I had worked with JG Wentworth before. The representatives were great, very thorough and attentive. The actual process was fairly simple and easy. They helped out tremendously with anything that I needed to do or any questions I had, and I could trust them to get it done in a timely manner.

JG Wentworth’s people don't communicate like they should. They lack communication with those they're dealing with. When they go to give you what they think they can get you, it's never that. It's always much lower. And the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Even the managers, when I talked to them, didn't know what the other people were doing.

The only reason I picked JG Wentworth was West company. My experience with them was pretty good for the most part. They gave me more cash for my business. The process was a little long, but it was pretty good.

Well went to court and it was done in less than 8 minutes. I got what I needed. They took very good care of me. Got me my money back quick. That's all that counted. It's just a fourth, third or fourth time I did this with them. I dealt with them over the last 20 years and they help me out each time. I like how they work and get your stuff done fast then and they have more choices than other companies have

JG Wentworth is the largest firm that does these type of transactions. Essentially, I pitted them at like a bidding war with another company to try and see which one would give me the most money and JG ended up matching it. So, I went with them and closed the deal. They could have given me their top number the first time instead of worrying about how much money they would make off the deal. But the reps treated me with respect. They gave me their number and then, I did my own math and research and negotiated for a higher number.

Our experience was more than we expected. Service people understand and help as much as they can. Very easy process and some interesting experience. While some of the Judges say no. You help find a different Judge to one to help us say yes to transfer of our annuity money. Thank you

This company is a bunch of lying cheats. If you sell your structured settlements to them and it gets denied they have it approved in a different state. How is this legal? I did not get the better end of the deal. Even the judge said it was not a good deal. But it was my last deal I did with JG Wentworth where they can buy out my annuity. That would have been if I would be 90 years old, and I'm only 58. It should have been a lot more than what they offered me. But all in all, it was very good with JG Wentworth. I really liked Mike, the guy that helped me the first time. Then I got switched over to somebody named Brandon. I don't really know him, but he was very nice to me.
