I would recommend to a family and friends if they’re looking forward to refinance their vehicle. It’s pretty easy process and could save some pockets. I was helped by Jason. He was very clear with the information and patients with me during the process.

It was a great experience, great service, and I meant to give a very good review to the officer that helped me out. He was very efficient, explained everything, and made the process easier. In regards to the terms of the loan, it was very good as well. That's what I needed.

Kassia was awesome to work with and was very understanding with my schedule & how bad I am with communication as a result. I loved that we could text abt things instead of always needing to be on the phone.

The rep named Jeronimo was very professional. He goes by Jerry and he explained what was gonna happen with the loan. I always want to make sure I'm doing everything right, by the book and not missing anything, because this is a loan. He was very informational and patient with any question I asked. I'm very new at all this, and I wanted to be on top of everything.

Gravity Lending did pretty good. I called the number and spoke with a gentleman who helped me refinance my vehicle. It took a couple weeks, but they didn't need a lot of paperwork. It was just a matter of texting and over the phone, talking with the person on the phone and getting the signatures and documents that they needed. This is my first experience. It was easy and fast, and the new rates and terms are great as well. I was satisfied with everything as far as the refinance went on my vehicle.

Both David and Phoenix were totally knowledgeable and professional during my loan application process. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Gravity Lending was great. We’re really busy, and it was really awesome that we could text to handle most of the stuff and then not have to worry about it. We could just get back to them when we could, instead of 75,000 emails. That would have been a headache. The reps were super responsive, and they didn't waste our time. The process took five days, but that's only because when we were talking, it was on a Friday, and we had to go over the weekend. They were so fast, and it was the easiest kind of financial transaction we've ever done. We had to email a bit just to scan in some documents then they had to send us something that we had to get notarized and sent in. That's typical for any kind of financial transaction. Our interest rate was almost 7%, which was awful, and now we're down to 1.9. They've also followed up just to see if we're happy.

Jason was very patient and professional while helping us through the deal. The best APR at a reasonable payment price! He worked around our schedule and was very punctual to update us as things processed. Thank you for all you’ve done and making it easier for us!!

I’m satisfied with Gravity Lending. I just got my truck financed with them. I filled out to do applications, and then now my truck’s refinanced through a credit union, so it brought my payments down a little bit. The application process was good. The agent I talked to was very courteous and efficient. Knew what he was doing. Got me through the loan all right. The rates were all right, but I thought the payments were high. But everything’s high nowadays.

Refinancing with Gravity Lending was pretty easy. It went through supposedly. Took a few days. But it wasn't too bad. It would have gone better, but, on my end, I didn't turn it in by a certain day, so it took an extra weekend because nobody works on the weekends. It worked out for me. I was happy with it. The rep also was quick to get to me when I texted her.

Did not get the rate I was almost guaranteed with my credit score up front. Very long confusing process, a couple weeks. Very difficult to get a hold of people. Never received new loan info from the actual lender. I had to contact the actual lender myself and they acted like they didn't know of Gravity. I could have done this all myself and had better quicker results. Minus-5 stars.

Super easy transaction and great rates. Applied online and was contacted within minutes. Sent off a few copies of documents via email and got approval same day. The entire process was seamless, my car funded quickly and I received payment coupons in the mail from my new lender. Am in the process of buying another car and will definitely use Gravity Lending again! I've already referred them to two others who were also able to get great rates as well.

Getting my loan switched was easy and they made it easy for me with the paperwork. However I was told that my first payment would be in March but once I received my vouchers for payment, my first one is due in Feb. Then when I tried to ask them why via email or chat I needed a special code to be able to. So supposed to call customer care to get one then log back in to ask my question. This is not customer friendly so far.

In all honesty I am satisfied with Gravity Lending yet I'm not satisfied with the amount of the finance. I owed $17,000 on my car. Now I owe $21,000 on my car. It's like I started all over again. Yeah I'm saving a couple hundred dollars on a monthly payment but the extension of my loan has increased and my credit is in the 700 so I don't know why the finance charges so high but hey you get what you pay for. When I actually spoke with people from Gravity, the service was great. They were able to save me about 20% on my auto loan payment. However, the communication is horrible. The only way I was able to find out the status of the loan application was to continually call. I didn’t find out until about two weeks after it funded that I was approved, and that was only because I got an email from the bank which funded the loan, nothing from Gravity.

Jeremiah was very helpful, polite, and courteous. Gave me good rates for not 1 but 2 refi car loans. I recommend Gravity Lending to anyone who is to looking refinance. It's easy and you have options. I am very well pleased with the results. Check them out.

But he and his team worked tirelessly, and they managed to get me a new loan that took about $250 off my payment and halved my interest rate.
