I was previously with Freedom ID for many years until I stopped receiving a monthly charge for services. Upon investigation and several phone calls, I was told my account had been frozen. With the help of a very professional staff who were also very patient and courteous, we restarted my account…. A job well done by all…. A humble thank you!

Called in, had an issue. I couldn’t understand the representative. Called back thinking bad connection - same result Accent so heavy, could not understand. I’m used to dealing with offshore call centers. You need to be more selective. I mean I really could not understand them.

I have been nonplussed by late information and absence of follow up communications. One weekend I read an alert about a change in my credit score. It reflected changes that occurred over 2 months before. I called to ask why my score dropped and why the "alert" was so late. Unfortunately it was on a Saturday and the woman who answered my phone question could not supply any information. I was told I would have to wait 48-72 hours to get a call from a supervisor. I never got a call. I was not worried as a couple of other sources had already picked up the change about 6 weeks before. Late service, no reliable help on off ours, and promised phone call never happened. Not much help.

They do not monitor accounts unless you provide log in information for all of your accounts. An account ID should suffice. I hired them to protect my accounts that have been hacked. I have no 'online accounts' with most of my credit cards, and those I do have I cannot access because I am a victim of identity theft. Why would I provide anyone access to my accounts after my identity has been stolen?

Hello having a hard time understanding how to use this product. And now I cannot log in, tried to call and no answer. Waited on line for long time. When dealing with identity theft, this really has increased my anxiety. I bought this product to reduce risk not increase it.

The service and on-the-spot consultation with their representatives with the price they charge has been a blessing for me. I feel much better protection with this firm screening the dark web and informing me of any problems they see. Being pre-warned is being pre-armed.

I've had a scammer attempt to open a bank account in my name. I've also applied and was given a credit card without a single alert from this business claiming to be protecting my identity. They've done no such thing.

I have made multiple phone calls since October 26, 2022 as have all members of my family. There are still two charges for $159 on my credit card account, not pending, but went through for this service that I did not authorize or approve of I do not want to purchase. You must look at your “policy“ of taking one’s credit card and using it for other persons. While the credit card holder can purchase for other people as a gift, the credit card holder is not allowed to cancel service and is required to keep their card on your file indefinitely until the gifted person (s) decide they no longer desire the account no matter the circumstances. That is a serious underhanded and probably illegal act. And when a call is made, not one person can direct the caller to a proper supervisor prepared to resolve the issue. This makes your organization appear as thieves and frauds, the exact service you were to protect the customer from.

Since I started using the app, there’s no reason to use any other. This has all the elements of security and some that others I have tried in the past don’t, just about everything is covered. I really appreciate this app and have recommended it to friends and family members.

Based on the short time that I've had Identify force I feel very secure on the coverage that I am receiving. Identify Force limits all of my worries. I am truly happy and satisfied without a doubt. Five stars service at a reasonable price.

Not Watching Both Accounts! I've been with Identity Force since 2016. After opening my account, I opened one for my husband. Every time there is an alert, my husband is notified days before I am notified. He NEVER checks his email and only uses a flip phone with no internet service. If I hadn't had to give my information for notification, I might never know of any alerts. So if you choose to go to Identity Force, find another monitoring service for members of the same family.

This is one of two monitoring services I have and not an assertive one. Have been notified by them for sex offenders in town and face book swears I post (!) but never for identify thefts even when the other service I use does alert me to those, I’ve continued to pay because I’m paranoid, not because of their effectiveness.

You have done an excellent job in offering me my 1 yr free monitoring regarding my notification of 20/20 Eye Care Network data breach as of 1/11/2021. My atty representing me and many more is; Joseph Lyons Law Firm in Cincinnati OH. They said it could take another 1.5 yrs to make settlement for all data breach victims. My old address was **. Since we have signed up with IdentityForce, our scam and fraudulent phone calls have practically ceased. (I had gotten a notice from our other security service about our number being on the Dark Web but they never removed the number apparently.) We used to get 30 scam calls a week. We know we are being well taken care of with IdentityForce. Thank you so much.

I don't know if I could say that I had the experience of having it but just having peace of mind is great. I am very thankful to have it in place for my peace of mind. There is so much going on in the world today that you need someone to rely on should the need come up.

Long time customer, CC expired for auto renew, tried to log in to put in new information & account locked. Would not allow me to access my account. You should give at least a 30 day grace period to enter updates!

I wish I could rate zero stars. I signed up for IdentityForce and was given a 30-day free trial but I was billed $15. I've been trying to contact their customer support but it says all of them are busy.

Don't like constant badgering to buy something else or upgrade. When notifying me of some financial activity 4-5 days or more after the fact it is of little use to me. The is a good deal of information that is provided that is of much use and a lot of it is confusing. Credit score etc reporting is abysmal.

Service has been poor recently. Very later getting notifications. When I do get them I will get numerous at one time. Am likely going to switch to An alternate service especially and I can get a discount due to being a member of a retirement Asso.

For anyone who is not tech savvy, a phone call is necessary to reach you. When the problem is not included in your phone menus and a person asks to speak with a rep, the person eventually gets disconnected. IF has no respect for people who cannot afford tech or those not knowledgeable about tech devices and their use.

The Email and is very helpful. Letting me know what is happening is important. Information regarding social media is great. The Newsletter is great. Individual password is so important. It is so amazing how people can get your password and hack people accounts.

Real identity theft protection starts at and before the data breach not after. Eg a private detective recently located my home address to send a letter poaching on my parents death. He obtained my info from Transunion. No alert by Identityforce was given. It is disturbing that Transunion is providing our private address and that you are not letting us know.

See review App Store. Called 3 times. No one there knew that you all upload code onto user's pages files on iPhone. That’s just invasive. When I called two people were curt; acting as if I were confused. It’s code under a file named TAS. I deleted it and app despite paying for a year. Was doing nothing anyway.

It's June 15th, 2022, and I haven't had a single alert from IdentityForce since October of 2021 although I keep receiving constant reminders of seminars from them. I have their best plan however, I've had three attempts by unknown individuals trying to open credit cards in my name this year alone. I don't need seminars, what I need is protection and I'm not getting it. They are very efficient in charging my credit card on time, however, they really have no effect when it comes to protecting my identity. I canceled my membership today however, they refused to refund the bulk of my payment. The customer service rep told me when I called that she would refer me to a specialist that would call me within the hour. That was four hours ago and still no call. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a fraud case with the credit card company. Be aware that this company is excellent at taking your money and not much else.

I tried to change it on line and was unsuccessful. Your # that I called kept giving me a recording. CAN ANYONE ADDRESS THIS? When I clicked on here on your emails sent to me I put my password in and they did say the password was not good and that's when I tried the two things said in the beginning

A couple weeks after enrollment I called and emailed seeking assistance to get my husband set up w/ his profile - initially hit a snag because we shared the same email address. Never could get his profile set up to get him enrolled w/ benefits we paid for.

Hard to navigate for me, can’t reach a real person, can’t figure out if you are monitoring anything, plan to cancel when I can figure that out. Not user friendly an older person. I don’t think the benefits are there for me.

While Identity Force is consistent in sending updated information and offering a VPN for mobile devices, I find that the company is behind in offering a VPN plan for customers' desktop computers. It's time to move forward in this area and compete against such companies as 'Norton VPN' and others that I have been studying. I would prefer to remain with Identity Force, but my best interests need to be met.

We've have two accounts for over 5 years. Original owners ran a successful company. Now I am unable to get a verification code to log in. I have waited 4 hours today on 4 different call, ignorer to each a person who said someone will call back. However when they called back, there was no-one on the phone, and no message was left. At this point, if we do not receive a successful log in, we will disengage from your service, which we have been paying for monthly, for many years...with no response or service.

I have contacted you several times with a question about someone using our mailing address without our permission. Even if you cannot do anything about this, you could have at least answered one of the emails telling me that. All you have been good for so far is letting me know when new people are added to the sex offender registry. Great.
