After reading a few other reviews I have to add in. I have been a customer of JM Bullion since 2015 and am very happy. I just added it up from my order files and I have purchased $12,671.75 worth of silver, gold, and copper from them. I have not regretted a single purchase. All have been sent in a timely manner and all products have been of excellent quality. A few items weren't available right away and I have known ahead of time that they would be sent after a certain date. This appears to be common practice from several other metal sites online. I know when I am seeking other purchases of Metals in the future I will let JM Bullion handle my needs with the assurance I will get a High Quality item at a more than fair price. Excellent Job!

The company JM Bullion was very easy to deal with, the order process was simple and the shipping was quick. The product arrived as described and advertised. Highly recommend their products and services and would recommend to friends and family that are in need of the same.

I found JM bullion in Oct 2019 and am completely satisfied with the product, price, customer service and shipping. The only complaint I have is my bank account says, "Stop. You are spending too much money." Lol! There is truly nothing better in the silver market than holding the mint rolls of stackables. I have bought off that giant site online that a million people sell on and have always enjoyed getting my silver but I have never gotten as excited as I do now because I know I'm the first to own what I bought along with JM's weekly sales. The prices are always able to beat the items purchased online. I'm completely 100%+ satisfied.

Large variety of products silver and gold is my preference, silver statues and colorized coins mostly for gifts and putting sets together for family. I really like the feature of wanting to know how many they have of a particular coin or anything else - I always type in the quantity box 9999 usually if there is less a box will appear and it will tell you how many they have on hand. Great feature. Great service. Good follow-up. Great store.

I have been buying silver and gold US coins for several years from JM Bullion. I have been very happy with the product. Their prices are fair. They ship the product quickly once payment is assured and the shipments are discrete, no indication that would identify the product.

Warning, don’t deal with them. They are liars and a scam operation. Trust me. I wouldn’t buy a copper round from these fraudsters. Check the metal they send you. Chances are it’s not legit. Be extremely careful.

I'll keep it short and sweet. I highly recommend this vendor. Product was delivered expediently, and in the timeframe quoted. Product was beautifully made and well packaged. I will be a repeat customer and suggest that you do business with this vendor as well. The service could not have been better unless they had actually hand-delivered it on a silver platter. I have purchased from JM Bullion a few times over the last few months, diversifying my portfolio. Their prices are fair, or better then most competitors with lower "free shipping" minimums. Although the price break tiers tend to be generic with across the board. During checkout they tease you with lower pricing via synced bank accounts, and ACH payments. Having attempted this several times on all my transactions, it does not work. I bank with Wells Fargo, a nationwide reputable bank, not some hole in the wall financial establishment, and it still did not work. So I will forced to use credit or debit cards, costing me an additional 3.5% on my purchase which totaled out to another bar of silver.

The worse experience I had in a long time. Was promised my item would ship in time for it to get here before Christmas. Just found out, and that's a day before scheduled delivery, that item they sold me a week ago was oversold and I will not be getting it. This is something that could easily be communicated to me long time ago so I have enough time to replace it....instead of feeding BS that my order was shipped. Never again I would deal with JM Bullion due to not being upfront with me, incompetence and the worse customer experience. Thank you JM Bullion and Merry Christmas to you too JM Bullion.

I created an order recently, and a few items I inadvertently added to my shopping cart. I paid, and when I got the receipt noticed that some of the items were incorrectly added. I emailed customer support within 5 mins of ordering. I did not receive a response back until the next day saying that I would need to pay a $15 fee to cancel those items. Then they will offer any assistance to help me shipping the items back. Also their "free shipping" took 7 full days to get to me which is ridiculous. I'll put my precious metals business and tell all my friends to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order for 20 American Eagles on August 27, 2019 they cashed my paper check within their review time on 9/4/19 shipped on 9/10/19. Called the company several times about my order and didn't hear back from them until December 10, 2019 when their customer service rep called and told me that the PO shipped them back to JM.

Placed my first order for 1 oz gold bar. It arrived essentially on time. All is good. The only issue stopping 5 stars is that they never offered me a first time order of 10 oz silver bar at spot that I see others make reference to.

Have purchased thousands of silver coins, silver bullion and copper over the past 6 years, and have never had a single problem with JMB. Excellent product, fast delivery, and easy to use website! Keep it up JMB.

After I open profile on JM Bullion site and try to place an order it didnt went through because address on my Card wasnt same as shipping address but they still charge my Card. Unbelievable. How they can charge me for something they didn't even sent. I didnt get any e-mail from them about order or payment. I think they are fake or totally unprofessional. I hope they will refund me back.

Really good selection of silver Bullion. Prices are often cheaper than those that claim to be the cheapest. Their specials are often the best investment on their website. I've done around 5 purchases so far. One purchase wasn't up to par, but the rest were. They did fix the situation on the one order also. I will continue to purchase from them in the future. If they continue good customer service, then I will update this to 5 stars.

I've found the best deals are from JM Bullion. I get what I ordered! Everything is simple to understand about the whole process of ordering, payment, and type of shipping. While the shipping is slow, it's free and no one can touch their prices, absolute lowest prices hands down of any precious metals dealer. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone getting started investing in precious metals.

JM Bullion has been very satisfying in their service in both purchasing and delivering products to me in a timely manner. They even contacted me over the phone in regards to a purchase payment they had not received which turned out to be an error on my part (discovered later I had mailed it to incorrect zip code). They were understanding and allowed me a few days to send the payment in for products I had purchased.

From finding what I wanted to the purchase everything was above par. I ordered 3 Mexican 50 Peso Gold Coins in unknown condition and All look brand new!! Great mailing experience! Shipped the next day in discreet packaging!!

Sadly to say although this company came to my attention by a local numismatic club and good friends I had several coins that came in with flaws and communication with their CSR was to say the least not up to the standards I was referred to. Sooo much that my friends indicated to just “take advantage of silver prices lower” and purchase their “one time spot price” and move on. As a beginner on a tight small budget and purchasing time pieces to give as presence to my love ones I have done just that and currently waiting to receive the “spot pricing silver coins” in hopes of receiving good pieces.

Great service, fast shipping and excellent communications. The only problem I have is you shouldn't be charged more money for using PayPal or Credit Cards. Every precious metals website operates this way, but I wish JM Bullion would break the mold and not charge additional money for PayPal. JM has proved to be an efficient and reliable source of silver. About a month ago, I concluded from an ongoing financial and economic analysis, that silver was on the verge of a historic escalation in value. I sought an internet provider for some of my purchases, and JM emerged as my vendor of choice.

Very careful to confirm my identity and warned me of possible scam. He spent time to make sure I was ok with all procedures and did follow up. He was very friendly. Received the the products quickly. I would recommend this company.

Updated on 07/26/2020: I have had nothing but nightmare experience with JM Bullion, I still am yet to receive my order of metal worth over 5K, and it's been years since and they won't even try to resolve the issue. My first shipment supposedly was lost in transit, it said it was delivered but when I went to UPS it was nowhere to be found nor was it in my PO box. Another shipment was sent and the same thing happened. UPS pointed the finger at JM Bullion and JM Bullion pointed the finger at UPS. I will probably never receive my order at this point. Save yourself lots of time and money and DO NOT order from them.

I tried to place an order with JM Bullion for some silver bullion, as their reviews appeared to be excellent. I went through the process of verifying my checking account with "micro-deposits" so I could do ACH direct payments. They only sent one micro deposit instead of two so I couldn't verify the account. They sent an email saying they couldn't verify, and to call them with my account and routing #. So I did. The woman I spoke to, Angela, was less than helpful, trying to blame my bank for the problem. Now, I have had this account verified by multiple entities, multiple times, using micro deposits. I have three brokerage accounts tied to it, and the only entity that has EVER had a problem performing this simple task, is JM Bullion. I normally wouldn't write a review, but the woman I spoke to became condescending, and was essentially trying blame me and/or my bank for JM Bullion's own ineptness. I wound up just cancelling the orders.

The 1st order was wrong item but the customer service understood the issue and corrected it, fair market prices and quick delivery of the products, products arrived as described, nice finishes and good packaging. The seller is recommended.

Always the best prices, good selection, great quality. I buy the majority of my precious metals from here, mostly due to trustworthiness and price. Most coins are in perfect condition. Never had an issue with any order being incorrect and I've ordered from them dozens of times. When anyone starts out buying precious metals and they don't know who they can trust, this is the place to start. JM Bullion is 100% legit with the best prices on almost everything. The selection can seem limited once you expand your horizons, but I still buy the vast majority with JM Bullion.

Do not get me wrong. JM bullion is a GREAT Company, and I would give them 5 Stars except for how they ship the items to you, especially when the items could be shipped in a small padded envelope. They ship in small boxes which will not fit in my mailbox. I even sent an email asking if this could be done because packages that cannot fit in my mailbox are always given to somebody else instead of allowing me to take possession of my own package. This is the problem living in an apartment complex, and this happens with all 3 major carriers even packages that require our signatures we do not get to sign for them.

I've ordered a number of American Silver Eagles. Very fast shipping, reasonable spot prices, and nicely packaged. When the Silver Eagle arrives, I immediately go into full Gollum-mode: "My precioussss..."

I probably order 6 or seven times a year. I collect certain silver rounds. These guys (and ladies) are quite proficient, and even if there is an issue, there is no problem, at least I never had one. Their prices are good, and I'm looking at my purchase 3 or 4 days after I make the order. To me, they are the best.

I ordered some silver bullion, not much-enough to test the reliability of this company. Shipping was fast and secure, payment was also secure. The only issue I now have is they make it too easy to do my precious metals shopping! Variety and selection are two (and price, of course) are important to me and this site fits the bill.

My first 6 orders in Bitcoin were fulfilled with no problems. The 7th order by Bitpay showed success on my end but JM Bullion said it failed. I have ordered a decent amount of gold and silver from JM Bullion. I had an experience that is still ongoing and I am beginning to doubt that it will ever get resolved. I ordered a 1/2 oz gold coin. 1. It got lost somewhere in between the facility and the post office for two weeks. 2. I called the postal inspector and his reply was; "they never received the package". 3. After numerous calls and emails to JM Bullion. All of the sudden out of nowhere the package shows up at the post office and is in transit to my address. 4. I receive the package and to my tremendous disappointment it is a 1/4 oz coin and I paid for a 1/2 oz!! 5. I proceed to contact them. I now just want my money back. They instruct me to mail the coin back to them and they will refund me. It has been almost two weeks since they received the coin and I still haven't received any refund. I plan to contact them again today...

Brand new to this precious metals diversification strategy. Many of the other sites want to call you, discuss, sell, etc. I didn't want to be bothered with all that. I did my due diligence... I knew my strategy and I simply wanted to buy some things. JM Bullion has the best prices I could find, free shipping for orders of $99 and a wide variety of products. They even have weekly specials... which sounds like a lot of fun. You have to mail a check to get the lowest price, but, oh well. I just received my fifth Gold and Silver Purchase from JM Bullion and I must say I am pleased. Although some reviewers are not happy with the time it takes to receive from the purchase date, I feel it is necessary for JM to make sure the payment is totally clear before shipping. After all we are talking big bucks here for gold and silver, and the likelihood of recovering the product once shipped is almost not.

Since my first purchase from JMBullion several years ago and many pieces of metal I have always had a pleasant experience. JMBullion metals are priced right and their shipping program matters to me a great deal. Free shipping with a 100 dollar minimum is perfect. I check my metals with test kits that I own and have never found anything but authentic metal with the purity that is stated in their ads. When I found JM Bullion I saw they sold for a little less - "a little bit's better than nada", as they say. Next, I needed to be sure they were legit. Yes, sadly I have been defrauded with counterfeit coins in the past. That hurt. But I found no evidence anywhere that JM Bullion ever did that to anyone. So I bought a roll and S&H was free. The coins arrived and I checked them out closely. All legit. They arrived very quickly, which was good, because I send them to siblings, nieces and nephews for Christmas. They came USPS Priority Mail, well packaged and in a hard plastic-like storage tube. Needless to say, my experience purchasing from JM Bullion was outstanding. I'll be back!

I recently made a fairly significant purchase from JM Bullion using the online tools. After placing the order, I received immediate confirmation of the order via email. JM Bullion gave me frequent updates of the status and tracking numbers for the shipped packages. The product arrive earlier than promised and in perfect condition. Had an issue with address and the post office returning my check payment. Didn’t create any problems with the order. Still waiting on shipment. Check needs to clear. Estimate of 6-7 days before delivery.

JM Bullion is my favorite coin & bullion dealer. Prices are fair, delivery is quick, and the products are always exactly as described. Historically 15 ounces of silver buys an ounce of gold. But with an 80-1 spread now, silver has to come way up or gold way down. So with silver being 65% off of its all time high, and gold only down 40%, and all of the pressure on the FED & USD, I think both will increase but silver will increase more and is a guaranteed triple in the near future.

I gift silver coins to my kids and nephews every Xmas and Birthday. Order process and delivery is flawless. This past Xmas I called in a missing shipment and JM Bullion's response was fantastic. While the coin is in proof condition, it did NOT come in a capsule. Your coins should come in capsules. The silver coins are good prices and excellent condition. I will buy coins from this company in the near future.

I ordered junk silver 90% coins along with some 5 oz bars and Native American Buffalo Silver rounds. Shipped out next day and I received it super fast. When I opened to inspect the order it was exactly as I saw on their website. I appreciate the silver and will be using JM Bullion again.

I order sizable order of 10oz silver bar on Nov 23 from JM Bullion (JMB). They shipped about 10 days later. The USPS tracking number shows something was dropped off at Las Vegas USPS Zip 89120. However, there is no Las Vegas Post Office with 89120 zip code??? No other tracking info and it is Dec 26 today. Repeated call to JMB asking for JMB to complete their shipping to me or refund my order amount were ignored. Instead JMB ask me to launch an investigation of USPS for my package. WT_??? JMB sent me a couple legal forms they wanted me to sign before they would cancel the order. WT_??? These forms seemed to me to indemnify JMB and let them hand on to my money for many many weeks! WT_??? I told them I would not sign and send my order or return my money. JMB has not done so as of Dec 26. So JMB has held my money for over a month and I have nothing as of Dec 26. I do not trust JMB at all.

I placed an order for silver Bullion coins. The order was fully paid, $154. Never received the coins. USPS did not deliver. The shipment was insured by JM Bullion. I contacted JM Bullion and basically I was told that is not their problem. Now I am down $154 and no coins.

In the middle of Nov. 2018 I ordered $3500 silver rounds from JM Bullion... It was to be delivered USPS between 8 and 8 Friday, a few days following. It was a paid order. I waited all day from 8 'til 8. It was not delivered. I looked at tracking number at 8 pm... It said that it was delivered to my mailbox at 230 pm that day. My mailbox is a locking one and can only get letters in it thru a swing door... I waited 'til Monday. Called JM Bullion since they are closed weekends... They said it was tracked as having been delivered, left in mailbox... I sent JM Bullion photos of my box showing it was impossible to leave a package in my box.

I was excited to purchase my first kilo of silver. However the excitement was replaced with extreme disappointment. The product I purchased was suppose to be a new hand poured Silver Towne kilo bar. The bar itself was in terrible condition, clearly circulated, not new from the refinery. It bolstered many scratches and chips. As well as an uneven finish. The color was not what I was expecting with my other purchases of new never circulated silver. It was a dull white void of any shine I have come to expect from my silver purchases. It also had brown and black what I assume are tarnish marks. It was also porous which I assume is a defect from the hand pouring process.

Cancelled an order on Sunday before it was even shipped and will not receive my money back until Wednesday! Will never do business with such a slow company again! Stay away! They will hold your money for no reason.

I have not had good customer relations with this company and now that I read the other reviews, I am suspect of the product I did get from them. Here is my experience: I sent a 1 oz gold coin to my grandson, who never picked it up from the PO. When I called JM and spoke with Laura I received NO HELP in trying to track the package. She said it was my fault and tough luck and was very unpleasant. Finally after several attempts to talk to someone, I did reach another very helpful representative (wish I could remember her name) who was willing to look into it and found that the package had indeed been returned to JM. JM had the package in their possession. I asked for a refund, BUT they sent the check to my grandson instead of me who promptly forged my signature and cashed it. So yah, my fault and tough luck. Needless to say I will be using another dealer from here on.

I recently purchased 10 so-called silver coins from JM Bullion. Using very accurate laboratory equipment including balances precise to 0.1 g and metric rulers accurate to .5 mm, we calculated the density at between 8.7 and 9.0 g/cc. Silver has a density of 10.49. These are NOT silver coins! Additionally, we tested the silver content several other ways. The coins were not 1 oz., as stamped on them. They were each 31.21 grams or almost 1.1 oz. each. Before you celebrate, ask yourself who would sell you the equivalent of 11 oz. of silver when you only paid for 10?

Worst experience with an online merchant ever - my initial order with the company was cancelled without cause or explanation. Customer no-service was useless, be warned, stay away from this company. Much more reputable dealers are available.

Every place I have went to test this through the package. They all come up fake. This one place showed me a sandwich bag full of gold plated copper with the packages that they were sealed in. JM will not buy them back unless I send them a thousand dollars worth. So now I am out $231.00 of fake gold. Do not buy from them EVER. BEWARE. Once they have your money you are solo.

I placed an order for silver and copper, when I submitted the order, The website said I did not order the minimum 100 dollars. I readjusted order and placed it, it denied order due to lack of funds. They took the funds off the first order that they did not place. When I called they said they would look into it. They took the hundred off my card, but I have no order and they have not refunded my money. Customer service seems nice the first few calls, then they get a bit nasty.
