We had the annual family plan. I haven’t renewed. The credit rating stuff did not update scores even once basically all year. When I reached out to ask why it wasn’t updating I got zero response from IdentityForce. I’m considering going back to Lifelock.

I cannot log in to my account from Oct 13, 2021 and IdentityForce tech escalated my issue on October 22, 2021. Then there were no response and followup on my Nov 8, 2021, Nov 14, 2021 and Nov 17 Emails. I already request full refund on my order, but no respond from IdentityForce.

I have had several problems connecting to your Dashboard. In addition currently cannot add accounts to the transaction monitoring page. I have called and spoken with an agent on October 16 and October 20 and was told that your tech staff were working on the problem. As of October 26 I have not heard back on a resolution. I find this service unacceptable and may re-evaluate my contract before it becomes due at the end of the year. I would appreciate a call regarding this issue.

I rec'd two separate emails recently telling me that an acct was no longer being monitored. The email told me what to do to "reconnect" these accts for monitoring. However, these instructions were impossible to follow. I sent TWO emails explaining my problem & asking for help & rec'd NO replies. I called yesterday & the woman that assisted me told me that the original emails instructions were no longer current. She said she had no idea why I hadn't rec'd replies to my emails. This lack of attention to emails about accounts that should be monitored makes me question how efficient & reliable your monitoring services are.

I have written twice with a question and received no response. I had two fraud episodes with credit cards, discovered immediately by the card companies but heard nothing from IdentityForce so it’s not clear to me what identity force does.

Good luck cancelling. They stole my money. If you forget your password, good luck getting it back. I must have made a dozen guesses at the name of my first girlfriend and they were all rejected. I tried emailing customer service and they never replied. Finally I called up and was told someone would have to call me back. Well, I wasn't available when they returned the call. So I called them again and got another call back a few days later.
This time I was able to answer. The person I talked to seemed competent and nice and I was able to get my password reset. Since the whole purpose of getting my password reset was to cancel the service, I asked if she could turn off the auto-renew and she claimed she had done that for me. So you can imagine how upset I was to see a new $179 renewal charge from them. How ironic, the company I use to protect my money has stolen from me. I felt so betrayed.
Now I've made 2 calls to try to remedy this and each time they say I'll get a call back because the operators who have the power to do anything are all busy. It's been a few days and I haven't received a call back. It seems like it costs them virtually nothing to operate the services they provide, yet they charge $179 and apparently don't pay enough to hire a full staff to offer reasonable support. Also note that fear is what motivates people to use such a service. They will try to stoke your fear with unsolicited marketing emails they send in the guise of informing you about the threats you face.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had, and hope that in the future, you will perhaps give us another chance.

I became aware of fraud using my info last week. I confirmed with the bank that made the inquiry but I was unable to reach you by phone. I was also unable to log in on 9/10 then I got locked out. I called for help and was told by someone in your 'phone bank' that all she could do was take my number and have a tech person call me. I didn't get that callback for 4 days and in the meantime I was able to log in on 9/11 and file a report. I still haven't received a response on that report. I think we need a identity security firm that can be reached 24/7. We're seriously thinking of moving to another company.

I have tried for the last 3 days to get in touch with someone or access my accounts so that I could update my credit card info for a payment due 9/15. As a result the payment has not been made. I even sent two emails with no response. If I am unable to access my accounts how am I supposed to keep track of my credit and does this mean you are not keeping track of it either. I am fed up. I have been told repeatedly someone will return my call but I have received no calls. I even tried resetting my password and the promise of an email telling me how to do it never appeared. It is beginning to make me wonder if there is a problem with the company. It would be appreciated if you could at least respond to this email.

I don’t like that you do not let me know ahead of time that my renewal is coming up and give the opportunity to renew or not. All of a sudden there is an almost $200 charge on my credit card with no advance notice.

I had been very satisfied, but lately, I have not been able to log in. Apparently, I am somehow attached to one of Identify Force's sister companies, Armour Fraud. Called last week and was told that this matter would be sent to your IT people and would get an email that corrects this. However, I got another Identity Force email and I tried to log in and couldn't; so I tried to change my password and I got security questions that I had not provided Identity Force. Sadly, if this situation is not corrected before renewal of service in September, I will not renew this service.

For the past 7-10 days, I cannot sign onto my account. I get the prompt to request the two factor authentication via email, but the email never shows up with the authentication code. I have called the help phone number, and they said a technician would email me to help resolve the problem, but they have not emailed. That was 2 days ago. I am about ready to cancel and request a refund.

I called with a problem and was told to expect a call back in 1 to 24 hours. Almost 48 hours now and no call back. My problem is with password error but I’m pretty sure it’s correct and am concerned about integrity of my account.

I have No complaints about Identity Force. They have friendly and helpful customer service. Their interface is easy to navigate. It's nice to have all credit cards, bank accounts, driver's license(s), personal identification cards, passport(s), etc stored in one location. Reasonably priced as well...

I haven't had a problem IDForce needed to assist with so I can only say, as far as I know, you're doing a very good job. Don't care for the new Dashboard. I could not find an search feature to look for more information about the Credit Service and it's activation. Don't understand what it is and whether I'd be interested. Is it a paid service? What does it do? How would it help me?

I've been trying to access my credit information for the past week because I'm in the process of shopping for mortgages and I use the credit features on ID theft. But, last week they no longer showed up and I couldn't access them. I've now called three times and nothing has changed. I keep being told that they will send my case to a tech specialist who will contact me and after a week, I've received no email or phone call. The same happened with the supervisor that I requested to speak with on the third call. Instead of changing the Dashboard, they should be changing the quality of their customer service.

The credit report does not even work. They updated the dashboard making it extremely laggy and it takes forever to load. It's like using a 56k modem waiting for the page to load. The new dashboard is horrendous. Somehow they were able to make the service WORST. I would not sign up for their service. The new dashboard was made back in the early 90's, it's not user friendly at all.

Worked great when first purchased. Then there were a number of system/interface updates. At that point I was not able to access the website - my info as the 2 step verification code never arrived at the designated email address. Wasted 30 min on phone with nice rep but not tech support. Finally got email to log in in incognito mode and after a number of trials and errors I was able to update password and log in on regular browser. They did fix the issue with the 2 step code going to my cell. Not a fan of new layout. IT IS VERY SLOW NOW LOADING ANYTHING. Looking forward to next trick or treat upgrade....

Old system was easier to use. Also every time you change I am required to enter information all over again. I’m 78 years old & not tech savvy, so I need a more user friendly & simple system. Don’t want to change companies but may be forced to if I have difficulty with this. Thank you.

Helps a lot, notifies you as long as you have everything linked but pulling/refreshing your credit score is a hassle. Customer services mentions a button to pull or a time counter for when you can pull again but it's nowhere to be found on my account.

I do like the idea of all of the protections that are covered under this plan, but when I saw the example of an account, I saw where you could see your TransUnion credit score number. I cannot find that anywhere here, which is fine except I expected it from seeing the pictures. My suggestion is to not include pics like that which show what you do not have.

Not impressed at all. Need to get off the auto billing because I have no money in my account. My credit cards do the same thing for free. I was told that I would have a personal agent that would take care of my situation. I couldn’t even get I didn’t need for us to help me get some of these Gmail accounts of mine off the dark web by contacting Google. I don’t know what the hell I would use them again for. Total waste of money.. Not impressed at all.

I can't even key in my social security number. I am from Singapore. If this is meant for international users, mobile numbers and social security numbers must be applicable for other countries apart from USA. This is a partnership with Singapore Singtel and it should be able to accept information according to Singapore's information.

Dear, The dashboard on transactions point out I have 4 "flagged" transactions but it does not show me which ones. Also I do not have a way to add more than one address to be monitored, what do I do with my beach house for instance? As an individual I need all my addresses to be monitored. I have had the worst time since I found out about my identity stolen. The girl put her pic on my information plus sold my information. I hope people are helping me get this took care. We receive alerts all the time and have to go review all of them. there should be a filter to sort out recurring and previously acknowledged payments. We know that we should watch all of those also for fraudulent charges but we keep up using Quicken software every week.

So far, signing up has been easy and a relief to get peace of mind. I still need to add information to protect items such as bank account etc. It will be a huge relief when completed. My only question is notifications by email. Are the possible notifications by text also in addition to email. Or is it email vs text, because having both would be great.

For two days my two-step identification had not received the code and therefore locked me out of my site. When I called the first day -- after holding for 20 minutes I opted to use the call-back feature. I was never called back. Although the wait time was shorter this morning the customer service person said she couldn't answer questions but would forward my issue to tech and they would call me. Which they didn't. But Obviously the issue has been solved since I managed to get on the site to send this. I was also intending to ask the company's relationship to Sontiq, whose Webinar I signed up for. I had not seen that connection before -- but again the customer service person said she could not answer questions.

Just remind me again what and how many hardware and software items you cover (apps) etc. passwords and will you review and tell me what I need to do with new phone? I do have a few tablets that are older and use occasionally. Will probably update to a new iPad at some point. Thanks!

I stopped receiving notifications when my credit card was used. I was not notified by your company that you lost contact with the card. The account was still showing as being monitored. Then today, I tried logging on using two different devices. You did not send me an authorization code to log in. I was unable to access my account. I was told by a rep that your company was having issues with the authorization code. My identity was stolen in October. You dropped the ball on my account!

Watch my back. I do not understand things like this. I am 76 years old. Simple and timely. Understandable, best ever. Exceeded attempts by American Express and others. Most ask a lot for too little and always want to sell you what you do not need. Support people of our ages.

The information I see with Identity force I already had from other sources. I have been on the dark web many years. I had already put an alert on my credit report prior to Geico notification of breach. I receive alerts from my creditors asking if I applied for this or that. I received the same alerts from identity force that I had already gotten from other sources.

I enjoy getting alerts but the social media warning ones are over sensitive. Notifications are very timely. I went to finance a car last week and while dealer financiers were pulling credit through the credit agencies my phone kept giving me notifications from Identity Force while the inquiries were being input. Amusing.

You guys are most excellent, really gives me the peace of mind that my system can't be hacked. Was contacted by some outfit posing as Microsoft and they wanted 399.99 for a year then 499.99 for 3 yrs, and of course 599.99 for 5 yrs.

The app wouldn't accept my phone number to receive text message alerts. Why??? Same phone number as it was above!!! I don't understand why it would not accept the same numbers as the first above numbers. I find your product is phony garbage. I've seen my actual credit scores recently, and they are not even close to what your system states. Also, the fact that your system only updates every three month while you charge each month is trash. I won't be back.

Very quick set up and immediately (literally, in minutes) saw benefits. There were a couple of notices of company breaches that I knew about, but many more that I didn't realize could affect me. I'm changing passwords and checking up on things, and it's only been a couple of hours. I've already recommended it to friends.

Would be nice to have the option to see passwords/SSN. When I first entered my SSN it confirmed match, yet when I got to bottom of setup page save was grayed out and message regarding missing/incorrect info. Scroll back up to find SSN are not match, re-enter and all was good. Was unable to activate text alerts. Selected both numbers available in drop down and it still was asking for me to make a selection.

It is easy to work with and enter your information and covers all areas of your identity. It covers bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts, social media accounts, email accounts, and the list goes on. Very broad and comprehensive coverage. The alerts are easy to understand and gives actions to take to remediate the issue. My only negative is that you are limited to 10 bank accounts and 10 credit cards. Was not enough for me so it was a pick and choose what I wanted to monitor. It would be 5 stars if not for that.

I wish the system impressed me for longer - after the final OK, my name had been truncated to what I use informally vs my full name, and an initial had been dropped. Wish they had the option to enter aliases to cover this mishmash my name becomes in the credit/identity world.

As soon as I signed up my email inbox was flooded with all kinds of useless information and "alerts" that seemed a lot more like CLICK BAIT than anything like a threat to my identity safety. For instance, alerting me to a SSN breach and then merely following with a list of my past addresses. Much useless.

On Thursday 4-22-21, I was attempting to set-up my account because GEICO got hacked (poor security systems?). I had a question ("Medical Account" - what does that mean?). I called your company and was on hold, then prompted repeatedly to allow a call-back, I relented. Did your company call me back? NO.

I think this is the best service out there. They check all aspects and send me notifications. I had Benefits Plus and they were more expensive and never sent me reports. My money was well invested with Identity Force. They send me monthly reports.

Registering re Geico Breach: problem. There is an entry named: Enter the Medical Account number. This apparently is a non required entry...but it is very unclear what is meant by that terminology. I suggest you clarify. There is a section titled: two party authentication. Apparently my entering info under this caused the application not to be able to be processed. I called your office and was connected to a lady...who was very patient and efficient. The only way the application would go through is if that box had no entries input. And it seems the only way to select 2 party authentication is AFTER the application is accepted.
These idiosyncrasies....especially the second...caused a lot of consternation...and having to call your office for assistance etc. I do realize there may be bugs in the system because the application may be new. BUT I do believe you have to make changes fast. Perhaps that 2 party authorization section should be eliminated....with an addition of a note that once the application is accepted one may select 2 party... through the manage account section N.B. The lady I spoke to....Giovanna, I believe... was very very good.

Account set up was quick and easy only requiring a few well-spent minutes. Since this is part of PC Matic, I know it is trustworthy. There was no delay in obtaining the confirmation code. I had never heard of the credit alert fraud set-up before and that too was simple. I highly recommend it!

I was just offered a free year subscription because of a breach through Geico, then had problem logging on, called customer service, agent was exceptional. I have since logged in, provided my information, added bank account, credit card and phone info, have already received alerts which I was able to address. Very happy with service. Thank you. Overall the experience setting this up was very thorough. The service seemed to be secure. I set this up through Geico due to a data breach. I do not feel comfortable giving all of my data to a security website that I do not know of. I just hope that my data I entered on IdentityForce is more secure than Geico.

You texted me 3 or 4 codes to enter in order to complete the registration and the 2 factor notification. Each time I enter the codes I got messages that they were wrong. Only the first one was entered incorrectly, the rest of them, I made sure they were entered exactly as I received them. Very frustrating. I skipped this step in the end.

I called and didn't even have to stay on hold: they have call back capability. So when I got the call back the gentleman who helped me zeroed right in on what went wrong and sent me a new link to get me going. He was very helpful but I didn't catch his name. Today I spoke with Chris and he answered all my questions and signed us up. I'm a new member and had I known that this service lacks satisfactory customer service and/or good communications, I would have chosen another company to provide identity service for my family. When you call their customer service hotline, you are placed on hold and then given the option to wait longer or leave your number. I left my number once and it took 2 days to get a return call. The next few times, I chose to wait, only to be forwarded to a call answering service who took my name and number.

April 6th, someone used my account and routing number to withdraw $4k from my bank accounts. I submitted my account information to Identify Force when I signed up. Come to find, 2 years ago they sent an email saying my bank did not allow their monitoring of my bank account. When I report my case to Identity Force, their rep has me fill out all the documents and reports to the police and FTC. I could have gotten that information from the internet myself without having to pay them a monthly fee for protection. I get alerts about sexual predators in my area all the time, nothing about fraud committed against me not to mention the lack of help when I do have a problem.

I found the application hard to fill out correctly. Support operators were extremely polite and helpful. I spent a day filling out the required information, and had my password refused in the process. The directions should be clear and easy to follow. It was an exhausting process. I do feel confident that the service offered is highly effective.

I received 3 alerts and am shocked that they are from thing that happened several years ago. My husband and I were under a program we thought to send us notices for this type of thing before we signed with Identity Force. Totally unaware until now.

I received notification that my credit card information needed to be updated. There was no place on your site to update that. I called twice. Then I was given a link (I don't understand why updating my credit card information is so difficult and convoluted and can't simply be done by logging in). I followed the link, updated the information, and received confirmation that the payment was accepted. Then I received an email stating that my account was cancelled due to lack of payment despite our credit card statement confirming that we paid you. I called customer service and could not get through. I followed the prompts to receive a call back. It's been more than 24 hours and I have not received a call back. When I log on, I see nothing that telling me that I have paid recently and that my account is paid through date x. I'm completely shocked at your abysmal customer service. And frankly, I have better things to do than waste my time playing these games.

The last return call was 5am this morning waking us out of sound sleep. We are in PST for heaven's sake! Over 1 mo without transaction support for our credit cards. Tried to 'reconnect' accounts and thought it was done a month ago. Just discovered still not connected. What is the point of coverage with this company????

This site is thorough, easy to follow. I'm happy with it so far. However, I'd like there to be more detail as to identity breaches; more on exactly what it is, where it comes from and exactly what to do.

When I got the letter From Total Health Care saying that staff member emails were accessed between Dec 16th 2020 through February 5th 2021 without permission. The fact that my social security number and all my personal information could of gotten into the wrong hands and with all the hackers and scammers out there. I was upset. I really hope It didn't happen. Overall enrolling in Credit Monitoring was fast and easy.

Identity Force monitors many aspects of your identity. In addition to credit, email, and phone number tracking, you are also able to keep tabs on your passport and health insurance. I even get alerts about registered sexual predators moving into the area. Pretty comprehensive.

I've been calling for over a month with no luck in why my banking information will not be accepted. I've been hung up on twice, a Manager (Crissy) told me to was escalating to a "Tier 2 Manager" and somebody will call me back. I've been told 3 times someone would call me back with nothing. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.

Why can't I set up when text message will be sent for any alerts. I do not want to receive text message when I am sleeping or in the middle of the night. For example, can I set up a do not disturb window.

I recommend this company. They are in the ball and it feels like I have insurance if anything goes wrong. They constantly scan for and identity breach and then tell me what to do to fix the problem. Awesome service.

I just called IdentifyForce (IF) again and was put on hold, again. Over 8 hours ago, I was notified, by another monitoring service, that my personal information had been found on the dark web. I called IF to find out what was going on and why IF failed to pick up on this. Like I said, that was over 8 hours ago and I still haven't been contacted. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Wait a minute, an IF rep just called me, but couldn't do anything because it is a weekend. I was once happy with IF service; however, now I believe your company has severe problems and not worth my money.

Everything went smoothly after contacting Identity Force that I didn't get any emails from them after they charged my credit card. They had misspelled my email account and that was corrected with the phone call. Had this years ago when some info was stolen from computers where I worked. Thank-you.

You cannot access my credit card to add my account for monitoring. You cannot find my card information. I have made numerous attempts with no positive results. You cannot access my credit card company to update monitoring of my card. You do not provide any alternative. Totally inadequate!

When I have tried to activate my credit portion, I have answered all of the questions and both times it has told me that I couldn't continue. This second time, it has told me "Too many failed attempts, your credit authentication has been locked. Please contact the authentications department at 866-897-6278." I have terrible anxiety and can not make myself call a phone number when I should be able to do this without any human contact. I answered the questions correctly both times and am frustrated. Credit is one of the most important things for me to look at, so this is a real problem for me. I am disappointed and am glad the my employer is paying for this and not me.

You tell me about breaches with passwords that were stolen, but you don't say what the password was. How am I supposed to take action and change the password when I don't know which one was exposed? You know what the information is, you're telling me to do something about it, but I can't do anything. Seems pointless to just tell me "your data was exposed" and never give me any additional direction to better secure my information.

I had my desktop wiped clean because of an issue. I sent an email asking for the download I received when I initially contracted with you. The software scrambled my keystrokes. I never heard back from anyone. I’m very unhappy for the lack of response.

I can understand my posting a blog with Public Domain stories might trigger alerts by algorithms without human observation. Twice I tried monitoring it, but it's better suited to monitoring the posts of children and teens. However I have always been VERY happy with IdentityForce monitoring and am delighted to use it on my social media to warn of possible impersonation or hacking. Their ability to customize what I want lets me uncheck "Inappropriate Activity" deciding if my own posts are appropriate. I have Always appreciated their phone service helping me with any questions or possible problems.

1st of all Stephanie H. did a great 5 star job of getting my Facebook account to be monitored. Now I received 2 alerts on last week's blog of a story which had a donkey (called in the story an "**") flagged for profanity & that the father in the story was overly protective. This was labeled "Sexually explicit." This is a literary story & I'm not happy with the flagging. Ages ago I dropped the Facebook monitoring after a story about the flower, the pansy, was flagged because the story's title was "Pansy Boys."
I will continue to see how the monitoring proceeds, but I am NOT posting "pornography"! I've removed the "Inappropriate Content" checkbox. I had removed it at 1 point, but in all the registering difficulty it returned. I am more concerned with the possibility of impersonation, hacking, spam, scams, malware, & phishing. I will wait & see how this monitoring proceeds, but right now I'd call it a 1 star & the 3 above is an average based on Stephanie H's outstanding service that deserves 5 stars.

So I continue to get emails saying that my credit score is updated monthly but it has not been updated for March and when in the system it says the next update isn't available until May. I have email confirmation that it should update monthly but I still have yet to see that happen this year. All last year it wasn't a problem. We will see if it gets fixed. So far my Chase and Capital One cards are more up to date and accurate.

The app and the protection it offers is through in its application and approach. I had a third party breach of my 60 passwords and possibly my Google account. I was able to change passwords before any serious damage was done. I researched which companies could provide strong protection going forward and I feel that IdentityForce is the one that can do it best. I am confident, going forward, that while subscribed, I am protected. I now, finally, have some peace of mind!

I have received email address monitoring alerts that show the affected password only as *********. As I use multiple passwords for different sites, this does not allow me identify which password I need to change on any other sites that may be using it. The only possible action is to change every single password I have on all sites, which is a monumental task. I therefore do not find your service to be much use, without knowing what password has been compromised.

I have recently open an account with IDForce. I made this move after experiencing near constant problems with my previous well known site. Finally on realizing my return in monitoring was often late and at time inaccurate I started looking around. After reading many reviews and ratings and calling on my previous experience it became obvious there was better service and accuracy available. IDForce has to date met all my expectation. Their Customer service has been timely and accurate. Everything else has been impressive. To date I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Easy to navigate. Usually signing up on these sites can be definitely difficult and I found that this site wasn’t so bad. You could find where to put information easily. Some sites are difficult. I wouldn’t change anything on how this site is managed.

Needed a password reset. Simple enough. Nope. Tier 1 support can't even do a password reset. Requires Tier 2, but you can't talk to them by calling. Tier 2 has to call you back at some point within 2 hours. Well, 4 hours go by and all of a sudden the timeline changes to 24-48 hours. So I need to sit by my phone and wait with bated breath for their call. So when Tier 2 finally calls back, I'm doing a sensitive exam with a patient and can't answer the call. Well, too bad for me. Meanwhile IdentityForce is pinging me several times a day telling me there are alerts on my account. Worst customer service I've seen in years. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Oh and I received 14 alerts and counting from a single mortgage refinance. So I get pinged for weeks and can't stop them.

Updated on 5/12/2021: I joined in March. And then downloaded the mobile app for my phone. I don't have all the features on my phone app: Secure Network or Mobile Attack Control. I had called customer service off and on since I joined till early May. I have given up. I have always been told someone will call me back, which never happens or if someone does call it's hours later and they leave a message on my phone and when I call back no response. And the process repeats like Deja vu all over again. I would never recommend Identity Force.
Original review: tephanie ** is great! She helped me enroll. She is the only one that returns my calls. So I ask for her by name...when I get through. She is very patient and helpful. But rest of my experience with IdentityForce has been horrendous. I just recently joined and I have had many questions. Every time I call, I am put on hold and told that someone will return my call...which never happens. I shutter to think if my identity is stolen, no one will answer the phone or return my call to help with recovery and restoration.

When 1st time putting in information I wanted to be alerted by text message so I clicked on the box and put my phone number but it was always saying it is a required field wasn't accepting my number for some reason.

I have been billed 2x since May 2020 and gave not had time to go back further to see when this started. Customer Service is too slow to get back to you and never answer phone unless you are a prospective new customer.

Have received 3 Alerts in March in which you identify a breach through the dark web. You suggest I change my password, but the email never indicates what system needs to have its password changes. Not VERY useful if I don’t know where to take action?

I couldn't log into my account. I called on three separate accounts, the first time, I asked that they call me back in que and next two times I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes and someone was supposed to call me back in an hour. I still have not received a return call. I can't comment on the service provided, but I can say the customer service thus far has been less than acceptable. If I were to have a claim, I would be concerned about how quickly my claim would be resolved.

There is a limitation to the site. Even though I purchased a family plan for me and my wife, it doesn't let me enter my spouse's info like driver's license/SSN/passport/authenticate her email for credit monitoring. For the amount I'm paying it should let me see her credit report as well instead of just mine.

Overall comprehensive monitoring of the most essential life activities. I feel confident in this coverage and the insurance seem better than most others. The only qualm I have is that my credit scores are way lower than the other sources.

This company did not monitor that my social security number was being used to file for Unemployment Insurance. Isn't that what we pay for them for? I am not happy at all as I now have to contact all the credit bureaus myself and worry about where else my social security number has been used.

When initially opening my account I was asked to call authentication department. I was not able to reach an agent for an extended period of time. I am disappointed in the wait time needed to get in contact with someone to finish setting up all the features on my account.

I have to say that the response to any activity to my credit file or opening accounts is immediate from Identify Force! Literally seconds. Not true from the other services. When speaking with Samantha. Pleased with the verification. No information was given on the phone. the State Department supplied the sensitive information. May I suggest, with the verification, don't ask on the internet for Social Security Number. The verification form was simple enough.

Updated on 03/12/2021: I received an email alert from Identity Force regarding a password that they said may have been breached. They explained to me it was found on the dark web and that I should change it immediately, which I did. Took a few minutes and all came out well. Glad to see they are on top of things before any real problems had a chance to occur. So many thanks to Identity Force and their staff.
Original Review: You sent me an email telling me I had a password on the dark web that was breached. I went to check it out on this site and it showed up as a bunch of stars (hidden password). I clicked on them to see the actual password you're talking about and nothing happened so I went to the end arrow and clicked it. The whole file went to the trash bin before I could stop it and now I can't find it. So I have no idea what password you're talking about and I no longer have the file. Now what.

Although I am very happy with my new membership with IdentityForce, adding my Citi credit card to the online transaction monitoring was difficult compared to adding my Chase credit card. Citi cards are not listed under your list of common cards and I had a very difficult time finding a match to my specific Citi Mastercard. Once I found it, everything went well. I would suggest adding Citi to your list of common cards.

I appreciate the timely credit alerts. They give me a feeling of security and relief, even when they don't result in fraud. The reason I didn't give them five stars is due to the fact that they send out sexual predator alerts as credit alerts. I understand the importance of the notices. I just would prefer them to be labeled separately, so I don't experience anxiety opening a message with only sexual predators listed.

Your setup to enter the information to monitor one's credit is beyond terrible. After trying many times to enter the data with no success, I called and got one of your associates from your Boston office and person was unable to help me enter the data after several attempts. Poor system.

I am not sure what IF is watching on my behalf as far as my identity. I have had my credit run a few times during the course of mortgage refi. My social would have been used for this and did not flag with IF. This was provided by employer to protect against unemployment fraud, etc. Luckily, I have another identity protection company that covers me. Plus Experian, Credit Karma, etc. all send alerts.

Your alert to me for an email password exposed on the dark web does not include any identifying information on the password actually exposed. Why can't you do handle this like Google handles credit card numbers (****last 4 characters)? All I can go on is the character count (12) while my current password for that email is 16. Can I conclude your information relates to some past password of 12 characters?!?

Do you check for passwords on the dark web? I have LifeLock for my mother who is deceased and now there are reports coming in that there are passwords for her on the dark web, that have my email address as the ID.
