I have had very good experiences with JM Bullion! I have made many purchases, their product is what they say it is. They keep me informed on shipments and delivery. They are straightforward, they keep me informed their products about once a week and that is much better than being bombarded several times a day like some companies do.

I am quite happy that I chose JM Bullion for my physical silver investment partner. I am starting small but will be growing! The process is very straightforward and easy to do! JM is in my budget! Given these strange times, having physical silver is a great comfort to me. The ability to pick different faces is quite the hoot!

This took longer than I would have liked. I saved money on price of purchase, but spent more on expedited shipping, but it took much longer than I would have liked. The funds left my account fast. But the lag time between when I got the merch and when my money was parted from me was too long.

Ten bullion coins came on schedule. It was as expected. Well packed, packaged as to not attract attention. Gold PAMP as bar minted & shipped. Same type discreet packaging. Shipped as soon as minted with notification. I try to keep orders under certain amounts, to prevent state from taxing my own income.

Everything on the JM side of things okay. Postal service (disservice) was an experience that Rod ** couldn't make up. Fourteen damned days of tracking from Las Vegas and my package went everywhere but my home, until yesterday! Picture, if you will, in my tracking. See it arrive at Alexandria, La. only to get kicked 30 miles away to Marksville, the Shreveport, then here. Guess where Pineville is from Alexandria? Across the river! JM Bullion should drop the postal service. In future I'll only use FedEx.

JM Bullion has always given me the best price when I sell my gold or silver to them. It’s so much faster and easier than other websites. I just wish they had a trade or in-store credit option, but other than that, they are amazing. And other than their buyback option, they always keep a great stock of some hard to find coins.

I ordered Cull Eagles one time and got an PCGS slabbed MS70 2016 30yr anniversary American Eagle. JM is the best!

I admit that I was a bit hesitant when I decided to purchase a specific, ungraded US Silver Eagle from JM Bullion. However, the price was good so I went ahead. I am glad I did, as the whole experience was great! I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for, quickly shipped, and for a great price. Based on my experience with them, I would buy from JM Bullion again and would recommend them to others.

What's better than quick and easy? How about profitable! 10/10, would recommend to a friend! Between GOLD and SILVER, you can't lose. But you can't win if you don't play. When JM Bullion mailed my $657 Silver Buy from YOU, the PKG was returned to you? ANY UPDATE? YOU must have received it by now...I have not heard from you. LAST REP said I should have had an EMAIL on my MISSING LOST ORDER. Recently "bumped back"/Refused & the POSTAL CLERKS said that they had RETURNED my JMB Silver Pkg. AND THAT I'D BE HEARING FROM YOU... What is the STATUS of my Missing Pkg???

I ordered a New 10 ounce bar of silver for a gift for my grandchild. It come with deep black spots on the front and back, so clearly not new. I contacted customer service and sent pictures as requested. Outcome was they said the deep black spots did not affect the value (?) and I could return it or get a $30 credit. If it was really New and ordered and paid extra for, and not used, how would it have deep black tarnish spots on it? Very questionable.

The quality of the coins is excellent and just as described. The prices are reasonable, and orders are shipped securely and quickly. Their MintSealed American Silver Eagles are nicely packaged and a nice alternative to individual bullion coins stored in capsules. It's always a pleasure doing business with this seller. I recommend this seller and will definitely buy from them again.

I purchase regularly and just received a couple more 1oz gold coins with another last month. I’ve been purchasing from them for yrs & always great. One purchase post covid never arrived and not confirmed arriving by post service nor signed received but never got a refund for not getting the gold coin even after surfacing the issue several times and proving not received. Still bitter about it.

My first month as a silver stacker started with JM Bullion, they did not disappoint, in fact the best experience so far (apart from Costco). Little high premium but you get the best service, speed, quality and ease of doing business among other online retailers. Areas of improvement: 1. Little more competitive pricing (If Costco can do it, you can too.) 2. E check through Plaid suddenly stopped service for some banks 3. Little more faster shipping (Somehow adopt a technology which do not make us wait for 5 days for an echeck. 3. Changes in spot price is not reflecting for some coins. Overall: Excellent and I would continue to buy and recommend JM bullion in a heartbeat.

Purchased a silver bar. All went well until I tried to buy another one. This time they wanted a password. I didn't use a password last time. Wanted to shop as a guest - wouldn't let me. My last order was shipped on 12-6-24 and as of 12-13-24 9pm, I have not received it. It was shipped thru the United States Postal service which has the worst record of any shipping company in the country. I do not understand why such a valuable item would be shipped by the US post office. It has been sitting at one location for more than 24 hours according to the tracking information with no update. I know it is the holiday season but the US post office sucks all the other months too. To make matters worse, there is no answer at the 800 # to even inquire about it. Going forward, please switch to United Parcel Service. I have never had one single problem with them. Thank you!

From my last purchase, the Safety & Shipping was "Great". The pricing however due to the rise of Silver in JM is a little steep at around $7 over spot average per piece. Granted, I am not a "Full Stacker" looking for a quick turn around but a novice who will end up bequeathing it to my Grand Children when I will be feeding the worms.

I was very pleased with the the box of goodie’s! I would recommend this for anyone who wants a little of everything. I received a PCGS graded 70 on the Sheldon Numeric Scale. I also received a silver certificate, which I’m very happy with because I’ve never would have bought one.

I have found the website very easy to navigate, especially for a non tech savvy senior. The process of purchasing is very easy and products arrive quickly. The prices are competitive and they have a wide variety of products. I have purchased a couple of times to put away for children and their future. There should be a better way than a five day hold. Seems you are pushing clients to use card so you can collect extra fees

I think that shipping should take less time. It should not take week or more to receive a order. Especially with the value of the orders. The orders of gold and silver should be take on more than 2 to 3 business days. Other than that I am happy with what I have order so far.

Bought a couple silver rounds at a good price and shipped quick. Unfortunately , the USPS took their time delivering my package as usual. The VF+ Morgan dollar I bought was in good condition and could be rated higher. The prospector round I bought was very nice and will fit in my collection with my other prospector rounds.

Placed an order -- chose e-Checking, waiting 4-days for 'PLAID' to send verification deposit. Received & followed instruction using 3-letter code after the '#'. Bank Acct CONFIRMED. WAITED days for my order to update after PLAID cleared. JM Bullion CANCELLED my order WITHOUT any Communication to why! Still as of today - NO COMMUNICATION to why. NO NOTIFICATION that it was being CANCELLED. NO REASON to why it was CANCELLED. The ONLY reason I became aware - Logging on to view progress of my order. Money in my account is NOT an issue. Contacted Bank in advance to ensure Security approval, so that was not an issue.

I recently attempted to make my first gold purchase with JM Bullion, ordering a 2024 1 oz American Gold Buffalo Tube (20 Coins, BU), and had an account executive assigned to me, Ricky **. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order, I was informed that it was flagged as "high risk" for several reasons:

Metals reasonably priced and you get what you truly purchased. Shipping is usually on time as well. Look for their text and emails about current items on sale. I would recommend you look at various sites to make sure the pricing is right.

I have been getting my Zombucks from you both silver rounds and colorized rounds for some time now and just can’t get enough of them. I have a small coin booth at an antique mall where I sell coins and my customers cannot get enough of the Zombucks. I sell them cheaper than EBay and don’t make much on them but my customers love them and it keeps them happy.

Love the app, always fast and accurate when I order products. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to add more products to an existing order that wasn’t shipped out yet. I seen a few new products that were not available when I originally placed the order but I called and was told there was nothing they could do. So I ended up paying two different shipping charges. The two different orders showed up on the same day!

I understand the signature requirement, however this is often difficult for working folks. I tried to have the package held at the Fedex location, but they informed me that the shipper indicated that was not an option. Why is this not an option? For workers this may be the easiest way for delivery. Please advise.

Everything is fine. Numismatic condition is not a concern. I just purchase for the silver value. I don't buy and sell. I just acquire an amount occasionally to save.... just in case. Possibly they could process their automated clearing house payments and ship a bit more quickly but it is not a big problem.

Have bought many times and will continue to - recently had a small order ($210) that was essentially lifted by a postal worker unfortunately- went through the claims process and due diligence with JM Bullion, the reps and correspondence were excellent, and the order was replaced! I have no complaints with website or timely service, and receiving products…. What I do have an issue with is JM bullion charging sales tax on US currency which I believe is a crime. Charging city sales tax on silver or gold rounds would be OK but not United States minted currency.

While buying it was nice, but continuing to think if there was an economic collapse,,, people are not going to want to trade or accept gold or silver, they are going to want food or water. So I will be slowing my purchases of precious metals. If the society continues as normal and then maybe I will continue to buy some of the metals.

I buy $200 worth of silver every 2 to 4 weeks spreading out the cost average. JM bullion has great customer service. On time delivery. Excellent spot, pricing and up-to-date market value. I have recommended and will continue to recommend to friends and family. The one time I had to use the customer service line. It was quick and easy and the information they gave me was accurate and the service representative was friendly and outgoing.

The USPS is terrible. It took weeks extra and disappeared completely as the package was diverted to Puerto Rico. And, you offered to do nothing except send it to your claims department. It finally arrived and created much angst. If you depend on the USPS and they look bad then you look bad.

I've placed around twelve orders for silver with only one item being sent in error. After a small investment of my time and assistance from the Returns Department/Customer Service Team, JM Bullion made everything right. That's why I continue to place my silver orders with confidence. In fact, I'm going to order Halloween themed coins as soon as I finish this review.

I am no longer going to purchase from JM Bullion. I was not satisfied with the response I got when my package was not delivered to my residence. In this case the mail carrier scanned it as delivered but it was not delivered to my residence. The auto buy program was very convenient but I don’t feel secure about future deliveries. I will be deleting my account.

I have been a customer prior times and have never felt so mistrusted due to a credit freeze. I placed on my credit accounts because of the national hacking incident. I was told if I wanted to do business with Max I would have to wire my money on small purchases which I try to do every month. I do not have time to go to my bank and do this. Charge more for credit cards, which is reasonable, but then you tell me the credit cards cannot be used, a policy on your end does not mean my credit is not good. I have an 850 credit score or thereabouts. Do not have the time to wire money for small purchases monthly. Someone needs to revisit that policy before I take the Internet and share everything. When I said something about the quality of them and how they were shipped JMB responded back with these words. "The logo's are supposed to look distressed. The last 4 orders I tried to place with JM Bullion have been cancelled because I am now required to pay by bank wire instead of using a debot card. Bank wire is not an option for me as I am currently deployed to the Middle East. This lack of flexibility has caused me to miss out on items that were on sale at the time and has caused me to look at other precious metal dealers who will accept debit card.

I liked JM Bullion because of the variety of items that they have. It’s been about 4 years I buy from JM B. It’s still taking more than a week until I receive the item. The premiums are being too expensive even with debit card purchase, with credit card it’s even 100$ more. I always buy the new items 'cause I want them to be new and clean, my last month’s purchase unfortunately looked like a second hand bullion, with many scratches on it!!

I bought 12 gold coins 999.9 pure gold on July 26, 2024 for 29,040.75, which included 12.99 for expedited shipping. I keep watching the website and my bank account. it showed funds debited from my bank and received by JM Bullion for amount above. 4 days later JM Bullion's website stated order canceled. I called the number on the website and talked to a women who identified herself as Sana **. She said she is the operational manager. I asked her why the order was canceled and she said after a internal review it was canceled and that is all she can tell me. I then asked for a refund. She said she would not refund my money and that I needed to go to my bank and file a claim. I did that. Now it's August 8 and still no refund. Unless my money is returned soon I will be looking to hire a lawyer to sue this company for the return of my money and all expenses incurred to do so. I would recommend to all consumers to not deal with this company.

The tracking number assigned to my order as of today STILL shows the parcel in somewhere in the Las Vegas USPS distribution system. And the only response I get is their "underwriter is investigating and we'll be in touch. And OH by the way it could take up to 30 days".

With all the metal websites out there I have found JM bullion to be the smoothest. Website is very easy to navigate and make comparisons. I purchase small amounts of silver. I am definitely not a heavy hitter. However I plan to continue to purchase silver as I consider it to be on sale. Shipping is fantastic. I have always received my orders in a timely manner. The packaging is discreet which is very important not so much for postal thieves but my wife just thinks I'm getting more samples for the house. LOL. Price, service, quality, you get them all. Also I feel that there is a high level of trust.

Ordered 500+ dollars worth and it never got delivered. It's not all on JM and they are looking into it. However that much money being shipped across the ground should well tracked and tabs kept on it. I would be happy to change my review if the problem gets rectified either my money back, more shipped, or better yet my original order shows up.
