The whole process was extremely simple but I think that's just because of the outstanding customer service from Jeremiah! I cannot speak highly enough about Gravity Lending!! After experiencing a very abusive relationship last year and having my credit ruined due to that… I ended up stuck with a new car payment of almost $500 at an 18% interest rate. Let's start with the rates. They saved me over $300 a month on my car note. The process was fast and simple. I honestly have never answered a letter in the mail. But I am happy as hell. I trad and responded to Gravity Lending.

This was a simple easy process and it saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. The Dealership charged my 8% APR and Gravity Lending got me the same loan for 4% !!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service including them not blowing up my phone and calling me non-stop. They sent a text asking when would be a good time to discuss.

It has taken almost three weeks so be prepared to wait. I had to call and ask for updates along the way. Communication of the time frame it takes should be done at the beginning. More communication in general would be great. The team does work very hard to get the loan that you want. In the end, I was happy.

In terms of getting some of the best rates and terms, Gravity Lending was exceptional with my auto refinance. The issues I experienced had more to do with a lack of communicating the timelines to when the loan would close. I could not get a definitive answer from anyone and had to send emails to a wide recipient list asking for an update and at times would not even receive an answer. I was looking for any answer would have been better than no answer.

The process wound up pretty smooth. There was nothing I had to do extra and they took care of everything. Any questions I had, they answered right away. It would have been faster but there was some delay on my part.

I called Gravity Lending, they responded quickly and the process was very easy. I refinanced an auto loan with them, and it was very professional, low touch, and not a lot of back and forth. I gave them the original document and one other document. I had a rep that did the quotes, talked to me on the phone twice, and sent all the quotes over, and then all the documents were done online. It was a very seamless online process. When I had concerns, I emailed with a couple of people at Gravity who were more like the admin people shuffling paperwork. I also had the original rep that had done all the quoting for me on text.

The process took a couple of weeks, and it was very smooth and easy. The rep had excellent communication too. He always answered really fast.

Gravity Lending sent me a link to apply, and when I tried to put my information, I couldn't, so they did the application for me. They just asked me a few questions then they approved me. Only, I have to call to put an automatic payment because I like this. I'll also ask if I can pay more. I will try to pay the loan in as less time as possible. Overall, the application was amazing, and for the beginning, Gravity Lending is a good lender. I got LendingClub. Even I used to take loan from them.

It only took a couple of days to get two vehicles taken care of and then, Gravity Lending took care of the rest of it.

The process was finished in about 45 days. I was in India some part of that time, and I had to send some documents that had to be physically signed and shipped over. That took some extra time. But overall, it's a straightforward process. I got on with Gravity on the phone, and they gave me a couple of options. By the end of day two, they confirmed that option with the lender. The lender took a little while to complete the process because they had to pay off the earlier loan. But when it came to Gravity, they were able to complete quickly. They were responsive. There was a weekly check-in to let me know where they were. If ever I had questions, they would respond the next day.

I received an offer in the mail to lower the interest rate on my car loan. When I called the number provided, the person that took my call was Jason. The experience with Gravity Lending was good at first. I heard from them all the time. They called to tell me everything was finalized and that they got it all approved. Then I started having some issues because it took them over a month to get it all handled. That put me 30 days late on my note, which screwed my credit up good before they paid the loans off. It's still on my credit and there's nothing anybody can do about it now. It shows as a late payment for 30 days and that's on both the Jeep and the MINI Cooper. When we were trying to get ahold of them to find out what was going on, I kept leaving messages and sending emails, and nobody ever returned a call.

Jason was helpful and very fast at what he is doing. The paperwork is easy to read and had yellow marks where I needed to sign. It didn't take that long for the procedure to work for me. I am very satisfied and didn't with this company. Thank you very much.

The rep from Gravity Lending helped me and made the refinancing smooth. I was on vacation at the time and I was out of the country so, I had to do it through text. The rep made it easy for me. I did one vehicle and I did another one five days later. I decided to just refinance both and the one that was less important to me that I did second, got approved first. So, I was worried that the other one wouldn’t finish up. But everything worked out. With my credit, I probably maybe could have got a little bit better rate, but it was good. The ending part was frustrating though. They would say everything is good and then would need one more thing. Also, it seemed like once it was good and finalized, the customer service wasn’t the same as when I was reeled in.

This was the best and fastest loan, I wanted to combine everything and the payment lower. They made it happen. I missed a couple CC. I wish I could have added them, but I was a little late on say Oh wait I need just a few extra dollars.

The people (Jamie **) at Gravity Lending were nice and fairly accessible. However they work with Beneficial State Bank and that lender was not so good. It took almost a month to finalize and I was told upfront my payments would be $220 per month and when it was finally and late finishing it went up to $236 per month.

The team was very helpful and quick. They always followed up during the process to make sure that we gave all the documents. They were also offering good rates and not dragging the process.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far, once they got your application and I guess their commission then the level of service drops significantly. They don’t update you on the application, don’t reply to emails or texts. I have no idea what’s going on with my refinance, it looks like the loan company has released the money but the previous lender hasn’t received it yet, Gravity Lending doesn’t reply to my emails. So I sent an email complaining about their service and instead of reaching out they sent me this link to leave review!!!! Unacceptable service, I’m not happy that I went with Gravity lending and will not recommend them.

After I was approved to refinance my car I paid 5 days early. I paid online. The loan company started calling me saying I was late. I did as they told me sending bank statements showing that I paid and sending them the confirmation number from their company. I still received phone calls and today a letter saying that I am default. I called the representative that I dealt with to get the new loan and am still waiting on a call back.
