I got a 72-month car loan from Gravity Lending and the rate was good but it was not as good as I thought it was going to be. It threw me off a little bit. But the reps were super helpful.

The experience with Gravity Lending was good at first. I heard from them all the time. They called to tell me everything was finalized and that they got it all approved. Then I started having some issues because it took them over a month to get it all handled. That put me 30 days late on my note, which screwed my credit up good before they paid the loans off. It's still on my credit and there's nothing anybody can do about it now. It shows as a late payment for 30 days and that's on both the Jeep and the MINI Cooper. When we were trying to get ahold of them to find out what was going on, I kept leaving messages and sending emails, and nobody ever returned a call.

Jason was helpful and very fast at what he is doing. The paperwork is easy to read and had yellow marks where I needed to sign. It didn't take that long for the procedure to work for me. I am very satisfied and didn't with this company. Thank you very much.

Worked with Edwin ** at Gravity Lending to refinance my auto loan and he saved me $180/ month - this is no joke. My plan is to keep paying the same amount as I was before with this extra $180 going toward my principal every month so that I can pay the loan off quicker. And on the months when I need a little breathing room I can just make the monthly payment as is. Edwin was so personable to work with, he listened and took me having kids into consideration when he was discussing value add-ons to the loan that he felt I could benefit from. The rep from Gravity Lending helped me and made the refinancing smooth. I was on vacation at the time and I was out of the country so, I had to do it through text. The rep made it easy for me. I did one vehicle and I did another one five days later. I decided to just refinance both and the one that was less important to me that I did second, got approved first. So, I was worried that the other one wouldn’t finish up. But everything worked out. With my credit, I probably maybe could have got a little bit better rate, but it was good. The ending part was frustrating though. They would say everything is good and then would need one more thing. Also, it seemed like once it was good and finalized, the customer service wasn’t the same as when I was reeled in.

This was the best and fastest loan, I wanted to combine everything and the payment lower. They made it happen. I missed a couple CC. I wish I could have added them, but I was a little late on say Oh wait I need just a few extra dollars.

Agents very kind and fast response. Everything is on internet sweet and fast. Good communication and fast procedure with the refinance on my car, the best rate to find about car refinance and everything went nice.

I went with people that emailed me and followed up with the lowest rate that was offered. Gravity was the winner and I called them. They did another search for loans and ended up with the Seattle Credit Union. It was a pretty quick thing with that. There were a couple of conversations here and there and now I got my loan. Other companies would bombard me w/ text msgs, phone calls, and emails for my business, which I found very obnoxious. Cody, however, didn't do this. He reached out then waited for my reply. The people (Jamie **) at Gravity Lending were nice and fairly accessible. However they work with Beneficial State Bank and that lender was not so good. It took almost a month to finalize and I was told upfront my payments would be $220 per month and when it was finally and late finishing it went up to $236 per month.

The team was very helpful and quick. They always followed up during the process to make sure that we gave all the documents. They were also offering good rates and not dragging the process.

Estella was clear, efficient and extremely helpful with the information and helping me lower my car payments from 508 a month without an extended warranty, down to 392 a month with a warranty, this helps me a lot seeing that I live alone with no other help on my bills!. I'm very satisfied.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far, once they got your application and I guess their commission then the level of service drops significantly. They don’t update you on the application, don’t reply to emails or texts. I have no idea what’s going on with my refinance, it looks like the loan company has released the money but the previous lender hasn’t received it yet, Gravity Lending doesn’t reply to my emails. So I sent an email complaining about their service and instead of reaching out they sent me this link to leave review!!!! Unacceptable service, I’m not happy that I went with Gravity lending and will not recommend them.

I received numerous mail invites to reduce my current car interest rate --- after the initial contact the stated rate was always higher than the mail advertised rate. I followed the mail invitation for Gravity and was pleasantly surprised to receive the advertised rate...Hallelujah. Thanks Quinn.

After I was approved to refinance my car I paid 5 days early. I paid online. The loan company started calling me saying I was late. I did as they told me sending bank statements showing that I paid and sending them the confirmation number from their company. I still received phone calls and today a letter saying that I am default. I called the representative that I dealt with to get the new loan and am still waiting on a call back.

One thing that I suggest is, even if the customer did not ask and even if the customer is already fluent at refinancing (I regret not asking this before I signed the docs), always go into specific details of the refinance with the customers right at the beginning of the process (e.g. loan terms, types(s) of charges like closing costs/origination fee/etc., all documents that need to be submitted to reduce back-and-forth communications). The process was a positive experience. The service was personalized because a lot of my communication with the rep was via text message. She kept me informed of everything. Even when there was a bit of a hiccup, she resolved it before I was even aware of a hiccup. The rate is a little higher than I would want but then my credit score is not the best. So the terms are reasonable.

Everything was very good except the loan officer gave me two offers and sent me the wrong one. I accidentally signed it and Gravity sent me the correct one. Then Gravity submitted the wrong one to American Heritage and Gravity could not undo their two mistakes.

Signed all documents on 6/27. I inquired 7/12 with the new lienholder to verify the process and nothing. They stated they were waiting on GL to finish. GL called my current same day to get pay off and supposedly sent a check. Well, as of 7/17 nothing. My current advised me they were given overnight address to sent payoff, and it would post same day it’s taken in. Colby was my rep with GL. He’s a pompous jerk. He is bothered and short with you when you have questions or concerns. He text you as if you’re speaking to a 16 y/o kid. I canceled my gap on purpose and added to my insurance. I was made to feel stupid for asking questions or following up. He blames banks for the pace. When the bank blames GL.

Refinancing through ty was pretty easy. I just entered a couple of things, like my name, and that was it. It went quick and I got approved. Gravity middle-manned it to the person I was really getting my loan from. The guy I worked with was Finn and he was on top of everything. He always texted me back and kept me updated and in the loop. Everything seems to be pretty decent so far and I’m sure everything’s gonna be good. So far, it’s been just through the motions like how it should have been and should be.

Gravity Lending worked with me well and got me the best rates for the loans. I was very happy with it. They got to the point of seeing what I needed. Just little detail things, like what I was willing to pay, payment-wise, interest rate-wise. They got all those numbers from me, and they started working and plodding along. They did most all the work, and I just sit back. And they call me and let me know where we're at. So it was a really good at just doing what they need to do and making it simple like that. So, it was easy. Everything has been positive. I cut my interest in half.

When they finally called me back it was for a higher interest rate, with fees, and they wanted $500 paid towards the principle even though I have over a 700 credit score. Very simple and fast the process, the attention on the part of Luis ** was excellent, at all times he was aware of the process, the delay was on my part for not sending documents as soon as possible, they gave me a better interest rate than I had and that made me lower my monthly payment a little and the time to pay will do almost the same.

Found this company online while searching for best auto refinance companies. Filled out the form with my info and the next day I was talking to Vlad. He explained everything to me. Got me a loan I would have been happy with (anything is better when you pay 22% on your current loan). He told me he thought he could get a lower interest rate if I gave him another day, so I did...and he did. Knocked over $7000.00 off what I would have paid if I stayed with the original loan. Called several lenders to refi my 2019 RAV4, Mark at Gravity Lending was responsive, but not bothersome like some other lenders. Let me start by saying that I have over 15 years experience in lending/finance. I have worked as a consumer and mortgage loan officer, underwriter, and processor, as well as handling title work from time to time. I start with that, because I want to be clear that my review comes from a place of knowledge, understanding, and experience. Initially, the process seemed to be quite simple, expedited, and sincere. My loan originator Lucas, was knowledgeable about the products he was offering, and seemed to truly care about the service he provided me with. After that initial phone call/application, I begin to find out that things weren’t as great as they had been presented to me.

My experience with Gravity Lending was positive. My agent Edgar was kind, honest, and once we got the numbers worked out really went to bat for me. I definitely say that you need to be your own biggest advocate. I asked questions and made sure things were confirmed and it got my DTI down (people make computing errors, not downing the agent but it’s good to come behind and make sure everything is on the up and up). After qualifying the process was pretty easy. Don’t worry about pestering them, it’s their job and you’re the one in the end who needs to make sure all the ducks are in order.
