    A guy at work and I were doing a little research on the internet and we were looking at the background of American Hartford Gold. Then, we put our heads together and figured out that Hartford Gold was the best company to go with. We also saw some commercials for them and the guy on TV convinced us to sign up. Their commercials seem to be well-made and maintained as well. So, we felt good about Hartford Gold.

    The agents we worked with were great and I've heard from one of them one time since I've invested in gold, which they were trying to fund. I already sent the money and trying to fund it all. I'm not sure how that works but I'm sure it's all done by now. However, I would have liked to get a phone call saying that my account is funded, it's got the gold and silver in there, and that it's sitting at so and so. I'd also like them to tell me my confirmation number. But maybe it's my fault. Maybe I got a phone call that said potential spam and I didn't get it. So, if my phone comes up and it says Hartford Gold, I would answer it.

    Other than that, I really enjoyed talking to their guy. I'm a business major and I felt like signing up with them was the best thing to shelter what little I have into precious metals and do something a little different. Plus, I took mine and turned it over. I didn't want to go into the taxes and I wanted just to roll it over into something different. American Hartford Gold has been good for me so far and I'm really going to be happy when the dollar falls and the gold prices go up. I'm looking forward to that. We're going to go to a new currency and I'm going to be set for that to happen.

    I was rolling over from a prior employer's retirement plan. But where I was rolling it from was trying to get me to sell my stock outside of that. When I called and talked to my contact with Hartford Gold, he said that what I was trying to do made no sense. As I talked to him longer, I realized what they were trying to do. It was nice to have somebody to bounce that off of. I might not have had that realization if I had that on somewhere else.

    Hartford Gold was very helpful, thorough and patient. There was some hold up on part of it that I was rolling over for some reason. They had issues with that. Hartford Gold had offered to contact where I was rolling it over from. But I worked in a community bank and it was in the same community. Hartford Gold respected the fact I was telling them that it was a small community of 12,000 people and there were personal relationships there. I didn't want the big guns coming in and trying to do it for me so I told them to let me handle it and they listened to that for me. Now, I'm still waiting on my silver for opening my account. Evidently, one person stopped the other person that placed the order and the other person stopped the other one I had. So my orders got placed a week or two ago for that. But that's the only little glitch I've had and everything else has been really good.

    I started out with Birch Gold and I found them to be crooks and liars. When I was calling around, I talked to a gentleman at American Hartford Gold named ben. I explained to him my situation. He said he would take care of me and that going with them would be a great experience. I am so disappointed with him. I told him that I reason why I bought the gold coins was for future grandkids that I had. He brushed me off when he found out that it wasn't going to be a huge dollar sale. There were a couple of times when he said he was going to call back and follow up with me but he never did.

    I specifically asked him, “These are the coins that I want. And if you can't do it, let me know now.” I bought six one-ounce coins and told him that I needed them to be minted 2020. Three of them were and three of them weren't. My son got married in 2020 and so, with giving gold to each future grandkid, I wanted the coins minted 2020. I was going to explain that to Ben when he said he would call to follow up but he never did. They were a disappointment. The whole gold thing is for an investment opportunity. Ben could be selling appliances and men's suits a month from now. He's a salesman, not a gold guy. I will not be doing business with American Hartford again.

    I trust Bill O'Reilly. He would not purposely send us down the wrong alley or pitch us down the well. And then when I called American Hartford Gold Group, I got ahold of Andy who is an absolute expert of making friends on the telephone. He’s quite an interesting person. American Hartford did whatever I asked him to do. I plan on continuing investing with them.

    I would like to have a feature included that gives me a monthly update on the value of my investment. The market value, not the spot price. A monthly figure that could be in actual money if I were to sell it. And then, the other thing is I have two accounts with them now. One is an IRA. I took my money out of the stock market and put it in precious metals with them. And the other is savings that I have accumulated over the time. And you don't want to have that sitting around at home, right? So I got it in my bank account, that little drawer that they have that you open. And an account with Hartford.

    I'd like to be able to take my required withdrawal from my IRA, because you get to a certain age and then you have to do that. And I'd like to be able to take that money directly, pay taxes on it, and put it right directly into my other account with them. There should be a way that that can be done without them having to send the precious metal in the mail to me or by UPS or FedEx, and then me having to turn it around and send it back through that deal to be added to my other account.

    I like Bill O'Reilly. He recommended American Hartford Gold Group. I liked who I talked to, everything he talked about, and what I could get out of it in the future. I trusted him. But after I bought it and put into it, it showed the value of my gold was $7,000 less than what I thought it would be. It upset my family a bit. And I started off on hold. It went to 7,000, but I was on hold at the get-go because there was a fee that the rep didn’t tell me about that I had to pay. I didn’t think that 7,000 on hold, gold couldn’t drop that much in two weeks. And silver, too.

    What the rep explained to me was it was in-ground price of the gold when he went to process the price of the gold. But it still didn't value the amount of $7,000 worth. That amount is maybe 6,000 or 7,000. So, there was a fee involved that I had to pay that I didn't know about, except for the fee of $190 a year for storing my gold. If he had told me that, then I might have sat and tossed in it, explained to my wife first why I did that. But that’s the only thing. I’m just dealing with it, hoping the gold will go up to 3,000 a month so I can get my money back. I need to break even. I was hoping I’d make money. I hope I will. Before I recommend a friend, I need to be upfront and say there is a $2,000 or $3,000 fee to do this for me. And then, I’d understand maybe more than get hit in the head when I go find out that my gold that has put into my equity is $10,000 less. And that is what threw me off.

    American Hartford Gold came from a conservative source, which made me decide to purchase from them but I left the group. I wanted to do an IRA transfer and take my existing 401(k) that was in position and transfer a number of thousands of dollars to put into a precious metal/gold IRA. They ended up sending me boxes of physical gold and I couldn't believe that over $45,000 of precious metals would just be left on my doorstep. They also didn't follow the instructions of keeping it within a retirement qualified plan.

    I called back my agent to fix this problem and he convinced me that I wanted the precious metal and the actual physical gold because the value is gonna go up. I told him that I wanted this in a qualified IRA account. It took weeks for follow-up and I got strung along to the point where I just said that I was gonna send this back and I wanted my check back and I would go to a different provider, which I did and it was seamless. I’m more of disappointed with American Hartford Gold because I wanted it to work out and be good, and it was not very.

    Their representative, Shawn, was really informative and he helped me make this transition from Ameritrade to getting money from them, which they were dragging their feet a little bit. The only thing I have concerns with is that to this date, I don't know exactly what the fees are. The depository is in Salt Lake at a Brink’s compound but I don't know how much they're actually charging me for that. Also, I was a little surprised that it was going through so many hands. American Hartford Gold is the first layer and then another is the Brink’s place. I thought I'd deal with customer service there at American Hartford and that they had everything else set up in their names. But it looks like it's Equity Line. That's the people that actually transfer hands-on with the metals themselves.

    I would recommend American Hartford to a friend. But the format that they present should include everything. It should have been explained upfront exactly what was going down, what they do, all the companies involved, and then presented the fee scale. They should even email a picture of the stuff when it got there because I was just taking people's word for stuff. Other than that, I feel more confident with them than leaving my money with Ameritrade because equity stocks are fixing to dump.

They were very kind, helpful and worked with me on what I wanted to do. The only thing was none of the packets was labeled as to what was in them and I couldn't count through the plastic and I couldn't determine what kind of coin it was through the plastic. I had to take them out. I was affirming content and what it was. That was not the best experience, ‘cause I know you're not supposed to touch the coins. But the guidance I received was really good.     I trusted the opinion of Bill O'Reilly and I decided to contact American Hartford Gold. The experience has been far less than satisfactory. I don't believe I ever received truth. I began with a great deal of trust in the person I was dealing with and now, it’s down to about 1%. I am trying to get my gold and silver shipped to me and it's going on two and a half months now and it hasn't arrived. It hasn't shipped and there are all kinds of excuses the account manager gives and they're wearing quite thin. My belief is that they didn't have the bullion that they sold me. I don't have proof per se but I’ve got back end indications looking at my accounts, etcetera.

As soon as I put in a request, I had a call back within 12 hours. We then corresponded back and forth, and everything worked very nicely. I wasn't sure what the coin looked like though. When they tell you what they're gonna propose that they give you, it would be helpful if they provided pictures of what the product actually looks like.     Getting that gold was the biggest pain I've ever had. It shipped and I didn't get it until over a week or so. It went back and forth with FedEx. The gold was there. They said no. It was on a truck being delivered to me. It was not on a truck being delivered to me. It went back to Charlotte then it went back to Florence. I couldn't get the seller I was trying to talk to to call me back. I was not happy with him. I ended up calling another person and he said he’d tell him to call me but he didn't. But I did talk to the owner and he finally got stuff handled. He was a nice person. He followed up to be sure that I got what I bought. That's what went well. I got it and it ended up pretty good.

    When I decided I wanted to purchase some gold, I went over reviews of different companies and I thought American Hartford Gold had a good record from other customer reviews online. I am new in buying gold and putting out good sums of money, and I tried to pick what I thought would be somebody that would fit my needs just going by reviews. I'm not very happy with them though. Things didn't start out very well and some of this is not their fault, but I started out with one consultant. They then said he had to go into a sick leave, and I got shuffled around after that from consultant to consultant.

    They also told me that gold was hot right then and there would be a wait time between buying the gold and having the transaction complete, whether they were gonna send it to me or send it to some place to be held. They filled my orders and they've given me some good recommendations on what to buy or alternatives of what to buy. However, once a transaction has been made, I don't hear much out of them. The wait time was really long, which I understood. What bothered me is that there was no follow up in between to let me know what was going on. If there's gonna be long wait times in between, I could’ve put up with that if I'd known what was going on. Each time I've had to contact them to get information, and that's my biggest complaint.

    Right now, I have a purchase that is going into its third month and I went the first two months without hearing anything at all. I finally called them, and they brought me up-to-date. I would’ve been happy even on the wait if somebody would’ve corresponded with me, even an email just to let me know what was going on. I don't know if they're short on people and I don't know what's going on. I'm being critical from my standpoint without really knowing, and that’s the lack of feedback.

The rep was very professional and courteous. I said I wanted gold coins and not bars, and asked what they could recommend. So, they discussed that with me for me to choose one. I'm totally satisfied with all of my transactions. The shipping was a little long because it took them about a month but that was fine. The least favorable of all was that the amount of bank transfer that I did was a little more than what my purchase was. I did not get that. I had to call the rep back and remind him that I had a deposit coming. He said that he would take care of that right away and it happened almost immediately. So that fell through the cracks.     I wanted to purchase one of those bars and American Hartford Gold said they had some. I sent my money and then, after they had my money, they called me and said they didn’t have any of those bars.     I saw an advertisement of American Hartford Gold from Bill O’Reilly. I trust the guy. So, I followed his recommendation. When they sell you things, everybody sounds so great and I really trusted the rep of American Hartford. I never purchase metals before. I got to trust him. He was very nice and knowledgeable. But then when I bought the product, it took a long time for it to deliver. He told me it could be the delay, but the delay was over a month and a half. I’d been calling him, worried because I invested $50,000. For me, it's a huge amount of money and he would not return my call. Later on, I complained to his manager. His name is Blake. He asked my representative, Kyle, to call me back, and he called and he said he already explained to me so many times.

    The last gold I received, it was two and a half months from the time of purchase. I didn't expect that. I was worried. In my age, I’m 71, this worry is not welcome, especially with everything going on and with corona. I don't need the extra worry. He said that he has a lot of clients, he could not talk to me every day. He would talk to the person in charge of delivery and he will call me back, but he didn't. So, I was still in the dark.

    The lady in charge of delivery sent me an email. So I have her phone number. I called the lady but she never returned my calls ever. So, I had to talk to Kyle. I had no choice and I was worried. The whole experience was very stressful, very long and not very nice. The only person who really took charge was Blake. Blake corrected everything. But I'm still in a limbo because Kyle sold me coins which I never found anywhere else and I couldn't price it. I couldn't tell if he gave me a good price or a bad price.

    From the beginning, I would like them to tell me in advance how long it will take, that I wouldn't be so stressed. I would like the people who do the shipping, communicate not only with the salesman but directly with the clients. Because when you talk to the client, Kyle couldn't really harp on her and tell her when a job is not done correctly. So, the shipping department should be separate in direct communication with the client. The client can call their shipping department, not to bother the sales force. It’s less stress on them, and they can spend more time with the customer.

    I had some money I wanted to see if I could make some more money on it and everybody said to put it into gold, so I tried that. I pulled up some different companies on the internet and American Hartford Gold Group appealed to me. I tried to invest my life savings into the whole thing even though I didn't like the percentage. They gave me about 60% of my investment in gold, and I wondered about the 40% that they kept for their operating expenses. The main guy that I talked to said it’d take five years to break even and that disappointed me.

    In the end, things didn't work out. I had a family problem that came up and I had to withdraw my funds. Some companies wouldn't let me do that, but they let me withdraw my full amount again. It was 50,000 and they took about two weeks to get it back. They'd had the order all accumulated and all ready to go, so they had to dispose of my initial order in order to get my money back.     I've always been toying with the idea of owning some precious metals, so I thought I’d explore it. And lo and behold, I ended up with some. I applied online for some information on precious metals and it must have been linked to American Hartford Gold because they called me then. The people were quite positive and it seemed to work out. In hindsight, would I have done it differently because of things that I've learned since but that's okay. The guidance that I received from them was fair. Once I made the commitment, I felt a little bit pressured to hurry up and get it done. I felt more time could have been spent on explaining all the different options.

    On recommendation, I bought coins and got a little bit of actual bullion. The type of coins, the cost of the coins and the potential upside were clearly explained. Now, I understand it's a fluctuating market and you can't predict what the prices are going to be. I ended up buying a bunch of coins that I have no idea what they were worth but I paid far more than the price of melted bullion.

    I found out after I'd gone down the garden path that they could not ship to Canada. I’m in Canada and so, I now had to rent a depository space somewhere in Delaware. The only way I can physically get access to my gold is to have an address in the US where the gold can be shipped to. I don't live in the US and I don't have an address so, I'm gonna have to wait till COVID is done and the borders are open, and I can take a trip down and spend a few nights in a hotel to have it shipped to the hotel. So, it's turning out to be a little pain in the tooth. The experience with American Hartford Gold was overly complicated.

    I'm a real big Bill O'Reilly fan and their advertisement said that they were supposed to give $2,000 in gold or silver, and they gave me one silver piece. The guy that I spoke to the first time around was pretty informative about each of the gold. When I called, I gathered that there wasn't very many people in the office so I figured he would be easy to get ahold of again. So I tried to talk to him but I never heard from him back. I got a lot of silver pieces. But I was expecting to get a little bit more gold.

    I didn't like the delivery service. They were supposed to get a signature but they just dropped the box. I found it late at night and I had no idea it was there. No one ever signed for it.     In 2016 I decided to diversify my 401K. I made the decision to add gold and silver bullion to my portfolio. So, I contacted the Hartford Gold Group. The sales rep I spoke to was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I wanted bullion, but he started talking about buying coins and how I could avoid taxes, because only the melt weight value was taxable. This was true, however, what he did not say is that I could have bought exactly the same coins pretty much anywhere else for 40% less.

    Yes it is not his job to recommend the competition, but when I reviewed my portfolio after the purchase I noticed that it was valued at the melt weight value. OK so I expected that, but when I changed my mind and tried to take advantage of their buyback guarantee I discovered that their offer was melt weight plus 10%. Which means that I would immediately lose at least 30% of the value of my investment. Whose is what I would have lost to taxes had I just taken the money out of my 401K, only now I will also lose 30% on top of the loss to the Hartford Gold Group, making my total loss almost 50% of my initial investment. Although this was entirely my fault for being so trusting and an expensive lesson to learn I can now warn others of the less than forthright actions of those we seek to help us. I strongly recommend that if the person you are talking to tried to get you to buy coins, HANG UP AND NEVER CALL THEM BACK AGAIN.

    I was careful to study on my own about who I wanted to buy from and I looked at Hartford Gold Group and the reviews. The team was a very nice group and I met so many people on their team each time that I talked to them. I’m in Georgia and they’re in California. You can see a professional website which I was very impressed with but not know for sure if they are really who they say they are. The guy, Adam, that I initially talked to, didn’t wanna go as low as I wanted him to on the upcharge. I got all the information and I told him that I was looking for a price that had 60 cents or something above spot. He said that it was normally a dollar above spot for a coin. I told him that if wanted me to buy from him and if he ever got closer to 60, he should let me know.     I was a little worried about the bank confiscating my IRA, so I switched over and have it now with gold and silver. Subsequent to that, I also took one of my CDs that was renewing, and I purchased gold and silver for myself and maintain that in my big safe. First of all, with them I could make a phone call and get a human being without being routed through 40 different prompts. When we were setting everything up, their team was very pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Then, if there were glitches, they made it right.

    There were a couple of glitches in getting our IRAs rolled over from Fidelity. So, there was some time delay and it seemed to take longer than it needed to, like over a month before falling out into STRATA. That seemed to be the biggest problem, but they made it right overall and I’m happy. On their end, Hartford was prompt and knowledgeable in giving us guidance in making our investment decisions and once again the Fidelity people were the ones dragging. But we won’t know until we start taking money out. On the whole, though, our experience with Hartford Gold was great and I would recommend them.

To my knowledge I received no such calls but I’ve been hit by telemarketers lately so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.     I wanted to diversify and put some of my money in precious metals. Hartford Gold Group was recommended by Paul Mladjenovic, the guy who wrote "Precious Metals Investing for Dummies." I called and they helped me set up the account. For the most part, they were friendly and helpful, and I did like the people I was dealing with. But I felt hurried in the beginning when I was trying to understand the investment and how they value it. Those questions weren’t answered early on and for some reason, the spot price doesn't have a direct correlation to the actual value of your investment.

    When I set up the account, I transferred a little over $6,000 but later on, I checked the value with my IRA custodian and it became almost half. I would’ve understood if the spot price had gone down in half. But I checked the spot price and it had gone down about 15%. That was very confusing and concerning to me. I needed an explanation. They were answered but it was later after I had already set up the account. That should have been explained to me upfront. I was also trying to find out if there was a commission involved but I never heard the response for that. I don't have anything against that. I just wanted to know what my cost was. That should have been better explained to me as well. I would tell others to slow the roll and make sure they ask the right questions before committing to doing the full transaction. But other than that, everything has gone smoothly in my experience.

    I checked the Bureau for reference and Hartford Gold Group has a good reputation.     Hartford bugged the crap out of me after I called them initially, but they’ve been very responsive when I've had questions and they've allayed all my concerns. They're informative, educational and professional. However, they need to be a little bit clearer about when you’re purchasing an amount that you’re rolling over. I rolled over an IRA and they did not explain to me with sufficient clarity initially why my sum reflected would seem to be much less than the invested amount. I had to make several calls to get clarification on that. And I was really worried at first because it seemed like I had lost almost half my investments. But they explained to me that they would be willing to buy it back at a certain premium, that it would be much more than the amount reflected.     I was scared of losing my IRA and I heard from many people that if our President gets impeached, the stock market is gonna go down. I'm not the person who would chase after stocks every day.     Jonathan from Hartford Gold kept calling me and they had the product that I was looking for. I had been buying Silver Eagles and I thought, “Ugh. Let me try something different,” and they came up with it. I bought some three-ounce silver coins and some one-ounce silver coins from them that were silver content.     I was checking gold on the internet and the bits of information they put up the sites. I was flipping back and forth over different companies but I just felt a little bit more comfortable with Hartford. Getting started was extremely difficult, to know what questions to ask, to get the answers that I was looking for in order to make the right decisions. But I went with my gut feeling even though I didn’t know exactly all the ramifications as far as what it would cost me and the differentiation between the different prices.

    I received good guidance from Hartford and up until this point, I got the answers I needed. However, I would have liked to know how much it was costing me and how much they were charging me.     I was looking at a bunch of different gold group, and I landed on Hartford. I was worried about the dollar and so I was looking for some safety. I then put about half of my investment dollar into gold and silver. Their salesmen were very personable and they sold me. They did their job very well, but, in hindsight, I probably paid too much. They could make less money. If you are buying cornflakes, there is not much to it. But when you are buying gold, they can take up what sounds like a very small chunk and then when you look at it, it is like, "Oh, boy." When you are a working man and they take $7,000 or $8,000, that hurts. But, I have had it quite a while and I might be breaking even right now. And so, I feel a little better about it right now. I have never touched it, and it is just laid there all this time, so, at least, I did not lose all of it. If I had to do it all over again, though, I would have made twice as many phone calls and have people competing against one another.

    Once you become a client, they seem to think they own you. You are unable to buy or sell except through the person assigned to you. The problem is they may not always be in the office. This can end up wasting a lot of time as they are not always able to promptly return phone calls. Not a desirable situation when dealing with values up or down.

    A lot of these companies contacted me and I was talking to four of them. But I really liked David. He sounded sincere and genuine so I worked with him.     I went to Los Angeles and a company was advertising that to protect your IRA money from the government, you should transfer your IRAs into silver and gold.     I've had several conversations with Hartford Gold Group and I bought some gold and silver coins from them. I’ve been with them for less than two years and I’m pleased with my experience with them. Sometimes, they would call and update me if there's a new issue coming out, or if they happen to get a nice hoard in from somebody. It’s nice that I don't have to put thousands of dollars in if I want to just invest $5,000 or a small amount. The variety is also good because they have coins and bullion like most other companies. I've been collecting coins since I was a kid so it's a natural thing. I keep them in the bank so they're safe.     I’m a participant in a couple of programs that particularly follow gold and silver including large miners, junior miners and the bullion itself. I was interested in purchasing some actual coins as opposed to just equity securities. At Hartfold Gold, there was a salesperson who was very diligent in following up calls. He kept up with me for five months and not in an obnoxious manner. If I said, "Let’s talk in a couple of weeks," he would call or send an email in a couple of weeks.     I was looking on the little tablet I have in researching some gold and stuff, and I came across Hartford Gold Group. I filled out an application and I was trying to do my homework on different companies a bit and they contacted me. I talked to them and I liked what I heard and liked the guy that I talked to. They were upfront and honest about everything. Hopefully, we won't have any problems. The dollar keeps weakening and my father and I want to roll our annuity into gold and silver. And the people we talked to felt the same way as far as what they've foreseen coming, which was the price of gold and silver to explode in the next couple of years, depending on what happens. I don't want anything bad to happen with this country but it sure does look like we're heading for catastrophe one minute, and then we're not, and it's too volatile and erratic to know what to do.

    And so, we wanted our money safe in gold and silver, and gold and silver are added lowest in the history and it's trying to creep up right now. But I felt like it was a good time to make a move and they felt the same way so we saw eye to eye on things and that's what we did. I liked the ones that were there but then I was thrown into dealing with some other people and didn't get a connection from the beginning, which is not their fault. But I've got to almost start all over with some different people and I don't know how comfortable I am with that. That's why I was hesitant at first. And I asked questions because I don't know where I'm at right now with all these new people. I was trying to contact them through the holidays and we missed each other's contact. That bothered me. But then, he's been understanding and there was a lot going on there in that time so we didn't really make contact like I wanted.

    So far, I'm good from where I'm at right now and I don't regret making the decision. In the very beginning, I called seven or eight people and said, "Hey, listen. Guys, save your money for this gold and silver. I've got the contact." And at this point, I would not discourage them. I just need to wait and find out how well they're going to work with me.     I wanted to diversify my portfolio and Hartford Gold Group seemed to be a very good company. Arthur, the guy I spoke to, was very good and nice. He helped me through the transition to transfer the money to where it is held. It was weird for me to do something like that as I don't normally do this kind of thing, but I trusted him. He talked to me about gold and silver bullion and it made sense at the time. He also talked to my husband and explained a lot of things. In addition, his customer service is good and I know that I can always call anytime.

    I’ve talked to him several times since then and he’s done a lot of follow-ups. He wants me to invest more, but I don’t have the means to. I know that I can’t sell it through the people that are holding it and that I have to call Arthur or some other retailer to sell it. I would then get retail value at that time. I pay 175 a year to store it, which is a lot of money. Instead of it sitting in a building out there somewhere, my husband wants it here at our house, which we know we can do. Hopefully, I did the right thing and that the gold keeps going up, though I have been told that gold and silver have been going up since I purchased.     I called different companies and talked to them. I originally started with Gold Coast. They wanted me to sign up with them and wanted me to take out just all silver and they were bothering me. I didn't have a good feeling about them. Hartford Gold Group called me and we talked several times before because I rolled over some of my IRA money. There were two men who helped and they made sure everything was in order for me to have my account opened.

    On the other hand, there were some of the back and forth with the current one where I have my account. They didn't send something correctly. David was figuring out what would work out and get it taken care of. I had to go to the bank and I had to get something notarized. My bank took care of everything, sent everything to him and copy the driver's license. There were a couple of times that the main guy that I dealt with put me on hold and then he would come back and talk to me. He had another call to take.

    There was another girl, Jessica, who called and emailed me to make sure David and everybody followed up with me. She wanted to be sure that I felt comfortable that they talk to me and everything was okay. So, it was good that I had another someone I could talk to if I needed to. When I decided to take on my RMD, David ran over the money, what I would need and everything to record but I changed some of that myself. I figured I'd probably do what he told me and then I figured I'd change it myself between gold and silver when I wanted. They were customer-oriented.

    I have had good luck with Hartford Gold Group and I have used them to purchase bullions. They are nice, real and they take care of me and give me good deals.
