I have ordered from JM Bullion numerous times whether directly or through Ebay and the service is always perfect. They carry quite a few items and well stocked. Products are unique and beautiful, always packaged well, and seems that I receive my items way before the stated delivery time. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Item was as expected and packaged well. Shipping was an adventure but that’s the carrier, not JM. JM always has a great selection of products from around the globe in most any size, shape and price your fancy desires. They are first to offer some products and also have exclusives worthy of consideration. Whether you’re a stacker or collector, JM is a good place to start your search.

My order of gold and silver arrived as described and within quoted time. Pleased with products and service, so far. Intend to order sometime later again. I collect stamps and coins to pass down to my children, as coins and stamps portray historical events and notable people as well as places of beauty or historical locations. Also might gain value thru time passed. Gold and silver coins or bars have material value due to the metal content, but also are stamped, engraved or etched and are a thing of beauty besides just valuable metals that can gain value.

I am happy with the actual silver bar. And customer service was amazing. The Bar is beautiful and I love JM. I paid for 2-3 day delivery and FedEx took over a week. So I recommend not using the expedited mail. FedEx kept trying to deliver to the wrong address and I had to have it shipped to a local Walgreens.

Overall, JM Bullion has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Especially with the current economic environment they sure have risen to the occasion. I am on a fixed income and appreciate that I can buy a small amount of silver at a time. I am not obligated to purchase a set amount when I order. This works great for me and over the years I have accumulated a decent amount of silver. I wish I could afford more at a time as the price does vary, but that’s okay.

I like collecting coins with numismatic appeal & precious metal content, so lately I’ve been buying pre-33 gold. When JM Bullion describes a $10 Indian as BU, for example, it arrives as advertised. It also gets here in record time. I think now is an excellent time to invest, and I plan to keep doing so.

I love the little gold miner's bag with my ounce of silver inside. The 10 pieces of silver in the bag will be a convenient way to too Barry's with, if it ever comes to that. In the meantime, I have my credit card sized ounce of silver in my wallet for immediate use. All is exactly as I thought it would be! Perfect!!

I had a pleasant experience with my first order from JM. They were always giving updates on the stages of my order. The only thing that took longer than expected was delivery but according to the tracking information that was a local post office issue not JM. The items were exactly as described.

Received order without the item purchased. Someone stole what should’ve been in the box a ten oz. Skull silver. Fortunately USPS delivery person was still in front of my door when I opened the product. First time I’ve had issues with a delivery. Either refund me or send item I ordered.

The listing clearly shows new 2019 Utah bank notes but yet I received 2024 notes. I wouldn't have purchased had 2024 been pictured. I believe this was misleading somewhat and should be corrected for future buyers

April 3, 2024. We have made multiple purchases from JM Bullion over the last two years and it was a seamless transaction FOR PURCHASES. However, now inquiring about a buy back we found out about some pretty deceptive practices regarding their buy backs. We purchased silver coins and were told they NEVER pay spot price on a BUY BACK, that it is subject to DEMAND OF THE MARKET. Right now the market is SPOT of $26.83 per ounce and they offer $24.88 for BUY BACK. They are currently selling this coin for $32.53 a difference of $7.65! I would say that the DEMAND is very high, they just don't want to honor the market demand PRICE! This is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST this Company!

I have had a great experience previously, never had issues until this time. I needed to sign for my purchase and FedEx came to my home when I was at work and then came to my work when I wasn't there. Previously I had the option to switch the delivery to a public location where I would pick up and sign from there. Also, FedEx said only the deliverer could change the delivery address. Next thing I know I find out my purchase is being returned to JM Bullion and now I have an email that my order is cancelled "because of an undeliverable address."

I bought some Canadian silver dollars and a few Buffalo silver rounds this time around. I ordered and paid on the 29th of Feb. and received my items 6 days later like it had a hotfoot on the order. That is the fastest I ever got my order in. I'll make sure to pay that way again, so I get it that quick. Last time or I should say the 1st time I put in an order in. I ordered it on the 27th of Dec., and it arrived on the 2nd of Jan. and that took 7 days with the holidays. You buy, you get it quick. That's why JM Bullion will be my 1st choice in buying after I've compared pricing with the others I buy from.

I have no problem with JM Bullion. I have already recommended you to others, and intend to continue purchases in the future. My problem with my last shipment was FedEx. I used their tracking system, and made changes to our personal daily schedule to allow for someone to be immediately available for the required signature. After many delays, the package was delivered the next day with no notice.

Purchasing 20 pieces of 1g 24K gold, by the description, one would expect at least a moderate mix. Some may have assay, some not, some PAMP, some not? Perhaps the thought was consistency among the grouping? But, the feeling I came away with is that we're reducing our inventory of non-assay 1g pieces... because many want the assay... So, we'll entice with the chance of an assay, but, we can fall back on... "wWell, we said maybe..."

I like your service. I wish I could get some sort of discount once in a while. I like spot prices being so easy to view. I wish gold was cheaper. I do like silver—it’s “poor man’s” bitcoin. If you had a way to make monthly payments toward an ounce of gold at time of committing to purchase, that would be nice.

I ordered 20 oz of silver. Very happy. It came within one week and the beads were clean and no dust. I looked all over the internet for this product. I use the beads for assaying precious metals as a collector. The silver has to be pure and I need small enough pieces to get accurate weights.

My order was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Mailbox was empty. Wednesday saw the shipment finally be delivered to my mailbox. Please don't use USPS for your shipments to Houston. Service is terrible, massive back loģs, stolen shipments, dumb excuses given by postal personnel and lost shipments. Use another shipping company that you can trust.

While I was (and always have been) concerned about the shipping charges. They are on par with anyone else. I enjoy seeing the market prices right there when making my decisions. Most times I can buy at the local coin store and save the shipping charge. But for online purchases you are the best!!

I have not been happy with my deliveries by FedEx. My wife has been home and they said they tried to deliver my package. That is not true. The time before that they said they tried twice to deliver it. That’s not true either. Hopefully I can get my next orders through United States Postal Service.

Expected signature required for delivery or at least package delivery to front door. Instead your agent, USPS simply left delivery in vulnerable mailbox at the street. It is not safe nor secure to deal with your company.

I like Bullion ok, but I always fear the metals especially silver dollars is purchased from buybacks and are fake. I wish all your gold and silver came from the mint. Hi, I placed an order last Friday, 3/15. The estimated date of delivery was Tuesday, 3/19. I still haven't received the package. It is being delivered by USPS. I placed an order 2 or 3 weeks ago, and that package was delivered by FedEx (I think) and that delivery was well beyond my expectations... It only took 2 days. I suggest no longer using the USPS. Otherwise, I have been satisfied with the service of JM Bullion. Thanks.

I had ordered 4 2023 Canadian silver maples listed as BU. Two out of the four had small dings on the edge so IDK if that is still considered BU. And I also thought the BU’s would come in their original RCM packaging. I had ordered some maples from another online dealer and they were sent in sealed RCM marked clear square packet whereas the ones I ordered from you guys were loose in plastic fold pouches. I don’t really have a problem with the way they were packed but two of them were not in pristine condition so it makes me wonder if they were not BU’s because they were not sealed in the original packaging like the other one I got that was in excellent condition. If anyone could clear that up for me as to maybe why they were not in the original packaging or maybe there is a reason you take them out before you ship? I would appreciate it. The gold I ordered was perfect, no problems with that. Very happy with that part of the order.

Ordered overnight Monday, from NV to Il by Friday via the free USPS. Mint sealed in the tube. Beautiful quality coins inside. However, they've utilized FedEx and on my last delivery despite "Delivery signature required" the FedEx driving threw a package with several thousand dollars in gold in front of my door and walked away, no signature and with nobody home.

Furthermore, I was informed that to proceed with the purchase, a bank wire transfer was required, contrary to my initial payment method using a credit card.

My first purchase from JM Bullion. I recently purchased an American Eagle Silver coin and a Peace Dollar coin and I am extremely happy with both coins. I only buy certified coins and these two coins will make a very nice addition to my collection. However, I also purchased a 10 oz American Reserve Silver Bar (New) and yes I received my 10oz's of silver but the reverse side of the bar had bad scratches and scars in it. When I buy a silver bar I don't expect mint state, but with the bar being advertised as (New) and with the cost being $307 I was less than pleased with the reverse side finish and it pales in comparison to 10oz silver bars I have purchased elsewhere.

I called them about selling 2 gold coins. I asked about mailing them to them. They offered a $30.00 where they sent a box and label, or I could just get a label from them. I asked what that would cost and she told me it differs with each client. I opted for the label thinking 30.00 for a box, then emailing a label shouldn't be that expensive. $37.00 it cost for them to email a label that I printed out!! Then they lowered their offer price. Then said my coins were not up to par and that they would get rid of them for me.. I told them to mail them back. They then took $57.00 it off my account to mail my coins back to me. When I contacted the dealer I bought my coins from originally and t told her that JM Bullion said her coins were fake. She called them and the jest of her conversation was "that what they do is legal" so it cost me 94.00 to learn not to sell online. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered my monthly silver from these clowns. It took them 3 days to ship when it clearly states that it will ship as soon as payment clears. I paid with a check card and they clear immediately and then it gets lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and they said to wait two more day and if it didn't show up as delivered THEY WOULD contact me to make an insurance claim. 5 days later I had to contact them. I will NEVER buy from these clowns again. Sdbullion does a much better job, I ordered from them and 3 days later my silver was in hand.

I have been satisfied with everything I have bought. There is a nice variety to choose from. You can get coins from different countries. Everything is packaged carefully. The company communicates well. I know when the coins are shipped, and when I should expect to receive them. I mostly purchase these coins to give to my seven-year-old son for when he does a good job in school, gets a good score on a test or does extra work. When I give him a coin, he is so happy and proud. The newer and shinier the coin, the happier he is. I trust this company so much, I do not wish to try purchasing from a different company.

I ordered 2 silver coins for Christmas. The shipping update showed that they were delivered but I never got them. I contacted the company as well as the postal carrier and the post office worked diligently to retrieve my package from wherever it was erroneously delivered. The company, however, responded with an email that they are not liable once it states that the product was delivered. There is no option to alter the carrier so I am at the mercy of their chosen carrier. They get to keep the money and not claim any responsibility but now I am out my money and they are not out anything. I cannot guarantee they sent it since I didn’t get it. Quite a scam. Should have seen the red flags when I saw that they accept crypto as currency. Untraceable currency is never a good sign. I guess I will be more careful next time, but I will never order from this scam company again.

Their website had deceiving and misleading information. They say varied mints and conditions and should share samples of the varied mints and conditions (give as many sample photos as you can). The pictures they show on the website DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT reflect the product they send. I had purchased product to gift to my kids and what I got was something a Jeweler who is making Jewelry would get, crappy looking square, no packaging as a proper bullion is sold via other credible sources. DO NOT use them, find other sources.

Please do not buy gold coins from this company. They are horrible. I had ordered a lunar gold coin from them and I received a empty box few days later. The box they used for shipping a gold coin was of poor quality. The box was cut open from underneath and the coin stolen and then a transparent plastic tape was reapplied. I will never ever buy coins from this company as they are not trustworthy. You spend thousands of dollars and the quality of the box and supplies they use is disgusting. There are better companies out there like Liberty Coins, Bullion Exchanges who really have great shipping standards.

They did not include my full order and told me package had been tampered with, then they changed the story. Told me claims would call me back, then said the package was not tampered with and that they would refund me the missing pieces but it would take a few days, still waiting. Have gotten no email confirmations, nothing but the runaround. They do right by 90% of people to stay in business but make a lot of money jacking 10% of people on the side. I was one of the unlucky ones, thank God for PayPal and that this wasn't a large order of I would be out a lot of money.
