I've been wanting to buy silver in small quantities each month (for many years) and finally started researching precious metal companies to purchase a few silver coins each month. I first tried the companies that are advertised the most (in magazines, etc.) but they weren't interested. I finally found and called JM Bullion and they were very helpful in setting up an automatic buying scheme each month. Thank-you JM Bullion.

I have ordered twice and both times I received my order quickly and packaged discreetly and safely. I receive adequate announcement of any sales they have and I am able to choose from a nice selection with no minimum which is important to us as we can’t afford a lot at one time. The coins are beautiful and I plan to look for other good deals.

This is my 3rd mystery box. Very fair value on everything. Happy with the Amount of gold and silver.... However I do wish they tracked gains and losses for you on past purchases. Highly recommended. Only place I buy bulk orders from. Trusted enough to enjoy the mystery box. Fingers crossed they send more gold this time around.

I feel as though your website has very good prices, your delivery was prompt and easy, and you have awesome customer service. The website was truly easy to navigate and use. I was even surprised at the packaging that the items were kept clean and damage free. The app is even easy to navigate as well.

When it comes to buying metals it can be tricky because you don't want to get scammed. I honestly will not shop anywhere else. They have good options and prices. I will be coming back in the future. Plus they have a great app that is basically flawless. They have fast shipping and a bunch of different ways to pay.

I have been a customer for many years and I have been very satisfied with the company. I don't have to worry about buying counterfeit coins and the prices are pretty good. Delivery sometimes takes awhile but I have never had a non shipment. Selling to JM is easy also and they give you mostly fair prices.

Everything is fine. Numismatic condition is not a concern. I just purchase for the silver value. I don't buy and sell. I just acquire an amount occasionally to save.... just in case. Possibly they could process their automated clearing house payments and ship a bit more quickly but it is not a big problem.

Have bought many times and will continue to - recently had a small order ($210) that was essentially lifted by a postal worker unfortunately- went through the claims process and due diligence with JM Bullion, the reps and correspondence were excellent, and the order was replaced! Thanks JM - I've recently noticed that you guys have the best selection on the things I like!

I have no complaints with website or timely service, and receiving products…. What I do have an issue with is JM bullion charging sales tax on US currency which I believe is a crime. Charging city sales tax on silver or gold rounds would be OK but not United States minted currency.

I started ordering from JM Bullion since around 2016 and I have never had a problem with any delivery, which is great!!! They always come in the same amount of time as expected. While buying it was nice, but continuing to think if there was an economic collapse,,, people are not going to want to trade or accept gold or silver, they are going to want food or water. So I will be slowing my purchases of precious metals. If the society continues as normal and then maybe I will continue to buy some of the metals.

I buy $200 worth of silver every 2 to 4 weeks spreading out the cost average. JM bullion has great customer service. On time delivery. Excellent spot, pricing and up-to-date market value. I have recommended and will continue to recommend to friends and family. The one time I had to use the customer service line. It was quick and easy and the information they gave me was accurate and the service representative was friendly and outgoing.

The USPS is terrible. It took weeks extra and disappeared completely as the package was diverted to Puerto Rico. And, you offered to do nothing except send it to your claims department. It finally arrived and created much angst. If you depend on the USPS and they look bad then you look bad.

I've placed around twelve orders for silver with only one item being sent in error. After a small investment of my time and assistance from the Returns Department/Customer Service Team, JM Bullion made everything right. That's why I continue to place my silver orders with confidence. In fact, I'm going to order Halloween themed coins as soon as I finish this review.

I am no longer going to purchase from JM Bullion. I was not satisfied with the response I got when my package was not delivered to my residence. In this case the mail carrier scanned it as delivered but it was not delivered to my residence. The auto buy program was very convenient but I don’t feel secure about future deliveries. I will be deleting my account.

Either with my precious metal IRA, or my personal collection, JM Bullion is super easy to work with and I've been really impressed with the selection, fast and secure shipping, and pricing. I recently purchased 20 Olympic silver rounds. JM Bullion was fast in expediting my order. Delivery, after a sensible wait for verification of funds, is quick and sure. I never received gold purchase. Tracking showed it never left Las Vegas. Filed a claim and have been waiting over a month to receive refund. I’m still waiting. Very disappointed. I still have not received my coins. It's been almost a month. Filed a claim with USPS. Filed a claim with JM Bullion with no results. I have spent almost $3000 on this order. This is my first gold coin ever to purchase and it's been nothing but a headache... I'm hoping to have this resolved ASAP or either have my money returned.

Bought some gold US Liberty coins from JM Bullion. Coins were in good shape, but hastily wrapped in a cheap plastic wrap that falls apart. Could do a better job here with how they are wrapped...Not what I was expect here. Spend the 50 cents to put in hard plastic please.

I have been a customer prior times and have never felt so mistrusted due to a credit freeze. I placed on my credit accounts because of the national hacking incident. I was told if I wanted to do business with Max I would have to wire my money on small purchases which I try to do every month. I do not have time to go to my bank and do this. Charge more for credit cards, which is reasonable, but then you tell me the credit cards cannot be used, a policy on your end does not mean my credit is not good. I have an 850 credit score or thereabouts. Do not have the time to wire money for small purchases monthly. Someone needs to revisit that policy before I take the Internet and share everything. Super easy to make a purchase and the shipment was fast. Used PayPal for the payment. A few days later, I found a small rain wet package left in the weeds on the road side of my front yard fence, next to the driveway. No call, no signature and not even left in a plastic bag to keep it dry on a rainy day in Texas.

This company is really exceptional. Fed Ex was late delivering a coin to us, it was a gift for our nephew and we had to get on a plane the next day for an event so we were not home, so the coin was sent back to JM Bullion. I called and explained the situation and the customer service rep was exceptional in listening, explaining my options and next steps and then calling me back to let me know that coin was on its way back to me. Coin arrived and we could not be happier with the resolution.

I placed my order on 8/23. It’s been 3 weeks and no product. FedEx lost the package and JM Bullion will not act. I was informed that the insurance claim must come from JM Bullion. My phone call did little to sway JM Bullion to do the right thing. I just want my $ back for a product I never received.

I ordered some silver ounce Legos for Christmas gifts for my boys and they were not what expected. When I said something about the quality of them and how they were shipped JMB responded back with these words. "The logo's are supposed to look distressed. You can return or keep and we will give you a $30 credit for future orders. And it actually expires in 3 months if you want to use it." I'd rather have the money.

The last 4 orders I tried to place with JM Bullion have been cancelled because I am now required to pay by bank wire instead of using a debot card. Bank wire is not an option for me as I am currently deployed to the Middle East. This lack of flexibility has caused me to miss out on items that were on sale at the time and has caused me to look at other precious metal dealers who will accept debit card.

I ordered a 10 ounce Royal Coronation silver bar. The top left corner of the bar is dented, how that happens I don’t know. The shipping box and packaging were not damaged. That tells me the bar was sent damaged from the warehouse. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and neither will the members of my rare metals collecting group.

Takes too long to ship. Price after all the fees and shipping is higher than competitors selling the same product. Additional fees for payment method, plus shipping & product was over the spot. I liked JM Bullion because of the variety of items that they have. It’s been about 4 years I buy from JM B. It’s still taking more than a week until I receive the item. The premiums are being too expensive even with debit card purchase, with credit card it’s even 100$ more. I always buy the new items 'cause I want them to be new and clean, my last month’s purchase unfortunately looked like a second hand bullion, with many scratches on it!!

App is easy to navigate with plenty to choose from. I've actually introduced the app to my daughter and other family members. We all use the app and when we see each other we always get to show off our newest addition to our collections. My new favorite are the Zombucks. Something different and fun.

The last 2 shipments have been a real waste of my time. Fed Ex keeps sending texts that it will be delivered on a certain day between certain hours! Since I have to sign for it, I can't leave the house. Twice now it did not even get there the day it was promised and first shipment was 2 days later, second time one day later! So I Wasted 2 whole days waiting on the delivery and they kept moving up the times! FED EX is a total joke! Would strongly suggest you find a more reliable shipper!

Everything I have ever recieved from this company has been nothing short of exceptional. I will say there was slight hesitation at first buying bullion online, however after purchasing and then selling, I know the products to be true, accurate and as stated. I bought 12 gold coins 999.9 pure gold on July 26, 2024 for 29,040.75, which included 12.99 for expedited shipping. I keep watching the website and my bank account. it showed funds debited from my bank and received by JM Bullion for amount above. 4 days later JM Bullion's website stated order canceled. I called the number on the website and talked to a women who identified herself as Sana **. She said she is the operational manager. I asked her why the order was canceled and she said after a internal review it was canceled and that is all she can tell me. I then asked for a refund. She said she would not refund my money and that I needed to go to my bank and file a claim. I did that. Now it's August 8 and still no refund. Unless my money is returned soon I will be looking to hire a lawyer to sue this company for the return of my money and all expenses incurred to do so. I would recommend to all consumers to not deal with this company.

I placed my order on the 31st of May and as of July 1st my order has not been delivered, and JM Bullion's response has been slow if not apathetic. The tracking number assigned to my order as of today STILL shows the parcel in somewhere in the Las Vegas USPS distribution system. And the only response I get is their "underwriter is investigating and we'll be in touch. And OH by the way it could take up to 30 days".

I ordered my first 6 American Silver Eagles from you guys and you provided a tube for me instead of just flips, which is great for you guys and for me! Inspires me to fill it up, and I'm not feeling nickle-and-dimed! Then you did the same with my Canadian maple leafs! Very much appreciated.

Easy transactions and communication when shipped along with tracking information. Silver is packaged discreetly to reduce the chances of theft. I do not like that as soon as USPS marks it as delivered it is no longer insured. Even if delivered to the wrong address per policy. For that reason I will keep my orders on the smaller side which is okay because I am a low volume purchaser.

Each order has been precisely as advertised, delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition in discreet packaging; all attributes that matter greatly to me. The prices have been acceptable for one such as I, being on a somewhat limited budget, and it is apparent that greater savings are possible with larger purchases (hopefully in the near future). I will continue to trade with JM Bullion as the occasions arise.

Placing an order is quick and simple. When I had questions the customer service rep walked me through. The weakest link in the process is the courier that delivers the package. USPS has been the most consistent. FedEx was terrible. With FedEx I usually have to Chase the package to get it.

The order was for common items. You can get them almost anywhere. I purchased from this facility because their service is always great. I come here because I know my order is precise, and handled with speed and care. The service delights me! I can count on these guys and gals!
