    I appreciate you being precise, and doing your job about monitoring my credit, credit cards, bank account, but contacting me and sending alert at 3:20 am to tell me I have a credit bureau alert is too much. I tried going back to sleep but I got worried, and had to check it out. Please try to be more considerate when sending just a credit alert bureau that I received back in October 2019, not at 3am, sure hope you are on top of my information, if I really get hacked.

The only shortcoming is that only ten credit cards can be registered for monitoring. If there is a need to contact customer service, there is little hold time and the representatives are very responsive.

    I use this mainly because it promises restoration support and insurance. I like that I get notification when any of my email or passwords are found in the dark web. The platform has some bugs like I keep getting email telling me that my new credit score is ready but when I go in to the dashboard it says it's not available for another few months. There is no way to manage your subscription from your online profile which is strange. You need to call the sales department if you have questions about your subscription or if you want to change your credit card. Also, another free credit monitoring services (Credit Karma) sends credit changes alerts much faster than identity Force and that worries me. I do have to say that so far, any time I have contacted customer support they have been helpful. I hope I never need the restoration or insurance service but if I do, I hope they deliver what they promised.

    I received an alert today with very little info provided about what the alert pertained to. I couldn't tell what the alert was - was it an inquiry, was it new credit, was it deletion of prior account - NO info given. So, I call back, left my number which you have on file, a rep calls me back and starts asking personal identity questions, full on info, which is exactly how I got hacked years ago, by giving that info out on a cell phone. I told her that I had security questions and she could do what banks do with security numbers being sent to an email address which I could then verify but she refused. It seems my membership is a waste of money since whatever this undefined "fraud alert" will never be explained as to what exactly it was. You don't even get a phone number of the company or even tell me WHAT they were trying to find out., Did they pull my credit or WHAT?

    I am a new user of IdentityForce and entered into their identity theft and credit monitoring system with high expectations based on the reviews online. Sadly, so far the experiences have been disappointing.     One company gave me a warning about my payment never being received in a timely manner. I researched the billing, finding two receipts from some months back in the bottom of a folder.     I asked the Company rep why I would add such a note to the envelope. We talked about what I really owed, then I paid her immediately via snail-mail. The bill cleared the bank quickly. I asked her if she wanted me to cancel the card. Of course, she didn't want that. I also noted that she had a phone number for me on-file. She said yes, she had been calling me for ages, without any response. I asked her why she never left a message for me (not even one time), and she couldn't tell me why. Personally, I get way too many robocalls, so I never answer any phone calls that don't include messages and/or whom I don't recognize as bonafide callers. Thanks...

    IdentityForce offers monitoring of everything you'd want monitored, not just credit. Having access to my credit reports and credit scores is fabulous, as well. Sometimes the alerts are a little confusing if they just have minimal descriptions and not a lot of information. I've used the service for over a year, and even though it hasn't stopped any instances of theft (that I know of), the peace of mind is well worth 20 bucks, because there's really no way to completely protect all of your information all the time. I just assume that my important numbers are already out there for sale somewhere, and all I can do is keep an eye on things. IdentityForce is not a replacement for freezing your credit reports or putting fraud alerts on them, but used in combination with those, I feel there's nothing more I could be doing to be better protected.

    I called them and asked a lot of questions prior to buying their Ultra service. They didn't disclose that you are limited to 10 bank accounts/credit card accounts for monitoring the account numbers in the dark web. That leaves a HUGE gap if you have more than 10 accounts. I have more than 10 accounts so this is very disappointing. I will be calling their competition to see if they are also limited by the number of accounts. There is no cancellation fee so it would be easy to switch if I can find a service that does not have this coverage gap. However the $1M insurance if your identity is stolen is probably worth the $15 per month. I work in commercial insurance so I know every business needs cyber insurance and every individual needs protection for their identity. I am disappointed that they did not disclose the gap when I called to sign up.

    Hi, I got the alert that my email had been discovered on the dark web. I followed your advice and changed my password to something unique and hard to crack. But now I keep getting the alerts.
