    I was offered a settlement arrangement but had difficulty coming up with the money all at one time. Harvey worked with me in getting an extinction. He was very helpful and polite and understanding every time I called in.

    I’ve been with this company since I got my car & they haven’t ever failed me. I’ve been going through some struggles and was so scared that my car would be gone because I couldn’t keep up with my current monthly payment but The rep Diego ** helped me out to have my payment date set up with no late fees. Something I thought might be so hard or stressful was handled so easily and quick. I want to cry because that’s how scared I was but Diego eased my stress and now I can actually look forward to this week stress free. Thank you. Thank you so much Diego!!

    Edgar ** was a great help to me and did a good job of setting up my automatic payments. He was very patient and understanding of my questions and gave me the information that allowed me to understand his company's processes and after giving him my signature, everything was set up correctly.     After being hung up on several times, disconnected, and treated like a second-class citizen, I finally was able to have Sheena answer the phone.     This company overcharged your account and to speak to a representative is impossible. They hang up on you!! And leave you on the phone for hours, and then give you a runaround as to why you can't speak to a supervisor. I was told if I paid down my bill they would eliminate the rest of the charges. My car was paid for in fed. Of this year!! These charges was fraud and I tried to ask them about them and they couldn't explain them either!! Customer are tried of big company taking advantage of the little guy!! We have to put a stop to this type of injustice. Don't use this company for your financial needs!! Run as fast as you can!! Very unprofessional and nasty!! They don't care about their customer. Only about getting all the money they can from you. Money that rightfully don't belong to them!!

    I was able to call and get a live person quickly. He listen to my questions and was able to provide me the help and answers I needed. I dreaded to even make the call because usually with companies there is a long wait time and typically a language barrier issue. There was none of that. My call was answered immediately and my problems solved quickly so I could go about my day. Very happy and pleased at how smooth the process was.

    From the very beginning when I first qualified for my loan, to the experience of actually getting my loan and finally to my monthly customer service relations, Westlake has been an amazing company. Just recently Kelly with the company helped me change my payment due date so that I could make my payments on time rather than continuing to incur late payment charges. The customer service with this company is amazing and compassionate and always helping me to keep my good standing with them and being able to make my car payment at even this difficult time in my life.     I was offered a deferred payment option for March. In doing so, I was asked to give a $50 "in good faith" payment to assist in the approval of the deferred payment, which I made. Was sent a document to sign in which it stated that my April payment was still scheduled for automatic withdraw as scheduled. Westlakes then applied the $50 "in good faith" payment to my April payment instead of automatically withdrawing my full regular payment and then charged me late fees for a missed payment. When I reached out to try and resolve, they refused to assist and would not take responsibility for their error. WORST FINANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

    When I first called I spoke to two representatives that did not help at all.     Bought a car from them in November, they still have yet to report the purchase to the credit bureau and it is now April. This is making it very difficult for me to refinance the vehicle. I have called them about this issue 2 times now. The first time they told me they would have it fixed within 30 days. 30 days came and went and it still wasn't reported so I called them again just to be told it would take at least another 30 days and possibly up to 60. And to top it off, their customer support is rather rude. I'm sure it's of no rush to them because they are currently making 250+ dollars per month in interest of this loan. To sum it up, DON'T USE WESTLAKE FINANCIAL.

    I was able to pay off my loan with the help of a caring representative. I say caring because after I was in a financial situation, this representative helped me make a step to driving a car again. Even going through my hardship, I know how important and essential it is to have a vehicle and I went years being a valid driver without a car. This representative (DeNell) helped me believe that it was never to late to get out from a crisis. Now I can start believing that I can drive again thanks to this company. I'm very happy to have Westlake Financial as a borrower. If ever get discouraged of paying your auto loan, trust me when I say to call them because they really do help their customers including myself even through the hardest times.

    Jose ** Answered all questions to the best of his knowledge and was eager to help me, though the conversation didn’t end with an agreement on both sides I understand it isn’t his fault or place to make the call I was asking for. Westlake Financial services as a company I would not recommend. They will add “hidden fees” and when you request recorded phone calls between them and you to show proof of being told you wouldn’t be charged for something they want you to have your lawyer get in contact.

    I missed a payment on my acct and have missed quite a few just recently since this creditor bought out my loan (I had auto pay in the past). Diane F is the first Rep to actually help me set up auto pay with my new loan comp! When I would ask the other reps, they would tell me they couldn't help me with that and just gave me another number to call! Frustrating!     Purchased vehicle. Had vehicle for 5 days before it became non-operative. Dealership refused to fix vehicle, staying vehicle was "as is". No buyers guide sticker on vehicle. Contact finance Co. Get plenty of calls from billing dept. But Nothing from compliance dept. It's been 2 months. Emailed status and was told "case still open. Under review unable to say more." What kind of stuff is that!!? Voluntarily returned vehicle (via tow) 3 wks ago to dealership.

    Everytime I call or email, I'm asked the same questions..."Did I submit a diagnostic report. And what is the VIN"? Shouldn't they have that? Must be pretty busy addressing other complaints, if they can't connect my name with the complaints I've filed. Even though vehicle used/as is status, 5 days?? Where's the integrity? This finance Co. & dealership NEED to make me whole. I've turned in the defective vehicle. Dealership doesn't want to be Honourable. Cancel this contract and refund my down payment. How much longer must I wait for an answer from the dealer's compliance department??? No car= No job= No money. I'm in a Void.

    If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. The agents do not allow you to speak to supervisors. They damaged my property and refuse to explain what’s going on with my claim. I asked for photos from the company that towed my car and they sent me back the photos I sent to them which makes no sense even though I expressed over the phone at least 10 times I do not need the photos that I submitted due to the fact that I already have this photos but yet they still sent them to me regardless. Every time I call I’m given wrong information. The agents constantly lie and I continue to catch them and bring it up to them. Nobody in the company knows how to do their job. Do not do business with them.

    Had a loan through another company and bought 2 yrs and somehow Westlake Financial took over my loan. All was good and I was in good standing with all my payments on time. Until the last month of payments. I had my Jan payment come out. Then I receive a call from Westlake that I still owe $860 and I was late. I was frustrated as a $346 monthly payment just came out and was under the impression the other 2 payments were for Feb and March. Well I was wrong they said the end of my loan was in Jan. Well Westlake when you took over my loan no one explained this to me. I set up a payment for the same week and another payment 2 weeks later.

    I spoke to a representative on Jan 24th and he assured me this was my last payment. I recieve an email today stating I am late on a payment. I call and speak with a representative and asked why am I getting an email about making a payment? I was told my car is now paid off. I was told I still owe $22.00. Are you kidding me? Why didn't the rep that I spoke with on Jan 24th give me the whole pay off? Westlake left me alone for 4 yrs. But at the end of the loan I was harassed for 3 payments that I was under the assumption would come out Jan, Feb, March. They have poor communication skills until they want your payment. They treated a good customer that was never late on a payment horrible at the end.

    The second representative that I spoke to today was awesome he reassured me that two payments will not be taken out of my account per I received two separate emails stating one was reoccurring and one was made to their system. The Starks representative was horrible he was on a sure he was contradicting in his answers he disconnected the line on me after asking a waiting for a supervisor for over 20 minutes this would be my first payment for this accounts this is a newly opened account and now I’m feeling like this may not be the right fit for me but I do want to thank the second agent who was awesome and he just made me feel a little bit comp more comfortable about the situation but I am very leery about this company.

    There was a car purchase in my name and there were fake check stubs that were given in my name. I spoke with them. Told them they still allow this long to go through even the dealership that they long went through with which is classic cars LLC. They all wear this fake pay stub that was given Imani. I asked them to remove my name off of loan with the other person, both the car dealership and this bank is aware of it this is fraud. Identity theft and is called to be a prison or fined or jailed and I'm not a part of that scale.

    When you call customer service or financial services, expect very long wait times and your call to be transferred to various departments that have nothing to do with what you need. It seems that no one can help you but put you on hold for long periods. I called Westlake to see about getting a pre-owned car financed since my credit has issues but spent 5 hours on hold. After 3 days of calling, I have yet to be able to reach anyone. I guess Westlake figures that desperate people like me will put up with any form of abuse they can dish out.

    I received a letter from Westlake Financial on Dec 23, 2021, that was written on the Dec 22, 2021. Mind you this is 3 Calendar Days before Christmas and mind you I have four kids and my father caught Covid 19, which caused his dementia to progress so bad that he was sent to the hospital the day after Christmas. Also, I was only 548.00 past due but had been touching base with Westlake as I have in past about payment arrangements. So, this morning at 330AM my car was repossessed...New Year Eve! I can't believe and never would have thought that these people would do such a thing during the holidays to really put the icing on the cake to how my Month is going. I was outside the second the repo man was backing in driveway with my four-year-old son. I pleaded for him to come back another day but nope I was screwed and that's just putting it lightly.

    Now I am without a car. Also having to find where I'm going to come up with this extra money that they have added on for fees. I'm actually talking to several different lawyers at the moment to determine if I have any leg to stand on in this matter. Please Think twice before having to do any business with these people. They have in the past been sued and brought to court for wrongful repossession.

    If you want to be mislead and lied to deal with them. I will never do business with this company again. One more payment away from never talking with them again. They don't sensor your card info during a call in, because they are able to read it back to you. The agents are rude and the supervisor was nice but tried to brush pass my concern. I had to bring it back to her attention how I was treated by the agent. I understand people are all going through things, but not knowing how to take a credit card properly and interrupting customers isn't going to sharpen those skills. I am afraid they will steal my information at this point. That's what level of professionalism you're dealing with, with West Lake.

    My car was impounded for 30 days mandatory and it was picked up by Westlake Financial 4 days prior to the 30 days. I had no knowing so when I went to grab my vehicle it wasn’t there I had to call another towing agency to figure out my car was taken to another lot to be sold eventually in a auction. I was livid because I never missed a payment or anything. They just stole my car right under me and I had to call them to figure it out and I had to pay them the storage and tow fees for both the first tow when I got in trouble and the tow for when they pick it up for no reason to be sold. All together I paid 2,170 because that’s what I was told I needed to pay to clear the debt. It took about three days just for my money to go through to them. They even asked to pay through Money Gram so it’s faster and nothing changed. I still waited.

    So I called and come to find out they sent the confirmation to release vehicle to the wrong email so they had to wait another day for the auction company to accept it and set an appointment with me. (Also by the way I did get a letter sent to my address after the fact westlake took my car but I don’t think got the address completely right because it was sent to my post office not home so I didn’t see until everything was finished.)

    After that I got my car back. It was absolutely filthy with a couple scratches and white paint for some reason all over random spots of my car. So after finally dealing with all that I get this random towing expense charge on my account when I already paid my full amount. I don’t understand why I have to pay 203 when I was told specifically to pay 2170 on multiple occasions even by a supervisor and now that I have my car back I’m getting charged. I really am offended on how I’ve been treated. I don’t understand. Is it just my luck or if this company does this to everyone. Please help me. I’m almost in debt now trying to make things back to how they were.

    Just to take back my original review if I could give Ryan B 0 stars I would. This man lied to me in order to get more money out of me on loan that was opened back in 2013 and was paid off and updated on my credit report. I had to fork over 2700.00 after I was quoted 2400.00.     My daughter took a loan out for a vehicle. The interest rate was so extremely high that we as her parents decided to help her and pay it off. We called Westlake Financial Services in Los Angeles, CA and got a payoff amount. We paid the complete payoff amount and was told that it was completely paid off, the account was closed and that the title would be sent within 3 weeks. The next day, I checked the website (called the company as well) and it still indicated that the account was not closed and that we owed more money to pay it off. We paid the new payoff amount and we were again told that it was closed and paid off and that the title would be sent and we'll receive it within 3 weeks. The next day, the same thing happened where the website and the agent indicated we still owed money even though we paid the payoff amount quoted to us by the agent and the website.

    We finally had to make multiple complaints with supervisors and leads to get the accounting department involved. So far, it still says we owe money on the account. TOTAL RIPOFF! There is no voicemail and no way for agents to email us, the customers. It's a SHAM. Before buying a car, make sure it's not Westlake Financial as most if not all of their representatives, leads, supervisors and possibly even the accounting department doesn't know exactly what they're doing! As another reviewer indicated: This company is by far the worst company you can possibly go with. Absolutely terrible and I’m sorry for the people who go stuck with them. Make sure to record the customer service calls yourself cause all they do is lie. I did record the calls and good thing I did. It definitely helps! The account is still not fixed multiple days later. I guess the next step would be to hire a lawyer and sue them!

    If you ever wondered what it would be like if the DMV ever did auto financing, welcome to Westlake Financial. To start with their loan origination costs are through the roof, so on a $10,000 loan, expect about $1500 in loan fees. If that wasn't enough fleecing, they pitch their SecureOne Warranty, which isn't worth the paper its written on. Read the fine print, but the warranty doesn't even start until you hit 1000 miles. Once you get above 1000 miles, don't expect them to pay on any claim, first they make it difficult for your auto mechanic to even file a claim (in our case AAMCO Transmission).

    If you manage to file a claim, they will then just tell you that its a pre-existing condition, and go back to the dealer. My advise, use cash or finance through a credit union, as for the SecureOne warranty, I'm in the process of trying to get my warranty refunded. Finally, the only department that answers the phone is sales or billing, so if you're trying to get anyone on the phone, select those options.

    I must say I never expected such A plus customer service! First of all, getting to speak to a live agent was very quick and when the agent came on the line he was extremely patient and helpful. They actually gave me a grace period without a fee and I was informed that all I gave to do is reach out before my due date.     Westlake Financial employees that answer the phones and deal with their clients are totally disrespectful and have one thing on their minds to get their payments and have a hard time listening. I was receiving a buyback from Nissan and the Warranties and GAP money was returned to Westlake because they have the lien on the car 2019 Nissan Kicks. When I called Westlake to confirm that they had my money and reminded them they had cashed the checks they kept insisting they did not have the money. After two hours of haggling with them and sending them copies of the cashed checks all of a sudden they admitted to having them. The same goes for the buyout from Nissan. A $19,000 was sent to Westlake and they have no records of receiving the check.

    I pity the person that ever has to go through what I had to with Westlake Financial. They will never call you and let you know that they cashed a check and credited it to your account unless you pursue the issue. Also, start having better customer service. The individuals you have employed at your company must be rejects from WalMart.

    On September 6, 2021 I attempted to purchase a 2014 Lexus IS250 from All Star Motors in Daly City, CA. I went in with a preapproved loan from Westlake Financial; during the purchasing, All Star again ran my credit through other financial companies without my permission. Upon loan approval from Westlake, All Star tacked another $5000 onto the purchase price, claiming that Westlake added this additional fee due to my loan being subprime; I signed the paperwork, but told the dealer that I would be calling Westlake to verify this fee & never placed the down payment or took possession of the car.

    I called Westlake & was told that this was a lie, that no additional fee would be placed upon my loan without my direct knowledge; I told Westlake that I didn't have possession of the car, nor did I pay anything towards it. I was told that they would get in contact with the dealership & for me to not be concerned about it. In the meantime, the dealer decided to push the paperwork through anyway, and told Westlake that I'd paid my down payment & had possession of the car; I received a "welcome to Westlake" call, where I yet again told them that I didn't have the car or make a down payment...they told me that they'd be returning the contract to the dealer.

    A couple of weeks later, I received my first billing statement, at which time I YET AGAIN told them that I didn't have the car or make a down payment; they claimed that they would be opening a fraud investigation against the dealer on September 18, 2021. On October 7, I received a call from the dealer asking me if I wanted him to pay the down payment; I told him the same thing that I did before - since he lied about the additional $5,000, I wasn't buying the car unless that amount was removed from the purchase price.

    He then claimed that the price I saw & was pre-approved for on CarGurus was for cash purchase only; I then reminded him that a cash purchase was NEVER mentioned, & that he was fully aware that I was prefinanced before we started any discussion. He then told me he'd call me back, & neither I or westlake have heard from him since; in the meantime, this is still sitting on my credit report as if I have an existing car loan, for a car that I've never taken possession of. When I called Westlake today, they're still talking about they're waiting to get in contact with the dealership. This is completely unacceptable, as I don't have this car & am currently unable to look for another because it looks as if I have a loan!

    I am not one to deal with reviews, BUT this one definitely deserves a review. So back in September someone stoled my wallet and I legit lost everything. I contacted Westlake Financial every other day to keep them updated on what was going on. My bank was moving my money to a different bank and sending me new cards. I was told to pay on the 7th of OCTOBER! And which I did. I did not receive a phone call from Westlake regarding my payment, That it did not go through, instead I was told they did not want to do business with me anymore because I failed to make a payment all because of my situation! I have no family out here in San Diego, I am all ALONE! So I explained the situation and got a rude response. I believe that they don’t value their customers and don’t understand that situations due happen In real life. I wanted another chance in paying them what was owed but they didn’t care about it! My bank put a restriction on my account due to them thinking it was fraud and I wanted to make it right by making the payment due to my bank and they weren’t understanding, BUT just rude. I wouldn’t dare do business with a company who doesn’t understand that stuff happens.

    Westlake Financial is a scam. The Gap insurance I have been calling back and forth trying to get the remaining balance of my loan paid off is actually an entity of Westlake! So why is it taking so long for the Gap insurance to pay Westlake Financial if they are affiliated? This has gone on long enough. I feel like they are prolonging my case so that it will expire and I won't be entitled to that payment. I paid $900 for this device and it has done nothing but given me HELL!

    It all started when my car was totaled. Car loan from West Lake was paid off except for about $2000. The GAP insurance that is affiliated with West Lake has a claim adjuster named Pedro **. I was told to send him all of my paperwork and he will make sure to get back to me. I did as I was told and never heard from Pedro. I assumed he had handled my case and that the remaining balance was paid off. Next thing I know 2 loan payments had come out of my account. So I called Westlake and was told it was never paid for.

    Next I called Pedro and was told he never received my documents...which was a lie. I found the email I sent him in July with the documents needed to get the remaining balance paid and forwarded it back to him. We are 2 months behind on this and I believe Westlake is moving so slow because the GAP insurance will expire after 90 days and they won't be responsible for paying. They claim to have sent out a check for the payment that has been almost TWO WEEKS AGO. I believe they are stalling and they are giving me the runaround and it is exhausting. Something is VERY fishy about this because after all the phone calls and back and forth I was never told that the GAP insurance was connected to Westlake! I stumbled upon that when I googled the GAP insurance to find other numbers to reach them.

    I refinanced my vehicle through Westlake in 2020. Of course due to COVID I was late on my first 2 payments of 2021 by 30 days a piece & subsequently was able to get myself back on track due to work picking back up with my small business. I’ve been consistent with making my payments, but ran into an issue with the corporate office. I requested a goodwill adjustment for at least 1 of my late payments to be forgiven by mail, Westlake ignored the letter I mailed out back in July so I emailed the letter to customer service in August & got a reply back from the representative saying that corporate denied my request.

    The entire goal was for me to get my SBA loan that I’m applying for so that I can pay off the remaining $9k that I owe on the loan & to actually help save my small business. The goodwill adjustment was denied, I’m understanding that I made a mistake or 2 in the past but since then I’ve been consistent because my credit is important to me & I’m trying to at least get my score to a respectable number like a 700. I feel that with everything going on that they could be a little more understanding at this time instead of just being dismissive of a customer that’s reaching out about trying to repair their credit in order to better themselves. We’re just trying to live a better quality of life & don’t ask to be in a position to have less than perfect credit. Sometimes it shouldn’t always be about money especially when I’m current on my loan

    I paid my car off on a Saturday. I have been awaiting my title/lien release's arrival in the mail for longer than I'd expect based on the guidelines of release for my state and average mail times. I called them to ask about when they had mailed it out and they told me it was done on the day I paid it off. This only worried me further because it really made me believe I was waiting an abnormal amount of time to receive it, adding two days to my previously thought window. I began getting frustrated that it hadn't arrived, so I emailed customer service with no response- ever. I found this to be rather discouraging. Why have a customer service email as an option for communication if no response of any kind will be given? Of course, I know mail shipping, processing, and delivery times are out of the company's control, but it would have been nice to have more detailed updates and certainly better assistance and communication.

    The representatives I spoke to on the phone were nice, but I did have to call three different times to reach a representative who could confirm when it was shipped out. I got different estimates of time from every source beforehand- 10 days on the website, 30 days from one representative, 3-4 weeks from another, and 7 days from the person I spoke to who had confirmed the ship date. I would love to see more consistency from the company in regards to these matters. Perhaps breaking these things down by state might be helpful as title and lien release do differ in relation to state laws, so it may be 10 days in some places and 30 in others. Beyond that, the company was always more than friendly and accommodating with any other issues I had throughout my loan's duration.

    When I purchased my last car it was because I had an 11 year old car. I had already paid off 4 other cars without any issues on payments. Simply because I am a student with loans, I got nailed for 15.% interest. OK. I know I can pay the car off early. No - they will not let that happen. In the past 30 days, I put in over 800.00 in payments and my principal did not even go down by 200.00. The math does not even make sense. To make the situation worse, I should be ahead of my payments so my bill this month was zero. Last month, my bill was 2.00 and I paid 402. But, somehow, I was charged over 115.00 in interest. I have been making payments on this car for over 3 years. Last year I even made a 1,000 payment and still, my principal did not seem to go down. Every month I make extra payments. I make extra payments onto of extra payments and magically, I am not ahead of my payments. This company needs to be closed down.

    I emailed in a question about updating my insurance on file. It said I could expect a response in 3-10 business days. Within 20 minutes top Gabriela J. ** got in contact via email and phone. I was amazed at the response time. And I hadn't gotten around to replying to her email so she called me and made the process even easier for me. Instead of having to send the documents in online I was able to just give her the details over the phone and she took care of the rest. Westlake has made this process of buying my first car feel so easy. There isn't any other financial group I will work with in the future other than them. I was a little surprised about the 7.9% interest rate but it didn't amount to an unreasonable total.     Wish I had done research before I had financed with them. They're a joke who owns my car. I needed to delay a payment, which they allow a one time chance to do so. Submitted the request, it was approved. Not only did their system send me an approval email, but then it drew the payment ANYWAY on the day it wasn't supposed to, causing an overdraft fee on my end, which they refused to pay me back even though it was their fault. It also changed my due date, which now they refused to change back.

    They also hound you on holidays and weekends, I got call after call on the 4th of July, which this year was not only a national holiday, but a Sunday as well! They will not send written messages in the mail or email unless it's a collection letter, and they will not leave voice mail. They also get rude and uppity when you ask for anything in any kind of writing, and argue with you about a question you have.

    I've gotten angry and rude with them at this point because it's almost become harassment. I miss their due date because I don't get paid on the schedule they randomly came up with. And they won't let me change it to something that makes more sense. They also insist that they can process payments on weekends and holidays, and when it doesn't go through, start to hound you again. But when you schedule a payment, and their system doesn't pull it on time, it becomes YOUR problem again.

    I honestly feel like they're sketchy as hell, and would never suggest them. I've financed through other banks, other companies, and have never had this song and dance of almost scammy behavior. Unfortunately, I'm saddled with them until I pay off the car. I have no idea how I'm going to catch up on payments when they're always taking on late fees and overdraft fees that could easily be avoided if their system wasn't pretty much designed to screw you over.

    I know I should be more polite and kind on the phone. But I'm so tired of getting jerked around by them. And for them to call over and over on days when no one is going to answer, like a 4th of July Sunday, and then flat out refuse to be of any help? I hope if you're reading this, that you're doing research before you commit. As such, skip them. They just aren't worth this headache. They take advantage of people who are in a hard spot, and just wring them dry while insulting them the whole time.

    My dad bought his Corvette shortly after the Campfire of 2018 that destroyed the town of Paradise CA. We relocated to Oregon at the end of 2019. I have been helping him to try to get the car registered in the state of Oregon. We have called the customer service line so many times I have the number memorized. We have been told numerous different ways how we were supposed to transfer registration to the new state. Each time this process takes 2 to 3 months. It is July 2021. The car is still not registered in the state of Oregon. The customer service reps are not properly trained with the information they’re giving out. We finally just went ahead and paid the car off so we could get the title and finally get the car registered.

    By state and federal law they have 30 days to release the title after the car had been paid off. It has been 30+ days and the according to the customer service rep supervisor the title was not released until I called today and had to ask for a supervisor. I have called twice in the 30 days and was told the title was electronically released to the department of motor vehicles. That was obviously not the truth. This company is very quick to take your money but lacks on all other aspects. I highly recommend staying away from this finance company. My father bought this car so he could use it as stress therapy after losing everything He owned. Purchasing thru this company has become more stressful than helpful.

    My truck was repo Road in April with only four payments due on the truck to have it paid off. I was called by a representative saying that they have not received my payment. I told them that I made a payment and the guy called me a liar. After repo in the truck miraculously in two days Westlake Financial had found the check and tried running it through my bank. Keep in mind the same check that they said I did not send and I was a liar. I have been trying every since April of getting the repo fees reversed so I could just pay them off and be done with them.

    The supervisor I finally got a hold of after several months of leaving messages for supervisors that never return my calls told me that evidently all my check was not enough information to run the check again. Keep in mind they did try running the check two days after the repossession. So I asked her if I got a copy of the check showing the account number on the check would she take out the repo fees because that was the information she said was probably missing. She said no the repo fees stand.

    I am come from a long line of veterans and I myself am a veteran and we have all fallen in my family for capitalism and freedom but Westlake financial has taken capitalism to a whole new level. It seems like they’re using the practices that the mortgage companies used to use of what they call low hanging fruit. Someone gets close to paying off their house or vehicle and they saw the foreclosure repo because I know no one is going to let their house go and they’ll just pay the fee or let your vehicle go in there just pay the fee. As a veteran and a hard-working individual I do not feel that Westlake financial supports my bag use and I would not recommend any veteran or hard-working middle-class person to ever take a loan out from this company.

    Just a side note I’m the type person that if I’m wrong I will admit I’m wrong and in this case I am not wrong. Westlake financial has no desire to work with me to resolve this issue. At this point I owe one payment of $279 on my truck plus repo fees and they are standing their ground. From the reviews I’ve read of this company I will say that they are ripe for a class action lawsuit. My prayer is that someone will with Westlake will see this review and do what is right. Thank you.     Received a phone call from Tracy ** Director of Compliance at Westlake Financial Services Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and he was laughing at the fact that I asked for a goodwill forgiveness for a late payment on my already paid off car that I financed from Westlake. I explained to him that I had a major medical issue that unfortunately I had to take care of and is the reason why I was late on paying my car payment and how I was never late again that in fact I had paid off my car loan 3 years early by making several $2000 payments when I had the money and doing this was a sacrifice I made in order to make good on my loan so I could get rid of my car payments just in case I got sick again.

    Tracy ** just laughed like a girl and said it was too bad that all this happened to me but there was nothing he could do. Having had a late payment, it really screwed up my credit and it will for the next 7 years. Tracy ** is a very evil old man who truly enjoys it when others are suffering and in pain. The fact that there was nothing I could do about it, I think gave him a power rush. His laughter and complete lack of empathy was so perverse, it was sickening. He is a true psychopath. I am a true believer in the law of attraction and from what I experienced thru this whole ordeal that I went thru in life, I hope Tracy ** of Westlake Financial gets what he is owed and if he does it's gonna be real bad... Oh well Tracy, you're just gonna have to deal with whatever karma brings your way. Sorry Tracy but there isn't anything anyone can do for you once karma comes around for you. You're just gonna have to suffer the consequences!!!!

    The customer service representatives are always professional and quick to answer. They fix everything the correct way at a fast pace.     Kelli G was great representative. Usually I ignore these calls because I make my payments. But Kelli explained details on how to help make sure I never receive late payment calls and not rack up needless late fees. She was a great help and you can tell she genuinely loves helping people!
