I went to one of the stores where you can apply for a LoanMart title loan and the lady there was really nice. She told me what to do and that was how I started with them. The process was pretty quick and easy, but the interest was kind of high. It was a good experience overall, but there shouldn't be too many people calling at the same time. That made it a little bit like a scam thing. They could also make the interest a little bit better for the people. Other than that, the loan was something that I could pick up at Walmart and there are a lot of Walmarts around, which makes it a good option.

The person I worked with at LoanMart made the application easy and the process wasn't long. It took 24 hours at the most for everything to go through. I stayed on hold for a long time when I tried to call, but I know it gets busy. Other than that, I got my information and everything that she said was going to happen happened. I also liked getting the money right away in my personal account. They were patient with me and they they've helped me a lot since I've gotten my loan there. If somebody is considering availing their program, they should follow through with everything they say, do it in a timely manner, and be patient.

The application process with LoanMart wasn't easy, but it wasn't hard either. My rep was Samuel and he was knowledgeable. If my kids would need it, I would tell them to go to LoanMart unless they could find a lower interest rate. The rate was a bit high. I should have looked into it before I did it, but I didn't. LoanMart deducts the payment right out of my account and the only thing that upset me was I have asked to get my contract sent to me through the regular mail, but they keep saying that it's online. It doesn't matter if it's online. I can't print it out because I don't have a printer.

I got in a pinch and was getting a divorce and got injured and broke my back. I was able to get a loan that helped me tremendously. I then got in a car accident that was not my fault and unfortunately was hurt again. it set me back financially and thought I was gonna lose my car. I worked with a representative named Armando #** and he was so helpful.

I looked up LoanMart on the computer and decided on a title loan since I had a bill I had to pay fast. The process was quick and easy, but I didn't realize the interest was so high until I got all the paperwork. Dealing with the reps was good. It’s just sometimes it was a little hard to understand what they were trying to say. We tried to set up my automatic payment, and the guy said he couldn't do it until after the first payment was made. Then, they said I couldn't pay it off with a credit card. There are a bunch of things that seemed awfully strange when you get a loan. But the customer service has been good and the only reason I wouldn't recommend LoanMart is the interest rate.

I went to apply for a loan here in Orange City, and I asked them if they do any loans for car titles, and they gave me LoanMart's information. As far as the application process, since I'm old school, everything was new to me online but I was able to get some help from one of my kids. While I still haven't gotten to the website to open what I owe and my payment, the reps who initially worked with me were great. They very patiently helped me.

This is my second loan with Loanmart. This experience was better than the first experience. What made this experience different was when I hit a road block they called me and gave me other options that could help complete my loan request. If I need assistance with another loan request I will be contacting Loanmart.

This company does not have a grace period. So if you don’t pay on the due date you’re screwed. I was in a bad place and needed a loan. So I didn’t read all the small print. So please save yourself some money and keep shopping.

Luis and his team did an excellent job. They were professional, honest, and nice. The process was easy and was explained very well. Luis told me everything I would need to get the loan. Driver license, title, pictures of car, vin number, odometer, selfie with license plate, I had to upload into the secure site they sent to my email. They sent the label for UPS for me to send them the paperwork.

I slipped and fell at work on January 30th. I was unemployed and had 4,000 in savings. I was looking for other places to get some money, googled title loans and found LoanMart. Their process was pretty simple. I did it over the phone and the process took 15 minutes.

LoanMart is a great company. The customer service is excellent and they try to work with you. Their representatives have been nice. They helped me.

I learned about LoanMart through Google and the application process to get a title loan was quick. It couldn’t have been more than a day or two. They sent out some paperwork and I sent them documents. The customer service was good and everybody seems legit and solid, but LoanMart should have better interest rates. It’s even more than 100% so it seems a little predatory. I was a little desperate, so I just took what I had to get at that very moment. People should probably go to their bank or credit union to see if they can get something a little bit better.

My experience with LoanMart has been very good. They were the ones I first made contact with and after that, they were very swift. It was efficient. I had my money that day, and we were off to the races, as they say. Everyone was very nice. They've been very good to work with. It's more of a high-interest loan but you know that upfront. It's not anything shady. It's best to pay off the loan as quickly as you can. I’ve added to it a couple of times but I’ve had no issues. LoanMart gets you taken care of. They go through the details with you so you know what your loan payoff is and what's going to happen. They're very thorough.

I don't have a credit history because I'm foreigner. I couldn't get a credit card and I needed to pay my rent. LoanMart was the only one who would give me a loan though for an arm and a leg. They want money on top of things but the process was easy. I had to speak to a representative and finalize paperwork and their customer service is good. However, I was not very happy about everything. The pricing is the worst possible. They do not tell you it's an interest loan, that you pay interest every day you have the loan so you actually never pay this freakin' loan down. I was in the hospital and they towed my car. I had to pay so much for towing service. It is ridiculous. I would never ever recommend LoanMart to anyone.

LoanMart had a better interest rate than most companies. Because living in Texas, there's no stipulation. A lot of these companies, they'll come in, and they'll say, "Sure. We'll let you borrow the money because you're in dire straits, but we're gonna charge you a 500% interest rate." At the end of the day, that $1,000 loan is gonna cost them $9,000. The interest rate of LoanMart was still high, but they were the fairest of the others, which is why I was drawn to them.

I had some bills, and I'd seen about loan titles on the media. I applied with LoanMart. They wanted pictures of the car, and then they said I had to send them a copy of my pay. They wanted a picture of where I live, a picture of me, and a copy of my driver's license, and they asked if I was employed and some more questions about my income. They asked if I live alone or if I was family-oriented. It went through like a regular loan process. All I had to do was call them, and they answered my questions. I didn't have any problems with them answering my questions. They also gave me two numbers that I could call, and I went right straight through it.

I needed the money and this is the second time I’ve gotten a loan from LoanMart. I knew I could qualify using my truck, without needing credit. The lending process was fine, and the person who helped me was good. But the interest is high, so I plan to pay the loan off within two months.

Look at the 1 star reviews. Run away from this company!!! This company is a scam and should put below the market. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Look at the real ones and research this company and you’ll see the truth. They will have you in a loan forever if they could. You paying monthly but your loan balance is still rising. Been paying on a Balance of $3323 since October 2026 and been paying on time, and it’s March 2026 and they saying I still 3300.

I liked that LoanMart has a fast process. During the application process, they asked me to submit the title of my vehicle and they asked me for my driver's license. Their representative was professional. Overall, my experience was great, but it was costly.

The representatives at LoanMart have been great. They're just very pushy. They'll call you and then try to tell you that an offer is just for that day. Then they’ll call and call you. Overall, the application process was okay.

It was easy to pick what I needed on their website and when I talked to their reps, they were always nice. They were professional, courteous, and precise. I needed some funds and I was looking around. I needed just a certain amount of money which I got from LoanMart. They processed the loan very well and I got it in a good amount of time. The lending process took a while because I'm long distance. They're in California and I'm in Florida. So, I had to scan the paperwork, send it, scan it, send it, and ask questions. It took a while for them to address any question or concern that I've had come up, but they did well. Processing it was good, but when I had a question, I couldn't find a representative. They kept tossing me around and they finally said, "Well, get ahold of our customer support and somebody there will help you."

I was gonna apply for a loan with another company because it's a little bigger here in Texas, but then when I searched title loan on Google, LoanMart occurred first. I went to them and the lending process was really easy. The reps really helped me. If I needed something, they told me how to do it and how to submit everything. They called me every 10 minutes to see if I was able to get through everything, and whatever I asked, they told me the right answer for it. I was approved within a day.

The process was very easy and simple. They didn't ask for much as long as you have your vehicle title, you take pictures of your car license plate, and that's pretty much it. Honestly, it felt almost sketch just because of how easy it was.

I I got a title loan through LoanMart. I didn't get very much money, only $2,500. I didn't have any problems with the application, but the complete process could have been explained better. They tell you what they’ll need, but they weren’t thorough with it. It just made sense as I was going through the process. I wish I knew some things at the onset that maybe would have made a difference whether I use LoanMart or not. They give a good taste of the sizzle, and a little bit later on, the complete steak. I don't think it was bad. That's the way they're trained and that's their process. They could discuss it in a training meeting. Going through the process, I don't have any problem recommending anybody to LoanMart.

I had a not so pleasant and pleasant experience on 12/05/2025. I was speaking with a representative that was not helping me to the best of what a good customer service should. As I was speaking with this rep feeling defeated, I noticed a call from a number that came in my phone the other day and told the rep thank you but I had another call that I needed to take. Well upon answering the call, it was another rep from LoanMart. Let's just say the next rep that I was on the line with, went above and beyond his job description and gave me more confidence and assurance with the answers that I needed!!! Great job Team LoanMart!!!
