And then when I called American Hartford Gold Group, I got ahold of Andy who is an absolute expert of making friends on the telephone. He’s quite an interesting person. I like Bill O'Reilly. He recommended American Hartford Gold Group. I liked who I talked to, everything he talked about, and what I could get out of it in the future. I trusted him. But after I bought it and put into it, it showed the value of my gold was $7,000 less than what I thought it would be. It upset my family a bit. And I started off on hold. It went to 7,000, but I was on hold at the get-go because there was a fee that the rep didn’t tell me about that I had to pay. I didn’t think that 7,000 on hold, gold couldn’t drop that much in two weeks. And silver, too.

It's a family-based operation but the personal service was impressive. You just don't see that much anymore. Also, the guidance I got from them was so helpful and great. Overall, our experience had been very professional, easy and pleasant.

American Hartford Gold was an honest group of people and they were easy to deal with. They didn't just do a one-time thing. They're just very responsible and they did everything they said they would. They communicated with me and everything went really well. The rep wanted to sell me some gold coins and some silver to make up the difference for the amount that I sent. I was a little disappointed but I went ahead and ordered the coins and the silver. They took so long to get to me. It was a couple of months for the gold to get to me but they said it was because as soon as we ordered and they put the order in, the COVID thing hit and everybody went into quarantine, which I understand. It was a different experience and I would have liked to have one of those bars. Still, the people were very cordial over the phone. Even with a little bit of my impatience, they were still nice.

He asked my representative, Kyle, to call me back, and he called and he said he already explained to me so many times.
