    Kentucky Fried Chicken has a distinct taste and texture. The chicken breast should be white and kind of fluffy. The biscuits are hot and fluffy. The gravy for the mashed potatoes should be a light brown. The coleslaw speaks for itself, it’s a staple and ties it all together. But at the Cape Coral, Florida restaurant off Pine Island Road, it was not any of that. It’s like they decided to cook like they want to, not the way it should. And an 8 pc meal for $35 dollars, I expected it to be KFC. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled because of my disappointment.

    They upsize drinks without customers' consent to get more money. They always ask for your change to be donated without telling you what your order cost. I like KFC. But this greedy method to make more money is not good. They beg for money and upgrade sodas which is annoying but forget to ask what condiments you want or give you napkins. Popeye's is much better.

    Yes I went to your location at 35854 St hwy 27 Haines City Florida. Had to opportunity to have ** as my server. She was so knowledgeable and professional and very polite. She greeted me a smile and hello. Thanks for your help today. Will be back soon.

    In today's day and age when fast food joints are supposedly selling / serving their people whacked way out ??? I decided to go get a couple chicken pot pies, from KFC, which I've loved for years. & they're on sale.. To my surprise, there was absolutely No chicken in the pies. 0 %. Very disappointed. KFC's now on my #. No more KFC!!! Fast food has become pathetic. Signed, going to bed hungry....

    I bought chicken tonight and it fall apart as soon as I picked it up. Nasty. It was so nasty. I didn't want to eat it. What a waste of money. I ordered a week ago and they forgot half of my order. Probably will never go back.

    Well, the leave a review box says it all. It starts off with "what went wrong this time" hmm... Husband brought home the not famous mashed potato bowls. They used to actually be famous. Definitely not anymore. Every time we eat there, it gets more disappointing. Not wasting a ton of money at another KFC again. Done. Will just go to McDonald's, where you expect overpriced crappy food. Bowls were full of corn, a small amount of potatoes and a sprinkle of gravy & cheese. The five tiny overcooked pieces of chicken tasted like the smell of dirty feet. 😡Disgusting!! Corporate most definitely does not care. If the kfcs are losing business, seriously it's no wonder... They've completely lost another customer from any kfc. Should've read all the reviews before going... Winnemucca Nv.

    Went to drive-thru and was ignored by the manager on the intercom while ordering. I could hear laughing and talking the entire time I was ordering after he told me to go ahead with my order. While repeating my order I was interrupted and told "yeah yeah I got that" and then continued laughter in the intercom. Before leaving I checked food in the drive thru and found the biscuit completely demolished into 10+ pieces and coleslaw had BITE TAKEN OUT already!!! I told the girl at the window and she said, "I didn't pack your order". I said "That's okay, I understand. I know that's not your role" trying to be understanding because she looked panicked and didn't know what to say.

    The manager (some guy with an accent, certainly not a local to this area but I just don't guess where from) opened the window and almost hit me in the face with the bag and practically threw it into my car and said "I hope you're happy!" and I said "I hope so too" and he slammed the window. I checked it again and it looked correct. He opened the window and said, "are you happy now?" with an attitude like I'm the problem! He's the MANAGER behaving this way. He ignored me when I asked for receipt. I was too scared they spit in my food to even eat it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. 2160 John Wayland Hwy Harrisonburg VA.

    Our KFC country fried chicken in Gloucester County VA isn't as good as other states. We find that the spices are missing. When we travel the other KFC restaurants always have more flavor. Not what we're used to.

    I just have to give props to our KFC on 34th Ave in Amarillo, this is the second time going back to the same KFC and they were spot on with everything. We had been very disappointed with our KFC’s here as the chicken pieces were small and over cooked, but about a month ago decided to try again and this location on 34 Ave have gone through a transformation. The chicken pieces were much larger, cooked perfect, the customer service was excellent and their 8pc bucket Tuesday’s for $10 is as great a deal you will find!!!! Whoever owns this particular location 34th & Bell have gone out of their way for the customers!!! Please support them as you will not be disappointed!!!! Outstanding!!!! 10 stars.

    I went to the KFC on western in south bend and chicken was hot and it was hot and delicious and quick I might add!! They was polite and the place was very clean and smelling good! I definitely will be back!

    Worst customer service. Half the order was missing and said there was no refund and no delivery from the bag that the delivery driver left. Had to call the main number just to get a partial refund. Local KFC said they would call me back because the manager was not there on a Friday night. The manager is not there on a Friday night?     ** at the KFC on 1635 Indian Trail is outstanding and very professional. My food was hot and my order was correct. I went on Monday and again today because of the service and the freshness of the food. Highly recommend this location. The inside was also clean, and the food is hot and fresh along with GREAT customer Service. Keep up the good work **.

    I ordered two chicken pot pies one for me and one for my sister. There was maybe 2 small pieces of meat in it and the filling was thick and too "sweet". I could not eat it. She basically said the same thing and did not eat hers as well. For $5 each I was happy to find a decent deal on a meal but not since it was horrible tasting with no meat in it it wasn't a deal at all. Then they wanted $8 for two thighs and a biscuit. All of these places are ridiculous I think they're trying to rip us off on purpose. I did not get the two thighs and biscuit but I did get the two pot pies which I regret now.

    Went to Chevy for service and decided to pop into KFC to grab a bite while we were waiting for the car. The food was very good. Got the wraps and wings. Really nice workers. Everyone was really friendly and attentive.

    My mother and I stopped at the KFC located at 915 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd, Store #317 and we were attended by a true gentleman named **! The restaurant is very clean and the food is great. The customer service provided by ** was truly outstanding and amazing. We wish everyone would be like this man! KFC should honor his efforts and dedication and raise his salary or promote him! ** if you get to read this sir, my mom and I thank you and please stay as sweet and humble as you are!     Website has issue and charges me for two orders. I try get refund for my mobile order for one order since it was duplicate. Store no help, customer service is the worst, useless. They are the worst I’ve since that I can recall.

    This particular location used to be awful but me and my husband went there yesterday and the store looked fabulous and was so clean. The food was so hot and fresh and the staff they have there now are so friendly and helpful. It has really changed for the better. They have 2 twins working there and they are awesome. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back.

    Visited Rice Lake location on October 4th 2025 @4:24 pm. Ticket #** Cashier's name was Haley. Tried calling several times to talk to someone about not receiving my complete order. You will see on the receipt that I ordered 3 chocolate cakes; only got 2. I was not offered a refund or anything for the missing 3rd cake. You will also see on the receipt that a Big Box was ordered and expected for it to be 3 pieces of dark meat chicken, instead I received another Famous Bowl in place of the dark meat. I was told there was no more dark meat. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks.

    At 8:16 pm on 10-3-25, I pulled up and was told to hold, they would be with me in a minute. At 8:20 pm no one took my order. I left. I went to Zaxby's, When I drove back by KFC, the car that was waiting on their order when I had left was still waiting in the pull up line. This KFC is falling way behind on keeping food prepared. Please fix this problem. I like KFC, this is considered a fast food franchise.

    I used to like Kentucky Fried Chicken but it has changed, original I received was spicy and very salty. The crispy is too hard to eat. No more kentucky fried chicken for me. I am sure others like it but I don't.

    For the most part my delivery order was okay. The mashed potatoes other the other hand were terrible. They must have used extra water when making them to stretch their product further. It was more like a soup that had to be eaten with a spoon.

    I ordered take out today from the Muncie store on Madison Street and the food was nasty. The whole restaurant was dirty. Monkeys were making the food. I don't know how this place passes inspection. All the restaurants down Madison Street and dirty and filthy.

    My daughter had came in and the manager got all in her face and was very rude. Her staff are not good. Always on their phone and harassing teens cause they can’t get it. Tg and my daughter said it looked like someone spat in her food. Just nasty. Smh smh.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    1. Extremely greasy chicken, unprofessional staff, and a dirty environment — this location needs serious attention.
    2. Very disappointed: served oily, inedible chicken in a filthy restaurant with rude service — customers deserve better.

    3. This KFC should be inspected immediately — greasy food, poor staff behavior, and unsanitary conditions make it unacceptable.

    First of all they forgot several of my items! The chicken and fries were very greasy! The fries were also hard and overcooked! TERRIBLE!!! I do not recommend KFC! I don’t know what happened to them, but they really went downhill! I use to love when they had the potato wedges! The food is just nasty now!

    I placed my order online in the KFC app. I went in to the store to pick up my order. It was not ready. Meanwhile, another lady had picked up her order and had to come back in, as she was missing her biscuit. Three young teens came in to talk to their friends who was working. Another lady came in to get her missing mac and cheese. She had to wait because the 3 teen boys were up at the register talking to their friends, who were working. She finally asked me if the teen boys were ordering, I didn't know, but they weren't. She finally went up and told the worker what she was missing in her order, that she got through the drive-thru. Then another worker took an order out to the drive-thru and had to bring it back in because it wasn't for the drive-thru. Long story short, the worker sat the sack down in the delivery bin and went outside with his friends.

    I sat there for several minutes and finally decided to check that order. It was mine. Customer service was terrible. I picked up my order and left. On my way out, the worker told me to have a good evening. Too late. It seemed like there was not any management or supervisors around. Just a bunch of kids. Plus, one of the teen boys went into the restroom and when he came out, he left the restroom door wide open, and he was blowing smoke. They were cussing and carrying on when their friends were trying to work. Very poor service. I waited 30 minutes past the time I was told to pick it up. They need better supervisors/management.

    I would like to give a big shout out to Danniel ** (Shift manager) at the Liberty Street area in Winston Salem.. I had had a previous issue which Daniel was not working, but he showed that he value and appreciates his customers cause he fixed the issue with no problem, smiling the whole time! I run a restaurant myself and he is a keeper! He is one of the few that shows that he values customers and is very friendly doing it! Daniel really made me and my family's day.

    101 East Dekalb St. Camden S.C. I purchased a 12 piece meal for 39.00. I wanted drums and a 2 breast. I had a coupon for 25.99. I was told I would have to get 3 wings, 3 breast, 3 drums, and 3 thigh. I did not want that! The coupon did not stated that! It says original crispy or mixed for that price. I told the area manager I will write a review. He told me it wouldn’t matter! Wow very unprofessional and not loyal to the customers!!! How are you to tell me what to order! If I pay for it then it should be what the customer wants! Chicken is chicken. It shouldn’t matter what piece!
