There are a lot of companies, and my husband put them in a spreadsheet. I had been talking to men from several companies and some of them got really emotional when I didn't do what they wanted when they wanted it. Logan, through JG Wentworth, was phenomenal, and he and my son both have the same middle name. That's why I went with JG Wentworth, and I got, honestly, great service. When Logan was not available, someone else was. Overall, I would recommend Logan by name and JG Wentworth because when I had questions, they were patient with me. I didn't feel like I was getting pressured when there were other representatives that were really pushy.

JG Wentworth helped me sell my annuities so I can get my money. Their reps were very good. They were always communicative and kept me updated. It was a very good experience. Both of the representatives I worked with, Alex and Joe, were very kind, patient, and always on point. I would recommend JG Wentworth to anybody who would want to sell their annuities.

I came across their information as well as some other referrals from people that were part of the insurance department where I was getting my money from. JG Wentworth’s was a little bit more as far as cost, but I just had heard about them a little bit more than the other ones. I did my duties as far as looking into various options. I had information, so it wasn't a lot of them having to dig into other things. They had all of my paperwork. I worked with maybe three people on it. I didn't run into any issues. I was prepared up to the point of going to court. Went to court, got that situated, and everything else has been fine since then. As far as the person-to-person experience, it was great.

The customer service is good. Everybody that I’ve ever talked to has always been very courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you have questions, they’re willing to lay it out completely. Everybody would like it to be a lot quicker but that’s the court systems more than them.

Recently I went looking to sell my structured settlement, I started with JG and thought the offer wasn’t bad (definitely a low ball offer) and when I went to cancel it because I had talked to an attorney and was advised against the sale, they start talking about a 4-6 week holding of their petition so no other petitions can be filed and how I have to do an exit interview when in my contract there is nothing at all talking about either of those things. Don't sell to JG.

But they were not as efficient as they were the first time, on the last two transactions that I did with them. So I tried to go with JG Wentworth this time. The process was easy. There was not much to do on my end. The total process took a month. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with JG Wentworth because I was able to continue with my medical stuff.

My experience was good. I have no complaints. I called JG Wentworth and tole them that I have a settlement and I don't know if I wanna sell or what I wanna do yet. They ran me through all my options of what is available and what can happen. I didn't even know I could just take a little bit out and not even sell my whole settlement. I didn't even have a clue. JG Wentworth is a good company and they're competitive. I would reach out to other people and they would meet their price. It's great. I have another vehicle now and I'm looking to get a house here shortly. I've been with them for about a month and a half. Texting and calling them has been nice.

I've used JG Wentworth a couple of times. But most recently, I'm trying to kind of rebuild my life financially. My home is the first place that I've had that I actually feel belongs to me. It's my house but I'm actually turning it into my home. I had the resources. I just needed a little help accessing them to be able to do that. The process was seamless. I've been working with Cliff for the last few years. He's been a very great asset, always very helpful, kind and proactive. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and feel safe and secure with it.

The loan officer is very professional and helpful. It's difficult with the type of process that it is, but it’s a lot of hands touching the same pot, which is a difficult thing to actually fix. I would like to have just one point of contact or at least a small team of one to three people. There were a couple times I tried to contact the one or two people I was dealing with, and I got other people. They were fine and professional but when I ask for someone and they're not in, somebody else might not know about the case. I’m really skeptical about that. If I still need service that day, there's not many options. Somebody else that I haven't dealt with is gonna do it.

I actually was filing for bankruptcy. I sold my annuity policy, and JG Wentworth took care of it for a month. Tennessee has a one-month waiting period. I've gotten a lot of things that I needed to get done, and I just paid off my trailer.

JG Wentworth’s people don't communicate like they should. They lack communication with those they're dealing with. When they go to give you what they think they can get you, it's never that. It's always much lower. And the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Even the managers, when I talked to them, didn't know what the other people were doing.

The only reason I picked JG Wentworth was West company. My experience with them was pretty good for the most part. They gave me more cash for my business. The process was a little long, but it was pretty good.

They should improve on communicating and on making sure that everything is paid off before they fund. People who do the contracts should double-check their paperwork before they submit it to the court. I e-signed a contract and when I got to court, they had submitted a whole different contract. The deal was 35. They submitted paperwork for 87,000 to the judge. They ** up.

But between trying to actively get it done, he was not really pushy, but was persistent to a point where sometimes, for the lack of a better term, I had to block the number unless I want to go through the process again. It is a very easy process for anybody in a relatively normal situation. I still might end up using it again, but it’s a little bit tedious.

Well went to court and it was done in less than 8 minutes. I got what I needed. They took very good care of me. Got me my money back quick. That's all that counted. It's just a fourth, third or fourth time I did this with them. I dealt with them over the last 20 years and they help me out each time. I like how they work and get your stuff done fast then and they have more choices than other companies have
