Justin was awesome, he was very communicative and helped me get everything through to closing in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to explain everything to me and answer all my questions (big and little) in a very helpful way. The title company changed final numbers multiple times and he did his best to keep me apprised of those changes as quickly as he received them.

Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process so easy. He being such a pleasant person going over and beyond the call of duty to complete my refinance in a timely manner seemed effortless on his part. So it made me very worry-free.

The underwriter was not consistent. This was the only bad part about the process. Each time we were told to provide a paystub/document, it was never enough. We provided everything that was asked, but still had to go back and forth. Very frustrating!

We had a great loan officer. He was very knowledgeable with respect to fees, interest rates, and loan timing. Joseph worked on our behalf and kept us informed throughout the process. Being a small business owner we had some challenges with underwriting, but Joseph continued to keep the process moving forward.

The service and personal attention we received from Kat ** were exceptional and beyond what we expected! Kat's knowledge of the financial markets was vital to helping us with the timing for locking our interest rate. Our house was due for completion during the ups and downs of interest rates of Spring 2022, so threading the needle of how much rate lock to buy vs. spending the same dollars on buying points vs. waiting helped tremendously for our cost planning. She was willing to go into the nitty-gritty of each line item on the Loan Estimate, running different scenarios for us and answering every question along the way. As first-time home buyers, everything was new to my wife and me. The most important thing we wanted was someone we could trust. She was there for us every step of the way. Personable and clear. Worked with the old mortgage company that was a pain to deal with. Email and phone correspondence was pleasant. The process was fast and only held up by the company holding the old mortgage and you did all you could to deal with them to resolve issues.

I had Ted as my loan consultant and it was great. He communicated everything and taught me how the home buying process works which I needed as a first time home buyers. Only thing I didn’t like was being switched between him and Adam.

I had no over extending problems with the whole process. I was made well aware that it was going to be difficult but didn't know how the process had changed just in the last 3 to 4 years. It started off very smoothly with some small issues toward the middle of the loan/refi..But it ended well..

Thank you for a helpful loan experience. Nathan and Tori worked together to help us prepare everything the underwriters needed. The only recommendation I have is that we reminded our team we were out of state approximately 4 days before closing, but then were given less than 24 hours notice of the deadline to find a local notary. An earlier response to our reminder would have been helpful.

Very helpful and supportive staff. We had a couple of obstacles to overcome that were frustrating but the staff patient and helpful. The hybrid closing was a bit confusing but we got it right on the second time around. Nadder and Jordyn were both really helpful from the start of the refinance.

Moe is a very personable guy who went above and beyond to assist us and inform us in this purchase. Moe even worked over the weekend to get us information and answer questions. I asked him to do a favor that was outside of his job role and he did it with no issues.
