LoanMart was the first company I went to and it worked out. I called them and they took my application. They took my name, my income, and what kind of car I had and the process took only a day. I put my application in at 2 o'clock one afternoon and then by 3 o'clock the next day, I had my money. Also, the rep was really nice and he explained step by step. Dealing with them was real simple. The only thing is the high percentage you have to pay back. But that's anywhere you go these days.

Getting a loan from Loan Mart was extremely easy. It was so easy, I was thinking it was a scam at first. But, I didn't have any issues. All the things I had to upload and each step were very simple. I had a question over email and they replied back immediately. I'm happy with the process.

I had some bills, and I'd seen about loan titles on the media. I applied with LoanMart. They wanted pictures of the car, and then they said I had to send them a copy of my pay. They wanted a picture of where I live, a picture of me, and a copy of my driver's license, and they asked if I was employed and some more questions about my income. They asked if I live alone or if I was family-oriented. It went through like a regular loan process. All I had to do was call them, and they answered my questions. I didn't have any problems with them answering my questions. They also gave me two numbers that I could call, and I went right straight through it.
The loan process took almost a whole day because when I contacted them, it was late in the afternoon, and that's California time. They told me to send all my information through and they sent me an envelope overnight where I had to take to FedEx. It didn't cost me anything. I took it to a FedEx store, and it went right through. Before 1 o'clock my time, everything was settled. I didn't have any problems with the service. The only thing is the price was a little steep. So, I would tell others to really think about it. If they can't afford it, they should not do it. If they are in a crunch because they need money, and they know upfront that they cannot afford the price and are not gonna be able to make those payments, they should not do it because it would not be the type of loan that they would need.

I needed to put a down payment on a payment on a HVAC, which was $8,000, and I had been sick for a year. So, I was really behind on everything. I applied for a title loan of 3,500 with LoanMart and they came through with the cash pretty quickly. At the time, I was sleeping in the winter with a small Amish heater and they gave me the opportunity to put the money down to get a HVAC. So, they came through for what I needed.
The monthly on my loan is 350 and I'm likely going to pay it off next month. I had a good experience with LoanMart and I don't remember anybody being unfriendly. If you need money fast and you can pay it off fast, you can go to LoanMart. They don't do a credit check and they do it rather fast at a high interest rate. They don't ask for an exorbitant amount of documents, like income documents, but I had that ready to go. And you didn't have any underwriters calling and telling you that you're missing this and that.

The process was very easy and simple. They didn't ask for much as long as you have your vehicle title, you take pictures of your car license plate, and that's pretty much it. Honestly, it felt almost sketch just because of how easy it was.
The lending process was quick. I remember trying to go to FedEx but couldn't because they were closed, possibly due to the holiday season, but overall the turnaround was fast.
I worked with the loan officer named Leslie, and she was professional and helpful. No matter what, she was there to help me out. She never made me feel like I was being annoying, even if I didn't understand something or asked questions more than once. It was a stressful time for me and she was patient and supportive throughout. I really appreciated her.
One thing that could be improved is having more places to withdraw funds beside Walmart, although Walmart is widely, so it still worked out. I also appreciated that when we reviewed my vehicle information, they adjusted the loan amount. I had estimated my mileage at 164, but it was actually 146. Once that was corrected, they increased the amount that I received, so they didn't just leave it at the original figure.
Overall, the experience made my life easier. I was late on my first payment and had to double up later, but the process itself was smooth, and I didn't have problems. I plan on continuing to build my credit, and they approved me even though my credit was low based on my vehicle.

LoanMart saved my life. I was searching around on the internet and they had good reviews. So, I chose to go with them. Applying with them was super easy. I did some stuff on the phone and some stuff on the computer. Their reps were really good. One guy I worked with, whose name was Ceasar, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was pleasant and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get the money. The process was very cut and dry. The minute they found out or got notified that my title was on the way, the money hit my bank instantly. So, I got my money quick. I was so down bad for money at that point in time and I was going to do it regardless of the rates they offered. I got a three-year loan which I'll have paid off at the beginning of next year.
Other than that, it's a little hard to get to a person at Loan Mart. There's no number to call to talk to anybody unless you're making a payment. Since I make payments over the phone, that's the only way I've ever been able to get ahold of somebody. Everything else is automated. I was reaching out a couple weeks ago about trying to see if I could get add more money onto my current loan, and it was really hard to get ahold of somebody. I had to email customer service, then wait on them to get back with me, and wait on LoanMart to call.

LoanMart gave me a title loan. It was a little bit difficult, but that was not their fault. It was delayed because I did not realize when the title was sent to me that it had the wrong spelling of my last name on it. But they walked me through it, I got it all changed and was able to just send it straight to them. They made the process really easy.
I was mainly working with three representatives and had their phone numbers to be able to reach them. And if they weren't available, they called me right back. 'Cause I needed it quickly and they were on board with making it happen. The rates are ridiculous, but that's my own fault as well because I screwed up my own credit. If I pay it off early, then I don't pay as much. They explain all of that to you at the very front. I was really impressed that they treated you with respect, even though you know where you stand. I was in a bind, and I needed it, and they were able to loan it. For somebody that's messed up their credit, they're fantastic.

I needed the money and this is the second time I’ve gotten a loan from LoanMart. I knew I could qualify using my truck, without needing credit. The lending process was fine, and the person who helped me was good. But the interest is high, so I plan to pay the loan off within two months.

Look at the 1 star reviews. Run away from this company!!! This company is a scam and should put below the market. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Look at the real ones and research this company and you’ll see the truth. They will have you in a loan forever if they could. You paying monthly but your loan balance is still rising. Been paying on a Balance of $3323 since October 2026 and been paying on time, and it’s March 2026 and they saying I still 3300.

I liked that LoanMart has a fast process. During the application process, they asked me to submit the title of my vehicle and they asked me for my driver's license. Their representative was professional. Overall, my experience was great, but it was costly.

The representatives at LoanMart have been great. They're just very pushy. They'll call you and then try to tell you that an offer is just for that day. Then they’ll call and call you. Overall, the application process was okay.
