They talked about all the numbers that I could possibly sell money for. They did everything pretty much on their own and just let me know where I needed to be and what I needed to do. The experience was smooth overall. I'm finished working with them for now unless anything in the future comes about.

We had worked with JG Wentworth before and they got things done. We worked with them again and they made everything easy for us. We communicate well together. We had called several people, but JG Wentworth is the one that we like the most. Getting our money was quick. The process took a month which was a very short period of time. It was the quickest it's ever been. We appreciate that and we'll be using them again if we need them.

I was with Berkshire before and they weren't helping me at all. But JG Wentworth helped me a lot. They helped me get the money so I can afford my car still so it doesn't get repoed. The reps were very communicative. When they get an update, they'll call you right away.

My dogs got injured and I needed to pay for their vet visit, so I did a structured settlement. The JG Wentworth reps were nice and business-oriented, but they didn't keep up with what they were saying, keeping me in the loop of everything and sending me the information that I needed. Other than that, they were good and I didn't pay any fees.

I had annuity with JG Wentworth and wanted to reach out to them. They were the only ones I knew that would most likely get the job done. Working with their reps has been good. JG Wentworth made my life better and got me back on my feet.

If I had to ever use JG Wentworth again, I absolutely would and I would also recommend people to go through them. I was very highly satisfied.

JG Wentworth is the largest firm that does these type of transactions. Essentially, I pitted them at like a bidding war with another company to try and see which one would give me the most money and JG ended up matching it. So, I went with them and closed the deal. They could have given me their top number the first time instead of worrying about how much money they would make off the deal. But the reps treated me with respect. They gave me their number and then, I did my own math and research and negotiated for a higher number.

Our experience was more than we expected. Service people understand and help as much as they can. Very easy process and some interesting experience. While some of the Judges say no. You help find a different Judge to one to help us say yes to transfer of our annuity money. Thank you

I talked to Joe, the guy I was working with, for a while before making a deal. But from signing the papers to getting the court date and receiving the money, it was four weeks. Joe was very good with me. He was always explaining everything. I'm a person who has concerns with certain things, especially giving my information out and he was there to tell me that everything was going smoothly and what every information is for. So, he reassured me in that end. I was glad working with JG Wentworth and I’ll work with them again if I need anything in the future. They were awesome.

I saw JG Wentworth on TV and thought it would be a good opportunity to take advantage of my structured settlement. It made my life more productive. Getting the policy set up and making sure my address lined up, the court date and then receiving the money took about a month and a half. Kai, the consultant, was a great help. He is one of the best employees of JG Wentworth and I refer him every time.

JG was great. They were able to help me out with what we were looking to do. We were well-informed. We're not misinformed.

Had a few inconvenient hiccups along the way but everything was an overall success, though it did take longer than expected due to unfortunate life events and having to refile after an abrupt move to a different city. I used JG Wentworth when I was in need of some cash. It went a lot smoother this time than it did the last time. The last time, it took lot longer than I was told.

This company is a bunch of lying cheats. If you sell your structured settlements to them and it gets denied they have it approved in a different state. How is this legal? I was 19 years old at the time and definitely taken advantage of. Do not use this company. They are liars and frauds!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

I did not get the better end of the deal. Even the judge said it was not a good deal. But it was my last deal I did with JG Wentworth where they can buy out my annuity. That would have been if I would be 90 years old, and I'm only 58. It should have been a lot more than what they offered me. But all in all, it was very good with JG Wentworth. I really liked Mike, the guy that helped me the first time. Then I got switched over to somebody named Brandon. I don't really know him, but he was very nice to me.

My initial consult with JG Wentworth when I did my first process to get my first amount of money, was a little complicated. The jargon was a little confusing. But other than that, it was smooth. They had me all set up before and answered all my questions before I let go of them off the phone. The payout could have been better. But they have their things and their policies that they have to follow, and their percentages. But working with them kept a roof over my head and kept my daughter fed. That's the only thing that matters to me. It pretty much saved my life.

I had done a journey with JG Wentworth before and it was wonderful. I needed their service again recently and it took less than four weeks or so to finish the program. They were very on top of things and the process was quick. They have helped me get out of debt a little bit and buy me a house.

I went with JG twice, and then I went with the competitor twice. They're all the same. When we can't get a loan from somebody else or because of our credit, going with a company like JG, we can get our money when we need to and then we can invest our money into our own business. That's what I did. JG helped me get my money quicker than waiting 10 or 15 years. It took two days after the approval from the court, and at the end of the day, I get to start my own business and then continue to do what I love. If it worked for me, it'll work for someone else.

I was buying new real estate properties that will make me more money in the long run than the structured settlement that I had. I went with JG Wentworth, and they made the process very easy. They were very punctual with everything as well as very forthcoming. There were no hidden details. Everything was a straightforward process, and their tools made life so much better. The terms were also good, and the price was definitely fair, especially for the risk they take. It worked well. JG Wentworth was great, and I would happily recommend them.

I'm moving out of the state and fixing to put my house up for sale and I needed to do the transaction with JG Wentworth to help me until my house sells and find a place to live. The rep did a great job and the customer service was good.

It was easier to go with JG Wentworth Structured Settlements since I worked with them in the past. However, their rep was rude. She wanted certain information. I kept telling them, “You keep calling me while I'm at work. I've already told you.” She was very condescending. But they fixed it right away. Because I said, “I'm your client. I can turn you down and not make a deal with you.” They fixed it. And I didn't talk to her again.

JG Wentworth gave me a couple of things I needed to do and I did that. They got me a court date and I went to court and talked to the judge. The first process took a little longer than the other processes because I was slowing it up, taking my time to do this and that. But JG Wentworth got me what I needed. It helped me get from Point A to B without having to struggle.

It was easy to enroll, but the agent I started with was not who I ended with. I don't know if the agent quit or got fired. JG Wentworth didn't tell me. They just all of a sudden changed my agent mid-stream, which I wasn't happy about. The attorney they hired was not good as well. The settlement had to go through the court and to be approved, and the attorney didn't do the paperwork properly. I ended up having to wait longer than what I was told. I also didn't get what I wanted, but I needed it, so I took what was offered to me. I'm satisfied as I can be.

Our rep, Austin, helped us and kept us informed. The only thing was my wife did something with Peachtree a couple years back, and they took a long time. I asked him, "Is this gonna take a long time to do?" He said, "No. We have plenty of money." But it still took eight weeks to have it done. JG Wentworth needs to work on that. Most people that call need the money. They don't have eight weeks before they go bankrupt or lose their house or car. Then after that's done, they gotta review it for another week. Why do they need to review it? You already settled, signed papers on it and already went to court. Why do they need to send to another person to review it when they already guaranteed the money to the people?

The application online was pretty self-explanatory. JG Wentworth did their job. It helps people that need it. In the end, they make money off of it. It's business.

JG Wentworth's reps were great communicators. Everything went well.

The reps were very helpful and went above and beyond their job to help me out and understand what was going on. I was in it for a month and it was a good experience. I have a car now, which is big. It helps me to get to doctor's appointments. I was also able to pay off my taxes.

JG Wentworth provided cash when I sold my annuity payments. The last process I did with them was quick and efficient. The rep was informative. He kept me abreast of what was going on. I enjoyed working with him.

I had a very good experience with this company and with my agent. His name is Mike **. He is very professional and very kind. His communication skills is a 10 out of 10. He’s always fast And Swift with his responding.

I like that JG Wentworth was the easiest to go with. I had used them before, so I went with them again this time. They were calling about making sure the appointments were set up and everyone was really helpful. The communication was good, too. I could always reach them if I called or texted.

Communication with JG was great. Everything got solved the way I wanted it to. They were on time with what they were saying and everything went smoothly.

I wish I could have had another option but it was a little bit better this time with JG Wentworth than when I dealt with them 20 years ago. They gave me a little more money because I told them I wasn't happy when I realized I could have gotten a lot more during the first transaction. The major hold is getting the court date. There's a law also where they have to give a certain amount of notice to the annuity company. But once the court is held, it's a matter of days and you get the money wired.

The rep was good, down-to-earth and kept in touch. It was a good experience. I was able to get into my structured settlement and get money out with JG Wentworth’s help.

I needed to get some money and I reached out to JG Wentworth. But they wanted to only give me four grand and they get 70,000 of my payment. That's a lot of money just for 4,000.

The representatives at JG Wentworth have been very nice. They keep in contact with me. They've really been on it. They're making sure I get everything in one time so they could prepare for the court date. I'm excited about getting the little money that I'm getting because I really was in need of it. They call right on time. I'm hoping everything will go well for me. That would help me out far as my life at this point.

So far, the process has been smooth. They confirm your information, what you're looking for, and the contract that you're under. They answer any questions that you have. They've been very communicative. The route we're going on looks like they're gonna be able to influence my life well.

The main person I was dealing with at JG Wentworth was Richard. He was very helpful and attentive to everything. He helped me out from step one till the end. Everything was really easy and straightforward with them.

JG Wentworth was the only one that would work with getting me a lump sum out of my structured settlement. So far, the journey has been tedious. I have to go through so much crap just to get my money. I have to get a contract review. I have to sign a bunch of papers over and over again. I have to tell them what I want my money for. The process is taking too long. It's been going on for about seven months now. I can't get a contract review and because of the area that I'm currently living at, it's a hassle trying to get through the courts to verify. JG is worthless.

It's a long process to get everything going, which is up to the state that I live in, but they've been very helpful. The people that I have been working with are really kind and understanding. Sometimes I can't answer their calls because I'm busy with my own stuff or sometimes they're in meetings but we are able to meet halfway. There hasn't been no complications at all. I have to go through the whole court stuff, which is beyond them, and if I couldn't get what I needed to get because it wasn't approved by the judge, then they're still currently working on trying to get me something that the judge is going to approve.

In the past, JG Wentworth was annoying with everything you gotta go through. This time, it was quick. For the very first transaction, it took a couple of weeks. For this one, they got me a deal on a day. The paperwork was easy and everybody was very nice. This experience is better and I'm satisfied with it.

I needed to be able to purchase a home and moving. JG Wentworth helped me with moving costs and their reps were very good. They took their time about getting the money to me but it came within the expected time. But the fees were up there, so I wasn't happy about all that.

JG Wentworth's reps were good and they were never pushy. When I asked them not to call me all the time, they didn't. There are other companies that did. We paid off everything and I'm very satisfied with the service from JG Wentworth.

My husband had a problem with JG Wentworth because they didn't send his money out and were giving him a hard time. But he ended up cussing them out and they sent him his money. They’re also annoying. They’re always calling and trying to get quotes. He just did a transaction and they're already trying to get him to do another one for a life contingent payment. They have my number, so they call me. They push me and won’t take no for an answer. They bring your personal life into it.

Their customer support was very helpful. I needed to know how to prepare for court ‘cause I was very nervous. The rep made it so I didn't think too hard. Everything was wonderful.

I stuck with JG Wentworth because I trusted them. They helped me through everything and explained things I didn't understand to me explicitly. Also, their customer support helped me out a lot. My life changed a lot for the better working with them. I got to do the things I wanted to do and didn't have to wait to do them. I'd tell others to go to JG Wentworth because they would help with every step of the way.

The process at JG Wentworth was easy and any questions I had were answered. If they couldn't answer me or answer the question directly, they would get the answer for me. They also gave me the best rates out of the three companies that I looked at. Whenever I wasn't satisfied with the rate that I received, they improved it until as high as they could. It was a good experience overall, helped me out of a tight spot.

The process was real easy and the quality of service was excellent. They did all the paperwork and I didn't have to stress over too much.

When I got my money, JG Wentworth only put 138,200 in the bank and it was supposed to be 145,000. They didn't tell me upfront that I had to wait three months to get my money from where I bought the policy from and they knew I needed that $140,000 upfront to buy this house. Somebody called and I told him about it and he went to talk to somebody. On that day, JG had me $3,400 in the bank for this month and last month’s payment. They still owe me $1,700 and they're trying to say they don't because I got a payment for $1,700. If I knew that, I could have saved that money back. But he told me I can do whatever I wanna do with it and they're taking it over to the insurance company. And I still haven’t got my $500 sign-on bonus.

JG Wentworth explained everything to me, printed the paperwork out, had it FedExed to me and I signed it. Everybody treated me very well and was on top of their job. They call me and make sure things are going well. JG Wentworth works for me and helps me in my times of need.

JG Wentworth was very good with me. The service was great, and it impacted my life a great deal. I can afford to live in my house and pay my bills again. I can breathe again.

Working with JG Wentworth was horrible. Everything was messed up and there were a lot of things that were done incorrectly. It took almost six months before I even got my money. The rep didn't follow the rules correctly or she was saying I had to have this financial advisor. It just was one thing after another. I was being told one story after another.

The customer support with JG Wentworth is 85% impressive. Everything's handled and explained. However, there was something that was said but not delivered. There's supposed to be a sign-on bonus but I've never seen one. Since the deal, I've asked them about it but I haven't gotten a response. Also, once you are signed up and a major portion of the deal is done, you get a sense of them stepping back a little bit. I don't know what's going on. In between some of those portions of the deal, keeping in touch a little bit more would be good. When they keep in touch, some politeness in the emails could be better. With some of the younger guys that are involved now, when they're asking if you're interested in doing a deal and you tell them you're not interested, they hang right up without even saying anything. You'll also get an email, and it's like a text from a friend. There's no "Good morning" or "How you doing?" It's not even addressed or signed off.

For years, JG Wentworth had been aggressive and harassing. Somebody calls almost every day. They don't leave you alone even when you tell them you're not interested. They did the settlement but I ended up returning the money and closing the deal. I was contacted by another company who told me that I would be able to get more. And when I tried that with JG Wentworth, they refused to go any higher. I realized that I wasn't able to purchase a home at the time and because I was pressured, I decided not to go through with it. I didn’t care for the rep. I would be told one thing and later on get told something else. Before the deal was finalized, JG Wentworth sent me a sign-on bonus. I never asked for them to send me in advance but they did, and now they want the $1000 sign-on bonus back.

The first time I did a transaction with JG Wentworth was about 20 years ago. For every $1 I received, I paid $333. They are literally barnacle sucking the juice out of working people in this society. The whole thing is ridiculous and I'm irritated by the process. Then, you have to beg and cry for your money to an attorney and to them and tell them your story. You have to sound as pathetic as you possibly can. It's humiliating, begging for your own money.

JG Wentworth is better about addressing the personal needs of the customers. The process for my wife was confusing, but they took away the confusion by helping her step-by-step through this, helping her understand. Now, she has a better understanding about her annuities and the process that she has to go through. She had other people do this process for her, but they never interacted with her.

Throughout the years, it has been a good experience with JG Wentworth. The offer that they made seemed reasonable. They walked me through everything. Made sure they followed up to get me to the end process. It was not time-consuming.

I reached out to JG and we worked out a good number or time period. It was very quick. They streamlined everything easily for me. They sent me the paperwork and I read through it. They needed me to sign some paperwork that I thoroughly went through and then I went through all the dates. They laid out the dates and the payments so you could see everything very clearly and understand what you are doing. They wanna make sure that you understand that. They wait for a court date and you meet up with the judge. You have your case and either approve it or don't. The communication was very good and there was a lot of it. It was also via text, which I prefer. If I reached out, they would text me back, "Can you talk?" And they would call me. It was very easy. The process took two to three months. It was great quality service and they send you a lot of stuff.

This was our fourth time going back to JG Wentworth and they've been amazing. They reach out to us every couple months asking if we need anything and when they do that, we usually look and see where we're at. If we wanna borrow more or take out more of our annuity, we can do that. They've been very resourceful and helpful and they keep us in the loop on everything.

Steven was very helpful and answered any of my calls when I needed him. When I needed some of the money before my court, they were nice enough and they talked to other people in order to get me that money. It was a good service and they were kind, respectful, and helped me out with whatever I needed. But I just got a call from someone saying that they could have offered me 18,000 instead of 16,500 because they fund with their money and not like JG Wentworth who gets money from someone else. Other than that, I would tell others to ask for Steven as a consultant and that JG Wentworth will help them out very good and satisfy all their needs.

The rep never pushed me to do anything. He let everything be my idea. The service was great but they could speed the process up.

The experience with JG Wentworth was up and down. I didn't always deal with the person I was dealing with, and I would get passed on.

Working with JG Wentworth was very good. They kept me updated every time and they would always give me a call and text. They were very responsive and they gave me more advice. All-in-all, the process took a month and I really enjoyed how fast everything was. If I ever had to do it again, I'd do it the same way.

At times, customer support was all right. But there have been times when it was more about whatever compensation the rep could get for making a deal than about what I needed. But it wasn't so bad this last time working with my rep David. He was decent and always got back to me when he said he was going to. The past reps need to understand a bit more of where I'm coming from. I was in prison for almost a decade and I've been really trying to get my life going in the right direction. David was the first person to feel where I was coming from. Other than that, working with them has drastically helped 'cause they have already talked to me about another transaction. My last full check is either next month or October, and then they'll start taking money every month. That is what I really need 'cause that brings my income down low enough where I can get some extra help like with disability and food stamps.

They were laid back. It was an easy process and it didn't take very long. On the first day, they would get in touch with them and they would get all the information. We would get all the paperwork together. They would talk to me weekly about what they received and what they haven't and possibly ways to help me get it. Then, once I did it, within that first month, I'd have an appointment and time for court.

Working with JG Wentworth before was seamless. But this time, I had to jump through hoops. The whole process was supposed to be four to five weeks. I started this sometime beginning of June. So, it was six weeks. But they said, “Your annuity has ** on it. And you say you're a ** now.” I had sold to them again in 2006, but they did not ask me to change what my last name was. So, they did the documents in my old married name, which was legally incorrect. I tried to explain that to them, so I had to jump through hoops to call my annuity company to request a name change.

I used JG Wentworth before and they offered me $50,000, which helped me a lot. And now, they helped me a lot too because it gave me a way to catch up on my stuff so I would be able to not be homeless soon. It’s a desperate situation. The application went fast and took 15 minutes. The amount should have been more though. And the customer service wasn't as great as when I first did it because before, they gave me an advance and a sign-on bonus, which I didn't get. But the payment doesn't start until 2037 and they'll get more than what they gave out.

Everything was smooth with JG Wentworth. They made everything clear and made sure that they let me know that everything was optional. Nothing was forced and I had no complaints. They really helped me in everything that I needed help on and I feel like I got a good deal. I didn't really lose out on too much and I was able to still receive the amount that I was looking to receive.

JG Wentworth was super helpful. We called, we gave them some information, and they gave us a quote. A week later, we got some stuff about them setting us up a court date. Stuff for us to sign. A week after that, we went to court. They provided an attorney to help us out and three days after the court date, we got the money in. I would recommend them.

The process with JG Wentworth wasn't too bad, but to me, how it all went took so long. It was a little bit of a disappointment how long it took to get a court date. We started talking in December and then finally went to court at the end of May. The representative was all right and answered most of my questions. I got everything pay off to a degree. The downside is, if I live for a very long time, then in the long run, I'm losing a lot of money. Then it seems like to me that was a bad investment, and they could have done a lot more.

The signing-up process with JG Wentworth is easy, fast, quick and simple. They’ve always taken care of me and I don't have to explain myself over and over since they have all my stuff on file. I’m pleased with the customer support and the overall quality of service is usually good. I’ve completed this transaction but I'm always gonna be a part of JG Wentworth. Working with them has been very helpful. I can just call and talk to them any time I have an issue and they always try to figure out the best option for me.

The person that I'm working with, Kai, is very helpful. With my first settlement, he helped me for about two months and that was a very good experience for me because it helped me get into my apartment, get all of my stuff together and buy my son some clothes, diapers, shoes, and wipes. This time, we're waiting on the court date to be settled. I like JG Wentworth. They're very helpful. When Kai wasn't in, others stepped in to help me and my son with the money settlement that I needed. JG should keep doing a good job, and I hope that everybody else who needs something like a settlement chooses them.

The rep helped me out and he knew how to explain everything so I could understand. The payment plan worked out fine. I was able to resolve all my payment issues.

The first two times that I dealt with JG Wentworth were great. Everybody was respectful there. But this last time, they were asses. They strung me on and told me, "You're gonna get an advance and this and that." They wanted to change the amount we agreed on. I told them, no. After a couple of weeks gone by us trying to communicate with each other, the guy I was working with disappeared. Nobody wanted to talk to me. His supervisor said, "We'll call you back. We'll get on it. We just gotta submit this." But they never did. I got more stuff coming up. But I wouldn't do business with JG Wentworth anymore.

They were nice and sweet. They were really patient because my phone kept messing up and they had to keep calling me. It was just a whole lot sometimes.

The customer service was a lot better than what I expected. They stayed helpful and stayed in contact through everything. If I wasn't getting phone calls, I was getting a text. The lady that I spoke to originally was Grace and she took the time to relate to where I was coming from and understand what I needed. That was pretty great. A lot of people like to use big words to throw up a bunch of smoke to get you to look away from what's actually going on but JG Wentworth was clear-cut. I expressed my concerns with them and we found the middle ground to stand on and something that worked for both of us. Their payout as opposed to what they take is still kind of high. If they could bring down those percentages and you get more bang for your buck, they'd be pretty solid. But I would use them again.

Upon talking to JG Wentworth, they seemed knowledgeable about things. We called three companies in total. JG Wentworth explained everything a lot better. We talked at least weekly throughout the entire process. They texted me several times to make sure everything was good. If I needed anything else, they called and texted. They could offer more money than what they were willing to give though.

I liked JG Wentworth's convenience. I did several transactions with them. Overall, customer service is amazing. Logan is my man. He's worked with me several times. I don't believe I necessarily got the best deals, but I really have no complaints. I follow through. I'm happy with how things turned out. I just wish they did offer more money than what I got.

I definitely wasn't satisfied with my experience. The conversation was nice in the beginning and when I was interested in getting more information, it turned very democratic. Also, when I asked for more information, things became very gatekeeping and the energy was negative. It didn't matter what question I asked, they just became annoyed with me. Also, I didn't believe what they were saying.

JG Wentworth has been wonderful. They check in several times a week when we get going through the process. As the process gets closer to the court, they check in once a week to make sure everything is going well and that I'm not changing anything that I want in the contract. Their rep logan contacted me after the settlement was paid out to make sure I was happy with their services. It was very nice.

The reps were nice for the most part. But when it came to the finance, it would have been better if they had a better offer. Other than that, applying was fairly easy and I can't complain about the service.

In the beginning when JG Wentworth was trying to get me, they were diligent. And they kept in contact well. The process took longer than what they said. But getting a court date scheduled was out of their hands.

I did my research on top three companies and there were more top and better reviews and better experiences with JG Wentworth. I decided to go with them. The application process wasn't that hard or long. Kai, the rep that was helping me, walked me through it over the phone as he sent me the email and I filled it out over the phone with him to make sure it was done correctly. JG was pretty straightforward. They didn't lie and try to take up deals.

I would like to see what kinda offer I can get again, please and thank you. I need about $40,000 to pay the rest of my house off I have purchased, I have went through y’all before and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

JG Wentworth took care of business, which is all that matters. The process took a couple of weeks because you gotta go through all the legal red tape to protect my interest and theirs. There was a lot of paperwork to keep everybody safe. But they did a good job. The customer support reps responded well.

I am having problems with a quote. I have previously purchased with JG and they are going against the court stipulation. Combing transactions together to get paid off quick. Shorting me of revenue and income. I was told and agreed to separate regulations then they are displaying. I put in another inquiry and have been receiving calls off the hook and no one is knowledgeable of information to give to me.

My first annuity sale with JGW was great! They handled all the leg work, just a couple signatures and a court appearance is all it took. They really showed me they value their customers, didn't matter how many small questions I had, they answered every single one of them, even as far as wishing me luck in the courtroom. Huge shootout to Micheal and Tom at JGW, their customer service is unmatched, the best I've seen from a company, if they aren't already at the top of the ladder, they should be! Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I look forward to working with JGW in the future!

JG Wentworth's reps are very helpful and I love the experience. The process works pretty good but there are times that things take a little bit more time because of me living in the state I live in. My court takes a little bit longer to mail out paperwork, so it took a couple of days for one of my court dates, but so far, so good. I'm living on my own, I just got myself a new car, and I'm getting myself household appliances so I can start living my life. I would highly recommend JG Wentworth and I'd tell my friends that if they need help, let me know. I got someone to recommend who helped me through all of my stuff.

The guy that I talked to over the phone was super friendly. The guy that went to the court to go talk to the judge with me was super understanding of the situation that I had going on. I'm done with the program and I feel a lot less stressed out.

JG Wentworth did all the work, and communication was wonderful. The reps were very kind and helpful as well. We hit a little snag after we went to court. They said that it had to go to court in Delaware County, because that's where the original hearing was when my son got his structured settlement. It wasn't their fault, but it was a pain 'cause then he had to wait for his money longer. Because of what happened, it took a little longer than they said it would, but it all went really well. Daria, the rep, was wonderful too.

If you're in the need then JG Wentworth is the place to go. Everything was laid out and made very simple. The only thing was the lawyer was the one that got ahold of me for the court date, but that wasn't a huge deal. Everything went smoothly. Chad was excellent. I like that personal touch, that they give you an agent and that's the one that stays with you through the process. I didn't have to explain my story 12 different times to different representatives. Getting to talk to the same person every single time and getting a relationship with that individual is nice.

I filed in October and I didn't get it until February. But JG Wentworth did all right.

Working with JG Wentworth has been fine. Olivia said what she was gonna do and she did it. The service was okay, but I think I should have received more. Other than that, they're good people to work with and you should move forward with them.

JG Wentworth has come through in a time when we needed to take care of some things. But there was one rep that we weren't very happy with. His name was Justin. He had terrible bedside manner and would tell you he was gonna do something but he wouldn't do it. He'd tell you he'd call you back in such amount of time but he'd never call you back. But Cliff, our main care manager, was amazing.

JG Wentworth's reps answered any questions I needed and got everything settled pretty fast. The process was easy and since working with them, I got caught up on bills and I didn't get evicted. I'd tell others to go with them if they don't mind losing a bit of their settlement.

I've completed the program, and the whole process was easy. All of the reps were nice, and I was always kept in the loop. I never felt like I was behind on what they were going through. The only improvement would be getting more money out of selling my settlement.

JG Wentworth is more known. They went over about the new changes in my state statutory-wise on the phone, and I waited for a court date which took two months. They were nice. Also, they persevere more. I got what I needed at the time, but it took away from myself in the long run. I was very irritated that this was my third transaction and they continued to lowball me. I had to advocate and push, and it's overwhelming with how much I'm already gonna lose taking one of these, and to have given the same company, the business three times and not hear, "Oh, you're returning," it's frustrating. I wouldn't do it again, unless I had to. I am already getting questions if I would sign back up again for this month. It's obnoxious.

The process at JG Wentworth was a little longer than I anticipated it to be, but it was fun. They got me a Guardian ad Litem. They stayed in contact with me. Any time I had a question, they answered it. It was really good service. I loved and enjoyed it. They also stuck with me.

JG Wentworth's process took longer than I had liked, but overall, it was smooth. They had originally told me it would take as little as six weeks, and it ended up taking about three months. The rep I worked with had good communication. We communicated a lot through text, which was good for me. He was friendly, and my expectations were met.

The process with JG Wentworth took a month and a half, but they didn't say it would happen overnight. Then, when I sold my annuities, it was around the holidays, but they were still able to schedule me a court date and they were really helpful. The phones were always available if I had questions. If they didn't message me right away or call me back, they would as soon as they were able to. Everything was explained well, too.

The process was okay. They definitely got the job done. But they can improve in terms of communication and having a set deadline.

The guy that I dealt with was just a salesman. He was out of the office and he didn't answer my text messages in a timely fashion. He didn't call me back. I would call into the office and speak to random other people that were more helpful than him. I got frustrated with him a couple of times, but he kept reiterating that, "Hey, I'm not in charge of the process. All I can do is push the paperwork, and then we have to wait for this and we have to wait for that." He just took himself out of the equation constantly. That caused a three-month delay in getting my money.

There were a couple of hiccups. There were certain things that they were not very clear about as far as the timing and the process itself. But the process went okay other than that.

The process was fair. It was my first time working with JG Wentworth. Everything came out all right. They helped me with everything. I will recommend them to anybody else that needs help.

JG Wentworth is quite pushy. Once you do it, you got to keep it going. But they do everything that they said they're gonna do it. I've worked with them a few times. They're the only ones that will try to help you achieve your goal. But when it gets down to the crunch time, don't look for any kind of advance. Anything that they do gets taken out of your money even though you're getting screwed. It's difficult 'cause I still got to struggle until all that time is in close to my time in court. Once the court date is done, it’s gonna take a week for me to receive my funds. You get what you're paying for but it's not in there for the long haul. It's a band-aid. It's not really a fix.

I had used JG Wentworth before and I liked them. I reached out to them again and the reps were both good. One guy was the same the last time and the other guy was new. They handled it exactly how I wanted it handled.

I loved the experience. They do everything. I called them and asked if they can do this for me. They said, "Yeah. Hold up, I got you. Boom, here's your court date." We went to my court date and he was like, "Boom, you're approved." A couple of days later, we got the money and now we're all set.

JG's rep, Brandon, kept in contact with us on every little step. If we ever had any questions, he was always available for us to speak to. He was very excellent in everything he did. If I could give the man an award, I would. He still calls us at least once a week or emails us just to see how things are going to check up on us. We've never had any other company do that. We are very satisfied with everything. Before we even got the settlement, I had ended up in an accident and crashed my vehicle. So, we were without a vehicle until that settlement came in. We were homeless living in a hotel. Now, we’re stable in an apartment. We have vehicles. We're like breathing above water right now.

The process with JG Wentworth was very smooth. I just went to the court. The judge said yes, and they sent me the money. The gentleman that was helping me was very informative and helpful. He was there the entire process to explain things to me and make sure that I was well aware of everything and how it was going to happen. Working with JG helped out a lot with some things that I needed to take care of. I would recommend it.

Signing up with JG Wentworth was smooth. I'm completely finished with the process. I got what I needed. Everything went the way it was expected to go.

When I contacted JG Wentworth, I liked the way the person represented the company, and how he was with me. His name was Chad. He was very respectful to me as far as giving me my options, but not making me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I didn't make a decision right away. It was something I laid out for a few months to decide if I actually wanted to pursue it. The first time I reached out was the summer, and I just wanted information and to get quotes to see. From there, I weighed out my options and wanted to see how the year played out for me. When I finally decided to go through with it, I sent Chad a text because I saw his information. That was early September and then, our court date got pushed off. It was about three weeks, but that worked out fine. It wasn't a big deal. The process was within seven weeks from start to finish.

I like them. They're really cool. My rep Clark was wonderful and my son and I really trusted him and his judgment. He made everything really easy and walked us through the whole process. We're still working on the program and we're trying to work through them than the people I was having to deal with.

I still didn't want to believe him but he was persistent in what he was saying and that changed my mind. I listened to what the gentleman was saying and that won me over. I've been dealing with JG Wentworth for years. They're good people. They called me and I was glad they did because I could use some cash. And it worked out. They set up their paper signing, I got me my cash. It came in handy. Everything went good. I'm a happy man. I have been 100% satisfied with them. If you guys are structured settlement, you need cash, I would do that with JG Wentworth.

I called up and got an offer from JG Wentworth. Their offer was the easiest and it was the highest across the board. They’re very competitive. This is my second time going about it, so it was straightforward. The only thing that had a hiccup with was the bonus for the return customers. I didn't get it until a couple of weeks after I got my results on them. Other than that, it was very professional. It made it a lot easier to get into the house and go about my life goals.

The process of signing papers took so long for me. The process extended another two weeks because they had to get ahold of my ex-wife and have her sign all kinds of papers. Plus, I had to pay her $2,000. JG Wentworth helped me with a thousand, but I had to pay her $2,000 just for my ex-wife to sign papers for me. That's one thing that they should look into. But overall, they were very helpful and stayed on top of everything. They are a good company.

I called JG Wentworth and told them what I needed. They told me what they could do as far as helping me out. I had to sign the applicant agreement and then I didn't hear from them for a couple of days. Then they let me know, “Hey, everything went through okay. We have a date. If you have any questions, just let us know.” The date came up and I went through the hearing, and then two days later, I got the money. They were all very friendly and helpful. Everything went great.

JG communicated very well. Every question I had, they were very helpful. They led me in the right direction and helped me out every way they could. Working with them helped me out a lot. It helps me better the future for me and my family.

It was the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever done. Carley was absolutely wonderful. She answered every call. If she couldn't, she got back to me in quick time. Everybody made me feel comfortable. The process went very quickly. I will use them again.

My experience with JG Wentworth was good. We had a couple of bumps on the road. That turnaround time was not as fast as other places that I've used before but overall, out of 100, I'll give it about a 90. David, the rep, kept in constant contact with me. So that was great.

Worse experience I had to deal with. I would highly not recommend this company to help out. They will rob you and hassle you around. I regret using this service and will no longer use them for any kind of assistance with them.

Customer support was okay but I didn't really get what I thought I expected out of them. Service was kinda poor.

My experience with JG was amazing and they helped me. They said my court date was on the 30th and I got my money seven days after that, which was pretty fast. The only thing that I was upset about was it was too expensive. I asked for 15,000 and they charged me 32,500. JG put on TV, “It's my money and I need it now.” I understand that they were gonna go get me my money not charging me double and plus. If they're gonna give me $15,000, I'm not supposed to pay for the 15,000 because it's my money. But I needed the money to pay for my house and for the taxes. I'm not going to lose almost half a million dollars over $7,000. Overall, they did get me the money and I'm not losing my house. They texted me again asking if I needed more money and I told them I would let them know.

JG Wentworth offered me an amount of money for my annuity checks and I told them I couldn’t part with that much money a month. They said they figured a different amount out. When I talked to my financial person, he came up with a different offer and JG wouldn't accept that offer. They were offering 180 for 1,000 a month. He asked for 50,000 for 250 a month. My financial person reworked the numbers and I called JG back. I said I would take the offer. A manager was put on and he said they never offered to take 1,000. They wanted to take all of my money. But I had it in writing. They then said the offer was not there anymore. They gave me two other offers. The third offer they gave me was based off of 800. I said I can’t give them more than 500. The rep said she would get back to me but she hasn’t. They don't communicate well between departments. They don't want to do fair deals either.

I worked with Justin and he was the man. He always answered my call. If he didn't know the answer, he would get the answer and actually call me back with an answer. The process was nothing crazy but it was just time. I'm in the state of New York and New York is not simple. It's a real pain. The process took about five months, which is not normal. Other than that, it was fine. I'm doing very well now because of JG Wentworth and I'm thankful. I advise that you only do something like this if you can really capitalize on that. You want to make sure that whatever you're using and whatever you're doing, you're gonna get a return on it.

The process with JG Wentworth Structured Settlements was okay. It was pretty simple. It was just time-consuming. The first one we did took three months. THat aside, Michael was our rep and he was great. Working with this company gave me a positive mindset and it was definitely beneficial. This is a company to look into over all other ones.

I called JG Wentworth and got a quote on my annuity payments. The first quote I received I didn't like so I called a couple other places but I being a dummy went with jg anyways cause they matched or beat the competition so we had made an agreement but they tried to pull a fast one on the day of court. Well I caught it and it started the first quote and not our agreement. The case worker told me that he would take care of it and we should proceed cause it would take awhile to get another court date. I took the man's word for it and told him he had to at least mention it to the judge for me to proceed. All this was done but few months ago I was waiting for my payment there wasn't one so I contact jg Wentworth and they tell me that I'm screwed and that they won't do anything and can't do anything to help me.

JG Wentworth was very responsive. Whenever I had questions regarding how quickly we could do this, JG was very prompt in replying and giving me answers. And the customer service person that I was connected with, Courtney, was amazing. Everything was handled judiciously.

The first one left work while on the case but the next one was super nice. She got everything figured out for me. When I had questions, I just called their number and I either spoke to her or to someone who knew her or someone who was around her, and I got my questions answered.

My experience with Anthony & Mike was so easy & smooth. They were so knowledgeable & they explained every step & made sure I knew exactly what was going on & that I understood. They always answered my calls & every question I had. There was NEVER a time that they were not there for me during the whole process. Besides being very professional they were great and fun to talk to. The process of the whole thing took about 4-5 weeks for me. I got a few papers together, they did the rest. They kept me informed of the progress. I can not say enough nice things of Anthony or Mike. They are 2 hard working guys. I'll highly recommend JG Wentworth to any that needs their services.

Kai is the rep I talk to the most and he's absolutely amazing. At first, I called like three times a week and he was never rude. Then, we got to the point where I went to court and the insurance was about to give me the money, but then they wouldn't give me the money. Through the whole thing, Kai was very quick and he calls me all the time to let me know that everything's going well. He's been working really hard on my case and I really appreciate that. After all that stuff happened, he calls me once a week to let me know how things are going, which I really appreciate that I'm not just left wondering. I got very blessed to work with Kai and I would recommend asking to work with him if he's available. Also, JG Wentworth works fast and as soon as the court happens, JG Wentworth gets right to it.

I like working with JG Wentworth, I think the representatives they have working for them do a wonderful job at getting people the money they need for whatever. I just wish they would give us more money for our money, or lower their rates.

Was an easy transaction and Steve was outstanding. Didn't think I was gonna get approved but they definitely made sure it went through. Time to receive funds took a minute but Steve assured me that I would receive after 24 to 48 hours.

I had a great experience working with JG Wentworth. I worked with a lady named Stephanie, who was very helpful throughout the process when I started explaining how everything worked, and she was awesome at keeping me up to date with my case as it went and informing me on what everything meant and how to do things. She was always super polite and very kind. I've already received my funds. After I received them, Stephanie and I talked one more time just to make sure I didn't have any further questions or needed anything else, and we've not talked since then. But they were great the whole step of the way. They went above and beyond meeting my needs.

I never reached out to this company, and yet dozens of phone calls, packages sent to my house, emails at all hours of the day. Please stop harassing me for a service I never sought. How my information was shared to this company I have no idea but it smell immoral if not completely illegal.

It took me six months to accept whatever they were going to do. The first time, I didn't like what they offered. Then the manager, Jay, came up with a different offer and I took it. The quality of the service was good and my experience went smoothly.

I would give my experience 5 stars if it was just based on Kai ** but since this was an overall rating only 3 stars. Where I live it required me to get a lawyer and set up notary. Since I had to do these things it required me to take time off work and spend my own money. I found it frustrating Because I wasn’t given any incentive which I believe I deserved.

I was in a tough situation. I gave JG Wentworth a call and we got the ball rolling. The representatives I worked with were the best. They were really nice and helpful. Their communication was top of the line.

Robert helped me out and walked me through the process. And he made it easy to work with JG Wentworth. They are doing great. They have been really helpful to me.

I work with a few representatives. The girl that I work with was really nice. But the first guy lied to me about the payment, the deal that we worked out, and I caught it on the paperwork. And he no longer worked with me, someone else did, and they argued with me about the numbers. They manipulated the numbers, they weren't trying to give me a fair offer. When we went to court, the judge told them, "Hey, you guys should give her more money." Five minutes later, they gave me an extra $10,000. So, why didn't they offer me that from the beginning? This is my family and this is money that I got because I lost my dad. I'm only doing this because of the situation that I'm in, but I feel I was taken advantage of.

This is the second time I’ve worked with JG, I work full time and not in desperate need of money however had a great first experience and this time I’m think of backing out for the terrible customer service and not getting what I want and being fooled and lied to. Follow through and follow up sucked, I really am going to find out how I can rip up the checks and end this. I have not cashed anything and will not.

I received a sign on bonus check for $300. I deposited it to my bank account when it was supposedly ready to cash. The check was returned to me from the bank. Along with the returned check came charges on top it further lessening the value of the check. I was promised repeatedly that I would receive another one. To this date I still have not received it. The check was returned to me on 12/14/ 2021. I am totally disgusted.

Had an amazing experience with this company. I was nervous about being so young and not understanding the proccess but Griffin was patient and professional and made me feel like I wasn't just some kid. I was always updated on the process in a fast time. I was checked on regularly so I didn't feel like I was forgotten about and would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. JG Wentworth was really thorough in letting me know the step by step process. They let me know right then on the phone what I would get right now versus what I could possibly get in the future. They went over and hit every bullet point that there was. Also, they were really upfront with me and I appreciated that.
