Stephanie ** made my refinancing process go as smoothly as possible for me. She thoroughly explained everything to me which made it so much better. She had to explain to me twice almost three times so that I can fully understand what I was getting myself into and I thank her very much for being so kind to me and taking her time doing that for me. She was there for me all the way around until I fully understood my new loan and my mechanical breakdown insurance. She’s the best.
