Kelyn was awesome in the process. It was fast approval, cash ready almost instantly, it took approximately 20 30 minutes actually 15 minutes, all had to was provide my documents. Other personnel were good in assisting. Like Linda. No, prepaid penalties which is great. You can off the loan early with no fees..

The loan officer that helped me was very helpful and made my experience less than stressful. The time it took to do all the paperwork was more efficient than normal loans. Plus, the quick turnaround time to get my money was great.

With my first loan with LoanMart, I said I would never go back to them. I’m kinda dissatisfied with the experience of getting the loan but I ended up going back. Through my experience, I learned not to pay them just the monthly payments because you pay way more and it takes forever. And, even if you are one day late, it sets you off of whack. It was really terrible. I got a $3,000-loan, but it was like I paid for my car all over again ‘cause I took my time paying it. When I got ready to start getting a big loan to pay it all, they were telling me, “You can’t pay that like this. You can’t do this. You can’t do that.” But I needed a loan again and I knew not to do what I did the first time. This time, it was way much better than the first. The Loanmart rep was nice and the process went fine. I will recommend a friend to them and will also tell them to pay more if they could. Pay more towards the balance than the principal.

Applying at LoanMart took about an hour and the rep was helpful to me. However, I feel the printing of their forms should be a bit bigger. The words are really small and it took me a little bit of time to read it. Still, everything has been fine and LoanMart worked with me.

I was behind with some payments and I used LoanMart. Working with them was quick and easy. I got my money fast compared to other loan places. It was not even a half-hour and the reps were very helpful and reliable. This is my place to go.

WARNING- They Don’t Follow The Law. Received a title loan through a third party for them? Not sure how it works. Have paid almost every month on time. Once you get a few days past they send a repo man to your house. Well this guy thought my roommate was me while I was at work. Disclosed all the loan information, total amount, amount late, what car, etc... Even after my roommate said he was someone else. I’m 5’5, roommate, 6’2, no excuse on confusing us. Plus now with the new CA laws, not sure how things will be. Recommend speaking to an attorney as I’m doing.

Please stay away from this company. I feel sorry for anyone who gets a loan from this company. You just as well have your car taken/ stolen. No matter if you pay or not your car is going to be stolen and your money gone read the fraud reviews do your homework before entering any sort of contract with these crooks they have no home office and are in huge trouble they are getting shut down for all the fraud committed even their legal dept is very shady they know how to cover fraud.

Was very good and fast, inquired on Saturday got loan on Monday. Very pleased with the service. But thought your loan officer were available on Sunday too but got an answering service instead or else loan would be available on Sunday. Overall was happy to get the loan.

I got a title loan from LoanMart. I didn’t know if I would qualify for any other loan and at the time, I had two birthdays in December for my kids, and then Christmas. So I wanted whatever was easiest to get me the money because my hours were really slacking at work. The guy from LoanMart that I talked to originally told me it would be 205 a month for my payment. And then all of a sudden, when the papers came through, it was 211 and some change. To get a hold of him again and go through the whole process hasn’t been that easy.

This was the best experience for me. Very smooth and no hassle. Docs were easy and responsive via email. Communication was probably the best part. I hope service during payback is just as great. Thanks again for your effort.

Quick and mostly painless. My only complaint is that I was approved like 30 minutes before MoneyGram closed so I was left scrambling to pick up the money, which I needed that night. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the loan process.

I've heard LoanMart from friends, and applying a funding with them was easy. The representatives I have dealt with were professional. LoanMart helps. It is good.

My experience with Loanmart has not been positive. It's crazy to know that on a $5,000 loan have to pay back $12,000+ over the years and if late on payments that just extends contracted time. Even it's late within the same month. I have truly learned my lesson, times are difficult for me and can barely afford the monthly payments.

LoanMart's application process was pretty quick and easy. I tried to get my payment set up for my pay period, but it didn’t work. They set it up for when they actually did the loan, so it caused a couple of issues. The money wasn’t there when I tried to take it out. Specifically, I said, “Well, I get paid on the 15th and the 31st. There's no way to get around that. It's one of those two days." And they set it up for something like the 26th or the 27th. They said because I got the loan on that certain day, that’s the day that they had to go with. Other than that, they’ve been pretty good.

We were going to do a payday loan here in our town and there was a LoanMart pamphlet there sitting on a counter, and we went and grabbed it. Everything seemed easy with LoanMart. Altogether, it took two days just to get all the paperwork together. Their application process was a little harder for us because we don’t live in a big town. So, a lot of things, like sending a FedEx out, was rough on us because we had to go about 30 miles to send it out. Also, I wish they would let me pick my date for when I could pay because they were trying to get me to pay it right after Christmas. They just gave us a date, and we’re gonna try to meet it the best we can. So far, everything worked all right.

This was a nervous situation for me yet through this team and hard work all day with me they made it a pleasant experience. I feel they were honest and showed great professional help. This team is why I felt more confident and comfortable by the end of my Loan application.

When I applied with LoanMart, I didn't understand what they were wanting me to do a couple of times, then the weekend came, so it took about four to five days. Then, the rep who assisted me was professional but not personable at all. Also, I talked to several different people that handled it and it should have just been one person throughout the process. Other than that, I was able to get what I needed done. The loan helped and I'm very appreciative of that. All in all, LoanMart is great and I'd tell others to give them a try.

I was looking for a way to get my truck fixed and my son told me he knew a place that takes loans on your title. LoanMart went over and beyond showing me how to do the application. They tried to make me understand because I’m computer illiterate and I don’t mess with computers. I had to go to the library where I could sign the papers and stuff. I never did that before. But they tried to help me through it on my phone. I told them I have an old phone and I don’t do all of that stuff. The process took two days. I didn’t take the pictures right, so I had to let my granddaughter come over and take the pictures. They said they wanted a selfie with me with the back end of my truck where they could see the tag. But it was hard for me take a selfie. You would just see part of my face and the tag and they said that wasn’t good. But they treated me so good. They really helped me a lot.

This is the worst I've ever been treated as a customer by a company. I called to set up a loan and the loan officer explained everything to me so I felt safe. I needed the money in a couple days and he assured I would receive the loan the next day (Thurs) so I proceeded. On thurs I didn't receive the funds so I called back, they fixed something missing and now my loan was going to get to me fri morning at 9am so I said ok since I needed it before the weekend anyways. Fri afternoon rolled around and still no loan so I call back, they fix something else and now I'll get the loan in an hour. An hour rolls around and still nothing.

I got peace of mind working with LoanMart. It seemed their process was simple. The application process was easy and it took about a day. The representative was professional too. Go for LoanMart.

You did OK, your people were polite & knowledgeable. My only real disappointment is that you send ~15 pages of contract, mostly fine print, and you expect that I will read it and send it right back to you. Many sections had to be read several times to properly understand it. It took several hours for me to get through it. And when I needed more time, I was told NO, and the loan will be canceled. Then the date of the loan ends up being several days earlier than the date I get the money. That sucks. And when I asked if you could have these dates the same or within a day, I was told NO. These minor issues to some people tell me that your company process needs work.

Received excellent help from staff. I am disabled and they were terrific. Received funding next day. They were lifesavers. The staff was patient. The payback amount is ridiculous. 8000 for 2500 loan. They were there when I needed them.

Everyone is doing their job well. Especially Chris who assists me with the renewal of my loan. PS. I got my funds on 11/29/2019 but as per the letter it’s 11/26/2019. Please advise. My due date should be every 29th of the month.

Awful loan interest!! I took out an 4,000.00 in 2017 and still owe it after paying 21,000 for the past three years!!! My balance is 5,800.00. How does that happen when your original loan was 4,000.00 and given them free money and somehow owe more than I borrowed???? I asked LoanMart how they can help me pay it sooner and no return call!!!!

To be honest, Angelica was great throughout the whole process, my only problem is that different people kept getting involved, asking me asking for different information, it got to be a little tiring after awhile, especially since the info. has already been submitted by me. I guess this is due to applying for a loan for the first time. However once all the paperwork was done, the money appeared in my bank account within the same day.

In retrospect, the LoanMart application was pretty straightforward. Fill this out, do this, verify this. They called me and left a message. They had to call me back. I had to re-initiate the call that I was interested so I wasn’t hounded. The only thing that I would recommend is the process of going to one of the allocations for verification with my car and having to go out there before the paperwork was submitted. The person said it was gonna be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in half an hour, stayed for 15 minutes and sent a message to the person asking what was the hold-up then I left. I went back the next day to complete the process, which at that time, everything was ready. The person said they were backed up and were busy initially. I think I would’ve just stayed home to go back the next day when it was ready, rather than go there and then leave and come back. Other than that, LoanMart is a viable option to what one needs at that particular time.

I made the worst mistake of my life to get a loan from these sharks!!!! Please, I beg everyone, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT!!!! My loan was or is for $2500 and by the time I finish paying it it will be 11,ooo.oo over. I did not do my research and did not realize this until it was too late. Now I'm trying to pay the full amount and they wont let me pay with a credit card. They say it has to be cash, but if I asked for a loan in cash it's because I dont have it and they try to stop you at every turn!!!! They are the worst!! And then when you call they dont help you or try to give you any options, as if they are never going to be in that situation! They are such bad people, the owners and the workers. PLEASE DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT!

Don't ever deal with these people. They are such a rip-off. I hate I ever got a 1000$ loan that just put you further behind. They came and got my car saying I was 2 months late but really I owed $9 from previous month so I owed 156.00 that I was 8 days late on paying then. In order to get my car back I have to pay $631.00. People get loans in time of need. If they can afford to pay an outrageous price like that they wouldn't get a loan in the first place! This place is ridiculous. Don't even give people a chance. Not to mention my payments seem to go nowhere. I still owe more than I borrowed after all that!!! They really don't need to be in business!!

I applied for a title loan from LoanMart for a funeral when my husband died a few years ago. That's the only type of loan that I know I can use. Their application process was good, it was fast. The lady that attended to me was was very nice. She gave me some cups and a bag. It was a good and fast experience. It was all approved. I'd just have go pick it up. I called LoanMart and then they got a hold of the office where I can go pick up the cash, and it was processed like 1, 2, 3.

A mutual friend told me about LoanMart. Everything is going fine with them. They pretty much gave me the best interest. I got a title loan from them. I needed more cash, but they said that’s the only thing I qualified for and I really had to qualify for it. I applied over the phone, and the process was good. The actual loan officer filed the application. It took about two hours for me to get approved, and I had the access to the cash the next day. The rate and terms were good. I like it. LoanMart is a good company.

I got a title loan from LoanMart to pay my bills and it took around three weeks before I got it. I gave all my information about my job and they helped me. The reps were very nice people and it was very easy to approach them. But sometimes, they would let me wait for 15 minutes before I could talk to them and then after that, they would say that they would call me back in 30 minutes. They wouldn’t return the call so, I would call again. They should not do that to the customer. If they were busy, it would be better if they would tell me exactly when to call back. Also, sometimes, it would take me a while before they could connect me to the other person to talk to.

My friends told me about LoanMart a long time ago. This is my second loan from them. Because I had used them before and I had paid up the loan, I figured that it would be easier to get the loan through them. I started the application process online. I had to finish it over the phone in the office. The loan officer was very nice and very good. The underwriting and application process took a few days overall only because I kept running out of time at the end of the day. It took about four working days to get the actual cash. It was my fault, though, not getting things then. The percentage is really high. But I was planning on paying it off early like the last time. LoanMart is good.

I had done a title loan with another company, and they’re not gonna do it and they recommended LoanMart. Also, I’ve been getting emails and letters from LoanMart for quite awhile. We went with a title loan since it was less expensive than other things. The application process was fine. LoanMart's rate and terms are a little high but they’re cheaper than payday loan. But getting the money was a bit of a challenge. I had to drive 90 miles to go get it. There was no place closer that had the funds available. I was able to get it from a Walmart in Gilroy. So it’d be nice if they had some other people that were available.

Not a pleasant experience. The timeframe was misleading in getting the loan. Someone called several times throughout the day asking for something different instead of settling the expectations upfront. I’m hoping to pay off the loan early so I can end the relationship as soon as possible.

I applied for title loan at Ace check cashing which goes through LoanMart. 3500.00 loan on my 2009 Chevy Equinox, 1 owner, 60,000 miles, my mother left to me in April. I was one payment late 37 days and was resting in car one evening and tow truck hooks up. He says he’s calling police if I don’t get out of my car and give to them. I’m handicapped for one. 2nd illegal to hook up while I’m in my car. 3rd fair safety act to collect a debt says repo people are not allowed to threaten with police involvement. 4th suppose to notify you if car is up for repossession. I held my ground cause I knew they were wrong. They unhooked and left.

Manny was very professional. Please give hem a rise. Just took lil time to get approved and fast customer service. They walk me through everything real fast. I resolve my emergency thank to them. I so happy Loan Mart exist. I will recommend to all of you with hardships. This is real. They help you asap.

For me, a return to LoanMart is the best solution when emergencies arise. Very comforting when the crew members are familiar faces from years before not routed out as a widget with most companies these days. Fulfillment of agreements counts just a much as the visiting again with familiar faces, warm smiles and actions as experienced again with Gloria! Purposed, Professional, Clear and Sincere says it all!!

I have been lied to and was given the run around the whole time. Every time someone told me that they were gonna call me back nothing happened and didn’t get the funded on time. Now you guys won’t help me get the other funding I wanted to get. You would think with all of the headache and stress you put me through that you would help. I should of stayed with TitleMax and I am looking to see if they can take back the loan.

Very precise on requirements and efficient service by phone. Easy and quick payout at local check/cash facility. I do not like to take out loans, but LoanMart made the process a very pleasant and respectable experience. I give high marks to my loan officer and info collection clerk, who were very easy to talk to and understand.

I had an emergency and filled out LoanMart's application online. They called me back and let me know whether I was qualified or not and how much I qualified for. They also told me what my monthly payments would be. Then they sent me the stuff I needed to sign using DocuSign and had me send back the paperwork I needed through FedEx. And finally, I picked up the money at MoneyGram. It was pretty quick. I just wish the loan wasn’t so high to pay back though.

9/16 I applied for a title loan and was told I was approved for $1500. I sent in all the requested documents twice. 9/18 I contacted them because I hadn't heard anything. I was told my documents were being received. 9/22 and still nothing lol... I'm glad because after reading these reviews I see I dodged a bullet. I will in contacting the BBB, they took my personal information and never replied.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I worked with Monica and her team. They are very friendly and was easy to understand the process and very helpful in making sure everything was processed in one day. Not to mention calling me every step! You have violated the automatic stay in Federal Bankruptcy protection and have failed to give us an accurate accounting. You have lied and perjured yourselves in stating that our vehicle is not registered and licensed. You have not permitted us to obtain our personal belongings and you have failed to reply to our ongoing complaint with the Department of Business Oversight and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (www.cfpb.gov). You try to settle and then change the numbers. Your Ponzi Scheme of keep adding to the Principal and never pay off this small debt after 4 years has come to an end.

I like their professionalism, the way they handle and cover everything. They are looking for your best interest. The lady at the office where I went was also very polite.

Loan process was fairly simple. DO NOT pay late because they are not like normal banks. They will repossess your vehicle after being 10 days late. Then you will have to pay tow fees and tow storage fees which are almost double your payment in order to get your vehicle back. Just know this before you get a loan with them because they do not tell you this when you sign up.

The underwriter who helped us was named Shan’t and he did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of and was there for every step of the process ready to answer any questions or concerns a we had.

I have been paying LoanMart every month and I am so called current after paying them for a year. What’s insane is that I have tried to settle and they tell me after paying over 3000 that I would need to pay at least an additional 2500. Which is the total price of the loan. I am a disable vet and a single father of a 3 year old. I’m on a fixed income and took out the loan because of an emergency. However. They threaten to repossess my car after being 2 weeks late. Also they ask me the reason I am late and I tell them my issues and they don’t try to work anything out. I’m stressed and this situation isn’t getting any better. I’m current but I’m being charged $9/day if I’m late but am told that I have a 10 grace period. It’s not a grace period and different people tell me different things when I call.

I realize that there are a lot of departments within LoanMart. Maybe you guys could produce a list of the departments and the people who are in each department. I was told that everything would be taken care of on Monday and that I would have my loan amount provided to me, at the latest, 10 AM-11 AM/Tuesday. Their processing department provided my bank with incorrect deposit numbers, even though I electronically sent them copies of bank statements (3 times)!!! It is now Thursday, 10 AM and am still having to deal with this. I have yet to receive confirmation on deposit! I will not be recommending this company to anyone!

Ignorant customer service. Loan was taken out unknown to me (Family member had my info). They never contacted me. When I called them they would not give me any information because I wasn’t the one that took out the loan. Eventually they report my car, I had a hard time getting it back. The company that they used to repo it was almost 50 miles from my house and it would only allow me to pick up my car at one time only. Amazing how they knew where to get the car but not where to send the statements.

No problems. Easy transaction. Received loan amount quickly. Same day. It was easier because I am a returning customer that had an existing loan. I would tell my friends and co-workers if they needed a loan to contact LoanMart to try and get a loan.

I took out a loan with LoanMart in October for $4,700. Payments are $350 a month. I experienced a hardship and couldn’t afford payments for 2 months. Total due on my loan after missing 2 payments is $5,416.00. The loan agent was incredibly rude and stated I pay or lose my car. Having no choice as I didn't have the means to pay and honestly I saw no end to this loan. My car was repossessed between hours of 2AM-6AM so I was unable to collect my belongings. DO NOT DO Business with Loanmart.

It was fast and easy and they were very nice where we went to sign papers on Lakewood and Rosecrans. I don't remember the girls name that helped us but shows very knowledgeable and did the paperwork very fast and then we were out the door with cash! I would definitely recommend LoanMart to a friend.

The loan application process with LoanMart was easy. I went to a place like King Cash Advance, where they forwarded the information to LoanMart. It takes longer if you do the application from home through your computer than if you are at a place that features them. LoanMart does not provide you with the actual loan. They connect you to another entity, which will give you the loan.

I came across a little financial situation and I needed funds at the moment. I applied for a title loan from LoanMart. I was desperate, I needed something quick, and LoanMart was quick to get everything processed. I liked their ratings. I’ve heard people who are using them over other ones and that it was a whole lot better. Their application process was a bit difficult because I was trying to figure out what was needed and how quickly I need to get stuff. But overall, it was easy. And their reps answered all my questions immediately and were very responsive. LoanMart has great customer service. They are doing a good job.

I was going to get a title loan a couple of months back but there was an issue with my title when I got it registered. I didn’t realize it until I tried to apply so I got that all squared away and LoanMart happened to call me back at the right time and see if I wanted to follow-up. It was good timing and they were the closest. They were ready and really quick about it too. They did a good job. I did the application over the phone and the people on the phone were very courteous. Then there were times I went in to the store, to apply and then to take in my paperwork. There wasn’t much to it. I also dealt with a rep who was pretty nice and well-versed in what he was doing.

I’m a returning LoanMart customer. And it came in perfect timing again, and I hope to get my loan paid back as soon as possible. The application process was very easy. They had suggested to pick the money up at Wal-Mart because that’s where they have the most available funds. But each Wal-Mart I went to was telling me that they no longer do that. They can only cap a certain amount on hand, which is like $1,500. But after riding around for a bit, I found a check cashing place that had the available funds. Other than that, the experience was fine. LoanMart's reps were very friendly. Any questions I asked, they answered very accurately.

My experience with LoanMart was good. I didn’t have any real problems with set-up. And this would be my fourth loan from them. We had a medical emergency. My daughter was bitten by a rattlesnake. So then, I went there and I came to find out that we didn’t have enough funds available. I have been with LoanMart before and I went with them for a title loan as I was trying to catch up on some bills and things so it seemed to be the easiest way to do it. I went through an easy application process. They sent all the paperwork really fast but I had to print out the label and then take the title over and ship it out but it was given because it was done on my state. Also, they gave me a better interest rate since I was a prior customer. My interactions with their reps had all been really nice. I got two calls asking how everything was right after and it was to make sure we were all taken care of. They were able to explain everything well.

The process did not take long at all. All the stuff that I dealt with during the process was amazing. I was busy so they did a lot via email. Everything went well and I got my loan. We worked out on Friday, but I didn’t complete all the paperwork. We continued with the process on Saturday, but they were unable to verify. So, Monday, in the morning, I submitted two more papers that I needed, and I got surprised when they called me at 6:00. I stayed in Delgado for about one hour to get to FedEx to send the title, and then they gave me the number to get the money.

LoanMart gave me a good deal so I went with them. I've been with the company for a month now and my experience with them has been good so far. I took out an auto loan with LoanMart before but I didn't think of calling them back when I needed another one. Still, I ended up calling the first company that came up on my phone and that was LoanMart. They were also the first one that accepted me, so I took the loan out with them. I got the money on the second day after I contacted them and the rep I dealt with was all right. But there was a lot of going back and forth which kinda was a hassle considering the one that I had before them. The pictures in the email which were too big wouldn't upload or the text message was too big and the system wouldn't accept it. So the rep wasn't receiving things plus he didn't send everything in properly at once and I had to keep calling back. But I paid the loan off now and I didn't even have it for a month.

I contacted LoanMart for a car title loan and when I went through their application process, it was easy. It took me three days from the time I initiated it to the time I got the money. It was also easy dealing with the loan processor. However, I probably won't go through them again because every time I thought I was done, they were always adding on something else that they needed from me. Even though you can get money from these crooks, just plan on at LEAST a 2 month wait to get your vehicle title back from these losers!!! I had a title loan with them for only 3 months... I paid them off via wire transfer almost 2 months ago. At the time of pay-off I specifically asked them when my title would be returned to me I was told by a very inexperienced customer service rep that I should receive my title within 10 days. Well... 30 days after the vehicle was paid-off, I get a letter from Losermart stating that my pay-off was received (now it is almost 40 days later!) and that my title will be released from the DMV within 10 to 15 days. So to summarize... This company sucks, the interest rate is sky high, they are a pack of liars, and honestly... try somewhere else. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I had been able to sell if they had even processed the pay-off any sooner than the 30+ days they waited for no reason. This company is a piece of **... BEWARE!

I had some bills to pay and got a title loan from LoanMart. They were the only ones who approved me with the kind of car that I had. We communicated via text after the initial call and they told me what I needed to bring, which were the check stubs. They were located at a check cashing place. I brought my title in and filled out the application. Once I got approved, I came back. They then came outside, looked at the car, and then cut me a check. From the initial application to waiting for the approval, it took all day, then after that, it was only 20 minutes. They seemed professional to me. I think they called me too much though. The payment wasn’t due yet, but they still followed up with me. But overall, I’m satisfied.

I will actually be using the money for bills. Ran into a situation with my rent and just switching jobs at the time kinda set me back a little bit. So I'm trying to get the loan to put me back on track. It definitely took me out of a bind I was in. Do not, I repeat, use this company. They will set a payment that increases the principal from the get go. Interest rates are illegal except for Indians, Native Americans (sic). They should be classed as criminals.

I needed a set amount of money and LoanMart was the cheapest as far as the interest rates. They told me to come in and I put up my title. They walked me through the paperwork and they were very good about explaining everything. I liked it, so I went ahead with the loan. I would do it again. I just wish they would have some advertisements because I've never received any mail. I've been in California all my life, but I didn’t even know about them because I've never heard of them before. Maybe they could advertise once on the radio or TV especially on the weekends when everybody's home. That will promote their business.

I contacted two other companies and they had extravagant fees as far as the interest rate. In fact, one of them was 100%, which was ridiculous and should be illegal. When I applied for a loan at LoanMart, they asked me some questions and had me send them some pictures of documents like my driver’s license. While I did the application process mostly online, the other part, I went into their office and took care of the rest there. They gave me the money right there on the spot.

They kept telling me they’re waiting on LoanMart and so I left to get my granddaughter from school and picked up my son in school. I came back and the rep was telling me that they're waiting for the paperwork. They had to call LoanMart and then when the rep called them, they said they were sending the contract right then. There were a few people in line, so I waited, eventually they gave me the money.

I needed to do a payment so I needed a loan. I went to a title loan place and they were with LoanMart. Everybody was good. They connected to a customer service representative and we went from there. They took almost two hours for me to get the loan and the customer service was good.

This company LoanMart Loan me money and and then gave me another one, I would tell everyone that that this company is a good company. I got a title loan and it was approved the same day and the next day I was able to pick up the check and pay bills. I borrowed $2500, made my first payment of $329.92 and after reviewing the account prior to the next payment I find I now owe nearly $3000!! Talk about a no win situation. They loan you money, charge a crazy interest rate, essentially making a bad situation a million times worse. If I could give them negative stars I would. Companies like this prey on individuals in a poor position with no real intention of providing real help. My advice is to make sure you exhaust every possible situation before seeking help from this shady company. I’d have been better off selling my vehicle outright. Please, please, please, don’t make your situation worse by thinking LoanMart is actually here to help.

It took me about five days because they kept telling me they didn’t get the paperwork that I kept sending, but they had it. I did take out a title loan. I was going thru a divorce and was desperate. I have been paying every month for a year. I became ill and had surgery. I became 35 days late on the payment. I tried making arrangements but they keep saying, "No it was escalated to collections." I have been trying to figure how to borrow money from somewhere else to make my payment because they stated they put thru a repossession order after missing only one payment. On their website it states they will work with you and even move a payment to the end of the loan. Repossession is the last thing they want. That is a lie!

I had gotten a title loan last year. I paid on time at first. My income was decreased for a few months. I still made a payment but was late. I was told I didn't have an repo order before I paid. But an hour after I paid my car was gone. I was told the system wasn't updated before I paid. Wow... They can do this to good people? I'm being charged still for months now. This is not right! These people are rude as hell. Peter needs more training. Other customer service hangs up now. No help.

There has to be a law put in place to protect people. I've been paying my loan every month, it's as suppose to be paid off in April. Now they are saying I will owe more money than I started with after paying my bill for 4 years! WTH! I'm looking for a attorney! This needs to end!

I got a Loan from them for $2600 in May 2015 because my husband became disabled and was unable to work. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I was always on time with my payments until 2017 when I became ill. I do not understand how they say you can pay it off in 2 years when I still owe more than I borrowed 3 years later. This is my only vehicle and they harass me all the time about payments and repossession. I don't see how I still owe so much when I made every payment on time for 2 years. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. They are a bigger rip off than payday loans.

Customer Service is absolutely non-existent. Even a simple task like resetting a password can't be done on Sunday "b/c they're closed", but they're answering phones to take applications. Tell me what sense that makes?! Then no one can give you a name, another number, or contact e-mail for complaints or have a manager call you back. The 'manager' Peter I supposedly spoke with is a spineless chump who needs extensive training on how to handle simple calls before they escalate for no damn good reason. I guess I have to go back to Speedy Cash for quality loans that even with a high interest are still paying off quicker than this loan shark LoanMart **.

Granted, I took out a loan on my car title. I get that. I contacted LoanMart through their online form on their website long before my first payment was due and explained that due to unforeseen circumstances that I would not be able to make a payment until the middle of the following month. I did not receive any response at all to this "written" communication with Loanmart. Instead, all I have been getting is numerous calls from a multitude of different phone numbers with no caller ID. As a rule, I NEVER answer calls from anyone that I do not know, one reason being that by doing so, you are confirming that the number that is being called is legit which opens a person up to multitudes of scam calls, marketing garbage, hack attempts and more.

This company made an unauthorized charge on my card. It took 3-5 days for the money to go in my account and caused $400 in late/overdraft fees. When I spoke with LoanMart about who would be responsible for the fees, they told me, "Oh well". Nothing they can do and they don't have a corporate to contact. SMMFH.

LoanMart repossessed my BMW convertible after missing one payment because I was hospitalized with pneumonia. They sold the vehicle at auction and received a lot less than the amount of the loan. The loan was for $7200.00 and they sold the vehicle for $5000.00. They then proceeded to attempt to collect $8400.00 from me. They did not attempt to get a deficiency judgment so therefore I owed them nothing. They know that most judges will not award a deficiency judgment if they have taken the collateral. LoanMart claimed on my credit report that I owed $8400.00 and had not made a payment and caused my credit score to plummet and made it difficult to obtain credit.

Be careful in doing business with the above company. LoanMart is falsifying illegal contracts on consumers I know because I’m a victim of that scam. LoanMart does not practice honesty in their business dealings. I understand business is business if you get the loan yes absolutely pay it in all fairness. Well I paid it all & 18,000 and these scammers decided to condor up a scam on me and tell me I had an error in Loan Number on the current loan going forward use Loan Number **. I thought nothing of it just that ok. H ** Danny ** told me he would mail this contract but never did I had to make him do it and lo and behold it’s all faked and forged and very much illegal. I know this conversation and I will never forget it never.

I got a loan. At the time really needed money. Rent was due. Things pilling up. Lost 1 job. Still have part time job and had to do it. They were great. Quick service. But fell behind. Car got repo. Cashed in some stocks I had. Got it out about 900.00. Had to pay to get it out. Original loan was 2500. I still owe over 7000.00 after paying on it for over a year. How is that possible!!! Fell behind again this month. Made payment that I cant keep. They probably gonna take it again. Only have a part time job. Got people living with me to help out with basic household needs. Even applied for social security since I'm 62. They said it takes about 45 days. But I know LoanMart won't wait. Dont know what to do. Help!!!

As most review I was stress, having severe anxiety, trapped in a very hard financial spot due to a unexpected illness with my child. (Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer) We regretfully had to take out a title loan after emptying our life saving and thinking “this will never happen to us” made a crap choice on health insurance. We took out a 2500 dollar loan. Have paid a total of 4073.54 back. We are currently sitting at 60 day 400.00 dollars past due because my son cancer has spread from his arms to leg, and lower and upper body, which has caused him to be wheelchair bound and fighting for his life. LoanMart has called roughly 10 to 20 times a day. I currently hold 2 full time jobs and a part time job paying for medical, food, hospital, rent, bills, I have made payment arrangement which yes I was unable to keep due to having to place payments to doctors to pay for surgery, chemo, prescription, counseling.

I borrowed $2600 three years ago, have made 31 payments of $210 (6,510) and still owe $1,900. When I looked at my contract it says 93.3% interest rate. Something is not right. The end date of the loan already passed and still owe that much. Now seeking legal advice and bringing my story to the news stations. Please be warned!!

Very bad experience! Same as all the other people complaining here, a mere $2500 loan is now becoming $4200 after 8 months of paying $358. I got a $2600 loan almost 3 years ago and Have been paying $235 per month for 3 years now. Last year we fell behind financially. They say I still owe over $5000. How is this possible? They offered me a settlement of $2500 due in 4 days. I am due with baby #4 in Sept and this is our only vehicle. I am high risk. I can't work. My husband doesn't make enough money to pay my car loan. I don't think I can come up with $2500 in 4 days and I can't lose our only vehicle. I am beyond stressed with this loan and I will never recommend anyone doing so. It is a hole you will never get out of.

To begin I knew this title loan company was terrible and completely predatory in design at its bare minimum, but they simply provided me the largest amount against my car. $3,000 essentially. If everything went as planned, I would be able to pay back that $3,000 back on top of the little interest that would have accrued over the course of a month with money left over. Before even (Docu)signing my contract, I laughed at the fact my initial $3,000 loan would mature at $13,5** if I successfully made all payments of $3** on time. Mind you I paid $10,200 for the car through CarMax 16 months prior. I laughed at how outrageously crooked this company preys on financially desperate individuals. I succeeded in making the money I needed, and promptly went ahead and ruined myself. Couldn't make payments for two months as a result. They'll give you plenty of warning that they'll take your car (which they will do).

My boyfriend was having some issues a few months ago and it caused a ripple effect in our home. With him not being too well things got tough financially. So of course when you're down and you think it can't get worse it does just to show who's really in control. That's when my car the only transportation I have for work goes down. Since I only have my boyfriend and a handful of friends getting my car fixed for a good price was out of the picture. Plus not only do I use my car it also the means of transportation for my best friend and her daughter. Life becomes impossible when this happens. Suddenly everything seems so hard to get done. I lost 2 days of work and my friend lost work and getting her daughter to school was nearly impossible.
