Santiago ** is the absolutely rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I was customer at Westlake Financial for almost 3 years. Everyone I have dealt over the years have been so kind but not him. I hope he gets retrained how to treat customers because he just treated like a piece of garbage.

Want to sincerely thank Westlake for the kindness and understanding they showed me during one of the hardest moments of my life. I was three months behind on my payment due to extreme hardship, and instead of immediately moving toward repossession, they actually listened. The representative took the time to understand my situation and even acknowledged that repossessing my vehicle right now would negatively impact an ongoing case I have with CarMax. That level of awareness and humanity meant everything to me.
Not only did they not repossess my car, they worked with me, lowered my monthly payment, and gave me until February to pay. I felt treated like a human being, not just an account number. Compassion like this is rare, and I will never forget it. Thank you, Westlake, for choosing empathy and helping me keep stability for my family during a very difficult time.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Paid off the loan in 2019 and they never released the lien on the car. Trying to get the lien with them is impossible. They tell us you haven’t been a customer since 2019 and we are under no obligation to release the lien.

Westlake Financial is, without a doubt, the WORST financial institution I have ever dealt with. They are a "sub-prime" lender, meaning, they tend to service people with low credit scores who cannot get funded with Prime lenders. 1. I actually have an 800 credit score, and wanted to pay cash for the vehicle, but the car dealer I worked with would only give me their best price if I financed. So I agreed, and unfortunately, they signed me up with Westlake Financial. 2. I tried to make a large payment online, but the maximum payment allowed was $2000. When I got my next statement, there was a $25 insufficient funds fee. 3. I tried to call their Customer Service line, and was connected to "Taylor", an AI. I kept asking to speak with a human, and I was disconnected.
4. I tried again, and finally got "Taylor" to agree to transfer me. Thereafter, literally every 20 seconds, a recorded voice asked, "Hi, are you still there?" I answered "Yes" and it responded, "I am connecting you to someone who can assist you." This repeated itself EVERY 20 SECONDS for an entire hour, after which, the call was disconnected.
5. I called back again the next day, and finally got through to a human. He reviewed my account and said the NSF fee cannot be reversed. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor, which took 20 minutes. 6. The supervisor then told me that I had provided the wrong bank information, which is why the payment was declined, and the NSF fee was charged. I told her that Westlake never advised me of this, and submitted the payment again, and this time it cleared. This was clearly an error on their part, since the same bank information allowed the payment to be completed the second time, so I had NOT given the wrong information. The supervisor then said that she would escalate the request to reverse the NSF fee, but it would take 2-3 business days.
7. I have dealt with nothing but incompetence and apathy from all levels at Westlake. I was supposed to keep the loan open for a minimum number of months, but I am paying it off in full NOW so I don't have to ever deal with them again. And I am going to complain to the car dealer for ever getting me involved with them in the first place.

So Far it's been pretty crappy! As soon as I got financed for $10,000 car purchase through the used car dealer, I wanted to pay down their $15,221.50 loan and avoid some of that interest. No luck! it doesn't matter if you pay off the principal early, they apparently don't reduce the financed interest! Anyway, I tried to make a $10,000 payment on-line towards my now $15,221.88 balance, the online system limited me to only a $8,500.00 payment. I had to call into the service center and pay the remaining $1,580.44 over the phone. This posted the next day! Guess what, their system calculates interest on a daily basis anyway based on that days' balance (SCAM ALERT #1). Then I find out that someone had already initiated an automatic payment to them from my account under the name of WF #### MONTGOMERY SHAWN ACH MISCELLANEOUS DEBIT (SCAM ALERT #2).
I had no idea who this was! I had to contact my bank to find out the requester was "Westlake Financial". There have been three of these debits so far! (I had my bank reverse the first one.) None of the three show up in my payment history on-line (SCAM ALERT #3). I'm still working on getting this all resolved since every time I call the customer service number the system HAS NO option to speak to a live person.

This company has ignored my concerns with the purchase of a vehicle. They hold the financing. I have sent in documents pertaining to the diagnosis, warranty issues and the issues with the vehicle. The fraud department has not contacted me at all in 2 months. They wait until a payment is due to send the contract back to the dealer with my payment made to them. They then tell me that my account is under review and they rejected my paperwork pertaining to the fraud from the dealer. This is outrageous and very unprofessional. They did not inform me of anything regarding my account or from the Fraud Investigation. This is by far ridiculous.

I am writing to formally complain about a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience I had with a Westlake representative when I contacted your company regarding a past-due email I received. The payment in question was due on 12/16/25, and I made the payment on the same day. However, the representative informed me that because the payment was made on the East Coast and the bank is on the West Coast, the system did not recognize it as timely. I contacted Westlake simply to seek clarification on this issue.
When I asked whether any late fees would be applied, the representative abruptly shifted the conversation to credit reporting instead of addressing my question. When I attempted to ask for clarification, I was told that he had already “repeated himself” and stated that if I did not understand, he would send me the contract. I did not request a copy of my contract; I was only asking for clarification. At no point should asking reasonable questions result in a dismissive or condescending response.
I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected. I called back four additional times, and each call resulted in being disconnected as well. As a customer attempting to resolve a billing concern, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Ultimately, my issue was never addressed. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment from a customer service representative. This interaction left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the level of professionalism being demonstrated. I strongly believe the representative’s conduct should be reviewed, and additional coaching or training should be provided to ensure customers are treated with respect and courtesy. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appreciate a response addressing both the payment issue and the customer service experience.

I'm three months in with on time payments and now I received an email that they would like to change my payment due date to an earlier one? I've never had this happen to me before and I like my current date, so I ignored the email. There is no way I'm making an on time payment just for them to charge me another payment two weeks from now! Also, I was denied by them for a car loan and when another bank was willing to take me they changed their mind?! Idk what to do but my dad has told me just to wait 3 more months and refinance with the other bank.

Also the agent stated that I would be getting a letter in my email in 3 business days about the extension. I didn't get it.,, I've been calling company several times to get things straightened out but nothing resolved yet. I finally talked to another agent and was told I'm not qualified to get an extension and that it had to be reviewed. Avoid Westlake Financial at All Costs! Less than 1 star if I could, I would strongly advise steering clear of Westlake Financial if you're considering financing a car. Their practices are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. The level of harassment I experienced was truly unbearable. Despite having a payment due on the 20th of each month, they would begin calling as soon as the clock struck midnight on the 21st—constantly reminding me of a missed payment before it's even technically late.
This wasn’t just a one-time issue; they continued to call relentlessly, 24/7. I was bombarded with repeated calls to the point where it became impossible to get any peace or rest. Their tactics felt intentional and designed to intimidate and antagonize, rather than offer support or flexibility. The constant ringing became so overwhelming that it felt like their number was burned into my memory, even in my sleep.
Their customer service is completely unhelpful, and instead of working with you, they seem focused on creating unnecessary stress. The entire experience was nothing short of harassment. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for financing. There are far better, more professional companies that actually respect their customers.

I received the same original email when I first took out the loan - there was nothing about what I paid for interest. On Tuesday 10.28.25 my Kia Soul was illegally towed by Westlake financial and I suffered lost wages unable to get to work this day as a result. I had my monthly payment of $251.43 on auto pay since I opened my account on 03.11.2025 after having purchased my used Kia Soul from Xtreme Trucks dealer in February on the 5th of the month. I have paid on time, and have been wrongfully assessed late fees and a NSF charge, which I recently discovered. Reviewing my payment history, I have been charged late fees after paying on time. I have always maintained funds to pay my bills in my bank account. The only time I asked for a deferred payment was in June when I switched jobs from Zumies to Vans, but I was able to make the payment in full and didn’t need to pay the June bill in July. Now then all of a sudden Westlake Financial tows away my car; at first I thought it was stolen again.
So I called the police only to find that my car was repossessed. Of course this is what prompted me to call Westlake since I did not get any prior notice that my car was going to be taken away and this is against debt collection laws ORS 79.0623 and 646.639. They told me that I needed to pay $1250.75 to get my car back and to send funds by money gram, and this was the only option. They admitted that it’s their fault the auto pay stopped, and my records show the only missing payment is for October, however, they claim I am missing both September and the October payments. I call back later and the representative told me that even if I pay there is a chance my car could be sold. My belongings were in the vehicle including my passport, birth certificate, and clothing. I asked to just get my belongings out of the car and they gave me a number 616-288-3500 to call but no one ever answers.
Westlake refuses to give me the name of the tow truck company or the address. I have asked to speak with a manager on two occasions and they say a manager will call me back, but this never happens. I even got my mom to help moderate a call on 10.29.25 with Eleanor ** collection representative extension ** she stated that Westlake financial can add some of the balance to the back end of my loan, but I would need to pay $725.75. I didn’t have this amount but I was able to get a payday loan and with my savings come up with $500 and my mom was going to pay the $225.75. On the billing statements they do take PayPal but refused to allow me to get help with my mom using this payment option.
I asked if I can pay the $500 and get my car back and then resume payments on the loan with $225.75 also added to the backend loan and she said no, then hasted to add that even if I pay the $500 there is still a chance that the car will be sold, so I would have to pay the full amount $725.75 to possibly get my car back in 24-48 hours this is a one time last chance agreement she said.
On 10.30.25 I called again with my mom on the line and spoke with Aizel to make a complaint about the collection practices. She stated that they called me everyday and that since I was on paperless billing they sent bills. I let her know that I never got a notice even through paperless billing about being possibly towed having only missed one month payment for October since they took my car. Since I was on the do not call list, she lied about Westlake calling me. My complaint exactly mirrors the complaint of other customers on the ConsumerAffairs website.

When I tried to resolve the issue, I paid through checkfreepay/ MoneyGram at Walmart on time, but they claimed they never received the payment. Now, it’s been over 48 hours and I still haven't gotten my car back, despite them promising it within 24 hours. I even went back to the Walmart to confirm the payment, and even spoke to a representative of checkfreepay/ MoneyGram. They told me that Westlake financial told them to process all payments as next day process, even though I paid for same day processing! And that they show the payment was sent. This is Westlake Financial. Is it new? Car. Payment. Company. And it's a horrible experience. First of all. My date of birth is incorrect, not of my fault. So I cannot create an online account. The system wouldn't verify me over the phone. I press zero. I don't know how many times to speak to a live agent. That doesn't work. The phone kept hanging up on me because it wouldn't recognize my date of birth. So I put in my zip code. I was then recognized. Once I did that, I asked to speak to an operator.
I got on the phone with someone. He wanted to take my payment. I explained to him that the difficulties that I was having taking over an hour to try to get someone on the phone, because obviously something is wrong. He indicated to me that my date of birth was incorrect. I said OK, how can I correct this? Can I send you a copy of my driver's license? He said OK. He said he was going to send me an email.
I never got the email. So I used the day of birth that he gave me and was able to register online and make my payment with no problem. But my date of birth still needs to be corrected. I have no website or email. Address where I can send to update my information. Extremely poor customer service, and when you speak to someone, you can't understand them. They have an extremely heavy accent. And they're very rude. So I'm just going to make my payments online and pray that I can get someone to update my date of birth. Hopefully, in a year, I'll be able to buy something else and get rid of this company. Not happy at all..

That changed when I was connected with a representative named Jose. Jose was calm, professional, and genuinely empathetic. He listened carefully, clarified the process, and helped me update the account information and make a payment without added stress. What stood out most was his ability to turn a difficult moment into a manageable one—something that’s rare in customer service. Thanks to Jose, I received immediate confirmation, got the account updated properly, and left the call with confidence. I was approved to adjust my due date for the next billing cycle. Due to the 28th not being available on the calendar month for June, I had to change to the 12th of July. I reached out the Chat support and email requesting to have the change made for payment date the 28th with an agent 06/26 with no past due amount on the account. I didn't receive a reply back until 07/04 stating that I owed a past due balance $515 on my account. And if I did change the due date to the 28th, it would put my account in past due. None of this makes any sense to me being that there was no past due amount on my account until after I had to get the error issue on the due date for the 28th. I now have a balance over $1,000 due and that is also incorrect.
How did it increase from one payment to 2months' worth? Lastly, I have been financing my vehicle with this company for over 6 months and have as yet to not receive an interest reduction or am I able to get a 10-day payment write-off to transfer to another company that is more affordable based on interest rates and monthly payments. I am extremely dissatisfied and at this point, I no longer want to keep my contract valid because it's costing me much more stress as well financially.
I always pay on time each month and this hasn't been an easy process for me financially. As a result of this matter not resolved, my account goes into negative delinquency on my credit history report for late payment causing my credit scores to decrease! For the last 3 months I have been charged an NSF fee of $25.00 for my auto loan of over 2 years with Westlake Financial. I have never been late, never missed a payment, never had non sufficient funds. These charges are added to my account before my payment due date and, in fact, before I have MADE my payment, which is always made early by several days to a week.
I have NEVER given permission for auto pay and yet in one of these months that I was assessed the NSF fee, my payment was taken and they also effectively fraudulently STOLE AN EXTRA payment from my bank account. I received a credit for that. But they never removed the NSF FEE and so last month I overplayed by $25.00 thinking they were right as my bank account was in flux with extra bills. But, after carefully reviewing my account, I saw that my payment had been cashed and still early. I have spent countless hours trying to get this money back and these charges removed from my account. I sent them bank statements proving that my payments were made! I have even received confirmation numbers from them by email thanking me for my payment.
This month, they are now saying that I did not pay for my July payment, even after I gave them the confirmation number from THEIR email! They are twisting it even further by saying That payment would be for June’s bill, although that would be ridiculous as my due date is the third and my payment (overpayment) made on 5/29 covers my June payment. They are soon going to add late fees to my account, as well as the NSF fees already assessed: all for funds they have in hand and have for a week now. I do not know what to do.

Awful just plain awful!! They start with enormous interest rates, which basically puts you starting out over under in your loan from the get. Then you agree and sign papers accepting this obscene amount you will have to pay, because let’s face it if you are seeking a loan from this kind of company then you are struggling to keep your credit score in the lala range that most financial institutions require to loan you money. Now that they have you where they want you they start with all the game playing. You are faced with paying extra fees every month just to make a payment by making payments with any of your cards. If you don’t want to pay an extra $5 to pay your monthly payment they offer an app to download and pay with your checking account for free!!! Not so fast!!!
Regardless of the date or time you make payments with any account through the app they will give you a confirmation number which confirms your payment but they will switch up the dates on which they actually withdraw the money. Yes see they want their $5-$7 real bad. That confirmation number doesn’t hold any value and proves nothing when it comes to Westlake. Their god awful rude and incompetent customer service will just talk over you, ignore your questions and read and reread from the script they were provided, completely ignoring any and all the proof you have or questions you have rendering the whole conversation moot. They will hit you with late charges on top of the service fee equaling easily another $12 to your monthly amount, but wait there’s more….
They will block any attempts at paying any amount that is not what they are demanding you pay. They will have the past due amount plus extra charges for late fee service fee and tack on the upcoming payment that isn’t due for another 2 weeks and if you don’t pay it all you can’t pay anything. They will app simply won’t allow you to make the payment. It will redirect you, cut you off, say it was declined and require that you call and pay with a card that has fees. And the cherry on top comes when they start threatening to repossess the car you are trying to make payment on.
It is an absolute nightmare and unethical through and through. Most of their practices are illegal and they have been sued in the past, but apparently the loss they suffered due to the fines they received, wasn’t comparable to the amount they received profit from running these games and scams with their customers. I am stuck in one of their little circle games right now. Regardless of the card or account I use I continually get declined or denied through their payment app. I refuse to call again for the fifth time when I can easily just talk to myself and save myself the hassle of trying to explain reality and truth to these manipulative con artist.

West Lake charge off a vehicle that I co-signed for in June 2023. It had been wrecked in February of 2023. The insurance paid $10K in May 2023 for the vehicle which owning $5K. Gap covered all but $500. On our credit report it shows we owe $5K. I called customer service and they tried to off me a 10% pay off of the $5K. Not when they have literally gotten the loss through the IRS illegally for the "charge off" PLUS gotten paid a total of $15K from both our insurance company and GAP. The vehicle also had 3 VIN numbers on different parts of the truck.
Within 3 days, 23 codes was detected on the truck from a certified Chevrolet dealership's computer. We tried to get the codes fixed to include the transmission and was held off until our 30 days was up to return. In my Google review explains this. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS OF LETTING THIS COMPANY FINANCE YOUR NEXT VEHICLE. They are more like robbed me for the car. They auction my car after 2 years and 4 months of my payment and in the condition of payment was current. At the time they have my car and 90% of my payment were only interest. Here are my complaint.
1. **Lack of Notification and Location Disclosure**: After my vehicle was retrieved from an impound lot, I was not notified of its location. This lack of communication prevented me from retrieving my belongings and understanding where my vehicle was stored, which has caused me significant distress. Additionally, the accumulation of storage fees during this period is unacceptable.
2. **Refusal to Include Impound Costs in Loan**: I previously requested that the impound costs be incorporated into my loan, especially considering that my payments are already 90% interest. As a working individual, having access to my vehicle is crucial for my livelihood. I was disappointed to learn that my request was denied, and I faced further complications when I finally located my vehicle, only to find that it was already scheduled for auction.
3. **Premature Auction of Vehicle**: I would also like to address the fact that my vehicle was auctioned off while my payment was only one day late. This seems excessive and unfair, particularly given my ongoing effort to manage my account responsibly.
And they put the repo in my credit report. I have hard time to get a car loan which my life completely ruin by them.

They repossessed by Jeep and made me pay $1250.00 to get it out just to charge me $820.00 on the next months bill for repo fee. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am tempted to just give them the car back and just file bankruptcy to avoid paying these scammers. I used this lending service in a pinch to buy a used car. This service lacks many of the perks to being an online lending bank, specifically for the purposes of making you pay additional fees. Email notifications either come late, or day of to increase the chances of a late fee. Free payment options are extremely limited, other options are available through third party payments for a fee. Paying off the loan early only happens through third party payment options, for a fee. Of course you can send in a check, and by the time they cash it to pay of the loan, you guessed it, accrued interest and a fee.
Customer service is terrible. The selection system on their call in help line is terrible. Email help is terrible, and they offer no actual help. Do you need your title number to register your car? Can only be done through a DMV for (surprise) a fee. And through fax, no less. What year is this, 1990? The whole experience is hand crafted to make you jump through hoops in order to rack up a few extra fees. Predatory lending at its finest.

Kept paying my payments though I want showed a window price, a warranty. Was the only car they offered me for 19,000. You wouldn't believe the lies and things they did to even get me approved for the car. So now my driver seat breaks, and power locks making horrible noises. Never got a manual or spare tire even..Shall I go on.
At 29.99 apr. 490 month. Now the SecureOne Advantage warranty changes. My contract from 9 months ago says all covered from door locks to accelerators, seats, motors for the seats. All under my original contract!! 9 months later... Completely changed??? I should still be honored my original contract that I paid 2,000 plus for. Please someone explain why my contract changed?? This is the most poorly run company. I tried to pay off my car that I financed with a different company. Westlake bought their debt. So I tried to give them a little over 2600.00 and they told me they couldn't take it. I wasn't due fir 4 more days. Then they call me 4 days later to tell me I'm 4 days late! This place smells of deceit.
***UPDATE***. I was finally able to finish paying off my car. The paperwork they sent me for the title wasn't what I needed per my state office. State office gave me a form for Westlake to sign and have refused. So we are off to litigation. Apparently this company has SEVERAL complaints in with the BBB and in my state for the exact same thing! Just give me my title! Car is paid for! Oh and one employee told me it looks like Westlake tried to sell my car to someone else back in November! But the paperwork failed. Be mindful when dealing with this company and have your attorney on standby. Mine is ready and drawing up paperwork now for lawsuit.

I will never do business with this company again. I got an auto loan through them, paid it on time every month for over two years before refinancing the vehicle with my local bank. First of all, they charged me a fee every month just to be able to pay my bill and the only way to avoid the fee was to give them my sensitive banking information. A fee to pay a bill is theft in my opinion. You should never have to pay someone just to be able to pay someone. Then, once I did refinance, they owed me a refund and instead of giving me my refund they sent it to some other company who gave me a digital Mastercard. I tried to get a hold of that company to get my refund and crickets. I called Westlake back to complain and got told there was nothing they could do about it. Couldn't even speak to a supervisor was told I could try to call back later but that's just how we do it. This by far is the worst company ever. Run the overway. I paid my car off waited almost 2 months to get the title and they owed me 466 Dollars and some change after paying almost 16 thousand for a 2015 Nissan Altima. My loan was with King of Credit and they got a hold of it. I sold my house and paid this car off. They gave excuse after excuse about the title I kept calling every day and finally got that. Told me they owed me the 466 and now of course saying they don't and it was applied to car payments. What damn car payments, the car was current, I sold a house and bought a house, I was not behind on anything, had to be current with my bills. And the title company where I sold and bought the house sent them the payoff and called ahead and got the total payoff.
All they do is lie. And then went to the DMV with the title and they're not paying their tax part so after I paid almost 16 thousand to pay off I had to pay almost 500 on the 16 thousand in taxes. These people are not worth a damn. All they do is keep transferring you and lie and lie... all I kept telling them was I wanted my title and my 466 dollars, you got almost 16 thousand. Give me what is mine. Title came and they kept my 466 even after they said I had the refund. Please stay away from them and if your loan is transferred to them demand for it to be moved.

I unintendedly fell behind in my payments. I received an Email to contact Westlake regarding payment arrangements. When I contacted the finance/credit department I was told I could pay $43K, or settle for $32K, then over the course of 8 phone calls (same day) I was assured they would settle for $25K. During the call I was told I was irresponsible, I should grow up and handle my finances better. This person stated they were my account manager, no one was higher than them and "it is what it is". He also hung up on me. I left 6 messages for a supervisor to contact me over 6 hours and never received a call back.
One agent "Mike" told me he had 3 kids, 2 personal loans and was unsure how I could come up with the funds to make a $25k payment and doubted my financial creditability. He continued to ask how much was in my bank account, how much I received in my taxes and if I had money elsewhere. He said he might be able to offer me a lower amount to settle but needed my base. I asked for $18k. He said he would ask. At the end of the call (20mins) he said he didn't think it would be approved. He wasted my time. Truly, the call went from asking my personal life details to "yea, yea, I doubt they will approve that".
I have asked each Westlake agent to bring my account current and continue making payments however was told Westlake does not want me as a customer, they would rather write me off (me as an individual) and sell my vehicle. I offered to send minimum payments to keep the account open and was denied. I asked to speak with someone who makes these decisions, the CEO, someone in power and was told "this is how it is". Finally they tracked down a Supervisor. The whole $25K was a lie, it was "never approved" although 3 agents told me they saw it, one agent was sending me a letter.
To sum it up, 3 Agents told me if I made a payment of $25K today they would release my vehicle to me. It turns out that was a lie. They wanted me to give them $25k and then take my vehicle from me. This company will "I'm sorry you feel that way", "we are sorry for the confusion", "we will use this for training purposes", "we will check out records", "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". All empty, empty, empty. I'm asking them to "Right to cure the default". Help me out Westlake.

I leased a car though American Car Center in 2019. The lease ended in June of 2022. Because the amount left to own the car was less than $3k and we'd already paid 3x the KBB, we agreed to pay the remainder of the sale price to own the vehicle outright over the next four months. We made the last payment in Sept 2022. American Car Center told us they would transfer the title electronically to the Florida tag/title system. They never did, despite us calling every week. They shut down and we didn't know who to contact. We paid almost $23k for the vehicle that is barely worth $5k. NEARLY TWO YEARS LATER, we wake up in the middle of the week to see my car being REPOSSESSED.
This company gave us no warning. We never spoke to them at point. We never received any mail, got any phone calls, or emails, other than a single generic email that gave no indication that Westlake was anything but random spam hoping to lure vulnerable people into trying to get loans. I can't get through to anyone on the phone. My husband created an account on the website and the only info it states is we owe a $200 service fee (FOR WHAT???? WE DIDN'T/DON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR THEM TO SERVICE!) and now there's a $400 "recover fee" plus whatever the impound lot is charging! I'm so angry and feel so helpless. This is the biggest scam.

They then thanked us for choosing Westlake and ended the call. So car gets shipped from Mass. to Va and we put $1300 down.
Fast forward 3 days later and Westlake calls saying "They need proof of employment????" We sent that and all financial records including sign in credentials to all of our banks when they did the approval and also sent to the dealer who also sent to them. So we sent AGAIN TODAY TWICE! YES 2 MORE TIMES TODAY!!! And the absolutely rude person on the phone claims "They still didn't receive the email????" Flat out lie as we are told when our email is received.
