From the start of the loan processing to the expedient finish, Gravity Lending has provided me with excellent service, not to mention an interest rate reduction of over 5%!! My Loan Advisor, Jacob, was very supportive and quite professional during the process. My loan offer was completed in about one week. Everything was very good except the loan officer gave me two offers and sent me the wrong one. I accidentally signed it and Gravity sent me the correct one. Then Gravity submitted the wrong one to American Heritage and Gravity could not undo their two mistakes.

Signed all documents on 6/27. I inquired 7/12 with the new lienholder to verify the process and nothing. They stated they were waiting on GL to finish. GL called my current same day to get pay off and supposedly sent a check. Well, as of 7/17 nothing. My current advised me they were given overnight address to sent payoff, and it would post same day it’s taken in. Colby was my rep with GL. He’s a pompous jerk. He is bothered and short with you when you have questions or concerns. He text you as if you’re speaking to a 16 y/o kid. I canceled my gap on purpose and added to my insurance. I was made to feel stupid for asking questions or following up. He blames banks for the pace. When the bank blames GL.

Refinancing through ty was pretty easy. I just entered a couple of things, like my name, and that was it. It went quick and I got approved. Gravity middle-manned it to the person I was really getting my loan from. The guy I worked with was Finn and he was on top of everything. He always texted me back and kept me updated and in the loop. Everything seems to be pretty decent so far and I’m sure everything’s gonna be good. So far, it’s been just through the motions like how it should have been and should be.

Was quite pleased with all aspects of transferring my loan with Gravity. Allison was very helpful with any questions I had and in the future I would definitely do business with all of you again. I will highly recommend you other people I know. Thank you all and may God Bless you❤️

Gravity Lending worked with me well and got me the best rates for the loans. I was very happy with it. They got to the point of seeing what I needed. Just little detail things, like what I was willing to pay, payment-wise, interest rate-wise. They got all those numbers from me, and they started working and plodding along. They did most all the work, and I just sit back. And they call me and let me know where we're at. So it was a really good at just doing what they need to do and making it simple like that. So, it was easy. Everything has been positive. I cut my interest in half.

Nick did a great job taking care of us with refinancing our vehicle with Evansville FCU. We're very happy with everything! Our prior interest rate and term was too high so we're very happy with our results now.

Jeremiah did an excellent job with my refinance. I was working with another company and Jeremiah was able to get back to me and secure a great rate with no fees faster than the iLending competitors. When they finally called me back it was for a higher interest rate, with fees, and they wanted $500 paid towards the principle even though I have over a 700 credit score. He answered when I called, replied when I sent a text, and gave me more control than I have had in the past. I was able to decide where and how many times my credit was ran. I will 100% go through them again when I get my next car! Jeremiah is awesome

Very simple and fast the process, the attention on the part of Luis ** was excellent, at all times he was aware of the process, the delay was on my part for not sending documents as soon as possible, they gave me a better interest rate than I had and that made me lower my monthly payment a little and the time to pay will do almost the same.

The online application was very easy and the representative I talked to was awesome. He went through and gave me different numbers when I asked about with GAAP and without GAAP. His name was Lucas and he was great to talk to. He went through all the different people who agreed to give me a loan, how much they were doing, and the interest rates. So I got a really good deal for how much money I was going to be getting. Even when I had some questions later on, I texted the guy from Gravity and he was responsive. So it was nice for that kind of business. I know they work with a bunch of different things to be so responsive.

I had a great experience with Mark at Gravity Lending. He was super patient with me and walked me thru all the details so that everything made sense. So had initially reached out to Lending Tree for quotes to re-finance my Mercedes E350 which had approx $22,000 left and Gravity Lending came back with a reasonable rate. I had started to apply to another company but they were taking a lot of time and ultimately counter offered with something unfavorable. I immediately contacted Gravity Lending as their rates were good and Edwin helped me with an offer from Seattle Credit Union which was very near the initial quote.

Wow. I was lucky enough to have worked with Leo and he was Fantastic! It was like talking with my son! He was incredible and very Precise on knowing his job and keeping me informed. Always with what was going on with my application! And when it was approved he let me know right away! He's excellent and I would hang onto him if I were you! He made everything EASY!

Found this company online while searching for best auto refinance companies. Filled out the form with my info and the next day I was talking to Vlad. He explained everything to me. Got me a loan I would have been happy with (anything is better when you pay 22% on your current loan). He told me he thought he could get a lower interest rate if I gave him another day, so I did...and he did. Knocked over $7000.00 off what I would have paid if I stayed with the original loan. So, yeah this company rocks. And they didn't take a penny from me for payment. So if you need to refinance your car loan definitely give Gravity Lending a call.

Called several lenders to refi my 2019 RAV4, Mark at Gravity Lending was responsive, but not bothersome like some other lenders. What really set Mark @ Gravity apart, was his professionalism and complete knowledge of the ins and outs of all the loan particulars. Mark explained the new/replacement warranty, and how to get the remainder back from the dealer. Oh, and he got me a great rate!!

Let me start by saying that I have over 15 years experience in lending/finance. I have worked as a consumer and mortgage loan officer, underwriter, and processor, as well as handling title work from time to time. I start with that, because I want to be clear that my review comes from a place of knowledge, understanding, and experience. I submitted my application very early on Friday June 17th, and received contact from a lending specialist Lucas, later that morning. Initially, the process seemed to be quite simple, expedited, and sincere. My loan originator Lucas, was knowledgeable about the products he was offering, and seemed to truly care about the service he provided me with. After that initial phone call/application, I begin to find out that things weren’t as great as they had been presented to me.

Really liked my experience with Gravity Lending. It was quick and easy and my worker helped me all the way through by calling, texting and answering any questions I had about the process. She was always concise and ready to help and explain things nicely.

My experience with Gravity Lending was positive. My agent Edgar was kind, honest, and once we got the numbers worked out really went to bat for me. I definitely say that you need to be your own biggest advocate. I asked questions and made sure things were confirmed and it got my DTI down (people make computing errors, not downing the agent but it’s good to come behind and make sure everything is on the up and up). After qualifying the process was pretty easy. Don’t worry about pestering them, it’s their job and you’re the one in the end who needs to make sure all the ducks are in order. In the end, my car loan is now way more affordable and I would recommend Gravity Lending to others.

The entire process was fast and easy. My representative walked me through the process and what to expect. I sent documents when requested and it took less than a week to have a better rate and lower monthly payment. This company reached out to me after trying to file online. They answered all my questions from what are you trying to do all the way to what to expect in the future.

Did not explain my plan very well. Ended up with extra charges and did not communicate with me very well. VERY hard to get in touch with had to keep calling customer service number to get in touch with the person that was in charge with my application.

From the start Gravity Lending was different. I put in a general refinance request through lending club and had 1,000 people call me and text me and email me constantly. My experience with Gravity was great. Josh helped me a lot. He made things easy and explained everything really well. Everything was through my email and text. The rates were also great. I got a better APR and better monthly payment. When I called, they gave me a quote real quick. For the next two days, they sent me the papers through my email. I signed them, and then I had to print some out. It took about a week for all the process and for me to send in the papers. It took two other weeks for them to do things on their side, and then paid my loan with the dealership I was with, and then signed papers with the bank they put me with.

Gravity Lending had the willingness to try to get me what I wanted without trying to sell me something that I didn't want. I wanted a specific interest rate for a specific time horizon, and they were able to identify my best options for those two. They matched by and large what I was looking for. The rates are a little tad higher than the branch advertised, but it was explained by the representative. Other than the application process itself, they pretty much kept me abreast of where I was at. Also, they didn't charge me to refinance my loan. Their business model was that they worked with the lenders to receive payments for the refinance of the loan.

The gentleman that got me into the loan was great. The loan process was great and simple, too. But I still haven't received any financial documentation as far as my first payment or a welcome package and it has been three weeks.
