Very well thus far, even though haven't received my lump sum from the sale of an annuity. Faster results are always welcome, but with time comes virtue. Patience is a meal seldomly consumed with haste.

JG Wentworth is doing a FANTASTIC job for me!!! They got an Unbelievable reduction on one of my large credit cards and are almost complete on TD Bank also…I would HIGHLY recommend them and their legal team to anyone!!!!

They were incredibly patient during my moments of indecision and explored exactly how to release my funds early, with my future finances in mind. The third option they presented to me was exactly what I was looking for. Their communication, extensive explanations when I requested them and their relationship with the company in charge of my funds, was very impressive. I am so glad they showed me their level of expertise so quickly because I wanted the experience to be as painless as possible. The way they conduct business should be a template for the rest of us to practice in our lives!

Other than having the first conversation with the agent who convinced me to enroll you don't really talk to anyone. The information provided on the portal is vague as far as I am concerned. I can't really email the agent who called me though it was stated information could be sent to the email she provided and there is no direct contact to her anymore though it is made to seem that I could always be able to contact her via phone and/or email.

Logan was professional throughout this process. However, this is my second experience in a transaction with JGW and both have complete disasters. The legal representation missed timelines causing more than a month delay. Same legal team also forgot to file the order after the hearing; causing yet another delay. I asked for the money to be same day wired assuming the cost, and NOPE, it did not happen. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

JG Wentworth has been very helpful and attentive. They gave me the help that I needed and I would recommend them to other people. The process took a good three months and a half. There was information gathering and a lot of phone calls and text messages, but it wasn't a problem. They walked me through the process and it was very easy to communicate with them. I appreciated JG Wentworth. Everything was, overall, good.

I don’t like this JG Wentworth. They are very unprofessional. They don’t value their customers the way they say they do. I would not had went with them knowing what I know now. How much more detail you need? I don’t like the company

I've used JG Wentworth twice. The process was quick and easy. They wanted to buy my money. The recent one took seven weeks. Also, there were things that weren't discussed that should have been discussed. They should not talk to people like a snake oil salesman but they know people are desperate and they need their money, and the only way to get it is to deal with people like them.

I needed some money for bills and things. It's my third time going with JG Wentworth. My experience was good. They fulfilled my need. I would recommend them.

I have had a very positive experience. Emily has been very helpful and understanding with some of my character flaws (inpatient). Mike was also very pleasant to work with and helpful. I would recommend them to use. They also gave me two absences cause my court date was a little extended out due to the county I'm in and their backlog. So overall very positive experience. JG Wentworth is horrible. I did a deal with them back in 2014. I asked them for years to stop calling me. They wouldn't stop calling me. They wouldn't stop sending me mail. I ended up going through the deal with them. In December, they called me. I was told that I needed to make a telecall, which is to the Harford Sodexo Company to review the payments, which I am aware of because this was not my first transaction. I've done it three different times, not with that company, but I'm aware of how it goes.

This will be the 4th sale of my lawsuit settlement and the best moneywise! The process was a little long but it all worked out in the end! JG Wentworth is the best company to deal with! I am enjoying the sale right now in sunny florida! Ty matt.

Matt was rude that’s if you could even get a hold of him or when he would message you back you would get a one word email but most of the time he would ignore you. I still feel confused about the whole situation because I have not had any of it explained to me. Someone with the brain injury of why I’ve even had an annuity which things explained a little different but he wouldn’t even give me the time of the day. If I could go back and do it I would not do it again.. And I also sit in him about he said I had two advances when I’ve only got one, but he didn’t explain that to me. He just said that my money has been complete completed and I’ve got all my money. Didn’t explain damn thing to me.

From the start to finish, this has been an amazing stress free experience. I was kept up to date on all of the process! I was walked through each step. I started using JG Wentworth Debt Settlement on July, 2024, and after months of frustration, wasted money, and broken promises, I finally cancelled the program a few weeks ago. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I paid a total of $14,xxx into the program. After all that money, here’s what I learned: Their attorneys collected $6,5xx.xx of my money. They only settled two accounts totaling $8,000. That’s a 74% settlement ratio, which is completely unacceptable when they originally promised 45%–50%. When I cancelled, I had a balance of $1,xxx in my favor — but instead of returning it, they “found” nickel-and-dime charges: escrow fees, insurance fees, attorney protection fees, and every miscellaneous cost they could come up with to drain the account.

I've had a great overall experience with JG Wentworth. I found them through one of their commercials and decided to sign up. Everyone I spoke to was very personable.

Their customer service was excellent. They are really good with what they do. They get people what they need. Personally, I wouldn't want to sell so much shares for so little. But that would be my only thing.

There are a lot of companies, and my husband put them in a spreadsheet. I had been talking to men from several companies and some of them got really emotional when I didn't do what they wanted when they wanted it. Logan, through JG Wentworth, was phenomenal, and he and my son both have the same middle name. That's why I went with JG Wentworth, and I got, honestly, great service. When Logan was not available, someone else was. Overall, I would recommend Logan by name and JG Wentworth because when I had questions, they were patient with me. I didn't feel like I was getting pressured when there were other representatives that were really pushy.

JG Wentworth helped me sell my annuities so I can get my money. Their reps were very good. They were always communicative and kept me updated. It was a very good experience. Both of the representatives I worked with, Alex and Joe, were very kind, patient, and always on point. I would recommend JG Wentworth to anybody who would want to sell their annuities.

I came across their information as well as some other referrals from people that were part of the insurance department where I was getting my money from. JG Wentworth’s was a little bit more as far as cost, but I just had heard about them a little bit more than the other ones. I did my duties as far as looking into various options. I had information, so it wasn't a lot of them having to dig into other things. They had all of my paperwork. I worked with maybe three people on it. I didn't run into any issues. I was prepared up to the point of going to court. Went to court, got that situated, and everything else has been fine since then. As far as the person-to-person experience, it was great.

The customer service is good. Everybody that I’ve ever talked to has always been very courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you have questions, they’re willing to lay it out completely. Everybody would like it to be a lot quicker but that’s the court systems more than them.

Everybody at JG Wentworth was kind. Any questions or concerns that I had, they were on top of it. If they didn't have the information right there in front of them, they would find out and then give me a call back. I was very taken care of.

Recently I went looking to sell my structured settlement, I started with JG and thought the offer wasn’t bad (definitely a low ball offer) and when I went to cancel it because I had talked to an attorney and was advised against the sale, they start talking about a 4-6 week holding of their petition so no other petitions can be filed and how I have to do an exit interview when in my contract there is nothing at all talking about either of those things. Don't sell to JG.

I first heard about JG Wentworth on the commercial, and then I had gotten quotes from them. But I ended up going with one of their sister companies before. But they were not as efficient as they were the first time, on the last two transactions that I did with them. So I tried to go with JG Wentworth this time. The process was easy. There was not much to do on my end. The total process took a month. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with JG Wentworth because I was able to continue with my medical stuff.

My experience was good. I have no complaints. I called JG Wentworth and tole them that I have a settlement and I don't know if I wanna sell or what I wanna do yet. They ran me through all my options of what is available and what can happen. I didn't even know I could just take a little bit out and not even sell my whole settlement. I didn't even have a clue. Any time I texted them and had a question, I got a phone call within 30 minutes to an hour, going over everything I just asked and even more, so it was awesome. I sold out to them. I got 22,500. I'd definitely recommend them. If anyone has a settlement and they're looking for anyone to work with, JG Wentworth is probably the best you can work with.

JG Wentworth is a good company and they're competitive. I would reach out to other people and they would meet their price. It's great. I have another vehicle now and I'm looking to get a house here shortly. I've been with them for about a month and a half. Texting and calling them has been nice.

Our experience with JG Wentworth was good. They quoted us right and the paperwork was quick. They've helped me get some cash that I need to live off of. They're a good company to work with. The rep I worked with was also very knowledgeable.

I've used JG Wentworth a couple of times. But most recently, I'm trying to kind of rebuild my life financially. My home is the first place that I've had that I actually feel belongs to me. It's my house but I'm actually turning it into my home. I had the resources. I just needed a little help accessing them to be able to do that. The process was seamless. I've been working with Cliff for the last few years. He's been a very great asset, always very helpful, kind and proactive. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and feel safe and secure with it.

The loan officer is very professional and helpful. It's difficult with the type of process that it is, but it’s a lot of hands touching the same pot, which is a difficult thing to actually fix. I would like to have just one point of contact or at least a small team of one to three people. There were a couple times I tried to contact the one or two people I was dealing with, and I got other people. They were fine and professional but when I ask for someone and they're not in, somebody else might not know about the case. I’m really skeptical about that. If I still need service that day, there's not many options. Somebody else that I haven't dealt with is gonna do it.
