Being a novice I was very impressed with Dana **. He is helpful and very easy to talk to. And I trust him, and he knows what he is doing. He has the knowledge.

In the course of rolling over my retirement funds from my former employer, I dealt with Mr. ** & Ms. Gina **. Looking back, I can't imagine that the transition could have been any easier for me. All questions were answered promptly & their instructions were clear & defined. My rollover funds would not be considered to be a large amount, I'm sure, but they made me feel that my account was an important one & that they really wanted my business. My former employer estimated a 60 day process within the organization but with the help of Ms. **, I'm sure the transition happened in less than 45 days. I was quite impressed.

I have purchased several silver eagles and I appreciate the ease of ordering and getting the silver. Got an order in the mail now!

I was looking for a way to get some of my retirement account out of the normal ETFs that my broker had me into. My confidence in the current administration and their fiscal policies is somewhat less than stellar. My overall faith in the future of America with our do nothing congress and our pretend so called new breed of lawmakers who only pay lip service to making a difference is severely shaken. Purchasing silver and other precious metals will at least give me a slight measure of confidence that I will be able to continue to make sure my wife and I will be able to afford some minimal amount of survival funds. If I manage to survive the madness of current day America I may actually have more I can convert into this mode of investing. I truly appreciate the help I got from Gary ** and Paul **.

I couldn't have had a better experience! Everything was handled according to my wishes. After placing the order, I realized I was going to be out of town during the normal delivery time. I asked that the delivery be delayed until after I returned home. I was told it would be no problem and my order arrived shortly after my return and was exactly in the correct amount.

The silver purchase was my first experience buying anything except stocks. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail that I received.

I wish he would have explain more professionally the way things work. The amount that would be taken from my IRA, the way it will be shipped and how long I had to wait for delivery, and the amount per month I have to pay for them to hold it. It wasn't until afterwards that I was told how much his cut was and how much I would be left. It was more than half of the entire money. I felt that was not a good way to do business. I would want my customers fully grateful and pleased. I felt it wasn't above board. With the large amount I should have had a bigger discount. I felt it was not done properly.

My sales agent was easy to understand, very personable and knowledgeable. I was able to buy at a good time and was sent info package and documents immediately. While I was on vacation in Florida, there was a mix up in delivery dates for a shipment of silver coins, I called my agent, William who assured me that if it was delivered there was a signature involved and if no-one was there to sign it would be returned to LCI. What wasn't taken into consideration was the fact that the FedEx driver signed for the package and didn't use the right signature. He put H. ** instead of C. **. And left $2,500 worth of silver coins sitting on my doorstep.

I was satisfied with the process, except for the shipping time. It was longer than I was told and it was a bit disconcerting for a new customer.

The price locked in by my father on our account was pushing $4.00 over spot price plus added shipping the day he confirmed. He did not understand he was being taken advantage of that day. Jacob, the guy I've been dealing with, has been real informative. I've troubled him several times asking questions that I've forgotten about. This was the first time I used Lear. I have purchased gold and silver in the past from other companies. My only concern was follow-up after the sale. I was told and therefore expected my shipment in 10 business days. I called, maybe two or three, times just to see where it was. Well I found out the product was popular and they were minting more. No big deal, really, I understand delays. But I would have appreciated a call, text, or email with that info instead of me having to chase it down. I understand I am a small fish in a big pond but being my first experience with Lear I wondered if my money was safe.
