This is by far the best loan company I have worked with, not only did they save me $2,000+ they also were able to get me all of my premiums removed from my previous loan as well as two separate rebate checks from my previous auto lender. One for $890 and the other $250. I've saved over $3,000 that just by switching. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

At first things started out great with Gravity Lending. They were upfront and helpful but as time went on communication broke down and when I brought up my complaints with my loan officer she just got rude and never tried to help fix my problem just repeated information and treated me like an idiot. I then spoke with her supervisor and while he was a nice guy all he managed to do was waste my time and simply tell me that there wasn’t anything he could do for me but would use this as a coaching experience. But at my expense… not only would I not recommend gravity lending to anyone. I wouldn’t wish them upon my worst enemy.

Jeremiah was very kind and prompt. Do to my work hours working out my refinance over the phone is difficult. Luckily Jeremiah was able to talk to me over text which was very convenient. Would do business with him again.

Gravity Lending's communication was better than everybody else. Gravity called and talked to me about what I was trying to achieve. They showed me some information, gave me some things online to sign securely, and asked me to send in some paperwork. It was a waiting game after that. I had to pay some things to get my payments lined up, but it was just to get the payments lined up so they could do the refi and get whatever percentage it was that they were after. It seemed streamlined. It's just that when they were working on certain things, I would have to call and ask them for an update. They dropped off the radar sometimes. They did all the work. It's just that I didn't know what was going on for four days. But Dave, the guy I worked with, told me everything I needed to know. And when I called him, he got back to me. Gravity cut my interest rate by 2/3. And the payment is better. The numbers they're working with are what we got to do.

I had a great experience refinancing my car. The process was quite simple. They were able to find me a much better rate than what I currently had. Everything was done in a fairly timely manner. There was some confusion because I kept getting emails saying I still needed to complete some items that I had already completed. Otherwise it was a quick and easy process.

This is the first time I have refinanced a vehicle and after an application on Lending Tree, I received TONS of phone calls, emails and text messages from all different companies who could “get me a good rate for a $499-$699 fee”. Out of all of those companies, there was one text message that stuck out to me and that was Stephanie from Gravity Lending. I'm very satisfied with Gravity Lending. Everything's gone good and fast. I didn't feel intimidated. I asked some cold questions and they impressed me that they were interested. I'm pleased Gravity Lending brought the rates down way low. They got the payment down close to almost half of what I was paying. I'm paying about 630 some odd dollars when I was paying 1,035.

It was a fairly straightforward process. One of the things I liked the best was that I had one representative that was assigned to me who was been available to me by phone, text, and email for the process. That made it easy. He tried to do a good job. The application process was completed after the phone call. I just had to send follow up documents which took a few days. It would be good if Gravity Lending could send the previous lender a letter earlier saying they're paying off my loan. If Gravity Lending had other lenders in their network that provided loans for boats and other recreational type vehicles, that would be helpful too.

I reached out to Gravity Lending, as I wanted to get better rate for my car loan. I was paying close to 6% and Zach helped me and found an amazing rate. He was very easy to work with and understanding. The entire process was a breeze.

I responded to a one page brochure from Gravity Lending. This page promised terms that seemed impossible for me (or anyone) to attain, a more than $100 reduction in my car payment each month. I was surprised to learn that it was true! Now I have $100 more in my checking account than I had before I spoke with Quin, my personal refinancing specialist at Gravity Lending. I highly recommend this firm if you are looking to reduce your monthly car payment.

Quin and Gravity Lending was very helpful during my vehicle refi. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They were able to lower my interest rate substantially and get me into the payment bracket I was looking to get to. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refi a vehicle.

The process went very rapidly. The only problem I've had is the fact that I told the rep I didn't need extended warranty on the vehicle, just GAP. But they wrote it with all of it. Now, I'm in the process of canceling the two extended warranties that they added. We wanna keep the extended warranty that we already had because it's through our local dealership. It's one that they honor and we don't have to pay when we go in. We're very limited on where to get anything fixed other than the dealership where we're at. What Gravity Lending added can be canceled. It's just gonna be some paperwork and hassle to get it there. But as far as the service went in, I'm satisfied with that. They lowered the payment a little over $200 a month, so that was good. It probably would have lowered the payment a little bit more without them putting the extended warranties on. They're supposed to cancel those two contracts and credit that dollar amount back to the PenFed loan so it'll reduce the loan.

I love Gravity Lending. They made it easy sending in the paperwork. The guy I worked with walked me through everything before we even got started. Kudos to him. My rate was around 24 and Gravity got it down to around 10. I'm saving a little over $200 a month. I'll refer more friends to come to Gravity Lending.

The guy with Gravity Lending was real nice. Once they approved it, the process didn't take long at all. I was paying over $1,000 a month for a ’21 Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The guy got it down to 700 something. It was great for me. I'm very satisfied.

Mark ** said I would receive my March payment that I made during the beginning of the process, but I have not received a check yet and my first payment is due 4/22/2022. I was going to use that to take care of my new monthly payment for April. Brian ** has been keeping contact with me, as well. I messaged him on 4/7/2022 to let him know that I did receive the welcome packet from EvansVille and Ally emailed me stating they received the payoff and sending the title to the new lender, but he never responded. I would like an answer to know if I will be receiving that check or not.

Well where do I begin? I was very nervous in the beginning. I was connected with Jason from Gravity Lending, through a third-party lender. Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I was working with three or four companies, I chose Gravity Lending, because Jason did not harass me. He didn't call 20 times and didn't send me 30 text messages. I also decided to go with Gravity, when Jason called I had my son screaming in the background, he's 14 months old. Jason held the line, waited for me to calm my son down, and then explained who he was and what he could do for me.

From start to finish the process was easy. Osiel ** was my loan officer and he did a fantastic job making the entire transaction as seamless as possible. I honestly hadn't thought about refinancing my car until I got the letter from them. Most of the other companies have interest rates that are higher than what I originally qualified for through my credit union so I didn't bother. The rate that they advertised was appealing and I qualified for close to it. They took two percent off of my already low APR and will be saving me interest money in the long run.

They were good. They weren't cheaper. They ended up to be a little bit more, but they were fast and convenient and I felt comfortable with them, too, so that was nice. They seemed straightforward. The process of refinancing was smooth and easy. The terms were what I was looking for. I was trying to get my payment down so I'd have an overall lower monthly debt. I had two years left on it and they extended it and that worked out well. I'll use them again and I'm happy to use them again if the time comes.

Gravity Lending sent me one of those mailers that knew enough information to be dangerous where it's like, “We know what your car payment is today. And this is what it could look like.” They got me and I went for their refinance. Their application process was so easy and was what I expected in today's world. That was best in class. It was all over the phone and they gave me one little to do. We had to go get something notarized, which was a little bit of pain and I wish there was software like a DocuSign system around that.
