However, that significant finance charge concerns me, and so far, it doesn't appear to be negotiable based on LoanMart’s policy.

Despite the annual percentage rate being on the higher side, the overall interaction was satisfying, which is why I have returned to LoanMart. I had a loan with them before as well.

Given my experiences, I would certainly consider using them again if the need arises. Rating the experience overall, I'd assign it a definite 5 stars, a reflection of the superb service provided by Cynthia. However, due to the cost factor—particularly the high fees—I'd rate the price aspect a 4. Overall, LoanMart has proven to be a reliable choice for me.
