I have been trying to resolve a very stressful matter dealing with my vehicle that was transferred to Westlake. Juan has been the most helpful and knowledgeable about our accounts. He was kind and understanding and explained things well. I am now hopeful that my issues will be resolved.

I’m currently having banking issues that has resulted in making a late payment last month and unable to make June’s payment. The representative helped me file an extension pushing the payment to the end of the loan, this was very helpful and I’m truly grateful for her help thank you.

This company took over my lease from another company a few months back. I’ve made many payments and the balance owed is way off from what it should be. Nice enough people but whoever is calculating my payments and the balance due is obviously horrible in math. Additionally, I make my payments using my checking account. In between the time it takes to clear, I often get many calls, which is frustrating. You would think that they would check and see if a payment was made. My advice is take nothing for granted and always check your balance.

Princess, at Westlake Financial, really helped me out today. I called around three times and while they were handy, Princess made the most impact. She actually helped me with my account and the problems that were happening. When I needed things to cancel and add more information onto it, she listened and filled it out. Amazing help!!

Sebastian was absolutely amazing! After calling twice before him and having been hung up on, I felt like this was going to be a bad company to deal with, but thanks to Sebastian, he gave me my total amount to be paid, offered autopay, advised of the posting terms and when to call back to have my payment date changed so that it aligned with my payday so that I would avoid being late. My total time was maybe 5 minutes when after 10 minutes with the 2 previous representatives, I got nothing done. Sebastian is a keeper and needs a raise!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from one of their dealers in NJ called AutoSpot LLC. The trucks engine light was on and asked for that to be fixed before pick up one week later. It was not fixed. I drove truck to get codes read and it needed catalytic converter 02 sensor, oxygen sensor and there was and electrical code. I brought car back waited 8 hours said car was fixed. They took it somewhere. I got in the car and engine light was on and back tire was thumping. I tried to return it they did not take me seriously. It went back for the 02, oxygen sensor but later found out it wasn't fixed although I was stranded without a car.
4 weeks later the car stopped steering. It was the rack 'n pinion, control arms, sway bars cost 3000.00. In August it broke down for 02 sensor and just when it turned one year old it died. The manifold went, the steering column needed to be replaced and had complete electrical failure. I owe 7000.00 and Autospot PLC offered 700.00. Now I had to buy another car and am paying for two.

Eugene was a great representative! I finally got someone at Westlake Financial services collections department to actually listen to my very complex situation with my vehicle financed through them that was deemed a total loss in an accident in March, 2023. I didn’t make payments on the vehicle since March, because the car was considered a loss. I’ve been appealed the loss to the insurance company, finally got them to give me a check for repairs recently. This set me back two car payments, and put me in repo status.
Being in this situation can be very scary when your car is your lifeline. Last few times, I contacted Westlake, financial collections department, agents seemed to either want money, or come get the car. Nobody wanted to hear my situation, nor did anybody seem to care. Once I spoke to Eugene in collections, he listened intently, was patient with my dynamic situation, and took action. Helped me with excellent advice and great customer service.

I wasn't late on a payment for an entire year, and then when my life took a downhill spiral many CSRs at this company dropped the ball and left me nearly without a vehicle. Ronnie changed all that and took the time to listen. She could have treated me the way everyone else did but she took the time to try to understand. She also helped with other issues and was able to update my account. She truly is the Gem of Westlake Financial.

We made our first payment on our account, they sent us our confirmation number but then delayed in pulling it out from our bank. When they did take it we were short 20 dollars. They tried to call us but we didn’t answer because it was from an unknown number. When our dealership called us we did answer them and paid off the 20 we owed with our second payment. The bank didn’t like that we answered the dealer and not them so they cut our deal and sold it back to the dealer because they didn’t want to deal with “customers like us”.
We have no outstanding balance. Our only mistake was not answering the bank. They repossessed the car at 9:00pm without letting us know so that we could remove our personal belongings. My children’s school items, my baby's formula and pampers, the car seats all being held in a warehouse. It is a very unpleasant, and inconvenient situation. I honestly don’t know what to do from here. We’re still trying to figure out how to get our belongings from the car. We now also will have a bad record to other banks when trying to apply for future car loans even though we have not missed a payment or have any balance.

Amelia was amazing, I called for a simple payment issue and she went out of her way to get me back on my feet and caught up. I called several other times and no other rep offered me what she did. They tried to squeeze additional monies during my payoff quote. Charged excessive fees and the interest rate which is ridiculous and only for desperate customers. I believe it’s predatory lending. Customer rep are not knowledgeable and don’t provide good and fair customer service. Never use them!

I have been calling for the last 3 weeks for my title so I can get my car registered. All the other csr's are unknowledgeable and can barely speak English. It's absolutely ridiculous that I'm being called 4-5 times daily. I'm 6 days late on a payment. This person calls after I tell him to not to call me. It's my cellphone number I tell him. He doesn't care. He calls again and again.

Westlake recently took over the accounts for American Financial and now this has turned into a nightmare, my payments have never been late and once they took over now I am suddenly 90 says past due but yet I have been making the payments. I have requested the final payoff for my car 9 times as of today and been given 5 different payoff amounts just to be told today they do not provide written payoff amounts and that I must accept the amount they give me verbally. This is beyond frustrating. I was told the payoff amount is on the my account which tells me the account number does not exist and the SSN is not in record for the Westlake financial site which is the site that tells me my statement is ready (but I have no access) but I have access on the Westlake Portfolio Management site which gives me no statement only payment history and no payoff balance.
When I spoke to them today they could not tell me why the account was past due since I have been making payments and that they just simply do not give written payoff amounts and I could pay what they told me to return the car. How is this ethical or legal? How do I know if I pay the verbal amount they will not continue to say that I owe for the car? Who pays almost 4000 without any written documentation. All I am asking for is a written document that says this is your payoff!

I appreciate this company so much. They very kind, helpful and insightful when I was sold a car with a lot of issues. They helped me redeem my car no questions asked. BIG HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Lajuan Lala **!!! This agent was diligent, thorough, kind, and helpful. Because of her expertise she was able to identify why my case was delayed. She reached out to the appropriate manager and resolved the case in minutes. Other agents that I spoke with over the course of 48 hours couldn't. They were kind and tried their best but they were not Lala!!! Jamilla.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Westlake Financial recently, and I have to say that it was a truly unpleasant experience. My father passed away a couple of years ago, and he had taken out a loan with Westlake to buy a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I took over the payments after he passed away, and I've been working hard to pay off the loan ever since. However, recently my car was repossessed by Westlake, and the way they handled the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the driver who was towing my car away, he told me that the car was being repossessed and that I needed to pay the entire remaining balance in full to get it back. I tried to explain that I had just made a payment a few weeks ago, but he refused to listen and was incredibly dismissive and hostile towards me.
When I called Westlake to try and sort things out, the customer service representative I spoke to was equally unhelpful and rude. They kept hanging up on me and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor, which made me feel like they didn't care about me or my situation at all. After doing some research online, I discovered that I'm not the only person who has had a negative experience with Westlake, and it's clear that this company does not prioritize its customers or treat them with respect. Overall, I would not recommend Westlake Financial to anyone who is looking for a loan or a financial service provider. Their business practices are shady and predatory, and the way they treated me during this difficult time was completely unacceptable. Steer clear of this company if you value good customer service and ethical business practices.

I called originally to schedule a promise-to-pay because my account had fraudulent activity and was placed on a hold until I get a new card. I spoke with Benjamin who had no clue what I was talking about. Continued to tell me to just “move funds around” and to call us once it’s already marked that the payment was declined/could not go through. Which would result in a late fee and a negative mark on my credit. I continued to ask for a delayed payment date but he had no clue how to do his job. I asked for a supervisor so I could actually get somewhere with my situation and he put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then he came back on the line and offered me a promise-to-pay for 3 days after my actual due date.
I won’t have a new card until 7-10 business days from today. I again requested a supervisor because 3 days wasn’t going to help at all, he placed me on hold and then hung up on me. Will probably fake that he had system issues but I’ve worked in customer service before. His snarky remarks of “it will probably be an hour” means he had no intentions on requesting a supervisor or helping me. I called back instantly after being hung up on and received an agent named Ceejay. Ceejay was amazing and handled my inquiry almost instantly.

I'm having an issue with my car title via American Car Center. The vehicle was paid off 10/16/2022. I took my certification for the title to my local DMV office and they need the FL Sale Tax Registration number. I called your customer service and no one could find my account. Also, I paid the License and Registration fees included in the completed payment for the vehicle registration, so why do I have to pay again at the DMV office? I was told by the DMV there should be a check sent to me in order to give to the DMV. Not sure how that works, however it's not fair to pay TWICE when it was paid along with the final payment (the total amount). I spoke to a Bob **. He was sooo helpful and I wish I could have his ext. Just to talk him every time I have a question or concern. He was very patient and didn't make me feel like his answers were scripted. Provided me with great information. Good afternoon, I’m writing this review not for the company as a whole but for a specific agent by the name of Laken I believe out of California. I’m originally an American car center customer, and this transition for my lease has been abysmal to say the least. The first agent I was in contact with was nice, however didn’t give me all of the pertinent information for my account. The second agent I spoke with hung up on me, however the third agent I spoke with today 3/15/23 was hands down your best. I work in finance and when it comes to finances, customers get scared and nervous and I know the same can be said for agents. I'm saying that Laken literally was amazing! She was kind, patient, understanding, and went over everything in absolute detail to help me in regards to my payments and new acct with Westlake.
Overall the company has made me very concerned and leery about the trust I can place in them as a consumer. But thanks to this agent I’m willing to wait and see if everything goes above board as it were. Please know SHE is the only reason I’m willing to give this company another chance. Updated on 03/25/2023: They call and threaten me. They work with one time any other company, would have work the guy threatened me on the phone saying, "I come repo your car myself" and call me a broke **. Who does that? Anyone else would never do this.
Original: I just don’t think that they are a good bank to go through. I mean I was desperate. No one else wanted to give me a loan besides them, but ended up having a heart pain that was very high and the people they hire are ignorant. And I don’t really think that they work with people. I think that they should be more politer and not call 100 times in one day. I can understand maybe twice but other than that I wouldn’t consider them a good bank unless you’re really does Trevor even if you’re desperate. You’re gonna pay a lot in the long run so it’s not even worth it. Trust me at screwing me now.

I'm on my second loan with Wfs. I never had an issue with them which was the reason I got my second loan with on 6/29/2022. I had never been late with payment. On 2/16/2023 my car was total out due to an accident. I advise my insurance and wfs. On 2/23/2023 I notice an additional fee that was added. I had just pay my car note. On 2/16/2023 I call and ask the agent what was the fee about. He said it was a repossession fee. I ask him, "How could that be. The car was just total out a week ago and I have never missed a payment." He wasn’t able to explain so he hung up the phone on me. I call back. The second agent tell me the same thing again. Wasn’t able to explain how they mark this as a repo. She then transfer the call to the repossession department. The agent again very rude give me the break down. Said because they had to pick up the vehicle it was mark as a repo but not to worry. If anything I could dispute with the credit bureau.
Again ask why should I even have to dispute a repo when the car was total and still open with the insurance. He also hung up on me. I call again. This agent was more helpful. She then said that by their company policy it has to be put as a repo because they pick up the vehicle from the impound. Again tell me that I could dispute with the credit bureau. I ask her in what part of the contract does it state that if the vehicle get into an accident and is total out the customer will be reported as a repo. She said it's not in the contract. It's just company policy. I advise her that I was also recording the conversation. I ask her how can an accident be considered a repo. I have not breach my contract. I have email from wfs where they had acknowledge that the car was total. I had advise them where the vehicle was. I follow every step that is on the contract. One hour with the agent and all I got was you could make a dispute.
This is my credit which is consider excellent credit. I’m a recurrent customer with this bank. This does not even make sense. How are they able to put a repo on my credit for a vehicle that was total out not even a week. I had never been late on my payment. Maintained full coverage. There is nothing on the contract that I sign with wfs in which I breach. I’m consulting an attorney. How can a bank because is their company policy which is not disclosed on the contract that if a vehicle get into an accident they will mark it as a repo? Maybe someone can explain how is this legal. Again two loans with this bank not even during COVID I stop making payment. If I could give this bank a negative star I would.

I have been a customer for a while now. Recently, I got a notification on my credit report saying that I was late on a few payments and I come to find out that I have missed payments since October. I thought that my payments were on auto pay, so I didn't think anything of it. Now on my credit report, it says late payments, and I don't think this is fair because I wasn't aware that I was missing payments.. I called Westlake and paid the amount that was due and asked who I can speak with to have the late payments removed and they didn't even know who I could speak to about that issue. I want to know who I can speak with to get rid of these late payments that I was not aware of. I've paid up to 78% of my loan so far so I think it would be fair if these late payments were removed since I was not aware of this.
I feel like I have been a great customer till this day. Had I known that this was happening, I would've paid this off immediately. Thank God that I just found this out. Otherwise I would've been even more late on my credit report, and it's damaged my credit score. Now to see what they can do to help me remove this from my report and put it back to current.

He did not beat around the bush, answered all questions as well as assisted in ways I would say is above what he is paid to do. Man single handedly dealt with my inability to handle phone customer service and lack of patience and made the overall experience pleasant and almost enjoyable. I don't usually like reaching out for help but if I can have him help me every time, I wouldn't mind at all. That man absolutely deserves a raise and represents the company extremely well.

I have an account with Westlake Financial starting November 21st 2022. I called this morning because I had set up a payment and it did not go through and there was some type of error with the banking system. All was their electronic system. I spoke with Tristan and he took care of everything. He was so patient and explained everything to me. He went and found out with the alert was that there was some type of transmission error as to why the payment did not go through. He waived the charge for me to just go ahead and resubmit the payment with him. The experience was fantastic. He even set up for me to do the automatic payment draft monthly so that I would not incur this issue again. I recommend Westlake Financial and I would use them again for any future Financial endeavors.

I have an auto loan through Westlake Financial Services. In November I contacted them to update my auto draft payment information and I was told it was taken care of. In December I assumed that the draft was processed, as it always had been in the past. That was until I got a call from Westlake. I had no problem paying for the car note, but they demanded a $15 processing fee for it to go through on my credit card and with a human agent. They also demanded an outrageous late payment fee.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, which took 45 minutes on hold before one can on the line. The woman informed me that all calls are recorded and that she would go back and review the call log and contact me back. She never called back. Two days later I called again and spoke with a different supervisor. He told me that he would do the same, and that I would hear back from him by the end of the business day. Nothing!!! No call. No email. Nothing. I finally just paid the fees online and requested a third callback from the company. No one contacted me.
The first supervisor that I spoke with was perhaps the most rude customer service representative that I have EVER spoken with, and at the age of 42 I have had my share of negative experiences with telephone customer service agents. The second gentleman was polite and I felt that he would actually help resolve the situation, but unfortunately that proved not be the case. This experience was so bad that I am actually refinancing my vehicle with my local credit union, at a higher interest rate, just so I don't have to deal with this company ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WESTLAKE FINANCIAL AND DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a bunch of crooks. If you could avoid them, do so at all cost. All these false promises to get money, fake contacts and then people acting like they never had a conversation with you. Anthony ** was one of the MANY reps who claimed to have helped but didn't. He had me write him a review on Google just to lie about what he could help me with. First time car buyer just looking for a break and help and they string you doing your vulnerability. I would never use them or trust this business again.

It took 3 months, after we paid off our loan, to get our title release. You never talk to the same person twice, you have to go through every little detail with each person and they could never give us a straight answer. I will NEVER work with Westlake financial or Car Capital again.

Hello my name is Juliana and I just had the worst experience with this bank. Two months ago I bought a car from a dealer, this dealer to be exact. On November 10 at 11 days on November 21, 2022 the car started to fail, nobody gave an answer. In the month of December they no longer existed and they had sold me a guarantee for 2000 dollars that was not there, they scammed me. I called the Westlake Financial bank and they did not help me much.
The information that they constantly gave me changes to finally tell me it has I have to send a letter from the mechanic saying that he has the car to see if it was fraud, I sent everything they asked me for, a certificate from two mechanics and all the evidence that I had in my possession and today I called and they told me it is not rejected and I but how did I They can help and the answer was, "You bought the car, it's your fault," it's the worst bank, they don't guarantee anything, the car is bad, it doesn't work and I have to keep paying them, don't believe these people. Nothing but a GREAT experience with Westlake Financial. I financed my daughter’s car with them and from beginning until payoff I had nothing but excellent customer service. If I can give zero Stars I would. I was unaware of them charging so much money for interest / finance charges. My original loan was supposed to only be close to $10,000. But after signing everything I finally received my actual contract that they just sent me, after having my car for going on a month now, and it shows that they added over $4,000 in other fees and over $12,000 in finance charges making my loan to be over $25,000. If I was going to have to pay $25,000 I would have chose a better car that I would have actually liked more or went with getting a newer car. I have a 2011 Honda Civic that is used. Not only that I still have not received my registration so I'm driving it around without a current registration in my name.

I got financed by this guys. I made a deal to pay in 48 monthly payments. I have paid almost my car in 1/2 of the 48 months. I have to pay every 20th of each month, however I have 10 extra days (Period of grace days) to pay without getting into any late fees, I got this guys calling... and calling 4 to 6 times a day from different phone numbers to my house, when the calendar hits the 21th day of the month and they haven't received my pay that's when the 6 phone calls a day starts. This guys don't care that I am ahead on my 48 monthly payments, they don't care and call you many times a day even when you are in the additional 10 days Period Of Grace. I was supposed to pay this car off by 2025 today 12/28/22 I am 2 payments away, I owe $770 out from $8.800. This guys don't respect deals!!

My father passed away and I was trying to settle his account. I was first told they would talk to me after sending in a death certificate and my driver's license. After doing that I called again because I had not heard from them and they said they would not talk to me because I was not the informant on the death certificate. After speaking with many of the reps and trying to speak to managers, that were extremely rude, and I was hung up on multiple time, they finally came and picked up my dad's vehicle. 1 week later, even after sending them a death certificate, they are still sending my dad letters telling him he is obligated to pay his vehicle off. This place in an absolute joke to work with, the people are not personable, and they lie to you at every opportunity they can. DO NOT work with them if you can help it.

I co signed a BMW used for my son. The car end up getting total out due to a flood. My insurance only paid book value which was 13000. So we figured since we have gap through Westlake it will pay the remainder balance. Nope they are calling and asking us for 403 dollars but charged us for gap insurance every month how is that possible. This company is bad for consumers. They need to be investigated.

I called on March 7, 2022 to make my last payment. I spoke with Natalie and she informed me that I had late fees on the account, but my principal balance was paid in full. I could pay the late fee whenever, but would not receive the title until paid. I asked Natalie if this would report on my credit report and she said no. It would show paid in full and it did until August. I was notified by the three bureaus that Westlake Financial report my account as a charge off and 120 days past due.
I filed a complaint with Yelp and Tracy ** with Westlake reached out to me and he fixed my credit reports. Then November Westlake reported again my account as a charge off and 120 days past due. I have reached out to Tracy and it's not been fixed. After multiple emails and phone calls I can't get a reply. Keep in mind I have not received any letters, statements or phone calls stating my account was about to be charged off. I will keep filing a complaint on every site I can find on Westlake Financial. When this company has a one star review with the BBB...stay away. I wished I had known about this before doing business with them.

First off the people they were linked with to sell me the car sold me a car that had a cracked frame which is now not drivable. I was told by them to send a mechanic's receipt stating this in which I provided for them and they refused to buy the car back. Then after making 9 months of on-time payments for a car that sits in my driveway undrivable I asked if they would refinance the car for a lower monthly payment so I can put it in the shop and get it fixed in which they also denied me that. Then I had a family member pass away and asked if they would please put one month payment on the back end because I'm dishing money out for my family member's funeral and they also denied me that. What kind of horrible people are they. They hold no accountability and will rip you off in every way, shape and form that they can. If you can finance somewhere else I highly suggest doing so.

I established contact with Westlake Financial in regards to obtaining information. A customer service representative by the name of Mariana addressed the situation. She is truly an asset to the company. Her communication skills are outstanding and she went the extra mile to assist me. I'm a young millenial in a world that's movinig too fast for me. But there are people like Jose who help us to keep moving even when we fall. I was a young excited woman looking to get a used car that is full of as much personality as I am, and I partnered with Westlake Financial to do so. However, life happens and I got in a situation that didn't allow me to keep up my part of our deal. When I fell too far behind Westlake financial had no choice but to move on.
When I called in for the settlement I was anxious and scared, depressed about how low I had gotten. I was blessed to get Jose who walked with me step by step to find the best options for me, allowing me to breathe a little better about the direction I'm going in. I'm so grateful for his expertise, patience, and compassionate personality. It's people like him that make moving in a world moving too fast for us, a little bit easier. I used Westlake to purchase used van. Never missed a payment nor late. Had a accident 9/7/22 hit run. Car was total out. Westlake still charge monthly although the car was useless. Westlake overcharge me by 1200.00 in final payment. Put in complaint with CFPB. Westlake had my phone changed by staff. There has been so many problems with this co. They stop giving me billing statements because I ask their car warranty co to stop calling me. Harass from 8am to 8pm. I have proof of everything I stated.

I was diagnosed with cancer and had to have surgery to remove the mass then start treatment right away and my mom called Westlake to see if she would be able to make small payments on my behalf as she couldn’t afford my payments and I would be out of work for a while. She even faxed them proof that I was admitted into the hospital. The lady she spoke with told her they will waive payment until I can pay. I called when I was able to return to work to start making payments and also pay on what was owed.
The lady assured me that my car wouldn’t be repossessed and that I can make my payment. I went on to the website to make a payment and was unsuccessful in logging in because my account was delinquent. Well, my car was repossessed anyway early that morning. I spoke with the lady in collections(who was very nice by the way) she told me that the person my mother spoke with never put a note on the account. So now I have no car which is my main source of income. Do not use this bank.

I have had a very good experience with Westlake Financial and my vehicle loan with them. They worked with me and gave me an excellent settlement. Bought a used car in December 2021, Westlake Financial picked up the contract, first payment due 1/31/2022, I made it as scheduled and continue to make payments as scheduled, In February was contacted about my account being past due, found out Westlake had created a second account on the same vehicle, called them numerous times and got really frustrated with the customer service, anyways, the emails about my account being delinquent stop coming so I figured Westlake finally deleted the duplicate account, just checked my credit report only to see that they reported my account delinquent for April and May, I do not recommend this company at all they are rude and don’t care about customers, I have never been late or delinquent and paid on the account number given to me.

This company has staff members that are kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about their product. Each experience was effortless. The customer service rep informed me off all of my options and did not try to persuade me. Her efforts were to help me. She listened to my concerns and was patient with accommodating my needs. I don't feel like it's a dreadful task when I have to call this company concerning my account.

I originally had an auto loan through Honor Finance. Due to my lost job fell behind on payments. Long story short, the company was sold and I never received that information. After finding research I found out my account went to WestLake Financial. After speaking with Solomon ** he informed there's a small balance due to deem my account paid in full. I paid the balance off as of today. After years of a headache my account was resolved. Thank you.

I’ve been with Westlake since 2019 and had a car loan for about $6000 my car payment was $201 a month 2020,and 2021 I was doing outstanding with my payments sometimes I even doubled my payments., In 2022 I started some financial setbacks but continued to make payments.. In July I spoke to a representative because I was behind and he offered an extension which I had to make a payment of $202 on 7/30/22 which I did. My next payment was due on 8/19 but I don’t get paid until 8/26.
On 8/24 my ring camera captured a tow truck backing into my driveway… I immediately called Westlake frantic and the representative stated clearly I was 6 days late and needed a payment of $202 plus late fee. I told her my car was towed!! She said Westlake never authorized a tow.. So I immediately went to my local police department to file a stolen car report. The officer stated that they didn’t have my vehicle on the list for a repossession because they have to let they know.. So they filled report..
I called Westlake again the next day still in disbelief and a representative said the same thing I was only 6days late.. She then put me on hold and came back saying oh we do have your vehicle your 2 months behind.. By then I was horrified and disgusted by the miscommunication and the lack of respect they showed me… The vehicle has been sitting in my driveway not working due to the company I retrieved it from another ripoff.. But I did my duty by continuing paying on this vehicle.. My feelings are hurt because of the way that I was treated!!! I never deserved this treatment!!!

The rep was helpful and reassured me about my options! We went through payment options and to set up an arrangement if needed. She was very thorough. I asked the rep about her day and hope it was ending soon and that any customer who had her today was lucky because she was also very friendly.

I needed to change my address and I signed up for automatic payments. They did a very good job. Very kind and polite. I would definitely recommend getting a loan from these guys. They will help you with everything that is needed for the loan.
