The transaction over the phone that we did today June 9th, 2024 was quick and precise to the point. Even when I called after hours, Brad answered my call and did a follow-up today to finish the transaction. When I asked to review something, he took the time to do it and was able to help me.

I am a long time customer of Lear and have worked with Brad ** over the past several years. He has consistently been very helpful and professional to deal with. No high-pressure salesman tactics or trying to sell me something I don't want. I highly recommended him and Lear for your precious metal investment needs.

Derek was very helpful and fair in his information giving and guidance. I am pleased with the product and plan on purchasing more and other products in the future. Will call Lear first. While I personally do not recommend anyone for anything I would feel comfortable in suggesting someone interested to at least call and listen to Lear.

Alex was such a wonder. Answered all my questions. Provided explanations and insight. With my first purchase making me very nervous, Alex was able to make the entire experience easier. He walked me through the entire process explaining each step. My purchase arrived as promised and on time. I received advance notice of the delivery along with tracking and the ability to change the delivery location. The services offered and the support Lear provides was top notch.

In April I requested information online from Lear Capital regarding precious metals - primarily gold. In years past I was a General Securities Principal - so I know a thing or two about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, limited partnerships and so forth but had no knowledge of precious metals investing. I spoke on the phone with Derek Martin, a Senior Account Executive with Lear Capital. I ended up purchasing some gold coins and setting up a self directed IRA funded by gold coins. Everything went exceptionally smooth and between Derek and Lear's IRA department everything was set up over a few days and my coins were on their way to me. The only glitch to the process was that the UPS driver delivered my coins to the wrong address and I actually saw them drive away. I immediately called Derek who sprang into action to get my coins to me. Within a couple of hours the UPS driver retrieved my coins and called me and completed delivery of my gold.

The representative was polite, efficient, and business like but still personable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and he saved me money on this planned purchase. I have dealt with Lear Capital in past and have never been disappointed with their performance. Will definitely consider using them again for future purchases.

Alex is my go to expert when it comes to precious metals. He always takes the time to answer my questions in a way that I can understand without talking down to me. He makes me feel like a true client and my business is important to him. I have confidence that I will always get the best advice and whenever I'm buying or selling metals, he's very responsive to my needs.

When I contacted Lear about investing I knew virtually nothing about investing in precious metals. He did not question why I wanted to sell the coins, and he did not provide any reluctance to execute the buy-back. Lear made it easy for me to sell the silver I had purchased over 15 years ago. Everything I was told on the front end about the process for selling is exactly how things played out with no exceptions. One phone call lasting a few minutes is all it took.
