To be perfectly honest I was skeptical there in the refinance process but after talking to Max ** not only did he lower my interest rate he lowered my car payments and knocked off 4 months off of my total number of months. Thanks again to Max **. You are the best I'd like you to.

The refinancing percentage is less with Gravity Lending. I applied with them and that went very smoothly. The process probably took two weeks. The new APR seems fine based on the current rate hikes. I'll definitely recommend Gravity.

My living situation had changed drastically so that meant trying to find ways of cutting back on bills. Refinancing the car was one of them. Reached out to a few loan places but only Gravity Lending was the one to get back with an approval. I have been trying to reach out to the rep that helped me and I haven't heard back. It's been almost a month since I refinanced my car but the original loan still shows as open and now that I'm behind a payment and the new bank is asking for a payment as well. Supposedly I have a warranty but I have not received anything on that. I have called and emailed and even texted and no response.

I liked Gravity Lending. They were quick and to the point. The process was very simple and the guy that I dealt with, Omar, knew all my information already. He walked me through everything and he was awesome. Any question I had, he was honest about and not like the prior lending company I called. Also, everything Omar did was on point. He was easy to get ahold of and he always got back to me quickly. That was a big thing because the other ones take forever to get back to you. The only thing was when I sent Omar a text back, I don't know if he got them. I sent him a picture of something that I needed or a question about it, but he never responded, so I don't think he got it. That aside, I was impressed by how accurate he was with everything. And even after he got me the loan, he still helped me out.

I was researched some places to refinance my car and decided to give Gravity Lending a try. The agent I dealt with was great and told me everything I needed to know to make the process as easy as possible. I needed very little in the way of paperwork too, it was a piece of cake!

Karla helps me go through the whole process smoothly and the new loan saves me a lot of money. The process started quickly despite it was a Saturday and many things were done in a single day to wait for loaners review before Monday. Karla also helped me work on an extra discount which my car qualified to save some extra money. I almost did no paperwork during the entire process.

I wanted to get my car refinance immediately after I purchased it. And Gravity Lending help me do that with no problem. I really had to do no work. It was the best experience I could ever imagine. I really recommend that you use Gravity Lending because you will not regret it.

The process with Gravity Lending took a while because the first company that they tried to set me up with didn't work out because it wasn't based in Arizona. They weren't gonna give me the loan. So they sent me over to credit union, and then they approved my loan. I had to give them everything they needed and then I've never done a notary before. So there was an issue going on with my notary. It wasn't explained very well. I had to do it four times before they approved it because there was always something wrong with it. That took a while. The first rate I had was a little bit cheaper. It was 430. With this one, I'm paying 450. Also, my first payment is due in December. But I haven't gotten anything regarding my login account and all that stuff.

Mark was awesome to work with. Very informative and communication was excellent. Refinancing my auto loan was very simple with Gravity Lending! It took no time at all and within a week the process was complete. Anytime I had a question I called Mark and he was able to address it right away.

Very slow process with poor communication. Given inaccurate information, in my case regarding payment dates. Overall a time consuming experience during the process and after just to continue making regular payments. Spent half a day communicating with new loan provider to clarify inaccurate information I had received during the transfer process.

Kai was able to get me a great loan at a great rate given the rise of interest rates. Will use them again in the future if needed. Only complaint was it took a little while longer than I expected but that is not a big deal!

Before I engaged with Gravity Lending, I was a super skeptic since I had never heard of them before. I've read horror stories about Refis and didn't want to be one of those people. I did my homework on Gravity. I saw nothing but 4-5 star reviews, which again, made me skeptical thinking they may be fake. I decided to put my toe in the water and start the process. I don't regret it! Mario was my main POC at Gravity. After all the initial "soft inquiry" information for my 2016 BMW GT, he was very transparent about my 4 options with 4 different lenders, most of which were credit unions. He provided the interest rates, name of the lenders, and if any money down was required. I knew I had to get away from Bridgecrest, my current lender, and chose a perfect option for me, no money down. That saved me $100 per month, which made me one happy customer.

Dallas ** was my representative. He worked with me through and through. I was going through a military mobilization and Dallas was quite patient helping me through the process. He went out of his way to try to expedite my process given my constraints. Overall a great company to work with. Would recommend for refinance.

At first everything seemed nice, operator was friendly, and helpful. Then once the process started it was a hassle, I would get an email every day saying like one more item needed or final item needed. And every day I needed an extra item (paperwork). My main frustration is, I co-financed with my wife and I made it clear she was the one paying, for some reason they kept pushing for me to send a blank check but I told them no payment will be coming from her account. Then they asked for my bank statement, I sent it over thinking it was for the paperwork, then few days later I respond asking if everything went through. It was nothing but silence from Gravity Lending at that point.

The Gravity Lending rep was good and explained things pretty well. There were some times where I’d email and I'd wait longer than I'd want to get a reply but overall, the service was good. They locked my rate in at a certain thing. Things changed a little, but I got locked in. So, it's fair.

I explained to Dre that I still had two other vehicles financed on my credit when I first purchased the vehicle. It was already kind of a stretch getting the car. I ended up selling the car. Dre talked to me on my way home and it was already after 5:00. He got my information and then next morning, he got me somebody. Gravity Lending really helped me out. Everything was smooth. The only complaint I got is with UPS. I had to overnight the notarized documents and my startup fee for the credit union that they refinanced my car with. They still haven't found the package and the credit union told me that it's gonna take six months or I can go get a surety bond.

Excellent experience, first time using a lending service. Max ** was especially helpful and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend. The economy being what it is now with interest rates rising every day, it pays to check all of your options before committing to any agreement. When I started working with Gravity Lending, the guy that helped me was very communicative. However, he has since left the company, and I was expecting some information from a new guy that I just happened to get ahold of. I've received some of it, but not all of it. It was regarding getting some refunds for the initial Toyota warranties. I tried to reach out to the guy that had originally been helping me. He got me through the process but once it was transferred over, there was no one to follow up with regarding getting some refunds that he said he was going to be able to help me with. So, I wish somebody had reached out and let me know who I could contact or somebody who could help finish the process of transitioning the warranty.

Uploading the documents was the easiest process. Gravity Lending doesn't do the same doc sign, so it was a little different in that regard. The only thing that was a sidebar was I had to go to a UPS store and get it notarized, but it is what it is. Mark (#**) reached out to a hot minute ago as I had inquired about getting away from my previous loan holder. I was fed up with the previous company, how they handled my business and effects, and it took TWO YEARS for the old company to have my legal name updated, and title moved to a new state. Mark listened to my complaints, and then I told him flat out what I needed and wanted. And he delivered. I ended up with something much cheaper than previously, and a company that ACTUALLY listened to what I was saying, and he even adapted to the various methods of communication I needed while working (texting one day, emails the next, and phone calls mixed between).

Cindy was amazing, I'm pretty young and still trying to figure my ** out, so have some not only put in a good word for me and explain my situation to get my refinancing approved was everything. She did great at answering my questions and explaining everything in terms I would understand. They (in general I think) break everything down step by step after getting approved and are very concise on what they need to finish everything up. As far the paperwork, they simply it as much as possible so printing, notary signing, and stopping at a UPS store is all you need to do. Lastly they made sure to communicate through the entire processes through multiple ways (call, text and email.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The rep was really helpful in figuring out some of the information that they asked. I sent the information in, got approved in a couple of days, and everything went through quickly. Gravity Lending's rate is the only one I got that’s low, so I took it. I didn't even talk to other lenders. I am really satisfied with everything, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Communication was awful. Not one phone call to me. I didn't get some of the emails with needed documents. The link to sign stuff was sketchy. I do mortgages and it Took longer to refi this car than get a mortgage. It finally happened but didn't know it did until my current lender notified me that loan was paid off.

Being frankly, we didn’t expect much when we got this ad through the mail telling that they can take care of the car loans, but I gave them a call.
