I don’t like this JG Wentworth. They are very unprofessional. They don’t value their customers the way they say they do. I would not had went with them knowing what I know now. How much more detail you need? I don’t like the company

I've used JG Wentworth twice. The process was quick and easy. They wanted to buy my money. The recent one took seven weeks. Also, there were things that weren't discussed that should have been discussed. They should not talk to people like a snake oil salesman but they know people are desperate and they need their money, and the only way to get it is to deal with people like them.

I needed some money for bills and things. It's my third time going with JG Wentworth. My experience was good. They fulfilled my need. I would recommend them.

I have had a very positive experience. Emily has been very helpful and understanding with some of my character flaws (inpatient). Mike was also very pleasant to work with and helpful. I would recommend them to use. They also gave me two absences cause my court date was a little extended out due to the county I'm in and their backlog. So overall very positive experience. JG Wentworth is horrible. I did a deal with them back in 2014. I asked them for years to stop calling me. They wouldn't stop calling me. They wouldn't stop sending me mail. I ended up going through the deal with them. In December, they called me. I was told that I needed to make a telecall, which is to the Harford Sodexo Company to review the payments, which I am aware of because this was not my first transaction. I've done it three different times, not with that company, but I'm aware of how it goes.

This will be the 4th sale of my lawsuit settlement and the best moneywise! The process was a little long but it all worked out in the end! JG Wentworth is the best company to deal with! I am enjoying the sale right now in sunny florida! Ty matt.

Matt was rude that’s if you could even get a hold of him or when he would message you back you would get a one word email but most of the time he would ignore you. I still feel confused about the whole situation because I have not had any of it explained to me. Someone with the brain injury of why I’ve even had an annuity which things explained a little different but he wouldn’t even give me the time of the day. If I could go back and do it I would not do it again.. And I also sit in him about he said I had two advances when I’ve only got one, but he didn’t explain that to me. He just said that my money has been complete completed and I’ve got all my money. Didn’t explain damn thing to me.

From the start to finish, this has been an amazing stress free experience. I was kept up to date on all of the process! I was walked through each step. I never had questions because all my questions were answered before I asked them. Edwin and the team were compassionate to my situation & how I was given this settlement.

I started using JG Wentworth Debt Settlement on July, 2024, and after months of frustration, wasted money, and broken promises, I finally cancelled the program a few weeks ago. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I paid a total of $14,xxx into the program. After all that money, here’s what I learned: Their attorneys collected $6,5xx.xx of my money. They only settled two accounts totaling $8,000. That’s a 74% settlement ratio, which is completely unacceptable when they originally promised 45%–50%. When I cancelled, I had a balance of $1,xxx in my favor — but instead of returning it, they “found” nickel-and-dime charges: escrow fees, insurance fees, attorney protection fees, and every miscellaneous cost they could come up with to drain the account.

I've had a great overall experience with JG Wentworth. I found them through one of their commercials and decided to sign up. Everyone I spoke to was very personable.
