I ordered two chicken pot pies one for me and one for my sister. There was maybe 2 small pieces of meat in it and the filling was thick and too "sweet". I could not eat it. She basically said the same thing and did not eat hers as well. For $5 each I was happy to find a decent deal on a meal but not since it was horrible tasting with no meat in it it wasn't a deal at all. Then they wanted $8 for two thighs and a biscuit. All of these places are ridiculous I think they're trying to rip us off on purpose. I did not get the two thighs and biscuit but I did get the two pot pies which I regret now.

Went to Chevy for service and decided to pop into KFC to grab a bite while we were waiting for the car. The food was very good. Got the wraps and wings. Really nice workers. Everyone was really friendly and attentive.

Website has issue and charges me for two orders. I try get refund for my mobile order for one order since it was duplicate. Store no help, customer service is the worst, useless. They are the worst I’ve since that I can recall.

This particular location used to be awful but me and my husband went there yesterday and the store looked fabulous and was so clean. The food was so hot and fresh and the staff they have there now are so friendly and helpful. It has really changed for the better. They have 2 twins working there and they are awesome. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back.

Visited Rice Lake location on October 4th 2025 @4:24 pm. Ticket #** Cashier's name was Haley. Tried calling several times to talk to someone about not receiving my complete order. You will see on the receipt that I ordered 3 chocolate cakes; only got 2. I was not offered a refund or anything for the missing 3rd cake. You will also see on the receipt that a Big Box was ordered and expected for it to be 3 pieces of dark meat chicken, instead I received another Famous Bowl in place of the dark meat. I was told there was no more dark meat. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks.

At 8:16 pm on 10-3-25, I pulled up and was told to hold, they would be with me in a minute. At 8:20 pm no one took my order. I left. I went to Zaxby's, When I drove back by KFC, the car that was waiting on their order when I had left was still waiting in the pull up line. This KFC is falling way behind on keeping food prepared. Please fix this problem. I like KFC, this is considered a fast food franchise.

I used to like Kentucky Fried Chicken but it has changed, original I received was spicy and very salty. The crispy is too hard to eat. No more kentucky fried chicken for me. I am sure others like it but I don't.

For the most part my delivery order was okay. The mashed potatoes other the other hand were terrible. They must have used extra water when making them to stretch their product further. It was more like a soup that had to be eaten with a spoon.

Poor customer service. Went inside to place order & wasn't acknowledged by staff. I waited & watched them walk by & ignore us. Then I finally ordered off kiosk which I don't like. I would appreciate compensation.

I ordered take out today from the Muncie store on Madison Street and the food was nasty. The whole restaurant was dirty. Monkeys were making the food. I don't know how this place passes inspection. All the restaurants down Madison Street and dirty and filthy.

My daughter had came in and the manager got all in her face and was very rude. Her staff are not good. Always on their phone and harassing teens cause they can’t get it. Tg and my daughter said it looked like someone spat in her food. Just nasty. Smh smh.🤦♀️🤦♀️

First of all they forgot several of my items! The chicken and fries were very greasy! The fries were also hard and overcooked! TERRIBLE!!! I do not recommend KFC! I don’t know what happened to them, but they really went downhill! I use to love when they had the potato wedges! The food is just nasty now!

I placed my order online in the KFC app. I went in to the store to pick up my order. It was not ready. Meanwhile, another lady had picked up her order and had to come back in, as she was missing her biscuit. Three young teens came in to talk to their friends who was working. Another lady came in to get her missing mac and cheese. She had to wait because the 3 teen boys were up at the register talking to their friends, who were working. She finally asked me if the teen boys were ordering, I didn't know, but they weren't. She finally went up and told the worker what she was missing in her order, that she got through the drive-thru. Then another worker took an order out to the drive-thru and had to bring it back in because it wasn't for the drive-thru. Long story short, the worker sat the sack down in the delivery bin and went outside with his friends.
I sat there for several minutes and finally decided to check that order. It was mine. Customer service was terrible. I picked up my order and left. On my way out, the worker told me to have a good evening. Too late. It seemed like there was not any management or supervisors around. Just a bunch of kids. Plus, one of the teen boys went into the restroom and when he came out, he left the restroom door wide open, and he was blowing smoke. They were cussing and carrying on when their friends were trying to work. Very poor service. I waited 30 minutes past the time I was told to pick it up. They need better supervisors/management.

101 East Dekalb St. Camden S.C. I purchased a 12 piece meal for 39.00. I wanted drums and a 2 breast. I had a coupon for 25.99. I was told I would have to get 3 wings, 3 breast, 3 drums, and 3 thigh. I did not want that! The coupon did not stated that! It says original crispy or mixed for that price. I told the area manager I will write a review. He told me it wouldn’t matter! Wow very unprofessional and not loyal to the customers!!! How are you to tell me what to order! If I pay for it then it should be what the customer wants! Chicken is chicken. It shouldn’t matter what piece!

I don't go to KFC anymore because of the small sizes of chicken you get. The last time got a three piece meal it was more like a appetizer. When I order chicken I want chicken not pigeon. They are building a new KFC in Mountain Home, AR. and I definitely will never walk thru their door. To bad I can't give a 0 star review.

Aug 22, 2025. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. I walked in and a female employee yelled at me, "YOU MUST USE THE KIOSK!" We only have two workers here, but I needed her help. I tried using the online service, but the link was broken (an ongoing issue). So, I came here to honor my $5.00 2-piece chicken and showed her my phone. She refused, so I asked for a manager. I explained the problem, but he said no and told me to leave and go eat a Taco Bell. The rudest people I've ever encountered! Both employees should be fired immediately. False advertising on the app. I purchased 30$ on food so I can get a free coupon of bucket of chicken as they said on the advertisement (redeemed on my checkout), but my surprise was that when I got to the store they told that is a error on the system that I can get my free bucket free. The store mgr advised me to call customer service and talk to them to see if they can help me. My point to this case is that store mgr told that I'm not the only customer with the same issue about error in the system. As a customer we expecting to receive what advertising said. Customer service will refund my money. Was 40$ but they only returned 15.99$. Still missing money. Company is not serious.

If you need to speak with a real human forget it. Called twice today and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The bot, as are all bots, is worthless. Asked if I wanted to speak with a live agent and when I said yes said all agents are busy!!!! Then asked again if I wanted to speak with a live agent and the merry go round continued!!! Filled out KFC's form yesterday and today. Have not heard back from anyone yet!!!

Store # G135110, I have been a frequent customer of this store since 1995. In 2019, I moved out of the area, but I will walk in if I'm working in the field in the area, possibly once or twice a year. on 7-14-25 I walked into KFC notice they had a kiosk to place orders it was one customer at the counter and no cars in the drive through. The kiosk was slow and I went to the counter to place the order instead. At 6:17 pm, I was told that I had not yet received my food, so I requested a refund at 6:28 pm. This child looked straight at me and said they don't give refunds. I said, "That's not corporate policy. I'm very familiar with KFC policy for more reasons than you know".
After bantering back and forth, she then said the other lie: she has to wait on the manager because she does not know how to give cash refunds. I was so tired and frustrated that by the time she angrily gave me the food, the chicken was hard, as if it had been double-fried from the previous day, and the biscuits were hard. BTW, the cashier that I had an issue with was not Cheyenne.

They didn't have anything we ordered online, not willing to make substitutions. We left with nothing and they completed our order so I had to call customer service to get a refund that will take 3-5 business days.

It's a place to go if you want to starve, because you're not going to get the chicken that they have advertised in the ventures, not even close the $7 fill up is not filling? They are serving the smallest chicken parts they can find.

Be nice if they would cook it never done at the bone, never eat there anymore for that reason. Like the spices but would like it done. Lots of people tell me that why they don't eat there, don't matter what state or restaurant they are all the same.

They were out of several items. The app does not take coupons and no way to scan the app in the store. All other food businesses scan in store. Tables were dirty and we were the only ones there. I only saw 2 employees. The food was over cooked and the biscuit have no flavor. They were out of honey and ran out of white meat according to the manager. Worst visit ever and will never return. Not sure how this location is still open. Restaurant #C521015.

I have been to the south point Ohio location and it wasn't good. Gave them another try and spent 30.00 and had to throw it away. It was so greasy and the biscuits were so hard. Emailed and complained and they credited me 7.62. Seriously?? I will not go back. Did not want to give any stars but had to so my review would take.

Today at 7:50 pm I placed an order for three pieces of chicken (only) for Quick Pick up using the app. I received an email confirmation showing 7:55. I arrived at 8:08. There was no order in the Quick Pick Up window. There were no customers in line. I waited about 10 min and someone finally asked if I needed help (8:18). I told them that I had a Quick Pick Up. He asked my name. I told him and he said that he would go get it. While waiting several people came in, placed orders, and received them. At 8:42 he said he had my order ready. It consisted of three large bags and a lot of drinks. He asked if I would like a holder for my drinks.
I informed him that was not my order. He asked my name again. I told him. He then said that they had no order in the system under my name and asked to see my order receipt. I showed it to him. He looked embarrassed and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter right "NEXT" to and "BEHIND" the Quick Pick Up window the whole time. He said "I'm sorry" with a big cheesy grin and walked away. I was too hungry and tired to make a deal out of it. So, I just went out to my car to eat it. Instead of being crispy the breading was moist and soggy and slid off in chunks when I picked the chicken up. It was kind of slimy and doughy when eating. Not a remotely satisfying experience. Plus, I left out all the really frustrating app issues.

Amazing how with all other prices rising, so has KFC. But even more disappointing, is their chicken just doesn’t taste like real chicken anymore, but probably like other fast food chains, only breaded with real chicken meat, but not 100 percent chicken anymore. Chicken doesn’t taste real, but more fillers than real chicken. Mashed potatoes thin quality & more like instant than real potatoes. To pay this much & experience such poor food quality, means surely it will be a long time, before I buy KFC again. Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he knew what his restaurant & chicken had become.

Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! He wouldn't do anything for me. I said "but I did what you told me to do!" Crickets. I asked for the manager. She seemed really mad that she was pulled from the back. I repeated the situation. Crickets again! I ordered the food anyway and politely asked for contact info to the KFC regional office. She said, "If you're asking me for a phone number, I'm not giving it to you" (email would have been fine). When I noticed she was slurring her words and her eyes rolled around I decided the best thing to do was walk out.
Mind you, I was polite the whole time. I realize that these are franchises, but they are still controlled by contract with the KFC brand. My advice would be to have a professional outfit do your interviews when you hire your managers. If the market is so tight that you have to take what you get, close your doors.

I recently stopped at the KFC I Cobleskill NY. My experience was the best ever. My order was accurate, my food was hot, cooked perfectly, the best was the staff. They did you proud by being delightful. They made my evening, thank you all.

KFC. Wow how far you have come and lost all your values. I am 60 years old. I remember when Kentucky was good. Along with Pioneer Chicken in So Cal. Time has change. You know why all the fast food gone to crap. Because all that fake food you put in and hiring people who just don't care anymore. Don't take pride in job. Sad how everything has gone to crap. Maybe it's a good thing to deport all illegals and law breakers. Sad Taco Bell to gone to crap.
