I was satisfied with ordering on the phone. CSR was nice and helpful. Accurate information about items and shipping and tracking. Payment process was easy and quick. I had to call and inquire about payment processing. I spoke with a female. She was young and professional. My package arrived on time. It came when I expected it.

Been buying from these people for years every month. Reputable and professional services. Always polite and very have an excellent assortment of quality products to choose from. Their prices are very competitive with no price gouging. I'd recommend their services to anyone interested in starting or maintaining a precious metals collection for a hedge against any unseen difficulties relating to the dollar currency. I prefer to back my future with gold, silver and platinum. It has stood the test of time.

When I learned about how JM Bullion was expanding their payment options to include "buy now pay later" with PayPal I was able to afford what I wanted to purchase with 4 installed payments that were very affordable. It was a great idea to make it available for customers on a budget.

I still have not received them. I called to let your customer service know yesterday, Thursday the 27th. Every time I check the tracking it says the same thing, will be delivered late, they are still in Las Vegas sorting center. Would like to know when you check when I will finally get them.

You sell the 2oz. Egyptian gods series silver coin but you didn’t have the capsule for that coin (41mm). I had to order a capsule from EBay. I posted a notification for when the capsule comes in but it never did, the coin or round cost way more than a capsule. Why can’t you stock my capsules.

I have used JM Bullion for 15 years and have always received my orders. I can’t tell you what happens when there is a problem (as I have never had one) but I have ordered many times with no issues. I would not use any other company to purchase from.

I paid for $12.99 for USPS priority shipping and the package was delivered outside the priority timeline. I should have received a refund for the extra I spent on shipping. The tube of 20 rounds was open and the rounds were loose, rattling around inside the bubble wrap. It looks like the strapping tape was cut on both sides of the tube. I did email about the package being late and I received a timely reply.

Relatively easy to make it all happen but, the delivery process was just a bit of a mystery. Not sure if it was me or? Everything arrived as promised. They said it would be good/best if I could be home when it was delivered which to me implied no signature? I know the amount was small comparatively speaking, just thought a signature should have been required.

I ordered 1# and 5# copper bullion back in May of 2024 and never received the copper bullion, it was lost in transit. So apparently I going to get a refund, I really thought I would get replacement items. I was told the 1# copper bullion was unavailable, I actually placed my order in early May on a pre order deal. Very disappointed!

I have ordered from jmbuillion.com a few times now. My most recent purchase was a 10oz bar of fine silver from Germania mint. The shipping was fast and came in a discrete box. The product itself was undamaged and more lustrous than I could have imagined. I will be using jmbuillion.com again and will keep looking for deals.

This company is HORRIBLE. They hold up thousands of your money for no reason. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS COMPANY! When you pay for product - if you cancel for any reason you will be sorry. I have never seen such poor business practice in my life. The company will hold your money and screw you! This is terrible. I am appalled.

Every transaction I’ve had buying from JM has been extremely simple. I choose the wire transfer payment method when buying. I can call and place an order from my truck sitting in the parking lot of my bank. By the time I walk into my bank to make the wire transfer my transfer instruction email has been sent. And I have never had an issue with delivery. I have not sold any ‘metal’ back to JM so I cannot review that process. If it’s anything close to the purchasing process (I have no reason to believe it will be different or difficult) then I will be a JM customer for life. Buy metal! One of the easiest ways to protect your dollar from inflation!

The pieces purchased are/were more appealing and appreciated for their visual artistry and overall stamp quality. About the only thing that I can possibly say negative, that would never affect a five-star rating, is that some of the silver that I'm interested in is out of stock. But considering what's going on right now it is understandable.

I have ordered from JM Bullion in the past and have been quite pleased but with my most recent set. The 2023 Morgan and Peace Dollar Reverse Proof Set I was a little disappointed! The set I believe was tampered with due to chipping on the plastic coin capsules and under magnification the coins had pieces of colored lint inside the capsules? I think they were sent to be graded and didn’t make a certain grade then repackaged as new?? The coins were still nice so I kept them for my collection but I am still disappointed.

I am happy with the actual silver bar. And customer service was amazing. The Bar is beautiful and I love JM. I paid for 2-3 day delivery and FedEx took over a week. So I recommend not using the expedited mail. FedEx kept trying to deliver to the wrong address and I had to have it shipped to a local Walgreens.

Received order without the item purchased. Someone stole what should’ve been in the box a ten oz. Skull silver. Fortunately USPS delivery person was still in front of my door when I opened the product. First time I’ve had issues with a delivery. Either refund me or send item I ordered.

The listing clearly shows new 2019 Utah bank notes but yet I received 2024 notes. I wouldn't have purchased had 2024 been pictured. I believe this was misleading somewhat and should be corrected for future buyers

April 3, 2024. We have made multiple purchases from JM Bullion over the last two years and it was a seamless transaction FOR PURCHASES. However, now inquiring about a buy back we found out about some pretty deceptive practices regarding their buy backs. We purchased silver coins and were told they NEVER pay spot price on a BUY BACK, that it is subject to DEMAND OF THE MARKET. Right now the market is SPOT of $26.83 per ounce and they offer $24.88 for BUY BACK. They are currently selling this coin for $32.53 a difference of $7.65! I would say that the DEMAND is very high, they just don't want to honor the market demand PRICE! This is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST this Company!

I have had a great experience previously, never had issues until this time. I needed to sign for my purchase and FedEx came to my home when I was at work and then came to my work when I wasn't there. Previously I had the option to switch the delivery to a public location where I would pick up and sign from there. Also, FedEx said only the deliverer could change the delivery address. Next thing I know I find out my purchase is being returned to JM Bullion and now I have an email that my order is cancelled "because of an undeliverable address."

I bought some Canadian silver dollars and a few Buffalo silver rounds this time around. I ordered and paid on the 29th of Feb. and received my items 6 days later like it had a hotfoot on the order. That is the fastest I ever got my order in. I'll make sure to pay that way again, so I get it that quick. Last time or I should say the 1st time I put in an order in. I ordered it on the 27th of Dec., and it arrived on the 2nd of Jan. and that took 7 days with the holidays. You buy, you get it quick. I have no problem with JM Bullion. I have already recommended you to others, and intend to continue purchases in the future. My problem with my last shipment was FedEx. I used their tracking system, and made changes to our personal daily schedule to allow for someone to be immediately available for the required signature. After many delays, the package was delivered the next day with no notice.

Purchasing 20 pieces of 1g 24K gold, by the description, one would expect at least a moderate mix. Some may have assay, some not, some PAMP, some not? Perhaps the thought was consistency among the grouping? But, the feeling I came away with is that we're reducing our inventory of non-assay 1g pieces... because many want the assay... So, we'll entice with the chance of an assay, but, we can fall back on... "wWell, we said maybe..."

I ordered 20 oz of silver. Very happy. It came within one week and the beads were clean and no dust. I looked all over the internet for this product. I use the beads for assaying precious metals as a collector. The silver has to be pure and I need small enough pieces to get accurate weights.

My order was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Mailbox was empty. Wednesday saw the shipment finally be delivered to my mailbox. Please don't use USPS for your shipments to Houston. Service is terrible, massive back loģs, stolen shipments, dumb excuses given by postal personnel and lost shipments. Use another shipping company that you can trust.

While I was (and always have been) concerned about the shipping charges. They are on par with anyone else. I enjoy seeing the market prices right there when making my decisions. Most times I can buy at the local coin store and save the shipping charge. But for online purchases you are the best!!

I have not been happy with my deliveries by FedEx. My wife has been home and they said they tried to deliver my package. That is not true. The time before that they said they tried twice to deliver it. That’s not true either. Hopefully I can get my next orders through United States Postal Service.

I had ordered 4 2023 Canadian silver maples listed as BU. Two out of the four had small dings on the edge so IDK if that is still considered BU. And I also thought the BU’s would come in their original RCM packaging. I had ordered some maples from another online dealer and they were sent in sealed RCM marked clear square packet whereas the ones I ordered from you guys were loose in plastic fold pouches. I don’t really have a problem with the way they were packed but two of them were not in pristine condition so it makes me wonder if they were not BU’s because they were not sealed in the original packaging like the other one I got that was in excellent condition. If anyone could clear that up for me as to maybe why they were not in the original packaging or maybe there is a reason you take them out before you ship? I would appreciate it. The gold I ordered was perfect, no problems with that. Very happy with that part of the order.

Ordered overnight Monday, from NV to Il by Friday via the free USPS. Mint sealed in the tube. Beautiful quality coins inside. However, upon awaiting delivery, I found the purchase had been cancelled by your team, citing it was for my own benefit. Furthermore, I was informed that to proceed with the purchase, a bank wire transfer was required, contrary to my initial payment method using a credit card.

My first purchase from JM Bullion. I recently purchased an American Eagle Silver coin and a Peace Dollar coin and I am extremely happy with both coins. I only buy certified coins and these two coins will make a very nice addition to my collection. However, I also purchased a 10 oz American Reserve Silver Bar (New) and yes I received my 10oz's of silver but the reverse side of the bar had bad scratches and scars in it. When I buy a silver bar I don't expect mint state, but with the bar being advertised as (New) and with the cost being $307 I was less than pleased with the reverse side finish and it pales in comparison to 10oz silver bars I have purchased elsewhere.

I opted for the label thinking 30.00 for a box, then emailing a label shouldn't be that expensive. $37.00 it cost for them to email a label that I printed out!! Then they lowered their offer price. Then said my coins were not up to par and that they would get rid of them for me.. I told them to mail them back. They then took $57.00 it off my account to mail my coins back to me. When I contacted the dealer I bought my coins from originally and t told her that JM Bullion said her coins were fake. She called them and the jest of her conversation was "that what they do is legal" so it cost me 94.00 to learn not to sell online. I will NEVER do business with them again.
