I was previously paying nearly $1,000 a month on my car with a 26.98% APR, and in the two years I had the car, I had only managed to take about $2,000 off the principal—it felt hopeless. Vanessa stepped in and made what felt impossible, possible. She helped me refinance my car, lowering both my monthly payments and my APR, and truly set me up for success.

Your services at Gravity Lending are outstanding, both of them were amazing overall and incredibly helpful; however now I’ve tried reaching out to them about this matter a few times and haven’t heard back. Unfortunately, after assessing the offers I was given me and my wife decided not to continue with the process of refinancing. Both her credit and mine were +720 this time around which is much higher than when I purchased the vehicle 3 years ago, and given the interest rate presented in the offer is higher than my current one and that our monthly payment didn't go down as much, we decided not to proceed at this time.

Ari ** is one of the best professionals in the business that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I came to the company after feeling unheard, & completely undervalued by my prior financial institution. There's been almost 2 decades of loyalty from me to that company, & it's gotten me only further headaches & less appreciation than you would expect from that type of continued business & loyality. I was put in contact with this institution after several attempts to find another broker/credit union that would work closely with me, & be patient with my process to find that best deal that worked for me. Ari ** made things so seamless & worked with me at my pace (I can very stipulated & hard to work with in instances like this due to prior sour experiences*) exhibited extreme patience & understanding along the way.

This is another review for Nick **; this is my fourth time refinancing with him for almost 5 years. This time, it was with the C8 Corvette, my dream car, to which he processed everything before even the first monthly payment was about to be due. Out of every person I've worked with, he is the most knowledgeable and genuine man I've met. He immediately responds to emails and texts, always answers every question thoroughly. I truly believe that he is an asset, and I benefit in no way by writing this review at all. I have never been left ignored, never had a question go unanswered; when he promises something will be done, it is always completed on time. Otherwise, I would not keep going back to the same loan refinance service if I truly didn’t feel it didn’t meet my expectations. But this company and Nick we way above that.
