Working with JG was great... very fast, efficient service. My representative was Adrian and he was amazing, answered everything I needed and kept me fully informed and on top of all of my documents and other paperwork... very fast process. I would definitely recommend.

I called this place J.G. Wentworth to get some cash. I have a lawsuit pending for a million dollar and the person talking to was so disrespectful, talking so ugly and nasty. I don’t recommend it to nobody.

I called JG Wentworth because I need some money off of my structured settlement. I don't agree with the difference in the amount that y'all's companies Peachtree, JG, and the rest of y'all's companies offer the sellers. I'm sure there's room for improvement on y'all's end but to the average person they probably never bat an eye because I tell you y'all are good at what y'all do. Kai ended up helping me and as far as he goes y'all should give him a raise and quite possibly a promotion because he's a hard worker and he has class. I talked to countless employees. Can't say the same as the experience I had every time KAI assisted me. I do appreciate the opportunity Kai and JG. I was pleased overall!

I have sold structured settlements before, and found that the process is very stressful and difficult to navigate. Clifton ** was my agent who influenced my view of how the process can be treated. Cliff really gets a lot of the credit for helping me get the best rate possible. He showed patience and dedication towards working with the complexities of my situation. Other companies will try to corner you into making a hasty decision. Not the team at JG!!

I would like to tell everyone out there not to do business with CBC, what they hadn't done in 2 months, JG Wentworth, especially Stephany, Vance & Matt have done in a matter of 3 days!! I had a court date in a matter of I believe in like 5-8 days. I go before the judge in 2 weeks!! Thank you Stephany very very much for stopping me from being so ______ over !! I just can't say enough about Stephany & Matt. Without them and their dedicated work I would probably still be waiting for the other loser company to get back with me!! Since they found out they got caught in their lies, they have been harassing me every day by phone, and by mail, and by calling my better half!!

I am currently awaiting a court date for selling my annuity as a result of a horrible car accident I was in when I was a minor. Tom **, and Omar ** have been amazing! Omar is so caring, and to the point. When I first discussed my case and situation then, with Tom; he spoke with me for over an hour about who I am, and what I would like to do with the money I was seeking to get. Updated on 07/18/2019: Well after complaining about their phone calls, the calls did stop for a couple of days. I just hope that they will stop calling me. I haven't received any calls but today they have a new tactic. I checked my mail and I opened an unmarked envelope. Guess what was inside of the envelope. They mailed me a credit/debit card. I immediately cut that card up and threw the pieces in the trash. I just wish that they just leave me alone.

I called J.G. Wentworth looking for a pre-settlement lawsuit loan. When a J.G. Wentworth employee answered the phone they ask a couple of questions and then transfer my call. The next thing I heard was..."PeachTree may I help you?". I asked myriad of questions of the PeachTree employee that I was just on the phone with J.G. Wentworth and just happened and why. The PeachTree employee told me that J.G. Wentworth and PeachTree are owned by the same Parent Company and that J.G. Wentworth just refers the calls to PeachTree.

I have to say the customer service was excellent! I worked with Anthony ** who was there to answer all my questions, no matter how many times I called. Not only did he keep me in the loop while going through the process, he genuinely checked in on me time to time. He had the right patience, the same attitude from start to finish.

Did business with them and the representative was so busy flirting with me and sending me inappropriate text he didn’t even disclose that J.G. Wentworth and Peachtree are sister companies. I wouldn’t have sold over a million dollars to them for $300k if I had known that. I recently found out that their deals were horrible that I did with them and I could have gotten easily $250k more. Terrible people and scammers. I’ve tried to contact them now to see if there is any way they can negotiate with me since I didn’t know they were affiliated with one another and they didn’t give me the best deals, but their attorney just basically laughed in my face. He said it’s online in their annual reports and I should’ve known they are under the same company. Annual reports? Who looks that up? You are better off taking out a loan instead of working with them.

Anthony ** was the man who worked my case! He kept in contact with me for over a year and continued to give me helpful advice! Periodically we discussed the potential benefits that could come from a purchase especially with the company JG Wentworth! He was never pushy or sounding as if he was trying to con me into anything like most salesmen do! He also built a professional relationship with me, and I felt that he was sincerely empathetic of my life situations. He provided excellent customer service and I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking to sell payments!

Everything was smooth and fast and Adrain was great help. If you need your money now great place to start. Pleasure to do business and have no complaints. The court process was a breeze because everything was discussed, reviewed, and then it was over shortly.

I have worked with JG 2 other times in the past and I wasn't very satisfied until I got paired with Clark. He is friendly, kind, easy to talk to, smart, professional and he went way above and beyond to make everything easy and convenient for me and to almost make up for the 2 other times when I was unsatisfied. They were quick to process my annuity payment, but that was the last one I was supposed to receive. Apparently, they sold my information to other companies specialize in early cash outs of structured settlements. I receive calls all the time, and enough mail to fill a landfill. I cashed out my settlement over 10 years ago, and it’s still going on. Hey this is borderline harassment. Thanks, guys. I should have just waited for my payout. I guess I was stupid to assume they had some sort of privacy policy. This is getting really old.

JG Wentworth sold my structured settlement and now they say there is no payout date. This is my inheritance and they don’t want to give any information to me about my own money!! Can you explain how you are helping people with early payout and then selling it to people who want to keep my money. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!! I want my money and I want it now!!!

I went to court. Was approved to be funded, and when I called to get my check as I was guaranteed in the court they've come up with an excuse as to me not having enough documents proving my residence. I've sent over 15 documents, with my business information, EIN number to my Colorado-based business, banking information, social security info etc. And now they're saying that if I can't provide more they're not going to fund me and will hold up my future payments etc.

I sold my annuity back in 99 when it was a new concept and against my attorney and family, I made the transaction. It was the biggest mistake of my life. They talk you into it and only provided me 33% of my settlement and took advantage of a 21-year-old. Do not sell your money. Keep it for the reason you have it and it will pay off in the long run. These companies are worse than payday loans and the same payoff. I don't know how they can sleep at night!

Even after me simply saying no thank you I still receive emails, texts, and voicemails. At this point he and or this company is causing me stress and anxiety every contact made. The original research into possibly looking into cashing out my structured settlement was made over 10 years ago. I am simply stating in the message cease and desist with contacting me in all forms.

If I told you that Jenna ** did a great job, It wouldn’t do her justice. She ensured a high offer, quick processing, timely and accurate communication and most of all... sincerity! I think we’ve received 1.5 billion calls, (OK, maybe a slight exaggeration) from individuals trying to buy my wife’s settlement. On the 17th of September I am in court with my attorney from JG Wentworth, everything goes fine and my court order is signed and approved. After court I immediately call Clark’s team and speak to his manager Whitney with JG Wentworth! She tells me I will be funded on the coming week Tuesday or Wednesday. I kept in mind this date was still later than the date they originally quoted before my court date.

Where to begin... First off I submitted my first contract with JGW only to find out a week before my court date, about a month from when we started, that it was filed in the wrong court and my new court date was over 45 later. Then for weeks I was told they were working on trying to get me an earlier court date. Their excuse was that the court was booked up and no court date was available. I finally contacted the court clerk myself and asked if there was any way I could get a sooner court date, even if it was just a week. They said it was no problem and could accommodate. I called my contact at JGW and very shortly after, I was told there was no way possible due to rules governing the sale/transfer that I would be able to move it up that week and that I would have to wait. If that was the case then why string me along for weeks with the hope of an earlier court date. I was furious!

They were good and pretty quick handling the things it takes to receive your money but they do take a big chunk out of the original amount but I guess that's the norm in that sorta business. However on my final amount of 25 thousand they started off only offering me eight thousand which seemed extreme but it was quite a few years away from maturity.
