When we were put on a shelf for an auto loan I had contacted Gravity Lending and was assigned Nick **. He was very proactive to get this moved as fast as possible. I was so impressed with his positive attitude and every time I called for the status which after a while I probably felt like I was bugging him he never mind me calling.

Ricky ** was great! This was my first time refinancing and I was nervous about all the repetitive calls and texts I was getting from various companies (it was starting to feel like the pressure you get from salesmen on a car lot) but I knew right away I felt most at ease speaking with Ricky! Very professional and patient with me. Huge thanks to him and Gravity Lending for saving me $180 per month and around $12,000 in interest fees from my previous loan. Would absolutely work with this company again.

So I am always wary of these prescreened offers, but with gas prices off the charts, and groceries too, I need a little help with a lower loan payment. So I decided to check into this Gravity Lending offer, after reviewing countless reviews, I found NO BAD reviews! So I decided to take a leap of faith and hit the submit button on a Wednesday night, the following day the Loan officer Ricky called me and answered all my questions and even one before I asked it "yes there is GAP insurance." That's all I needed to hear! "Let's make this happen", they emailed me the documents and I E-signed some and the rest I sent back via UPS with a label they sent to cover the cost. I now will have a lower monthly payment almost $200 less to help with other expenses. So yep, go for it!

Nick ** was a great help in getting me refinanced at a much lower interest rate and lower monthly payments. He knows what he's talking about and really seems to care about those he's helping. He doesn't try to upsell in stuff that won't really benefit you, which is a good thing.

The process from start to finish took a couple of days. I'm a truck driver and some of my stuff was at home and some was here and there. I got everything together and sent it to them. I dealt with Lauren and everything was good.

Everything was simple. The reps were all helpful. They went above and beyond. I deal with a lot of refinance companies over the years and Gravity was the easiest by far.

They were very professional and fast. Knocked my interest rate down over 10 points. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Matt was always very quick to respond and answer any questions. Explained how the process worked and walked us through every step.

And the guys that helped me were top-notch. They walked me through the process, told me exactly what was going to happen, got me approved the first day, and closed me out within two days after that. I even asked him if he thought I was going to get approved or denied and he told me, based on other approvals and denials and my credit score, that he thought I would get approved. And I got approved. My interest rate dropped by 3.9% and my monthly payment dropped by almost $300. So, I was happy with it.

Everything was great and smooth with the rep from Gravity Lending and the refinance took less than a day.

Gravity Lending reached out timely and they made a good offer. Most important of all, they had everything done very fast. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it. Wherever I fill out an application, I’m not very happy with the amount of responses. When it's already an overwhelming amount of responses, I was less inclined to respond to those responses that were overwhelming even further. So I wanted something that was clearly stood out in terms of the terms and that wasn't pushing me around. Gravity got the stuff done. I talked to Chris from over there for 10 minutes and he surprised me. He did his homework and was ready. Half an hour later, I had a follow through and then a day later, I had the documents. My experience with Gravity Lending was extremely positive. Sr. Loan Officer, Dana A. was very professional and responsive. She assisted me through the process promptly and efficiently. This lending process was very smooth and it was great to work with Gravity Lending.

Gravity's process took five days. I filled out their stuff on a Wednesday and they called me on Thursday. I did everything on Friday and I didn't hear anything back until the following Wednesday. I had to rush to do everything on Friday to make sure it was done. My agent was going to leave early that day, so he gave me his personal number for any questions or to let him know that everything got done. I liked the rates and terms of my loan.

Jerrel has been awesome! But the time has been crazy on how long it has been to do one hour of work to accomplish this loan to help someone out! The loan officers hands are tied because of upper level management to many chiefs and not the Indians but overall I believe people are trying at something.

The process with Gravity was great. My rate was so high. It cut my payment by less than half, about 500 and that was fantastic. The rep I worked with was good. When I was at work and I couldn't answer the phone very often, he kept in touch with me by text and said, "Okay. I got it. As soon as Gravity says they got everything, they'll send you an email." And that was exactly what happened. Also, it was very quick and easy, probably the easiest thing online that I've done, so far.

Very helpful and on top of everything. He kept me updated in everything that was going on and very helpful when I needed. I was a little confused with what I had to sign and he was quick to call me and walk me through the process. Great customer service.

I had a cool experience with Gravity. Everything went like Carla told me it would. She was very helpful and patient. She explained everything beautifully. She did a wonderful job. However, I had questions about the paperwork that they send after they approve you to get it set up. It wasn't clear what I needed to do for the setup. She told me to expect an envelope with papers to sign. But when I got the envelope, it was no papers to sign. It was something I needed to call in and do online and I'm not that online savvy.

Luis was wonderful. He was very understanding in stuff that we discussed and told me how to go about the application and all that. I mentioned to Gravity we have a high payment and it's been almost two years. We've never missed or been late on our payments and I asked that they take that into consideration. Evidently, Gravity did. We have a 230-and-some-odd-dollar difference now on our car payment.

The application process was all right but trying to get everything back to them in time was kind of hard to do. The window of getting everything done was a little hectic. But other than that, everything went real well. The new rate and terms are better than what I had.

The refinance process with Gravity Lending was good. It took close to a month. The representative I worked with was really nice. He helped me out. I feel like it couldn't have gone any better. I'm extremely happy with the rate and terms, too.

Gravity Lending's interest was lower. So, that was why we went for it. Also, the representative was really awesome. He helped a lot. He did everything pretty fast. I called him a lot of times to find out what was going on, but he was really good at answering me and he was always positive. He is a good loan officer. We got the rates dropped to like half of the financing that we already had. So, that was great. We're going to work on just making payments. Since we're used to a high payment with the car, we're gonna try to make a payment like an extra $100 on it so that we can pay it earlier. We were already used to making a payment of almost $700. It'll be easy to make like a $500 payment and still putting extra money towards the principal. That was really good for us. Gravity Lending did great.

I called Gravity Lending and spoke with a gentleman there. He went through some information with me, and I gave him some information. He came up with a figure. Gravity Lending had to come up through Coastal Credit in order to have me approved and it took a week. I called several times to the people at Gravity Lending to find out just where we stood with the process. It was not like me sitting in front of a banker saying, “This is what we can do for you.”

Gravity Lending was a good company to work with, and I would definitely use them again. They were very good to keep me updated and keep me informed as to what was going on and made things really easy. They've done everything they possibly could to make it go as smooth as possible for me. They jumped through hoops for me and that was terrific. Usually, the company wants you to jump through hoops for them and they did not do that.

I worked with one guy, Jim, and he did a great job. The loan process was super easy and awesome too. It took a couple days, because we had some issues with the mileage, but if we put all the time together I spoke to them, it would be 30 minutes. The rates are really good and I'm super happy. I refinanced my car from 9%.
