Compressive and all questions answered promptly. I was only misunderstood once and when I felt rushed, they gave me time to catch up. I think you guys need to speed your responses to changes. I have a free credit Karma account that alerts me before your service everytime sometimes days prior, and it is a free service. I am considering canceling my account as it seems I can get similar protection from a free service.

Updating accounts, especially credit cards. I have several credit cards that have been assigned new account numbers. When I look at the credit cards that you monitor, I cannot tell what bank or institution this card is connected to. I don't know if the credit card numbers who have would be duplicates of the newly issued card numbers that I now carry.

I would recommend creating hierarchy of alerts by color or number. This way when I get an email to check I understand the priority of threat/type/urgency. This could be set by you or individual or both. It is easy to become dulled to these when all the same email.

Credit score not reflecting paid down balances. Within the past month $10,000 has been paid off of my credit card accounts. Why does my account and my credit score reflect this, and why must I wait until 10/23/19 for an update? I would appreciate any help and insight into this situation. It is not secure to print out a copy of a form with my ssn and birthdate to send via the USPS to your company. I would not recommend a service that I could not utilize online. Regardless of whether or not there is a cost associated with it.

I am reviewing my charges, and would love to be able to flag some charges for my own information. Trash should not be the only choice. I would also like to see my "trashed" items, because I did not realize once in trash I can not see them again. By clicking the "x" I did not realize the viewed charge would go in the trash. I would like to see information for charge on top when I open to view my alert so I do not have to scroll down.

You said I wouldn’t be charged right just yet got the trial membership. Yet I was charged immediately. Why is this? Is this even possible considering your advertisement for the trial says I won’t be charged for 14-days? Is that even legal to do?

I am only a few days into my membership and already am having bad experiences. The transaction monitoring for my bank accounts will not set up at all, like the site isn't working properly. My credit was supposed to be monitored with "real time" alerts. I received an alert a full 24 hours later after I had my credit ran for a new phone. I expected to get something within an hour. A DAY LATER. I even got my notification from LifeLock before IdentityForce. When I called to ask about this, the woman said it was a support function and all of them were busy so they would have to call me back, or I could call back but she couldn't transfer me. I asked to cancel my membership and she said she couldn't do that either. I emailed to see if I could cancel my membership. I did receive an email back with instructions on how to do so online. Those directions were not correct either. I'm pissed off now.

I was notified 8/19/19 of an IdentityForce notification. I subsequently logged on to determine that IdentityForce was making me aware that my personal email was found on the dark web in 2016! IdentityForce recommended I change my password. This notification is useless given the more than three (3) to notify me.

I received an Identify Theft Alert. When I logged into the site, I was unable to find information that would explain why I received the alert. I found my personal information, my creditors, and credit scores, but other than that nothing. I left the site not having a clue as to why I was alerted.

I bought Identity Force after my purse was stolen with not only my credit cards and license but also my young children's social security cards. I chose Identity Force because it was the only identity protection company that would also monitor my children's identities. I am very happy with the protection it offers. I get regular updates on my credit, use of my email and passwords on the web and dark web, and notification when convicted sex offenders move into my neighborhood. The service provided by IdentityForce is too expensive for what it is. Credit scores are now provided for free by several credit card providers, email hacking can be monitored for free by "Have I been Pwned", and information on child molesters in your neighborhood are generally available through your local Sheriff or Constable. I also found the customer service rude and arrogant. We continued coverage for our child, but now that a minor's credit can be frozen as well, we are going to quit IdentityForce (for details, see Ron Lieber's excellent articles in the NYT). Perhaps the biggest disappointment, however, is that our credit card was hacked twice (gas pump skimmers), and IdentityForce completely dropped the ball.

I got a notice of a credit report change. When I logged in to see it, it was presented in an extremely unclear manner which is typical for you. Your site is completely user unfriendly and desperately in need of a radical update. I then figured I'd look to my credit report and was told it was out of date. I clicked on update several times but it never updated and I kept getting an put of date message. Your site is close to worthless and I'm getting close to cancelling my membership.

I get alerts in the middle of the night telling me that a sex offender moved into my neighborhood 2 years ago. I get an alert at 5:30 am which woke me up, about a credit card transaction that took place two weeks ago. I took out a HELOC and never got notified. When questioning a phone agent about this I am told "We only monitor one credit reporting agency and your bank apparently doesn't report to that one." Never saw that on your advertisement.

Very disappointed to learn that I need to freeze my credit because your company does not notify me if someone opens a new account in my name unless a blanket credit report is requested. The reports you send are so high-level it does not make me feel that you are actually protecting me from identity theft.

When the government's Office of Personnel Management (OPM) provided me with my first identity monitoring service after they lost my incredibly sensitive information in the 2015 OPM hack, it was like being 16 and inheriting family's '87 Ford Festiva when you get home from the DMV - it's totally awesome because you have a mobile enclosure with four wheels! The credit ratings are way off. We don't have any debts other than monthly credit card charges, which we pay off every month. So, the credit scores are not current, and they don't reflect reality. Thus, they are of little use.

WORSE: I can't cancel without forfeiting the annual fee I paid them to do nothing. That's an interesting business model.

I read reviews from multiple sources to try to decide between IdentityForce and Lifelock. I have had previous experience with Lifelock and was happy with the overall service so there would have to be a compelling reason for me to try another service. The monitoring service is quite comparable so IdentityForce's price being $10 cheaper pushed to to try them. I haven't had any contact with customer service to know how that is, but overall the set-up process was simple and straight forward and they found my old email address on the dark web just as Lifelock had found. So far I am pleased with IdentityForce and hope to have a continued beneficial relationship with them.

Spend too much time with worthless information alerts. Very slow system. Does not recognize same pc month to month, need to get verification code that takes 3-4 hours to receive. I have no confidence in their product. This review process is an example of how they confuse substance with nonsense.

Wouldn't think of not having identity theft type protection any more than I'd drive without auto insurance. I get way too many notifications. Mostly about sex offenders. I don't care to get these and make it harder to notice the alerts I do want to see. It should be simpler to change my preferences about what types of alerts I care about, like I can do for my financial institutions. It would also be nice if you had services like freezing my credit reports or actually setting up fraud alerts for me. The reminder is nice, but they make it so difficult, it would be great to simplify that process.

I got an alert stating the connection to one of my credit cards had been lost. I followed the directions to correct the problem. The problem was not corrected and I got a message to call the member services. I tried to call the customer service number and received a message that the called party is not available.

While I love your interface, it's still buggy. Sometimes alerts are displayed with no details, and I really need to know what I'm being alerted by. When thinking about this, I originally gave a 3 out of 5, but if I don't know what's happening it isn't really "good". Is it?

The searching or tab to add financial accounts never responds. Click on bank of choice, nothing happens. Every time for a year answers from IdentityForce don't help. I find navigating easy except for slow unresponsive tabs/selections or attempted information to be added.

I am satisfied with UI portion of it but I wish there was a way to mass delete messages instead of 1 by 1, that is time consuming and annoying. Also there are icons on the dashboard that will have a message indicator, but they are not links. That would be more useful to make those links to take you where it is indicating you have a message.

There's a lot of info all in one place regarding your credit, accounts, email, sexual predators and some other various items of concern. However, my frustration lies with getting an email every month saying my credit report/scores have been updated but upon login, they haven't been updated in three months and have several more weeks before they will be updated again.

Without an app, I have to login via my browser. Notifications only come as emails but I have to login to see the notifications. The notifications need to be easier and faster to review. Everything about the service needs to be quicker and more mobile friendly.

We had to use this for the breach at OMP. But a few weeks ago my information was used with another address. My credit and credit Karma, alert me that someone was trying to use my credit get a credit card in my name but it was reported and I took action. Your services sucks. Say the same thing when I have open up credit in my name. But your alert is always nothing reported. It’s a joke and I would never recommend anybody.

I called it to ask about why we did not get a notification when some fraud transactions hit one of my cards. I was given several excuses about double authentication, and the bank caught it anyway. When I asked why am I paying for the service then, she got indignant, and said what I was asking about was minute compared to what you do. I just had several thousand stolen from my account! Zero concern or empathy. Makes me want to shop around for different coverage.

We basically had a competitor's service that spends millions of dollars advertising and when you need them they always were trying to sell you a better plan for more money of course. Like the plan they sold you before was not good anymore you needed to pay more to be protected. I have not found that with Identity Force. We would recomend this to a friend.

I signed up for Twitter the first time ever and in less than a week the Russian trolls leaked my information to the dark web. Before my husband passed in 3.27.2015 we were hacked and subsequently now under IRS pin # reporting after Russian's attempted to enter our Wells Fargo account in 2013-2014. Perhaps I'm too old (80) to figure out what you are doing but first was not getting warning on transactions (over 400 wanted). Only fix was to stop you from editing my transactions and just leave it up to my bank. Yesterday you stopped company from accepting 2 credit cards with bogus messages. 3rd card which you did not know about went through. I'm taking the easy way out and cancelling my subscription.

Wells Fargo account number ending in ** was compromised on July 7 2019. Six accounts were open in my name at Bank of America. A total of $1,227.00 dollars was deducted from account number ** and disbursed in $245.00 increments into Bank of America accounts. Fortunately Wells Fargo was the first to pick up on this anomaly and suspended my checking, savings and business checking accounts. Yesterday I received six correspondence from Bank of America telling me accounts were potentially opened in my name fictitiously. Bank of America suspended the accounts. They will be mailing me a check for the compromised funds. I was disappointed IdentityForce did not pick up on this compromise.

When it works it’s great. However, when you try to make changes to your account, in the financial area such as deleting obsolete credit cards or adding new ones, it is very difficult. The system that you have does not seem to keep the information. Today for example it’s saying that you cannot retrieve my financial information, and my balances are wrong. Enrolling was an easy process. This was recommended by the Wyoming Department of Health because of a breach. They didn't think any credit information was taken but they wanted to make sure that Wyoming citizens are protected. It will be nice to have your protection.

Account Management dashboard show wrong birth date, but when you view the edit window the date is correct. The edit window shows the16th as the day but dashboard shows the 15th as the day. Bug or a feature?

I needed sign up on July 4 but there was no telephone customer service. Please add support every day of the year. Also it wasn't clear if I was getting the 14 day trial or a regular subscription. I received a number of alerts related to Equifax changes that I initiated due to false reporting of open accounts. IdentityForce alerts though didn't define the change (open to closed) or any idea of the change. Only a change (of some unidentified form) occurred on these accounts at Equifax. Not overly helpful. Seeing the status change from Open to Closed would have been beneficial.

I switched from LifeLock to IdentityForce some time ago and have been nothing but frustrated and disappointed at the level of your technology and service. I have reached out several times and have gotten no satisfactory assistance. The data feeds break constantly. I am not informed that data is not being aggregated and therefore I am unprotected. When signing up, it asked for both my spouse and my information and said it protected the entire family. It seems once it charged the card, it was just a single membership (not a family as advertised during sign up) and wanted me to also add a full $19.95 membership for my spouse once my card had cleared. When talking with support, they said you can only enroll in a family plan over the phone and had no answer as to why the website has the banner saying otherwise. Also when trying to sort through everything, a box popped up saying I could enroll at $5 off at $18.95 permanently. It seems like they sell 2 products at 10 different price points without any explanation. Cancelled immediately.

So far I have only received IdentityForce alerts that notify me of sex offenders in my area. Since I do not know the reason for the alert, I rush home to get on my computer to find out why. Can you notify us the reason for the IdentityForce alert when emailing us, so we don't have to go rush and find out if it is financial? When you pay off credit cards it takes quite some time for it to reflect on your credit. Anything negative is immediate and disputes seems to do little if anything if the individual is right. Why don't you show credit card payoffs within days of the debt being satisfied and reflected in your credit score, negative information is posted almost immediately. Why the double standard? Money of course, anything to hurt working people.

So far the experience is good. We'll have to see how secure and valuable it is in the future. Setup was easy. The dashboard is pretty simple to navigate. Though, I would have expected 'Credit Monitoring' to be active by default. I happened to look under 'Manage Account', 'Financial Information' and saw the button 'Authenticate'. Only after I entered my SSN twice did the 'Authenticate' go away and was replaced by 'Currently Active'.

How do you delete credit cards. There are five listed and we only have one. There is no way that I can see to delete them. Also I got a message that you cannot monitor our Discover Card (again there are five listed and cannot delete them) and Citi Bank. I have put in the exact same information into your system. When I get a notice, I put in my password and am taken to a screen where I must choose the right “check” box to read the notice. This screen is not user friendly. I almost always end up putting the notice in the trash by mistake because I can’t figure out how to get to the notice. Then I can’t retrieve it from the trash. Why do I receive a email re: SSN and nothing new on my credit hx. Do you sent out a test EVERY month! Also we do not want an "alert" EVERY time a new sexual pred. is added. Our credit info need to be addressed with correct info. And why we are getting SSN alerts. Pls take off ALERTS for sexual pred. If we need can research on own!

This is a great monitoring system. I am very satisfied with the service. I would recommend IdentityForce to my family and friends. I like the fact that I opened a credit card account today and before I left the store I received an alert on my phone right away from IdentityForce.

The website is easy to use and It makes me feel safe. I can use the app to check my status. And I'm able to track all sorts of important information. I like that it gives me updates on sex offenders near me.

I had someone impersonating my bank try to access my bank account info to steal from me just days after signing up with identity force. Thankfully I checked with my bank Vs. clicking the link as directed. The ID Force rep claimed they don’t do that kind of email or bank account monitoring. WTH was the point then of claiming to entail each? I was getting multiple warnings from ID Force about other issues that were nothing throughout those first few days. Then they suddenly all stopped coming except very rarely since I called about this matter. I suspect someone from the company itself did it.

I called in to make a change to my account settings because I was unable to self serve due theft of a mobile device. The rep. I spoke with was patient, very helpful, & very experienced. Seemed well trained too.

I just went in to buy a car. You show my credit score at 699 at the lowest, but the car dealership showed it at 669. My credit score has never been that low, so why am I not getting an accurate credit score from you.

I am a new member on a family plan which includes both my wife and myself. Your website is very difficult to use as it is a real challenge to "Manage" my account from your "Manage Account" icon. I have put in what I could, where I could but I cannot find how to edit something. I have no idea if you are monitoring my wife and my financial accounts. I called Customer Service and was told "When a banking account is entered, all banking accounts linked to that account are also being monitored." Is that true? Your website makes it very difficult to have a feeling of assurance that my wife's and my stuff is being monitored. I simply do NOT know if you are doing your job.

Everything seems easy enough; but when initially filling out my info; I was given the option to add a spouse; which I did, but then nowhere is there an option to fill our her driver license # and info like I did mine. Turns out... I have to pay a yearly subscription for her too. Which is misleading. You should offer family coverage for one price. Now I guess I'm the only one getting coverage.

This service is worth every penny. I love the alerts for predators in my neighborhood and credit alerts. I recommend to everyone to have this service. They can monitor individual accounts as well as your online social media! Love it.

As of 5/9 my credit score for Transunion was 658. Today I received an update that the number has changed to 680 in one section. However, when I surf the different pages the 680 was not updated. Whenever there is an update to a score, it should be reflected on every page it affects.

Rate your service low. Most alerts are for sex offenders. I can’t tell how to turn it off. The site is very difficult to figure out and I can’t tell how I respond. You raise anxiety & don’t give tools to solve the problem.

I love that I can check my information anytime. Also that Identity Force lets me know if something changes. This is a peace of mind for me and my credit information. When they email me and say, "Your credit is good and nobody tried to used your information" makes me feel good.

I believe based on many other outlets that your credit scores are wrong and/or misleading. I got an email from you to tell me that I have an updated score and then it tells me its from 2018. I dont get it, My citi card provides fico score and fair issacs provides fico score that is so much higher than yours not to mention that the data used is wrong too. So disappointing... Makes me wonder if I am truly am protected w IdentityForce...

We would really appreciate the Sex Offender Monitoring Alerts to be an option with your service. The alerts are not a concern for folks in our age bracket and they are coming way too often. It has us stop and investigate every time we receive an alert. Please change your policy and system programming.

When I first began using IdentityForce, I frequently got alerts about a large purchase on one of my credit cards or a transfer from a bank account. This was great and was one of the biggest reasons that I subscribed. Suddenly they stopped for no reason that I am aware of. I reset the settings on my account, but that did not seem to help.

I have NO idea when this credit report was pulled??? Also a while back I asked a simple question and WOW you guys were totally clueless. I have a friend with LifeLock and his problem was way more complicated and (LifeLock) they fixed it.

I chose IdentityForce due to its ratings—however it’s App just has the basics, for changes you have to log onto the website/dashboard. Perhaps a security measure? Anyhow, the website also not user friendly, the transaction monitoring section, which seems important, makes no sense. Still can’t populate this section.

IdentityForce's app could be better. I can see my credit score but can't see my credit report like I can when I'm on the website. Sex Offender alert could be better - include address and GPS map location of where offender is located in relation to my address would make it more useful. Credit alerts don't notify until at least 24 hrs after the incident occurs - would be nice if it came sooner.

A year ago, my computer was hacked and you had no clue. I didn’t receive an alert from you. Would you have been able to detect such activity before it happened? Then, someone else notified me that they saw my phone number in the dark web, but I didn’t hear from you. I called to ask a question at 4 p.m. but didn’t get a callback until 4 a.m. Why? Why do we have to buy our credit report now, when it was free before?
