Hold times processing times are well below expectations, subpar at best. The waiting to ship is unbelievably long. Competitors are much quicker. JM was my go to but I’ve found others that do much better. Cutting nearly a week or more off delivery times for the same payment and order process.

They offer a variety of options for precious metals at various weights. A great way to help invest in the future. I was part of a 1 Kilo Silver Bar pre-order this time and had to wait an additional month, but the savings overall made it worth the wait. No issues with my two previous gold orders either.

I was contacted by JMB and worked through the delivery issues. The reason for 4 versus 5 stars is I do not feel I should have had to go through the trouble of giving negative review to get the required assistance. My recommendation for others is to discuss (call) JMB prior to ordering to work out the shipping details.

I ordered a Golden Eagle from JM Bullion. From the time the money was removed from my account till the coin shipped was approximately 2 weeks which is excessive as this was a direct bank to company transfer. Delivery of the coin was through UPS. I tried to schedule a delivery time however, JMB has restrictions with UPS preventing any scheduling of delivery. I called UPS they told me this. I called JMB, first response was I needed to talk to UPS. After explaining UPS sent me to JMB they then said yes they had placed restrictions on UPS and they could not change. So now the coin is heading back to JMB. I am sure it will be another 2 weeks before I see the money back in my account. If you purchase from JMB, which I never will again, ensure you can meet their non-flexible shipping/delivery requirements.

ACH payments require a 3–5 business day clearing period before shipment, as outlined in our FAQs: https://www.jmbullion.com/faq/. Your order was processed within that timeframe, but we understand the overall timeline still felt excessive.
Regarding delivery, the restrictions with UPS are required by our insurance policy to help protect your package in transit. While this does limit scheduling options, it’s in place for security. If you prefer more flexibility in the future, you can request USPS shipping, which allows packages to be held for pickup at your local post office.
We were able to locate your order, and tracking shows it is currently being returned to us. We will be emailing you shortly with more information regarding the next steps for your order.

I recently sold to JM Bullion a large lot of silver coins and bars for my family. I handed the transaction due to their age and the fact that I handled all the selling when I worked for the family pawn shop for 20 plus years. From the moment the box left our sight the matter was poorly handled. These are a few points I want to mention that I feel anyone should know.
2. They sell to us invoice charged 3 different Times - once again would stay on hold more than 40 min at a time, trying to discuss the issue.
3. Emails came over short - not answering the questions asked. I repeatedly would send more because o could not get a phone call back.
4. When I finally get a phone call back, they blame it on possibly new employees, they had many packages coming in, The machine that counts could have been issue..
They agreed they could send it all back to me, but here’s the issue with that. They had the merchandise. It was my word against theirs, even though I filled out an invoice with what I say was there. And we were talking about 67 Kennedy halves they say weren’t listed in the emails that I must’ve been mistaken. They even said they had their people recheck. They sent a screenshot of the image that was taken when the box was open. It had to be the worst image I’ve ever seen you can’t really make out what was there stuff is sitting off to the side. I sent them a picture of what I put in the box. You can clearly see on the bag 67 Kennedy halves. He said they weren’t 90% I said no they were 40% Kennedy halves said they weren’t there then in another email they mysteriously showed up they had gotten mixed in with the 90%. So obviously there are people don’t know the difference between a 90% Kennedy and a 40% Kennedy.
When I finally did get a phone call back he said I will forgive the shipping charges and not charge you a check fee. I don’t know what else to do. He was very short when I asked to speak to someone higher up. He said he was it. Which I found out later was not true because I looked it up on the Internet. I sent the higher up an email the VP. I never got a response back.. now keep in mind we’re talking about 67 Kennedy halves not a lot of money but that’s not the point. We were in the pawn shop business for 35 years if one of our customers had had grievance with something that we did or we had offended them. I 100% assure you we would’ve made it right.
Our customers were our living breathing livelihood. So we go ahead and decide to sell the silver because we really don’t have any other choice because they had the merchandise. So we sell and guess what not only did they charge us for the check fee they charged us more than what was originally on the original invoice. It was supposed to be a $30 check fee. They charged us 50. The worst transaction I believe I’ve ever encountered. We normally always sell to Noble and I’ve never had an issue in all the years that we’ve sold, but they weren’t buying any silver at the time due to silver being so high in the melting process being delayed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Placed multiple orders with them. Small $2K and a couple more to check out their service. Final order of $170621 was placed and never delivered. Tried to work it out with claims and told it could take up 30 days. It's been 47. Now I receive no response.

I placed an order on Feb 18th. It took over a month to receive the order despite their website stating that all orders ship within 1 business day. Secondly, I paid $166 for a 1 lb bar of Copper and when my husband looked at their website it was selling for $79 for the same bar. He thought there may have been an error, however, when I called customer service I was basically told that the market fluctuates and on the day I ordered it, the price was $166. I realize now what a fool I was dealing with this company. It won’t happen again, I can assure you of that!!!

My purchase was great, except FedEx delivery. I pay the extra $12.99 for secure delivery requiring a signature. I prefer USPS for this service, but UPS is OK as they will work with the customer on the delivery. FedEx does NOT, I have to be here all day.

As a first time buyer, I purchased a MLB silver round as a gift. Initially I was trying to purchase it online, unfortunately the system was glitching at checkout. I called to verify the sale, and it had not processed. The customer service person confirmed that the sale did not happen. She was more than happy to walk me through the process. Customer service is still great. However, I was disappointed that the minimum purchase to receive free shipping was increased to $499 from $199. Now, for my smaller purchases I'm using APMEX. I still use JMB and purchase $499 or more sometimes. My suggestion is allow that previous minimum purchase at $199 for free shipping perhaps for the "On Sale" items only.

I’m very frustrated that my delivery was not completed by UPS (per JM Bullion’s instructions). I did not request a signature-required delivery because I knew I might not be home as I was out of town. They tried delivering on 4 consecutive days but returned it to you on 03/11. I wanted the delivery to be left for me, as I have done on all of my silver orders. Now I have to wait until it gets back to you, then make a new arrangement for delivery. I don’t want to call you because on the 2 or 3 occasions I have called and spoken with a representative, I have been treated rudely. I do not have a receipt to share below because I have not received my order. I still like your company and products but I would appreciate a fix for this issue without my having to jump through hoops. Thanks.

Everything has been great until my last order, which I was told would be delivered on 3/4/26, but UPS attempted to deliver on 3/3/26 when no one was at home. Later on 3/3/26, I received a text from UPS stating that another delivery attempt would be made on 3/4/26, but UPS never arrived. I didn't receive my package until the next day, 3/5/26, and the box was crushed.

Hello - I ordered 4 Morgan silver dollars AU and only 1 of these looks like the AU coin that you posted on your website (top right). I still like these Morgan’s so not looking to send them back. But I ordered 4 thinking they were all going to look relatively similar to the one shown on the website. Bottom left is not even close. Other two don't look like the website coin. I don’t know if they are technically AU grade or not. This is the first issue I’ve ever had and have been a customer for a while so hopefully you can hook me up with a free Morgan or some type of discount on the next order. Thanks!
