The reps from LoanMart have all been as nice as they can be. They were good. The application process wasn’t too difficult. I filled out the application, they gave me the checks, and then they checked my car out. It wasn’t that long.

LoanMart was more understanding and the process was very simple. I went with them and my experience went very well. I was having a family emergency at that time and the service was perfect. I just had to submit everything through text message or email. As soon as I did that and showed them that I sent off my title, they sent the money right away. One of the first people I talked to was very energetic, very helpful and very insightful. I didn't understand exactly how to send my title. They texted me right back or they emailed me right back. It seemed like they were really there to help. I didn't have to wait like a whole day or two for an answer to my question.

I googled TitleMax and the person who was on the phone said they didn’t do title loans but they could refer me to someone. They sent me to LoanMart. I went to their website and did a little bit of research to see if there was any kind of scams and then reviews. I applied there. I uploaded pictures of my car title. I sent the title to them. I added them as the lienholder. Within a couple of days, I gave them my account information, and then the money was deposited. The lady I talked to was very helpful and kind. Thus far, it gave me the money I needed at the time of an emergency.

Reached out to find out about this and informed how when I called I was told that they have a loan they offer with the name "ChoiceCash" that is offered by them but did was going to be funded by some bank in Utah and it felt weird to me so this all makes sense now. I applied to LoanMart online and everything was smooth. Everybody there was nice and prompt. They were generous and kind. I understood everything that was going on. The reps broke everything that I didn't understand down which was really helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

I obtained a car title loan late last year. Due to the pandemic, finances became tighter. I was granted an extension which I honored however, came into a position where I couldn’t make the payment. I called and made a 57% partial payment. I get paid one week past my due date and told LoanMart I would pay all past and current charges when I got paid. The representatives I spoke with told me they could do Nothing and that they would have my account manager return my call. I didn’t receive a call and called daily.

It was my fiancée's birthday and also our anniversary. I didn't have extra cash to do something. She was pregnant last year and I figured to go all out this year. LoanMart's application process was self-explanatory as far as how everything works and Samuel was a very courteous and knowledgeable guy. He got the job done. It was quick, convenient and I appreciate their help.

The application process was fine, but right now, I have a temp tag on my vehicle. In order for me to get license plates for my vehicle, the license place wants me to have either a title or a memo bureau letter and I'm having issues with that right now. LoanMart said that they can't give me the title, but I have done title loans before and they have given me the title back to get tags.

LoanMart sent me back my title and it came back with my name spelled wrong. They want me to send it back to them. However, I don't feel like going through the mess I went through the last time my name wasn't spelled right again. I called the department that sent off the title and they are gonna get me another title. I'm hoping they don't misspell my name again because I would have to go through the DMV to fix things myself. Still, the rep whom I worked with, Alfredo, was great. LoanMart has great people who help me out.

LoanMart helped ease a lot of stress. With the pandemic going on, I got a little behind with paying off. But it's coming back together. The application process was very easy. I just had to give them some information and they were very nice. My loan officer, Maria, was great. She was patient with me and she answered all my questions. No matter how many times I called back, she was always ready to assist.

I enjoyed the business LoanMart did. It was an emergency situation where I needed some fast cash, and they were about to close. Everybody helped me out a lot. I don't know if they stayed over or not, but we got the job done. They were also very patient because I don't know how to send emails and pictures. I'm pleased with them. There was also a lady that carried herself in a professional manner, but at the same time, I could tell that she knew that everybody goes through things. She made sure that she helped me out. As soon as I got on the line, it was automatically, “We’ll see what we can do for you. We’ll see if you qualify. If you qualify, then here’s the amount.” She was good. I’d give her a 5-star rating.

The process was perfect with how everything worked out. The LoanMart reviews were good and when I applied, it was easy. It was able to be done in the same day. Another thing is that Luis was responsive and he communicated.

Applying was easy. I did it by phone and then Nam emailed me all the needed documents. He was excellent. He kept on following up with all the documents and I submitted it the same day (in a couple of hours) and then I got my money.

These people do not work with you! With Covid 19 both my husband and I lost our jobs. Loan Mart could care less so we fell one month behind (really 1/2 a month). I made an arrangement for payment and for some reason their payment didnt come out of my account (money was in the bank). 5 days later they repossessed my car making me have to pay all late fees that they told me they were waiving, the 2 months of payments plus a repo fee. Which I had to borrow to pay them ... They were rude and unhelpful. Now the lot where my car is doesnt answer their phones so even though my loan is paid in full. I still have no car. I'm waiting till they open this morning but have no faith that I will get my car today. I'll probably if were lucky we'll get it tomorrow. Dont ever use this company. We are so sorry we did!!

The application process with LoanMart was over the internet and it was simple. It was straightforward and the reps were helpful. There were a couple of snags and they helped me. Plus, they were always easy to get ahold of. I liked the ease of the transaction with LoanMart. I was very busy and it didn't take a ton of time.

I checked with the Better Business Bureau and LoanMart seemed like a reputable company. The representatives were excellent. However, they continuously called me every single day and I told them I was in the hospital, I was taken by ambulance, I didn't have my purse or anything with me, that I would contact them as soon as I got out. That was quite annoying and it bothered me. They should do a little bit better because there are circumstances that come up to where people aren't able to make a payment or stops people from doing that at times. We try to understand, we owe them money and they deserve their money. But they should be a little bit more understanding instead of hounding people every day.

I filled out an application and then LoanMart called me. I took some pictures of documents and faxed them. They sent me a contract and I faxed that. They also sent me a prepaid envelope. I took it down to one of the FedEx and mailed the title to them. Once they got the confirmation number, they deposited the fund. It was a very simple process. I talked to a young lady several times. She walked me through the whole process, kept in touch with me, and made sure I understood everything that was in the contract. They went over with all the different payment options on the phone. It’s not the best loan in the world to get, and it’s usually for people who are credit challenged and living alone, and they did not make me feel like I was a financial failure for using it.

Car loan. Got me the worse loan, he told me My payment would be $600 a month. I agree. Never told it was going to be be interest only. Now am stuck in that loan paying interest only. I am very unhappy. Soon I think I won’t be able to pay anymore since is only interest really bad man? He probably happy with his commission. Can’t believe he goes to sleep knowing he’s ** people's life. I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY FOR FUTURE BUSINESS WITH LOANMART.

The payments with LoanMart were cheap so I went with them for my title loan. The application process was pretty easy. Everything was through the computer. And the reps were real nice. They went out of their way to help me. I like the way that LoanMart does things. You're making payments on time and your payment is getting cheaper and cheaper. That's pretty cool.

When speaking with members of the team, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Juvenile was exceptionally helpful by walking me thru the process. I called and got a quote and they said that I could borrow $2600 and my interest rate would be 36% as required by the new law in California but apparently once they get all your information run your credit and basically leave you in a worse place than when you started they tell you, "Oh your credit and vehicle do not qualify for that loan but we can help you with a loan for $2600 from our "partner"," which is them just under a new name ChoiseCash then they try to stick you with an interest of 170% a year!!! AND this is apparently all legal because they don't give you the loan some bank in Utah does and then they still collect your money because they "service" the account. This is such a horrible thing to do and not to mention not completely on the level or legit with the new California law.

Applied late Thursday 4pm. Was told to multi doc need to be verified. As long as before 1 or 2pm. Same day. I had all docs, pics, what was needed for review that night. When time was 6pm. I had no clue if received docs or that approved. Friday came. No call to me til 9am or past. Was told need more docs. But it was sent. Then told will not be finalized until edocs signed and Fedex with receipt. I got edocs 12:31 ..Now all this was with much urgency. I did so within hour. Told again if prior 2pm same day. Even when edocs email stats need to be done before 12 noon. And the same with my bank Logix noon for same day wire transfer. Well now I am now over drafted close to 1000 dollars. Now it is Monday morning nothing. Terrible customer service.

I called Loanmart and asked what the payments would be. I was told 120 and change per month for 36 months. I did it all online and it was not easy. After the runaround with paperwork came the signing. I was then told my payments would be 211.55 each month for 36 months. Got my first bill and it was 201.81 for interest alone each month minus 211.55 gives me 10.74 towards my loan. I did not know that they were going to charge me 6.51 per day for the length of the loan. I was not told specifically told how they calculated the loan. They just kept say my payments would decrease each month. I was told it would be 195% x 31 days for my interest minus my monthly payments. I was mislead and told half truths but because I was in desperate need of the funds my opinion is they took advantage of that and reeled me in as a mark.

Unfortunately, we have a loan with LoanMart. A very high-interest loan. Due to the Corona Virus I was laid off. My husband is only working and I have not received unemployment yet. I called to discuss my options. They offer none. No Coronavirus help. No partial payment nothing. People are suffering right now, 1 out of 10 people are unemployed through no fault of their own! And this company has nothing. My advice is do not take the loan! Struggle through whatever issue you are having. I have emailed them and I am contacting every news station, hopefully someone will do a story on them!

I was looking for a loan to pay my taxes. I had $3,200 to pay so I got 2,500. LoanMart has good service. I knew exactly what I needed to do. And then the rep said, “Let me talk to my boss to see if I can get it down further, the payment,” so she did. I was happy. I was glad they were available and I hope I never have to jump through these hoops again.

I was trying to build credit and LoanMart gave me a good payback plan. Some of the other plans, the payments were ridiculously high while LoanMart's was very reasonable. I went in and they gave me a great quote on the amount that my car could get a loan for and the option that the payments went down every month. The reps were fantastic, super helpful, very concerned, courteous, and very helpful. That was another reason I used them - because it was definitely great customer service. The process took 24 hours and it was easy. It worked out well. I have paid up to a certain point and reloaned already.

Everyone was very helpful with the application process for a title loan, there was no confusion. They were always available for any questions I had, so I had no reason to be confused or unsure. It was a good experience.

Everything was done really quick. Only problem I have is getting the due dates straight. I get paid on the 3rd of everything month. But always pay early and I got a text saying it's due in 2 days when everything else I have says it's due the 3rd.

Everything is working out great with LoanMart. I took out my first loan in December, and at the end of February, I paid it off. Then something came up and led me to take out another loan because I was kinda wanting to build my credit up and I needed some extra cash in-between time. So, I was happy I did it because now, we're off of work. The Coronavirus is here and we're on a shutdown. So, it was a very big help that they gave me the loan again. It wasn't what I wanted, but I made it work.

CheckSmart told me about LoanMart and they gave me a small loan. However, I applied at the beginning of February and I didn't complete the transaction until the end of that month. When I went to complete it, it created another hit on my credit report. Still, everybody at LoanMart was really nice and helpful.

I used LoanMart a few years back and it was a really nice experience. Everything went exactly like they said. But this time around, it didn't. Every time I called, I talked to somebody else and they had to put me on hold for a long time. After I got the loan, I got phone calls like every 45 minutes. I don't have time to sit on the phone but LoanMart wants me to be on hold. I don't understand why they wanna keep calling me time after time after time. I almost wish I wouldn't have done it. But at this point, it’s done and I'm glad I did. But it was a frustrating experience. I emailed them but they wanted me to email them a voided check so they could direct deposit in my account and then they didn't do that either. So it was a long experience.

I went into one of the cash loan places and they said they worked with LoanMart. It was a lot of running around. They didn't tell me what I had to do. It was, "Do this, and then you get another email. You gotta do this. And then after you do that, you gotta do this and that and this that." It was a lot. They kept calling me. After I signed one paper, then I needed to send pictures. After I sent pictures, "Okay, now you have to do this." It was tedious and hectic but they gave me the money.

I get a ton of phone calls from LoanMart. I get one saying that my bill is in two days, then another saying that my bill is due in one day. I then get another phone call saying that my bill is due today. That's frustrating. Other than this issue, LoanMart has been great. When I needed money and I was in a pinch, they helped. Their interest rate is very high though.

The interest rate was unbelievably high. For $2k+ worth of Loan, I am paying almost $400 interest every month. I regret that I applied for a title loan. Plus correct if me if I am wrong, there were hidden charges. I asked for a detailed payment history. I tried to compute everything what's on the papers but I can't get their computation. So I decided to pay off everything in 4 months. Guess what? When I computed my total payment against the actual loan amount I paid almost $1,400 interest in 4 months. It will never happen again.

Truck title loan. Everything ran very smoothly quick and efficient. I was able to get funding in less than 6 to 8 hours on a Sunday and it’s pretty remarkable. Interest rate was higher than I wanted to pay but I plan to repay the loan right away so I’ll save all the interest.

"LoanMart takes pride in treating every customer with excellent personal service". From my experience thus far, this has not been the case. No matter the form of communication (chat or phone), the representatives have been condescending and rude. They definitely have not been helpful, and have not made me feel like I made the right decision. Bottom line, read your contract and make sure you understand what you're getting into. I will knock this out as promised, but will never use this company again (nor do I recommend others use them).

Everything went great with LoanMart. They sent me a letter so, I called. I had no idea it was gonna go through 'cause a lot of times they don't. So, I was really happy. Their people were very nice, just as sweet as they could be. I had no problems. However, it took a lot longer than I thought. But it was a lot of paperwork plus I don't have a computer. I had to go to my tax person and get everything faxed and emailed. I had to create an email for myself. And then, I didn't have one document. So, I had to go and get it and get it faxed to him. And a couple of them, I went ahead and just overnighted because I couldn't do any more faxing and couldn't do any more emails because of spending the money.

Kelyn was awesome in the process. It was fast approval, cash ready almost instantly, it took approximately 20 30 minutes actually 15 minutes, all had to was provide my documents. Other personnel were good in assisting. Like Linda. No, prepaid penalties which is great. You can off the loan early with no fees..

The loan officer that helped me was very helpful and made my experience less than stressful. The time it took to do all the paperwork was more efficient than normal loans. Plus, the quick turnaround time to get my money was great.

With my first loan with LoanMart, I said I would never go back to them. I’m kinda dissatisfied with the experience of getting the loan but I ended up going back. Through my experience, I learned not to pay them just the monthly payments because you pay way more and it takes forever. And, even if you are one day late, it sets you off of whack. It was really terrible. I got a $3,000-loan, but it was like I paid for my car all over again ‘cause I took my time paying it. Applying at LoanMart took about an hour and the rep was helpful to me. However, I feel the printing of their forms should be a bit bigger. The words are really small and it took me a little bit of time to read it. Still, everything has been fine and LoanMart worked with me.

WARNING- They Don’t Follow The Law. Received a title loan through a third party for them? Not sure how it works. Have paid almost every month on time. Once you get a few days past they send a repo man to your house. Well this guy thought my roommate was me while I was at work. Disclosed all the loan information, total amount, amount late, what car, etc... Even after my roommate said he was someone else. I’m 5’5, roommate, 6’2, no excuse on confusing us. Plus now with the new CA laws, not sure how things will be. Recommend speaking to an attorney as I’m doing.

No matter if you pay or not your car is going to be stolen and your money gone read the fraud reviews do your homework before entering any sort of contract with these crooks they have no home office and are in huge trouble they are getting shut down for all the fraud committed even their legal dept is very shady they know how to cover fraud.

Was very good and fast, inquired on Saturday got loan on Monday. Very pleased with the service. But thought your loan officer were available on Sunday too but got an answering service instead or else loan would be available on Sunday. Overall was happy to get the loan.

I got a title loan from LoanMart. I didn’t know if I would qualify for any other loan and at the time, I had two birthdays in December for my kids, and then Christmas. So I wanted whatever was easiest to get me the money because my hours were really slacking at work. The guy from LoanMart that I talked to originally told me it would be 205 a month for my payment. And then all of a sudden, when the papers came through, it was 211 and some change. To get a hold of him again and go through the whole process hasn’t been that easy.

This was the best experience for me. Very smooth and no hassle. Docs were easy and responsive via email. Communication was probably the best part. I hope service during payback is just as great. Thanks again for your effort.

Quick and mostly painless. My only complaint is that I was approved like 30 minutes before MoneyGram closed so I was left scrambling to pick up the money, which I needed that night. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the loan process.

My experience with Loanmart has not been positive. It's crazy to know that on a $5,000 loan have to pay back $12,000+ over the years and if late on payments that just extends contracted time. Even it's late within the same month. I have truly learned my lesson, times are difficult for me and can barely afford the monthly payments.

LoanMart's application process was pretty quick and easy. I tried to get my payment set up for my pay period, but it didn’t work. They set it up for when they actually did the loan, so it caused a couple of issues. The money wasn’t there when I tried to take it out. Specifically, I said, “Well, I get paid on the 15th and the 31st. There's no way to get around that. It's one of those two days." And they set it up for something like the 26th or the 27th. They said because I got the loan on that certain day, that’s the day that they had to go with. Other than that, they’ve been pretty good.

We were going to do a payday loan here in our town and there was a LoanMart pamphlet there sitting on a counter, and we went and grabbed it. Everything seemed easy with LoanMart. Altogether, it took two days just to get all the paperwork together. Their application process was a little harder for us because we don’t live in a big town. So, a lot of things, like sending a FedEx out, was rough on us because we had to go about 30 miles to send it out. Also, I wish they would let me pick my date for when I could pay because they were trying to get me to pay it right after Christmas. They just gave us a date, and we’re gonna try to meet it the best we can. So far, everything worked all right.

This was a nervous situation for me yet through this team and hard work all day with me they made it a pleasant experience. I feel they were honest and showed great professional help. This team is why I felt more confident and comfortable by the end of my Loan application.

Then, the rep who assisted me was professional but not personable at all. Also, I talked to several different people that handled it and it should have just been one person throughout the process. Other than that, I was able to get what I needed done. The loan helped and I'm very appreciative of that. All in all, LoanMart is great and I'd tell others to give them a try.

I was looking for a way to get my truck fixed and my son told me he knew a place that takes loans on your title. LoanMart went over and beyond showing me how to do the application. They tried to make me understand because I’m computer illiterate and I don’t mess with computers. I had to go to the library where I could sign the papers and stuff. I never did that before. But they tried to help me through it on my phone. I told them I have an old phone and I don’t do all of that stuff. The process took two days. I didn’t take the pictures right, so I had to let my granddaughter come over and take the pictures. They said they wanted a selfie with me with the back end of my truck where they could see the tag. But it was hard for me take a selfie. You would just see part of my face and the tag and they said that wasn’t good. But they treated me so good. They really helped me a lot.

This is the worst I've ever been treated as a customer by a company. I called to set up a loan and the loan officer explained everything to me so I felt safe. I needed the money in a couple days and he assured I would receive the loan the next day (Thurs) so I proceeded. On thurs I didn't receive the funds so I called back, they fixed something missing and now my loan was going to get to me fri morning at 9am so I said ok since I needed it before the weekend anyways. Fri afternoon rolled around and still no loan so I call back, they fix something else and now I'll get the loan in an hour. An hour rolls around and still nothing.

I got peace of mind working with LoanMart. It seemed their process was simple. The application process was easy and it took about a day. The representative was professional too. Go for LoanMart.

You did OK, your people were polite & knowledgeable. My only real disappointment is that you send ~15 pages of contract, mostly fine print, and you expect that I will read it and send it right back to you. Many sections had to be read several times to properly understand it. It took several hours for me to get through it. And when I needed more time, I was told NO, and the loan will be canceled. Then the date of the loan ends up being several days earlier than the date I get the money. That sucks. And when I asked if you could have these dates the same or within a day, I was told NO. These minor issues to some people tell me that your company process needs work.

Received excellent help from staff. I am disabled and they were terrific. Received funding next day. They were lifesavers. The staff was patient. The payback amount is ridiculous. 8000 for 2500 loan. They were there when I needed them.

Awful loan interest!! I took out an 4,000.00 in 2017 and still owe it after paying 21,000 for the past three years!!! My balance is 5,800.00. How does that happen when your original loan was 4,000.00 and given them free money and somehow owe more than I borrowed???? I asked LoanMart how they can help me pay it sooner and no return call!!!!

To be honest, Angelica was great throughout the whole process, my only problem is that different people kept getting involved, asking me asking for different information, it got to be a little tiring after awhile, especially since the info. has already been submitted by me. I guess this is due to applying for a loan for the first time. However once all the paperwork was done, the money appeared in my bank account within the same day.

In retrospect, the LoanMart application was pretty straightforward. Fill this out, do this, verify this. They called me and left a message. They had to call me back. I had to re-initiate the call that I was interested so I wasn’t hounded. The only thing that I would recommend is the process of going to one of the allocations for verification with my car and having to go out there before the paperwork was submitted. The person said it was gonna be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in half an hour, stayed for 15 minutes and sent a message to the person asking what was the hold-up then I left. I went back the next day to complete the process, which at that time, everything was ready. The person said they were backed up and were busy initially. I think I would’ve just stayed home to go back the next day when it was ready, rather than go there and then leave and come back. Other than that, LoanMart is a viable option to what one needs at that particular time.

I made the worst mistake of my life to get a loan from these sharks!!!! Please, I beg everyone, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT!!!! My loan was or is for $2500 and by the time I finish paying it it will be 11,ooo.oo over. I did not do my research and did not realize this until it was too late. Now I'm trying to pay the full amount and they wont let me pay with a credit card. They say it has to be cash, but if I asked for a loan in cash it's because I dont have it and they try to stop you at every turn!!!! They are the worst!! And then when you call they dont help you or try to give you any options, as if they are never going to be in that situation! They are such bad people, the owners and the workers. PLEASE DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT!

Don't ever deal with these people. They are such a rip-off. I hate I ever got a 1000$ loan that just put you further behind. They came and got my car saying I was 2 months late but really I owed $9 from previous month so I owed 156.00 that I was 8 days late on paying then. In order to get my car back I have to pay $631.00. People get loans in time of need. If they can afford to pay an outrageous price like that they wouldn't get a loan in the first place! This place is ridiculous. Don't even give people a chance. Not to mention my payments seem to go nowhere. I still owe more than I borrowed after all that!!! They really don't need to be in business!!

The lady that attended to me was was very nice. She gave me some cups and a bag. It was a good and fast experience. It was all approved. I'd just have go pick it up. I called LoanMart and then they got a hold of the office where I can go pick up the cash, and it was processed like 1, 2, 3.

A mutual friend told me about LoanMart. Everything is going fine with them. They pretty much gave me the best interest. I got a title loan from them. I needed more cash, but they said that’s the only thing I qualified for and I really had to qualify for it. I applied over the phone, and the process was good. The actual loan officer filed the application. It took about two hours for me to get approved, and I had the access to the cash the next day. The rate and terms were good. I like it. LoanMart is a good company.

I got a title loan from LoanMart to pay my bills and it took around three weeks before I got it. I gave all my information about my job and they helped me. The reps were very nice people and it was very easy to approach them. But sometimes, they would let me wait for 15 minutes before I could talk to them and then after that, they would say that they would call me back in 30 minutes. They wouldn’t return the call so, I would call again. They should not do that to the customer. If they were busy, it would be better if they would tell me exactly when to call back. Also, sometimes, it would take me a while before they could connect me to the other person to talk to.

The underwriting and application process took a few days overall only because I kept running out of time at the end of the day. It took about four working days to get the actual cash. It was my fault, though, not getting things then. The percentage is really high. But I was planning on paying it off early like the last time. LoanMart is good.

I had done a title loan with another company, and they’re not gonna do it and they recommended LoanMart. Also, I’ve been getting emails and letters from LoanMart for quite awhile. We went with a title loan since it was less expensive than other things. The application process was fine. LoanMart's rate and terms are a little high but they’re cheaper than payday loan. But getting the money was a bit of a challenge. I had to drive 90 miles to go get it. There was no place closer that had the funds available. I was able to get it from a Walmart in Gilroy. So it’d be nice if they had some other people that were available.

Not a pleasant experience. The timeframe was misleading in getting the loan. Someone called several times throughout the day asking for something different instead of settling the expectations upfront. I’m hoping to pay off the loan early so I can end the relationship as soon as possible.
