HomeBridge had the best First-Time Homebuyer program and they were very nice and forthcoming with the information. My realtor got me in touch with their rep, Clay, and I really enjoyed working with him and his assistant. They were both very helpful. I could call them at any time and they were right there and had an answer for me. Clay told me what I would need and I got them together. Then everything fell into place. The rate and terms of the mortgage were okay and the entire process took a couple of weeks.

I'm a first-time homebuyer and the seller required that we use Homebridge. Working with the originator was great. It was pretty seamless and I was happy with the outcome. They were good in answering any questions that I had and very helpful along the way. Everything was so automated. It was all online and I was able to go in and see pretty much everything. It was so user-friendly. However, there was a test or some sort of a course that needs to be taken. They should be giving that a little bit more in advance. I had already been speaking with them for some time before it was given to me.

Our house was damaged during Hurricane Harvey. We accepted the forbearance and subsequent Loan Modification process and were guaranteed there would be no negative credit reporting. We have never been late on any payments. I found out they reported 3 derogatory late payments and it has dropped my score by 100 points. I have never had a late payment on my entire 25 year credit report history. This is a horrible company that will destroy your credit due to their incompetent staff. BEWARE.

We were looking at possibly moving to a bigger house and the prices were quite high right now so we just decided to do a refinance with Homebridge so that we could put that money into the house and still be well under if we were to move. We did a new roof and gutters and we would be adding a new bathroom. The process for the refinance took a couple of weeks and was really quick. Everything was smooth and seamless and their rate was fair. I enjoyed working with Alishia, and her whole team was good. They were really on the ball with any emails, paperwork, and questions. And the e-signing was very convenient. Overall, the experience was just pleasant.

Personable, knowledgeable, responded to questions accurately and timely, there were no surprises. I had a positive experience. If I needed a mortgage broker in the future, I would use HomeBridge again. I would recommend HomeBridge, specifically Christian's office in Mt Laurel, NJ.

Amie ** from HomeBridge Financial, I have no words! Actually I do. She is the most proactive person I know. I was never in the dark on anything, very easy to work with as long as you do what you're told! As the REMAX Listing Agent (LA) was about to find out what Amie was made of. The LA was the worst, dragged her feet on every part of this transaction, down to the 11th hour. Amie, was phenomenal!!! She has my recommendation if you’re looking for a great person to get the job done. Thank you Amie and your crew. Between Amie and Rachel, I couldn’t have had a better team. Since I haven't applied for a mortgage since 1989, it seems that the new regulations have dramatically complicated the process of getting a mortgage. While our loan officer was great, the process of working through the seconday approval was difficult. We often felt we gave the same information in slightly different formats several times and sometimes felt that our explanations were not trusted. A late requirement for additional information caused us a lot of heartburn as it would have possibly caused us to break our contract. I don't plan on getting another mortgage, but I was, I would definitely pick a mortgage company whose reputation was for ease of doing business - our experience with Homebridge was very far from that.

Bryan and his team were always available to answer any of my questions and did so in a very timely matter. An issue came up and Bryan's team went way out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. I really appreciate everything they did to help me with my first home!

We were seeing about purchasing a house that's fit for my husband's work. At that time, I knew Clay, the representative from Homebridge Financial Services while I did office. He was very competent and able to get what we needed done. Out of all the lenders, I had come to another friend because they said they were very quick. They also told us what they could and couldn't do.

I had a good experience with Homebridge Financial Services. I had a new home purchase and I submitted all the required information that the lady asked for. The application process was easy and fairly quick. And the loan originator was friendly and very nice and I'm impressed with the response times to the questions. However, I'm never happy with the rates. It was fair considering the market rate now but I still think they're always way too high for people trying to purchase a home. Also, Homebridge will sell your loan within a month and then you got to change everything and pay somebody else.

I had worked with Fernando of Homebridge Financial on a purchase sometime earlier last year and I thought that they had a very solid team. I chose them again for my 1031 exchange. We sat down and briefly discussed the project. Then we had some emails going. It was fairly standard and hassle-free as hassle-free could be.

We came to HomeBridge through our realtor after experiencing some inexplicable delays with a nationally known lender. The staff was, after reviewing our data, able to quickly assure us that we would qualify for a loan and framed the amount of the loan in terms that were mutually acceptable. They were exceptionally conscientious about communication during our home search and meticulous in attention to detail. We were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the process.

I am so happy that I choose Homebridge financial. Everyone that worked on my home loan made the process as smooth as possible. We were very satisfied with our Home mortgage experience, especially our Loan Originator, Christy **. She was very easy to work with, both thru emails and phone correspondence, making sure the process went as smoothly as possible. The only difficulties we have had, have been related to the transitioning of servicing the loan to CENLAR, which has been more perplexing than the entire loan process. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly from this point forward.

Received a courtesy call reminding of monthly payment due. I explained to the representative that had mailed on time. Can only think that because it’s first payment it may take longer. Representative was very polite and helpful. She advised will make a note of the call and recommended to call back before the 15th to make sure would not be penalized. Payment cleared and posted today. Thanks.

The loan initiation and process went very well. Ann ** was fantastic to deal with. I was confused by some of the follow up calls I received and have still not been to connect with the team to be "welcomed aboard".

I had a great experience with the refinancing of my home with HomeBridge. This is the second mortgage I have gotten through them in the past 3 years and both times they were fantastic to work with. Very professional, prompt and delivered everything they promised in a timely manner. I would certainly use them again in the future.

I was referred to Michele, the loan officer, and she was extremely professional and very helpful, so I went back to her to do the refinance as well. Because of her, I would recommend Homebridge to anybody. Everything about the process was excellent and there was nothing negative about it.

I applied for a mortgage from Homebridge Financial Services and the process was okay and it took about a month. I've used them in the past and their rep, Clay, is who I have always worked with and he is excellent.

My experience with Homebridge Financial Services was great. I loved it. I was personally referred to them since I was looking for a house and I needed a loan. I did a VA loan and everything ran very smoothly and quickly. I was very surprised. They asked me for the information and I gave them all of the stuff that they needed. They submitted my stuff to underwriting on a Wednesday and that Thursday afternoon, the next day, I got the approval with conditions. I completed the conditions and I was cleared to close. We did a 30-day close.

I called Homebridge about pre-approval and they were really good and quick about everything. Their rep, Rob, was very friendly and he was very good at getting back to me all the time. Once I knew what I was preapproved for, I started looking and put an offer on a couple of houses but I didn’t have any luck with any of those. Then, I found one that was a private sale and we put an offer on it and got it. I then contacted Rob to let him know and he sent me over the paperwork. He pretty much walked me through everything. The loan officer was very good about answering any questions and calling me right back. The company’s reps were knowledgeable and they kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. They’re who I would go through again if I was buying again.

It would be an absolute God send if I could get accurate/consistent answers in 1 email. I began going through email because of all the variances I was getting when called. However; now when I ask a question (for example, my last email had 2 questions. #1 - document received? #2-making payments via phone) they indicated document received, but noted my payment due 3/1/2018 was not received. I was NOT asking if payment was received because obviously it has not - #1 not due till 3/1/2018, #2 she even gave me the wrong amount due, #3 - answer regarding making payment over the phone was not even answered. So, again, I asked about making the payment over the phone - I asked her if she even read my full email. Her response was, "Please allow email responses 24/48 hours. Michelle your numerous emails have all been received. Thanks."

I applied for a remortgage to get some home improvements done. Homebridge contacted me and offered a better rate as well as lower closing costs. I had a great experience during the application process. The person I worked with was very good, personable, answered all my questions, and called me back all the time. The process went smoothly and took a month to finish. After I got my funds, somebody called to tell me that if I had any questions, the fellow I worked with didn’t work there anymore.

I wanted something fixed so I looked into refinancing. The application process at Homebridge Financial Services was very easy and flawless. The communication was correct and they knew exactly what needed to be done. My loan officer, John, was very thorough and was a natural. I felt very comfortable working with him. The process, from application to underwriting, was quick and took two weeks. My experience with Homebridge was fantastic. They have friendly service and do a quick closing. I recommended them to two of my friends.

Last year I did the paperwork for a Hamp modification. I was told that my trial period would be 3 months. Well it has been more than 6 months and I call periodically to check on my status and I'm being told that they're still doing the paperwork. I wish that someone would give me more information. My credit score has declined. My mortgage statements every month tell me that I'm past due yet I have heard nothing from loss mitigation about my status.

My son is a realtor and he uses Homebridge. Their people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I applied for a loan and they requested information which I gave to them and then, I got my loan. But the underwriting didn’t tickle my fancy. The underwriters didn't look at things soon enough, and two days before my loan was going to close, they started requesting items to make the process stressful. We started in November and I closed on December 14th so it was not that long. And the loan officer was wonderful and answered every question that I had.

Homebridge ended up buying the mortgage company I originally dealt with on my house. My first mortgage with them was a little bit of a struggle, but I’m on my second mortgage now with them and it's been very positive. There was a local mortgage broker named David who works on their behalf and he was the most helpful in coordinating. He helped me understand timeframes including methods to secure the best way possible to achieve my goals in terms of the interest rate and pay dates. He also did most of the communication. Everything had to go through its normal course of time, but other than that, the process was seamless.

I went to get a loan from Homebridge for a new house to be built. My loan officer Rene was great and informative, and although she was busy, she did a good job. There was a little adjustment during the application process trying to do everything digitally, but it worked out well. We started that process and put the down payment in January, and around June, we started with Homebridge. They told me what documents they needed and when I had to send them, and everything is already done with now. They had a good team behind them, and they were quick to fund. As soon as we signed the agreement, everything was turnkey and ready to go within an hour.

Homebridge Financial Services was the designated lender for our builder. It was really good to be able to do the application process for a regular loan 100% online. I didn’t have to turn over any printed paper or go to any office. Their loan officer Greg was really good and the application process finished in one month. The only thing was that some of the people that did the actual work had some questions. I had to deep-dive into some documents and at the end of the day, although the answer that I provided was a valid answer, they wanted to hear the same from my employer. They could have just gone directly to my employer to get a formal answer instead of having me dive into those papers. They could have used my time in a better way. I would also recommend that they provide an overview of the next steps. They could set up an automated system to fire emails saying what the next step is so that I’m aware.

I got an FHA loan from Homebridge Financial Services. Their application process was great and a lot of help was provided by Brian. He was very efficient and always available by email and always returned my calls. I closed on the 12th so the 201k check was supposed to be given on that day, but I had to wait two weeks to receive the check. It delayed the whole process of fixing the house. And during that gap, I have to pay the mortgage. But overall, my experience was okay.

I was previously looking into refinancing and my neighbor Michael, who works for Homebridge, did my last refinance. We became neighbors when I bought the property and I went with him again. He has been thorough, and I appreciate that he has been consistent. He keeps in contact and keeps me posted on everything. Also, the rep Carrie was very clear and detailed. She came to my home and I signed papers with her. They were great during the application process which took two months at most to complete. I had some questions about the contracts and I called Michael, and he came over to my house immediately. Carrie was there as well, and I never felt uncomfortable with either of them. We resolved all the questions and they were effective and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was good and I'd do it with them again.

I had a piece of property that I needed to refinance and I applied for a loan with HomeBridge. I gave them a whole bunch of information, they processed the information, got an appraisal and submitted everything. I got a loan approval and then they closed. My loan officers were good. They were very responsive if they were asking for the information, collecting it, processing it and getting back to me.

I received excellent service and got my loan quick. I am so happy with them because they gave me a chance to be a homeowner. My loan specialist was outstanding and helped me every step of the way. She told me everything that I needed. I am so pleased with the whole process. I am a happy homeowner.

I wanted to buy my first home and I had no intention of using anyone else besides John, the mortgage originator whom my realtor mom has dealt with for 20 something years, who’s affiliated with Homebridge Financial Services. He was very professional and courteous, and his time management was very good. The application process was very smooth and their customer service responded quickly to emails. The whole experience was great. They do their e-Signatures for all of the mortgage origination paperwork online, which is very helpful. That way I didn’t have to meet with him or print something out and fax it in every time that I needed to sign something. It was a very easy process and Homebridge would definitely be great for anyone’s loan process.

Homebridge was one of the preferred lenders by the subdivision from where I bought the house. At the time, I needed a loan and they were offering some incentives on closing cost so I went with them. My loan officer was pleasant to work with and he was very attentive. He was also available anytime I had questions. During the application process, they sent me a link to fill out the application. Once it got approved, I uploaded the necessary documents and that was pretty much it. However, they said that they would match the closing cost and I didn’t like the rate they gave me. I felt that I should’ve gone with a different lender with a better rate but I had already started the process with them and I didn’t have the time to start shopping around so I stuck with them. I was just a little skeptical about the rate but I would recommend it to my friends.

I bought a home and HomeBridge Financial Services was the one that accepted my application for the financing. I talked to a few of their reps during the last couple of weeks before the close and they told me everything that I needed to have for the closing and what I needed to do, and I followed their direction. They had excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, very professional, very nice, and answered all my questions promptly. I’m not too familiar with the home buying process so they helped me a lot with that and they did a wonderful job for me. They were really good to work with and it was a good experience, overall.

I’ve been working with a loan officer from the company which was acquired or turned into HomeBridge recently. Scott, that loan officer, is very knowledgeable, very professional, very creative and very capable person. So when I needed a loan to purchase a house I called him. It was pleasant to work with him as always. He said he needed some of the documents from me in addition to the ones he already had. We were approved for a loan and that was it. The process was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend Scott and, currently, HomeBridge to anybody that would ask me. If you want to get the breakdown and have it done well in a timely manner, which sometimes is a problem, you should definitely give HomeBridge a chance.

I really liked Josh from Homebridge rather than all the other Josh's that were hitting me up because they were kind of jerks. I did the FHA loan from Homebridge and their application process was pretty easy. We had a 15-minute call and I got all my information while we were on it. Then I sent it over to his email that he provided me and got approved in less than 24 hours. It was around the holidays and my loan wasn't going to close on time. Then, all my family was coming to town and we were expecting to be in this house. Josh took it upon himself to rent me a place that I could live in since my loan was delayed. It was kind of reimbursement for renting the place and it was amazing. From what I've seen, no other customer service beats that and I really appreciate those little or big things. It was insanely nice of him and I was shocked because of how he stepped out of his way for me.

After talking with him, it was an easy decision. HomeBridge gathered information about what information we needed to have in order to be qualified for a loan. We went through that process and we were able to give them the information. It was very straightforward.

I was trying to purchase a house and I saw a good opportunity, and Homebridge Financial Services helped me with that. My loan officer, Angela, did a really good job. I don't speak English very well. And so, she helped me with all the papers. She also explained step by step on how everything was going to work. I filled up an application and provided everything to prove my income, and then I submitted all my papers. Working with Homebridge was a good experience for me. This is my first time to buy a loan from them and I'm happy with the result. Homebridge is a good company to get a loan from to make your dream come true.

My wife mentioned HomeBridge Financial Services to me and I heard nothing but good things about it. I also know a friend that went with the same company. I went with their first time home buyer program and the application process was easy and well-explained and took a couple of days. My loan officer Kathy was very nice. I like the fact how she was always available. Anytime I had any question, she answered them and was very helpful. I would recommend them to friends. I would let them know to go ahead with the same loan company. HomeBridge Financial Services is helpful and very friendly. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable at all and the process was painless.

I needed to get a home equity line of credit and Homebridge Financial Services came back with the best interest rate. I needed to fill-up paperwork and there were a few phone calls to be made. The process was easy and the loan officer was pleasant. They were also easily accessible but closing took forty days. But overall, the experience was satisfactory.

The person who sold our house was a friend of ours. She was a real estate agent in Maywood, New Jersey. And she referred us to someone who didn't have a license in Delaware who then referred us to Graham, the guy from Homebridge. Graham was always available and I liked him a lot and he was always available. I even called him a few times, unfortunately, on his way to Wildwood. Anything I asked him, he was always there for me. He never let me wait as far as texting. And for somebody who I never met, he was friendly and he earned my respect and my trust. We moved into an association called Lennar, who had their own lenders. I wanted their home but I didn't want their lenders. Homebridge is connected with Lennar, and I got a 30-year fixed rate with Graham and I told him the rates were decent enough. I needed something under four percent and he provided me with it.

We bought some property. Two of them we engaged with our broker and he suggested Homebridge Financial. My daughter did the application process because I was overseas and the communication between the broker and us were very professional. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with my experience with them. But when we financed the second property three days after we did the first property, I was curious to know why Homebridge raised the price from 4.375 to 4.5 and my daughter explained it to me. So we went through and that was the only point that I was unhappy about.

I enjoyed working with Homebridge Financial. They were great. I had a thirty-year loan and I wanted to reduce the percentage of interest that I was going to pay over the life of the loan. I was working with somebody else and initially, it was KB Home. But they didn't really seem interested so I went with Homebridge instead. They were the best to work with. They offered me the best rates. I've got their 15-year conventional loan. The application took about six weeks to process. I provided them with the documentation that they requested and everything proceeded as it was supposed to. At the end, I was working with four different people and it got confusing but other than that I didn't have any problems with them. I like getting the breakdown every month on the statement they're sending me, so that's nice. So far, I'm happy with my experience.

I got my first time home buyer loan from Homebridge Financial Services. It was easy. The lady where I bought the house from referred me to a friend and she asked me for all the paperwork and documents and I brought it to their office. She's nice and helped me a lot. She then explained the whole process. I signed the paper and I paid for my first month last week. I've got a couple of friends who are moving from California and was looking for a house over here in Vegas. Somebody asked me the process so I'm going to take them to the same office I went to.

I did some research and based on the recommendation involved in my research, it shows to go with Homebridge Financial Services. I reviewed the person that I was referred to and their credentials and their experience and what I found on the Internet. They got back to me within 24 hours if I have questions, if not, within a couple of hours, and everything was addressed perfectly. Their loan officer was very good. Their application process was easy and they were able to get a conventional loan for me. My experience with them has been very good, helpful and seamless. I would definitely work with them again.

I teach blind classes and a gentleman who works for Homebridge as a mortgage originator came in. I told him that I was trying to buy the house that I was renting and was having some problems. He said that he could help me and he did. I bought four houses and by far, their process was ridiculously easy. Everything was online and they used a software called Docupace, where my signatures were done extremely well. I closed within 30 days and their cost in terms of my bank, Wells Fargo, was essentially cheaper. They did phenomenal service and it was a good experience.

I was able to speak with the appropriate department and was advised of where I am in the process. The representative with whom I spoke was polite and helped answer my questions.

Thinking I was with a reliable company, I went with Homebridge. My story is long so here's the main points. When my lock in rate was ready to expire, I was notified that afternoon and told I had to pay the $570 fee or take a higher interest rate. No warning, and I was blamed for not knowing. I found out later from my realtor most companies extend as a courtesy. And then I didn't even make my first mortgage payment and get a letter that my mortgage has been transferred to CENLAR. Seems like just another company that gouges the little guy and didn't really care to begin with. My realtor had recommended and neither she nor I will ever give a good recommendation about this company.

Homebridge was great when I walked in at their office in Glendale. I met with somebody and they were very nice to me. I had a bad loan from Texas prior to that and I thought Homebridge was user-friendly. Everything was also done in no more than three weeks, which was quick. Then, a few months later, I refinanced my house with them after a friend recommended them. It's like a happy accident at the same time. I had a great experience with Homebridge and I would recommend them.

I had a pretty good experience working with Homebridge's loan officer. She was referred by my real estate agent and when I went through their process, she was able to answer my phone calls. That worked out well and the whole thing was easy to do. The loan was also really helpful.

I bought another home. The application process with Homebridge was great and it's not difficult. The rep, Risha, was also great.

She told me the right steps to take on what I needed to do to get approved for the home loan. Overall, I had a really good experience with Homebridge.

The seller of the house I liked wanted me to work with Bruce from Homebridge Financial. When I started talking to him, I really liked him that I felt confident. And their people were always willing to talk and walked me through all the time. They took my silly questions seriously and made me feel nice. It was a stressful process but they made it look like it was going to be easy. They were really helpful. So, I felt good about it and I liked all of it. I highly recommend Homebridge to anybody. My other friends are planning to buy a house so I'm convincing them to go through Homebridge because Homebridge people were there for me all the time, especially Bruce. He was amazing and professional and I'm really happy.

During the entire process of refinancing, Marla was extremely responsive and always took the time to educate me. I have worked with other lenders and the difference is huge! I highly recommend HomeBridge and Marla to all of my friends.

We used CapWest, which is with Homebridge before, in another loan. I had a good experience with them and got good rates. The house we built was a little bit expensive so we looked at refinancing it. I got a VA loan so it's a long lot doing but the process is about average in terms of difficulty. Other than that, their people were great. I worked with Bobby and he was really good. I recommended them to my sister and she's going with them, too.

I was looking to refinance because I wanted to get rid of my two original loans. I called Homebridge Financial Services and I asked some questions and they were very helpful. The application process went smoothly. They didn’t keep calling me with every question or more information. They asked for everything up front and I got it to them. I was surprised that it didn’t take that long as my original loans did. Overall, they're efficient and quick.

I have been going through an absolute nightmare with this servicer. In 2015 I suffered a financial hardship and requested a modification. Had to submit 4 packages, go through 3rd parties to include the BBB and am now retaining a lawyer to get the promised final agreement from them. They do not communicate with their customers, they do not follow through on anything. By this time my hardship is over, my credit has been destroyed for 2 years, I'm paying increased payments (not decreased as a modification should be) and no final anything from this company. Please don't get involved with Homebridge. Biggest mistake I've ever made. They weren't even my original mortgage company, I refinanced to get rid of some of the PMI.

I love that someone called me to welcome me and review my loan amounts, due dates, methods of payments, etc! It's things like this that make me feel welcome and appreciated.

We Worked with Todd ** who was extremely courteous, prompt, and helpful!! We could not have got the house we wanted without his expertise and patience. It took us a while to find the right home for us, about 10 months, and he was here every step of the way!!

Everyone at Homebridge was extremely helpful for my wife and I as we purchased our first home. This company is the worst of the worst. Bought my house last November and it's nothing but headaches with them. Received a letter stating escrow is short 3k (been here 6months). When I called my response is, "Your bills are more than expected." Even when it made no sense to them that's what they said. Took months of me researching and calling to find the prob that title comp messed up. So I paid in full and now again three months later escrow is short. I've been on hold for hr and a half two times and no one ever picks up. They just keep sending me to limbo. This company hires inferior idiots and its customer service is something to be desired. Please oh please sell my mortgage to a real company!!! I would never take another mortgage from them even if it was free 'cause I'm sure they'd screw something up. BE WARNED!!!

I currently had a mortgage on a co-op that I was selling. I tried contacting Citibank and they weren’t friendly and weren’t helpful so, I decided I’d just go with someone who will do the work for me. Our real estate agent advised us of Homebridge. We started the process by getting information and then we would get a pre-approval. We liked the agent, Christine, so much we decided that we were just going to go with them. She was very friendly and if we had any question, she would answer us. Homebridge gave us a great interest rate, so we liked that, too, from the start. We saw where their rates were from the beginning, and we’ve put faith in their rep.

Homebridge Financial (Bradenton Florida) was the worst experience we have ever had trying to purchase property. Right from the start there was big communication problems!! The right hand never knew what the left hand was doing! Necessary paperwork was forwarded and lost several different times. Many unnecessary phone calls back and forth. No return of phone calls as needed as well. The main loan officer (Kyle **) didn't know our closing date! We called and called the day off until we were able to contact him to let him know so things could be finished?? In the end we had to fill out a survey before they would finalize the paperwork? We gave them an average grade in fear they would not finalize things? What was that all about?? The whole experience was simply terrible and unprofessional!! No, I would not recommend them!!!

I bought a condo and I needed a loan, and I have a realtor friend on the island of Hawaii who referred me to Homebridge where I got a 30-year mortgage. I am still waiting to pay my first mortgage payment that’s due November 1st and I have no vessel with which to pay it. I’ve made three calls to Doug, the lender and he has not responded. There was an organization fee and he said, “I won’t charge you for that, but it will show up on your papers as something else,” and it did, about $1,500, and so I had to pay it. Then he quoted me one rate. I wanted the best rate they could get me with no points, so he quoted me 4.25 with no point. But when it all came to pass, it was 4.50. I asked him at that time, “Does that include points in my mortgage that I’ll be paying for the next 30 years?” And he hemmed and hawed about it. I had to do this all on my own. I’m getting very upset because I don’t want to be late on my very first mortgage payment.

I was looking around and putting feelers out even though I couldn't afford to buy a house. Then the realtor that was over the house I was looking at told me about Homebridge. My lending officer was hardworking and very persistent. She made sure I got the paperwork in and when I wasn’t quite sure I wanted a loan, she was still there. So when I called that I needed to get a loan so I can get this house, we had already done most of the paperwork.

We were refinancing our house and decided it would be better to get a better rate. Refinancing was quite a bit different, so it was great. Our mortgage broker works for Homebridge and she was the same person we got the original loan with. We liked working with her and got the 30-year fixed loan. The application process was fairly easy and took about a month. Our loan officer was able to give us a good deal and that was the best and most important thing. However, the most unsettling thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they immediately sold the loan. I was told that they converged with the thing that was not in the market to sell loans, and they immediately sold ours. I wasn’t really thrilled with the company they sold it to as I had bad experiences with that second company, but I was told there’s nothing I can do.

We bought a house and were referred to Homebridge Financial. The application process was straightforward and very easy. Wendy was very good, always answered all my questions or did the best that she could, and got back to me in a very timely manner. Everyone was also very helpful. My loan, in particular, was a relatively difficult one. It was for a foreclosed house so it wasn’t exactly the easiest thing in the world to do. I had a very pleasant time and I would recommend Homebridge to someone.

I wanted to refinance my house, lower my mortgage and take some money out. The guy at Bank of America referred me to Homebridge Financial Services because he used to work with a guy over there. I signed up and their application process was easy. It took five weeks to complete which is the standard amount of time in the mortgage business. My loan officer, Ivan, was a great guy to work with and I had access to all of my information. I enjoyed working with Homebridge and I would do it again with them. I've also recommended them to a couple of people.

There was a lawsuit filed against the condo I was buying which really was a placeholder for repairs. However, several other banks I looked at would not give me a mortgage because of it or would give it to me at a really higher rate. My realtor recommended Homebridge and Homebridge was able to work something out and got me on a 30-year fixed mortgage program. I dealt with two people and their response time was good. They were relatively clear on what needed to be done. They immediately asked for documents required in order to have the closing date happen in a scheduled time. The application process was quite easy and took four weeks. There were asking of some documents which were excessive but it wasn’t anything different since I’ve applied for mortgages before. Homebridge approved my loan and I am now the owner of a new place. Homebridge got me a reasonable mortgage.

I dealt with Homebridge previously as Prospect Mortgage and I had a good prior experience with Prospect. I had a refinance with Homebridge and the application was somewhat difficult because my circumstances were a little complicated. But they were good. The whole process took a couple of months and the loan officers, Brian and Steve were great. Homebridge was very accommodating to my specific needs and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I've known my loan officer guy, Greg, for a while and he’s helped me with a couple of home loans. I heard about Homebridge Financial from him and I chose them because of him. The process was very easy and everything went smoothly. Greg’s always helpful, makes me feel like I’m really involved and lets me know when I need to check out or update something. It felt like a friend was helping me out. Their loan process was quick but it took us months to finish because my father passed away in the middle of it. So I couldn’t get to it and we had a pause, but everybody was patient with me during that time. I also like how I was able to upload information on their website and get the information to everybody that needed it. That was very helpful for me because I didn't have to run into the office constantly and bring pieces of paper. So, it was very user-friendly and done well. I had a great experience with Homebridge.

For my third home loan, I got a conventional seven-year ARM from Homebridge. The application process was easy and my agent was Jim. He did a good job, was smart and knew what I needed. He also knew when was a good time to lock the rate. But he was not quick to respond sometimes and every time I asked something, he was busy. It was not a big problem, though, since I was not in a hurry. Also, he could really solve the problem for me. All in all, everything is what I expected. I tried to tell my friend about Homebridge and referred one to Jim too.

I wanted to purchase a new home, and I applied for an FHA loan from HomeBridge Financial Services. The process took a month and it went smoothly. It was the quickest I’ve ever been. The loan officers were pretty good, and for the most part, they were able to answer my questions. But I had some problems with my insurance after the hurricane Irma got me and they didn’t want to help me in any way. I was told that my loan was already closed, so I had to deal with it myself. And I’ve already taken care of it. HomeBridge is a really good company to deal with and if you want your home, they’ll help you get it.

We used Homebridge for our FHA 203K loan due to their aptitude in dealing with these specific loans; our initial experience with them was most promising, regular communication, detailed information. However as soon as those papers were signed, we had no more dealings with the staff who signed us up and instead passed through to what I can only describe as a call center environment with members of staff who quite clearly could not care less but create the illusion that they are attempting to do something helpful.

Dealing with HomeBridge has been extraordinarily difficult and profoundly stressful. I now know, first hand, how it came to be that mortgage companies caused the collapse of the housing market in 2006-07. Throughout my ongoing battle with HomeBridge, various representatives ignored questions and e-mails; refused to answer questions and provide information; refused to provide documentation; and blatantly and repeatedly lied to me - only correcting themselves when I independently secured proof they were lying.

My friend has recommended Jen from Homebridge Financial Services. She's a mortgage officer there and I was told that she was good, which she was, and she’s Chinese too. The home loan process was generally good, however there is a commitment day for the mortgage and by that day, we should have a pre-approved mortgage but we didn’t have it. It would be better if there are two days for it. Even though the mortgage officer promised me that there will be no problems, as a lawyer, I did not feel comfortable without having the mortgage fully approved. There’s still a risk that something might happen and the mortgage won’t be approved, and the customer would lose money. That's how the company operates and although I had a pretty good experience with Homebridge, there is room for improvement.

I went with the VA loan program of Homebridge Financial Services and the application process was efficient. They were quick to get back to me and the appointments available were convenient for my timeline. The location we met at was also kept. They even sent me a good street map to make sure I knew where to go. Also, the guy I worked with was accessible via text, phone call and in-person meeting as well as after hours.

I was looking for a mortgage for a new house and the agent that I was working with was not getting the feedback as quickly as I wanted. The agent knows somebody from HomeBridge, so they recommended it. When I got the conventional loan, the loan officers were okay and responsive. They text or call and are very reachable all the time. However, the process was convoluted. Initially, I was told that I can do a 5% down, then 10% and at the end, it was 20% so I had to scramble to get the funds. I kept on getting, “You’ll get a better rate if you are putting more down.” But at the end of the day, I didn’t get what I wanted.

I’m a teacher and I tutored a kid whose family got a mortgage through HomeBridge and they recommended them. The loan was for my first home and I wanted something quick and my friend, who has a bad credit, highly recommended them as well. My credit wasn’t bad but I knew I had some things on my record that I needed to work on, and HomeBridge worked with me really well. The application process was easy and it was done through phone calls and emails. I would have liked a little more face-to-face time but they were always accessible to me at any time I needed them by phone, and they were amazing. All in all, HomeBridge met my needs and got me what I could afford. And they were very honest with me, too.

They are building crazy over here in Vegas again and prices are skyrocketing. It was really tough to find a home. We looked at so many homes and were just getting discouraged. Then one day, we were driving up a street and we saw a sale sign in a nice area. We called our realtor and that was it and we closed within 30 days or less.

I live in Orlando, FL. Our state suffered a hurricane on 9-11-2017. I have been a homeowner for 5 yrs and this is my first major hurricane in my home. I suffered damage to my home (minor). I contact Homebridge due to a few of my neighbor's mortgage payments have been suspended up to 3 months due to Florida was declared a disaster state. I was told that if I want to skip the month of October that would be ok but come November I would have to pay October and November. What sense does that make? If I have to pay for damages on my home why would I want to skip a month and then pay double the following month does not add up whatsoever. I am beyond upset they do not care about me nor my home. They are no help to homeowners. I am stuck with them until I refinance which I don't plan on doing no time soon. I would not recommend anyone to Homebridge.

I wanted to get a loan to get my new house and Homebridge Financial Services was recommended to me so I went with them. The whole process was easy. Homebridge asked for information and I just provided it to them. The loan officer was nice and efficient. He took care of my questions and everything. Overall, they were very nice and they did their job very well.

My contract was June 12 but finalized July 28. Everything was on time and Tyler was very efficient, friendly, and helped to smooth things out. The only thing is on the closing day, the funds did not arrive on time. We have a closing day scheduled at 9:00, but we waited for the funds to arrive until 11:00. But Tyler explained to me that’s because the closing company didn’t submit the final documents to Homebridge. I don’t know what’s going on there but we just sat there on the closing table waiting a couple of hours. Other than that, everything is fine. My experience with Homebridge was very good as well as the service.

I did a 203K home renovation Refinance through Homebridge. This is a complex loan and my team at Homebridge is doing a great job. I didn't always hear exactly what I wanted to hear and I think that is what makes Homebridge different from companies like Quicken. Homebridge told me the truth about my options and what it would cost me upfront, and then was willing to work with me through the rough patches. I can't imagine even attempting to do a 203K rehab loan with any other company.

Please do not use this company for any reason. I called today to receive a forbearance on my loan for 90 days because of the hurricane and I was told that I could receive the forbearance period but would have to pay all of it back on the fourth month. How is this supposed to help people. This is not a true forbearance. This company is shady. Stay away.

With all of the sports teams coming in here I knew it was the best time to get into the market. Their application process was very easy. Also my loan officer was very easy to work with. Whatever he promised me at the beginning of the first meeting he got it done and on time. They are excellent and I definitely will recommend them.

Never have I ever experienced such unethical and unprofessional service. We have been working on a 203k loan with these people since March of this year. Complete communication in the beginning. After they get your business, no communication or guidance as your loan rep. Wasted our time and we will probably lose the deal due to their lack to perform.

I got a loan to purchase a house, and went with the FHA 30-year fixed program. The application went very smooth with Peter’s help and professionalism. One of my favorite things about him is that he is always available, considering how the housing market out here is really competitive right now. If I needed him to change an offer or to get me an approval letter at 10:00 at night, he had it to me within 30 minutes.

A year or two ago, I had moved to Atlanta and I was leasing a house. The real estate agent recommended Michael **. He was good help all the time, telling me what loans I would qualify for. He gave me a lot of information that other agents were not giving me at the time. He was with another company then and when he left to go to Homebridge, I decided to follow him. Overall, It was a good experience. There was not a glitch at any time. I've contacted other people that are looking to move from New York and recommended Homebridge.

Manny ** was unprofessional and immature. He did not take care of me as a client and I obtained a mortgage through Wells Fargo. He is not reliable and missed many deadlines. He brought his personal issues into a professional setting and made things very uncomfortable. I will not recommend Homebridge or Manny to anyone ever again.

The experience was fine although I was expecting the worst because it had been a long time since I had refinanced or even did a mortgage. Homebridge made the application very easy. The only frustrating thing was they would ask for a certain document and I would give it to them and they would ask for more documents. I just felt that instead of asking for everything they needed at once, I just had to keep getting more and more documents. Also, the loan was more expensive than I was quoted. But other than that, the application was quick.

When I called him, he called back and was friendly and informative. Overall, I had a very favorable experience and I would use Homebridge again in the future.

But, everything worked out. Also, the execution was amazing. They had to intervene with the realtor who was quite inexperienced. John, our agent, guided him back in line. It wasn't his job description but these things are time-sensitive especially when you put a date on it because it would change everything when they don't follow the plan. All in all, I had the best experience in my life with Homebridge.

The local Calabasas CA team was absolutely outstanding in every aspect from initial phone contact through to funding. Their approach is very proactive in anticipating underwriting conditions and making sure that all borrower documents are kept current and all letters of explanation are in place. We have gotten loans on various properties for many years and I have never had such an uneventful and low stress experience with something inherently complicated. The team built a strong sense of trust and followed through on every commitment. I have no hesitation in actively recommending them to others.

Their application process was easy and their agent was real good with answering any questions. We’d call him and he’d call right back or else, we’d email him. He’s upfront and was good with us. Also, he delivered what he promised.

Homebridge purchased Prospect and this showed up unexpectedly on some of the paperwork when we were buying a house for the first time. We were really gullible then and we trusted our real estate agent. But it was a real pain because, during the whole process, we had to upload 50 different documents. They kept saying that was everything but then they asked for more, so it was not easy at all. It went on for weeks until we finally said we were not giving them any more documents. And the loan officers were not very communicative too.

I could pick up the phone, go online, and send him a message and there were no problems. If anybody is looking for somebody that’s easy to work with and knows his business, it’s Walt. Wendy ** with Prospect Mortgage approved a buyer. She was rude to all people involved. She knew there was a problem and told the agent "not to tell" then finally did 2 days before closing and ruined 3 families dreams! She says she is experienced? People should not use this company or this agent!

Prospect Mortgage was great and very helpful. The lender that I've dealt with was so pleasant. She went over and beyond and if she didn't know about some stuff I wasn't sure of, she would find it out for me and would let me know through email.

The loan officer from Prospect Mortgage was also my professor when I went to college and as a teacher, he was the best one so I thought that they're gonna be the best one as well.
