When we started the refinance process in March? May? It was a while ago, we never dreamed it would take 8 months, Alex and Shannon were stellar getting the thing done. In fact, I will go a step further and say if it hadn’t been for Alex and Shannon, we would be in the middle of a short sale right now. Alex was awesome helping us to understand the issues we were facing and the problems with getting a condo complex FHA certfiedl I am so thankful for Alex and Shannon's perseverance getting this done. Thank you so much Homebridge!

There was a lien put on our home for back child support, however two payments to child support were made rather than just the 1 and now we are fighting to get the second payment back. Very frustrated and we asked and inquired many times about the lien and the payment and was always told, "It's ok. We will take care of it, it's ok to sign the documents even with the wrong lien information on it." VERY UNHAPPY.

We refinanced a few months ago and Homebridge offered a low interest rate. However after the Government shut down, we wanted to see what options were available for us so we wouldn’t fall behind and guess what Homebridge said... “we can only help you after you default” REALLY!!? So they want your credit to get negatively reported. They offer options only after you’re late! Some mortgage lenders offer services to help before you get behind, not Homebridge! Also, good luck getting through to someone besides recordings. I always seem to get someone who directs me to another number or department. There’s so much more to say but I’m exhausted with them so I’ll finish by saying, “try this company at your own risk”... They are more about money than customer service and could care less about you as a person.

I was approved for a 203K loan with Homebridge. I was allowed to us my contractor so a contractor was referred to me by Homebridge. Apparently this was a contractor that they knew very well. The Loan Officer, Renovation Specialist, HUD Consultant, etc. they all were familiar with him & his work. Well, I closed on my loan & he told me it would take 8 weeks to complete my project. It took him 8 months!!!
The problems started 2 weeks after I moved in 1. I had to replace my garbage disposal because the "new" one that was installed by the contractor had a dead motor. 2. My pipes to my boiler were cut & I was without heat during the winter because it cost over$10K to repair, in the meantime my pipes burst. I used electric heaters to keep my house somewhat warm causing my electric bill to skyrocket to over $1000 monthly. 3. I found out that my roof that was replaced by the contractor did not pass inspection. 4. I had to hire an electrician and plumber to repair what the contractor messed up due to poor workmanship.
5. My garage was not installed to code. No safety devices were used during installation & the whole garage motor was hanging down. I had to hire another company to make repairs & install the proper safety equipment. I consulted a lawyer, MHIC & AAA. The contractor ignored all correspondences & I'm so disappointed in Homebridge for turning a blind eye. This is the absolute worst thing a homeowner can go through & for the mortgage company not to support the homeowner is very disheartening.

My experience with this financial department is a nightmare. I got a 203k loan from this company to renovate my home. 203k is actually a bad loan. Please don’t do it if you are considering it. The loan favors the bank and The contractors you hire to work on your property instead of the home owners paying for the loan. First of all there is a lot of sidekicks going on. The General Contractor, Consultant and the people working at the renovation department all know each other so they walk together.
Homebridge recommended a consultant called Dominic from Cornerstone. I did not know much about him and thought he would be good since the bank recommended him. He started my nightmare. Called Lisa ** and Sandra ** at the renovation department for next steps. My email nor phone call was ignored for days. Meanwhile they were working with Dominic on how to exit my project and leaving me in the cold. I was stonewalled by this company anytime I reach out to them. Lisa was the worst. She never wanted to talk to me. She probably has her reasons even though she has never met me. Unfortunately for me I worked with all the people already familiar with the bank so I was treated unfairly even though I am paying the loan. Just In case the bank is reading my review, I am a tough cookie to be taken advantage of and I know my rights as a consumer.

I can't get them to understand that there are 3 credit reporting agencies. They have corrected my report on 1 and not the other 2. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau multiple occasions because they won't make the corrections nor will they respond to any emails. Total lack of common sense. This goes way back to Irma and they still can't get it right. Them and Shellpoint. Totally shady companies to deal with. Homebridge can't even file the proper paperwork. They never even recorded my modification for which caused the late payments to be noted.

Every man’s dream is to own property. I heard about Homebridge through a friend and I decided to apply for a mortgage with them. I did a 30-year loan and refinance, and their process was easy. The application and underwriting was completed in about a month and everything worked well. They were pleasant, fair, and good. The rate I got from them was also a good rate. I was pretty much overall satisfied.
Hi Jose,
Glad to hear your goals were met during the home loan process with Homebridge. Thanks for your review!

Horrible experience as a first time home buyer using Homebridge. Purchased a Co-Op in NJ and unfortunately Homebridge was only one of two lenders accepted by the complex so I was stuck. I would not trust them they will give you a rate quote much lower to get you in the door - your actual rate when the loan is underwritten will be much higher.
The start of the process was great and once it comes time to get into your loan the fees and lack of transparency are insane. $1300 loan application flat fee?? Come on now - that's before you even reach the lawyer fees. Come closing the law firm Homebridge had representing them did not allow my title company to be there and said they would send a closing agent - they never did and my closing lasted an hour and a half (unheard of) - best is they were threatening for more lawyer fees if the closing lasted longer than 2 hours. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY!!!! Even both real estate agents, my lawyer, the sellers lawyer, and the Co-Op lawyer were amazed by how horrible the closing and whole process had been handled.

We were happy with the way HomeBridge did the job the first time so we used them a second time. I was buying a new home. The process was a lot easier the second time around that we did everything because we already had a relationship with them. It really wasn’t that difficult. They asked us for certain paperwork which we had. They gave us recommendations while we were going through the whole process.
For the first time, there were certain tips they gave us that could’ve affected our credit even though we were preapproved because we still had to go through the final thing at the very end. They gave us all these little tips to not fall into all the little traps that you could fall into if you are purchasing a house. They told us, “Be careful. You may wanna get that car right now, but wait until afterwards that you don’t have this on your credit and the house on you.” They were very helpful and professional throughout the whole thing.
The application and underwriting process was quicker the second time around because they had all of our financials from the previous enrollment. We just had to update them. The process took a month and a half. Colleen was the head of who we were dealing with. She was like the big boss. My wife also dealt with a couple of people on a day-to-day basis. In the end, I was happy with the terms we got. We have told a couple of people about HomeBridge.
Hi John,
Congratulations on the new home! We are happy to hear you had such a wonderful experience!

We have an existing mortgage with Homebridge and we've had them for several years. We refinanced last year with them and we’re thinking about refinancing now because the interest is down. With the existing mortgage we took out a year ago, we had some problems and issues with the application and underwriting, but it all got done good. The application process was easy enough and our rep that time did a good job. We're now just at the beginning of our new refi and we have just talked with the rep very briefly, but overall, we’re satisfied with Homebridge.

HORRIBLE experience with this company. They erroneously added INSURANCE to my mortgage despite me sending them proof 5 separate times prior at end of current 6 month term as I've been doing for 14+ months (sent via fax, email and web form). These idiots added and charged me for separate insurance stating they never received my proof of insurance. Mortgage bill went up $300 per month, and now I have TWO insurance policies. 2 1/2 months later I am still fighting with them to REMOVE the charges; phone support is completely feckless and incompetent. HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY AS ALL COSTS!

Do yourself a favor and do not allow this company to service your loan. Why? It is near impossible to speak to an actual person on the phone - their customer service department is very unprofessional. When my husband passed away I submitted paperwork 3 times before it was processed allowing me to make payments on the loan. When the estate was settled they refused to write the check to me, when I essentially paid off the $52,000 loan out of my bank account but they hung onto $2200 of my money for months. They sat on the estate settlement check for 2 month prior to mailing it out to me. The house and deed were in my name, but all checks were written to an estate account, even though I was married and submitted all paperwork to show I was the administrator. YOU STINK!!!!

I wanted to put up a review here after seeing so many people writing rave reviews about the company and their experience. My experience after having to use their loan agents as well as having them for a little over a year now is not all rainbows and sunshine. First off, the loan agents that work for Homebridge made the whole lending process the worst possible. We were rushed and had to take time out of our work week to go to the title company to sign papers because they were so disorganized and terrible. Then when we bought the home, a newly built home, they said we had to pay all the property taxes that came in because it's our responsibility even though we have a escrow account. They made the task unrealistically difficult. Paperwork was completed, faxed, and not once did I get any follow through. I was told that is my responsibility.
How do you say customer service is top notch when your customer service rep is rude and tells you that BS? I later found they paid the taxes but refused to pay the taxes that were generated between the time we started the loan process to it completing, roughly $300. I paid those myself later since I knew they were a pain to work with including the late fees.
Then comes the insurance portion. There is no way to just submit insurance paperwork to the company indicating a change in insurance. My original insurance was super expensive and when I changed to a way better cheaper one, it took an act of Congress, multiple phone calls, cancellation of my insurance, reinstatement of insurance fees, and headaches to finally get it worked out. You shouldn't have to call and yell at customer service to get something done nor should you even have to talk to someone. It's the 21st century for crying out loud, make it some simple document uploading setup like most other companies I have been serviced with.
Finally, I know companies sell loans they no longer want and blah blah blah. Never have I had a company sell its own loan to a different location of the same company. The first time they did it, they changed location and changed my account number. Now they changed it again, with no account number change, but are proposing I haven't made a payment and owe them 3 months of payment. They also never sent me a letter stating they moved or changed anything. I'm not sure what this company is trying to do but to me it seems like they are trying to make a way to default me and sell my home from under me with these manipulation games. Not happy with them at all. So some may have this sunny happy experience but wait till you really start working with them directly, they'll make you change your mind real quick.
Vatche,

It was time for me to buy a home and Homebridge Financial was one of the few providers that I talked to. It seemed the best for my situation. It was my first time buying a home and the application process wasn’t too bad. The agent that I was working with was very polite but he was very hard to get a hold of. He was probably busy but there were a couple of days in a row where I would go without hearing anything and I would have to make calls trying to figure out what was going on. I eventually got a hold of him and he answered the questions for me. However, I had to wait until I heard back from him and I couldn't get a hold of anybody else.
The communication needs to be improved but I was very comfortable with the lending process. A lot of stuff was confusing just because I'm so young but a lot of people respects this process. Also, my rate is a little high but that’s okay. Homebridge Financial is an excellent choice if you have no money down or you're a first-time home buyer.

I wanted to start a family and I never applied for a home before. So, I didn’t know what to expect in the application process with Homebridge Financial Services. It was very thorough and intrusive at times. They wanted to know everything about you and asked things to let you borrow money. There were certain things that had to get done and needed to be done a certain way, so it was understandable. Dave, the rep, helped us out a lot and made sure our paperwork was in line. I saw how dedicated he was in the end. Everybody I dealt with was helpful and if I had questions, they broke it down step by step for me. We closed at the end of October and we looked at that house back in August. I wish the interest rate was lower but that’s the market. My wife is due next month, so our family is growing and home ownership is very tiring but working with Homebridge affected my life in a good way.

Working with HomeBridge was pretty easy. The loan officer, Brian, was friendly. For the most part, he answered any questions that I had. He returned my call in a reasonable amount of time. However, I kinda got a high interest rate for my conventional loan. I didn't really know what the rate was until I got the property. I just had a pre-approval and at that time, nobody told me anything about rates. They could be more transparent. They should give the rate once someone gets pre-approved if possible.

I got a 30-year fixed loan from HomeBridge. The person who helped us with the mortgage was very nice, but I don’t think he spent enough time explaining the details to us. He was always in a rush. I think he was dealing with a lot of applications at the same time that’s why he didn’t have much time with us. He was very busy at the time. Also, the rate was higher than expected. The initial rate was much lower and I was trying to lock it, but the rep suggested I might wanna wait. So we waited and waited and the rate just got higher and higher. But the application process was pretty easy. We got the pre-approval in 7 days. It was pretty fast. The service is okay too. If I had any concerns about the loan, I just called the rep and he helped me with it. I’ll definitely recommend my friend or family members to apply for mortgage with HomeBridge.

I'm a first-time home buyer and HomeBridge was recommended by my realtor. The application process was easy even though it required a little more documentation than I expected. It seemed like there were a lot of opportunities where an unexpected thing could come in and something off balance. That didn't happen for us, but there’s a little more uncertainty in it than I expected. The rates also went up within the six months before we obtained our loan and I know rates go up, but it felt like we missed an opportunity of a lower rate by not buying six months earlier, but it was competitive and all the individuals were great. I worked with Zach and everything went smooth. It was good customer service. All in all, I’d recommend HomeBridge.

After a Costco recommendation, we got a Homebridge mortgage in June of 2018. Can't fault Costco at all, but February 1, 2019, the loan was sold. I mailed my February payment to the wrong PO Box of the NEW Homebridge. And phone call after phone call was with an incompetent employee, extremely difficult to understand, who couldn't solve it or locate my payment. The responsibility to locate the payment was mine and thankfully my credit union was proactive, provided the tracer, and very instrumental in finding the missing payment. Mid March, on a Saturday morning, a bill collector knocked on our door to present a thick packet we needed to fill out in order to avoid losing our home. Never in our life have we had a bill collector knock on our door. Shocking!
We told him we had made the February and March payments and he looked at us like, "Oh yeah, they all say they paid." Before March was over, we got two more of these packets in the mail to avoid losing our home while New HOMEBRIDGE still had not posted the missing payment correctly. More errors occurred when they finally posted the missing payment because they neglected to post the $400 for taxes and insurance. Absolute frustration with NEW Homebridge. At this point, we applied for a refinance with another lender and it funded today. Did it cost us extra money? Sure, but well worth the peace of mind to never have to deal with Homebridge ever again!

I was at an open house and a real estate agent suggested that I go to HomeBridge. He told me that it was the actual bank. So, I went and I met this officer who was very helpful. She was the most wonderful and knowledgeable woman. She made me feel very comfortable. She and her partner worked together, and they got me this house. They were wonderful to work with and they helped me as much as they could. There was one problem that they couldn't take care of that I had to get all the information stuff from Upstate New York and all that kind of stuff, and I got it the day before we were supposed to close on the house.
The process, which was between the time that I went to go see the officer until the time that I closed on the house was probably four weeks. I was shocked that it went so fast and I appreciated that they didn’t want duplicates of everything. When I bought my house on Mill Pond, they asked for my taxes three separate times the entire time so, I’ll never go with them again. I was happy when I found HomeBridge.
The things that annoyed me and made me sick when I bought my other house were the things that HMS didn't have. They just worked and told me exactly what they needed. I gave them exactly what they wanted and they went with it. I love the face-to-face and that I can go and see a person, not everything online. The rates were wonderful. I wanted more of a 20-year mortgage but they said I couldn't and I had to have a 30-year mortgage. I wasn’t too happy about but I went with it. I would definitely steer people toward HomeBridge and recommend it.

I had no prior experiences with Homebridge as I bought my house a year ago and there was no need to communicate with them. Then, I receive my Supplemental Tax statement which is MY responsibility to pay so I reach out to see if Homebridge can refund me any of my Escrow account given they have a serious overage that would help with the funds I had to pay my Supplemental Taxes with. My Escrow account was around $4900 and was on track to be well over $10K in NOV for my next tax payment. Homebridge paid $2412 in NOV 2018 and $2412 in APR 2019. The actual payments should have been $4800 so each payment was short about $2412. It makes sense WHY they didn't pay them and I clearly explained this when I contacted them on 17 and 20 MAY.
The Supervisor I spoke with clearly understood I wanted a refund or partial refund and that my request was not for Homebridge to PAY my Supplemental taxes. She then submitted a request for REFUND on 20 MAY to their Property Tax Division. I followed up on 23 May to ensure everything was on track. The Customer Service Rep I spoke with said they needed a copy of my Supplemental Taxes. I asked why as I already paid them. She said to prove I had Supplemental taxes. I then submitted my copies to their Property Tax Division with a written explanation and request for refund. I received a receipt 3 minutes later on 23 May stating they would process my request.
On 28 May I followed up and the Customer Service Rep I spoke with said my request was closed without action. I asked what this meant and she could only resubmit my request and said I should resubmit my Supplemental Taxes because she did not show they had received them despite the confirmation email I received on 23 May. I then resubmitted them on 28 May and once again received a receipt 3 minutes later. She then reopened my request for Refund and put in a callback from the Property Tax Division.
On 30 May the Property Tax Division called me back only to tell me that it was my responsibility to pay my Supplemental Taxes and that they could not refund any escrow funds as they were required to keep funds until NOV taxes were paid. I clearly explained that my account would be closing before NOV which is why I requested a refund as I was in the process of a Re-Fi for a better interest rate. She re-stated there was nothing she could do and that I would receive my escrow balance once the loan was paid in full from the Re-Fi. I understood this, and while it does delay getting my funds returned, I would eventually get them 30 days after closing.
On 3 June I then received an email stating Homebridge paid my Supplemental Taxes in Full to the County of San Diego. WHY? I never requested that they pay them and this also contradicted what the Property Tax Division had told me verbally. I call to speak with someone on 5 June only to find out they cannot do anything about this despite 4 phone calls and 2 written requests to include two calls from Homebridge the weeks prior to them making any payment.
Their customer service system is so divided that they do not know what the other sections are doing nor can they ever escalate a problem once you contact them. At the end of the day, they totally went against what they told me which is why I never followed up after my last phone call. There was no need to given the fact I understood the funds would eventually come back to me. As of today, I called the County and they informed me of two things:
1) If Homebridge stops payment I would incur a fee despite they already show taxes are paid.2) If Homebridge completes the payment then the county would return the payment to Homebridge despite my account being closed by then, meaning I now have to wait even longer to include paying a fee to the county.
Along these same lines, after I was told by the Property Tax Division that they could not refund any of my funds despite me closing my account prior to NOV tax season, I submitted a customer service survey that was sent to me. After my comments, an employee from the Resolution Department called me on 1 June from Homebridge who stated my complaint was reasonable and that a sub-Division of Homebridge called Cingular I believe is who processes property taxes for them. He stated that my request should have been reasonable and that, at this point, just leave things as-is because I was closing my account.
Two days later Homebridge paid my Supplemental Taxes. STAY AWAY FROM MAKING ANY MISTAKES WITH THIS COMPANY. Not to mention, I was offered a 3.5% loan and the best they could do was 4.35%. They clearly need some work in practicing LISTENING to the Customer, Customer FEEDBACK, and TAKING ACTION at the APPROPRIATE LEVEL.

I was making a subsequent home purchase, and Homebridge was initially recommended by my real estate agent. I had a few conversations with the mortgage broker and ran through the paperwork process. Everything was done electronically for the most part, like PDFs. There was some back and forth with my buying and selling the house, but the whole process was about 40 days. I worked most closely with Brian and I appreciate that he was available. We had to take care of some things on some nights in the weekends, here and there, and answer questions, and sometimes you need something that can’t wait until Monday. The rate of the mortgage was good and competitive. One thing that ended up being cheaper was I had to pay PMI, and the Homebridge PMI amount was significantly less than the other bank's. Overall, it was a good experience with Homebridge. Everything went well.

I got a mortgage from HomeBridge Financial Services for a new home purchase. I had to choose them because it went through the builder so I felt stuck with HomeBridge. Their application process wasn’t bad. However, there were a few glitches here and there and there was a lack of communication. The house was a new build, we started the process six months before the actual close. I would have never done it if I was getting it on my own because. They kept needing the same documentation over and over every single month. It was very tiring to continue to present that information. They kept saying that the closers need to have the documents but we’re not closing for six plus months. They ran my credit report and asked me for bank accounts five times. That was frustrating and I didn’t enjoy that at all. The application and underwriting process took about seven months. We got delayed.
The loan officer was very nice at the beginning when we first started. But as we started getting into it, his communication just fell off. The administrator was very nice, but she was stuck between a rock and a hard place. She didn’t have the authority of the loan officer, and she was at the mercy of the underwriter to get the paperwork and she was trying to be as friendly as possible.
The rate and terms that I received from HomeBridge were standard. I checked the rates, and they were comparative to other places. I had to go back to them about getting a better appraise. Their first appraisal came back at almost half of what was the regular within the neighborhood and I challenged it. I had to use them because they were giving a $15,000 closing cost credit. I told the loan officer, “Look, I know you can adjust the rates based on customers and based on credit ratings and I can tell you exactly where I am and what rate I should get. And this is the rate that I want, so if you provide me with anything higher, I’ll toss the $15,000 out the window. I don’t care. I’ll go to a different bank.” They did a second appraisal and a comparison with three places that I had to go find. I felt that I was doing their job for them. It was a bit disappointing. They weren't horrible but I would never use HomeBridge again and I would not recommend them.

We were buying a new house and Homebridge's application and underwriting process didn't take very long at all. But in terms of the rate and terms of the mortgage we received, it could have been lower. Also, the biggest holdup we had was the buyers of our house. It took them freaking long. Other than that, everything was good and Homebridge was great.

I trusted my realtor, the person who showed us the homes, and used Homebridge Financial Services. However, the experience was not so good. It felt like everything was always getting lost. They would ask me for the same things in three different ways and it was really frustrating. I felt like I was being targeted because I’m self-employed. I’ve been preparing to buy a home for almost two and a half years. I get that in 2014 the rules were changed because everybody was getting loans that they couldn't pay back and I totally respect that. But it was just so difficult mentally and physically, I was sick, literally, over the whole thing. I know why I pushed through though. I've been looking for a spot like this for three years. We’ve only been there a month and I’ve gotta have $10,000 worth of worth to put a French drain around the house because we’re chronically being flooded out.
I called Jess. She said that it was a course and asked if I approved of the course. I said that I’d pay $75 and asked if the course was something I could finish in a night. She said I could do it in a couple of nights. It took well over 30 hours. I’m running a business. I’m taking care of my dad. I’m trying to go through getting a loan.
I bought a new car in 2016 and paid ahead four times in two and a half years. The underwriter would not accept it. I went to the bank and I had to go back until 2016 and show Homebridge every payment. But because I did double payments on some months, there were a few months that showed no payment and they were looking at it as if I didn't make a payment. It took three trips to the bank. My bank finally called the underwriter and ended up sending the same letter they sent me the first time. Homebridge finally approved it.
They also asked me for obvious things. They asked how long I have been in business and said that they needed a business license. I gave my occupancy permit because that was what I had. I couldn't run a business without it. And they said that they needed the business permit so I went to my bank for the fourth time due to all these hoops Homebridge wants me to jump through.
I felt like the spawn of Satan was coming up through the woodwork with the underwriters. I've told them we made over $350,000 in my business, but they don't believe me. I said that I was trying to run a business and have 22 people that work for me. Then, Homebridge asked me to do other work which I've already provided them with, which they either lost or want to be written in a different way. It got so frustrating that I almost walked away twice. At one point they said they needed a copy of the check for $1,000. I said that I gave them a copy for 500 for the loan application and 500 for something else. At the end of the day, they said that they messed up and never asked me for the $1000 check. I spent three days on a weekend freaking out.
Wendy was very kind but she was only gonna do what the underwriters tell her to do. I am the most patient in the world, but they got the best of me. There are so many people who ask why am I going with Homebridge. I said that I so deep into it that I don’t know how to change it. Then the lawyer said that I was gonna get information and that they were gonna send the copy of the mortgage to me in two weeks. It has been seven weeks. I sent Wendy a text a couple of days ago. I said that I never received anything and wanna know what the property line was. She said that was Jessica’s problem, not hers. I spent 4:30 this morning before I got to work looking through all my old emails and sent a note telling Jess that I never got a copy of the mortgage. Homebridge's whole process was not very good.

When I first bought my house in Owosso, my loan was through HomeBridge Financial Services. I had them for almost two years and then it got sold to NewRez but the whole time I was with HomeBridge, I was happy with everything. Their website is set up well for online payment. Their application process was a cakewalk. Jim, the guy I was working with, made it simple. He gave me all the information that I needed. He was spot on as far as responding and answering the questions that I had and everything was done in a timely manner. Everything was done professionally and he put my mind at ease. Also, the rate and the terms were good. I had been approached by NewRez about a refi and then I had gotten a call from Jim and I just felt more comfortable with Jim and what his company had to offer. The rates were, if not the same, better. I was happy with everything.

It was easy although there were some issues because this was happening during the government shutdown. But that was certainly not the mortgage company’s fault. It was our wonderful congress people. Plus once the shutdown ended, we got approved fairly quickly. The rate was fine too. It was in line with what other companies were offering. Sandy was awesome too. I’d go back to him again.

I was building a house with Medallion Homes and Homebridge Financial Services was one of the recommended lenders, so I went with them and it all worked out. I went with the VA and the application process was very easy. I talked with Homebridge on the phone and they sent me all the documents on time. It was simple. They kept me updated along the way. My prices would change when I would do my structural changes and I did my inside design. And within two or three days, Medallion would update them. It was informative, so I appreciated it.
There were about three or four female reps that worked with me with the different aspects of the process and they knew what they were talking about. They were upfront. They didn't smokescreen me and they got me the best deal that they could possibly get me. And when it came to interest rates, they gave me all my options. They also gave me multiple options when it came down to making a decision.

I wanted to buy a house. I was looking at this house and a realtor led me to Homebridge Financial Services. I then decided to get a USVA loan from them and they were an awesome company. I filled out my application over the phone and they helped me with it. A lady then called me back and took my information. That whole process didn't take long and went like clockwork. While I was comfortable with the process of getting the loan and it didn't take long, it was a little frustrating because Homebridge told me that the loan was a government loan and they asked for certain things. I had to get some things straight with my situation once I first got started and then after I did that, I had to wait because of the type of loan that I was dealing with.
Since the government was in my stuff, when I took money to the bank, they wanted to know where it came from. That made me a little frustrated. Someone should have told me to not put money in the bank because of that. Also, something wasn’t done correctly on my taxes and that really set back the process for six months since you have to wait six months to get things like that corrected. I was a little upset, but that was the process. But then I came back with the whole thing amended and the process moved on properly.
Working with Homebridge was really awesome though. The man I worked with helped me and was comforting. He called me every step of the way, asking me if I was okay, if I've found a house, and how was everything going. Then, since I wasn't gonna deal with the computer, I went over to their office and he was there. He helped me scan things, write a letter using such and such, and if there was something I didn't understand, I would ask him and he would explain it to me.
I also worked with Amanda and she was awesome as well. I started dealing with Dallas but then we would only talk via email. I learned how to send emails via my phone and then I would call Amanda and it seemed like she was working more closely with Dallas. I would also call Amanda if I was having a problem and she would always answer her phone. I would probably go back to them so they can help me with something else I’m trying to do.

HomeBridge works with Adams Homes, and when I was looking at different models, somebody was sitting there. I decided to look into a mortgage with HomeBridge for the convenience. I’ve never bought a house before, so I don’t really know where to compare their application process to, but it seemed good and I got my house. It's a brand-new home, so I got kinda pre-approved, and then the builder didn’t finish my house until maybe seven months after I initially started on my mortgage. It wasn't HomeBridge’s fault but the builder's.
There were four people that I worked with all the time, including Tom, my loan originator. As far as the rate of the mortgage, I’m okay with it but it could be better. I was really new and I didn’t know what I was doing a lot of times, so I asked a lot of questions and I probably got annoying. But there were enough people in the group, that somebody could help me out if I needed help. Everything about my experience with HomeBridge was pretty cool, and I’d recommend them.

I applied for a 30-year fixed loan pre-approval before we even found our place because I knew our place would sell fast, and it did. It sold in four days. So, I knew we had to have stuff lined up and ready. The entire process with Homebridge took probably five weeks and things went okay. The only problem I had with them was having so much stuff done on the computer like doing the electric signing.
The lady who stayed on the phone with me gave me all the information, and I had it all ready for her. She told me which buttons to hit and sent me everything. She was very nice. I told her that our life is in folders so I took those to her ‘cause I didn’t feel comfortable with doing it online. I’m 72 years old and it was very challenging for me, but I'm sure my kids would have loved it. She didn’t know that we were coming in that day. I was just gonna drop the information but she came right out and said, “Come on in, sit down.” She took the time to go over the stuff and reassure us which I really appreciated. And when she was gonna trade those off to the underwriters, she always sent me an email.
However, their rates were higher than the last place we bought. But we had a very bad experience the last time two years before with Bank of America. We’d lived in the place for four years and bought it after two. There were no problems with our credit but ten days before closing, they called and said that they weren't gonna give us our loan just because they didn't like our HOA. And so, our seller financed us. She knew us from being her renters for two years, and she felt very comfortable doing that with us. We didn’t have the closing fees then. So now, we were shocked to have all these charges with Homebridge. But that’s what happens when you go through a mortgage company. Nevertheless, I would have no problem recommending them.

Everything seemed pretty easy and simple with Homebridge. The application process for the 30-year fixed loan went very smoothly and took a couple of weeks. They got me the forms and an online access. I sorted things out, met with them and signed everything. But since the purchase was happening so fast and I hadn't bought a house for over 30 years, I got confused which one was the escrow company and which one was for my loan. They could've explained their role better even though the average normal human being would already know that. Nevertheless, Susan, my loan officer, was there every time. I was like the lame duck asking her stupid questions, and she was very nice and helpful at all corners. She did everything by the book and by the dot. She was perfect and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I could’ve gotten better rates, but I liked my Realtor, Susan and the other people I was working with, so I went with it.

I trusted Julie who is my mortgage broker from Homebridge. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable with her and on what she had to say. Her experience was very valuable and I’m glad I went with her. Also, obtaining my mortgage was relatively easy because of the DocuSign process. I got a VA loan and thought that it was gonna be the same rate no matter where we went. But the costs were exorbitant in terms of the title. It seems like there were a lot of duplicative costs. And for the service that Homebridge provided, the cost was more money than it would have been. The rates have probably come down since, but there's not much that I can do about that. Nevertheless, Julie explained that the rate was different every day, and she helped me to understand that.

I was 45 days late on my mortgage due to a medical condition, I accept responsibility for that, when I contacted Homebridge and entered into a payment agreement with them. When final payment was to be paid I was told my loan had been transferred and my loan number could not be located. They tried to reassure me by telling me not to worry. They can't charge any late fees or report late payments for 30 days and that I should try back in a week or so.
I got different excuses every time I called them for an entire month. As the 30 days had passed now my loan number had changed and they notified me that now I was in default and they could go forward with foreclosure proceedings. I was also informed that they had no records in my file prior to the transfer, all the while I was told my mortgage was no longer serviced by Homebridge (I am still with Homebridge).
A repayment agreement was reached, I held up my end and paid a substantial "down payment" of said agreement, only to find out less than a week later that they had "deleted" the agreement. They also informed me that I am now in danger of losing my home if I don't pay them the full balance immediately. I now know, from my own research, that this "transfer" was in fact an internal transfer and my loan is still serviced by Homebridge. All I want is to keep my home, the roof over mine and my kids' heads, that dream seems to be fading fast. My advice to you, is this, if you're looking for a lender look elsewhere.

I was looking for a house and I looked at different mortgage companies. Homebridge happened to fulfill my needs, and I got an FHA loan from them. They went through an extensive stuff from two years back including my history of accounts and earning, income, savings, my jobs, insurance letters from the employers, and all my assets. They checked everything. The application process was lengthy and tiring, and we have done minor things repeatedly. They wanted to be clear. I provided all the information, and that went through, and finally, the application was approved.
I was not happy that my closing cost was a little more than I was expecting. I thought $7,000 would be maximum, but it was more than that. But they provided the best they could with the currents rates. They kept me informed about the stuff in case the rates will go down in the future and that I could refinance within five years. They were diligent and on top of all things. I worked with Warren and he kept me posted on the required stuff. He was texting and emailing, and calling me.
I'm comfortable with Homebridge. They respond quickly to my questions and they educate you on the payments, the interest, and everything. They are good and they make things work. And in the beginning, they'll tell you about certain things that need to be satisfied before the loan gets approved. I would recommend Homebridge and I would go with them again.

Got the application completed, sent in all the required information. My loan was approved relatively quick, just a matter of a couple of weeks. Then on closing day, 30 minutes prior to closing the loan office email me, no phone call, and told me that I'd need to bring more funds to closing?
Fortunately I had it. And really couldn't argue as to why... I was homeless at the moment. I had closed on my other home hours before this closing. Then came my first payment. It was sent to the address I was given at the closing. It took 6 six weeks for them to post it...unfortunately it was the day after I had stopped payment on it! I heard every excuse in the book. The only thing I didn't hear was an apology. I would not ever recommend Homebridge. I'm in the process of looking for another mortgage company to refinance now. BUYER BEWARE OF HOMEBRIDGE!

They asked a lot more than the first time I bought a house. That was a real smooth and easy transaction. This one was not.
They didn’t understand that we were not in the same city as they were and they were wanting stuff right away. I hadn't thought nothing of it initially but when I noticed my very first payment is lost in cyber space I started becoming very concerned. I have been attempting to contact the new payment location with zero success. No matter the time or day I call they are always experiencing heavy call volume. So heavy that I can't even reach someone waiting 20+ minutes on hold. I can never get through to inquire about my first payment.
It has been since February 20th when the new location was established and I have been calling 3/4 times per week, again without any contact. Getting my mortgage through HomeBridge was a great experience, and the first 6 months of my payments and communications were a breeze. Suddenly, I was being transferred to some company that performs "various servicing functions" for HomeBridge. The last 6 times I've called, no matter what time of the day or night they are "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" and each time I have waited 15+ minutes only to be disconnected. It is literally impossible to get Customer Service on the phone.
Also, on the original website I was able to make half of my mortgage payment every 2 weeks, which was something I made sure I would be able to do before I signed my mortgage. Now suddenly I am no longer allowed to do that via the website but was told I could call customer service twice a month (joke's on me, they don't answer) and PAY $5 each time they do me a favor and process my payment. This transfer has ruined what was a great experience all around and I am disgusted to think that I'll have to deal with this type of service for the next 29 years. I'm going to check out what else can be done because it is really that bad.

There was a couple of times I wished he had communicated with me a little bit better. There were some instances where he knew about something, and I didn't know anything about it. Also, the Realtor we had known nothing about it. So, that's something where if we could have communicated a little bit better, that could have been done a little faster.
The application and underwriting process took about two months. There was just a lot of stuff going on with the property -- it wasn't necessarily anything with Homebridge, just the property. The survey wasn't correct, so we had to get resurveyed. Then when they resurveyed it, something wasn't on the property like it was supposed to be, so we had to go buy land from the neighbor. It was just a pain. Still, going through the loan was comfortable. I personally contacted Greg or a member of his team, he would get to me pretty reasonable as far as time frame. The rates and the terms I got were comparable to other prices. Working with Homebridge got me a new house, and we're happy in it. They had done good for us and pretty much sent out all the communication. We were scared a couple of times, but I was pleased with the overall process.

I wasn’t transferred recently to the New Jersey office of Homebridge and they didn’t take my payment out until the 22nd when it should have been on the 5th. I called before on the 10th to see why. They said their system was updated and I could mail my payment in. They said it was ok if it was late because of the transfer of mortgage servicers. I mailed it in. Didn’t want to be late regardless. Now today 6 days later Homebridge has deducted 5 more payments from my account in the same week and cashed my check that’s 6 payments taken and only one owed. When I call they are so busy they aren't taking messages and calling back. In 48 HOURS. WHAT 48 hours. Omg 350 on nsf fees and 6 payments of almost 8000!!! Omg I’m looking to refinance even for a larger rate just to get out of their portfolio. Refinance in coming your way. Oh and did I mention I am a realtor and this will not be told to clients in a good way. Smh.

Their website is very basic and not customer friendly. They prefer you to call for everything so they block many online processes that is customary with other service providers. You have to call to request your escrow analysis, get your payoff amount, etc. Additionally, in a little over a year, they have changed their website (moving mortgage from one bill processing center to another) 2 times. For some reason, they change your loan number and make it an obstacle to pay your bills on time. It is all super customer unfriendly. They also will make you prove your insurance or pay a penalty each year even if YOUR INSURANCE STAYS THE SAME!!!

I needed to refinance my house to get a fixed rate so I went to Homebridge. I've used Homebridge in the past for some other business, and know some people that have used Homebridge in the past as well. The process was very easy. I knew the loan officer, so she made it very easy. She is very smart, knows her business and communicates well. She's also friendly and very helpful. I did everything online and they mailed me and I sent them documents. They locked in a rate and we went to closing. Everything was smooth as silk. The lending process was very, very effective, very efficient and very fair. The rates and terms of Homebridge were good and very competitive as well. So if you're looking to refinance, use them.

My Client is trying to get a payoff demand statement in order to close her escrow and pay off her loan. Homebridge was notified 3 weeks in advance by escrow. In the meantime my client's loan was transferred to another company (Homebridge failed to tell us it was just another division of their own company). Why? In the meantime even though we and the escrow had called several times (per day) No one would go out of their way to help us in a pressure situation.
It was their internal problem causing our delay putting my client in jeopardy of losing the home they are in process of purchasing. I don't understand this kind of customer service? When I make a mistake I go out of my way to correct it especially if could hurt any of my customers. NOT ONE AGENT FROM HOMEBRIDGE WANTED TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US, and they wanted us call them back? Their mistake and they want us to call them back? Bottom line, they didn't offer to go out of their way.

We were purchasing a home and sought a mortgage with HomeBridge. The process of obtaining the mortgage was a pain in the butt and the lending process took two months. It was not an easy task and there were lots of paperwork and things that had to be done, but that was due to what is required and there wasn't anything that HomeBridge had to do with that. Providing all of the paperwork that is required for loans these days is crazy. The application process, though, was fine and easy. Scott, the rep who processed our loan, is a good guy. He was very helpful and was Johnny-on-the-spot with any questions. We were very comfortable working with him and our dealings with him were excellent. In the end, things all came together and went well. We're now in the house. Those guys at HomeBridge were great.

I was looking for a refinance and I heard good things about HomeBridge. The application process with them was easy and simple. The lending process went smoothly and it was all right. The process of obtaining the refi was simple. It was a little time-consuming and took a couple of months, but that was more on my part and wasn't due to any circumstances on HomeBridge's part. The rates that I received are a little lower and a lot better than that of the banks, but not as great as the rates that I had. Other than that, HomeBridge was really helpful and I was very comfortable working with them. They told me how to push up my credit score and I got that all settled out. They made a few phone calls to various people and got my score up by 80 points.

During the process of applying for mortgage financing, I was asked several times by different people to provide documents that I had already supplied. After financing was processed, I received a letter instructing on how to set up automatic withdrawal payment for my loan at myloan.homebridge.com and I did so. Shortly after that, I received a notice that the loan was being transferred to another loan processor and to not pay Homebridge. Somewhat contradictory. Then I received a letter saying my ACH had been canceled successfully and to submit future payments to Homebridge. This is very confusing, to say the least.

Initially, I went through Chase because that was who we had our mortgage with. However, there was not a lot of knowledge behind it and it was frustrating. My sister used Homebridge and I sought out Michelle, my loan originator. I met her once when my sister was going through the process when she was purchasing her own little place not too long ago. The Chase rep was nice enough, but when I told them that I was reaching somewhere else and that I wanted to know what my options were, they started getting a bit pushy and I didn't like that at all. I turned and reached out to Michelle and we stuck with her.
We had a lot of complications trying to get a lot of paperwork together, but Michelle was extremely helpful. She would turn around and go back to whoever she has to answer to and ask if she got stuck with something or needed further assistance. She knew how she'd reach out to her superiors and they made it work. Even if I had any additional questions, I felt really comfortable calling her. She was extremely personal and I feel like I made a friend along the way. It was because of her that made everything go smoother. Even when my husband's home, I'm pretty much on my own but she always made herself available. Everyone at Homebridge took a part in this to make it happen, but she had a huge part in it.

Everything moved quickly with the lending process. We had so much going on because the house we were buying was a new construction. So, we had the first appraisal and we weren't sitting around waiting. The rep who processed our loan application was good and we were comfortable working with him. He knew his stuff and there weren’t any changes or surprises. We communicated mostly through email and he was very effective in that. Homebridge was great in how they worked with us to help us close our loan, but the closing cost could have been cheaper. Nevertheless, our experience with them was smooth and good and there weren’t any hidden transactions or hidden fees.

We're both 46 years old and we wanted to do something for the future and for our family. We wanted to buy a new home so we looked into getting a mortgage. I wanted to work with someone else but HomeBridge was the financing company that the people we bought the house from were using and providing that we use their services, we had a few kickbacks on our benefit. So, we decided to go with HomeBridge. We got approved quickly but the application process was not upfront. Chris was the head of things and my wife asked him what was going on and told him that our application has been in there for a month. He said he would look into it. He then told us that it was sitting on someone’s desk for a month and a day or two after that, everything started going forward on their behalf. Everything was done in a timely fashion on their end once the ball got rolling and outside of that day, I was comfortable working with them.
If I had my way at the time, I would've changed my mind to go with someone else because of that situation. However, we were stuck because we had to use that company through the people that we were buying a home from. So, when things hit their desk, to have an opportunity to give somebody some money, go through with it. The rate could have been a little better but they told me that it was better to lock it in at that time which was in December or I cannot lock the rate in at the time of my closing. So, we had no choice. Still, HomeBridge is a great company to go with. You have to make sure as you're going about the loan that you can stay on top of the people because not getting into a house in quite some time, we were dumbfounded. We felt that everything was being worked at in a timely fashion until we finally called and asked what was going on.

Failing to meet the closing date was not an option. I will never recommend Homebridge to anyone.

Because Rosario did not want to discuss my concern any longer she told me that if I kept talking she was going to hang up on me which is what she did. I have had my loan 2 years and it was sold last month. They audited my loan and my escrow is short $2000.00 plus!! No one has ever contacted me from Homebridge in 2 years and my escrow papers each year and docs don't show a shortage?! Someone is fudging something somewhere! My loan payment changed the very first month by $70-less - that was 2 years ago. Guess what? That was the USDA fee they were supposed to be taking out monthly - but instead were just cutting a check at the end of 2017 and 2018 without my knowledge and that is what put me in the negative - and yes I have all supporting docs to verify.
Now I owe money that I don't have and the new loan company wants it in 2 weeks or add $175.00 to my monthly bill to catch up! Isn't the USDA loan supposed to be so people can afford a home? I can't afford this new monthly payment because someone doesn't know how to do their job - and were covering it up for 2 years, without notifying me and changing figures on docs.

The end result is that we were approved for the loan and we were able to purchase the house. That is a good thing looking at it from a big picture perspective. But when it comes to the process, as complex as it might be, we are supposed to be working with professionals and their goal should be an easy and stress free experience for their client. To be fair, they make it easy when it comes to signing papers and they are very pleasant to deal with, but (at least in my case) they made several errors when it comes to paperwork.
From getting my last name wrong, to the wrong house address to the wrong loan amount. I caught many of the ones I was able to, but leaves me wonder how many other errors they made and I just couldn't catch them, and also I have my concerns about those errors cause me to pay more money. Another thing that bothered me is that we had almost 4 months to get it done because the house was being built. With that much time, there should have been no rush that caused errors. I would recommend Homebridge, but I want to make sure I express my concerns.

I needed some work done on my house and I couldn’t afford it. My wife and I are co-owners of the property, so in order to get on with anything with the property, I needed to get a loan and refinance my house. It serves two purposes. A friend of mine at my church told me to get the 203(k) rehab loan from HomeBridge rather than trying to sell the house so then I could keep the house and get the work done.
A couple of times there was a delay in getting feedback to me. The process took longer than I expected, about a couple of months. I felt like there was this big discoordination among the different people processing the loan like this account. I thought it should have been with professional leaders. Also, there was some miscommunication especially when I was informed, like at what point I'd turn over the details. It wasn’t really looked into thoroughly enough, and it ended up making me think something else. They did not communicate and sometimes, they would not communicate with each other. They would not let me know about why they didn’t get the thing.
As soon as I got the loan, the issue was with the financing. What happened was that the contractor was to get the money, but first, he’d sign for a waiver. The lady checked into it and in fact, she was wrong. That made me get in the money. She was asking where she would get the money and this person probably didn’t know that there was not a change. So, I was disappointed that some people didn’t know what they should have known. But the people are friendly enough and were courteous. They were great, they could make it work, they knew how the process worked.

The application and underwriting process with them took about a month which could have be done faster, but I knew that there were a lot of people involved, like the sellers and realtors. So, it was understandable. Their negotiator was helpful and I was impressed when he walked home from his office after work. I wouldn’t mind doing business with them again in the future for refinancing or buying a new house. However, I would recommend other people to get involved on different mortgages before they settle with one.

So I received a letter about payment options, about how they have a convienent online option or how you can mail a check like it was still 1990. On the same day, I also received one regarding that they sold my loan to a company with no convienent online payment option. In New Jersey. So, thanks a lot for that. Makes my life so much easier. Getting the loan isn’t the whole experience, it’s also the paying of said loan. So thanks for not caring.

I like Homebridge Financial Services, so I decided to get a mortgage from them for a new home. The loan officer, Bryan, was nice to me and I felt comfortable working with him. He gave me a hand and explained everything. He taught me how to do everything. I felt good about the application process, as well as the rate and terms that I got. It took six months to get my loan closed and everything was good with the lending process.

The property that we purchased was a family sale. There was a built-in equity on the property and I have no downpayment. I called my loan officer in HomeBridge, and he was very good because he told me that I could get the loan without a downpayment. I filled out the application, then they pulled the credit, gave me the estimate and ordered the appraisal. We did the application and underwriting process in 25 days and it was quicker than any previous mortgage that I had. The guy that I was working with was very good. But I received a higher rate because of the existing rate.
Our loan originator is always available any time of the day, week, and even weekends. Even after office hour, he answered the calls. However, I’ve been doing business with them for almost several years and closed more than 10 mortgages already, but I don’t see any special discounts or loyalty customer reward. I tried to ask for a discount, but they said they already gave me, but I didn’t see much of it. Other than that, I always recommend HomeBridge. I'm a realtor and every time I have inquiry, they are my first choice of lenders.

I was buying a house in San Antonio and I looked into a mortgage. A real estate broker recommended Homebridge and I went with their 30-year fixed program. Their rate was fair, however, the process was difficult because of some of the things that have happened in my life. My husband had died and I hadn’t worked that much because I was putting my house on the market. And so, our earning history was a little lacking for the past 18 months. I kept having to give new information and provide more documents, and it was harrowing.
The reps at Homebridge would tell me about the documentation that I needed. But they should improve in asking for documents that they knew I was gonna eventually have to have. Because I was going back and forth between Weatherford and San Antonio, and sometimes the documents were in Weatherford and I didn’t have them right away. And if I had a better list, I could’ve done better. But other than that, the interactions with the loan reps was good and they were always available.

Homebridge was recommended by a realtor and I went with their 30-year fixed, conventional loan program. The application and underwriting process took about three weeks to be completed. The process was easy, but the communication from the agents and the clarity of loan requirements could have been improved. They first tried to sell me a loan and it was around 170,000, although I only needed 140-some thousand. In my past loans, I've always been able to say, "Okay, I want whatever x-amount of dollars, and if I'm 10 over or 10 under, it doesn't really matter." But with Homebridge, it was a big deal to have an exact number on everything, so at the end of the game, I had to come up with 10 grand of cash out of pocket and dump it in on the loan.
Also, the loan officer didn't have all the information and there was a lot of mixed information communicated. I almost left and went through another lender. We emailed back and forth. When they sent me something, I would correct them and send it back, then they'd ask me for the same forms over again and we would do it again.

I had a perfect record of making each and every payment on my home loan to Homebridge. In fact, I even overpaid each month. I never was late, never missed a payment. Homebridge sold my loan to Ditech but kept my last payment. Now, Ditech claims I am one month in arrears because Ditech expected that payment and Homebridge was supposed to transfer the payment to Ditech. Homebridge failed to transfer the payment. Now I am getting letters from Ditech threatening me with foreclosure and discussing my rights once that process begins if I do not make up the payment that they expected. How can Homebridge benefit from the sale of mortgages but be so incompetent about accurate bookkeeping? I am innocent of any missed payment and that last payment to Homebridge was supposed to be transferred to Ditech according to Homebridge's information sent out prior to the sale. Incompetent banking.

I was affected by hurricane Irma and was put in a program where you had 90 days to pay without any late fees as long as at the end of 90 days you had all payments caught up. Well I did this and they distributed my last payment to principal instead of my January payment. I received 1 letter in May saying I was over 30 days behind. I immediately contacted them to get the issue resolved. When I asked why they showed me past due because I had checked my back records and didn't show it his response was, "I'll send you a print out of your payments and you can compare it with your bank statement." No we need to go over it. We finally found the problem and rep stated he would get the issue corrected AND was suppose to update my address. Well he didn't. I started receiving credit bureau alerts about a past due account and it was Homebridge.
So I called Homebridge and the automated system asked to verify my account so I did and got a recording. My account had been transferred to another financial institution and gave me the number. I called them and was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally get a rep and she was unable to help me because she could only see my payment for September due account just being transferred and said I needed to call Homebridge, so I did. It asked for account verification again and I knew it would just give the same recording so I tried pushing one, asking for customer service and it finally hung up on me. They had one other option which was speak to a rep about my account being transferred, so I went thru my whole spiel again only to get "I can't help you!!!" She said she would transfer me to customer service directly so I wouldn't have to wait again. Well after 27 minutes I hung up.
Desperate to get help, I went to Homebridge corporate page online and sent a email, also called the branch manager in Brunswick that started my loan Milton, he called back. But again "I can't help you." So the next day a manager named Tom ** called me, again I had to explain the issue!!! So come to find out the 1st rep I spoke to dispersed the money and he did it incorrectly. Also he didn't update my address when I asked and apparently my payment changed due to escrow. AND I was unaware because I was never notified due to the wrong address!!! So a partial payment was sitting in limbo at the new lender they transferred me to!! So we get that straight, and back to getting my money dispersed properly.
Here were go again. "I CAN'T HELP YOU," because the program I was in was due to hurricane Irma. I have to go thru Nkenge ** senior manager of loss something or Kellie ** another manager. He also, said they are both very busy so you might have to continue to call them to GET one. Okay after all the time I've spent on hold and all the people that "CAN'T HELP ME" the managers won't even take ownership and help me!!! This affecting my credit score. I'm sure I'm paying more interest due to their negligence!!! So I have left messages for both managers above 2 days ago and NO RESPONSE!! So most of my vacation, I have spent dealing with this. My last resort is looking to get a attorney!! RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Their people called me 10x today and when I answered said nothing and hung up. First call back to them they said they transferred my mortgage. Second man said it was because it was late. Third woman said that’s the collections number but it shouldn’t be sent there and had no clue why it was. Fourth woman just now said it goes after the 17th of the month. I was REALLY happy with them. Now not so much and I’m still pretty confused. I’ve never had a mortgage company send an account to collections for 5 days especially when the balance is scheduled to be taken out Friday.

We financed a home with Homebridge FS. Big mistake. We were treated from the beginning very bad, during the process of purchasing the loan even though we were putting down 33% of the value of the home, had hundreds of thousands of dollars in 401 K plans, jobs that were paying in the $300 k a year and over 800 credit score.
To make it even worst on Jul 16 the principal was $55541.59. I did send 2 checks to HFS that were cashed as follows: (one for 54 K cashed on 07 16 2018 and another one cashed by HFS on 07/17/2018. Our next payment was not due until Aug 1st 2018. So we thought that we are in the clear and waited to hear from HFS. In the beginning of August my wife called them and was told that they do not have yet the paperwork together but will call her back in 2 days. NOBODY called and eventually I called on August 13 2018, when I found out after I talked to 3 Customer service that the payment of $1541.59 was never applied to my account and now we were due to pay another $79.29 -that included a $62 late fee.
I asked the Customer service why the $1541.59 the remaining balance on our principal was not applied not even after on the 13th of August I made a ACH Payment for the $79.29 balance. Turned out it was not paid and on the 17th of August 2018 HBS sent a letter where is telling us that we are delinquent on paying the August payment. Worst mortgage company ever, AVOID doing business.

I was with another lender, but my loan officer, Carlie, moved to Homebridge and I had already started the process with her. She matched the interest rates and I went ahead and stuck with her. Also, she matched my personality. She works for Homebridge, but I felt like she was looking up for me. It was kind of mutual, her taking care of me as a customer and taking care of Homebridge affairs because that is the company she represents. I came in with the name of the company that she came from. Homebridge had me at 5% and then her old boss reached out to me and he offered the rate that I have. It’s about 4.875. Carlie said that they were gonna match it up and they were not gonna lose me as a customer. Her boss was not gonna allow that over whatever percent that was. I wasn’t trying to throw that out there like I had with the deal, but she initiated it because she probably has more experience with that than I do.
The application and underwriting process was just a few weeks. I had a couple of hiccups but they weren’t major ones. We were able to catch them and as long as we were able to identify it and rectify it, it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience. I just made my first payment and it was easier when I’m accustomed to, like any other bill versus having to go above and beyond for something like home mortgages. Overall, everything is okay.

We got a traditional mortgage with Homebridge Financial Services and the few times I talked to their reps, they were very helpful. They answered all my questions and were very polite all the time. When we started working on the loan, the process wasn't complicated. Everything was very smooth and their reps always communicated to us about what we needed to do. It took a bit longer though because the house was under construction at the time, but they did great with us.

We looked into a mortgage for a new home and Homebridge was recommended by my real estate agent. This is probably the sixth mortgage I’ve ever done, but it was pretty simple. I got the upfront list of things, provide those to them, and we just got it done. The application to approval took a little bit less than 21 days to the final approval. The loan originator Sandy was great and very responsive by email and by phone. I also got a good rate. The whole experience was great. From the time that I flew down to the desert to look at the property till our close date was exactly 30 days. I can’t ask for better than that. I’d recommend the process and I’d tell everybody.

I lost my job and started missing my mortgage payments. During the process of trying to repair my life, foreclosure was filed against me. Before the foreclosure auction date that would have forced me out of my home with my children and no place to go, I was able to file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure. During the first week of the bankruptcy I was offered a new chance at a secure life but it would require me to relocate to Florida. Being willing to do so and not wanting a bankruptcy on my credit, I stopped the bankruptcy proceedings, while same time I was fortunate enough to find a buyer for my home, so I'm thinking WIN WIN for everyone involved.
My first action was to do a short sale so I contacted my mortgage company to start the procedure and that's when all the lies from them started. First, they agreed to settle for 166.000 in the short sale but required the process to unfold as it was to do. During this time my buyer was ready to close within a few days and I shared that with my mortgage company. They assured me all would be ok and no problem, we would have this approved by closing date. Closing date came and I was told to ask my buyer to extend closing date for an extra week and once again, "YES WE WILL GET YOU APPROVED BY THEN." After this went on and on and this one person who appeared to just enjoy delaying me time after time after time and demanding more paperwork after more paperwork after more paperwork (most if it already submitted more than once!)
It came to be that my buyer decided to back out because of all the not organized procedure time and time again. Now my buyer was gone and all because I could not simply get a payoff letter from my mortgage company with the amount for payoff being what was agreed on. At that point I tried to speak to several people within the office that all promised the same thing (Craig ** being the biggest disappointment of all!)... "CAN'T BELIEVE HE DID THAT TO YOU, DON'T WORRY WE WILL GET THIS APPROVED FOR YOU SO YOU CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR LIFE. DONT WORRY!"
Now, after all of this back and forth work and talk to get to nothing resolved, I asked once again for the mortgage company to assist me. I told them we agreed to settle for 166,000 but they forced my buyer away, so now, I'm still reaching out to resolve this and try to walk away with us all being at least content so, with the fees and interest and all else that was on the current payoff, it was too much for my buyer to even consider but if they would simply work with and take some of the fees off the current payoff, I could still make this work and have their money in 24 hours paid from the time of me receiving the payoff letter, so my request was, "You agreed to settle for 166,000, you delayed purposefully and forced my buyer to back out, so now the payoff is 205,000, and what I'm asking for is to simply get my payoff from 205,000 back to as close to my original payoff of 185,000 as possible, and I'll pay this off in 24 hours!"
After all the promises yet once again of, "Yes sure we can do that," then next day, "No we won't do that, my manager said no," and me speaking once again to an entirely new set of people all saying the same thing... "Yes we will get that done and the new payoff letter to you shortly," to now, "No, we are keeping the payoff at 205,000." I'm at the point of nervous breakdown and all of this appears to simply be due to someone sitting at a desk playing with my life, and I have proof of all said, and it's just not fair. So many complaints against this company after I finally looked to see what others said about them and now I feel trapped with no way out.

I had a great experience with Homebridge, specifically Patrick and Clint. They were available to us almost all the time and quick to respond to issues that arose. We gave them a time window to be completed and they were agreeable to that time condition and worked quick to meet that deadline. Many friends and family expressed frustration and irritation with the loan process, we however did not experience that. In fact we had a great experience with Homebridge and thoroughly enjoyed it.
My only constructive feedback: The loan processor was a bit confrontational at times and when we did not understand the requests needed it was not explained to us how to resolve issues, the processor simply repeated the request without assistance. My suggestion would be to try to listen to customer issues first and try to resolve them from the customer's perspective. We understand that processor's job is to make sure documentation is acceptable and completed, however the experience can be made easier by changing their view as a partner of the customer and finding ways to help resolve issues that can frustrate a customer. This will make the process move along quicker without issues.

I stayed with Homebridge because of Marianne. I liked her. She was efficient and did a good job. The process was long but she made it happen. But it was too difficult. Homebridge should do no more emailing. It doesn’t work. I’m not an emailer and it was terrible. They should go with just a pen and a paper. Homebridge has way too high interest rates also. My credit score is over 800 but I got a 4.75 rate which is unbelievably high for my hard work. It was crazy. I wanted like a 2 or a 3. I gotta go with Chase for my next loan.

We have good experience with one of the loan officers at Homebridge Financial Services. He is a good friend of my husband, and he did a couple of other loans also and resolved them. He's usually very nice and he always called back if he did not pick up the call, or if he was busy. He always answered the email for that message and was very quick. His service was good. The application process was good and he did most of the work. He gave the answer in two to three days about the approval. However, because it is a small town, there were some issues with the title and with the abstract. So, it took a little longer time to close the loan. But, application-wise, it was okay.
They gave us a good interest rate that made the installment smaller and the down payment was fine. However, they bound the escrow account, which I don't like. I wanted to pay with the insurance, my own company, but they put in the escrow account so every month, we have to pay the insurance and the escrow account. It would make my installment large. Nonetheless, Homebridge is a good company and I will recommend my loan officer again. We liked his service.

And they were very prompt in their responses. I was very comfortable with them. Also, the rate seemed to be reasonable. Our sellers wanted a 60-day closing so the application and underwriting process was based on that and it worked out.

We were purchasing a home and HomeBridge Financial Services was recommended by our agent. I then looked at other companies and banks and decided to go with them as the seller wanted to close as soon as possible. Their application was pretty quick. We put in our application and they talked about the process with us and they gave us a pre-approval within minutes. The actual applying for the loan took a couple of days because of paperwork that they needed to be handed to them and e-mailed over. Anything that we may have missed also went through pretty quickly and we were able to close within 10 days.
We worked with two loan originators. We started out with one and then the other partner took over. Both of them were very good at answering our questions and getting back to us quickly with responses or anything that we needed. They called us back to let us know. We did everything through e-mail, which was great because it was easy and very convenient for us since I was in one state and my husband was in Colorado. They were professional, worked very well with us and answered all our questions and helped us in every way that we needed to be helped.
Their rate was pretty competitive to other banks and companies. The only thing was that at closing, I had asked if we could get into automatic payments and she said something would be sent to me and I got a little scared because I got the payment notice and yet I hadn’t received yet the way to get into the automatic payment. It’s hard for me to get and set it all up for automatic payment. But finally, it was all done and I called and they confirmed everything had gone in correctly. Other than that, they were very nice to work with. I would recommend HomeBridge because of their speedy methods in trying to get us into our new home and the fact that also they are pretty comfortable to watch out there.

When we were buying a new house we looked at a couple of different options for loan programs and we ended up going conventional. My wife is a real estate agent and works with the people at Homebridge on a day-to-day basis. Whenever we were contemplating moving, she contacted them for our free approval and the process began. We got pre-approved before we started looking for a house and it took us two months to find a house. From that time to the time that we closed, the application process was 30 days.
Every transaction I’ve had with HomeBridge to date has been great. I was going through another lender with the last house we purchase and they strung us out for about two months. Then HomeBridge got involved and they got us closed on that other house in about 30 days. This is my second house to buy and their reps were great and very personable. They were a pleasure to work with and always took care of business in a timely and professional manner. They’re our friends. They are people that we know and deal with outside of business deals. Anytime that we had any questions or required a bit more information, they were Johnny-on-the-spot and got us what we needed to help us proceed in a timely manner. Also, the rate that I received was fair and I’m very satisfied. Both of the transactions that I've had with them were smooth sailing. Try Homebridge out ‘cause I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.

I wanted to buy a house so I looked into a mortgage. The application process with Homebridge Financial Services was very good. Their rep, Sel, came highly recommended from a number of friends. I was a difficult case because I haven't bought a house in many years, but Sel helped us to put it together and get all the stuff we needed for it to work. The application and underwriting process took around 30 to 40 days.
The only thing that I have an issue with now is I got a construction mortgage and to get the funds for my contractor to start was a hassle. The guidelines for releasing funds to the contractor was making us take a long time. This guy should be able to come in, do all the work he needs to do, have the money for the materials, and then get paid for the second part of it. Homebridge is only gonna pay 50% of the materials and it's not a normal way to do any construction jobs. And I'm barely keeping this guy on the hook. As a result of this process, I have to live in an unfinished house for four or five months. That's how long it was gonna take to get part of it done and get enough money to buy the rest of materials for the rest of the house. It's gonna be into the fall by the time I have a finished house and that's not fair.
I'm borrowing the money, so it's my money. Homebridge should simply release 50% of the construction money. I'll have this thing wrapped up in 60 days. This guy will be gone. It will be 100% done and then we can have the inspector come out and get the rest of the money. But the way they're doing it, I can't get half of the money and there was no way to get half of the money unless half of the work is done. I can't get the contractor to come out and start and work for five days so we can get $15,000 and have enough to buy the rest of materials. It's a logistical nightmare for me.
The contractor I was gonna use was my brother but I wasn't allowed to and I wound up using somebody else. My brother might had done the whole job and completed it and got paid, but this guy won't. My brother would have been able to deal with this $30,000 construction with no problem. He would have got it done in 30 or 45 days. But now, we've been in the house for seven weeks. We got the contractor to do some of the work enough until we can get enough money to do some more work. We're gonna have to do this again and it's really frustrating. There's no contractor that does work without getting paid for at least the materials and some of the labor upfront. They always get a deposit enough to cover the materials. The deposit that I'm offered from Homebridge is 50% of the materials, but that doesn't work and it doesn't get the thing off the ground. So, we got to get things started and do it out of our pocket.
We're asking the contractor to now buy the materials to finish the job and wait for another six weeks. This is a tough position to be in. They're putting me in a position where the only way to get this done quickly is if I borrow money again from somebody else. However, the loan officers, Gail and Selman, were fantastic. They helped us get everything through. We're excited about the home and we love it. Homebridge is a great mortgage company, but the terms of dispersing the money to the contractor make it impossible to get this done in a reasonable amount of time and enjoy the house.
I would still recommend Homebridge but they got to tell people upfront that they're gonna have to get through this construction process and they have to find somebody willing to do it without getting any money upfront. If I knew that upfront, I would have saved more money. A couple of days after the closing, I had been waiting to buy a new car because I needed the money for the closing. I went and bought a car, but I wouldn't have done that if I knew that these were the rules of the disbursement. I would have used that money to get the construction going. And I didn't find out until last week or the weeks before when I spoke to the girl that they were gonna only pay for 50% of the materials. There was so much going on with getting the loan in place and getting to the closing table that there wasn't a lot of instructions given how do we get the money to build the house to fix it. I love the company and I'm happy. I would go to Homebridge again.

Scheduled a payment with their online payment system, they transition to a new system the day it is to process, the payment never comes out. Did not know they transitioned systems but waited to see if there was another issue. When I went to login because of money still in my account, the new system asking to re-register. Unbelievable, and the system did not process the first 4 times through. Terrible process and then they want to charge a late payment fee because of the day's lapse trying to get logged in. Spoke to them and was called a liar about scheduling the payment. Unbelievable, but what's more is the late fee exceeds what the VA allows for them to charge, so for veterans who happen to make a late fee it is even worse. Terrible service, terrible systems, stay away!!!

Spoke to a broker about my credit challenges and how I was working to turn it around, but was turned down by others for not having a minimum of 640 credit score. After giving permission to pull my credit and completing application I was thrilled when I was told I met their requirements and received word of preapproval amount. Started the task of house hunting and providing all documentation requested. Found a perfect home for me and made a offer that was accepted by seller.
The excitement soon turned to anxiety after mortgage broker repeatedly ask me for documents I had already submitted. Then I was informed that closing would be delayed a week and I had been downgraded to a manual underwrite. I was then asked for again for mostly the same documents I had already provided and a few more additional things. I can’t explain the devastating feeling of now learning I am not being approved for loan after all. Since there was no changes in my situation from when I first applied until now. My only conclusion is that I didn’t meet the requirements from the beginning. It has been a horrible experience and I hope no one else has to experience it.

First of all I own 3 houses and have financed 6 different properties in the last 20 years! When I purchased my condo in Rocky Hill Ct. back in November of 2016 and financed thru Homebridge Financial I was told by both my Broker and closing Attorney that the PMI insurance that I needed to take on the loan was Refundable! Fast forward 16 months to when I sold the condo and called Homebridge to get my prorated refund of said PMI I was told that I choose the nonrefundable option???
Puzzled I requested the documents that stated what was on my loan and what I signed for, after receiving the paperwork and seeing the full disclosure Nowhere did it state the PMI was either??? Also nowhere Did I sign for the Nonrefundable option. After numerous calls to Homebridge customer service and Arch which is the PMI insured I was left to fend for myself. My frustration is that I never signed any disclosure for the Nonrefundable part and that HomeBridge the bank Made the Decision on which way to go for me and choose the Nonrefundable option. Of course they did and we're talking $2551.00 dollars here not a few hundred!!!
Had I been given an option to choose the difference in upfront payment it would of been $95.00 more for the 30 year term I had financed. Easy answer give me the refundable option. Again all parties involved with my closing assured me the PMI was the Refundable option and now all I'm getting is no Help or even a return phone call from Homebridge Financial. There are other people with this same situation that I hope see this and go after Homebridge for their monies. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, they lie and are deceptive with customers!!!

Our realtor told us that HomeBridge Financial Services had a couple of good first-time buyer program. The loan officer we dealt with was great. We had full contact through email and she was able to answer any questions that we had. She also made the process simple and helped us out with maneuvering through a couple of loopholes. Everything was really smooth, but the very end of it was a little annoying. We were told a couple of times that we were ahead of the schedule, but then we ended up closing a bit later than expected. That’s pretty common, from a lot of people I’ve talked to. But it wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t requested time off of work to make the move. Other than that, I was happy with the interest rate that we were able to get.

I love HomeBridge Financial. Nathan and Bree were awesome. I went to a whole bunch of banks and a few brokers and HomeBridge Financial was the best. They took care of all my needs and really walked me through. I went to B of A, Wells Fargo, and Logix, and they were all terrible. I have really good credit and they acted like I was a poor person trying to get a loan.
Homebridge Financial's reps treated me with professionalism. Whenever I had a question, they called me right back. However, the underwriters asked us some really dumb stuff. I own a house in Montana and they asked if it was insured. Some of the questions were really out in space, but the process, with them handling everything for me, was really good. The rates could have been better. It keeps going up but beggars can’t be choosers. And it was the going rate and if I waited a week, it would have been higher. I’ve been referring people to HomeBridge Financial. And I tell them that working with HomeBridge is quick and easy. And they are really friendly and get the job done.

When we built a new winter home, the builder recommended HomeBridge Financial. So, we did a 30-year FHA with them. We applied online then they called and told me everything I needed to turn in. So, I turned it all in. And every time they needed something, they would call or shoot me an email. They had the portal to do all documents online, so that made it very easy. It took six months to build the house and we were done with the application and underwriting well before that. The rates and terms of the mortgage were pretty fair as well. I recommended them to a few people.

We were purchasing a second home. Homebridge Financial was willing to lend us the money. However, there was always a certain difficulty because we're Australian, so it's all about credit ratings and the bizarre American system of getting credit scores and all the stuff that goes with that. But they made the process as painless as possible and it's quite a bit of information we had to provide. But nothing that anyone else wouldn't have asked for as well. They also let us know quickly what we needed to provide and we got back to them pretty quickly with everything, so it was relatively fast. Also, what we got was a really good rate. There were options of how we could get it lower if we want to do certain things or borrow less, but they were presented to us and we just selected which we thought was the best. I'd definitely recommend them.

We put our house on the market and the flipper, who was also a real estate agent, connected us with Mike at Homebridge. This was the second time I've had to buy a house, and it was a lot smoother than the first time. I was overseas then but still, this felt a lot easier. Michael was really adept in breaking down information for me. I'm not a real estate agent or a broker so I didn't understand half of what was going on but Michael was able to ease me through the process of transferring one VA loan to this. Selling the old house took about a month and a half and most of the stress was from that, rather than from buying the new one. But if we had less problems with selling my old house, we probably would've been done it in three weeks so I do not fault Homebridge at all. They could not have been more helpful or more on top of their game, and I could not have been more happy with them.

I purchased a new home and Homebridge Financial was offering huge closing assistance. I couldn’t pass that up. And it was probably one of the smoothest transactions as far as buying a home that I’ve ever encountered. I’m really pleased. There was a little bit of communication but they went out of their way to make sure that it was a smooth process because we all know how stressful home buying can be. I submitted the documents and they took care of everything and answered all of my questions. And they were straightforward. I was not thrilled about the rate that I received but given the current market conditions and what the rates were, I’m pretty satisfied of where I’m at now. It could be a lot worse so I’m content with what I have. I would recommend Homebridge to a friend.

I was purchasing a new home and Homebridge Financial Services was one of the few around that offered the type of loan that I needed. They were also suggested by my realtor. I took out a 203k FHA loan and it was hectic. This was my first home purchase, so it was all brand new to me. We talked about the type of loan that would be required, the possibility of me being approved, and what home I was looking at since I already picked out a home when I contacted them. Then I went forward with inspections and finding a contractor for my 203k loan.
Once we did all of that, there was a lot of paperwork to be done both on my end and on our contractor's end. We had to play a waiting game at that point for everybody to get their paperwork finished. I dealt with Clay here at our location and with Evan for the 203k side of the loan. Everything went fairly smoothly. We ran into a few snags here and there, but once we had gotten past the issues, they went above and beyond to try and get things done in a quick manner for me. I ended up with a 5% interest rate and I'm pleased with it. For a first-time home buyer, it wasn’t terrible.

Going through the whole process was simple because of the e-sign but when you go to sign, there’s a lot of paperwork but it is what it is and I’m used to that. I was buying a new home. I primarily bank with USAA and they're good. But sometimes they're not, though I could reach out and talk to somebody. Then, I was referred to HomeBridge by my realtor. She had a good working relationship with Michael, the loan originator down in Georgia. So, I was recommended by another friend of a friend that said to pick two of my top mortgage companies and give them a shot. So, that was what I did.
I contacted Michael and explained what I was looking for then he sent me an email with a list of documents that he needed to at least get me pre-qualified. I turned them around to him at last minute on Friday afternoon and he got me pre-qualified by Saturday afternoon. Within 24 hours, he said he would give a ballpark, so that my wife and I could go shopping for homes on Monday and Tuesday of the following week. He did a great job.
Once those preliminary documents were in place and we put an offer in on the house that we liked, I got a couple more emails with a moderate list of additional documents required. It was a VA jumbo home loan, so it took a lot of documents. It was like a full-time job just getting all those documents procured and sent over. Michael was upfront and did everything he could to beat USAA's quote. Also, he was always available for phone calls and really expeditious in his responses to emails and texts. He was even working on weekends more than a few times to get it done ASAP. He really kept a handle on his team and continued to stay involved in the process. In the end, we were able to get things all done before the time that was required for the closing, so that was excellent.

I was buying a new home and I shopped a bit for lenders. Homebridge Financial Services came as a recommendation from a realtor for some local lenders and they were able to offer the same rate as one of the national lenders. Also, I’d rather be with someone locally than someone who might be sitting in Boston or some other city. Their application process was seamless. I gave them all the general information and they took it from there. The site they used to upload documents was user-friendly for what they needed, all the e-sign and all that stuff. It was also convenient because I was in the middle of a full home move. It would have been difficult to try and print, sign, and send back.
Once you upload the document, it tells you that it has been uploaded successfully, but there was no way to go and look at all the documents that you've actually uploaded. You just get a notice if you’re missing something and you can go back in. I kept up with what I've uploaded just manually myself. But that would be a nice feature to the application process as you are providing in documents because there is a lot of information that you need to provide and some people might lose track what they had uploaded and sent already.
Whenever you are buying a new house, the closing process and the underwriting process, all that is stressful as it is. Once I gave them the initial information on the front end, there was absolutely zero coming back to me to say, “We forgot to tell you this or we forgot to give you this.” That kind of stuff can be extremely frustrating when you’re trying to close on a house. They did a great job on the front-end just to make sure all the boxes were checked and there was really no back and forth. It was more of just follow-ups to make sure that I had everything I needed. We closed on April 10th, which was four weeks from my first meeting with Homebridge and it was fast.
Homebridge's rate was competitive as anything else that I found on the market. I’d only found one other lender with the same rate. And I was able to negotiate the rate slightly. I had received one offer that was lower and they worked with me to get my rate to something that was equal. That was positive and very helpful. I appreciated that. Also, I interacted with my rep, Kevin, often throughout the whole process and he was professional and was always very responsive, especially to answer the questions that I may have about particular documents that I might need. I would recommend Homebridge. They were so good and very positive.

The whole process didn't take that long and using the internet for it was new to me, so that was really nice.
However, they had three different people that I worked with just to let me know from the beginning what I was gonna have. They need to be more informative about those three people but on the whole, my organizer was great and the people that I worked with did a good job. Each phone call I am assured that they will pay the taxes as discussed and it still has not happened. They then sold my loan (totally normal) and gave me 9 days notice, again still without paying my property taxes. So now I get to restart with a new lender trying to get my property taxes paid. I will say the lender I used here was excellent, unfortunately, the company itself is terrible. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
