Vanderbilt Mortgage's lending process was easier than I expected and I liked it. The reps walked me step-by-by, explaining everything and they answered all the questions that I had. They were easy to get a hold of and they got a hold of me when they needed to. There wasn't a bunch of waiting around with them. They worked with me and just called me on times I was available.

Vanderbilt called me to get information and they had everything laid out as far as with flood insurance. I applied to other loan companies and they didn’t have all that information. They had basically just the loan, whereas, Vanderbilt had everything together. The application and underwriting process with Vanderbilt took about a month. However, it took a little longer to get my actual loan amount.
I didn’t see what my actual monthly note would be until I went to pick a loan company. The other companies had emailed me their layout and it was after I decided to go with Vanderbilt that I had actually got the stuff in the mail. But other than that, they're very transparent about everything. I knew the loan estimate and it was only $10 off of what the original quote was. So, they were pretty much on point. The people at Vanderbilt kept me up-to-date on everything they were doing. They gave me a number to call, and whenever I called, I was able to connect with the person I needed to get in touch with. I would recommend them to others.

Vanderbilt was able to help me change from FHA to conventional loan pretty quickly. It enabled me to keep my down payment down and I felt like they went the extra mile for me. But application and underwriting process took about five months, though it wasn't their fault. Vanderbilt's reps were great. They were polite and easy to work with. They answered my questions and were quick to get back with me. It was Ashley and a gentleman who'd done most of it. If I had any questions and I called them when they were busy, they called me back and they were very helpful in explaining steps to me. So, the financing part was the best experience in this whole process. And when I went into closing, I was aware of what was going on before I got there, so there wasn’t any kind of surprises.

Vanderbilt offered less interest rates and lowered down payments. They personalized my loan, too, by going bi-weekly. In doing so, it made the payments less. The application and underwriting process took three weeks. Communicating with them during the home loan process went pretty smoothly as well. It was not difficult at all. There were three people who called me three times a week to make sure that everything that I needed to do for a house was done, and they were all pretty nice. Every time they called, they asked me if I had any questions. Going with Vanderbilt is a lot smoother and easier than going through a bank. Everything was pretty good and it didn’t take too long.

We met with a Vanderbilt rep in Chattanooga and she was nice. The process was also fast. They called and were polite and explained everything like it should've been explained. I liked the way their rep handled things. If we needed her, we could call her and she was always there. She would see if we needed anything and if there was any way she could help us. She didn't put us off on anybody else. Vanderbilt made sure everything went smoothly and would usually address our concerns right then and there. I appreciate them. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

We did the pre-application with Vanderbilt Mortgage within an hour and, after that, the entire process took about a month. The loan process was fine and if we had any questions, we could call them and talk to them. If I had any issues, like if we did not understand what was going on, the reps would explain it. It was very easy to conduct business with Vanderbilt.

I was very pleased with the whole process at Vanderbilt. The actual application took a couple of weeks from start to finish. It didn't take that long and everything was done online. The Vanderbilt team was really good at keeping people up-to-date. It was easy to communicate with them during the whole loan process. Every time I corresponded with them, there were no problems. If they didn't answer, they will call me back. My rep, Lauren, was quick about getting back with me and she was very professional. She did really good. She's very knowledgeable and she answered all of our questions. After everything was there, we read all the documents were in order and in line and it was easy to understand. It was my first time buying a home, and my experience with Vanderbilt was good.

The application and underwriting process with Vanderbilt wasn't very long and within two weeks, I had an answer. They were very good about getting only the documents you needed and not having to gather a bunch of stuff to ship off to them. It was wonderful talking to the dealership about the home. They did a fabulous job and everything was very clear. The rep, Kit, was always very friendly, gave an idea upfront and he was right on the money with his estimates. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with.

Vanderbilt was helping us lower our monthly payments, as low as they could. The specialist I dealt with helped me calculate how much to put down as a downpayment to get under a certain amount for monthly payments. He had an answer to every question I had, and he made me feel like there was never a stupid question. It took about a month from the paperwork to when we were accepted, and the lending process was all great. Communicating with them was easy and they responded right away. They made it very clear about what my husband and I were signing to understand everything.

There were no surprises in the lending process at Vanderbilt Mortgage. The loan specialist explained everything. Whenever I had a question, she answered them and cleared things up for me. Our communication was good. They kept us well-informed. She would call and let me know what was going on. Then she went over with everything, itemized, and went over it with us to let us know what was going on. The application and underwriting process didn’t take long at all. The holdup was our well because they had to keep digging it deeper and deeper and we needed a little bit more money. But once it got settled, it went pretty fast.

Conducting business with Vanderbilt Mortgage was very easy. The application and the underwriting process took about four days. The people I talked to were willing to work with me at all extents. I was very pleased with the knowledge they had. They were also very kind, and they went above and beyond to help me out. One woman helped fill me in on the information I needed for the trailer placements. In addition to that, she gave me her number with her extension if I had questions. She was also very responsive. She tried to get back in touch with me as soon as she could and answer all my questions. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Vanderbilt.

The process at Vanderbilt was smooth and very transparent. It took about a week and a half, and they helped out as much as they could. I was talking to four different people and they all did a good job. It was also very easy to communicate with them. I would just pick up the phone and leave a message. I would ask that they call me and they would get back to me within the day. Because of the shifts I work, we played phone tag for a couple of hours. But when I finally got through to them, it went well. In fact, they were always up on it, calling me and giving me a status report on everything. They would call me if they needed something, like a piece of paperwork somewhere. The whole process was good.

The reps that I worked with at Vanderbilt were great. I went in one day and we sent the application off. The next day, the girl called me and confirmed. I went back down to the dealership where I got the home and the loan was all fixed up. There were three reps that I dealt with and they always kept me informed. Right now, my payment was supposed to start in September but my home is not yet set, so they called and told me the payment was gonna start in November. My first claim was supposed to be in December. They keep changing it for me because my home is not ready. They also send me stuff in the mail -- I got my homeowners insurance the other day from them.
They're very, very pleasant when they talk on the phone, too. Anytime I called anybody, if they didn't answer the phone, I got their answering machine, and it was just a little bit before they call me back. They would always call and tell me that they have completed a certain step, and then when they got finished, they gave me my full approval on how to set up.

I worked with Tammy at Vanderbilt and she did a really good job. I filled out for the loan and the next thing I knew, I got contacted by her and we were in business. She got on it too. She would call or email us and let me know what was going on. She did everything that she thought she could do. The process took about a month and I liked the fastness in the approval as well as how they worked with me. If they needed something, they let us know and we got it right to them. They did what they needed to do and got it done. I had very few questions and when I did, they reached back out to me that same day. Communicating with them was simple. You pick up the phone and dial their number, then you have somebody to talk to. I'm very proud of Vanderbilt. They did a really good job and I'd recommend anybody to go to them.

Vanderbilt was quick to get me a pre-approval and an approval as soon as I got the seller to get on board with us. But they couldn't give me a full-blown approval until my seller of the land agreed to do the contract. We also weren't able to get the loan that we originally applied for because the approval amount wouldn't have allowed us to get the FHA, so we wound up going with just a regular loan. Besides that, the process was quick and painless. Any time Vanderbilt ran into an issue, they were very prompt with letting me know about it and then what they needed to do next. They also told me I had to have certain things with this loan and that I didn't have to have them with this one. And the other loan was gonna be a better sitting loan for the land at home. I would recommend Vanderbilt to my family for a home loan purchase.

The loan specialist we worked with was really good about getting ahold of us, even with voicemails and leaving a callback number. That was amazing because we both work. We always had a number to call and it was really easy to communicate with her. They were also really good about answering the phone. Plus they worked with us to help get all our papers back. The process took about two months and we had a really good experience.

Vanderbilt's loan process was transparent to the level that I would trust them as I would any other bank. The underwriting and application process took a month and a half. We had to wait until the house was finished, and then we were able to finalize the loan. Vanderbilt is in a different state than I am, and they called me when I was available. They made arrangements somehow to communicate with me. They communicated that my first payment would be determined depending on when the house would be finished. And they were communicative in that sense that I was always sure when the first payment was gonna be.
I talked with my rep, Matthew, a few times and we primarily interchanged on email because of the time difference. I would email him the day before and either I'd get a call the next day or an email within two days. We got the pre-approval done and I have good credit, so there wasn't any other inquiries from either side. The next time that they called was to re-confirm my employment and that everything was done and we were signing off on it.
My rep helped me work through the loan process. One of the reasons I went with Vanderbilt was because we were in a fragile situation where we were having a temporary experiment to put the home on. We don't own the land. It's our in-laws' property. We're trying to take care of our in-laws, and we needed to put a home on the property to be able to facilitate that. And we hadn't found any other banks that would be able to facilitate a home only loan. So, while I was talking to Matthew, he was able to facilitate coming up with a plan of what could be the type of loan we would be able to do.

Vanderbilt gave me a good policy. They got me hooked up in a good situation where I know I can afford to make my payment and that was the main thing I was looking for, because it was easy to get jumbled up into something and you can't be able to perform the duties of it and you can get yourself in a spot. They gave me a situation and they helped me out a whole lot where I could just go on and get it taken care of through my account and wouldn’t ever have to worry about no troubles.
Vanderbilt worked with me to get the loan and they kept in touch with me. They sent me a couple of emails and then, whenever there was something that was going on, the rep would call me on the phone to let me know where to meet him ahead and whatever process that we had to go through. We did everything online with Vanderbilt and it was a matter of days that everything was completed. But after we had signed papers on one house, the guy backed out on us. He sold it for more money than what our contract was. We let Vanderbilt keep our downpayment and kept looking for another house. Once we found one, we applied it to that one. It took us a few months but as far as Vanderbilt is concerned, they've been great. They're the ones who gave us a chance and they did what they could do. They also explained everything to us. In the beginning, one of them even told us that if we paid so much money a month, we could actually pay the mortgage off early and won't be penalized. That was good too. Vanderbilt Mortgage is a good company and if we ever have to get another mortgage, we definitely know who to go to.

I am sooo very thankful that Beth in the Vanderbilt Maryville office was able to work with me in deferring some payments which ultimately keeps us in our home! My husband recently spent 2 months between hospitalization and PT. I missed a lot of work initially because his chances of waking up from the coma and actually surviving his ordeal were less than 25%. I never left him alone until he woke up and was not only alert but slowly recovered and came home. 2 weeks later I had abdominal surgery which took me out of work even more. We were financially in a very deep and dark place.
Had Vanderbilt (Beth) not worked with us and made the deferment happen, we would be packing to live in a box. Beth spoke very professionally, never made me feel like she thought I was feeding her a line of BS, did not speak to me in a belittling manner, she was understanding, polite and is now my HERO (along with Vanderbilt)!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Vanderbilt's application and underwriting process took two months and their whole process was getting a little long. Their lending process was good except that I had a few little discrepancies with their home builder. Vanderbilt can improve their lending process on having a little bit more communication or not having as many contacts. There were three people that went over my account that I could call and they all help each other out whenever they get busy. When I had a question, they answered it to the best of their ability and they would find out what it was if they didn’t have the answer. But if I call to ask and somebody else answered, they might not be able to give me the answer to my question. The application and underwriting process took less than a week. First off, I went in, looked at trailers, and found out which one I liked and wanted. I had filled out the application and I worked with Keith. He was very personable sharing with me about his kids and wife, and that he was becoming an uncle. I'm a teacher and he asked about my school and my kid. I could see him on another street, and he would know my name and about my family. He was excellent. He gave me his phone number, and I could text him, and he would answer right back.
His guy, David, got my information and said that based on my info, it looked like I was gonna be approved, so I should expect a callback from them right away, within two weeks. And within five days, I got a call. They told me they were gonna run my stuff, and then I have 180 days from that day to get approved. As long as I have the money by September the 9th, they will hold my loan up that long. I told them I could have the money by then. They said they would save it for me and they would put me on file, and I was good to go when I bring the money. It was very easy and simple. They were very nice and they would remind me and ask me how I was. They were checking on me, making sure that I was still looking, and wanting. They were interested in me even though I wasn’t an active customer. After that, I went in with my deposit. We closed the next week and we got the house that same week.
When they asked for paperwork, they would remind me about it and would allow me to ask questions. Or if I needed help finding or getting it, they would tell me where to go. So, they worked with me a lot. The lending process needs to be streamlined though. I turned something in to the local office here, but then the corporate office would send me an email saying they haven't received it. And so, they would call me, and then I would have to call them back and tell them that I already turned it in. Then, I would have to call here. But it was easy to communicate with them. They gave me many options to choose from to try to contact them and even directly screenshot information to their representatives.
Everybody in the office did excellently, was friendly and open to all kinds of crazy questions from a 37-year-old who has never bought anything other than a car. They went above and beyond. I called up there many times just to check and see, and everybody knew the answer. If they didn’t, they found the answer and called me right back. However, we’re having a little bit of hiccups with the water department who is supposed to get out there. It’s part of my loan, and it’s still not done. I'm about to pay my mortgage, and I’m not yet able to live in the house which I got for a month and half now. So, that’s a little annoying. But other than that, Keith had someone come out and fix the damages. Except for a few things that are needed to be done like the hooking up of the sewage and getting the underpinning, everything has been great and I already have recommended them to somebody.

Vanderbilt did a wonderful job. They contacted me before anybody else did when it came to getting me the best loan possible. However, the third-party or the home dealers were atrocious. I’ve had better experiences getting teeth pulled. Information was not being passed properly and nobody was contacting me until the last minute in needing paperwork done. The home dealer's rep was also not doing his job on their side quick enough to make the process smooth. The paperwork was dragged on in two or three occasions, so I just sent it directly to Vanderbilt to speed up the process instead of dealing with the salesperson at the trailer place.
Vanderbilt was a very impressive lender compared to a few of the others that called me. When my loan specialist contacted me and I was unable to talk with him at that moment, he said he’d call me back and he did. He called me at a better time and we talked for 30 or 40 minutes, then he adjusted my application to best suit my needs. He also informed me about what would best suit my needs even if it did not positively affect them and I was impressed with his professional attitude since square one. Other than that, Vanderbilt sent me better information that I may not have comprehended at that time when I was filling out the application at the home office at the trailer place. Every time I had a question, it was like they all knew about it and they all contacted me. The whole application and underwriting process took an average of three months but I had a good experience with the people I dealt with at Vanderbilt. I would turn anybody and everybody to them.

The estimate that the trailer place did on the trailer was not a correct estimate at all. But I was impressed with the way Vanderbilt straightened out the mess with the trailer place. I was thinking of putting my trailer back but they said, “Well, let us try to find out what we can do.” Vanderbilt has been great. I would refer my friends to them.

Vanderbilt was very easy to work with. I was in Canada working during the time that the purchasing process was going through but interaction was still there. Their reps were always available. They would leave me messages and I'd call them back the best I could. They put their process out there and it was pretty clear. They gave me a good understanding of what I was getting into by breaking it all down and telling me what I needed to know. I definitely recommend them.

The loan and underwriting with Vanderbilt weren’t too bad. It was a long process, but that wasn't really Vanderbilt's fault. They were pretty much in contact with us. They did a pretty good job as long as when we called them and had a question. They were trying to get everything through as quick as they could. We had to have a $34,000 to pay off our land before we could finance everything, and we had to get some payoff quotes from another place, so they took care some of that. They were calling and telling me which forms we had to have, so it was a pretty good process. They got us through but our house is still not in yet, which is not their fault, and they've been working with us about that too.

My mother financed a single wide with Vanderbilt back in ’86. I was there and I said that if I ever went back with somebody, I wanted it to be like Vanderbilt. Then when we went to buy a modular, we ended up getting Vanderbilt. So it was a win-win situation. It was our first time purchasing a home and we had read about certain things that you need to purchase a home. We tried to get much of what we needed to have and what we knew to have in place to make the process easy. But along the way, we ran into a couple of hiccups with some of our information.
But Vanderbilt actually made it easy for us to go through the process. All calls were answered and returned too. They were prompt and they were right there with me through the issues. When we ran into an obstacle, they pretty much showed me the right direction that I should go to get it taken care of. We were going through a checklist and when I met one obligation, we moved on to the next thing. We went down the list and it was a good experience for me.
The first guy I talked to at Vanderbilt was very positive and uplifting. He gave me the motivation to see it through to the end. I worked with a lot of different people and when we got out of one team’s zone, we went to the next zone with that team. Whatever their specialty was, we would get that information. Michael, in particular, was very helpful and was instrumental in getting me started. He steered me in the right direction and motivated me to keep going. A lot of people think they would do this and that then it would be over with. Michael told me it was more of a process that we had to go through.
It was a real learning experience. The process was not hard or tedious. But there are certain criteria that you have to meet and things that they need you to provide them with. The quicker you provide them with the information they need, the quicker you can move on to your next situation. Once we got everything checked off the checklist – all the information they needed, everything we needed to provide them with and everything they needed to provide us with – we then signed the deal. It was that easy. I would definitely recommend Vanderbilt Mortgage because they’re very easy to work with. It’s not, “Well, either we’re gonna do this or we’re not gonna do this.” They guide you as much as the federal laws allow them to tell you.

Vanderbilt told us I had to get our stuff in just whenever we can get it in there and they’d process everything. It took about six months because we held off on things. We were going to put our trailer down where we live at now, but it didn't get moved so I had to put it at my mother’s place. We thought we were supposed to get underpinning with the property, but I chose to hook up utilities. I was told that if I don’t get underpinning in a couple of months, my insurance will be cancelled and we’ve not even moved in yet. Overall, the Vanderbilt staff were very polite and they were good about helping us. They did really great and I’d recommend them. It was easy to communicate as well as do business with them.

The reps made sure I was all right with the price and they let me know of any changes.
The process took two to two and a half weeks to complete, but after we already started everything, my monthly payment had to go up because the land was not in my name. They knew from day one it's family land, but they had to change the price for my insurance. Nevertheless, Vanderbilt had great transparency and it was easy to do business with them. Vanderbilt Mortgage's application process used to be based so high where you couldn’t afford it. They made me feel like they wanna see me do better and they made me feel at home. And, since I work most of the time and I couldn’t take off work to do some of the stuff, they would help with everything that I needed help with. I had to call several times to find out what was going on with the loan process before I ever got to closing. We moved in a modular home in February. Then, it went on and had some trouble. The land we bought from my mother-in-law is in Wayland. It was around 90 days before they even started foreclosing. I live out in the country, and that happens quite a bit out there. I felt like it shouldn’t have been a long tie-up on that part, but that may not be as common as I think it is. But they looked out for the customer a lot. And it didn’t look like they were just trying to take the home back, cause I was surprised to see some stuff that I didn’t expect to be on there at all.
In the meanwhile, our credit card has run out, so my wife filed another credit card. However, she had to pay $50 extra a month, which she didn’t know ‘cause she didn’t pay it for three months while all this was going on. So I messed my credit up a little bit. We had to go to a smaller home, and then things happened pretty fast after that.
Vanderbilt was consistently in touch with me which helped me a lot ‘cause I’ve never bought a home before. They emailed me at least once a week telling me to call if I had a question and helped any way I asked. They were also more patient than what I would be. Our application and underwriting process was a little longer than normal just because of the paperwork and my wife had just swapped jobs. It took a few months max, which wasn’t very long. Vanderbilt worked with us. They were great and communicating with them was very simple. They said I could contact them even if I was working, and they would contact me back and leave a message. Also, the rep I worked with was very polite. Any questions we had, she always returned my calls and answered them if she could.

The whole process was completely new with me, so I was lost from the get. But Vanderbilt Mortgage called me and they discussed everything with me through the whole process. If I had a question or concern, they got back to me within the same day, sometimes, a couple of days of later, and they explained it to me. The application and underwriting process took a long time and they apologized although it wasn't their fault. Everybody I talked to was nice and polite and I would tell anybody about Vanderbilt.

I'm satisfied with the process as it took the right time and everybody worked excellently.

Brandon was the first person that I dealt with at Vanderbilt and because I had an issue with my land, I dealt with him on two different times. I had to go back and do a cash down payment. Then he had gone to another department, and the lady loan officer that was assigned to me was just as welcoming and easy to talk to. I told her all my experiences and I felt like she was on my team. I've been really sick and she understood that and she did not let me have to wonder about anything. All I had to do was get her the information that she needed. It felt like she was a person that I knew. She wanted me to get the loan like she was a part of my family that was pulling for me for all of these to work out for me.
Vanderbilt's process was done very quickly and she explained things and gave me updates frequently. If I called them, they responded. It was great. If I did my part, she was gonna do her part. She didn’t just stick me over there. She really did her thing. To me, she and Brandon are assets to Vanderbilt. They both made it seem like I made the right choice to go with Vanderbilt. And because everything was put in place for me, the only thing that I had to do was abide by the agreement I made with them by making prompt and timely payments to Vanderbilt. They were wonderful. I'm still going through a little stressful situation but I know there are still some good people out there. Vanderbilt made my dream materialized. I'm here right now in my home, and I'm very happy. Thank you, Vanderbilt.

I had done business with Vanderbilt before and this is the third mobile home that I have bought from them. When my other house got burnt, I applied for a home loan around the 30th of April and the whole process took a little over four months. I got approved in June, signed the paperwork in July and I was in my home in August. The reps were informative and they sent stuff to my mailbox in McEwen. Also, they were good about explaining about some legal stuff I don't really understand. This being the third home I bought from them, it's a lot different now than it used to be. I used to get into my house in no time but mobile homes have improved a lot. I love this one I have now because it has a lot of features like a conventional house and I'm enjoying it.
The reps were also upfront about everything and if they didn't know something right away, they would get back to me so I appreciate that. But everything takes time and like everybody else, my patience wears thin. But I have to sit back and think that it’s a business and I’m not the only one trying to get a home loan. It was very stressful when my house got burnt. I'm going on 70 years old and I'm starting over now. But everybody at Vanderbilt has been really nice to the point that I didn't have to feel all stressed out.

I'm a nurse and not a financial expert so it was very important for me to understand what was going on and they did it in a way that I could understand it. Communicating with them was also very easy. The loan process at Vanderbilt was so fast and didn't take long and that surprised me. Closing a loan with them was not hard at all and they didn't make me jump through hoops to get this. It's not like when I'm going for a car loan or some other type of loan with a bank where they try to candy-coat it. The Vanderbilt reps told me everything straight upfront, how it was gonna work and what was gonna happen. They were very transparent. It was the way it was and exactly everything they told me.
I'm thoroughly satisfied and they made it so gratifying for me. I went through a remodel of the grocery store where I work at and it's been so hectic with us on our job that I haven't had the chance to stop and look at anything. But, they made the process of the loan so simple and easy that I didn't have any time to focus on that. I've never heard of Vanderbilt before until I was going to purchase my mobile home but they made the process so good that I'd recommend them to somebody else if they ever look for a loan. My daughter and I both went through Vanderbilt and it was so great that she was satisfied with them, too.

At first working with Vanderbilt was ok. The underwriting process went as expected, but as we got to the closing stage that's where everything went south. We were supposed to close on the 65th of the month, but that was pushed back 5 days. Then by the new closing date we had not heard a peep from them. We have been waiting to sign the disclosure statement for over a week now and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company, all we get is the voicemail. Now we are about to be homeless because our lease ran out at our current home and we have yet to hear back from Vanderbilt. I would not recommend Vanderbilt because of the complete lack of professionalism and communication by their reps. Horrific experience.

Vanderbilt was phenomenal. They went beyond what they should have had to do. The people in Louisiana were telling us that we couldn’t miss the closing. We're still in Florida, and had to go to Louisiana. I couldn’t travel. I was sick. I got poisoned with some medication and I really thought I was gonna die. When I called Vanderbilt I said I couldn’t go and the rep said not worry about it and that she would do some work and call me back. She called me back in 30 minutes and had a place here in Florida that was willing to come to my home and do the closing. You don’t get any better than that.
Vanderbilt did everything they could to accommodate us with the closing in Florida instead of being sick and having to go to Louisiana. Vanderbilt was the best. The rep was also very clear. She went over everything. She sent the paperwork and then when I got it she told me to call her. I called her, and we went over it again. We started the application and underwriting process with Vanderbilt at the beginning of the year and didn’t sign the closing until a month ago. They wanted the 2016 and 2017 income tax, our personal and business. Our accountant passed away about eight months earlier and we had to get another accountant. We were in the process of getting our records from the other place and it took a while to do that. I explained when we first started the application that it was gonna be awhile before we have 2017 because our year doesn’t end until the 31st of March. They said they would settle with 2015 and 2016.
When we finally got all our records from the other place and I told our new accountant what we were doing and I needed a copy of our 2016, she said our old accountant started our 2016 but he never finished. So finally, I got that and then by the time I got that, our year had ended. They told me they would need 2017 also so I had to go back to the accountant and push her for that. We finally got everything squared away. Everybody's got their rules and they gotta go behind everything, so that's just what the holdup was. Cora, the rep, was nice and considerate every time she would call me. Both she and I did all that we could do with the kind of situation we had with our problem. We're happy with everything and I would recommend them.

Once they had me committed on the loan, they had me hooked in.However, when they brought my house out, that was the worst process. They wouldn't work on getting me moved in quickly. They would say that they had to get the inspector or I had to go through this and that. I have had my septic tank inspection plus my water and lights hooked up.
