I used Gravity to refinance my recent pre-owned vehicle. I couldn't be happier with their response, friendliness, accuracy and fantastic rates! They saved me 2 points from my current loan! I used Gravity Lending to refinance one of my vehicles, I had never done this before. Gravity Lending's staff made the process super easy. They were very friendly and helpful. They took care of all the hard stuff, all I had to do was provide them with some info. If you are interested in refinancing, I would recommend giving Gravity Lending.

Tldr; If you're looking to refinance because rates are abysmal right now, I would 100% recommend Gravity. Out of all the refinance companies I spoke to, Gravity was the only one to actually help. Most will just spit some number at you and refuse to work with you if you deny them. However, with Gravity (I've been fortunate enough to work with Jair), I've been able to look at several new loan plans. Jair was incredibly patient and worked with me, answering questions and genuinely giving good insight rather than just trying to make a commission like the lending services that are still bugging me 3 months later. The cherry on top is that I can reach out to Jair any time I have a question or concern which has given me some peace of mind and has saved me some time trying to calculate everything myself.

I'm glad I found Gravity Lending. I was looking to refinance a vehicle and having to go reach out to lenders individually became a long process and many were false advertising what actual rates you could possibly get. I was connected with Jair ** in Gravity Lending and he was able to take care of all that work and get me a better interest. I had a few delays in my end with some title transfer from another state, but I was able to stay in communication with him and the process went as smooth as possible. I recommend using Gravity if you're looking for a refinance.

I recently refinanced my 2015 Ram truck with close to 100K miles through Gravity Lending and I was very impressed with the entire process. The application was online, easy to complete and I was approved within 24 hours. The interest rate I received was much lower than my previous loan, which will save me thousands of dollars over the course of the refinance. Went from 8.79% for 72 months to 5.84% over 48 months. I also appreciated the fact that Gravity Lending was able to get me a loan with only $5 in fees (required by the Credit Union to join).

Be forewarned!!! I was an ** to assume, but I hope this updated review will save others who decide they don’t require gap insurance. In my contract generated by Gravity Lending, I failed to take note of the gap waiver insurance page revealing it would be nonrefundable after 60 days. Contrary to what was intimated by the loan processor, the GAP Waiver page, indicated Gap Insurance was not necessary to secure the loan. Additonally, my perusal of the internet indicates GAP insurance, in most cases, is refundable, albeit on a prorated basis. For those of you planning to do business with this company do pay very close attention to page 21 of the contract “Gap Waiver Addendum”. Don’t be me!

Gravity Lending is great for first-timers. Gravity Lending has been offering competitive rates without any extra fees. I got the rate that I was looking for. They paid off everything, but I had to go to UPS and send the payments over. That went through some digital payment. Other than that, it was awesome. But Gravity Lending should go with a replicated process with the existing customers as well instead of just looking for new customers.

From the beginning to the end, the process on doing a Refi for my car was seamless. Jason was fantastic. He was honest, thorough, and there the entire way from my initial questions to even physically connecting me with my eventual new lender. Jason & Gravity Lending were easy to work with and I highly recommend them both.

The rep answered all my questions before I made a final decision. And once we decided to move forward with it, it was simple. Gravity Lending got me the information and paperwork we needed. I just had to fill out a couple where the Xs were and sent it back. It was seamless. They gave me the options if I wanted to extend the term a bit longer to have cheaper payments or if I wanted to do something a little shorter that would still look cheaper than I was paying, but not as long term. They gave me options to figure out which would work best for me and explained and offered some extra coverages that I was interested in order to keep my Gap protection with the vehicle that I have. And it was easy.

Gravity Lending has low interest on loans. The process of signing up was excellent. I had to figure out a couple of things, but it was less than one week to complete the process. Their rep was on top of my case, letting me know what else I need and how was my case with them.

The application process with Gravity Lending took a short period of time. It was as quick as turning my phone on and the funding was immediate. The moment I was approved, it just took me the second day. The reps had done all the paperwork. They were constantly communicating with me, informing me and letting me know what was taking place in every step that we are going through. And the rate and terms were great and fantastic.

I talked to one of the guys and he told me I could get my payments down a little further. The application went in after they sent me the papers, which is fantastic. It is easier for anybody to do that. The process was about a week but it took a little bit to pay my truck off. I just wished I could get the rates down a little lower but I can't do that right now because I owe about $72,000 on the truck. Gravity Lending is an excellent company to refinance. I’ve told guys that I refinanced my truck and told them about Gravity Lending, as well as my two sons. So, my baby son is thinking about buying another vehicle.

They sent me some paperwork in the mail, and then I had to send the stuff that they needed to refinance it and they refinanced it at 7% instead of 12. It was done really fast. The rep I worked with was also very nice and efficient. The terms and rates were okay. But the rate has gone up. Because I didn't owe any money on credit cards, they couldn't give me a good rate.

I've used Gravity Lending twice now. The first time I was looking to refinance a car and they have the best rate. I reached out to the company the first time and somebody got back to me quickly. The car was put in my name and I was able to sign up through their app where I can have them take the payment out of my bank account every month. My rate is much better than what I got the car at, albeit my credit score went up in the amount of time between buying the car originally and then getting it refinanced.

The rep was cool and I liked him. He got everything going. So, it was excellent work. The process went good and the rate and terms were better than what it was. People should go to Gravity lending because they can get you better rates and prices.

The sales rep at Gravity Lending was extremely helpful. I'm young with not a whole lot of credit history, so my first car loan was very high. He helped me to bring my payments down to where I was paying more towards the car and have an affordable payment as well. I went from almost a 15% APR down to an 8%.

I talked to the rep at Gravity Lending, filled out the paperwork and got him what he needed. There was one round of back and forth, "I need something else." But it was smooth and they were easy to deal with. They got me a longer term, lower rate. They understood what my goal was, which was to try and lower my monthly outflow. I went from 72 months to 84. Was able to knock the $100 a month off, which then I can always pay back sooner. But I was happy with that. The one thing that I did not fully understand upfront was that the loan would not be through them but through someone else. I now have an account with the credit union in New York, which I will never do anything else with. But that is what it is.

I would definitely recommend Gravity Lending to friends. They were quick to get back with me and good about the whole process. They made it super easy to get my loan switched over, giving me everything that I needed to do. Everything they had on there was fast, and the new rate and terms are way better than what I was on. Gravity Lending is an honest and legit company. I had done my research when I found this company. Many other companies proved to be rather shady and 1- star reviews. The name that kept popping up was Colby **. When I contacted Gravity Lending, I asked to speak with him directly. I told him right off that I was looking to refinance my auto loan. The application process took longer than I thought because of the Christmas holiday break. My first application expired, so I applied for a second time. Now, everything is good. I have my contact person's email address and phone number. I can just call him. I feel good abut his response time. However, I don't know when my payment is due. I don't know about the billing cycle as well. I cannot see that information on the website.

Gravity Lending had the best rate. I had a pretty good conversation with the person I worked with. The process didn't take long. It was fast and easy. Working with Gravity made a difference, especially with the situation I'm going through now. It was right on time.

The process was difficult mostly on my end. I wasn’t able to get my applications in on time and was refused twice. I cosigned for a car with my daughter and my daughter couldn't pay for it. Trying to get my daughter to sign the papers was difficult. I'm out of town quite often, so time did not work out very well for us. Finally, on the third try, we managed to get it all together and it's working out. Unfortunately, the interest rates went up a little bit, but we’re good now.

I've tried to refinance my car several times but nobody would refinance it because it was over 10 years old. I called Gravity and John made it happen and found somebody to refinance my car. I told him, “If you can't do this, then I'm not really interested because I'm totally computer illiterate.” He reassured me over and over again. He said, “We'll get on the phone together and I'll step-by-step go with you and get this done.” He did and he was great. The only thing I had to do was I sent him a front and back copy of my driver's license, two of my last pay stubs and my insurance card. He did everything else.

Four months had gone by and I had completely forgotten about it and assumed that I had waited too long, so I wouldn't be able to refinance. Gravity Lending contacted me. I ended up following back through with them. They got me through everything.

The whole process and everyone that I talked to were amazing. I've never had to refinance a car, and I explained that to the rep and he was like, “That's all right. Take your time. We got this. We'll figure it out together.” I wouldn't go anywhere else. They took their time with me. I ended up getting really sick during the process of talking to them, and I didn't have the energy to talk with them for a little bit. They were okay with that. They told me to contact them when I was able to. Then after that process, it was a smooth ride. They said if I ever wanna refinance and if I ever want to go through with them again, they would definitely refinance with me.

There was a lot of back and forth during the application process with Gravity Lending. I've done loans before and, usually, the process is you fill out the form, you get a call or an email back then you verify this and that. With Gravity Lending, there was a whole lot of, "Now we need this. Now, we need that." You have to keep getting more and more documents. I would rather it had been, "Here's the list. This is what we need."

The application process was very easy. Gravity Lending had me download the documents, check all the boxes, and send them over. I also needed my ID and insurance information, which I could upload through the phone because I emailed it all to myself and just moved it all over. The agent was very forthright and had all his ducks in a row, and Gravity Lending saved me a lot of money. They dropped my interest rate after I refinanced my car, and it was a good thing. My payment was less so I could pay more on the loan.

I filled up an application online wwth Gravity Lending. Then they called me. The rep helped me a lot. He did great. It takes like three weeks to get all the documentation. I was thinking that once I apply and then they approved me, my old lending will not take me from my bank. They take another payment. So, it takes a lot. Then Gravity said, "Oh, we will refund you. No worries." They never did. So, I just lost another $720 with them. Other than that, I'm now paying half of what I used to pay. I used to pay 720 for two years. I have a low interest and almost half of the amount of the payment. So, I'm happy now.

I like their promptness and they have no exorbitant fees. The process was convenient, seamless and rapid. The total process took a week turnaround time. The rep also answered my questions correctly and to the best of his ability. He was quick in responding to me too.
