The experience was great. There was a slight delay with receiving the funds but that didn't affect me. The process was very simple and easy. Your online application was user friendly. Jared ** was very helpful and he always returned my phone calls and emails on a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the process and would recommend my friends and family.

Only had to deal with one individual which made the entire process very convenient and easy. Would use them again for sure at any time. Was able to go through their website and the process was very easy and self explanatory. Took fewer than fifteen minutes to go through the entire process. Rates were better than what I would get from my personal bank which is Wells Fargo. Have many short term and long term options for you. Meets all of your needs. Had an online chat function that was incredibly helpful and you didn't have to wait for an agent to contact you. Only 1 person in the queue ahead of me. Very fast service.

Just need help with gaining a better credit score. Thanks for being free so I can keep a eye on my payments and credit score. I don't understand why student loan forgiveness programs didn't help me like they said they would. They too screwed me out of 600 bucks that could of went towards paying back my loans through here.

I can do this but no one will give me the opportunity to work with me. I'm very confident that I'm responsible. I work through a temp for 6 months straight trying to get hired on full time with the company I've been with for 3 of those months. I work 12 hr shifts 5 days a week.

The customer support service was good. They are very responsive and polite. They try to assist you in every aspect in the best way possible. The application process was clear and easy. There was not much difficulty in terms of the disclosure and policies that needed to be followed. The rates and terms were quite reasonable in comparison to other lending institutions. There was clarity and the rates were very much affordable. The online tools are user friendly. There was little or no difficulty encountered so far. My customer support was great. They were so nice to me and tried very very very hard to make sure I was happy and happy with the loan that I had received. The application process was fast and easy. They don't go by your credit and even if you have bad credit they still will give you a loan. They try to make everyone as happy as they can. The rates and terms were great. I had affordable monthly payments and my rates never go up no matter what. They were so great and really tried their hardest to help me. The online tools they tell you about are great too. You can get on your account and check how much you owe still or if you can receive another loan and it helps you with anything you need.

Ive used Lending Tree in the past to shop rates, and tonight I did the same. But then my phone pinged with an alert to a hard credit pull. Then it pinged twice more to show the same. I had my credit pulled three times, on a page that promised no hard enquiries. Then I looked at the names on the inquiries, and saw that they had done this before as well. Im quite livid right now. Had I known they intended pull hard, Id have not bothered. Waiting to hear back from them, before I'm forced to seek other recourse.

As always, of course lower rates would be appreciated, but that is a given with any company. I found the rates to be comparable to similar organizations. I was happy with their online interface. Customer service guy was really nice and explained everything. He walked me through the process and called me back. He helped explain forms and get them finished. It was time-consuming but the rep was very helpful and it took a few days but everything was done online. I had one thing to fax to him but everything else was streamlined. I did not get a rate or terms in the beginning. I was quoted a rate and terms but I didn't qualify for the loan. The rate was 6.25% for 5 years was the terms of the contract but I did not get approved. I used a company website that gives loans to businesses. I also had to fax some paperwork to their customer service rep. I used an online loan calculator to figure out how much I needed.

They were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made sure I understood everything and made me feel very comfortable with the terms of the loan and everything I asked. It was an easy to understand application. Pretty self-explanatory and easy to fill out. The customer service people will even walk you through the whole process if you need them to. The terms are easy to understand. They make sure there is no hidden crap, everything was straightforward and if you have questions their customer service is more than willing to help you figure it out. I personally didn't use the online tools but they seemed to be very helpful if you need them. They make it easier for some people to fill out the application.

Anytime I contacted them I was never on hold long. Always treated me with respect even if I had to be late on a payment. Would use them again if I need another loan. They helped me when I asked about a particular part of the application process. Actually enjoyable. My rates and terms were higher than normal because I don't have the best credit. It was hard for me to even get a business loan so this wasn't a bad deal for myself personally. Online account access is superb! Unless you need to speak to a person everything you need to do, you can do on the website. I loved the website access, you could make payments, get more credit all from the site.

Tried to get a loan quote from these people today. I have a 767 credit score 50% equity in my home. I simply wanted a quote on a 15 year fixed rate mortgage. I answered all their questions but they just kept on pushing for more unrelated information. I felt like I was buying a car at a used car lot. They refused to give me a quote. I'm assuming they knew that they were not the best rate and kept trying to push me into a longer term where they might appear to have a better deal. Don't waste your time with this company. You will not be happy. PUSHY, PUSHY, PUSHY. They lost a chance at an A+ customer.

I called up looking to get some advice on a loan. The female representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly and accommodated all my requests and gave me some most excellent advice on how loans work and how they're really beneficial to you. The application process was as smooth as can be. It was easy to understand and easy to fill out. I never had any questions on how to fill it out cause the instructions were clear as day. Rates were incredibly cheap. Cheapest I've seen. I know the loan companies get a bad reputation for ripping people off but they really went above and beyond for me. They had some pretty good terms that were convenient to me! Online tools were incredibly easy to use and very dispersible. I understood everything that was shown to me and. Used all of the tools to my advantage.

I am still in the process of getting started. I hope this is worth the effort and I hope that Lending Tree is able to help me achieve my goals. Regardless of my past. I have heard a lot of things about this company. And I believe they either can get what I am asking for or point me in the right direction.

It was great. They were really friendly and answered all questions that I had. They put me at ease with the whole process. They were easy to work with as well. Loan experience was a very quick process. I didn't like the terms (would not get another loan on those conditions) but the loan was needed. However, again the process was swift and I appreciate the loan at a time in need. The payback amount, interest charges and not receiving the full face of the loan is good for you but bad business and I won't go this route again.

I had applied for a loan and submitted my documents and in a few days was approved. Very simple and you also have a fixed rate and no pre-payment penalty. This is what you look for people! Simple, Fixed rate, No pre-payment penalty. So looking at companies like ONEMAIN, LightStream a sister to SunTrust they also are Incompetent as many others.

Customer support for Lending Tree is very impersonal you never talk one on one with someone. I like to be able to visit a local branch and look at the women that work there. Applications process is a process in itself. You fill out an application and wait for them to get back to you and let you know if your application was approved so you can get your money. The rates and terms are like a foreign language to me. I just signed papers to sign them just so I could get money for a business that I do not have then I went to the bank to look at more of the tellers that worked there. Online tools are tools that are online and they are like a toolbox with tools in it. Some you use. Some just stay in the box and never get used then there are others you use all the time.

Customer support was rude and obnoxious. I definitely won't recommend to any other business or person. If you have fair credit, call or work with another company. Application was too lengthy and time-consuming. It should definitely be shorter for a small amount business loan. Hope you have all day. Rates and terms need to be better explained for a business especially ones just starting and small. Probably okay for larger business. Needs to explained clearer. When will these companies learn that not everyone knows how navigate through online services. I sure do miss the old days when you spoke with someone on the phone or met them in person.

Customer support will get you an answer to your questions eventually. It won't be fast and there will be follow-ups, but you will get there in the end. It's fine if you are not on a tight deadline. The application process is mostly automated and moves ahead smoothly enough. You shouldn't hit too many snags, but if you have a unique situation you will have to talk to a person to move forward. The rates and terms are clear enough. You can probably find better terms if you shop around enough, but they will get you in the ballpark or at least confirm if you other terms are competitive. The online experience is pretty standard but it works well. Everything you expect from an online lending application is here. If you've seen these before, you should have no problem. If it's your first time, it's pretty intuitive.

Well, to be honest at first I thought that this was too good to be true and maybe a scam. :) I had someone at a Banking Institute that I knew check into things. These days it pays to be careful. Things check out good and I proceeded from there. It really didn't take that long to get things rolling and yes, they do ask a lot of questions, but that is to be expected and understood. After all it is their money they are loaning. Everyone was very nice and professional to deal with. They did call sometimes on the same question or information, but a different person. But, it did all finally come together and I got my loan. Very great people to deal with and would recommend to my friends and family.

Business Loan - Through Lending Tree I was contacted by a company called Currency. Jordon ** was their rep. to whom I submitted all of my information including Tax returns (Stupid Me) along with bank statements. I submitted them because of the reputation of Lending Tree. Jordon told me they would have the funds in a couple of days. I contacted him over a period of several days. His response: "I'm working on it. I will call you later this afternoon." Afternoon does not exist for Jordon because I have not heard from him in over a week. Our credit score is good we just maxed out in expanding our business. So if Jordon could not get us the loan why not just say so. I am now concerned about our private information not being so private anymore... At this point I would advise anyone to stay away from Lending Tree.

The loan process was very easy. I was approved and received the money in my bank account in a very speedy manner, but the disclosure form was not visible and neither was the processing fees. My loan deposit was $430.00 less than the loan. I cancelled the loan. Don't pay to get a loan.

Senior was told cost of loan origination would be $1800. Was told he would receive the line of credit and was "booked" when home appraisal had been completed. Senior provided all records proving ownership of home and utility bills paid for home to prove residence. Robert ** falsely blamed appraiser writing on report that senior "did not reside" at home. The report stated nothing about that subject and appraiser also stated the appraisal for FHA loan would be granted. Confirm faxes, emails and certified letters to Robert ** confirming all facts by him that line of credit would be granted upon receiving appraisal report.

I had a somewhat satisfied and dissatisfied experience with Lending Tree. It seems that I were having trouble trying to seek a lender. Even if with poor rated credit, I think you should have a program where others that are in the same position as myself. And that our government could do better for the others that are in a similar situation as me.

I was first told you could not find a lender for me, and that I should log in to read the reasons why. Then my account logon didn't work, and your system failed to email me a reset (I tried twice, and did check the spam folder). Then a loan WAS deposited into my account (from Lending Club, via webbank), but I have also been unable to reach them. So, yeah, thanks for the unexpected money, but I really don't know where I stand with either organization. I tried to email Lending Club to rescind my permission for online communications, but so far I haven't heard back. Poor communications.

I was able to find a list of providers that would meet my needs. I selected the best lender for my situation and the process was smooth and steady. Pay off a high interest loan I have a loan that is 160% interest. I basically in need of a loan with a significantly lesser amount in interest. But leading the interest it will free me up to take care of smaller credit card bills. The perfect situation would have a loan than can cover all these aggravating payments and pay this interest to one company. Please please please.

I had two credit cards that both had a little over 20% interest rates. It was so discouraging to pay $100 on each, and see that over $65 was interest! I applied twice to the Lending Club, the first time I was denied. Then a couple of months later, I applied through Lending Tree, and was approved by Lending Club. The interest is almost half as high! I will be paying about the same monthly payments but will pay off my loan in 3 years instead of the eight it would have taken with the credit cards. What a relief! Thank you!

Somehow, I missed disclosure about origination fees and when my loan was deposited, it was over $1000 short of what I requested. Despite this, my loan liability is for the full amount originally requested. The origination fee should be more prominently displayed, rather than buried in an arcane, tedious, long document. It would have helpful to see a footnote or asterisk next to/near the amount wishing to borrow that says "calculate your loan origination fee". I'm not blaming anyone other than myself, but in my defense it should be noted that I have previously taken many types of loans (payday, personal, installment, title, debt consolidation) from different lenders and, except for mortgage and car lenders, I have never faced an origination fee for a single one. It's no surprise I wasn't looking for it. I'm merely asking for a more front-end disclosure/warning that an origination fee would be charged.

Lending Tree has never helped me due to my low credit score and derogatory comments. But I have hired a company to help me clean my credit score and since almost all of my credit debtors are over 12 years old we should be able to clean it up quickly. Once my good credit is restored then I will be making the decisions on what lender to use. And I probably will reject all of those lenders that have rejected me.

The customer support is fast in helping you with whatever problem you might have. They will keep trying to get your problem fixed before they hang up with you. It did take some time to fill out the application, but it did not ask a bunch of stupid question. And if you needed help with it there was someone to ask. The rates seemed reasonable to me for what I needed. And the terms was easy to understand and keep up with on what it was. Can say it was printed to where I could read it. I have not used the online tools much so cannot say a lot about how well they are. But what I have used was easy to use and understand.

If I would have realized that Lending Tree makes money off selling my personal info to mortgage firms, I would never have used their website. Ultimately I feel as if I posted all my info on the internet for everyone to see. After filling out my info on LT website (I left out my SSN#, and glad that I did). I was impressed that within minutes of requesting mortgage refi quotes I received a phone call from one of their loan agencies, followed by weeks of phone calls and follow ups from firm after firm.

Very nice people. They was very interested in me and was trying everything to help me be approved but I did not have enough experience. The application took me 30 mins to fill out. I'm not great at filling them out or else I could had it done sooner. I can read applications well - it's just the filling out is harder for me. They may be strict but they will work with you. I have 4 kids and no help so they worked a schedule out that works for me. I'm satisfied with this loan company. The online tools was very easy. It gives you a description on what each symbol, question, or picture. It is very explanatory. I recommend it to everyone.

LightStream was a pleasure to deal with, my loan approval was smooth and legal. But soon after I received several calls from America Lending Hub. They committed several fraudulent transactions on my banking account and they took $1400.00 misrepresenting a financial institution with false ID - scary dangerous experience. Their numbers 1-813 756-1345 and 850-702-2888 where the same man calls himself Benjamin, Maxwell, etc. with electronic voices accents. I do not know how they found my number. They leave no trace for a report with authorities. Their site appears as americalendinghub.com.

Customer support answered all my questions and made the process relatively easy. They were courteous and I had no problems with them. I would recommend this service. The application process was straightforward and did not take a lot time. It was easy to grapple with which I was most pleased. I did not have any problems. The rates and terms were as I expected. There were no any hidden fees or dead and expenses that I was not aware of. No problems in this area of the loan. The online tools made everything easy and sped up the time that it would have normally taken to receive a loan. I had no problems understanding or using the on line tools.

I tried LendingTree to apply for a loan and it quickly gave me two lenders who did not want to quote and one who did offer me a loan I requested, the interest rate, monthly payment. But then when I called the company, they said they had no information on me, they never ran any quotes for me and then denied me a loan up front. It looked like a firm offer to me, not just like a "you are pre-approved" credit card offer you get in the mail. If the lender is going to take time to let it go through their system and decide to approve or deny you, then offer you the amount, interest rate and payment, then say, "Well we changed our minds, that is just a scam to get you on the phone and change the deal." I see no way to contact LendingTree on their site or a customer service number to notify them about Springfield Financial who did this, hit my credit report for inquiry and denied me even though they offered me the loan.

The application process was pretty painless. Although there were the usual delays that we have come to expect when applying for a loan. But the team did a good job communicating these. Rates and terms were competitive. These were in the same ballpark as all the other lending institutions and I felt like the numbers were good for the time of the year. The tool was standard.

This is my first time so I hope to be happy with it. But everybody I talk to tell me they are really good so I pray and hope so so I can pass the word on. So far I been on here and every by been telling me bad thing about other loan place. So I hope to be happy with this one and I don't have to look no more.

I requested and was approved for a loan of $12,000. I only received $11,280.00. Where is the rest of the money? The direct deposit was only $11,280.00. Although the application process was easy, it took a little longer than expected and I am not happy that the amount deposited was incorrect.

The customer service was average. The application process was a bit unnerving, I really like a straight, stream line process, no hidden Agendas or questions, I like for the process to be simple, since the loan is mostly based on your credit. The online tools were average, I prefer to do all my business online if possible and avoid having to speak to customer service rep if I can, more options would be great, a bit more user friendly would have been great.

They are very pushy and some of the representatives are beyond unprofessional and rude. One of them called me at work and when I said I had to go and would contact him later, he argued with me via email about whether I hung up on him. Literally there was an on-going email chain of me saying "I didn't hang up with you and that I would like to get the loan", with him replying "yes you did and I closed your application". I asked for his supervisor and he simply replied "why?" I asked again and he all of a sudden didn't have time to reply to my email.

I was very disappointed with the payment scheduling with Lending Club. If it was outlined in documents before I guess I missed it. I think that it's really stupid that you will not take partial payments and if I make let's say a $1000 payment before the due date of the 29th it is considered a payment is not made and I still have to make a payment on the 29th because that's the due date. Also if I make a payment that is due on the 29th a day before on the 28th it is not considered a payment. Who does this? I have never had an account like this before.

The customer service was decent. I wouldn't say that it was exceptional or they went above and beyond however, the representatives always answer my questions and got me the information I needed. They were professional and knowledgeable. The application process was not a bad experience. It was fairly quick. It was straightforward as far as what I needed to bring in in order to get the loan. Overall, I'd say the application process was well done. They offered good monthly terms with a low interest-rate. I was very satisfied with the terms of the loan. They offered options regarding the length of the loan so I felt like there was some flexibility and I was able to accommodate my financial situation. I'm kind of old-school so I did not use very many of the online tools. It seems like they had a lot of options and online was well-designed. But I preferred to make phone calls to speak to someone although I did utilize paying online.

They were all knowledgeable and helpful however told us we were not eligible at the time for a business loan due to school loans still out. They walked us through and talked to us about what was needed. It was kind of long but we went through it. In the end we weren't qualified. We went there. The rates and terms were agreeable. Had it not been for previous student loans which unfortunately affects your credit rating we would be fine. Lots of online help and information to fill out application and describe all the rates and terms. Can easily contact people and it tells you how to do that.

Customer support were friendly and easy to understand - very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions or get me to the right person who could answer it. Application process was fairly easy. Standard questions were asked and everything was completed online which made the whole process quick and painless. The rate and terms are standard and very comparable to any large bank company that offer business loans. They competed with my current bank's rate and ended up being cheaper. The online tools were easily accessible and easy to use. It helped navigate you through the entire application process from start to finish.

I'm a disabled Veteran. I was trying to start up my own business. They were very rude and disrespectful. And very short answered with every question that I asked. It was very complicated and long. Asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the application. Then I waited for a few weeks before I called just to find out they lost my application. I was very dissatisfied with the rates and terms. The rates were outrageous for the terms that they gave me. I would not have anybody go to them. I'll never refer anybody over to them. Online tools they had was very complicated to use. He had to have a degree in computer Sciences to figure out of work this stuff and half the time their server was down and you can't get anybody to talk to.

I had a very positive loan experience. The customer service was exceptional. I will recommend this institution to my friends and family. They were very timely in their response and the process was seamless less. The fund were deposited directly into my account and I did not have to upload any personal documents.

Simple, straightforward application process. No hidden agendas, very easy to fill out. Only required the necessary information for the loan. Was able to get the rate and term that fit my needs and my abilities. It was tailored to fit just my individual situation and I was also told can be altered if my circumstances changed. One of the best and easily understood apps out there I have ever used thus far, I believe. Even the unknowledgeable could still use with ease and if not they have a wizard to walk you through the steps.

I want to thank Lending Tree for TRYING to help me with my loan. I was dealing with a company that Lending Tree works with, but Lending Tree assured me everything was set and that my loan would close on Monday, August 29th, but it did not. The company I was working with just cannot get their act together. Every time I thought we were finished I would get a phone call saying "we need one more thing to close" and these calls have gone on and on. I quit the company I was working with, called Lending Tree to look elsewhere for a loan.

I thought I was working with 1 lender but it was 2 different lenders. I did not know the loan business was so fierce. 30 seconds after I got on the site I got a phone call from a lender wanting me to finish my application. I told her I haven't even looked at the offers yet. It took me 2 days to figure out I had 2 applications going on at the same time. It was a little much. I almost ended up with 2 loans.

I was passively considering refinancing my auto & stumbled upon a link to Lending Tree to compare rates after answering a few simple questions via a very intuitive & straightforward survey on my mobile device. I thought I'd receive an email with ballpark estimates of my options. Instead, literally moments later my phone began ringing off the hook with loan officers calling me from a ton of companies I'd never even heard of. Some even offered me rates a full 1% higher than that of my current loan. On top of that, I received numerous emails and several inquiries on my credit file. The part that frustrated me the most is that the disclosures are completely hidden on the mobile wizard & it never clearly stated that I was consenting for all of these little mom & pop lenders to access my credit file.

It is very easy and very fast. I had a great experience and am very happy. The website is very fast and works great and answered all my questions. I am very excited to try and get a loan to pay for our new home. I think this is going to be very good for my girlfriend and I.

I am just starting to explore refinancing and completed Lending Tree's online info, and paused when I got to the page asking for birth date (which I did ultimately provide), and then another page requesting SS# with the disclaimer on it stating "this will not affect your credit." I decided to check out LT reviews a little more in depth before completing any more of the online form. In the meantime, LT must have decided they didn't need my SS# to turn my file over to who I consider "junk" lenders with high fees, such as Quicken Loans. In under 5 minutes I had 4 calls, one of them an automated robocall. I would not consider doing business with ANY of the lenders that left messages and am very concerned I'll be inundated with messages as other unfortunate souls have indicated in their reviews. Truly, truly regret providing LT ANY info and hope this review serves as ample warning to others.

Very polite and to the point. Compassionate and understanding. Great all around experience. The person helping me was outstanding in his customer service skills. We explored options and made what I consider the best decision. Would surely recommend this company to others. The turn around time was extremely fast. Looking forward to doing business with them for a while. Would entertain using them in the future if need arises.

I was treated very poorly yesterday, with a total lack of respect, by your operator. As I said in my other message the number of employees I work with 1200 not 25000 often ask about the status of my loan. I willing say look for another lender. This one is no good. Not respectful at all.

Upon completing I received regular updates as to the processing of my application. The funds were received within a few days of acceptance of my application. I signed up with LendingTree less than 24 hrs ago. Since then I have been inundated with phone calls – 25 at last count. They say they'll match you with 5 lenders, but I have been called by 13 different numbers. Only 2 of those have bothered to leave a message. Many of those who have called, have done so repeatedly – one of the callers has called at least 7 times! And this is in less than 24 hrs!! I would put myself on the DNC list but LendingTree doesn't even recognize my login information but yet they managed to distribute my info to everyone. I tried submitting a request to have my password reset – NOTHING! No response at all.

I was recommended to use this site on my next car purchase. Overall, this seemed easy to navigate.

Cardinal Financial was great to work with and Quoc ** did an outstanding job of keeping me updated. They seemed to move the process along pretty well. The appraisal company and the title office were another story. Appraiser took forever to submit the appraisal and title company would not accept court documents that were sufficient in years passed. It will be determined later whether their nitpicking things will be worth the delay. Hats off to Quoc and his team.

How can someone with a 800 credit score not be able to find a lender on your network? This seems to me to be just another phishing scam, and will make me far less likely to do business with anyone who might be inclined to call me from your "network".

Customer support with this company was absolutely outstanding! By far one of the best. They work well with you to help you get what you need and at monthly payments you can afford. The application process was a lot easier than I intended. Of course there were questions and papers to be filled out but the overall process was quite easy and quick! The rates and terms are always one of the top things to keep in mind when going through this process. Theirs were easy to understand and not outrageously crazy. Their online tools were super easy to decipher. Easy to maneuver and find what you need when you need it. Lots of extras you wouldn't think you need, but actually do.

Sometimes I wish that when I called I could get a live person in the phone. Unfortunately it was often a menu where you had to select a number and I couldn't get a live person. I found out about it from a friend who recently got a loan and just went to the website and after entering some basic info got loan options. I wish that there were better options for interest rates. The advertisements made it seem like they would be on your site but they seemed to be trying to hide some terms. I have an easy time accessing my loan info, future options, interest rates, and charges etc. Sometimes I have some trouble with the mobile app crashing though.

Through Lending Tree I got connected with Consumer Direct Mortgage. They are a joke and very unprofessional. Stay away. The senior loan officers are great salespersons and get you committed. Beyond that beware. The processor expects you to do all of the leg work. You end up working with several individuals which seem to bring no added value just someone else to be handed off to. Then there is the cash out. I didn't get my money when promised although it was supposedly wired to my bank. BEWARE. STAY AWAY!!!

Representative was informative and helpful. All went well. I had given my cell phone number on my application and that is the only number I can be reached on. What I didn't like was that the representative called the land line she found in my credit files. I did not give this number because this is my ex-husband's number. The rep left a message there so he got it. Now he knows that I applied for a loan. This is none of his business. That was the only upsetting part of the process.

It's ok. It takes a while to get anywhere but when you do they try their best to help you. I've seen worse in my life. Wasn't as bad as some other customer services I've dealt with. They are very long and tedious. I wouldn't wanna fill out the paperwork again. One of the worst application processes I've ever done in my life. The interest rates are very bad. It's a grueling process but in the end it's definitely worth it. Hard work will pay off and I would do it again. They're one of the better aspects of this and it's well put together. I'd recommend it. Very easy to navigate and very easy to understand. Best I've seen.

I thought this site was just giving me pre-approvals. Instead, they give your information out to creditors to do hard inquiries. Never once through the process did they provide a very clear statement saying they were going to do this. Apparently, after talking to one of the lenders, it is somewhere in fine print. The way they have this set up is extremely deceptive and shouldn't be legally allowed. Permitting a hard inquiry should be clear, not hidden. I should be able to decide what lender can do a hard inquiry and click a separate box permitting each one of them. I am very upset with this company and will do my best to try to get something legally changed about this. I would tell everyone to stay away from them until they change their application process so that it lets you know exactly what you are getting into instead of creating an interface that seems like it is nonintrusive but has big impacts hidden in fine print.

Please stop my request for people to contact me. I do not want anyone else to call me. I am not ready to do any refinancing at this time. We don't need any quotes and want to cancel the request to have lenders contacting us at our number or email as well.

I have good experience with Lending Club. It was easy and went smoothly. I would highly recommend this service to friend. The rates are very reasonable also with easy payback terms. I also like that the rates are fixed. The only problem that I encountered is that the feedback on the status of the loan when it was in process was a bit slow.

My fiance and I were looking for a personal loan. We had looked at some banking sites and were either turned down or "pending." We looked on Lending Tree and had immediate pre-screen results with options where we could then apply for the loan we really wanted. One of the best parts was we were given options of loan amounts and repayment periods beyond what we had originally requested so we were able to make an educated decision knowing all of the options available to us. From there, the lender we chose was also a seamless process. I want to say it was 6 days from when we applied on Lending Tree until the money hit our account. One note - you will get many emails and calls as follow up to your inquiry for a few days but we didn't find it overly invasive. Some might not like it, though. I would definitely recommend the service to a friend and will probably use Lending Tree again in the future when we are ready to refinance our home!

You guys always email me saying I qualify for a loan but I have never been able to actually get one so it is very frustrating. I am in desperate need of a loan and am constantly seeing your emails and trying with not even one good result. It's kind of like you are waving it in my face that I screwed up and messed up my credit and I can't even get a loan to help pay it off! I have enough stress in my life just living on a fixed income due to becoming a type 1 diabetic at the age of 9 and permanently disabled from it and the side effect at the age of 27.

I was displeased at first after providing all my information which I thought looked pretty good then receiving an E-Mail stating I was declined. The E-Mail was false and generated by I don't know what or who because the loan was approved and deposited a few days later. Logged into my account and it showed the progress of the loan up until it was deposited. Other than the false E-Mail the process was extremely simple and I never had to talk to anyone directly. So simple! $10,000 loan approved and in my account! Thank You Lending Tree!

I am very please with Lending Tree and Lending Club. They have made my life so much happier. Was able to pay so bills and also get a used car, which was very much in need of. The staff was very pleasant and curious. I also like the fact that I do not have to worry about sending my payment. It is taken right out of my bank account, and that they send you an email to let you know in advance that your payment will be due and on what date it comes out. THANK YOU!

I had a loan with Avant and then refinanced it 6 months later to increase the loan amount. The rate was high, but I knew it would be. Well, I had a major medical bill 9 months later and I was going to be entering repayment for my student loans in a few months. So I thought I would refinance again and include the medical bill and a very small credit card balance and consolidate those with the personal loan. The intent was to consolidate and get a lower rate. They denied it immediately with no explanation. I went to LendingTree and they found multiple lenders who made offers for the amount I needed. I chose LendingTree because the amount was right, the payment was right, the time-frame was the same for my Avant loan, and the interest rate was less than half. Here's the best part--it took less than three days for my loan to be funded by investors and deposited to my account.

They might claim not to sell your email, but the companies they work with do not have this agreement with them. So now I receive only spam to my custom LendingTree email.

After researching several companies and being contacted by many companies I chose Royal United Mortgage. The person assigned to my account was Bryce **. Bryce excelled in so many areas we find missing today. HE CALLED BACK. HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE. He kept me informed, was quick, thorough and professional. Would I take out another loan from Royal United Mortgage....YES. Insist on Bryce...without a doubt.

Personal loan - Fair. I liked the website. It was easy to use. I would recommend them to family and friends. Don't like the description section though. They demand fifty words at least. However, I would recommend them. I can only hope the loan will be easy to obtain. Overall good experience. Keep up the good work.

I was in NEED of a loan to pay off my credit accounts. I was sure Lending Tree would not be able to find any lender to finance me -- I was wrong!!! Lending Tree matched me with one lender (I felt discouraged because the other lenders did not want to take a chance with my credit background), but I filled out the online application from my one lender and received a phone call the next day. I brought in the necessary documents they requested and within 24 hrs, the money was transferred into my account. I was able to pay down my credit amounts which left me stress free. Lending Tree was able to MATCH ME with the ONE LENDER that I NEEDED... THANK YOU!!!

Roughly 10 days ago, as a returning customer, I submitted a consolidation application. I provided requested documentation to validate my income and the website status bar indicated my loan was funded and to await final review and possible requests for additional information to be received via email. 5 days or so passed without hearing anything so I went back out to the website only to find an additional request for documentation there. I provided that and again was told to await further potential contact. Finally on 7/26, I received an email to call. Upon calling, I was told my income verification did not match my declared income.

Accounting - It was amazing. Everything was nice and in place and I had a very good time working there and getting along with the others and people were so nice and they cared about my needs and I really appreciate that. Thank you for your service and the years that I've work for you guys.

Website claimed that it would provide me with a iPhone, laptop or a 3rd chochoment because I supposedly won a prize. It required that I provided my personal contact information as well as my private SS number, but website took multiple tries, but was not forthcoming with the needed data. I am still waiting for the data. Everything was a clever ploy to pry my data from me in an effort to fulfill the desires of this website's agenda.

I wish all requests for loans were this easy. I feel the on-line process is much more pleasant and quick. I did make a follow-up phone call and the young man I spoke with (who told me my loan was approved) was pleasant and professional. Thank you Lending Tree. The only thing that threw me was I received a phone call from one of the lenders after completing the online information and it really threw me. I did not end up giving them any information and did end up getting the loan anyway. Odd.

I made the mistake of submitting a request for "rates" and instead I was barraged with calls from lenders that Lending Tree had "matched" me with. One, Wyndham Capital Mortgage, was professional and I believe legitimate. Others were not. I tried to cancel, but Lending Tree makes that very difficult: There is no place on the Lending Tree website that mentions or directs you to how to cancel. I asked "How Can I Cancel" in a "frequently asked questions" box but received no answers. I called to cancel, waited on hold FOREVER and eventually reached someone who agreed to cancel my "account" and notify the "five" lenders I was "matched" with. But I received calls from way more than 5 lenders and asked how to cancel all. The agent contended Lending Tree only matched people with only five lenders.

Great process! Simply went online and requested a loan for the purpose of debt consolidation. Lending Tree replied immediately with the parameters of the loan product available to me with my credit history and gave me a timeline to think about accepting. Less than a week later, it was funded. It was a rather smooth process.

I applied for a consolidation loan and was very happy with the application and approval process. A few of the Lenders have ridiculous offers, but for the most part, I think any common sense Consumer should be able to see through that. My loan was funded within five business days. I recommend Lending Tree to those people serious about paying off bills and simplifying their debt.

Lending tree made the loan process too simple. I had a lot of loan choices and I picked the one that best suited my needs. The process was easy and I loved the fact that it was all completed online. I received my loan without any annoying calls or unwanted emails!!

I was aware there was an initial fee, but not that it be roughly 5% (c.$600) of the loan. Now, receiving an offer from Discover card, I notice that you also charge a termination fee. Is this true? And how much will this be, if so? They don't charge either, and if I'd gone with them initially when asked, I would have saved roughly $1,000-$1,200. Again, I would truly appreciate your notifying me now how much my 'closing fee' will be. Thanks.

Are a good people in the LendingTree. They try to help in all ways. Take so of your bad credit away. They try to help get your credit straight as fast as they can. I have been trying to get a new loan and straight my credit up so I can get the loan.

Filled out the initial questionnaire and received a lot of offers, most of which were insane interest rates over 20% and only one decent enough one for 18% (including the large up front loan fee). Basically, which loan shark are you willing to let bite your wallet! With a credit score of over 700, you would think a small loan with 10% interest would be sure thing!

The way I look at it is how can I make money if I don't have any money and I felt like I was having signed in blood over some money just to help me start my business. The application process was very straightforward. It was just very long and tedious. I don't feel like I would never profit in the next 10 years. I felt like it was almost like a student loan. They don't want you to succeed. The online tools did help make the application process easier however sometimes it still didn't make any sense and you did not know sometimes what they were asking you to say.

Beware of Lending Tree. I used it to refinance my car and had about 8 credit worthiness inquiries in 1 day. Now I was turned down for a credit card because of the excessive credit inquiries. I have excellent credit. Be careful before using Lending tree.

They have very good customer support. I'd suggest anyone that needs credit give them a try. They were very helpful throughout the process. Was easy to do business with them. They help me fill out all I needed to fill out. They are great workers. They understand and try to help. I'd recommend to any one to use them. They are very knowing of their job. I think they had a good deal. They were not bad rates. They offer some really good ones. I would sure do business with them again. I think they are a great company. They have some very good online tools. Easy to understand and easy to use. They have made their website so you don't have a lot of trouble. It's simple.

I had a lot of questions. I was able to get answer very quickly using the online options that were available to me. I was browsing internet tonight researching best options for refinancing our car. I clicked on Lending Tree and saw that they were accredited by Better Business Bureau. I decided to click on "CHECK RATES" which I assumed would ask me a few questions and give me an estimated quote of some sort. It never gave me a RATE but gave my BOYFRIEND'S INFORMATION out to three loan companies without permission and within 5 minutes he had a HARD INQUIRY on his credit report!!! I never even gave them his social security number!!! THIS has to be ILLEGAL!! I am reporting this unless this is taken care of immediately!!!

I did not think it would be so easy. I did all my homework, myself, and almost enjoy it, it was a little slow but it's okay. The paperwork was a bit much, and dealing some the people was unsettling but turn out well. It was too long and drawn out I thought, but I guess there was good reason for it. Dealing with people in this way was hard for me, but there was a good experience for me. All in all it was really good learning experience. It was little hard for me to understand at first, then she made it somewhat easier, then I caught on slowly a little bit at a time. She's very helpful. The process took about three hours. I used Facebook, Twitter, Consumer Report, Better Business Bureau, and other banks online to give me best chance to get my loan. This whole experience was a learning and trying time, but without this never got through it all.

I was contemplating refinancing my car at a lower rate. I signed up because Lending Tree states this won't affect my credit rating. Well they farmed it out to multiple companies. One of those companies made a hard inquiry and got a loan underwritten for me without even checking with me. The loan wasn't even worth pursuing. That company was rate genius. I am disappointed because my credit took a 30 point hit because of this unauthorized hard inquiry. I've disputed it but rate genius says they were authorized to make a hard inquiry by Lending Tree, whom I did not authorize to do so. Now I can refinance at a better rate... thanks Lending Tree.

I was overall very pleased with the process I went through – Lending Club was easy to follow and quick to respond when I uploaded documents, received phone calls, etc. The only thing I wasn't happy with is when they asked for a bank statement. I didn't yet have the most recent one (they asked for it on 6/15, new statements come out on 16th of each month, and because of how our mail circulates it's three days before we get the statements). I don't carry bank statements around with me, so I had to wait until the next day to bring it to work, scan it, and upload it. Lo and behold, they asked for the one I hadn't yet received, because it was after 6/16. No worries, though; I just waited until we received the new one and then uploaded it. I just felt a little rushed is all with that part. Overall a good experience!

As soon as they saw my credit score it went downhill from there. I was not worth the time just because my score was very poor. It was long and boring and apparently if your score is bad due to an ex wife you can't get credit or a loan. I will fix my credit problem and use someone else. The rates and terms had I gotten approved by them was sufficient and acceptable which is why I choose them in the first place. Maybe I got someone who was having a bad day. Online site was great. I mistakenly used this company to search for auto refinance. They hit my credit report for over 10 companies. ALL placed a "hard inquiry". To the end none of the companies could help because the mileage of my car!!! What a shame and pain to my credit score! Please watch up Internet engine options.
