I had a great experience with Lear for my recent transactions. I worked with Brad **, who was very thorough and attentive to my specific instructions. Called to make sure I understand what are the requirements of reporting my gold/silver IRA investments for tax year 2024. Demitri ** was outstanding in addressing my questions. Initially had some concerns about Lear Capital after my purchase as described in my previous comments. I the opportunity to raise these issues directly to them. They answered all my questions, and clear up many misunderstandings previously expressed. I must say, Lear Capital, in particular a gentleman with the initials "J.J." He was spectacular - very responsive and professional. It was actually an overall wonderful experience. Thank you, Lear Capital!

While most of the people that I talk to were very helpful and prompt in returning my calls, and in explaining information to me, there was one individual that was a bit disconnected and rude but that only happened one time. He said everyone was at lunch and that's why he answered. The I find the process itself to be very complicated. I'm not sure, since I'm not the expert on this whether this process could be streamlined or improved. I rely on the experts to help me in these situations but I feel like I represent many people out there especially people around my age. I am thinking there should be a better way to handle distributions from our gold IRA since a lot of people are my age and older. I fear some would not be able to deal with it at all.

Brad ** assisted me with the purchase and sale of my silver bars. The holder of the IRA, Equity Trust, made the transition very difficult but Brad spent many hours persisting to get the sale completed. Nobody at Equity Trust seemed to know which forms were necessary. We had to complete multiple documents. Very professional and patient man!

I received advance notice of the delivery along with tracking and the ability to change the delivery location. The services offered and the support Lear provides was top notch.

In April I requested information online from Lear Capital regarding precious metals - primarily gold. In years past I was a General Securities Principal - so I know a thing or two about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, limited partnerships and so forth but had no knowledge of precious metals investing. I spoke on the phone with Derek Martin, a Senior Account Executive with Lear Capital. I ended up purchasing some gold coins and setting up a self directed IRA funded by gold coins. Everything went exceptionally smooth and between Derek and Lear's IRA department everything was set up over a few days and my coins were on their way to me. The only glitch to the process was that the UPS driver delivered my coins to the wrong address and I actually saw them drive away. I immediately called Derek who sprang into action to get my coins to me. Within a couple of hours the UPS driver retrieved my coins and called me and completed delivery of my gold.

The representative was polite, efficient, and business like but still personable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and he saved me money on this planned purchase. I have dealt with Lear Capital in past and have never been disappointed with their performance. Will definitely consider using them again for future purchases.

When I contacted Lear about investing I knew virtually nothing about investing in precious metals. The silver and gold that I had ordered came in the time frame that was guaranteed me, and they are now resting comfortably in my safe!!
