The entire process was fast and easy. My representative walked me through the process and what to expect. I sent documents when requested and it took less than a week to have a better rate and lower monthly payment. This company reached out to me after trying to file online. They answered all my questions from what are you trying to do all the way to what to expect in the future.

Did not explain my plan very well. Ended up with extra charges and did not communicate with me very well. VERY hard to get in touch with had to keep calling customer service number to get in touch with the person that was in charge with my application.

I recently refinanced my auto loan through Gravity Lending to lower the unfairly high mortgage rate that I originally got through the dealer given the excellent credit score I have. John ** was the loan agent who helped me with the refinance. I am highly satisfied with the new loan rate and the overall experience with Gravity Lending. They provided me several options and are very flexible to meet my need. They don't charge any document processing fee, which is typically $300-500 based on the feedbacks from other lenders.

Edwin was great and professional through I process. Loan process was easy and fast. All paperwork was completed online and with ease. I would use them again. They saved me 200$ a month. I would like to recommend everybody to refinance with them.

From the start Gravity Lending was different. I put in a general refinance request through lending club and had 1,000 people call me and text me and email me constantly. Gravity lending text me one time and even acknowledged I had probably received A LOT of calls and they weren’t going to be one of those lenders. My experience with Gravity was great. Josh helped me a lot. He made things easy and explained everything really well. Everything was through my email and text. The rates were also great. I got a better APR and better monthly payment. When I called, they gave me a quote real quick. For the next two days, they sent me the papers through my email. I signed them, and then I had to print some out. It took about a week for all the process and for me to send in the papers. It took two other weeks for them to do things on their side, and then paid my loan with the dealership I was with, and then signed papers with the bank they put me with.

Gravity Lending had the willingness to try to get me what I wanted without trying to sell me something that I didn't want. I wanted a specific interest rate for a specific time horizon, and they were able to identify my best options for those two. They matched by and large what I was looking for. The rates are a little tad higher than the branch advertised, but it was explained by the representative. Other than the application process itself, they pretty much kept me abreast of where I was at. Also, they didn't charge me to refinance my loan. Their business model was that they worked with the lenders to receive payments for the refinance of the loan.

The gentleman that got me into the loan was great. The loan process was great and simple, too. But I still haven't received any financial documentation as far as my first payment or a welcome package and it has been three weeks.

The customer experience was awesome and I’d recommend Gravity Lending. The young man who assisted me stayed on top of it and answered all my questions. He went to bat for me and he did an awesome job. He was initially refinancing my car for a lower interest and he found out about my personal loan and found another one on that, too. Everything he did was above and beyond what I expected. I could only see others that are going through what I did, trying to reestablish credit and trying to bring down my APRs, and he did it. And if everyone's like that kid who helped me, then Gravity has a wonderful team of customer service reps.

Gravity Lending was on point on everything. The reps told me what I needed to do and how everything was gonna go, and what will happen from there. And it went straight through. So, that was awesome. I had to wait a while though. The process took about 4 weeks and I just got the letter in the mail. I saw the rates and the terms, and the lower payment was nice.

Gravity Lending reached out and was the one that offered no fees. The process wasn’t so complicated as I thought it was, and everything was done online. I'm very busy with work but was able to do it through the chaos of everything. The rep was very patient, clear and informative. He told me everything that I needed and was very step-by-step with everything so I knew ahead of time what I needed to have. Everything that he told me came through. I was very satisfied.

The rep from Gravity Lending, John, was very communicative. If I ever had a question or asked something, he was always checking in to see when the car company was going to send me a check. They kept delaying the pickup and then it finally came through. It was ridiculous but it got done. When it was all said and done, John even let me know when it was going to the lender in the final stages. Overall, Gravity Lending did really well.

I told Gravity Lending my situation, and they said they would help me out when I was ready. The application process was pretty simple. It just seemed like the process took a little longer than most of the other loans I've ever gotten. The time it took to get the whole thing accomplished seemed like it was a little excessive.

The person with Gravity Lending that reached out to me seemed genuine and not like a salesman. He also seemed responsive and followed up. He was respectful of my work day, using text if he needed to get ahold of me. He was great at communication. He stepped out for a week of vacation and left everything over to his supervisor. He made sure that I knew where he was going and that I had somebody to reach out to should I need to. Although I didn't have any need to reach out to a supervisor, he was able to follow up on things and pick up where we left off upon his return. I had an intent of refinancing one and not all three of my vehicles. He did not strongarm me when he asked, “Do you have any others? Gravity Lending did a lot of the legwork, which was really good, and the application process wasn’t very long. Within the next day, I was able to get an electronic copy to look over. Then, I was able to have that printed and sent out via mail to the auto loan place. Also, the representative was nice and very helpful. Working with them was beneficial. They were able to get the specific number that they specified upon sending me the initial mail. I was happy with the results.

Jason made this Refi an awesome experience, I would totally recommend!
