Got what I asked for and wasn’t pressured into signing up for anything extra..Communication was great and they provided everything I was looking for!! I used other third party companies but they didn’t stand a chance with gravity lending..I will definitely use them again if I need to and will also recommend to my friends and family!

Excellent customer service, easiest auto refi I've ever completed. Extremely personable, attentive and a great personality. It also pays to have excellent credit. I received 3 months no payments too. I highly recommend Gravity lending to anyone looking to refinance their auto loan.

The Gravity Lending rep was good and explained things pretty well. There were some times where I’d email and I'd wait longer than I'd want to get a reply but overall, the service was good. They locked my rate in at a certain thing. Things changed a little, but I got locked in. So, it's fair.

Jason was very very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date during the whole transition from the previous Lender to Gravity Lending. Would definitely recommend Gravity Lending and Jason to family and friends.

I explained to Dre that I still had two other vehicles financed on my credit when I first purchased the vehicle. It was already kind of a stretch getting the car. I ended up selling the car. Dre talked to me on my way home and it was already after 5:00. He got my information and then next morning, he got me somebody. Gravity Lending really helped me out. Everything was smooth. The only complaint I got is with UPS. I had to overnight the notarized documents and my startup fee for the credit union that they refinanced my car with. They still haven't found the package and the credit union told me that it's gonna take six months or I can go get a surety bond.

Excellent experience, first time using a lending service. Max ** was especially helpful and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend. The economy being what it is now with interest rates rising every day, it pays to check all of your options before committing to any agreement. I received no pressure and no incentives other than saving a lot of Money to use this service.

When I started working with Gravity Lending, the guy that helped me was very communicative. However, he has since left the company, and I was expecting some information from a new guy that I just happened to get ahold of. I've received some of it, but not all of it. It was regarding getting some refunds for the initial Toyota warranties. I tried to reach out to the guy that had originally been helping me. He got me through the process but once it was transferred over, there was no one to follow up with regarding getting some refunds that he said he was going to be able to help me with. So, I wish somebody had reached out and let me know who I could contact or somebody who could help finish the process of transitioning the warranty.

Wayne was really awesome and responsive. He got back to me within the day or the next business day. He answered any question I had. He really helped me.

I Googled refinance options and a bunch came up. Gravity Lending was the first to reach out to me that I made contact with, and customer service is great. Communication. Efficiency. They handled it very well.

Stephanie with Gravity is a true gem. From the moment I heard her voice over the phone, I was at ease. She turned out to be patient, transparent and very knowledgeable. The rep was great, very responsive and always willing to be patient with me. I took my sweet time a couple of times, and he nudged me and kept me in alignment. It was good. Uploading the documents was the easiest process. Gravity Lending doesn't do the same doc sign, so it was a little different in that regard. The only thing that was a sidebar was I had to go to a UPS store and get it notarized, but it is what it is. The experience was definitely very seamless, and based on the landscape, the rate and terms are better than everybody else was offering.

I've been working with Stephanie **, Sr. Loan Officer and the process went very smoothly, save for some hiccups caused by the lender. I appreciate Stephanie's responsiveness and willingness to assist in resolving all issues in the shortest time. She also advised me on the best way of handling the communications with the original lender and stepped in to take them over from me, which saved me a lot of time and hustle. I'm looking forward to working with her on couple more leases that's coming up next year!

Mark (#**) reached out to a hot minute ago as I had inquired about getting away from my previous loan holder. I was fed up with the previous company, how they handled my business and effects, and it took TWO YEARS for the old company to have my legal name updated, and title moved to a new state. Mark listened to my complaints, and then I told him flat out what I needed and wanted. And he delivered. I ended up with something much cheaper than previously, and a company that ACTUALLY listened to what I was saying, and he even adapted to the various methods of communication I needed while working (texting one day, emails the next, and phone calls mixed between).

Cindy was amazing, I'm pretty young and still trying to figure my ** out, so have some not only put in a good word for me and explain my situation to get my refinancing approved was everything. She did great at answering my questions and explaining everything in terms I would understand. They (in general I think) break everything down step by step after getting approved and are very concise on what they need to finish everything up. As far the paperwork, they simply it as much as possible so printing, notary signing, and stopping at a UPS store is all you need to do. Lastly they made sure to communicate through the entire processes through multiple ways (call, text and email.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The rep was really helpful in figuring out some of the information that they asked. I sent the information in, got approved in a couple of days, and everything went through quickly. Gravity Lending's rate is the only one I got that’s low, so I took it. I didn't even talk to other lenders. I am really satisfied with everything, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Communication was awful. Not one phone call to me. I didn't get some of the emails with needed documents. The link to sign stuff was sketchy. I do mortgages and it Took longer to refi this car than get a mortgage. It finally happened but didn't know it did until my current lender notified me that loan was paid off.

From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to sincerely thank Gravity Lending and Stephanie ** as a representative for assisting me with my vehicle refinance. Due to an ongoing several months long dispute with American Honda Finance Company, I began searching for refinance options and was initially receiving denials. Having given up, I received an email from Stephanie about a week after the denials, advising that Gravity Lending was moving forward with an approval. The loan came at a perfect time as I was also simultaneously going through a major medical diagnosis and was extremely stressed about payments to AHF when I was receiving such pushback from them regarding the billing dispute that they refused to correct.

We had such an amazing experience with Quin at Gravity Lending! Being frankly, we didn’t expect much when we got this ad through the mail telling that they can take care of the car loans, but I gave them a call. We have two car loans and the interest rate was pretty high. Plus monthly payments could be less. So as a result we have lowered monthly payments by 150$ total for both cars and got much lower percentage rate. Extremely happy!! Many thanks to Quin!

Our experience with Gravity Lending was good. We had no problems, and right now, they're doing a good job. The application was simple to do, and the process took faster than I thought it would take. The rep, Cody, explained everything on the phone before he sent the paperwork out to us, and he was real good. He answered our questions, and if we had any problems, if I had to call them back up or send them a regular message, he got back with us no matter what. He was prompt too.

Gravity was easy to deal with and they have decent rates. The process went pretty smooth. The agent that I talked to took care of everything and every so often would call me and get information that she needed. She was in constant contact through the whole process.
