This company is a scam company. They give you a high interest loan. And give different people to call you on the phone and they find a way to take your vehicle and sell it. They are the loan company and the debt company…at the same time. Make sure you read your fine prints before dealing with this company. I am QTHE Reviewer…I will let everyone know about this company and companies like this. I will not stop until they’re out of business with all the clauses that they put in contracts. They should not be running any business in Louisiana or in the state alone. Please hear me out anyone that consider dealing with this company. I know it might be hard times but please don’t trade your vehicle for a shabby loan that they can take your 40 and 50,000 or more vehicle away from you in a split second. I do not approve of this company, and I will expose this company everywhere. I do not approve this company to anyone.

Fantastic company to work with, great personal customer service, they talk, educate and understand our circumstances and try to help. They are very prompt and knowledgeable; they have worked with me for a long time.

I did a loan, and the experience was quick and easy. Now my loan was paid off, currently I am on hold for the title department. I have talked to 5 people, just to find out where the process is of when I should be receiving my loan. Every time I am put on hold another person from collections picks up the phone and we start the process all over again. This is ridiculous. I have had a great experience with this company up until today. All because I want to speak with someone in the title department.. Which I am starting to think doesn't exist with all the complications of speaking with them. I then ask for a manager, 19 mins on hold I hear a ring and now silence. This is terrible business conduction.. After paying all the money back, I am now getting a run around, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO A CLIENT WHO PAID OFF THE LOAN! This process should be just as easy as signing up for the loan which literally takes a day.

The person on the phone was really nice, polite and understanding. It was nice dealing with friendly people. It took LoanMart about an hour and a half to process my loan. They have great service and I recommend them.

LoanMart lied to me. The employees were courteous, but they kept asking for so many things. I gave them copies of the registration, and VIN Number, but they put the wrong year of the car on it, so I kept running back and forth. I got a $2000 loan at a 110% interest rate, and it was a $206 payment every month for three years. It was absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal.

They were very friendly, easy to work with, and speedy with everything. They've been very good and I understand how they have to charge more for what they're doing.

LoanMart saved my life. I was searching around on the internet and they had good reviews. So, I chose to go with them. Applying with them was super easy. I did some stuff on the phone and some stuff on the computer. Their reps were really good. One guy I worked with, whose name was Ceasar, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was pleasant and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get the money. The process was very cut and dry. The minute they found out or got notified that my title was on the way, the money hit my bank instantly. So, I got my money quick. I was so down bad for money at that point in time and I was going to do it regardless of the rates they offered. I got a three-year loan which I'll have paid off at the beginning of next year.

I Googled who does title loans and LoanMart came up. I was impressed with the speed and the customer service was fantastic.

I do not recommend. I got a 2000 loan 2 years ago. My monthly payments were $178. Then I noticed that for the past 2 years I've been paying $178 and my $2,000 balance has never went down then, when I call them, they tell me if I would have been paying more than my monthly payment that my balance would be going down by now. Please be aware and refine print before you take a loan from them. I now have a lawyer looking into my agreement with them because it was ridiculous how much money I'm going to have to pay back after getting a $2,000 loan. And now they're threatening to repossess my vehicle after paying them for 2 years. Definitely wish I would have never gotten the loan.

Loan Mart is a big scam that is using people. They lie to you so watch doing any business with this company. They run your credit report even when you advise them that you do not want them to run it and do not give them permission. They are a bad company that the calls are answered outside the USA.

LoanMart gave me a title loan. It was a little bit difficult, but that was not their fault. It was delayed because I did not realize when the title was sent to me that it had the wrong spelling of my last name on it. But they walked me through it, I got it all changed and was able to just send it straight to them. They made the process really easy.

My experience with LoanMart was very good. The application process went smoothly, and we didn’t run into any problems. We had to wait until we got some things in order, but the loan was approved within a day, and the funding came the next morning.

Well the instructions on this review started out by saying people come here for help and to be honest. Well this is my honest opinion and this is my story dealing with LoanMart. I called them about a title loan. They agree at $119% interest. I was desperate enough I was going to take it. I almost signed the papers twice but as I read them it said things in there that they denied when I spoke to them on the phone per se caring full coverage insurance. I had five different employees tell me that I did not have to carry full coverage insurance although it states very clearly in the contract that you do and they tried to talk in circles they tried to get me to sign that contract and they could have took my car legally and they were lying to me the whole time. I hate to say I needed that money desperately but there's no way that I was going to lose my only vehicle over it.

I was looking for short-term loans and discovered LoanMart through the internet. I applied because of the ease with which to get the loans. Mostly, I did it over the phone and the reps were friendly. All together, my title loan application took an hour. It wasn't immediate ‘cause I had to send in information on the title and I had to get that stuff together. The only thing I didn't like about doing the title loan was the amount of interest on it is high. With each payment I made, the principal went down a little, a dollar or two, and that's why I wanted to pay it off as soon as possible, ‘cause I'd end up paying way too much interest over the terms.

Very helpful staff during process and immediate funding once paperwork is completed. Easy process to follow and staff will guide you if needed. Interest rates are high, but that is expected in these types of transactions... I would use again if I needed to.

I had a loan with LoanMart before. I had used them twice, and they were the easiest to deal with. The customer service was fantastic, and their website was easy to use. The annual percentage rate was high, but considering how quickly I got the loan and everything else, it is what it is.

I've called to schedule payments but have still been charged late fees and when I requested to change my due date due to the timing of my paycheck I was told I was provided help already and will not be receiving any more help and a supervisor will give me the same response if I was transferred to 1.

They make sure they get your car and make it impossible for you to get back no matter what they have to do customer service so rude and ignorant, they yell scream and hang up on you, I can’t believe this is a professional company out in the public get away with this kind of behavior and tactics.

It was tedious during the application process. It was back and forth. I had to do this and that. But LoanMart served its purpose. It's a great company and I'm satisfied. I was in a motorcycle accident July 5th and wasn’t able to make a payment on July 20th. This happened to be my first payment. I already had two previous loans from LoanMart, one I paid off in full and in a timely fashion. The motorcycle accident set me completely back. One of the representatives was patient and worked with me. He got me deferred for another month. But they have the other people calling and calling. They have a system that is relentless. LoanMart should assign you to one representative. That way, that representative can call you all they want or call you back at a certain time.

Love the employees that helped me great place to do business and I'm a customer who has redone loans many times and would again great ideas for you and texting them all day and then getting approved for a loan is awesome. Good bye....

I was first quoted one loan amount, then quoted another one. Their staff is never on the same page about the current status of the loan. It was always another hidden issue that I had to complete before I could get the loan. Long story short never got the loan and went through hoops and hurdles… They were suppose to reach back out never did, I reached out and was told they would follow up and never did…. Smh don’t waste your time at all… I would rate 0 ⭐️ if I could.

I got a title loan for a few grands for my 2013 RAV4. They have bad customer service and can be very unresponsive. There’s this automated system with two options which would not let me talk to a representative even just to check on the status of my account. There is a customer service email address, but they avoided answering some very basic account questions as well. Either that or they failed to respond at all.

Advance America, a place that I used to do title loans with referred me to LoanMart. The application process was kind of difficult because they needed pictures of everything in certain kind of ways. Some stuff went through. I had to retake pictures of some stuff a different way to prove it was me, and with the vehicle and license plate and driver's license. It was a little difficult because they are a company in California. Overall, it was good. It just took four days, which put me in a bind because I needed the money a little quicker than that. But I was already in the process, so I just continued with it. Customer service was good. All the interactions were good. Everybody that I spoke with and the people that needed the information got back to me right away and received my emails and everything that I sent. Everything went through okay.

I was trying to move and the only thing at that time that I had was my car title. Something came up and I just applied. There were a couple of others but LoanMart seemed to be the better fit for me. LoanMart offered me the highest money per yield on my title. They offered almost 2,000 more than what their next loans were around here. And they were the only one that would do it because once the other local companies saw the chapter 13, and then it was a dismissal, I was red-flagged and disqualified right away. Also, the representative was helpful. Go with LoanMart.

I told them today, “I'm not going back and keep doing the same thing over and over again. If that was something in your computer that you messed up, just know that I'm gonna pay my bill and that's just that.” It took me a whole day to get the loan. I thought it would be faster, but all the requirements that they made me go through, made it longer.

Do not deal with these crooks. I got a title loan from them in April of 2019, now it’s 2024 and I am still paying on same loan with no end in sight. They’re not the easiest people to deal with. I contacted them about two year ago wanting to know how much longer I had on my loan. The agent wouldn’t give me a concrete time frame. It’s like you will never pay them off. They just have you making payments forever. My loan should have been paid off by now. It’s been 5 years since I have paid them and no reduction in balance whatsoever. I’m thinking about pursuing legal assistance to get this resolved.

I only had a loan with them for 2 months and paid it off in full. I was told that I would have my title back within 15 business days. I didn't get it like they told. Don't trust them, they also have high rates...

These people are SCUM. Please do not call them for help, find another way to make ends meet. Who charges these interest rates and sleeps at night? My son had a loan and I attempted to pay it off to avoid interest charges and they put me through hell and wanted my information, photos of my Debit Cards and all FAXED to them.. These people are PUKES, they make money off your problems and offer no REASONABLE help… Don’t do it! Stay away!!

The finance company that I dealt with let me know about LoanMart, and I called them and talked to a representative about a loan. I needed more money than the personal loan was gonna give, so I did a title loan, and the representative made me understand everything. Some people give you the runaround and try to trick you, but she kept it real. LoanMart ran my information through, and I was approved, then I went on from there. It was so good to where when we needed more money, I turned my husband on to it and he did a loan as well.

Some people were at ease with it and some people had me iffy with it. But it all worked out in the end. Being able to go on and talk to them and let them know what was going on, worked for me.

We can't honor that because you were late on a payment in November the 23rd of last year.” I said, “No. I was not late on a payment. I made that payment.” I made my payment December the 23rd and then a few hours later, I got a return phone call saying that I was right and that I made the payment. They told me that they could give me the extra funding that I was looking for.

My experience with LoanMart was long and dragged out, but it's their policy. They needed a dozen pictures, names and phone numbers. It took me almost a whole day to figure out all they needed. Then I had to go find the UPS office, which, when you live in the middle of the woods in Louisiana, you don't have one on every corner. I had to drive all the way to Shreveport. Once I get paid for, I probably won't do that anymore.

Their system wasn't getting all of them and I kept having to resend a bunch of information through the initial process. They finally got everything and I was able to get the loan, but it it took some time. Also, I don't like how high the interest is because I feel like I'm just paying the interest and not paying the loan down. It feels like a never ending cycle, but I had no choice. I needed funding quickly.

You will have to file the lien at your county/parish, tying up your collateral at that moment. This then changed to “upon verification from the state, then you get the funds”. My state went from 5 to 7 business days to 10 business days, with no promise that it would be done by then. Had I known this, I probably would have gone a different way. While LoanMart has offered to give me a release of lien, this will take place the process even further out if I now take this route. Please inform your customers that their funds are dependent on the state doing their job, and not just you getting what was asked of you.

Handful of times being put on hold, then disconnected, then transferred to wrong departments. Fees are ridiculously high. To make payments you can’t pay directly to them, you have to use a third party service, which charge a fee. Towed my car after being late for 31 days, without notice, then had to pay entire loan before getting it back. Was told I didn’t have to pay any fees at the tow company, which was a lie. On top of another fee to the police department.

The staff is incredibly rude! Interest rates are incredibly high (talk about loan sharking) and their app is terrible. I will NEVER make this mistake again! Please think before you take out a loan from this company. Not only are the rates terrible, the people that I spoke to about getting more information on the loan (my fault for trusting this company) was so rude! Remember a $5000 loan can cost you up to $15000 if you pay it back in 3 years, also remember there are other companies that charge much lower than this! Do your research. I bought a car so my loan is being taken care of from the dealership and I no longer have to deal with this terrible company.

When I put my stuff in, they declined the amount I was asking for because they didn't include my Social Security. They called me and let me know they were gonna cut it way down. I said, “No. That's not right at all. Y'all offered me this much. I was asking for half of that. And now you're gonna cut it down even more. Never mind then. Cancel the whole mess.” They called me back couple of hours later and said they made a mistake and didn't include my Social Security income for the year. So they processed my application and said they would give me the amount I asked for. So I continued.

I had a good experience. It was straightforward and I understood everything. The only problem I had is the interest rates. That's robbery. There ought to be a law against it. And LoanMart preys on people who are in need. So, I wouldn't have done it had I had been able to do something else. Had I been able to do something else, I wouldn't have gone this route. Loanmart's system does not make it very easy if you don't fit their mold as far as providing documentation. They did not give any opportunity when uploading things to explain anything. It was just, "Upload the documents, and then we're going to reject them three or four times until you call." One time, they explained that they were looking for a different document, even though there are two of them that get filed in a tax return. So, that was fun. "No, we don't want that Schedule K. We want the other Schedule K." The instructions just say, "Upload Schedule K." Once we called, they were able to figure out what we needed to send them then they were able to add some notes to the account.

I'm scared because I don't want them to say that they didn't receive my payment and take my car because that is on a lot of the reviews that they have about them. Also, one of the reps told me that I was just gonna be waiting for an email. But then, that rep calls me and tells me to sign the title of the Fedex the way it's supposed to be for them, send it in and I would be getting my loan that day. He never told me I was gonna have to wait until my title gets there. I didn't like the part where I was told the funds are gonna get put into my account the same day when they know and then they did not want to come to the phone. Other than that, I'm impressed because the reps were eager to help.

During the application process with LoanMart, I called them and then, they emailed me. I told them all the information and they emailed a paper filled out with what we went over. I read it and hit sign. The first time I was with them, I had to sign my signature on my phone. Now, when it comes up, I'd touch it and it puts that same signature right there on it. So it works out perfectly. If you're approved, as soon as you get the paperwork sent back to them through the email or their document upload link and the documents are good, they release the money. Usually, it takes me to the next day. Because by the time I get my paperwork in, it's so late in the day. They did a direct deposit straight onto my debit card. The interest is a little high but if your payments are on time, it comes down $4 each month. LoanMart is helping me. I can't ask for better because no other place will loan me anything.

When you talk to them, you're not talking to a robot or a machine. You're talking to somebody that's in America and understands. They sit on the phone with you when you get the loan. They did a budget with me and talked to me about the loan, what I was getting it for, and the benefit of paying it back. They also told me if I pay extra every month, I can get the payments down lower. They worked with me. We came up with a budget and on how to pay it back on short term and save with interest payments. If ever in emergency, I would go to them. I've been extremely satisfied.
