Jason was so great and easy to work with. He was great to communicate and very responsive to questions/concerns that I had. I had first talked with Jason in November but due to circumstances of my self-employment had to wait on my refinance. Jason followed up with me and we picked right up where we left off. I appreciated his care and concern about my situation and Jason made the experience so positive. I would do business with him again in the future.

While our original communication with this company was active and open while communicating with us, our later contact was not. We experienced several issues when it came to closing due to lack of contact. Our original contact was amazing and tried to help as much as they could but it was essentially out of their hands at that point. As a first time buyer, we don’t know what to expect from this process so communication is key. When you can’t call or reach the people in charge of your loan then it can be very frustrating. I wish I could rate better as we really did enjoy and appreciate the help we received initially.

From start to finish New American Funding let you know when and what was going to happen and has it happened they let me know. Always professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone needing financing for their home. Give Jacob with new American funding a call.

Working with Adam was great. His response time and availability were awesome. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Being able to most of it online or through the phone was great. I was out of the country for a short time and was still able to work with them.

The underwriting process was a little frustrating but overall I was happy with Felipe and Skye. They really took time explaining everything and also just meeting our needs in this crazy housing market today. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

Talked with Jeff and set up to refinance our house. It worked out very well, all the information that was needed was faxed and sent out. It seemed to only take 2-3 months and Jeff answered all our questions set up the appointment for the appraisal as well as the final meeting to sign the papers. Therefore, all went fairly easy and smooth. The positive phone calls and emails from Jeff were even better!
