I have ever seen for twice the price of Popeyes. 11 herbs my **! I cannot believe KFC remains in business. I look on the menu and think as everyone does ordering from a fast food place. KFC has been my favorite for years and for 10 years we have gone to the Waynesboro, PA KFC. The best service ever and the employee make you feel like family.Lately, the past few months when I order a meal for 4 The sides are only for 2 people. I was told the regional manager told them only 1/3 cup of filling in the pot pies and only 2 spoonfuls in the sides. This is not stated on the menu. When the pot pie cools the crust goes down to a total filling and crust together 1 inch. I have photos. The mashed potatoes is filled only 1/3 to 1/2 full. One time I could still see the bottom of the bowl. The photos on the menu I take as a full bowl.
Now they have the sides and chicken heaped up and I know that is for show, but I do take it that it means you get a full bowl. They are ripping customers off. I believe this is done so the regional manager can fill his pockets for not getting enough money during this pandemic. I did a web search for the corporate office and the number is not the corporate office and they said they did not know the number or who to contact there. I was first told they take my complaint seriously and then I was told the regional manager if he feels he lost revenue he can recoup the loss in any way he wants even if it meant skimming the top off customers' food.
I feel this is unfair and deceptive. They are stealing and no one knows the corporate office number since the one that states corporate is in fact only customer care. One tells you one thing and another tells you something else. The chicken has shrunk over the past few years and the prices go up and now they even take more by only giving you 2 spoons of filling in your sides whatever they are. I ordered two mashed potatoes and gravy, put them together and the bowls were still not full.
That regional manager is stealing from people in Waynesboro PA and I wish I knew what to do to get the word out to warn the people wanting to stop by there for the first time. Just bad business practices and they are constantly stealing from people. Again I have photos I am willing to show the owner of this website and I still have a receipt that I have not turned in for my free chicken sandwich to prove what I said. If KFC wants to give a little bit of food in a bowl they should state that on the menu or get smaller bowls so people know what they are getting before paying for food upfront before getting the food.

This would be my first bad experience with KFC. I went to the KFC on Crosstimbers and 45 North in Houston, TX. I wanted the special they had for 4 piece extra crispy combo. I ask the lady was it for tenders or chicken, She told me that they was not doing specials on today. Why have specials posted and not honor them. Well I got the 2 piece extra crispy chicken combo. I received 2 piece original that looked 2 days old, and a mac and cheese, no drink with the combo. The only thing that I was able to eat was the mac and cheese. I am very upset, never received this kind of treatment before. Very Very Very upset to spend almost $7 for a meal and get something you can't eat.

Hello I live in Sudbury, On Canada and ever since our KFC restaurants have been taken over I have not gone there yet and been satisfied. They have very bad bed side manners and can't understand me most of the time. I seen the advertisement for this new chicken sandwich and was totally disgusted. I don't know what they gave me but it did not look anything like what they advertised, so I went back in the store and showed them it and said what is this and it certainly did not look anything like the picture. She didn't understand what I was trying to tell her so she asked if I wanted another one and said, "No just give me my money back or a couple pieces of chicken." I received one chicken leg lol. I also want to say the gravy has no flavour at all.

Despite the obvious, in the title to this review, I am thrilled that KFC still offers the same quality ingredients and products for consummation that I remember so well, as a child. I remember, as a very small boy, being in the back seat of an American car with my sister and father at the wheel, my mother in the driver's side, and being simply famished from having driven all morning and well through the evening, without food.
We hadn't eaten anything all day. When we reached our destination, Washington D.C., my father bought the family all a family-sized amount of delightful chicken and condiments from "Kentucky Fried Chicken". I'm not sure if I had ever heard of it before. This was in the early Seventies, and we had been traveling through Canada into the United States. I can tell you, as my family were not very wealthy at the time, this modestly priced food, the succulent taste, a very high par above other quick food eateries, is simply marvellous. I recall the horrid gustatory delight I experienced, devouring my meal in the backseat of our car, parked next to one of the city's many green park spaces, and I was in Heaven. Apparently, this first moment of satisfaction, and KFC, have not changed over the years. Thank you, KFC. Normally a vegetarian until the Crisis, Kentucky Fried Chicken still delivers. Delightful, affordable and nutritious food, as always.

I ordered online 5 piece tenders meal. The Nashville sauce was so burnt and thick like someone spread burnt mashed potatoes on top as a sauce. I took it back as it wasn't edible. When I got there they asked what happened, I told them to just look. So he gave me my replacement tenders (I asked for NO sauce this time thinking they might repeat that nasty stuff) so fast and said sorry. Didn't give me an explanation nor my biscuit that was in the box. So I called the customer care number and told them that I took a picture and I will be forwarding that pic. Bottomline, they refunded my 8 bucks. I know like this seems like a lot for 8 bucks but I'm tired of companies' poor service.

Something has gone severely wrong with the Colonel's recipe and chicken in Malaysia under the franchisee QSR Malaysia sdn bhd. Ordered KFC 8-piece FAMILY FILLUP meal. Chicken was hammered! So dry and overcooked... Pretty much inedible, unless you were really desperate. The best part of the meal was the instant mashed potatoes and gravy... Pretty sad. What a waste of money. Will NEVER get KFC again.

Two stars because the chicken was edible. Online order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. They were busy and asked me to wait, thanked me for understanding. No problem. At 6:40, finally got the order and went home. On the plus side, got everything as ordered. The chicken, I assume, was fried at some point. 16 pieces were crammed into a bucket, drumsticks on the bottom, thighs on top. It was a gooey, stuck together mess. It looked like steamed chicken. When I tried to take out a piece, it completely fell apart with half of it sticking to the mess underneath. And I paid $41.14 for this meal. We swore off KFC three years ago after an overpriced fiasco in Grainger IN. Our local fried chicken place closed earlier this year leaving us with KFC as the only option within 15 miles. So...I guess we'll be making that drive again from now on.

I did get a greeting, then I heard the young lady said free Pepsi. I replied "that's nice I get a free Pepsi", she replied "no I wasn't talking to you". I inquire about the $20.00 dollar fill up meal. She Said "yes". I asked her "do I have it with 2 mash potatoes and gravy". I explained why that the gravy Does not have no taste and it’s too bland. He said "that's not my fault I cannot change it". I Mentioned to her that I would get it and go to Popeye’s, by walking over to Popeye's chicken and Get the thing of their gravy because it tastes good. She said that that's your choice. She Acted like she didn’t even care.
I asked her do you do military discount. She said "no we don't do Military or senior discount". I explained to her that I'm a veteran and she replied with another Smart remark, what does that have to do for me. I asked her when I come to the window I Wanted to talk to the manager she was like okay. When I talked to the manager and explain to Him and her attitude he acted like he didn’t care. I said that I didn’t care for the gravy. He says "Well there's nothing I can do to change to change it. Do you want to meal or not?" I said yes. He Hand me my food, didn't say thank you or nothing. I always checked my food before I go. My meal Was incorrect. I brought it to the manager attention. The mashed potatoes is incorrect as I told him I wanted them plain. I have always loved KFC. We decided to try their new fries. We ordered chicken, biscuits, fries, gravy and the cookies. The only things worth eating were the cookies as everything else was soooo greasy it was hard to hold let alone eat. I think KFC has seen its best days way in the past and should just close the doors. We ordered online, and I was there at the time requested to pick up the order. The order had not even been started. Once they handed the order to me, I started to check the order and she told me she forgot a piece of chicken. So she fixed that. Then I asked about the cookies and gravy, and she went back and grabbed another bag to add to the order. I was the only customer inside. Needless to say, no more KFC for this family.

Had a hankering, (is that even a word?) For KFC's two can fine for $10.99. Went in, stood in line, ordered, went to pay and the girl looked at me like I had three eyes. She stated, as a matter of factly, "we don't take cash, only preorders is charge card". I mean if they had advertised it at the entrance I would have not even bothered going in. What a waste of time. I know that there have been a lot of problems because of the pandemic But if a food place is going to stay open they should still make their food as good as possible, Correct? This is for the store in Bixby, OK. We ordered the $20 fill up with an extra Mac and cheese. Got home, no biscuits. Instead of of the coleslaw we ordered, we got green beans. I HATE green beans. I called the store immediately and no one would pick up the phone. Literally let it ring until the phone disconnected automatically. After trying to call 3 times I finally called the Customer service number. Filed a complaint. Responded to survey on my receipt and also stated the problem. That was 06/14/20.
As of today, I have heard nothing! I called the customer service number again who was able to find my complaint and they said they would resend it. Really?!!! KFC does not care about its customers. Two months and no response! I haven't spent a dime with them since this happened, they obviously don't want my business. My food was incomplete and wrong and no one cares to make it right. Not only has their quality diminished but their loyalty to their customers is non-existent. Spend your money with the competition, at least they will get your order correct. My family used to eat here once a week but haven't spent a dime since this happened. Run away!

My husband stop by KFC on Windward Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA on July 23, 2020 to bring home our dinner. He bought a bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, slaw, and biscuits. The biscuits were so hard they could be considered a lethal weapon; the overcooked chicken sat in at least 1/2 inch of burnt oil in the bottom of the chicken bucket; the gravy looked like burnt blood; the instant potatoes were very dry; and the slaw was limp, how do you make limp slaw? I tried to call this KFC store and they did not answer. I have never experienced a KFC like this store, ever!

Months ago we ordered online and was given a 20 minute time for order to be ready for pickup. Arrived 22 mins later. Told to pull around front. 1 hr and 15 mins later received food. Complained to headquarters, received a $5 voucher after spending $40 and wasting over an hour and a half of our lives. What a joke!! I will never go back to any KFC. Overpriced and overrated.

Last 4 visits to KFC have been TOTALLY unacceptable! My last 4 visits of just chicken only, original recipe, looked and tasted like it came from some Gas Station hot plate. Greasy, tough and overcooked. Dark means meat not dark fried right? What happened? The restaurant: Cabot, AR KFC.

I came in at 10, the door is still locked. Store Hours' sign says that they open at 10. After I was let in, They said that it would take 8 mins for my sides to get cooked. I only get so much break. I just feel like they could provide a better service.

Went to the Evans Mills KFC 2 days ago, went home to eat the chicken and the it was raw. My fiance opened his $ 20 fill up and it was burnt and hard. Couldn't eat it at all. I was sick after I ate a small piece of my chicken tenders. We had to throw it all in the garbage. THE STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES..

After I went through several different channels, and repeating myself so much that I copied and pasted everything-twice, I was sent an email that they will be refunding me. This was through Grubhub. Kfc on Facebook got me through to them. I was told the refund will be on my card soon. Great response time. If you can get anyone. Takes time to find the right place, but they responded quickly once I did.

We had been on the road for 2 days and were finally home in Walsenburg, Colorado. We decided since it was late, almost dark and we did not want to have to make dinner that we would stop at the Walsenburg KFC. We ordered 2 of the $4 chicken tender fillup meals. Well they did not have that item there but they had a $12 tenders box that had 2 more tenders than the 5$ fillup box. Well we were hungry and tired so we ordered 2 of the $12 tender boxes. The lady at the window said that they were cooking more tenders and asked us to pull up front and wait... We waited about 10 minutes and she brought us our meals. Without checking we headed home 12 miles away.
When we got home and opened our boxes, mine looked like a normal KFC chicken tenders meal with quite small tenders, but when my wife opened her box the tenders looked like chicken gizzards that had been in the fryer for 2 hours??? I cannot believe that any normal person would put those in a box and sell them to anyone. When I called and asked to speak to a manager the man on the line told me that there was no manager available, but I could talk to him. After I explained what had happened, he seemed busy but quickly offered to replace the tenders if we returned them with the receipt? A 25 mile round trip to get replacement tenders was out of the question. Live and learn. The Walsenburg KFC has no quality control and serves terrible food to their customers. We were so disappointed that we will never return to the Walsenburg KFC. My advice would be to avoid this place.

I went to KFC on Bergen street Newark NJ. Employee not using face mask and gloves when taking ordér and handling food. The manager was right there and seeing all this and did nothing I took pictures of person who served my food without mask and gloves.

So mad, we did a mobile order for KFC and then we had to wait in the drive through, even though we already ordered food. And another man did the same thing but went In the drive though again cause his food was wrong. What is the point?

My husband told KFC several times of my allergy several times!!!! The manager even gave us the food and said they were cautious. They smothered my potatoes with the very ingredient that My husband made them very aware that I was allergic to! The worst part is not having to go to the hospital because I almost died!!! But the spit in the face they gave me by sending me a damn $20 check basically telling me, “oh well!” TF why I don’t eat at ** holes like this place! He wanted to go is the ONLY REASON why tf I gave them a chance!!!! Not only did they really mess up and jeopardize my life’s breath and well being but gave me a slap in the face!!!! They will so apologize when I have a lawyer call the CEO!!!! So if you have any allergy you should skip this place because they surely don’t give a crap if they kill you!!!!

I went to the KFC on route 38 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on April 9, 2020. I purchased the $20.00 fill up box; which consists of 2 large sides, 4 biscuits and eight pieces of chicken. I should've known that this was going to be not totally satisfying by the tone of the worker's voice and when she offered the crispy chicken instead of original. When I picked up my order, I noticed that the worker was wearing a long wig with just a hat. Regardless of it being her real hair or not, her hair should have been covered. Even if management didn't require her to do this, it is common sense to have all hair covered. When I arrived home it was about 730pm, and began to eat with family, I found a strand of hair embedded in the breading of the chicken. I had not seen this before.
Since the Covid19, many businesses have modified their hours and close at 8PM. Needless to say, I didn't have time to return the food for a refund. However, if that were not the case, I would have taken the entire order back for a refund. I was annoyed, disappointed and still hungry because I did not want to eat any of the food that appeared clean. I feel like I gave away $20.00 because I didn't get my money's worth and ended up making boxed macaroni and cheese. I would've been better off saving my money and cooking that night. I will not buy anything from KFC again.

I am so done with KFC!!! Every time I have gone in over the last few years I have swore I would never go back. About 18 months ago I went to three different stores and none of them had any chicken! A couple of months ago I tried again and surprise, no chicken. How can you stay in business when you never have any product? I decided to try again today, I went in for take out. The counter has a big chunk broken on it. I asked how long it had been like that and the guy said it had been several months. I should of turned around and left. If you can't maintain your counter that everyone can see what does your back areas that aren't visible look like? Yuck!
Again, no original chicken beasts! He offered a wing or leg to replace the beast. That seems like a fair trade. What a joke! I ended up with extra crispy, I didn't come in and ask for original because I like extra crispy!!! This was at 5:30 pm, the start of your dinner business when you should have plenty of product. Then to top that off, when I got home I only had eleven pieces of chicken. Popeye's is looking better and better. You should look at your roots when you actually had adult managers that had a stake in the business and provided customer service. What you have now is a profit hungry corporation that doesn't give a shit about their customers. It's too bad because I prefer your chicken, but my disappointing experiences over the past couple of years had finally broke me.

KFC advertises a $5 fill up but not one KFC has one!! False advertising!!! Sounds like a class action lawsuit looking for a place to happen. Total scam on the public!! Don't eat there and let the corporation know what is going on.

Depending on the KFC you visit will determine your experience. We recently moved from Roseville to Brentwood. The one in Roseville is clean, great food and customer service. The one here in Brentwood is dirty, bland food and surly customer service. We tried the famous chicken sandwich in Brentwood and there was no pickles or sauce on the sandwich. I contacted KFC headquarters and they did reply with a sorry and hope we'd try again, but no coupons to entice us back. My parents have had the same experience in the Bay area. They don't go to their nearest KFC as it is not good. They travel to a farther one.

I bought the 20 fill up. 8 pieces of chicken, 3 lg sides, 4 biscuits. Let me tell you the chicken was so small I just could not believe it. Like the breast was as long as a standard cigarette. And a leg was the size of a wing. I promptly called the 1800 number and told the lady about my bad experience. She told me someone would call me maybe later. No call as of today but I will be calling back! This also happened about 2 yrs ago. I got a 10 gift certificate then. By the way this KFC is in Collinsville. Va near Martinsville. Va 24112. I dont think I will ever go back. Too many times this has happened.

On my way to the Hilo airport, I paid $13+/- for a 12 piece of Nashville Hot Chicken Wings to eat while waiting for my flight. What I received as a box full of grease. There was so much grease, it soaked through the container and bag. I placed in another bag and it soaked through it. When I went to eat the chicken, it was soaked with grease and no taste. I threw the whole box into the nearest trash can. NASTY -- NEVER AGAIN! I would have gotten more satisfaction throwing the $13+/- out of the car window.

I purchased a box of popcorn chicken at KFC in Margate Fl. It was dry, salty and cold. When I tried to get my money back I was informed I can only get another popcorn box. I called the consumer phone number, they confirmed they will mail me a voucher and I would have to wait. I presented the box of unhealthy popcorn chicken with my receipt and they still did not want to give me my money back. So KFC can sell any junk and unhealthy food and there arw no consequences. While other competitive fast food restaurants are trying to help consumers to eat healthier, KFC is doing just the opposite; contributing to high blood pressure, cholesterol and other related diseases caused by unhealthy eating practices. No accountability. SHAME ON YOU KFC!

As my family walked into KFC at 7:30pm on 12-29-19, an employee of KFC says, “well crap!”. It took several minutes for another employee to appear from behind the wall beside the cash register to ask us what we wanted. She then proceeded to tell us they were almost out of chicken and since it was so late, they weren’t frying any more chicken. A few of us had to use the restroom but decided not to because of the stench and uncleanliness. We ended up going somewhere else because we clearly were not welcome.

This KFC really needs to get shut down. The food is horrible even the drinks was disgusting. Please hire better employees who cares about Good quality food. This is my last time going to KFC which sucks because this is one of me and my kids favorite places to eat.

The Cornelia Georgia KFC has horrible service. Waited almost an hour for my order and was eventually told it was given to the incorrect customer. Asked for my order to be refilled and the manager said she would check and asked for my receipt and walked away. My order never came and I requested a refund which was slowly given with no apology for the problem. Very poor location for KFC. We will never eat at this location again.
