I worked with one guy, Jim, and he did a great job. The loan process was super easy and awesome too. It took a couple days, because we had some issues with the mileage, but if we put all the time together I spoke to them, it would be 30 minutes. The rates are really good and I'm super happy. I refinanced my car from 9%.

Jerrel did a great job putting everything together to get my 2020 Chevrolet refinanced. Got be a lower rate than I had and got the paperwork to me overnight and put it through to make a working deal very quickly. He really knows his business.

Mark handled the refinance process from beginning to end. I was not expecting the process to go as smoothly and quickly as it did, but Mark was very efficient and thorough and answered all my questions throughout the process. All the paperwork was handled electronically, so I did not have to spend hours on the phone or in a bank. The rep was amazing. He was always on top of the game, letting me know what was coming, what was going, and what I needed to complete and keeping me updated on any change that took place throughout the process. Gravity did everything they were supposed to do. The deal that they gave me was better than the one I have with GM with State Farm. The rates were much better by $300 a month. The rep was also great. I liked the way he talked and worked with me. He told me what was going to happen.
