Blake ** and the underwriter were honest and upfront during the entire process. They kept me in the loop at every step. They did everything promised in a timely manner. They worked hard to complete the process. I would highly recommend them and North American Funding.

I appreciated Adam's candor and his f/u on all of my questions. He kept me updated along the process and didn't bombard me with calls and emails. It was an excellent experience! If I ever want to refinance again I will be contacting New American Funding.

Mike was professional, prompt and polite. I didn't like Holly who seemed to step into my loan at the last min, she was demanding and rude. Overall the experience was good, fast and completed promptly. I don't understand though why they mailed checks for little amounts like 35 bucks when I was told to keep making payments. 3 of the checks were already paid off.

I had a great experience with my lender Jennifer. She helped me understand things I did not know about. It was a little difficult at times and I feel some things were not communicated to me early on. This is no fault of Jennifer. She was constantly communicating what was going on when I needed a bit of hand-holding.
