The process wasn't easy, but it wasn't super hard. By the ratings, I thought it would be a bit quicker. But two days was all right. Go ahead and do it if you want to.

The application at LoanMart was easy at first but now I've done everything they asked me to do, they keep calling me back, saying that I forgot to submit this or I forgot to submit that. I didn't do a lien thing. I've done it five times already, and they keep calling me back and saying I need to do it again. I told them today, “I'm not going back and keep doing the same thing over and over again. If that was something in your computer that you messed up, just know that I'm gonna pay my bill and that's just that.” It took me a whole day to get the loan. I thought it would be faster, but all the requirements that they made me go through, made it longer.

The process with LoanMart took three days and everything was very good. It helped out in a difficult time in life. People should go with them. If you need help and you're in a spot, LoanMart is a place to reach out to.

Doing the title loan application with LoanMart was an easy process. The online quote was a good amount but it was not accurate and they lower the quotes once you call in and do it over the phone.

Do not deal with these crooks. I got a title loan from them in April of 2019, now it’s 2024 and I am still paying on same loan with no end in sight. They’re not the easiest people to deal with. I contacted them about two year ago wanting to know how much longer I had on my loan. The agent wouldn’t give me a concrete time frame. It’s like you will never pay them off. They just have you making payments forever. My loan should have been paid off by now. It’s been 5 years since I have paid them and no reduction in balance whatsoever. I’m thinking about pursuing legal assistance to get this resolved.

I liked the ease of the application process with LoanMart and their reps were great. The associate I worked with was knowledgeable, concise, and efficient. The entire process took me a few hours and I received the funding a day after. Their rate was a bit high, but at the time, it was an emergency, so I really didn't have a choice.

LoanMart should be utilized as a last resort and avoided if at all possible. The rate of interest is exorbitant. Additionally, you will be charged a late fee if the payment is not made by the due date. The company does not offer a grace period and does not work with borrowers regarding payments. It is hard to conceive that a banking institution is no more than a loan shark with no interest in customer satisfaction.

I only had a loan with them for 2 months and paid it off in full. I was told that I would have my title back within 15 business days. I didn't get it like they told. Don't trust them, they also have high rates...

These people are SCUM. Please do not call them for help, find another way to make ends meet. Who charges these interest rates and sleeps at night? My son had a loan and I attempted to pay it off to avoid interest charges and they put me through hell and wanted my information, photos of my Debit Cards and all FAXED to them.. These people are PUKES, they make money off your problems and offer no REASONABLE help… Don’t do it! Stay away!!

The finance company that I dealt with let me know about LoanMart, and I called them and talked to a representative about a loan. I needed more money than the personal loan was gonna give, so I did a title loan, and the representative made me understand everything. Some people give you the runaround and try to trick you, but she kept it real. LoanMart ran my information through, and I was approved, then I went on from there. It was so good to where when we needed more money, I turned my husband on to it and he did a loan as well.

The people that I talked to at LoanMart were nice. Being it was my first time, it was scary. But for the most part, my experience was okay. I talked to several people. Some people were at ease with it and some people had me iffy with it. But it all worked out in the end. Being able to go on and talk to them and let them know what was going on, worked for me.

They're always kind. I'm completely satisfied. I have also had what allowed me to skip a payment.

The second time was this last week and I didn't even make my first payment. I just paid them off. But the first time, I made six payments to LoanMart, and I paid them off. So, my experiences have been good.

Their payments are too high and on top of that, I had to put my vehicle up for collateral. I tried to tell their rep I'm on disability and on a fixed income and if there was any way that he could get those payments lowered but they don't care. And all they want is their payment. They don't care whether you have trouble making the payments or not. If I had known ahead of time what it was gonna be like, I’d have just passed it on by. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody else.

I had a very crappy experience with LoanMart. When I went in to apply for an additional loan, they told me that I could get up to $5,000, and then they came back and said, “Well, no. We can't honor that because you were late on a payment in November the 23rd of last year.” I said, “No. I was not late on a payment. I made that payment.” I made my payment December the 23rd and then a few hours later, I got a return phone call saying that I was right and that I made the payment. They told me that they could give me the extra funding that I was looking for.

My experience with LoanMart was long and dragged out, but it's their policy. They needed a dozen pictures, names and phone numbers. It took me almost a whole day to figure out all they needed. Then I had to go find the UPS office, which, when you live in the middle of the woods in Louisiana, you don't have one on every corner. I had to drive all the way to Shreveport. Once I get paid for, I probably won't do that anymore.

The team who helped me get a secured loan was terrific, especially Ricardo. Attentive, friendly, and helpful - he made the whole experience smooth and easy. It was a complicated process with LoanMart because there were a lot of documents that had to be sent over to them. Their system wasn't getting all of them and I kept having to resend a bunch of information through the initial process. They finally got everything and I was able to get the loan, but it it took some time. Also, I don't like how high the interest is because I feel like I'm just paying the interest and not paying the loan down. It feels like a never ending cycle, but I had no choice. I needed funding quickly.

Everything's been good. My interactions with the reps were very progressive. They were very diligent in getting things done, and the process was very easy. It could have went for an hour or two, but there was holdup on my end.

LoanMart was an affordable option for me to help take care of some things. It worked as a smart financing offer to help lower some other bills. People should investigate it for themselves and see what the offer looked like and if it worked for them.

Once I sent off the stuff, LoanMart sent me my confirmation code quick, and I was able to get my money the same day. While the people that I spoke to were courteous and polite, not all the information was provided as to funds availability. You will have to file the lien at your county/parish, tying up your collateral at that moment. While this is not an issue in itself, initially, I was informed that upon presenting the receipt of the lien transaction, I would receive the funds. This then changed to “upon verification from the state, then you get the funds”. My state went from 5 to 7 business days to 10 business days, with no promise that it would be done by then. Had I known this, I probably would have gone a different way. While LoanMart has offered to give me a release of lien, this will take place the process even further out if I now take this route. Please inform your customers that their funds are dependent on the state doing their job, and not just you getting what was asked of you.

They also made sure everything was good and I was comfortable with the loan and the payments. It was an easy process and everything went well. My experience with LoanMart has been great. If I could leave no stars I would. No one should ever use LOANMART for a title loan. Customer service after getting loan is horrendous. Handful of times being put on hold, then disconnected, then transferred to wrong departments. Fees are ridiculously high. To make payments you can’t pay directly to them, you have to use a third party service, which charge a fee. Towed my car after being late for 31 days, without notice, then had to pay entire loan before getting it back. Was told I didn’t have to pay any fees at the tow company, which was a lie. On top of another fee to the police department.

The staff is incredibly rude! Interest rates are incredibly high (talk about loan sharking) and their app is terrible. I will NEVER make this mistake again! Please think before you take out a loan from this company. Not only are the rates terrible, the people that I spoke to about getting more information on the loan (my fault for trusting this company) was so rude! Remember a $5000 loan can cost you up to $15000 if you pay it back in 3 years, also remember there are other companies that charge much lower than this! Do your research. I bought a car so my loan is being taken care of from the dealership and I no longer have to deal with this terrible company.

Applying thru LoanMart was very easy and it was completed within 24 hours. Then, the funds came in less than 48 hours. The rep who helped me was awesome and she explained things to me. This is my first time ever applying for a title loan so I had a lot of questions. She answered them and I was comfortable with her answers. Also, they had me take photographs, so I took them. I can pay a large amount like I paid $500 not long ago to bring some of the interest down. That was great for me. And when I went back to try to refinance, it was even easier. So, I'm satisfied. I liked the rep's willingness to help me and to explain and answer all my questions because I ask a lot of them. Try LoanMart because they gave me a good deal. I enjoyed my experience.

When I put my stuff in, they declined the amount I was asking for because they didn't include my Social Security. They called me and let me know they were gonna cut it way down. I said, “No. That's not right at all. Y'all offered me this much. I was asking for half of that. And now you're gonna cut it down even more. Never mind then. Cancel the whole mess.” They called me back couple of hours later and said they made a mistake and didn't include my Social Security income for the year. So they processed my application and said they would give me the amount I asked for. So I continued.

I had a good experience. It was straightforward and I understood everything. The only problem I had is the interest rates. That's robbery. There ought to be a law against it. And LoanMart preys on people who are in need. So, I wouldn't have done it had I had been able to do something else. Had I been able to do something else, I wouldn't have gone this route. At the end of the day, it's about the rates and the money. So, I wouldn't recommend this on anybody.

Loanmart's system does not make it very easy if you don't fit their mold as far as providing documentation. They did not give any opportunity when uploading things to explain anything. It was just, "Upload the documents, and then we're going to reject them three or four times until you call." One time, they explained that they were looking for a different document, even though there are two of them that get filed in a tax return. So, that was fun. "No, we don't want that Schedule K. We want the other Schedule K." The instructions just say, "Upload Schedule K." Once we called, they were able to figure out what we needed to send them then they were able to add some notes to the account.

I needed money and LoanMart was there for me. It’s was easy. They were very nice and always answered my questions very friendly. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work. This really help me in time of need.

I'm scared because I don't want them to say that they didn't receive my payment and take my car because that is on a lot of the reviews that they have about them. Also, one of the reps told me that I was just gonna be waiting for an email. But then, that rep calls me and tells me to sign the title of the Fedex the way it's supposed to be for them, send it in and I would be getting my loan that day. He never told me I was gonna have to wait until my title gets there. I didn't like the part where I was told the funds are gonna get put into my account the same day when they know and then they did not want to come to the phone. Other than that, I'm impressed because the reps were eager to help.

During the application process with LoanMart, I called them and then, they emailed me. I told them all the information and they emailed a paper filled out with what we went over. I read it and hit sign. The first time I was with them, I had to sign my signature on my phone. Now, when it comes up, I'd touch it and it puts that same signature right there on it. So it works out perfectly. If you're approved, as soon as you get the paperwork sent back to them through the email or their document upload link and the documents are good, they release the money. Usually, it takes me to the next day. Because by the time I get my paperwork in, it's so late in the day. They did a direct deposit straight onto my debit card. The interest is a little high but if your payments are on time, it comes down $4 each month. LoanMart is helping me. I can't ask for better because no other place will loan me anything.

Then they will verify a few things and that was pretty much all I did to get my loan. For the most part, the reps did pretty good. I like the monthly low payment with LoanMart. They also tend to pay more. They search your title and how to get things off your credit. It wasn't like they were trying to rip me off. When you talk to them, you're not talking to a robot or a machine. You're talking to somebody that's in America and understands. They sit on the phone with you when you get the loan. They did a budget with me and talked to me about the loan, what I was getting it for, and the benefit of paying it back. They also told me if I pay extra every month, I can get the payments down lower. They worked with me. We came up with a budget and on how to pay it back on short term and save with interest payments. If ever in emergency, I would go to them. I've been extremely satisfied.

The loan team was very professional, easy to work with, I enjoyed the experience. Especially Kiara who was very helpful and understanding, with great advice for accomplishing the goal. Received the funds in my bank account in a reasonable amount of time.

If you need cash and need it quick to cover something, out of all the loan companies, LoanMart is the best. I've used them a couple of times and the process is really easy. For my last loan, everything was smooth and I completed the process in a day, which was really fast. But they got to knock down the interest rate a little bit.

The process with LoanMart was really smooth. The person I worked with was excellent. He gave me everything detail by detail. I would highly recommend LoanMart. It's a fast process. It's more convenient. It will help you with whatever you need as far as the money situation.

I got a title loan from Loanmart and crashed the car while I still had the title loan. They repossessed the car and sold it but are still trying to charge me even though they got the money for the car. My loan was for 2500 and they are asking for over 8k. Then they started calling my family members and jobs and harassing me and threatening me.

There was a lengthy process with taking pictures. I'm a college student, so that's hard sometimes, but we worked around it. We had to change the lienholder as the Capital Community Bank, and they removed the DMV fee where we didn't have to send the title in. LoanMart was able to set my payment the way I needed to. They were very helpful with everything. They did everything they possibly could to help me get the loan, the approval rates and the amount that I needed. It provided me with a good sense of a stability to be able to pay the loan back.

I was out of town when we had to process a loan with LoanMart and it was really the most inconvenient, but everything was fine, except for the fact that I had to take a picture next to the car. I was in a completely different state and I had to pay my son $100 to drive to me so I could take a picture of the car and get the loan. But I get it. Anybody could try to get a loan on something and if it's a torn up vehicle, what kind of collateral is that? Other than that, the entire process took a week and I'd tell friends and family good things about LoanMart.

It took me 30 minutes to an hour to go through the entire process at LoanMart. Everybody I spoke to was helpful. The only thing I don't like is if it's due on the 21st, nobody should call me until the 22nd. Don't call me on the day of. I don't need to be reminded. If I missed the 21st and then on the 22nd, you'd call, that would be fine. Besides that, everything else is pretty good. They also send you a reminder text, which is amazing.

Customer service was very helpful. I just had to upload the paperwork and they let me know they received it. Everything was done pretty quickly. The process took about a day. Once everything was approved, I receive the money instantly. The terms were fine and I agreed with everything. I have the option to pay off the loan sooner so that’s even better.

The first person that I spoke with scared me off. He wanted to run my credit, so I said I didn't think my credit was bad, but he said he's seen people get loans with not that well of credit. "Let me see." When he ran it, he wanted to transfer me immediately to somebody else and gave some spiel. I thought it was a scam, but after that initial person, the lady that I dealt with to get the loan was wonderful. She knew I was having a hard time and that I wanted to get it done by the end of the day, because I was in a really tight corner. It was a little rough for me, because I didn't have a printer, but she got me through it. It got done by the end of the day, and I really appreciated it.

The rep was fine, not persuasive, but laid out the facts. The process could have been done within an hour. But it took me a couple of days as I was pondering over it. The process was fairly transparent and pretty smooth.

I could do everything over the phone and just fax things back and forth. But then things got complicated. It was just the process of getting all the information to them. It wasn't as easy as I thought it was at first. Initially, I just had to download or upload everything to them.

Everything was explained to me properly and when it comes down to paying, they work with me on my schedules. So I really like it. Also, their interest rate is very low compared to other places.

They gave an online upload option that was secure to upload any documents. The rest of the information was done over the phone. The initial rep that I had sucked and he lacked communication. I spoke with him once and tried to reach out with additional questions but never heard back from him. I may have just had someone that was really busy. Anytime I called, they always said that he was with another client. I would have liked for him to at least acknowledge the emails that I had sent.

I was preliminarily approved for a loan given the amount of money I was making. I included my contract that I received, as I have accepted a teaching position at a local public school. It included my salary. Additionally, my husband’s financial info.was included due to my recent arrival to the area. The company requires selfies. They were not as interested in helping me after receiving my picture, as I am an African American woman. They came up with lame excuses for not approving the loan and they also changed my loan # that is required to upload documents into their system in an effort to have another alibi to substantiate why they wouldn’t approve the loan. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU ARE OF A CERTAIN PERSUASION!!

The application process with LoanMart went okay. I had to keep calling back but the guy came through. That took probably a day and a half. That aside, customer service was cool and nice. The rate and terms of the loan were pretty fair. I had a little problem so I had to call them back. I got into a little accident and the front wheel came off my car and popped the ball joint. Also, I was gonna ask LoanMart for an extension.

My experience with LoanMart went pretty well. They made things a little easier than I thought it was going to be. The process was really quick and simple. The rate could have been a little bit lower but it could have been worse at the same time. With the loan, I got some necessary bills paid.

Don't trust this company. They will take your money and your car, and then charge you so much interest. That is ridiculous and unheard of. They are loan sharks and should be shut down and have no business license, ** customer service and the people working there are idiots. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I was approved for a loan through LoanMart and OH MY GOD! The run around and laziness and ** they tell you. I spoke to 5 different people and nobody was updated. Let's not talk about lunch everybody’s excuse, 30 min? Nope.. 1 hr? Nope... 2 hrs maybe a response. If you upload docs online, expect 48-72hrs for any funds. Not good for emergency funding. I ask for official copy of their policies because of the stupid excuses and they couldn’t provide it. I asked for a supervisor and I was denied. Completely shady, shaky and unethical.

It was a really easy loan process. All I had to do was get a little personal information and then they got a few things verified. Everything went through so easy. My loan officer was responding to me quickly. Whenever I sent him something to verify, he would respond instantly, so everything went quick. I just went into Walmart and everything went through. This was the easiest loan I've ever done.

The rep was good for me. The application process was good. There was a lot of information. But the people who needed to get a loan just want to make sure you got the right information.

It was an easy experience with LoanMart. I just had to fill out some stuff, take pictures of the car and email them. I started the application process in the morning and I had the money in my account by the end of the day. The reps were very helpful and nice. They weren't foreign people. I can understand them.

Every time I called LoanMart, I was able to speak to someone and get the proper information. The only thing is the emails. I got some in my junk folder, but I did not receive all the emails as they were saying I was receiving them. For instance, to get the MoneyGram's information, I had to call in to get the numbers and I still haven't received the email for it, even though they said they sent it three separate times. Aside from that, I had no issues with anything else.

It wasn’t an easy process with LoanMart. I had to go to my local tag office, which is about 20 minutes from my house, to get the title fixed. Because I didn't know that the title had one number different from my address, which was my old address. So that dragged that out for a few days. It was on a Friday and my tag office was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. That following Monday, I finally went to the tag office to get everything done. They ran my credit more than once. After I did that, I tried to contact my loan officer, but it took him a while to respond. Then, when it came time for them to process the loan to my account, they had the information messed up. Someone told me I will get it the same day, but I didn't get it the same day. It was the next day.

I reached out to LoanMart and I got help. It was the best move I could have made. Customer service helped me every step of the way and everything worked out. My rep was very professional and helpful. The process took less than 24 hours. This loan greatly impacted my life because I was in a loan that I had been paying for about 18 months and I was just paying interest on the loan. I paid over $7,000 for this loan that I only borrowed 2,500 on. I was never gonna get out of that loan unless I paid it off in full. I was very satisfied with LoanMart and I would recommend it to friends and family because it worked out for me. I would take another loan once I pay this off if I need it.

I've had a couple of loans with LoanMart, and it's simple and easy. They take a full size photo of the truck then check the VIN. The reps are professional too.

I did the quick walkthrough. We were pre-approved. I said, “Okay. Let me see if I can make this work.” It was midnight and I didn't know what LoanMart's hours were. So, I waited until the next day. They called me. I said, “It's just I want to make sure this is going to work first.” They shocked me on their customer service Quick and honest. They made sure I understood the amount of money it would be a month. They worked with me.

This by far is the absolute worst loan company that a person can use. They do not communicate to you when a major change has taken place with your account status. Although, you may opt to receive calls, text and also email they do not communicate when your account status changes. When you call in and speak to a representative that person provide information. Then when you call back and speak to someone else they're oblivious of what the previous rep communicated. But they communicate on every call that this call is being recorded however, when you ask them to pull the call so that they can review what was communicated by the previous rep that act like that is not a option. They are completely inconsiderate and insensitive to a person going through hardships and other unexpected emergencies in their life.

The process through LoanMart was very simple and it was a very good experience with the reps. Working with LoanMart made things very easy for me.

I wasn't pleased to be taking out a title loan on one of my paid for vehicle, but I was pleased that LoanMart was willing to do it, and everyone has been fairly professional. If I forget about the payment and it's late, they do have a tendency to be a bit pushy with having me postdate or schedule something. But I understand why they would do that because I don't really have the same relationship with them as I did with my other creditors. Also, it’s on me if I forget the call and schedule a payment. Otherwise, they don't really bother me or get on my nerves.

The Application with LoanMart was seamless. They were very on top of it. They called me daily and emailed, too. Their representatives were wonderful. The percentage rate with LoanMart was 60%. With TitleMax, it's 183%. They're terrible. They don't even have fax machines. LoanMart blows them out of the water. I would a hundred percent recommend LoanMart. There was one small thing where they had the wrong routing number for my bank and they sent it somewhere. It took like five days. So, for those five days, I did get it but I paid interest, which was about 8.50 a day. But it's not a big deal and they were great overall.

It was an easy and quick process. Be sure you can keep up those payments and pay your loan off as soon as possible, or else you’re gonna lose your car.

When I first made the call to LoanMart, I told them the exact situation. I said that the title was in my trucking company name, which is my last name and I asked them if they do the loan like that. They said they could. I found out from a guy named Javier that that couldn't happen. At that time, I was already wrapped up into the deal and I had to switch my title out my name. So, that was an inconvenience and it wasn’t too good of an experience. But after that, it was easy. I did the application and sent the pictures in, and I have a clear title. As long as you got the title in your name and not a company name and it's clean, then it's a smooth transaction. LoanMart was by the book. There was just nothing they could do.

The lending process took a couple of days. Every time LoanMart called, they told me I needed to send documents. They told me what to send in at first. And they called, “Oh, now we need this.” But for the most part, it went okay. The customer service was great but the rates could be better. They were a little steep.

I was told if I made partial payment that they would put off the following month payment, and I wouldn’t have to pay again until March. They told me to call back in February and they would assist me. I was able to come up with the whole payment, and now their saying they didn’t say it. Their coming up with different scenarios and twisted what was told to me around. I wrote down the info and who I talked to each time. They know people are going through hardship and they DON’T CARE. They are money hungry and a selfish company.

Somehow some got access to my information and received a loan from my car. I still possess the title and am now being told car is up for repo. I am trying to handle this with LoanMart but they are unwilling to work with me to get this resolved. I do not know where to turn or go from here.

I ended up going with LoanMart because my grandfather passed in Michigan and we were trying to do a cremation ceremony to get him and fly him back home. I did a title loan and LoanMart was fast and on point. Their rep asked for pictures of the vehicle all the way around as well as the VIN on the driver's door. She wanted the mileage, a picture of the dash, a picture of me with the tag of the car, and a picture of the title initially. They then asked me to send the actual title and income information as well as my proof of residence. I did my light bill.

After paying off the title loan, they never returned my title. I checked with DMV and they are still the Lien holder. I had to call numerous times to find help. I would never deal with this company again.

When I told one of the officers I was thinking about it, he kept messaging me asking “Hey, are you ready to apply, finish submitting the information for your loan offer?” I said I was still gonna think about it and she still contacted me back asking if I was ready to sign. I understand the need to sell, but it was just a little more pushing the envelope farther than I expected. I ended up getting the loan and it's great that I put all the information in, so I got approved for it. I don't like how high the interest rates are as it's 150% interest which is ridiculous. Other than that, the service is okay and it’s a great opportunity.

I spoke with one of the loan agents Ahmad about 30 minutes ago. He was helping me get my loan approval finalized so I went thru verifying all my information (including place of residence, job, ssn # etc.). I also let him know from the beginning of the phone call that I still owed on the car and the estimated amount. He said that wasn't a problem and proceeded to continue finalizing the loan process asking what amount I wanted to borrow and describing the payment terms etc. When we got to the list of what I needed to complete the loan (documents I needed to provide) he stated I needed to have a picture of the vehicle title front and back.

When I talked to people from LoanMart, they seemed very trustworthy. They would sit on the phone with me while I was driving from my house to Walmart to pick up the money. If someone was going to hoodoo you around, they sure aren't gonna sit on the phone with you while you drove there although I felt a little uncomfortable a couple of times because they all asked everything.

LoanMart was efficient and they stayed on top of everything. Their interest rate was good and the loan helped me for what I needed it for.

LoanMart is good and the process is easy. They came up with better rates which is more than 25% savings for me monthly. However, I had an issue when they said the funds would be sent. They weren't sent till two days later. Also, it would make it easier for some people if they could make bi-weekly payments. LoanMart told me they don't allow that. It has to be paid all at once.

I like the way the loan is set up with LoanMart. Unlike a regular car loan, you can pay towards the principal and get it down quicker than the months they had it set up for. But I got frustrated when I had to go out a second time and I sort of let a little of my frustration out on my rep. I hung up and wasn't gonna even get the loan but he called back and we talked some more. He was really understanding on it.

I didn't want a hard pull on my credit to get an offer, I'd gotten offers from other companies without it. They seem to train their reps to pressure people into moving forward. The rep I spoke with said the company was very good and felt confident I'd get an offer I wanted so I gambled and went through with it. They offered me a decent loan amount but with 97 PERCENT INTEREST! I told the lady that I'm pretty certain that the interest cap in Florida is 30%. She claims it's legal. Well, I'll be calling the secretary of state and we'll find out for sure because not only is it evil and unconscionable to take advantage of people like that, it is very possibly ILLEGAL. I will be reporting this company to the secretary of state in the state of Florida.

The lady I dealt with, Leslie, was very easy to work with, kind, accommodating, and helpful. I prefer to deal with somebody that I can understand and somebody that can understand me so that when I asked a question, if I asked it off the wall, they understand what I'm saying. Leslie answered every question I had very promptly. She was on top of her job and the process was made so easy that I went with LoanMart and contacted Leslie a second time after I paid off the first loan to do another loan.

This has been nothing but an absolute headache. They claim if you submit your documents by four you’ll get your funding the same day. I am now on day 3 of this application process because my loan officer Luis decided he didn’t want to tell me he needed additional documents. I only found out when I called and his coworker told me what further steps I needed to take. Not only that, but apparently he wrote in his notes I didn’t upload all the required pictures but when this coworker merely glanced at my documents he noticed they were all there. I’ve called several times today and he he has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I tried to calmly explain my concerns and he raised his voice, refused to listen, and talked over me every time. Save yourself the hassle and the headache and choose literally any other loan.

The application was pretty easy. I thought it was going to take forever to get everything done and taken care of but it only took 45 minutes total. Every representative that I had talked to there handled everything perfectly. Also, everything was self-explanatory when you pull up their website. They had everything noted ahead of time - what you're gonna be needing to be able to do the application.

They were friendly, nice, and kept in touch with me. It was just a lot of running and a lot of waiting. I would recommend them, but I wouldn't do it again.

My vehicle title was one of them, but I misplaced it, so I followed up with them and told them that. They said that I had to call the local county and request a new one. I did that, but I was told that it could take a month. I called the first agent and said, "Hey, this is gonna take a month. I think I'll have my situation figured out by then, so I don't think it's necessary that I get this loan." He said, "Okay. Take care." That was the end of it.

When I had questions and wasn't sure about something, I would call. If they were on the phone or with somebody, they called me back within 10 minutes. It was very good.

On the second one, I signed all the documents, sent LoanMart everything they wanted and the guy said, “Okay, I'll review it and call you right back.” An hour and a half later, still no call. I had to call him and they closed in one minute, so I couldn't get the money until the next day. All in all, there were a couple of hiccups, but for the most part, everybody was exceptional. LoanMart gave me the cash that I needed to get things going. The interest was high, but at least they got me to where I could do something.

One lady there helped me out tremendously. She answered every question and she was very professional. LoanMart responded to me on a good time.

Trying to get the loan was difficult because they kept saying I needed this and that. I told them, “You don't need anything else, right?” They said no. I didn't get my loan ‘till Tuesday and I applied on Thursday night. It was just one headache after another. But the rep I worked with was really good.
