This was my first refinance and I thought it would be a more complicated process but Kelly made it easy. I did my research before diving in and had a bunch of questions. I shopped around quite a bit before diving in and every other lender seemed annoyed by my questions. Kelly did not.

My dealings with New American Funding were by far the best loan experience I've ever had. The entire process from first contact to closing took 24 days -- absolutely unheard of. When I applied to other lenders, they led me deeply into the application process before telling me they didn't have a product suitable for my situation. New American told me the first day they had exactly the product I needed. My two contacts at New American were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt about responding to questions and keeping the process moving. I generally received acknowledgements and answers within hours at the most, even on weekends. To say the least, I was delighted and satisfied with the entire experience.

They did a good job with my home refinance. Marc was professional and excellent in rendering a top-notch service all the way. However, I will suggest that underwriters should avoid unnecessary requirements. I shouldn't have to prove that my w2 is genuine, neither should I be required to turn in same documents multiple times.

I’m my experience with NAF I was skeptical at 1st but they were so nice. I got paired up with Louis who did a amazing job of helping buy my 2nd home! I’ve done this before so I have to be honest, and we’ll this was the best experience I had funding my home mortgage. I was pleased by the service and also the communication. Whenever I had a question Louis was there to help me every step of the way. No wait time, no holding, he was like my friend that I can call or text whenever. I work night shift so Louis did an amazing job not only following my schedule but also knowing when I went to work and got off work. Early mornings he would message me and check up on things and get the things he needed and at night a simple text message letting me know the next step in the process.
