I chose Gravity Lending because the email I received after requesting quotes from Lending Tree was very professional, and I liked that they contacted me the same day (as noted in the email) but didn't call immediately, as other lenders did. It gave me time to review the email and check other rates. I worked with Will, who was very professional and knowledgeable, and he got me a better rate than my local credit union. I was impressed with how easy it was to apply online (including quickly meeting with an online notary) and with Gravity's online dashboard to track the loan's progress. Will followed up directly with each step, which I appreciated. I would definitely use Gravity Lending again.

I had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan ** at Gravity Lending during my vehicle refinance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Jonathan took the time to understand my situation and walked me through every step of the refinancing process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made what I expected to be a complicated process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The entire process was quick and simple and Eric was very transparent in everything and within a couple of days I was now paying a much lower percentage rate and saving a couple hundred dollars per month. This was also including a superior warranty coverage and GAP insurance as well. I would definitely recommend Gravity Lending to anyone looking and will share them with friends and family that are seeking to re-finance their vehicle loans.

Just got my car refinanced with Gravity Lending. Jonathan ** really helped me out a ton and was very knowledgeable with the whole process. Didn't realize until I started the whole process that it was located in Austin Texas where I live. So was able to drop off documents at the office instead of mailing which saved a ton of time! Went from paying $700 a month at 7% to 440 at around 4%!

I've refinanced 3 vehicles over my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I've had. Joe ** was amazing. I wasn't bombarded with phone calls and he thoroughly explained the intricate details of my loan and I was able to add and remove any additional items I pleased, without being forced into something I didn't really want. Joe was very open and a true pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend.

I left a review back in February '26 after my initial refinancing, but wanted to report my interaction today. I called Paul ** with some questions about my loan and extended warranty. He picked up immediately, and it seemed like it took him less than a minute to get up to speed on my loan, even after 6 months! He was pleasant and answered all my questions. We also talked through how I can work with him again on future refinancing. This call was a pleasure, especially when compared with all the other account executives and customer service reps I speak to!

Gravity Lending is unethical and sketchy. They promote no hard credit check all over their site and throughout the inquiry process. They have a field for Social Security number, which I left blank. No one doing so should have any expectation that their credit was even possible to be pulled without having supplied a social security #. So immediately after the inquiry, my credit gets a hard pull and the score goes down. I contacted the lender who pulled it and they claimed they did not have any application from me, nor did they have my social. Peculiar!
