Everyone was very personable, friendly, and happy to explain things that may have seemed obvious to them but not to me. We had an examination of what I wanted and we had a conversation about what are the avenues to achieve those goals. I heard elsewhere that currently, it seems as though silver may be undervalued and then we had a deeper conversation about that. Once you are amenable to the idea of precious metals, it's nice to work with what seemed to be a nice group of people.

Their team is super easy to work with. They explain everything very well. I appreciate them.

I rolled over 100,000 of a military IRA and grabbed some gold and silver to hedge against inflation a little bit. I worked with Ralph and and Rossi and the two guys were awesome. Both of them went out of their way to make sure that my wife and I felt comfortable with this financial decision. They explained what it meant to get into precious metals and why you would do that, versus putting your money in the bank, and all the pros and cons. We also went over the risks. There was no sugar coating and no pressure. It was a pleasurable experience all-around. I will be continuing to use Hartford Gold.

The rep, Brian, was great. My first investment was 10K. I wanted to put the company through a trial run, and American Hartford Gold did everything they said they were going to do. I purchased again, and I'm supposed to get them tomorrow. They come from LA. The reps gave a timeline and said, “You should get this. We'll send you an email.” So far, my experience has been positive. I know I can go with one of the other large companies, but as long as I'm satisfied, I'm not moving.

I liked what I read on American Hartford Gold so I went with them and my experience was good. They were very helpful and gave good consultations.

Christian was very helpful. He even gave me a little more than I asked for just to round things up instead of round things down. I like that. I'm very pleased with the services that I've received. Their customer service was very friendly. As much as I know about metal, it looks good. Gold doesn't cover as much as silver does. But I'm happy with them. I would go with a little different metal choice next time.

The rep has been excellent with answering my questions and getting back to me in timely manner. If I had an issue with something that I didn't understand, he found resources either to contact me or got back to me with the information and sent me emails that I needed. If I asked for hard copies, I got them. I told him what my ideas were on how I looked at things and we went over things. We discussed different avenues of approaching what I was looking for to accomplish. I told him I’d get back to him. And I did. We went over the questions I had and we worked our way through. He brought up things and him being the person he is and the way I felt about it, I believed it and I've gone with him.

I recently retired and started looking for gold & silver investments for my 401Ks and to make my money safe based on the news of banks having issues. The initial contact was from Eino Hill, then Lou ** and Brianna stepped into assist with getting my money transferred from the 3 different companies controlling my 401Ks into an IRA based on gold and silver and not getting taxed or penalized by the government. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and provided me with the proper steps to get the 401K companies to move forward with my transfers.

The rep I spoke to was not pushy. He was very matter-of-fact and offered to help if I wanted to invest with them. I delayed quite a while and finally, I called them back and said I wanted to invest. Once I wired the money, they contacted me and we planned an order. They sent me a receipt and weeks later, they sent some silver. Sometime after I received the silver, they told me they were behind on the gold. They said it would come from the mint that it would be current. I still don't have the gold but they've been very friendly and willing to talk to me.

Dan stayed in touch with me for over a year, always being polite, and never pushing anything, and when the time slot opened to take care of everything that I had to do to get the 200,000. I haven't received all my shipment yet, but I did receive some of it. But I am very happy. He told me that there were different ways that I could do this. All I wanted to do is buy gold. But he shared with me about spreading it out between gold, silver, and platinum. It's cool because if gold goes down, one of the other ones or both go up, and vice versa. So it keeps everything stable and I like that approach. I feel safe about what I have now, as far as if the bottom falls out of everything in the world, at least we'll have something that is of value.

Their website is good. I could understand everything and knew exactly who I needed to call. I haven't received my coins yet but everything was good. I called up the repand he said he would check on that for me. He got in there and he said, "Yeah, it hasn't shipped yet." But then I got an email the next day that said it was shipped. Customer service is great. I'm gonna get the coins tomorrow. So I'm happy.

They were very informative and they did everything they said they were going to do. Their reps put me at ease. The two I interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. They take care of their customers. They explained all the options thoroughly. I was impressed. I was quite satisfied and I'm happy.

They were very personable when I spoke to the consultants. They were very helpful too. The only thing I had a problem with wasI thought I would be getting paper pamphlets to browse as opposed to going to the tablet. I have neuropathy in my hands and I have trouble hitting all the prompts. That made it a little difficult for me to get all the things I wanted. Customer service said they'll take care of it but it just kept on like it wasn't being taken care of. Other than that, they answered any questions I had right away. They were very forthcoming and they explained spot prices and their buy-backs. They can't guarantee a buy- back, but they are usually 2 to 5% over spot. Everything they said made sense. I'm glad to be where I am and I'm very happy and satisfied. There was no pressure at all on me.

So far, I'm pleased with American Hartford Gold. They have been upfront. I've talked to a counselor and to somebody that would verify that I made those exchange. I like the friendliness and that I could understand what they were saying on the telephone. They gave me some information that I needed to have. I had already planned to go with another company, but they were so good that I decided not to go with the other company and go with them. The way they talked made me feel more comfortable.

The reps were very knowledgeable. However, they're supposed to mail me a piece of paper of what is in storage. I've got the emails that showed me what I have in storage, but I sometimes erase things I shouldn't. Also, this was all foreign to me, so I've got a lot to learn.

To begin with, American Hartford Gold was great. It was just the time frame, which there was nothing wrong, but I didn't feel like that they were upfront. My experience is people go to the bank to withdraw money, and they withdraw the money. With American Hartford Gold, I put in a request to withdraw the money, and it took a month and a half for the transfer to happen. I didn't comprehend that it takes that long.

Our experience with Nathan, Katherine, and Abigail was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They were able to lock in a good rate for us prior to completing the transfer. We felt that they worked like family members and knew exactly what we needed. We were lucky to have them working with us. We rate them highly.

I had contacted AHG and wanted to diversify my IRA and we went ahead and bought gold an d silver for an IRA. The problem was the communication with the custodian. I would give 5-stars but had problems with custodian and needed verbal or email assurance but was not able to contact the custodian. American Hartford Gold was great. I had my first purchase. I had never bought precious metals before and I saw on TV that American Hartford Gold was offering $5,000 free silver with the first purchase and that was not offered to me. I am a little upset about the fact that they have that offer out there and I was not informed of it. I intend to ask Bill because it's out there offered and this was my first. Bill was very good. I greatly appreciate him. He gave me all my options and was not condescending because I didn't know anything. He knows what he's doing.

I would recommend anybody to work with Kevin and American Hartford Gold. Kevin takes his time, understands my level of knowledge. He was able to start from the beginning and have the patience to explain everything that I needed to know in order to make a decision. It was everything that I asked for. His follow-ups are great. I watch a podcast guy occasionally and he advertised American Harford Gold. He said that they're a good company. I had approached them before about an IRA and to verify options. I was seeking information and quotes. I worked with Chris and another guy before that. They were cordial and well-informed. They got back to me, followed through, and gave me pricing and options. I felt secure in talking with them. I would've liked to see more information on the American Hartford Gold website. But I understand those things fluctuate so often.

It was pretty awesome when I first reached out to American Hartford. They were really good at answering questions, even after the sale. Something didn't sound quite right to me so I called them up and they were happy to answer it and take care of my questions. My keyword for them would be verifiable. I was gonna spend money and I wanted to know for sure that I could trust people talking to me. The one thing that almost kept me from doing business with them was instead of getting the free informational guide that I was expecting, I got a phone call, which really irritated me. I almost didn't call them back. I still have not received the free informational guide, although I received my coins right on time. I’d recommend American Hartford to others if they were asking where to go to buy coins.

I figured I needed to change some of my things around. I came across American Hartford Gold and I contacted them in September. We started to do something. They said the process would be a simple thing, which up to a point, it was. The information I received was an email saying Equity got the paperwork and that they would be contacting me if they needed more information within a few days. I was initially told not to worry and that they were gonna set up a number or a sign-in for me. I didn't know when I was supposed to get that sign-in and they weren't too sure of that. They made it sound like that was going to happen within a week

I would recommend them. The people I talked to were very helpful. It was a quick and easy transaction. At first, I was skeptical because I didn't know how this was gonna go through. But, it was a good experience.

Their reps were all really good. I've not received anything yet to show that the gold is in the equity place, though. I got an email a week or two ago that said that they were delayed for some reason. But I feel better working with them since the economy is iffy. They worked with me just fine.

I called American Hartford and had somebody help me out. I signed up, initially, to transfer from IRA. Then I transferred my 401 recently. Steve worked with me for both accounts. I've been recommending them and I recommend Steve, above all. He's very genuine. However, I haven't gotten confirmation whether that's been transferred yet and it's been a couple of weeks. I've dealt with some ladies and sometimes, they're not very clear to understand. I have difficulty comprehending or I ask them to speak louder. As a customer, you wanna feel the person acknowledging you or you want that feedback to know that they're as enthusiastic about the transition that you're trying to do. But it's monotone and very low-key. It almost feels like you're bothering them because they wanna just finish off the day.

The rep gave us an idea of the process of purchasing gold and how much we would receive for the amount we wanted to buy. They spent a lot of time with us on the benefits of owning gold. They were very upfront.

I was surprised how much my account dropped in value due to the spread between spot and bullion coin value. I am glad to have gold in case the system fails. I did not really understand the difference at time of purchase. My initial feeling when I reviewed my account with equity trust was holy cow. I only have 55000 of my 100000. Dealer explained that was because equity values at spot and Hartford values at coin prices.

The podcast I was listening to said you can call the 800 number or text and then someone will call you. So I did the text message and then someone reached out to me. The reps were pretty thorough based on the amount of money that I was investing. The guy that I talked to was very informative. His recommendations were pretty good. He was patient with whatever questions I had, explaining everything and going through the process. So that was really helpful. He explained everything more than one time because it was my way of making sure that I understood what I was purchasing and the process. My experience was smooth. But there could have been a little bit better communication. It took a little longer than expected to receive the goods, but it was not bad. I could have gone anywhere, but American Hartford was still better priced. But when I was asking questions to a young lady about the nuances of the contract to purchase, she didn't know how to answer them. So she passed me on to somebody else.

A fellow named Cody is who I dealt with at American Hartford. Maybe it could be that I don't know what I'm doing and I don't understand the procedures of what they're doing, but it wasn't explained very well. Right now, I know that they received all my funds, and I got confirmation on that, but I requested gold and silver, and then we were gonna get back and talk together about the amounts. How much silver and how much gold. But I don't know how much gold or silver my money actually purchased. I got Cody's numbers in my phone. But he told me that I gotta contact the depository to find that out. I'm not very happy.

After everything was done and I got to the waiting for my shipment part of things, I started thinking about the length of time they gave me as far as how long it would take for me to receive my gold. Why does it take up to 6-12 weeks or more to receive something I paid so much for? Do you guys actually have the gold available or are you selling me something you only "expect" to be able to ship to me? Otherwise it was not a bad experience.

But I could not convince my husband to buy gold, so I was left feeling financially insecure. Through some miracle an ad from American Hartford Gold appeared on his phone and clicking the link led to Lou Cannon and the path to our financial security - and the end to my anxiety.

Have mixed feelings about this transaction. This company is very clandestine about their prices. They are more focused on selling you products that give them their biggest profit margin. I am not rich and was looking for something as back up collateral in case of an bad event. Not sure I got what I needed. Only time will tell.

They were very nice to deal with. They didn't aggravate me but they kept me in line. 'Cause with the way things are right now, you don't want so much money sitting around and not making anything. I was at ease with them.

I had a very simple experience. The only problem I did have was with the place that I was getting the money out of. But that really had nothing to do with them. It was more a procedural thing that the other company just didn't wanna let go of the money. But it was taken care of. We went ahead and did it the way they wanted it and it was finally released.

American Hartford gives you the song and dance and then, after you’ve signed up and paid your money, they would tell you that it's gonna be 10 to 12 weeks before you get the gold. I was looking for something to have in my possession and that was not what I intended to happen. That would have been something that would have come out right in the very beginning. But the reps were congenial and got right back on it.

Everything was good dealing with American Hartford Gold. But the last call I was on was an explanation of what I was buying and it was very fast and very hard to comprehend everything. I understood it all but it's almost like it was read fast from a script. It's almost hard to answer or ask specific questions when you didn't quite catch every word. You're trying to catch the next word so you forget the word you missed. So, it's almost like it was done on purpose that way. The reps should slow down when explaining the purchase.

In retrospect, I feel that they need to explain their price guarantee policy a little better. I have not received my metal as of this writing and I am looking forward to having them delivered by UPS. Know what you are doing, ask questions and understand the options before you. I recommend doing business with American Hartford Gold.

I have a government 401(k) and as far as rolling it over, American Hartford Gold would make the call and switch me over for three of us to be on the line to make sure everything was all right, and that they didn't need anything else from me or from them. They explained to me the company and the equity trust, which is where the money would go to first as far as purchasing the gold or rolling it over to purchase the gold. When the date came that was stated that it should be en route to them, they contacted me to find out if I had heard anything so if they needed to follow up. They stayed on top and I liked that.

Customer service was good and my rep would call me back right away. The gold IRA is being held somewhere else but the rep sent me some. The quality is good too.

Dealing with American Hartford Gold's personnel was fine. Their procedures are very protective of their own interests and don't make it extremely difficult, but make it inconvenient to try and do business with them. They wanted the money wired. If you're living in an urban area, it's easy to go down to the bank and do it. I live in the Sierra foothills, so there isn't necessarily a bank next door. So to me, that was inconvenient. I could have given them a checking account number, and they could have electronically transferred the money, which would have been just as safe.

Everything with American Hartford was great overall. I spoke with two different salespeople and then one final salesperson who picked which ones to buy and processed the order. The customer service was great. I got my coins. It was a box within a box, within a box, within a box. I thought that was super entertaining.

I wasn't really familiar with the whole thing. I thought that they'd give me a little background on it and tell me what it would cost. I'm always hearing that when you transfer a 401 to an IRA, there really isn't a lot of cost involved but it turned out that there was quite a bit of cost involved. The rep from American Hartford tried to tell me that if I waited long enough, the coins would be more valuable than what I paid for them and that's not the case. I made my first purchase back in March of '22 for the 401 to precious metals IRA. I made a second purchase for some physical gold and silver about a year later and that's about the time I figured out that they were charging me too much. I started looking up the value of these coins online and I'd find them for sale for quite a bit less than I paid for them. I can understand them wanting to make some money, but it was excessive.

They've been very good. I followed up with them a couple of times and they had always been very helpful and knowledgeable. However, it took a good while for the investment that I made for the coins to be shipped and delivered to the depository. But it wasn't American Hartford Gold, it was the people that were doing the shipping. The reps of American Hartford were in contact. They told me that there was a backlog.

The reps tried to educate me on the best options based on timeframe.

Before I went to American Hartford Gold, I invested some money and only had a certain amount left over. I wanted to move somewhere and they were one of the ones that would take a lesser amount. I also trust the point of view of one of the spokespersons, Bill O'Reilly. American Hartford Gold gave me all my options and did something I wasn't expecting. They threw in a few things extra to show me some of the better coins, which coins to select, bronze, silver, and gold. It aligned with what I had already heard from other companies. However, American Hartford Gold did one thing against the policy that I was shocked. They said no one could receive my gold and silver, except for me, and I had to show a license. I wasn't home and my wife received it without showing any identification. It could have been anybody or it could have gone to the wrong house.

I decided to buy some gold, and the reps were great. They were more knowledgeable than me, and they were able to answer my questions.
