    I was charged for a year of Panda virus protection but have never used it during the two years. I need to cancel it so that it does not auto renew.     When notified of an event, it would be helpful if the password breached was able to be viewed or a source was given since email address can be used as an ID on many accounts, even if every account has a unique password.

    I can only give feedback on the registration process. It wasn't the most user-friendly registration that I have used. Secondly, after reading all of the terms and conditions I almost did not sign up for your service. It gave me the impression that anything Identity Force did or did not do they were not held responsible and the consumer had very, very limited rights. That was quite intimidating. I applied due to the high ratings of members and the BBB.

There is no "Credit Summary" on my dashboard page, and there is no such "Credit Bureau Dispute Form Links." I am quite confused as to what to do.

I also do not see how to add details for my spouse, but I am guessing you will send her an email to validate her account and she will have her own dashboard.     Recently I purchased a Moto G power phone. I installed Mobile Attack Control in it. When I sign in to Identity Force I have to turn on the VPN. When I sign out, it shuts off. If I stay signed in, it stays on. I know what the problem is, but I need the info from a tech person to fix it. I have tried unsuccessfully to get help from your tech people. I am thinking of contacting Motorola and see if their tech people could help. I feel that your company is competitive with LifeLock.

    1. Programmers that request info, but fail to assign the cursor to the info box should go back to 1st semester IT class. Don't feel bad as MS prog's do it regularly.. Square one housekeeping shouldn't be that rare, though.

    I had to register 3 times to complete the process. Every time I called I was given a different reason. The first one said that I needed separate emails for me and my husband. I can't remember the second reason. At first the 3rd one told me that I was to register with Life Force, which I had never heard of. Yesterday I called for help about 1 P.M. My phone call was finally answered about 5:30 P.M.. If your company had not been recommended to me by someone who is very familiar with your company I would have asked for my money back and dropped the plan.

    Overall I have been pleased with Identity Force. Service over the last year has been good. I ran into the first unpleasant experience this morning. The credit card account used to pay for Identity Force monitoring has been closed. It is time to renew my subscription. I had an e-mail from Identity Force with a link to update the account for the next year's monitoring which did not work. I went to my account and signed in to change the billing credit card number. After looking at several screens, I finally went to the "Support screen" which told me to go to the "Manage Account" screen to change the billing. I went there but there was no option to change the billing information that I could find. I looked twice! It seems that you have to jump through hoops to business with Identity Force which is not acceptable.

    I picked your service after doing reviews on the web. Yours was reasonably priced and seem like it was going to be good. The problem was the setup. It was extremely hard to set up my account on your website. The first few times I tried it froze. The red wouldn’t go away on some of the boxes even though they were filled out correctly. I had to call your customer service number. Then I waited a couple days for them to call me back.

    Meanwhile I have a breach in my credit so I was nervous about waiting for the callback. They had to re-issue a new email to me in order to sign up. I finally did the application but it wasn’t that easy to set up- It’s misleading! For example it asked for my email. When I added that it said it’s already in the system. Anyway, I finally signed up but I feel I had to work pretty hard to get that to happen. I hope the service is good. The setup was harder than I would’ve liked. Thought you should know. Thank you.

    Updated on 01/15/2021: I am still reviewing the service. So far Identityforce has delivered on what they promise so that's a plus considering I had Lifelock and did not see or get help as quickly as I am getting now with Identityforce and I just got their help a few days ago. But I would like to see more monitoring for mobile devices especially when there is a lot of cybertheft and I happen to have an experienced cybertheft family member whom I never met but get to know well through things my father shares with me of this person plus the fact that this person is constantly tracking my phone and messing with my information or taunting me on my phone. It seems as though there is no end to what this person does. I don't know where to get help to stop him or anyone helping him.

    Today I lost almost $200.00 in my unemployment account because someone charged my for an app that I don't even have and sure enough there was a person with my father's last name at the top of the reviews and that's what my father's uncle does is list alias names under his own name or my father's or someone else in their family and leaves little taunts of what he is doing but anyway point is I lost money in my account because I can't submit this account to be monitored since they do not provide the account and routing # but it would help if my mobile phone could be more closely monitored so I can better report what is going on to the police and have this person put away already.

    He is just a disgrace to our country especially knowing he was in the military and this what he took out of his experience there. Just hacking and theft and preying on the elderly as well as anyone who any finances or securities that he wants. But so far Indentityforce still seems like promising choice and I only hope the next review will be even better with promoting how well they are at committing help to their customers.

    I had my ID stolen. A credit card was opened under my name and over 6K was charged leaving me with the bill and a credit score in the low 600's. Previously my credit score was over 800. I am a Identity Force member, so I made contact and opened a case. I was contacted by EZshield who said they were handling my case. This was several months ago, I was told to put a freeze on my credit, which I had already done, and they sent a letter to the credit reporting agencies disputing the charge, but I've not been in contact with them since September. I still receive bills and my credit rating continues to fall. I feel like nothing is being done to resolve the situation and my family is telling me to go with a new company like Identity Guard or Lifelock. I'm hoping something happens soon so I don't have to do that.

    I have been getting alerts saying that one of my bank accounts is no longer connected, this has been happening for about a month. I have contacted IDF to find out why and I was told that when banks update their system this sometimes happens, so I should delete the bank from my account and then add again and that would rectify the problem. I have done that now 5 times over the last month, I have even phoned the Bank in question and was put through to a higher tier agent who told me that no updates to their system have been carried out recently. I then got back to IDF and solve to an agent who proceeded to talk to me as if I was a 12 year old constantly calling me sir very pointedly saying that because I spoke to a teller at the bank they wouldn't know anything anyway (even after I had explained I had gone past customer service to a higher tier).

    I was then repeatedly given the same answer from your agent that it was the bank continually updating there system. I finally said that I would not check the bank on my list anymore and asked if that would stop the alerts and I was told yes so that's what I did, although it was not a satisfactory solution I would at least stop the alerts but no, two days later I get an alert to say the connection has been lost on that same bank. Three agents I spoke to at least tried to help. The last one spoke as if they couldn't really be bothered. However above all that is the fact that I was and am still getting alerts after all the times I have deleted and resubmitted the information even to the point of finally unchecking that account. One of your agents did offer a refund which was appreciated but this does not rectify the situation. I am not happy with this result.

    When joining I was under the impression that my spouse was included with the initial fee. When I went to add her I was charged again! I feel initial information was misleading. Had I known I would not have joined. Also, I want to rate zero stars for this, but, I am forced to rate at least one.
