It took me forever to mail the first order and I was told by your team next order would be easy. It was exactly the same level of complicated to place a second order. My orders are always delivered quickly, and are discreetly marked for privacy. JM Bullion has recently added Klarna as an ordering option, which makes it even easier to make purchases. Paid extra for FedEx shipping, USPS came faster, and no signature required. Extra shipping is a rip off. Love the company JM Bullion. This was my only bad shipping experience. Other than the Fed Ex torture. JM Bullion is solid, and reliable. Would like the extra money back for the shipping cost. Just hope they leave my package with the signed note I left at my door, just a bad experience, but only this one time.

I made a purchase and the silver got lost in the mail. I had to make a police report, and jumped through lots of hoops. In the end, the silver price was higher than when I bought it. They sent my money back, not the silver. After all the purchases I made, they couldn't care less about a senior citizen customer. Now, waiting for several thousand dollars of silver to arrive, my guts are in knots, worrying about the shipment.

Free shipping & had to pay tax, nothing about handling and didn’t follow drop off directions on where to leave package! I ordered 10 of these, they are very nice with the security mark on the back. They came loose in the bottom of one of the boxes but were not sealed in plastic as advertised, so I'm not sure why they didn't just add the top of the box as they are all loose in there. Very short….I ordered 22 1oz copper coins with My Lord and Savior hanging on the cross. The order was May 24th. I received an email on the 28th that the shipment was delayed. 30 days later I still haven’t received a shipment. I did however receive a requested email regarding delivery and the USPS stated it has not been delivered. Now what?

Easy transactions and communication when shipped along with tracking information. Silver is packaged discreetly to reduce the chances of theft. I do not like that as soon as USPS marks it as delivered it is no longer insured. Even if delivered to the wrong address per policy. For that reason I will keep my orders on the smaller side which is okay because I am a low volume purchaser.

Placing an order is quick and simple. When I had questions the customer service rep walked me through. The weakest link in the process is the courier that delivers the package. USPS has been the most consistent. FedEx was terrible. With FedEx I usually have to Chase the package to get it.

You sell the 2oz. Egyptian gods series silver coin but you didn’t have the capsule for that coin (41mm). I had to order a capsule from EBay. I posted a notification for when the capsule comes in but it never did, the coin or round cost way more than a capsule. Why can’t you stock my capsules.

I paid for $12.99 for USPS priority shipping and the package was delivered outside the priority timeline. I should have received a refund for the extra I spent on shipping. The tube of 20 rounds was open and the rounds were loose, rattling around inside the bubble wrap. It looks like the strapping tape was cut on both sides of the tube. I did email about the package being late and I received a timely reply.

Relatively easy to make it all happen but, the delivery process was just a bit of a mystery. Not sure if it was me or? Everything arrived as promised. They said it would be good/best if I could be home when it was delivered which to me implied no signature? I know the amount was small comparatively speaking, just thought a signature should have been required.

I ordered 1# and 5# copper bullion back in May of 2024 and never received the copper bullion, it was lost in transit. So apparently I going to get a refund, I really thought I would get replacement items. I was told the 1# copper bullion was unavailable, I actually placed my order in early May on a pre order deal. I have ordered from jmbuillion.com a few times now. My most recent purchase was a 10oz bar of fine silver from Germania mint. The shipping was fast and came in a discrete box. The product itself was undamaged and more lustrous than I could have imagined. I will be using jmbuillion.com again and will keep looking for deals.

This company is HORRIBLE. They hold up thousands of your money for no reason. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS COMPANY! When you pay for product - if you cancel for any reason you will be sorry. Every transaction I’ve had buying from JM has been extremely simple. I choose the wire transfer payment method when buying. I can call and place an order from my truck sitting in the parking lot of my bank. By the time I walk into my bank to make the wire transfer my transfer instruction email has been sent. And I have never had an issue with delivery. I have not sold any ‘metal’ back to JM so I cannot review that process. The set I believe was tampered with due to chipping on the plastic coin capsules and under magnification the coins had pieces of colored lint inside the capsules? I think they were sent to be graded and didn’t make a certain grade then repackaged as new?? The coins were still nice so I kept them for my collection but I am still disappointed.

April 3, 2024. We have made multiple purchases from JM Bullion over the last two years and it was a seamless transaction FOR PURCHASES. However, now inquiring about a buy back we found out about some pretty deceptive practices regarding their buy backs. We purchased silver coins and were told they NEVER pay spot price on a BUY BACK, that it is subject to DEMAND OF THE MARKET. Right now the market is SPOT of $26.83 per ounce and they offer $24.88 for BUY BACK. They are currently selling this coin for $32.53 a difference of $7.65! I would say that the DEMAND is very high, they just don't want to honor the market demand PRICE! This is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST this Company!

I have had a great experience previously, never had issues until this time. I needed to sign for my purchase and FedEx came to my home when I was at work and then came to my work when I wasn't there. Previously I had the option to switch the delivery to a public location where I would pick up and sign from there. Also, FedEx said only the deliverer could change the delivery address. Next thing I know I find out my purchase is being returned to JM Bullion and now I have an email that my order is cancelled "because of an undeliverable address."

I bought some Canadian silver dollars and a few Buffalo silver rounds this time around. I ordered and paid on the 29th of Feb. and received my items 6 days later like it had a hotfoot on the order. That is the fastest I ever got my order in. I'll make sure to pay that way again, so I get it that quick. Last time or I should say the 1st time I put in an order in. I ordered it on the 27th of Dec., and it arrived on the 2nd of Jan. and that took 7 days with the holidays. You buy, you get it quick. Purchasing 20 pieces of 1g 24K gold, by the description, one would expect at least a moderate mix. Some may have assay, some not, some PAMP, some not? Perhaps the thought was consistency among the grouping? But, the feeling I came away with is that we're reducing our inventory of non-assay 1g pieces... because many want the assay... So, we'll entice with the chance of an assay, but, we can fall back on... "wWell, we said maybe..."

Most times I ordered silver. I get it within a few days. Last order went from Vegas to NYC, the to Pittsburgh, Youngstown then to my local post office. Not sure why the longer shipping and why to NYC instead of just Ohio? I'm hoping this order will find its way on a more direct route.

My order was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Mailbox was empty. Wednesday saw the shipment finally be delivered to my mailbox. Please don't use USPS for your shipments to Houston. Service is terrible, massive back loģs, stolen shipments, dumb excuses given by postal personnel and lost shipments. Use another shipping company that you can trust.

While I was (and always have been) concerned about the shipping charges. They are on par with anyone else. I enjoy seeing the market prices right there when making my decisions. Most times I can buy at the local coin store and save the shipping charge. But for online purchases you are the best!!

I have not been happy with my deliveries by FedEx. My wife has been home and they said they tried to deliver my package. That is not true. The time before that they said they tried twice to deliver it. That’s not true either. Hopefully I can get my next orders through United States Postal Service.

My order arrived very well packaged and on time. I was concerned about the delivery and felt very confidently that the deliverer was not aware of the contents. That was a concern for me. The coins are of exceptional quality. I had several coins checked for purity of silver and they checked out as pure silver.
