I don't like writing reviews and surveys, but if I must, it was a good experience. Questions were answered and the information received was understandable.

My opinion of this company had dropped over the last year. Phone calls aren’t being returned and the company the use Equity Trust for exchanges and disbursements are horrible! Long, long processing times withdrawals take over a month to receive funds. Very disappointing.
