I didn’t know anything about buying precious metals but this site made it easy to compare gold items, silver, platinum, palladium, and even copper. Premiums over the spot price are consistent. I look forward to buying into some of the deals I see. Also, End the Fed!

I purchased a half pound bar of copper for $100+. I didn't realize until after it arrived that the bar had a $95 premium....for 5 dollars worth of copper. Completely mind blowing. I'm sure there was a reason for it, but you were selling a very similar kilo bar for $70, so it's lost on me how you could price a half pound bar so high. Very strange. But customer service was very accommodating. I was able to return the item for a refund and will be sticking to what I know...gold and silver. Thanks.

Placed an order on 1/14/26. They received the payment via credit card the same day. They confirmed the order the same day. On 1/23/26 they sent an email saying one of the items was "delayed" and they wouldn't be able to ship until 1/26. They sent a general email on 1/25 saying their operations were "under strain" and to expect longer than normal order processing, etc. etc. On 2/3 they said the order had shipped. I was patient. I gave them time to send the items. I checked the tracking numerous times - the carrier said the package was not received, and this continued for a few weeks. I finally checked my account on their site, and it said "completed". No, I don't think so...
Sent an email to them, they opened up an "investigation" on 2/26, saying they would investigate with the carrier. Pretty sure it's not the carrier's fault, as the tracking continually said package not received although a shipping label was created. Finally received the package on 3/9/26. Shipping label said 2/3. Package was in great condition, no damage, wrapped securely, but some items ordered were not in the package. Sigh. How did I know this was going to happen? Now, they're saying I have to upload photos of the damaged box (it's not damaged) within 24 hours, and file an approved police report and upload a copy to them with 14 days. File a police report? For what? An item not shipped? Reporting the carrier when it's probably not their fault?
This company used to be so great - I've been a customer since 2017. I recommended them to numerous people. Trustworthy, responsive, incredibly fast shipping times, orders always accurate. I would not recommend anyone order from them at this time, unless they can get shipping and orders accurate and timely. Waiting two MONTHS for an order is ridiculous. Having to file claim for items missing in the package via a POLICE REPORT is also ridiculous. If they cannot administratively handle the volume of orders they shouldn't be accepting them. Use another precious metals vendor or purchase locally.

Poor customer service. I had made a purchase several weeks ago in which the process went through. However I then received a email that the item I ordered was out of stock and there was to be a refund. I’ve tried multiple times thru email and phone to which I’ve still not gotten my refund. Would not recommend.

I purchased 100 zombucks then after a long wait I received my package but it only had 30 instead of the 100 I paid for. There was a packing slip for a totally different person in my box showing that person had ordered 30. After over 1.5 hours on the phone they said they would contact me within 3 days. So far it has been 6 days and no response.

I had one problem with my last order but not that big. I ordered the $100 face value coins and received 1000 silver dimes. The problem was one was not silver it was a 67 dime. At first I was mad but after going thru most of the dimes I found some error coins so it took the sting away.

Right now I would not do any business with JM until they figure out customer service & support. I have an account with them as a casual buyer and received an email FLASH sale, buy one ounce rounds. Well I was away from home. Couldn’t remember my password so I bought as a guest. Two weeks go by no verification of my purchase, so I emailed them asking if they received my order. Automatic response, we will reply asap. One week later I received another email notifying me they cancelled my order. Now $600 might not be much to them but it is to me, the reason they cancelled my order: they couldn’t verify it was me! What, you have my email, phone number and I never received a text or email and I have purchased from J&M before. To further my disappointment not only did I miss out on a cheaper silver price they also couldn’t verify they refunded my money, check with your bank to see. Customer service is bad, bad, bad.

Repeated delays. I rather have correct information than hope and find out something is not coming as inspected. I understand the market and how insane it has been but a 3 week delay turning into 7- weeks is crazy - if confident in 3 weeks then why the delay. If not why provide it?

Happy with price. Only issue is contact. I needed a shipping address updated. The response was, "We will get back to you in 3-5 days." The package has shipped now and still no contact. Should be better response time or a way to mark a message time sensitive.

First time gold/silver buyer but will never use JM again. The whole payment-shipping experience is designed to favor them over the customer. My first two orders were eventually shipped but my third just sat there after the payment had cleared for weeks without any shipping details. Tried calling a hundred times-can’t get anyone on the phone. Emailed numerous times-no response (they did eventually respond recently with the same lack of accountability they take for the negative reviews here). They give you this whole “historically high demand…” blah blah. Come on guys, man up you’re a big company handling people’s precious items. There are other great companies out there-skip JM.

Ordered thousands of dollars worth of silver and gold. FedEx states out for delivery for past three days. Actually showed up at my home for indicated delivery date. Then just drove off. FedEx won't release any information to me, because until I sign for the purchased products it's still JM Bullion's gold and silver. After 5 hours finally got through to customer service and they basically said, "It's not our problem, we will tell the claim team." I exclusively used JM BULLION for my gold and silver purchases the last 6 years and will NEVER do business with them again. Stay away from them, they truly don't care if you get what you paid for. Terrible customer service, extremely long processing times, no help when you do get someone on the phone. They got their money, my family got nothing in return.

I currently have 2 orders that I am trying to get delivered as gifts. One of the orders was placed and paid for December 17, 2025. It still has not been delivered. I don't want to cancel the order because the items are personalized. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I have tried calling many times. Nine times out of ten, there are 33 or 34 callers ahead of me. I try to put in my phone number for a call back. It will not accept my number. I get a constant response of "something went wrong". No matter how many times I repeat inputting my number, it's always the same response. I write to the support e-mail and get no response. They constantly state that they apologize and state that they won't be able to respond for 3-5 days because of the high demand. I have sent them numerous emails with my phone number - they won't respond.

The customer service is terrible, they simply will never answer their phone "due to high volume". Beware, there are dealers out there with integrity, not this one.

I made a purchase from JM Bullion and mailed in a check. They said they "couldn't deposit the check." No other explanation and said they had to charge a card which would cost 4% more. I have purchased from another company before and they didn't have any issues with the check. Also, customer service was not very helpful or friendly. She sounded like she didn't really want to be there.

I have emailed and called them more than 10 times. They do not answer the phone and their email reply is a generic reply with no follow up.

I'm a customer with JM, buying online is really easy and your money leaves your account almost instantaneously. Unfortunately then you wait and wait? I have 4 orders in with them for 20K+ and the oldest being from January 15th, I have yet to receive anything but a receipt and poorly written emails about how busy they are. Although, I believe this company is not a scam it certainly feels like it, and it is very uncomfortable with them holding all my money and I have nothing to show. (And I paid for Expedited Shipping.) My wife wants me to cancel all the orders that we have with JM Bullion and place all future orders with Hero Bullion a company that during the same period has shipped out to us in the same week, but reading other reviews people are not getting the money back promptly. They need to stop taking orders and concentrate on shipping or they are going to lose a lot of customers.

DO NOT SELL HERE. They tell you payout will occur in 7 days. It takes weeks. Then when you complain they did not meet their published timeline (changed now on the website today in fact), they cancel your order without your agreement, and charge you the difference ($600+ for me since gold went up). 1800 CS is also non existent today. Phones cannot pick up because they are "too busy." So they cancel the order if you make a peep.
Full story: They sat on my payout for weeks citing "high volume" despite website claiming 3-5 day payout, with 3 being most likely. That since changed. Called 1800 which took an hour. The CS rep was female, very nice, understood the payout was too long, and said "yes this is happening, I will try to get you your bar back, we cannot meet demand and have not even opened your package yet, we are still processing earlier orders." She came back and said "nothing I can do, they are not allowing it. Sorry."
When I pushed back on email 3x and demanded FREE return of my bar or payout since they not only did not meet their payout deadline but have not even opened the package (implying payout is another 7 days away), they UNILATERALLY canceled my order and said I owe 1. The price difference and 2. Fee for 2 shipments totaling around $600+ (because they could not process the order anywhere NEAR the stated time and of course gold rose in that time).
Now I must spend my afternoon calling my bank to see my options. They have my banking info directly and can charge me directly. That is fine - my bank has said if I did not agree to the return terms, I am likely covered. But I had to decide whether to remove my bank account or let the charge go through and later dispute with my bank. That is a tough choice as these psychos will obviously use debt collections freely. I note, I NEVER AGREED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION. They UNILATERALLY did so to charge me more money because gold had risen, period, simply because I complained about my rights, and them not meeting their site verbiage. I will note, if gold had declined, would they have refunded me the difference in today's gold price to keep the bar? Highly unlikely right? You are in a lose-lose situation here all around.
Note this is happening to many sellers of bullion per below comments, and also, their 1800 number and functionality of their site are totally down today. I have recorded that for my bank as well. They now also changed their processing time on their site (likely due to such complaints). I recorded that change too. So in sum: Today they have my bar worth 4600 ish, which they were to pay out last week, and now want to charge me the difference between the Jan 9 price and today's Jan 24 price, appx 600$ plus ship, because they unilaterally canceled the order, without my agreement, as it was beneficial to them since gold rose dramatically this weekend. This is TWISTED AND ILLEGAL. I have already notified my bank so that I will dispute the charge. Do not deal with them. You can buy but do not sell. Go locally, get your cash and leave.

Purchased a substantial amount of ounces of silver, at a fair price, had no problem checking out, no problem with bank everything went fine from bank and JM... a day or 2 before delivery I receive an email stating that my order was canceled because of “internal Review” still all good with the banks… mind you silver shot up just before delivery is the only possible reason the order was cancelled…

The order shows as received and weeks have passed instead of the promised quick turnaround of a few days. Their voice line says they either can't accept calls at this time because they're too busy, or asks me to use a callback feature which doesn't work. Emails are also unanswered.

Communications for pending orders, shipping dates and delivery notifications are confusing. Two orders for gold and silver items are delayed because of "High demand..."? Trying to reach a human customer service rep for existing orders is useless, only get a recording with instructions to try again later. If you call to place an order you get a person right away. They need to work as hard on shipping and delivery of existing orders as the do selling products.

I've ordered thousands of dollars in precious metals, as the market heated up, they slowed down. I had an Auto buy order I cancelled, they already took the funds, ACH, from my bank. A week later, I still wasn't reimbursed, and due to increased business, their phone lines are not accepting new calls. I'm going to have to retrieve my funds by reporting this to the bank. Their business is booming, they're not smart enough to hire more people to keep up with demand. Their buyback program lowballs because they can. They aren't good to their customers, they're profiteers.

I have bought many time through them. One of the reasons is on their website they claim to insure delivery. However this last time it was "delivered" but not received. They send it in a box that says 'samples'. Seems some carriers have figured this out. But their "insurance" does not cover this. Be warned. Also customer service was slow to respond and the email felt snippy. Use someone else.

Shipping times are not adhered to. Where is customer service? I sat on hold for over 30 min and was the #34 in line when I called in and after 30 min on hold. Yet if you call to buy, the phone is picked up right away. My order shows shipped but only a label was created 2 days ago after being a week overdue to ship based on my payment clearing. Of my other 2 orders, one shipped without any needed follow-up. So this is 2 of 3 where my order did not ship when it was supposed to and I am unable to get anyone from customer service. I will not be buying from this company again. I wish Costco sold Silver eagles. I have bought Gold Eagles and both silver and gold bars from Costco without issue. And I am not charged anymore to use my credit card and I get a discount.

JM Bullion lost my order for 22,500 worth of Gold Eagles, Ordered October 23, still waiting on coins. Very difficult to actually speak to a person, unless you're ordering more coins. JM Bullion tell you to call a number, and, it's an answering machine. I've ordered close to 250,000 to date from these guys, and I think I'm taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this firm.

I purchased $3,908.19 of silver from JM Bullion on October 15, 2025. I paid them in full at the time of the purchased with an ACH transfer of cash from my bank. My order was finally shipped by FedEx on October 28th, 2025. The order arrived at FedEx in Memphis on October 30th, 2025. Tracking shows it is still at FedEx in Memphis. I contacted FedEx to inquire about the delay in Memphis. They issued a "research file # **. After a FedEx research, I received an email from FedEx stating my case was "closed" and my shipment was returned to JM Bullion. I called JM Bullion to ask for a refund. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes before Customer Service finally took my call. The Customer Service rep told me she was not authorized to give me a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said none were available. I asked for a supervisor to call me back and gave the representative my cell phone number. No one has returned my call.
I placed and paid for my order over a month ago and I have never received the silver that I paid for. JM Bullion is refusing to refund and no one has attempted to communicate with me. I believe my order was either stolen by FedEx or JM Bullion has scammed me. I have filed a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office, as well as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have heard nothing from JM Bullion or nothing more from FedEx. JM Bullion is a scam operation, avoid at all cost. My next step is getting my attorney involved.

Not impressed whatsoever with the customer service or lack thereof especially in the area of trust. We placed our first and last order with JM Bullion and used PayPal for payment and the coins were shipped from JM without our house number on the mailing label they blamed PayPal. We never had an address issue this occur before. Using PayPal for the last 25 years. JM twisted our words and ducked responsibility and wanted us to file a police report because the post office showed “delivered” yes but to the wrong house. Can’t trust JM Bullion.

I have placed two orders with JM Bullion. The first had a missing item which they resolved within a week. The second package with a value of nearly $6500 was stolen at a Fed Ex facility. I have had to file a police report and go through the JM Bullion "claims" process. Nearly 40 days later and I still have not been refunded. Impossible for me to understand how this theft was coordinated without inside help from a JM Bullion or Fed Ex employee. This also now raises safety concerns for our home residence since whoever stole our package has our home address. Proceed with caution and only order the amount of money you can afford to lose because they don't make it easy to get your money back!!

I had used JM Bullion years ago and never had any problems so I decided to use them again for some pretty large sell backs. With gold & Silver prices hitting an all-time high I decided to sell off the bulk of my holdings. JM did an excellent job handling my "sell to us" orders, 7 separate orders actually. I always use their shipping label with FedEx as the carrier...took a few days longer than usual to get my orders inspected but other than that there were no hitches at all. I’m extremely dissatisfied with JM Bullion. My account has been deleted multiple times for no apparent reason, even after verifying all my information. Recently, an order was placed that I did not authorize, and although JM Bullion canceled the order, they still withdrew the money from my bank account. It’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get my money back, I’ve reached out several times, and they continue to refuse to issue a refund despite acknowledging the order was canceled. This has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I’ve purchased from several precious metal dealers, and none have handled things this poorly. I expected better accountability and customer service from a company that deals with high value transactions. Until they fix this issue and improve their customer service, I cannot recommend JM Bullion to anyone.

I just recently purchased over another $600 in silver from JM Bullion and all I can say is make sure to screen shot your receipt with the order number on it. About a week after I placed the order and I had not heard anything on it, I called jm bullion to check on my order to be told they had no order for me except for one from 5 years ago and they couldn't help me unless I had an order number. This all took place after I tried checking it myself on my online jm bullion account only to be immediately locked out of it. It kept saying I tried accessing it too many times when I only tried the first time. That's when I called jm bullion only to be told they could not help me without an order number. They also reset my online account multiple times and had me try to access it while I was on the phone with a rep and it kept locking me out after 1 try to access it each time.
I was then told they didn't know what was happening and could not help, but they would send me a link to write what happened. Thank god I screen shot the transaction receipt you get when you place the order. I checked my photos and had the screenshot of my order number so I called back again and they finally found my order. I guess since I did end up receiving my order when they told me I'll give a 2 star rating. These things should not be happening when a customer makes a purchase, especially $600 worth. Can you imagine how mad a customer would be who is spending thousands and this happens to them? I think it would put a stopper on repeat business. Thank you for your time and god bless. I have tried others, NO others are as smooth an operation than JMB! (you'll have to trust me on that as statement being I really don't want to bad mouth or slander other bullion dealers on this page.) JMB has CONSISTENTLY had the best prices, specials, surprise packages, customer services as for delivery, and phone customer services. I have, and would once again, purchase a piece or two from a reputable dealer that offers something that JM might not have available but still learn that all the way around JMB leaves the others behind. I have purchased and been satisfied with silver and gold, precious metals purchases from JM bullion. However, I’ve noticed the company offering gold for purchase at spot prices. Initially, I started to buy an ounce of gold at spot but fortunately, I always read the specifications of the item I want to purchase. In the specifications the company states the amount of gold as approximately .91xx of an ounce meaning the gold is not offered at spot. If the gold was offered at spot it should be .999 or .9999! Personally, I find this very misleading because the company is not offering gold at spot price. As the old saying goes buyer beware!

I’ve purchased gold coins from JM Bullion a few times before and was always satisfied. The coins arrived in perfect condition and looked brand new. However, this time I ordered a gold bar, and I was shocked to see it arrived with visible scratches and looked old. I expected the same quality as before, but this was completely different.
I called their customer service right away and asked if I could exchange it — I even offered to pay the difference to get a gold coin instead. They flat out refused and told me they couldn’t do anything. No flexibility, no effort to make it right. I’m extremely disappointed. After being a repeat customer, I didn’t expect to be treated this way. One star.

Never ordering from these guys again. I updated my shipping address on their website before placing order, I used PayPal for safety, and JM Bullion decided to ignore my shipping address and use paypal’s billing address for myself instead which is an old address. I was unable to make any changes with JM bullion, FedEx, or paypal, have received no options for me to receive my package, no option to pick package up, all of it has been nothing less than ridiculous. I expect a level of customer service since this is 100% JM bullion's fault and have received nothing less than an ‘oh well’ from them. Horrible experience, I'd opt in from finding a local dealer next time.

Days later still hadn't been shipped, so I called to cancel. The rep then told me "I can't cancel this". Immediately I suspected a scam, so I called my bank and my lawyer. I attempted to purchase a 10oz gold bar and used the ACH transfer method. I assumed I'd have the product quickly, but I kept receiving emails saying they needed more info, but nothing as to what info. Attempts to call were frustrating and rarely led to more than a computer asking to rate them. I made sure my account info was complete and waited for my product. Then I got an email saying my order had been canceled. No problem, I found another vendor and waited for the funds to be transferred back to my account, but after a week no funds had been returned.
I sent an email to them and received a response that I either had to ask my financial institution to do a reversal due to not receiving goods or service or I could "Option #2: In order for you to receive your refund faster and not have to visit your bank in person, we are happy to send you a Refund and Release Agreement. This Agreement simply states that you have not previously, nor will you in the future, request that your bank do an ACH reversal related to this order.".
Option 2 threw up all sorts of red flags to me and I still do not understand why the money simply wasn't refunded using the same method it was transferred. I decided to do some deeper research and found JM Bullion does this a lot, my theory is they view it as a money maker because they get an interest free loan for however many weeks the entire process takes. If you go to the BBB site you'll see numerous complaints. So, in a nutshell, if you buy from them, only do it using standard payment methods that can be easily disputed.

Placed and order utilizing a bank draft directly from my account. Funds were removed. 5 days later, I received an email that my order was cancelled and I should send a wire. No reason to why. Mind you the price of gold has increased? I was told it takes 8 days to refund the money that was taken out of my account. Very strange business. I will go back to purchasing elsewhere. I have ordered once or twice previously from JM and I was satisfied at that time. I placed an order in November 2024. I checked the wire/check price method placing the order. A very unusual occurrence, that it did not require me to fill in the bank information? I had taken for granted that they had a record like many of the other dealers of my check/wire instructions. They notified me a week or so later and I replied about the form not being displayed their website at the time of the order. It was a notice the order was cancelled.
A week later, I received a bill for $55.51 for my order. They claimed they had to purchase the coin (1 oz. Eagle) from the open market and at a loss? Now, I suspect they do not carry an inventory on hand but only act like a pass through middleman. They did keep a record of a past CVC or CVV code on purchases. They went ahead and billed my bank credit card for the $55.51 without my prior authorization or permission about it. Two things that I noticed. It appears not to have inventory on hand. (It may account for many complaints on file?) and that they obviously maintain and keep records of the authorization CVC or CVV code numbers on all credit card purchases.
(The Federal Trade Commission agrees that merchants shouldn’t collect information they don’t need, further advising that, if a merchant does collect card information, it’s in their interest to hold on to it only as long as there is a bona fide business need to do so. This means that, while a retailer needs your card information to process a transaction, it shouldn’t store it if the merchant doesn’t anticipate future transactions.) (Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gram-Leach-Bliley Act warn retailers and give "safe practices" for retailers to prevent fraud.) {PCI SSC Payment Care Industry Security Standards Council} A group of all Bank credit card issuers.
PCI DSS requires merchants to limit storing and retaining customer names, card account numbers and expiration dates only for the time required for business or legal purposes. And it explicitly frowns on merchants storing, for example, a card verification value (CVV) or personal identification number (PIN).} I doubt it is legal for them to do so in Texas? The code authorization number should be destroyed after a transaction. Anyone could access your card working for their company or could be sold to a hacker or fraudster. This practice has alerted me to the possibility of hacking my credit card account now. I would suggest that JMBullion cease and notify all past customers of their practice immediately or ask for permission of the customers. I doubt that I ever do business again with them. I do and will insist to have my credit card information destroyed from their records and verification it was completed. Thank you for your cooperation.

First time purchase with this company and I am very disappointed with my order. I placed an order via ACH on 12/15 with an estimated ship date of 12/18-12/20. Funds were immediately taken from my account. As this was a Christmas gift I decided to purchased the expedited shipping so that I could ensure delivery before 12/25. After submitting my payment, my receipt even said estimated ship date between the 18th and 20th. Fast forward a day and shipping estimate changed to the 23rd due to a mandatory 5 day hold. Nowhere on their website do they say that ACH payment will be held for 5 days before shipping? What is the point of this?
This is the only time in my history of online purchases that I have heard of such a thing. Why would they give an estimated ship date of the 18th if they have a mandatory hold of 5 days? It gets better... When I called to find out if they could help me out, the answer was straight up "no". I could not pay for overnight shipping, they couldn't look into the payment, all I could do is take my chances and maybe the package would show up on time. I explained that the hold had already been 5 days, but they said that did not include weekends. They continued to explain that their expedited shipping times did not include weekends either. What good is expedited shipping if you can't even give a date when the item will ship out. Complete waste of money and a total scam.
Frustrated, I asked about canceling my order and was told that there would be an additional $60 cancelation fee. What a joke this place is. Maybe if you are not purchasing as a gift with a deadline it may be OK, but what a disaster this transaction was with horrible customer service. Will not be buying from this company in the future.

I was highly disappointed when I received the mystery box. They did fulfill the description but it was mostly junk. The coin's retail value was around $300, seemed like what even junk was laying around made it to the "Mystery Box”. The gold was 1/200 oz. valued at approximately $79. Save your frustration and stay away from the “mystery deals”.

JM Bullion is a great website for beginners and people looking to get into bullion. After a month or so they’ll find Hero Bullion just as I did and be blown away from the prices, I don’t say this out of disrespect for your company. I love the fact it’s established. Has been in the game forever, I think users like me who struggle to invest, who buy 2 ounces a time, will do as I did and look for a cheaper route and it's most definitely out there. Your ounces after tax with a debit or credit card is 44$ a bar!!! I’m paying 70 flat with shipping. I still check your website every day before I order and I will always do that, but until I see that spot decrease respectfully you lost my business.

99.9% of the time your service is excellent and your help center included. That said, my last shipment of Auto-Buy took over 10 days to arrive when I always receive it in 3 to 4 days. The tracking info indicated that my order bounced back and forth between Dallas and San Antonio. I want to ensure that does not become a trend. Fact is, the longer the package remains in the shipping network, the higher the probability for loss or theft.

This took longer than I would have liked. I saved money on price of purchase, but spent more on expedited shipping, but it took much longer than I would have liked. The funds left my account fast. But the lag time between when I got the merch and when my money was parted from me was too long.

Everything on the JM side of things okay. Postal service (disservice) was an experience that Rod ** couldn't make up. Fourteen damned days of tracking from Las Vegas and my package went everywhere but my home, until yesterday! Picture, if you will, in my tracking. See it arrive at Alexandria, La. only to get kicked 30 miles away to Marksville, the Shreveport, then here. Guess where Pineville is from Alexandria? Across the river! JM Bullion should drop the postal service. In future I'll only use FedEx.

I ordered a New 10 ounce bar of silver for a gift for my grandchild. It come with deep black spots on the front and back, so clearly not new. I contacted customer service and sent pictures as requested. Outcome was they said the deep black spots did not affect the value (?) and I could return it or get a $30 credit. If it was really New and ordered and paid extra for, and not used, how would it have deep black tarnish spots on it? Very questionable.

One purchase post covid never arrived and not confirmed arriving by post service nor signed received but never got a refund for not getting the gold coin even after surfacing the issue several times and proving not received. My first month as a silver stacker started with JM Bullion, they did not disappoint, in fact the best experience so far (apart from Costco). Little high premium but you get the best service, speed, quality and ease of doing business among other online retailers. Areas of improvement: 1. Little more competitive pricing (If Costco can do it, you can too.) 2. E check through Plaid suddenly stopped service for some banks 3. Little more faster shipping (Somehow adopt a technology which do not make us wait for 5 days for an echeck. 3. Changes in spot price is not reflecting for some coins. My last order was shipped on 12-6-24 and as of 12-13-24 9pm, I have not received it. It was shipped thru the United States Postal service which has the worst record of any shipping company in the country. I do not understand why such a valuable item would be shipped by the US post office. It has been sitting at one location for more than 24 hours according to the tracking information with no update. I know it is the holiday season but the US post office sucks all the other months too. To make matters worse, there is no answer at the 800 # to even inquire about it. Going forward, please switch to United Parcel Service. I have never had one single problem with them. Thank you!

From my last purchase, the Safety & Shipping was "Great". The pricing however due to the rise of Silver in JM is a little steep at around $7 over spot average per piece. There should be a better way than a five day hold. Seems you are pushing clients to use card so you can collect extra fees

WAITED days for my order to update after PLAID cleared. JM Bullion CANCELLED my order WITHOUT any Communication to why! Still as of today - NO COMMUNICATION to why. NO NOTIFICATION that it was being CANCELLED. NO REASON to why it was CANCELLED. The ONLY reason I became aware - Logging on to view progress of my order. Money in my account is NOT an issue. I recently attempted to make my first gold purchase with JM Bullion, ordering a 2024 1 oz American Gold Buffalo Tube (20 Coins, BU), and had an account executive assigned to me, Ricky **. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order, I was informed that it was flagged as "high risk" for several reasons:
2. I chose ACH for the payment, and only later learned that they prefer wire transfers as ACH is apparently harder for them to verify, despite ACH being offered as a payment option.
3. I was told that the amount was large for a first-time purchase. If the amount was an issue, it would have been helpful for JM Bullion to limit first-time orders or request verification upfront.
I reached out twice for clarification, indirectly confirming that JM Bullion had questions about my identity. However, instead of giving me an opportunity to confirm my information or adjust the order, my purchase was outright canceled without any warning by Desjanee. I’m disappointed not only because I was genuinely looking forward to securing my investment in gold but also because this cancellation wasted valuable time. If JM Bullion required further verification, they could have warned me or directly requested the information rather than canceling the order without notice. I would have gladly provided any needed proof of identity if asked, but JM Bullion’s process failed to provide a reasonable solution. Overall, I’m left feeling that JM Bullion lacks transparency in their process and could greatly improve by:
- Informing customers of high-risk factors in advance,- Ensuring ACH is a valid payment option, or else removing it from the site,
- Limiting large first-time orders if they’re deemed too risky,
- And, most importantly, giving customers a chance to provide verification before canceling an order.
This experience has left me incredibly disappointed, and I would advise others to be cautious if they choose to order from JM Bullion.

Metals reasonably priced and you get what you truly purchased. Shipping is usually on time as well. Look for their text and emails about current items on sale. I would recommend you look at various sites to make sure the pricing is right.

I have been getting my Zombucks from you both silver rounds and colorized rounds for some time now and just can’t get enough of them. I have a small coin booth at an antique mall where I sell coins and my customers cannot get enough of the Zombucks. I sell them cheaper than EBay and don’t make much on them but my customers love them and it keeps them happy.

Love the app, always fast and accurate when I order products. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to add more products to an existing order that wasn’t shipped out yet. I seen a few new products that were not available when I originally placed the order but I called and was told there was nothing they could do. So I ended up paying two different shipping charges. The two different orders showed up on the same day!

Excellent product options, customer service, and shipping. JM has some offerings that you can't find with other companies. Plus, they are often in stock when out of stock elsewhere. I understand the signature requirement, however this is often difficult for working folks. I tried to have the package held at the Fedex location, but they informed me that the shipper indicated that was not an option. Why is this not an option? For workers this may be the easiest way for delivery. Please advise.
