It was tedious during the application process. It was back and forth. I had to do this and that. But LoanMart served its purpose. It's a great company and I'm satisfied. I was in a motorcycle accident July 5th and wasn’t able to make a payment on July 20th. This happened to be my first payment. I already had two previous loans from LoanMart, one I paid off in full and in a timely fashion. The motorcycle accident set me completely back. One of the representatives was patient and worked with me. He got me deferred for another month. But they have the other people calling and calling. They have a system that is relentless. LoanMart should assign you to one representative. That way, that representative can call you all they want or call you back at a certain time.

Advance America, a place that I used to do title loans with referred me to LoanMart. The application process was kind of difficult because they needed pictures of everything in certain kind of ways. Some stuff went through. I had to retake pictures of some stuff a different way to prove it was me, and with the vehicle and license plate and driver's license. It was a little difficult because they are a company in California. Overall, it was good. It just took four days, which put me in a bind because I needed the money a little quicker than that. But I was already in the process, so I just continued with it. Customer service was good. All the interactions were good. Everybody that I spoke with and the people that needed the information got back to me right away and received my emails and everything that I sent. Everything went through okay.

I was trying to move and the only thing at that time that I had was my car title. Something came up and I just applied. There were a couple of others but LoanMart seemed to be the better fit for me. The application process was quick. I had to do my title, the pictures and the odometer reading and it wasn’t hard. The representative was very helpful and any questions that I had as far as walking me through it and following up was good. LoanMart had been above and beyond my expectations. I've been able to pay off and reborrow against my loan and even with that, had cheaper payments. If I was going to be late, they were very understanding. There was no hassle about that. I just made sure that if I had a date, I stuck with it. I would recommend that people try LoanMart if they need a loan. The approval odds are good.

The application at LoanMart was really fast. It wasn't too into detail, but it took all the necessary information they needed. But it was a very smooth transaction. I was very surprised. Regarding their interest, they're a little high. But other than that, customer service and everything else was perfect. They communicated back and forth. I wasn't the one reaching out to them. They reached out to me. It was very easy. I thought it was gonna be a little bit harder than expected, but it was not. The app that they sent is very easy to work with. I'm happy about everything. My dog was almost gonna die and I needed this loan ASAP. I turned to them and they did their 100% to help me. For somebody who's in a tight spot like I was, I would really recommend LoanMart.

LoanMart's interest is high, but if you're in a position and you need to get money now or within the next day or two, I would highly recommend you for LoanMart. I understand these type of loans are not cheap, but if you're in a bind, they can bail you out. It helped my finances for a while. I've used them twice now. The second time was this last week and I didn't even make my first payment. I just paid them off. But the first time, I made six payments to LoanMart, and I paid them off. So, my experiences have been good.

They are truly awful people, They lie. They overcharge. They make you feel completely helpless. They make sure they get your car and make it impossible for you to get back no matter what they have to do customer service so rude and ignorant, they yell scream and hang up on you, I can’t believe this is a professional company out in the public get away with this kind of behavior and tactics.

Love the employees that helped me great place to do business and I'm a customer who has redone loans many times and would again great ideas for you and texting them all day and then getting approved for a loan is awesome. Good bye....

I was first quoted one loan amount, then quoted another one. Their staff is never on the same page about the current status of the loan. It was always another hidden issue that I had to complete before I could get the loan. Long story short never got the loan and went through hoops and hurdles… They were suppose to reach back out never did, I reached out and was told they would follow up and never did…. Smh don’t waste your time at all… I would rate 0 ⭐️ if I could.

I got a title loan for a few grands for my 2013 RAV4. They have bad customer service and can be very unresponsive. There’s this automated system with two options which would not let me talk to a representative even just to check on the status of my account. There is a customer service email address, but they avoided answering some very basic account questions as well. Either that or they failed to respond at all.

The overall lending process was fine. LoanMart helped initially but then, I pay in the interest and gets me back to where I started from.
