After shopping around with several lenders I finally settled on Gravity Lending. Gravity Lending had the lowest rates with no fees so it made my decision quite easy. I worked with Jeremiah ** through the entire process, which was very straightforward and simple.

Jeremiah made the loan process quick and easy and was very good at explaining any details. Very available and easy to reach during the whole process. I would recommend and I would use this service again in the future. Only took a few days and was funded to the bank very quickly. No complaints. Thanks.

From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to sincerely thank Gravity Lending and Stephanie ** as a representative for assisting me with my vehicle refinance. Due to an ongoing several months long dispute with American Honda Finance Company, I began searching for refinance options and was initially receiving denials. Having given up, I received an email from Stephanie about a week after the denials, advising that Gravity Lending was moving forward with an approval. The loan came at a perfect time as I was also simultaneously going through a major medical diagnosis and was extremely stressed about payments to AHF when I was receiving such pushback from them regarding the billing dispute that they refused to correct.

We had such an amazing experience with Quin at Gravity Lending! Being frankly, we didn’t expect much when we got this ad through the mail telling that they can take care of the car loans, but I gave them a call. We have two car loans and the interest rate was pretty high. Plus monthly payments could be less. Gravity was easy to deal with and they have decent rates. The process went pretty smooth. The agent that I talked to took care of everything and every so often would call me and get information that she needed. She was in constant contact through the whole process. Quinn and his team at Gravity were not all just very friendly, and informative. But they were on point and very attentive to what I needed and what I had to give them to get the whole refinance done. Quinn gave me several options and we discussed them all even though I was in a grocery store at the time. After experiencing a very abusive relationship last year and having my credit ruined due to that… I ended up stuck with a new car payment of almost $500 at an 18% interest rate. Let's start with the rates. They saved me over $300 a month on my car note. The process was fast and simple. I honestly have never answered a letter in the mail. But I am happy as hell. I trad and responded to Gravity Lending.

This was a simple easy process and it saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. The Dealership charged my 8% APR and Gravity Lending got me the same loan for 4% !!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service including them not blowing up my phone and calling me non-stop. They sent a text asking when would be a good time to discuss.

It has taken almost three weeks so be prepared to wait. I had to call and ask for updates along the way. Communication of the time frame it takes should be done at the beginning. More communication in general would be great. The team does work very hard to get the loan that you want. In the end, I was happy.

In terms of getting some of the best rates and terms, Gravity Lending was exceptional with my auto refinance. The issues I experienced had more to do with a lack of communicating the timelines to when the loan would close. I could not get a definitive answer from anyone and had to send emails to a wide recipient list asking for an update and at times would not even receive an answer. I was looking for any answer would have been better than no answer.

I called Gravity Lending, they responded quickly and the process was very easy. I refinanced an auto loan with them, and it was very professional, low touch, and not a lot of back and forth. I gave them the original document and one other document. I had a rep that did the quotes, talked to me on the phone twice, and sent all the quotes over, and then all the documents were done online. It was a very seamless online process. When I had concerns, I emailed with a couple of people at Gravity who were more like the admin people shuffling paperwork. I also had the original rep that had done all the quoting for me on text.

The process took a couple of weeks, and it was very smooth and easy. The rep had excellent communication too. He always answered really fast.

Gravity Lending sent me a link to apply, and when I tried to put my information, I couldn't, so they did the application for me. They just asked me a few questions then they approved me. Only, I have to call to put an automatic payment because I like this. I'll also ask if I can pay more. I will try to pay the loan in as less time as possible. Overall, the application was amazing, and for the beginning, Gravity Lending is a good lender. I got LendingClub. Even I used to take loan from them.

The process was finished in about 45 days. I was in India some part of that time, and I had to send some documents that had to be physically signed and shipped over. That took some extra time. But overall, it's a straightforward process. I got on with Gravity on the phone, and they gave me a couple of options. By the end of day two, they confirmed that option with the lender. The lender took a little while to complete the process because they had to pay off the earlier loan. But when it came to Gravity, they were able to complete quickly. They were responsive. There was a weekly check-in to let me know where they were. If ever I had questions, they would respond the next day.
