Excellent service, the agent assigned to me be there every step of the way and very willing to help with any problem I come into throughout the process. The rates are kind of extra but in the end it's worth it. I love how they keep a relationship with clients after the process, checking in, and sending estimates on other transactions just in case you need it.

I have done 2 transactions with J.G. Wentworth. The 1st one was amazing! Was a great experience and was very fast. My 2nd experience was not so great. Was delayed after I had my court date and ended up having to wait another week after my court date to find extra paperwork. The paperwork process should have been done way prior to my court date was even scheduled. I have to say I was very unsatisfied with that transaction.

They were really helpful and got me the amount of money I wanted both times. They answered all of the questions that I had. They even did promotions to the point that I had extra free cash just by working with them. They are a really good company to go through.

My husband and I were slowly, but surely, sinking deeper into debt. He received an annuity from an old accident and the small monthly payments were nice, but restrictive. At first, I was more than skeptical about doing this deal with J.G Wentworth. But being as how I needed money for a car to get back and forth to work, and hopefully money towards a new home, I heard them out. I am submitting this survey to let you know that Alexandra (Alex) ** is a valuable employee at your company. She is resourceful, kind, thoughtful, professional and knows the true meaning of customer service. Alex has been working with me since April 2016, trying to get John Hancock to turn over an annuity to J.G. Wentworth that I had asked them to do for a lump sum distribution from your company. Hancock put us both through a very unprofessional turn of events and there were times I just wanted to give up and say forget it and I came close to it.

My experience with JGW was good. I wish the rep that was working with me would have stayed in touch more than he did but overall he was good!

In our family, a badly disabled Dad, father and family supporter, was catastrophically injured never to work again, died of his injuries, but not before 3 2 1 Henderson Rcbs (J.G. Wentworth) ignored his health and dependents need for the income (ignoring the '03 structured settlement protection laws, proceeded to go to court to take the monthly income). In their continued persistent efforts, they arranged for a "Client attorney" to execute their contract before the court dates, stating a change of beneficiary would be made. That same "Client attorney" was informed of the Law and the Client's health and dependents, and proceeded to arrange a "Change of Will" as well as sign the contract.

It was a pretty good experience. Everyone was nice.

It was only shortly after my transactions with JG that I found out with help from several sources (including a lawyer who viewed all the paperwork) that I was sold short almost $350.000. My advice, seek all options before you sell anything.
