I initially posted a negative review on September 24, 2023, regarding my experience with Lear. However, since that time, Lear corrected its polices that made me believe I was taken advantage of and for that reason, I am editing my review.

I have dealt with Bradford on a few different occasions. He has been extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional. He worked with me and I’m very impressed. He’s a good person and a wealth of knowledge. I would be more than happy to deal with him and recommend him to anyone that is interested in getting silver or gold.

Lear made the transaction seamless and smooth. I would recommend them to everyone. I was skeptical about precious metals but they explained everything so could understand it and it was great. I felt that the percentage charged by Lear Capital was a too high. I do understand that profit is the motivation but a company should think about repeat customers. The more money that goes to the customer’s commodity as opposed to Lear capital the happier the customer and the likely hood that they will make another purchase and refer others increases! Therefore bringing in more profit.
